Disney went above and beyond to make our wedding magical. Even when we lost our initial venue they made sure we kept all the original plans in our new location. We had no real vision but with the ideas we gave them they created a beautiful wedding for us. They made us feel like royalty and every cast member we met along the way was amazing. The day was perfect thanks to their coordination and the preferred vendors we used. They kept us on time but allowed us to enjoy the moment. -

Disney/The Grand Californian made everything SO easy!!! Especially our wedding planner Kaylee Vollert!! We told her our budget along with our wants and she made it happen! Weddings can be so stressful but her and Disney made it a breeze. It was such a honor to work with her. She’s sweet, fun, great on replying, and she is an amazing listener and you can tell she truly cares about everyone’s special day ❤️ everyone made us feel so special and cared for, we couldn’t have asked for a better day. It was truly magical ❤️ -

We just held our daughter's wedding at the Disneyland Resort, with a ceremony in the Rose Court Garden at the Disneyland Hotel, and a reception at Brisa Courtyard at Disney's Grand Californian Resort. It was truly magical. Traci, our Wedding Services Manager made the whole experience painless and so stress-free, we couldn't even come up with things to get worried about. And believe me, I'm really good at worrying about things! Natalie, from Disney Floral and Decor, created the most gorgeous arrangements and centerpieces. And Debbie oversaw the proceedings of the day, making sure everything ran on time and flawlessly. Every moment of the wedding day was calm, and we were so confident that we were in the best of hands. Our guests were thrilled and amazed at how beautiful every detail was. Everyone raved about the food, the flowers, the carriage, everything!
Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings was definitely not the least expensive place to hold a wedding, but they worked with us and our budget, helping us create the dream wedding our daughter wanted without breaking the bank. When we compare what we got through Disney to some of the other possible places we had considered, Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings exceeded all of them in quality, service and value by miles.

Unforgettable night!!!
AMAZING!! Our wedding was the most unforgettable day because of Disney. They took care of us from start to finish and I truly cannot recommend them enough! Every single detail is thought through and they helped us adjust and pivot things as the event went on to make sure that it all went smoothly. Many of the guests told us that this was the best wedding they’ve ever attended! -

My husband and I met working at Disneyland almost 10 years ago so doing our small family wedding at Disneyland resort was the obvious choice!
We can’t say enough amazing things about our wedding venue and the incredible team behind it (Kaylee, Natalie, Debbie)! From the moment we started planning, Kaylee and Natalie went above and beyond to make sure every detail was thoughtful, beautiful, and completely us.
The all-inclusive package—which included planning, catering, florals, décor, and a day-of coordinator (Debbie)—made everything so seamless and stress-free. The entire team was not only professional and organized but also warm, kind, and genuinely invested in making our day special.
Even when a few surprises popped up (as they always do with weddings!), they handled everything with such grace and calm that we hardly even noticed. Our coordinator, Debbie, was an absolute lifesaver, keeping things on track while letting us be fully present and soak up every moment. She was well-prepared with super glue to help a guest's shoe that unexpectedly broke before the ceremony.
The food was incredible (our family members are still talking about it to this day), the flowers were stunning (both the silk flower bouquet and real flower decor), and the entire space looked like something out of a dream. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly, highly recommend to anyone looking for a wedding that’s as easy as it is unforgettable! -

As a huge Disney parks fan, I have always dreamed of having my perfect fairy tale Disney wedding. While searching for venues we decided to throw the Disneyland Hotel in the mix. We had initially assumed it would be way out of our budget but we were pretty pleasantly surprised by its competitive pricing compared to other venues we were considering.
We ended up taking a tour of the venues and Disney had to offer and it was truly love at first site. We fell so in love we immediately stopped considering other venues and rushed to put down a deposit to claim our spot.
Once we did, we got connected with the sweetest human ever, Kaylee Vollert. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and encouraging.
She was very responsive to both email and text, and she also would send me questions and reminders to help keep us on track. She’s so professional and great.
Closet to the actual wedding date, we got to meet our day of coordinator Sarah Spillard and she was also such a great person to work with.
On the actual day of, Sarah was with me every step of the way to make sure I knew where to be and what to do.
Between the two of the them, the day went off seamlessly. All of my bridal party and guests were even impressed and amazed with the two of them. They showed us Disney hospitality that people expect.
So many of my guests told me our wedding was the best wedding they had ever been to. -

