I had a great experience getting my dress at Diana's bridal! I worked with Jocie, and she was so kind and and helpful! It was a comfortable, fun experience and not the cheesy, pushy vibe that I got at other salons. I almost didn't try on one of the dresses I selected, but Jocie suggested that I try it on anyway because you never know. It ended up being the dress I chose! I had it customized with long sleeves and it was so beautiful. Molly did a great job with my alterations. -

Perfect experience
While it sounds cliché, I had a fairytale experience at Diana’s Bridal. I am an out of state bride, so my dress appointment was also a happy reunion with my family. They even organized a surprise for me when I arrived—my future mother-in-law, whom I adore, was waiting for me in my room!
Kate Davis was my bridal consultant, and she was an absolute gem. Her experience shone throughout the appointment, especially since I was the type of bride who knew what I *didn’t* want but had no clue what I *did* want. When I tried on a dress that I absolutely loved but hated how it looked in the back, Kate immediately reassured me with, ‘That’s an easy fix!’ She quickly rearranged the fabric so the back of the dress lay exactly the way I wanted. Right then and there, I had my ‘say yes to the dress’ moment—I even cried!
Kate also helped me find the perfect veil and arranged for the dress to be shipped directly to my home in California, where I could do fittings and alterations. The shop had an adorable ‘I said yes!’ chair for photos, and the team was wonderful in advising me on how to alter and safely transport the dress for the wedding (carry-on bags only!). They even offered a service to steam both the dress and veil! Kate and Diana’s Bridal gave me and my family the perfect wedding dress experience, and I am beyond grateful! -

I loved working with Diana’s bridal to find and then alter my dream wedding dress! Kristine was such a joy to work with, and the very first dress she had me try on was the one I ended up going with! She listened to what I asked for and literally picked the perfect dress off the bat! Though many of the other dresses she brought me to try were also really beautiful and it made for a tough decision! But I just fell in love with that first dress! I gave it some time to think about it and then I came back for a second appointment about a month later to try the dress back on. But I wanted to try on just a few more styles to be absolutely sure about it before I bought my dress, and she did a good job finding me some variety! They were all very pretty, but I couldn't help it--I was ready to try back on "my" dress!! I just felt so beautiful in it, and it was just what I was looking for! The buying and receiving of my dress were so easy, too, and much quicker than I expected. And then I brought it back to Diana’s for alterations, and those could not have gone more smoothly! Allie was so kind and was patient and understanding when I asked to facetime my mom and mother in law at each appointment! And she was open to my ideas when it came time for the bustle of my train. I didn’t like the over or under bustle options, so I did some research and ended up asking for a french bustle, and she was able to make it happen! And she executed it so beautifully!! I was honestly obsessed with the bustle *almost* more than the train itself! It gave major twirl factor! I was also a bit anxious about how thin the straps were on my dress, especially for a busty girl like me, but she assured me that they would hold up. And she even reinforced them for me when I couldn’t let it go! (They did hold up, for the record!!). I would wear this dress every damn day if I could, and I’d happily go back to Diana’s if I could do it all over again! Definitely recommend!! -

I highly recommend wedding dress shopping here! Kate is an expert in dresses and was an absolute delight to work with. She really knew her inventory and, after having a brief conversation on what I was looking for, brought out a number of dresses that fit my description. She also provided ample information in regards to alterations and changes that could be done on each dress. She was easy to talk with and super friendly. The hardest part of the appointment was whittling down my choices as so many dresses matched what I was looking for. My friends and I had an absolute blast at our appointment here. I would absolutely recommend going here to anyone. -

