My husband and I got married on 7/26/25 and could not have done it without Erin. She was truly a blessing to us. We had been engaged for 3 years and had no idea where to even begin to start planning our wedding. Having Erin as our wedding planner and coordinator was the best thing that ever happened to us. She is amazing, kind, professional, attentive, on point answering back to emails, calls, changes and concerns. She is so passionate about her work and went above and beyond to make our wedding beautiful and more than what we ever expected! She worked very efficiently and professionally to make our vision come to life. She is so knowledgeable and has so many wonderful connections and recommendations as well. She was always available for a call, text, email, zoom meeting, etc. and took all of the stress of planning away from us. Our wedding day was by the far the most special day of our lives. Erin and her team literally made our dreams come true. From start to finish I could not have asked for a more dedicated visionary working to make everything happen. Thank you, Erin, for giving us the Fairy Tale wedding of our dreams!! We will forever be grateful for you and your team and from the bottom of our hearts can't thank you enough!! -

Erin from Divine Celebrations was incredible to work with as our wedding planner. Her communication throughout the entire planning process was top-notch - she was always on top of every little detail and kept us on track, on time, and on budget. Erin helped us put together a beautiful, seamless wedding day that truly honored our vision, needs, and tight budget. Her attention to detail, patience, and composure were essential to our wedding day being absolutely perfect. As a busy medical resident and medical student, we were initially quite disorganized and lost when it came to wedding planning, but Erin used her immense wisdom and experience to guide us every step of the way. We are beyond grateful for her support and could not have pulled off such an incredible day without her. We intend to hire Erin for any future celebrations we host as a couple. -

Erin is fantastic. She knows all of the vendors in Pittsburgh and has great recommendations. She's able to coordinate with everyone well and is an expert in planning South Asian weddings in particular. We had an Indian/Hindu wedding and was able to help with finding vendors who knew how to work on South Asian weddings. She wore appropriate wedding attire as well (Indian clothes), she was prompt and reliable in getting back to us. If you don't know where to start, start with Erin!! -

Erin and her team at Divine Celebrations were great to work with and we would highly recommend them for the wedding planning experience! We had a big, almost weeklong Indian wedding with multiple events, and Erin was one of the planners we interviewed and ultimately who we decided to work with. We greatly appreciated her insights throughout the planning process, especially as we were planning from another city and not on site. She had so many resources for us, including recommended vendors, planning checklists, and sample schedules. She helped us negotiate and review contracts with venues and vendors. Her team was especially helpful in the time leading up to the wedding and the wedding week. They were professional, organized, and timely. We had a snafu with one vendor, and Erin was extremely efficient in finding another backup at the last minute, kindly paying on our behalf on her own credit card to secure the vendor rather than worrying us in the middle of our event. She and her team kept what would otherwise be a chaotic weekend running smoothly and on schedule and even took the time to keep us well fed as the bride and groom, bringing us food and keeping some in our fridge for after the reception since we barely had time to eat in the midst of talking to our guests. The most pleasant surprise was her team arranging for the leftover cake to be served and the florals to be displayed at our brunch the morning after the reception, so the guests (and us) could enjoy them! Overall a great team and coordinator that helped make our wedding a success!! -

Our Wedding day was 5/28/2022. It was the perfect day. It took us almost 2 years to plan in a pandemic. Erin and her Divine Celebrations team were wonderful. Erin provided us great vendors from our photographer Darla Photography Creative Direction, to our florist All About Reclaimed- By Jeff Double and Nota Bene Fine Paper Boutique (for our wedding invitations). Each vendor made every detail to our wedding wonderful. Erin also coordinated the day well with our DJ and Wedding Singer as well. Our wedding was book themed. We still are overjoyed that Erin, was able to help us with our reception venue at the Omni William Penn Hotel. It was such a blessing to have our reception there. The food was amazing, our guests raved about the dinner at the reception. Erin came up with a dewey decimal library drawer, this was very unique. Our guests found their names and table number in the dewey decimal drawer. We had a book arch which came from All About Reclaimed by Jeff Double, When we look back on our wedding photos we smile and think of all the memories of that day. When we talk to our guests, they always talk about how awesome our wedding day was and mention many details from the book arch, to food and etc. We are thankful for Erin and her Divine Celebrations team and highly recommend this company if you're planning a wedding. -