This was by far the best decision we ever made to have our wedding here. From our first initial conversation with our coordinator Tanner to working with our amazing planner Kaylee all the way to our day of coordinator Debbie . My literal all-star dream team! They literally took care of everything , and are a one stop shop for everything . They have everything you need let alone contacts for all services! I had a vision and they made it come to life so seamlessly and within our budget! I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. -

Choosing to have our wedding at the Disneyland Hotel was, without a doubt, the best decision we could have made. The process began with a call with wedding consultant Tanner Diaz, which we were able to schedule quickly thanks to their flexibility. Tanner walked us through all of our options for getting married at the Disneyland Resort and provided every detail we needed. I already had my heart set on the Rose Court Garden and Sleeping Beauty Pavilion, and Tanner helped get the contract in place almost immediately. He was incredibly helpful and even fielded some of my dad’s tougher questions with ease.
After booking, Tanner connected us via Zoom with our Disney wedding planner, Chelsea Danhauser, who would be our main point of contact for the rest of the planning process. Chelsea was absolutely amazing. Her responsiveness and genuine care for our wedding stood out from the beginning. About six months before the big day, we met with her in person to go over all the details. We also met with Karla Navarro from the floral and décor team. Both Chelsea and Karla did an incredible job showing us what Disney could do and brought our vision to life. I was especially set on having the Cinderella Coach, and they worked closely with us to make it happen within our budget.
About three months before the wedding, we had our menu tasting with Chelsea. I really appreciated how accommodating the team was with my work schedule, especially since I was planning from out of state. The food was fantastic! We went with a duet plated meal of beef and chicken, Mickey pretzels for the pre-reception, and a churro-flavored wedding cake. Disney did an amazing job creating a menu that reflected our tastes and favorite park treats.
Our final Zoom call took place two weeks before the wedding, where we were introduced to our day-of coordinator Debbie Redmond, Disney DJ Doralee, entertainment assistant Sarah Sparks, as well as Chelsea and Karla. The entire Disney team was incredible, and I’m so grateful we chose to use their vendors.
On the wedding day, I truly felt like royalty. Everyone kept asking if I was stressed, and honestly, I wasn’t. I knew Disney had everything under control, and if anything went wrong, I never knew about it. Words can’t fully capture how wonderful Chelsea and Debbie were. They ensured the entire day went off without a hitch. Doralee made the event feel magical and even got our 95-year-old relative dancing! Our banquet captain was attentive, the food was amazing, and Sue, who brought me a drink just as the Cinderella Coach arrived, made me feel like a real princess. The floral and décor team transformed an already beautiful venue into something straight out of a fairytale.
I can’t recommend a Disney Fairytale Wedding enough. Every vendor went above and beyond to make our dream day a reality. It was, without question, the most magical day of my life.

Fairytale is in the name and they made our dream come true. Our planner Chelsea worked with us to make our special day happen in both Brisa Courtyard and Sequoia Ballroom at the Grand Californian. At first, we were having a difficulty deciding between the Rose Court Garden @ Disneyland hotel but we spend alot of time at grand californian when we stay at disneyland and we decided to choose the Brisa Courtyard as our ceremony location. We signed our contract with Michelle and Chelsea, our planner, then took over and did excellent work. We had approx 130 people in a theater in the round in Brisa and it was everything we hoped for. Some people say they love the planning aspect of a wedding but that was not us, but Chelsea was communicative, and sent us multiple budgets when needed. She answered all our questions when asked and worked with us on making key parts of the ceremony and reception happen smoothly. As one of the other vendors stated- this event was issue free. All of my friends complimented the food supplied by Disney from the cocktail hour (pre-reception with our specialty cocktail, to their amazing mushroom bisque, the main and the desserts). The flower and decor were lovely. Disney is not the cheapest option around and they are a stickler for their rules, but they put on the show one expects and it went smoothly from start to finish the day of which is in the end what one wants. -