Diana's Bridal is such a wonderful bridal salon!! I actually ended up booking an appointment here because a photographer I met with (Mandelette Photography, also amazing and you should check them out!) absolutely sang their praises. But it was the double whammy when I found out how inclusive their sample sizes are!
This shop is *beautiful*, and everyone who works here is so kind. I had the privilege of working with stylist Kristina, and she is just a dream. She knows exactly how to offer the perfect balance of assistance, suggestions, and space. I could tell she had studied my inquiry form, and really took my vision to heart. Every dress she pulled was gorgeous - they really have an amazing selection here, even in extended sample sizes. And she is just so fun and easy to talk to! She made me feel super comfortable throughout the process. The whole experience was truly one of the best along my shopping journey - welcoming, encouraging, fun, stress-free, attentive but not pushy, and just happy. My dress ended up being at another store, but I would have been thrilled to go through Diana's. Brides, please book an appointment here! THIS is absolutely the kind of store you will want to work with for such a special chapter in life!!! :) -

I can't say enough amazing things about Diana's Bridal! I worked with two different bridal consultants over the course of two appointments to find my dream dress, and they were both absolutely phenomenal. I went to a couple other places in addition but was blown away by the warm environment, fun personalities, beautiful gowns, and very fair prices at Diana's! Run, don't walk, here if you are a bride!!! -

Already wrote a raving review (you can find it on the Knot and Google reviews) about the wonderful experience of finding my dream dress at Diana's, the lovely team of specialists, and the quality and selection of affordable beautiful gowns, but I wanted to follow up with another review on Wedding Wire to document my experience leading up to wedding day and post wedding. The communication was unbelievably fantastic throughout the entire process to schedule fittings and know the status of my dress for the entire year and a half. Alterations on site was a HUGE plus and the two alterations ladies I interacted with were so friendly and had a keen eye for detail. I even ordered all my girls bridesmaids dresses through Diana's and they turned out gorgeous. The dress and veil was steamed prior to pickup which was so thoughtful and made things go much more smoothly on morning of wedding. I even took advantage of their preservation service so that I can store my gown safely for years down the road. I have referred many ladies to this boutique and would highly recommend anyone in search of their dream dress. Diana's Bridal is top notch. Special shout out to Kate the store manager for being a rock star :) -

Diana’s Bridal really was a great experience from the minute I made an appointment to buying my dress! The shop is clean, organized and very cute! The staff is friendly and inviting and made me feel comfortable while picking out dresses. I worked with Shelby throughout and she was the absolute best! She is so sweet and definitely understood my vision. I was in between two dresses and she went above and beyond to have the designer send them in my size to try on before making a decision. It really is the little things that make an experience. I would recommend Diana’s to any bride! Also, their order time is great, just about 5 months! I can’t say enough good things! I can’t wait to get my dress 😊 -

I had the most amazing time FINDING MY WEDDING DRESS at Diana's Bridal! Staci was incredible helping me navigate my way through indecision and not knowing exactly what I wanted. She even added a belt to the perfect dress to help make it even more perfect. I can't speak highly enough about the experience here. Their lighting and mirrors and sofas for my guests made the entire experience beautiful and bright and magical and so much fun. I'm so happy I came here and so excited to wear my favorite dress ever. I had such an amazing experience at Diana's Bridal. After a very disappointing appointment the day prior to coming here, Kate jumped in a really understood my vision. I was discouraged after feeling like all the dresses were not right for my body and even thought I'd have to change the image idea I had in mind. After explaining what I was looking for, Kate knew the exact aesthetic I was going for. Every dress she brought into the fitting room was in line with what I was looking for. I found the perfect dress and the experience was fun and enjoyable. With the COVID regulations, it was hard to find a place that would allow for my sisters to join me and they were able to accommodate my group of 4. On top of the amazing customer experience, the actual boutique was beautiful and had all the bridal vibes you could hope for when shopping for your dress. Thanks again, Kate! -

Wow! What a magical experience with Diana's Bridal. Back in March of 2019, I purchased my wedding dress. It was my first bridal appointment ever. I worked with Melissa who was wonderful. She found me the perfect dress and I decided on it that day. I cancelled the two other appointments I had scheduled for that day because I was so happy with the dress I found. I went back for three tailoring sessions that went flawlessly with Aly. I had a very postive experience at Diana's Bridal and would recommend it to any bride to be! -