Our wedding was in April of this year but we started working with Erin December of 2020. I was not one of those brides that enjoyed wedding planning, I am super high strung and control freak BUT Erin was my saving grace. She kept me grounded and informed through out the ups and downs of Covid, wedding planning, and budgets. She understood what we wanted before we understood what we wanted!
Our wedding was not easy … we had an Indian wedding and a Christian one on the SAME day. Erin and her team made that process so incredibly easy for us and our families. I have never had so many compliments on how well thought out each day and event was - all credit to Erin.
We planned this entire week long wedding from NC. Erin accommodated us whether was it was an in person meeting or over zoom!
I would recommend her and her team to anyone who is getting married- you will NOT regret it! She truly became family and my bff by the end of this process. Please reach out if you want to talk specifics of my experience!

Erin was ABSOLUTELY amazing to work with! This was the second time my family worked with her as she was the planner for my sister’s wedding a few years back. Erin is organized, reliable, and always there when you need her. She was super helpful with everything, especially with COVID and did her best to make sure I wasn’t stressed out. She makes you feel truly cared for and will always carve out time for you no matter how busy she is. And on the actual wedding day, everything ran so smoothly because of Erin and her team. She was there for anything I needed. I cannot recommend Erin as a planner enough!! -

We recently had a small "mini-mony" with a handful of close family members and had Divine Celebrations as our planner.
Through it all, they were attentive, detail-oriented, organized and were always in touch. I don't know how we could have done it without them!
Our tiny wedding was stunning, and the entire experience, including the day-of, was stress-free and relaxed. This is all due to the amazing work of Divine Celebrations. Highly recommended in every category! Thank you, Erin! -

As soon as we got engaged, I knew we needed to hire Erin. She is so exceptional at her job. When COVID hit, our plans changed from huge wedding to 'minimony' now, reception later and she did not skip a beat. She transformed our back patio into a lux outdoor dinner party for 6 of our closest family members. Along the way, if we requested any changes or needed to scale back something, she didn't bat an eye. She instantly made other options available for us. The day of could not have been more beautiful and she handled everything. Even things we didn't think of! Erin is worth every penny. Hire her and enjoy your day without stress. She's the best in the game! -

Erin, Owner Divine Celebrations
Due to COVID, our daughters very formal and elegant wedding she was planning at The Club at Nevillewood was cancelled. We moved her wedding to our home, social distanced outside under a tent in our driveway. Our daughters high school graduation party was outside, under a tent in our driveway 11 years ago. I did not want my 30 year old daughters formal wedding to resemble her HS grad party in any way. Enter Erin, owner of Divine Celebrations. Erin LISTENED to my daughters vision of her wedding day and helped her bring it to life under a tent on our blacktop driveway. Erin always remains calm in every situation, is professional and answers emails or texts on a very timely basis. After the wedding, my daughter text Erin telling her that her wedding day was better than she could have ever imagined. This was only achieved with Erins help as you can see in pics below. We were very happy with Erin and would recommend Divine Celebrations to help plan your special day. Suzanne M. -

Erin is so sweet, understanding, flexible, stern (with vendors only lol), professional, and her energy is amazing!! She ultimately became my wedding bestie. She was very responsive and was able to answer all of my many questions. She provided a lot of advice and saved the day when she created a last minute boutonniere for my husband for our ceremony! Thank Erin, you really helped to create a perfect experience for everyone at our wedding. I would highly recommend Erin and her services.

Divine Celebrations was worth every penny if not more for the AMAZING service. My husband and I had our fairy tale dream and it was all thanks to Erin and her team. We had about 140 guests, and three events that we ran over the weekend, including a Friday welcome reception, a Saturday morning Hindu ceremony, and Saturday evening Western ceremony & reception. Erin has a great list of contacts in Pittsburgh and was able to help us find the best fit for our needs. Her recommendations for photographer, florals, Mehndi, liquor vendors, and catering were all especially great! This was also our first time planning an event this large, and her experience and contacts (especially related to the Pittsburgh market) helped us avoid several mistakes. I wish we had had more leverage in vendor negotiation and a lot of the prices came in a bit higher than I wanted, but I'm still really pleased with the overall outcome.
We had a pretty spread out wedding as well (it was the tail end of Covid). Erin and her assistants all donned headsets on and did a great job coordinating a bunch of scattered items for the evening ceremony and reception. We had a blast, as did our guests!
My fiancé and I were worried at the time that we'd be so overwhelmed coordinating the whirlwind of day-of tasks that we wouldn’t be able to enjoy or remember the day - but to our pleasant surprise and thanks to Erin's great day-of work, we were truly able to take the entire day in!