Thank you to Traci, Debbie, Karla, Chris, and Tanner for all of your help. You really made our dreams come true. Tanner was our wedding consultant and incredibly helpful with answering questions and taking us on a tour of venues as our initial contact with Disney Fairytale Weddings. Thank you for allowing us to reserve the Sleeping Beauty Pavilion and Rose Court Garden almost two years in advance. Traci, our wedding planner, was our fairy godmother in making this fairytale wedding come true! She understood our ambitions and expectations and did her utmost to ensure our wedding was as magical as possible. We are truly and forever grateful to you, Traci, for all that you’ve done for us in planning this special day.
Karla, our Disney florist, managed the floral and décor for our wedding. We’re so thankful for your help in creating exactly what we imagined. You ensured every detail—from the large floral arrangements, bouquets, and centerpieces to the favors and even the small charms on the boutonnière and bouquet—turned out just as we envisioned.
Chris, our Disney DJ, mixed together an eclectic selection of genres like R&B, Disney, and Chinese pop. We are so thankful for you and glad that you were able to weave in our song requests throughout the evening. He also revived the party and taught us a line dance at the end.
Lastly, thank you to Debbie, our day-of coordinator. You knew everything that needed to happen and where it needed to be, ensuring no commotion or stress reached us on our wedding day. You flawlessly coordinated with our vendors and guided our guests, making sure everyone was where they needed to be. We’re incredibly thankful to have had you as part of our team
We are also very thankful to the chefs and dining staff. The food was delicious, and the cake was decadent. The talented chefs also tailored meals for our guests with dietary restrictions. Our wedding was Cinderella and Sulley themed and we are glad that Disney Fairytale Weddings helped us incorporate this. We had the Cinderella Carriage, Castle Photoshoot, and the Magic Mirror Photobooth. We were stunned when we saw the carriage. It was breathtaking and looked just like the carriage Cinderella and Prince Charming went off in after their wedding. The Castle Photoshoot was quite early in the morning, but also worthwhile. It was nice to go to the parks for the first look. Lastly, the Magic Mirror Photobooth was a lot of fun. Guests enjoyed dressing up and taking photos there.
We highly recommend Disneyland Fairytale Weddings to all future brides and grooms. To our Wedding Team, we are tremendously grateful and appreciative of everyone's collective hard work and dedication in creating this wonderful wedding. You were all as invested as we were in making the day as enchanting, magical, and memorable as possible.
Team, we can proudly say—we did just that. Our wedding is a dream come true because we all had the courage to pursue it. -

Amazing Magical Disney Wedding experience!
The ENTIRE experience was so much fun from beginning to end!! From Sue Romano giving us our first tour of all the venues and Traci Banister our wedding Manager who worked so hard with us for over a year to make every dream we had come true within our budget. Keep in mind rules with Disney are always evolving and at the mercy of approvals from the Parks and Hotels. We wanted our wedding to be very personalized, Celestial themed with Disney touches. Traci is an AMAZING ally in making your wedding dreams come true and was extremely responsive and patient with every idea and question we had. I am very detail oriented and am so incredibly appreciative with how detailed and organized she is. She is truly the best!! I am SO GRATEFUL for her!
We had our wedding at the Brisa Courtyards at the Grand Californian Hotel and it was exactly what we envisioned with the magical forest vibes and the fun monorail passing by! We had a buffet and some of the food highlights were the customized Haunted Mansion desserts, Mickey chicken and waffles and all the food was absolutely delicious! We are foodies and love the foods at Disneyland and the wedding food options at the Hotels are incredible. We loved the exclusive cake flavors of Dole Whip and Churro. We had Mickey and Minnie as special guests to meet everyone and also had a special surprise viewing inside the Park for our guests at the end of our wedding.
Every single cast member we met through this whole process was so sweet and accommodating and really went beyond to make us feel special. Even though some things didn't go as planned, Disney Weddings did their part to make it right, and sprinkle in some magic. We really feel like we are part of a special Disney Weddings family now!
If you love Disney as much as we do and want a unique, special Disney experience to share with your loved ones, I would not hesitate to reach out to the weddings team!

