Heather, she is a truly a wonderful person and she does an astonishing job! She helped me in so many ways to ensure we had a beautiful wedding! She facilitated monthly checklist, had several check-in calls with me and an in-person walk thru at the venue, were all extremely important to ensure all the details of our wedding day were covered. Heather came to help us set up the venue her assistances was so valuable. The day of the wedding, Heather’s attention to detail truly made our wedding run so smoothly and her professionalism was remarkable. I am faithfully pleased we hired Heather for our wedding day! Heather was an exceptional full service wedding planner! I had Heather as a wedding coordinator and event designer 18 months prior to my wedding. With expecting baby number 1 to baby number 2, she was able to quickly adapt to meet our needs for the wedding. From beginning to end, Heather was patient and professional even after rescheduling the wedding to a future date. She made our wedding glamorous with her creativity and professional abilities. With her full wedding coordination we were able to get the best vendors for my wedding. Overall, Heather’s service was phenomenal. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I found Heather only a couple months shy of my wedding. I had all the big things like vendors figured out, but was really struggling with pulling my vision together. After my first Zoom meeting with Heather I had a huge wave of relief. She not only pulled this off within two months of working with me, but truly took care of me by keeping everyone organized. I had some health issues leading up to my wedding and she really just took charge in the last 2 weeks while I recovered. I can't put into words the kind of relief it was knowing she was in charge and seeing my vision come to life better than my expectations. I truly look back on my day and loved every moment, and I owe it to her. She had to deal with some tough personalities as well and took it in stride while remaining pleasant and professional. If you're wondering if you need a planner, EVERYONE needs a Heather. -

Heather was amazing an amazing wedding coordinator to work with for our wedding last month! She is thoughtful, attentive, responsive, organized, and detail oriented. She cares about making your wedding vision come true! Right after consultation with Heather, we knew we wanted her wedding planning, coordinating and decorating expertise to make our wedding event happen. You get a lot without breaking the bank. Heather had worked at our venue before and provided great support in communicating with the venue owner regarding any inquiries that we had. Throughout the planning check-in process, she provided us benchmarks to meet with tons of planning resource documents to help us plan our event. She provided decorations for our reception space, which turned out lovely. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding/day-of coordinator experience to make sure our 100+ guest wedding was well taken care of. Heather was PHENOMENAL! She was the perfect person to help us with our wedding day. We needed someone to keep things organized, make sure things started on time, help pack things up at the end of the day, and chat with vendors. She helped us with our timeline, helped prepare the room, the tables, and all of our decor. She even had her own tableware and decor that we could rent directly from her!! Our day was perfect and it was all thanks to her! I'll always recommend a day of coordinator or planner to anyone planning a wedding or event and I'll ALWAYS recommend Heather! -

Heather and her team did a great job with our wedding! She especially took control of unexpected situations. When our outdoor ceremony was rained (and hailed!) out by a freak storm only 30 minutes before starting, Heather helped with reorganizing everything to be pushed inside as we waited an hour for the ceremony to start. She got soaked helping coordinate putting everything inside - we couldn't be more thankful! Heather went above and beyond in setting up the spaces, organizing everything on the day of the wedding, and making sure things ran smoothly. -

Heather was incredible. Hiring her was literally the best decision we
made in the endless number of decisions associated with our wedding
planning. I can't say enough good things about her, but here are a few
that come to mind:
1. She really cares: She actually turned into a friend throughout the
wedding planning process, rather than just a wedding planner. She was
personally invested in our wedding. Incredibly, she even spent some of her
own money on things to help us some special touches. I was truly moved by
how much she cared about us as people rather than clients. She's just a
good genuine person.
2. Managing budget: Heather was conscious of our budget, and incredibly
resourceful and creative in helping us save money. First, she had SO MANY
things that she already owned and let us use at no cost (i.e., lanterns,
seating chart, welcome sign, t-lights, commercial coffee brewers, gold
charger plates, etc.). Second, she had really good ideas of where we could
get quality things for low prices. For example, the weather looked like it
was going to be cold for our outdoor wedding, and Heather showed us where
we could buy 100 or so cute blankets for the guests for a few bucks each.
3. Value: the value of her services was phenomenal. We saw wedding
planners charging MUCH more than Heather charges to do less than what
Heather agreed to do for us. In addition, Heather did MUCH MORE than she
agreed to do for us. We hired her for partial planning, and she went above
and beyond in terms of her engagement and level of involvement (i.e.,
preparing favors, running errands, etc.). Further, we changed the location
of our wedding to a venue that was 200 miles away, and Heather was not only
flexible enough to do that, but made multiple trips there at her own
expense.
4. Flexible, dependable, and knowledgeable: We had many skype sessions
with her for planning. She always worked around our busy schedule with
scheduling times to talk, and even our last-minute cancellations and
changes to our schedule. Heather was always professional--out of all of
her calls and meetings we had, she was never a minute late for anything.
Literally. She even experienced a family death shortly before our wedding,
and she somehow didn't miss a beat with us. She was on point
professionally and knows what she's doing.
5. Fun: Heather is fun! We had a good time talking to her in our many
skype meetings throughout the planning process. We even had her breaking
it down on the dance floor at our wedding :) -

Great affordable service!
We had Heather do our day-of coordination. Had an amazing wedding day! Despite the weather taking a turn and being windy and cold, Heather made sure to quickly and easily accommodate. We ended up moving the ceremony indoors and it still turned out beautiful :)
She was very responsive with emails and all the rentals/decor she provided (plus set-up) was amazing! I loved that we were able to go to her for decor set-up specifics and she was great with nailing down the timeline and keeping everything on track the day-of. The only thing that I may say is I was slightly surprised at her professionalism and outfit during the wedding. We had a semi-formal attire wedding, but for the occasion I think she seemed slightly under-dressed. Some of the wedding party did not see her until right before or after the ceremony, and I think that along with the casual appearance made it more difficult for them to locate her or know who she was.
However, overall I think she was very kind and made the wedding run smoothly and for the price (esp compared to other vendors) it was a great package! -