Madi Sent on 04/29/2024I’m so confused how this has such a high rating, I had a HORRIBLE experience
I truly am perplexed how Erin has such a high rating; I feel none of the high reviews matched my experience. I should have seen the red flags when I read over the contract & there were grammar mistakes.
My story is very long & I do not intend bore the next bride/groom, but please do yourself a huge favor & find another event coordinator. I believe in my heart that Erin is in this business for the wrong reasons.
For those who want to read the details, I will try & quickly explain some of the major downfalls of my experience (yes, there are more than what I will tell).
About 2 month prior to my wedding we were discussing hotel arrangements with Erin for our wedding weekend. We were getting married on a Saturday, rehearsal on the Friday prior. Upon speaking to Erin & referring back the contract, a “1-2 night stay is required” for her & a staff member for our wedding. Both Erin & I agreed only 1 night would be necessary & that night would be Friday night; to help with the rehearsal. Then as it was stated in her contract, by about 9pm on the night of our wedding the hours she would be required for the day-of would be complete & her staff could go home. About 48 hours later I received an email that said she was requiring 2 night stay & would not accept differently; her whole attitude changed with me. After several days of going back & forth, she became rude & very demanding. Again, we were less than 8 weeks from my wedding & were not discussing much more than HER overnight accommodations when a thousand other items needed done & arranged.
After a week of arguing over email, we arranged a phone between us & I asked my Dad to come sit in on it. Erin had an attitude with me on the phone the second we began our discussion. For about an hour she argued that if she didn’t get her second night stay at the hotel the wedding was being conducted at (Nemacolin), she would not help, attend, or give a single action towards our ceremony. I kept asking why she would not help with my ceremony & she said because she was not going to be at the rehearsal. But I explained to her that we already booked her hotel for Friday night & that she was included in the rehearsal. She said she needed to stay Saturday & since we are not providing her with Saturday, that is the 1 overnight she was choosing & she would not be of any assistance to me until the end of the ceremony on the day of our wedding. My Dad was listening in on this conversation & was amazed at how rude she acted to me. He ended up chiming in & said we would provide the 2 night stay & we ended the conversation with argument. A few days went by & Erin kept trying to get things ready for our rehearsal/ceremony via email & she did not have any of my previous notes/comments on things we have been talking about for months. She seemed like she was very unorganized & did not care about my wedding. About a week later I did fire Erin because I knew she would have made my wedding day unorganized, full of stress, & would have acted in a manor of unprofessionalism.
Brides, please understand how bad things must have been for me to fire my wedding coordinator 6 weeks before my wedding.
I URGE you, go somewhere else!!!!! Erin’s pricing is enticing, but I wish someone had shook me prior to signing with Erin because I would rather have spent more money & gotten a better wedding coordination.Divine Celebrations's reply:
Madi, Our amazing couples who value our services, knowledge, guidance, and experience have taken advantage of having me and my teams helping them have wonderful wedding days!!
At the beginning you and I did agreed on one night stay at the venue. Your ceremony was to be at a local church so, our services were not needed to handle the rehearsal or the ceremony coordination.
Unfortunately, it came to quite a surprise when you notify me that you had serious issues with your priest and church canceled your ceremony.
With such a short notice, I was able to work with the venue on your behalf, to accommodate your ceremony on site.
My team and I were also available to help you with the rehearsal and ceremony coordination, at the venue. At that time, you and I discussed, we would require a 2nd night stay, due to the 2nd day of services needed which you agreed on.
As your wedding got closer, you and your parents decided not to hold up to our agreement and you canceled our services.
It is unfortunate you did not value our services as other wonderful couples have done.
I do wish you and Nathan well in your life together.