I will never forget all the cast members that made my husband and I’s dream come true. Traci, Debbie, Sue, Edith, Karla, and all the magical cast members who I unfortunately was not able to introduce myself. Thank you all for truly being so careful and kind and making all the wedding party feel so special. Thank you for taking such great care of me and my family. The attention you guys gave me, the bride, during my wedding day is something I will never forget.

Take what you expect from a company like Disney & multiply that by 10! Working with Disney Fairy Tale Weddings was such a dream! Our planner, Celina, was so patient with us & gave us everything & more! Celina is so sweet & you can tell that she knows what she’s doing! Our day of coordinator, Ann, spent the entire wedding day with us & is the sweetest individual ever! The two were extremely helpful & made our wedding day even more special. I want to plan another wedding just to work with them again! Haha!
Disney also provides a list of preferred vendors, which came in handy! A list of Disney-quality vendors! Their vendors were perfect for us.
Every floral & decor element was taken so seriously & we were sent updates on proposals often!
The cake & food was AMAZING! I, along with a few other guests had special dietary restrictions & Disney catered to our needs! They prepared me a special plated meal. It’s the little things like that, that make me so happy we planned with Disney.
Our entire day was full of love & care by the Disney team. We love Disney! -

Our wedding was truly magical thanks to the team at Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings! Michiel was our Planner and Monica was our Coordinator, and both were such a pleasure to work with! We started working with Michiel about a year before our wedding - she was so easy to work with and was on top of every detail! She and Jackie from Disney Floral and Decor helped us pick out all of our floral arrangements and other decor, and were super responsive to our requests for changes in the months leading to our wedding. They made everything very easy for us by giving us simple worksheets to fill out and reminding us when items were due. On the day of our wedding, Michiel and Monica were super attentive, making sure all the items on the schedule went off without a hitch. All of the ceremony and reception decor, especially the flowers, were beautiful and exactly what we wanted.
Monica made sure we were well fed by pre-plating all of our appetizers, dinner, and desserts (including cake) for us - unlike most couples, we ate a ton of food at our own wedding! The food was also amazing - some of the best catered food I've ever had at a large event. We even had authentic Disneyland churros at the end of the night! One thing to be aware of - Disney makes it very clear that they will not touch or be responsible for any items they don't provide (decorative items you choose to bring yourself). We made sure to have a few friends help us set up these items, but at the end of the night Disney graciously helped to relocate everything to our hotel suite. While the price of a Disney wedding may be on the high side, you truly get what you pay for in the amazing quality and convenience of working with such a high class organization. We could not be happier with our Disney wedding - it was truly the best day ever! -
Michelle Sent on 09/28/2017Disney is seriously amazing - they are so thoughtful and guide you through the planning process so well. They work with any type of budget as long as you meet the event minimums. The customer service was phenomenal on the day of the wedding. There was a slight snafu in the favors and this was quickly remedied within the hour. They are definitely a one stop shop for all aspects of your wedding - from stationary, floral, disney enhancements, favors to pretty much anything you can think of. Your wedding can be super formal and not have any disney elements to having characters and a lot of disney decorations. I was incredibly relaxed the day of the wedding because I knew disney was going to take care of everything. We are still getting rave reviews of our wedding and I am so glad we went with Disney.

