About this vendor
By day, I'm a CPA and the owner of a tax and accounting firm. I'm also the host of the Small Business Therapy podcast and, more recently, a stand-up comedian. If you're wondering how those worlds somehow led me to weddings... it actually started by accident.
Two years ago, I was sitting with my cousin while we were getting our makeup done before her wedding when she casually mentioned that she didn't have anyone to host the reception. Before I knew it, I had a microphone in my hand and was keeping the evening moving. Turns out... I absolutely loved it.
There's something special about being the person who sets the tone for a room, makes people feel comfortable, keeps the energy flowing, and creates moments that people remember. That experience eventually gave me the confidence to pursue stand-up comedy, and today I'm a paid comedian who also produces and hosts my own annual Juneteenth comedy show.
Hosting weddings feels like the perfect combination of everything I love: connecting with people, making them laugh, paying attention to the details, and creating an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.
