  Wonderful Officiant!

  Diane was absolutely wonderful! We used Diane as our officiant for our wedding in November 2023. She was incredibly sweet and made everyone very relaxed. She made time to speak on the phone with us to learn more about us personally. She had wonderful options and recommendations for additional readings for the ceremony. Overall she led and delivered a beautiful ceremony!

  The Best Officiant for a Fun Theatre Wedding

  Diane was perfect! We had our wedding on leap day in a theater full of actors and musicians. Diane's ceremony was short and fun and seemed tailored to us. Working with her prior to the ceremony was super easy- we exchanged some emails and had a phone call. Diane knows her stuff! She even added in a reading by our favorite author (Neil Gaiman). I couldn't ask for a better experience!

  Could not be more pleased!

  It was a pleasure working with Diane! She officiated our wedding July 2019. She met with us before hand to get to know us and was friendly and professional every step of the way. She was also very helpful making recommendations and guiding us while we were putting together our vows and readings. She added joy to our amazing day. We highly recommend her!

  Diane is amazing! She was extremely helpful, very friendly and respected everything we wanted to do for our ceremony. I would 100% recommend her for anyone looking for an officiant in the DMV area. She helped make my day as perfect as I imagined it to be!

  Stop Shopping - Diane is the best!

  You have found you Marriage Officiant. Diane is terrific: organized, friendly, flexible, and an excellent communicator. Because of the virus situation our plans changed multiple times and Diane didn't blink. She adjusted to our changes when many others would not have done so. And the ceremony itself was wonderful.   Perfect Officiant

  Diane was wonderful! Very receptive to what we wanted and easy to communicate with. We had decided to legally get married a few months before our wedding for various reasons and had a small courthouse wedding. She found a private spot in the courthouse surrounded by flowers and wed us there. She was patient, and kind, and was very well-spoken. She made it more special than we were expecting. She later also officiated our big wedding ceremony. I highly reccomend Diane to anyone who is getting married!

  Diane was a great choice!

  My husband and I were pleased having Diane officiate our wedding! She worked with us to customize the ceremony to be exactly how we wanted it. During the ceremony, she was engaging and added a touch of humor to make the ceremony a bit lighthearted.

  Great Decision

  We met Diane about 10 months prior to our wedding and knew right away that we were going to choose her to officiate our wedding. She is such a pro and provided us with a ton of great info and insight on how to obtain our marriage certificate and prepare for a seamless ceremony. Diane was super responsive and easy to work with. We had no worries about the ceremony leading up to our big day. We received a lot of compliments from our guests that she did a great job and kept things light and humorous while remaining professional. We would definitely recommend choosing Diane to officiate your wedding!

  Diane is the best!

  Diane is incredible. We reached out to her after learning that the laws in VA would not allow the friend that we had asked to officiate us to legally marry us as she is not a resident of VA. Diane told us when we met with her initially a few months ago that she had presided over 3,000 weddings! Talk about a pro. She is easy to connect with and you can tell that she truly cares about you and wants to make sure your experience is the best ever. Diane was super flexible from the start and gave us several options (she could witness our friend do the whole ceremony and fill out the paperwork, split it with her, or legally marry us just after or prior to the "ceremony." We opted to split the ceremony with our friend and we are so glad we did. The transition was flawless and natural. We wanted to write our own ceremony, but Diane also provided us with a template of her own and we ended up meshing the two scripts together for the final. She was unable to attend our rehearsal due to a scheduling conflict, but we felt 100% confident that she would be prepared and ready the day of and she certainly delivered. My friend opened the ceremony and then handed the reigns over to Diane. She came with our script printed in her book and she even color coordinated her outfit to match our colors which was such a thoughtful touch. When we were exchanging our vows that we had written ourselves we even noticed that she sniffled a bit as well which was so touching. You can tell she really loves what she does and we so appreciate everything she did to help us prepare and guide us through the ceremony. Thank you Diane! It was such a touching and perfect celebration and we (literally) could not have done it without you.

  We couldn't have picked a better choice for our ceremony officiant than Diane. From the beginning, she was friendly, responsive, and professional. We met up with her at a coffee shop in advance of our wedding and talked through our idea of a ceremony and she provided us with various options and scripts that we could use for guidance. She requested we send her our decision on ceremony a few weeks out, but we were in the throws of wedding planning, and she did not mind at all that we sent our readings and choice of ceremony script etc. a little late. On our rehearsal day, everyone was running behind due to traffic, and Diane was on time and so kind and not phased that we were all running behind. She was very calm and collected and did a great job at talking us through how the ceremony would run, putting any of my uncertainty at ease. By the time I had arrived - she had already won my parents over and they were chatting like old friends :) My family and friends immediately loved her for her kind demeanor, she was so friendly and really seemed excited to be supporting us and our wedding. The rehearsal went great. Then on the wedding day, she was such a calming presence for us and set us as ease while we were center stage - we were so happy that she married us. She was well spoken, spoke with a wonderful pace and tone, she incorporated everything we had requested and the ceremony was perfect.   Diane was a pleasure to work with from the start! When we first met with Diane, she took the time to get to know us. After that first meeting, my (now) husband and I both knew that we wanted Diane to officiate our wedding! Since that day, it was always easy to communicate with Diane, both via text and email. Diane was always so friendly and accommodating, happy to make any changes to the ceremony we wanted. We picked two readings for our ceremony; however, we also wanted to add a prayer, and she was happy to do this for us. She sent us the full ceremony script before the wedding for us to read over and approve. At the wedding rehearsal, Diane arrived early and was ready to run through the ceremony. After the rehearsal, we were delighted that Diane could join us for the rehearsal dinner. She took the time to speak and get to know both of our families at the dinner, which meant a lot to us. At the end of the wedding ceremony, we came to realize that Diane also officiated my cousin's wedding three years earlier! If we could do it all over again (oh, how I wish we could relive the day), we would most definitely have Diane as our marriage celebrant.

  Diane is an old friend of mine. I would not have had anyone else officiate my daughter’s wedding. She is very professional and wonderful. My daughter and her husband loved her. She made our wedding even more special. It was a beautiful day.

  Where to begin?! Diane was a doll and the best officiant for our wedding. When I emailed her she offered to meet my husband and I to get to know us as a couple and our love story. She has great ideas and readings as to how to have your ceremony. We told her we wanted a civil ceremony and she helped me so much to make the ceremony of our dreams. She was awesome at communicating whether it was copies of the readings or if I needed to change anything for the ceremony. At our ceremony she made it very personal yet added some humor to it. Our guests absolutely loved our ceremony. They not only thought it was the best one they've been too, but though Diane was great. We are so glad she stayed for the reception. Our guest loved chatting with her and complimenting her. I highly recommend Diane for an officiant, I couldn't ask for a better one! Thanks Diane for making our day special, we will always cherish and remember what a beautiful ceremony it was!

  Diane was absolutely wonderful and extremely professional. My fiance and I witnessed Diane perform a ceremony at a friend's wedding and asked her to do ours. She helped us plan the perfect ceremony and did an amazing job at the rehearsal, as well as the actual ceremony. She is fantastic and I highly recommend her services!