My wife, a former Disney cast member, and I, a lifelong Disney fan, set a goal to host our own special Disney wedding. Disney's all-inclusive package made planning seamless and stress-free. We weren't certain about every detail at first. Thankfully, our planner Kaylee was always available to answer questions and help us brainstorm ideas and even helped at the event.
The presentation of the food and décor truly exceeded our expectations. One unique detail that stood out was the Up-themed centerpieces Karla helped us design—they were a delightful surprise for our guests and added a magical touch to the tables. The quality and variety of the meal service and buffet were also outstanding.
Our spirited Disney DJ and Emcee, Ashley, set the perfect vibe and kept the energy high throughout the celebration, making sure everyone was entertained. A favorite moment was when Ashley played our favorite Disney song for our first dance, creating an unforgettable experience.
Our very passionate day-of-coordinator, Debbie, ensured everything ran smoothly and everyone had a joyful time. We feel incredibly blessed to have had such an amazing team—Kaylee, Ashley, Karla, and Debbie—who truly helped make the magic come to life for us and our guests. -

When you go with Disney, you know that you're going to have two things - a dent in your wallet, and the best experience you could ever hope to have. My now-wife and I worked with Lindsay at DFTW, and she made the entire process easy to understand, from saving the date of the wedding all the way up to the Big Day itself and beyond.
We were lucky enough to have an Escape Wedding before those tiers were changed, so we had 18 guests. We opted to go with the Wedding Pavilion, so while the venue was a big large for the amount of guests we had, it was absolutely beautiful. Following the ceremony, we had a cake and champagne celebration in the Whitehall Room of the Grand Floridian, which was a nice addition to our ceremony. We had a violinist play our first dance song, and then he even played a few requests, which was awesome!
On the day of, Lindsay was there personally with a few assistants to ensure that everything went smoothly, and it certainly did! We added a catered meal to the end of our night (which is something that Disney now accounts for in their new package tiers), so we actually ended up cutting the cake at the top of the Contemporary at the California Grill after the nightly fireworks show! The staff at CG were nothing short of amazing and well worth every penny.
Lindsay was an absolute All-Star from start to finish, the entertainment and catering were top notch, and it was legitimately the best day ever. So if you're able to swallow the Disney price tag, they make it INCREDIBLY worth your while. -

Melanie Sent on 03/14/2018Our experience with Disney was fantastic! We were assigned Keli as a planner, and she was awesome! They have you do a planning session up to 8 months before the event, and we got to sit down with Keli, a floral & decor specialist, and an assistant, and we walked through how we would like every detail to look. They were very open and upfront about pricing, schedules, available add-ons, etc. Our flowers were gorgeous, the extra decor touches they provided were perfect, and their staff was always pleasant all the time.
Closer to the event, they invite you to come visit the resort again for a food & cake tasting (I believe that out-of-state brides can combine the two planning meetings if needed, don't quote me on that). You're allowed to bring two guests (for a total of four people) to the tasting. The chef, planner, and a few other staff members are all there to listen to your preferences. When we had some minor issues with some of the dishes at the tasting, they took notes and those issues were all gone at the wedding. They do require that if you do a Disney wedding, you cannot bring in outside food, beverages, or cake.
The .5 star reduction is due to one issue we had: Disney has rules. We knew Disney would have rules, as my husband and I both used to be Cast Members at Disneyland. But when we signed the contract, we had asked the sales manager if there were any rules we should be aware of. They mentioned "no use of intellectual property that isn't properly licensed" and "keep behavior rated PG at least", which were agreeable terms. Just a few weeks before the event, however, we had an issue with a cap on the amount of liquor in a single drink. We ended up having a completely satisfactory hosted beer and wine bar, but the disclosure of those kinds of odd policies was something we had specifically asked for early on.
Don't let that single issue deter you! If you want a magical wedding day, DISNEY IS WORTH IT! -

Cant believe this is my nightmare
MY HUSBAND AND I THOUGHT THAT GOING WITH DISNEY WOULD AVOID ALL THE STRESS THAT COMES WITH A WEDDING BUT HAVE BEEN FACED WITH MORE STRESS THAN IMAGINED. KAMI OUR PLANNER HAS IGNORED US FOR 3 WEEKS AND FINALLY HER ASSISTANT JUST GOT BACK TO US SAYING THAT SHE WONT BE AVAILABLE TO SPEAK TO US FOR ANOTHER 2 WEEKS. UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