Diana's tailored my mother-in-law's 40 year old organza wedding gown. This included rebuilding the top of the gown and creating a bustier. Ali did a fabulous job and was very accommodating! Thank you to the Diana's Bridal team for making me feel so beautiful on my wedding day. -

Like trying on dresses with another one of the girls...
I loved everything about my bridal gown shopping experience with Diana's bridal. From beginning to end, they ensured that I was comfortable and that I was able to find everything that I was looking for in a gown. Rita was the consultant who helped me pick out my gown, and she was SPOT ON in finding exactly what I was looking for. She was so delicate in that way that she offered suggestions, but never steered me or my squad into choosing any specific dress. I only tried on 10 gowns and was able to easily make a decision, no pressure! In visiting the store over the next several months, between fittings and alterations, I became friendly with the staff there. They all asked questions about the wedding and the most impressive thing was that they genuinely remembered things the next time I was back at the store! I also ended up purchasing my earrings from the salon, and got so many complements! I highly recommend shopping the jewelry there, as that can be just as difficult and overwhelming as picking out a dress! Ali helped me with my alternations; she was so knowledgeable and friendly and my dress fit perfectly thanks to all of her hard work! I will actually miss my visits to the store on Friday afternoons. I would absolutely refer anyone who wants a quiet and comfortable experience to Diana's Bridal!
TIP: If you can, schedule your appointments for Friday afternoons. The store in generally quiet and you really get 1:1 attention and focus. -

I could not have asked for a better experience than what I had at Diana's Bridal. Kate was the absolute best, and I am so grateful for her! She really listened to what I liked, what I didn't, and what I'd be open to. While I tried on ten or so dresses, the first one Kate pulled ended up being the one. Also, the shop itself is absolutely gorgeous, spacious and elegant. There are cocktails and snacks as soon as you walk in. You can truly tell that they care about your experience and finding you the perfect dress. Thank you, Kate and Diana's Bridal! -

Less than 2 weeks before my wedding, it was clear the gown I got from out of town was in sad shape — even though I wasn’t a customer of Diana’s Bridal, they were absolutely phenomenal fitting me in a slot with their customization specialist seamstress, Jessica, who already had a full plate. I knew I was in trouble when my dad suggested holding my bouquet in front of every picture to hide the ripples that looked like love handles across the stomach of my ill-fitted gown. We weren’t just imagining things, either. Not long after putting on my wedding gown at Diana’s Bridal, my dress was deemed *ruined* in its current state, but fixable close to 100% — following tremendous work, that is. Jessica stayed up almost 2 nights in a row working on my dress to take it entirely apart. Few seamstresses would completely rework my gown like she did, and what’s more, she also rescued my mom’s mother of the bride dress the week before my wedding in 1 day!! The seamstress and entire Diana’s Bridal team were truly one of the most miraculous wedding gifts in making my mom and me feel radiant for our once-in-a-lifetime day, and they were so very kind and understanding through the whole process — words can’t express how much their above and beyond support meant!!! -

Two weeks before my daughter's wedding, we realized the original seamstress from another bridal shop had did not have the ability to alter her wedding dress.... and it was practically in ruins! Thanks to Jessica for not only accepting us last minute as desperate clients, but also for working her magic! Not only did Jessica repair my daughter's dress, but also my dress which was a disaster! The entire staff at Diana's Bridal made us feel welcome even though neither or our dresses were purchased here. Thank you for being our angels when we were in need! Both our dresses were gorgeous because of Jessica's amazing ability as a seamstress! Thank you for caring enough to save my daughter's wedding day and making it a time for us to cherish forever! -

I booked my first ever bridal appointment at Diana's because they carry Stella York dresses (in my search I fell in love with her designs.) I was blown away by how perfect the boutique is, it is decorated so well and kept very clean. I loved the private viewing areas because it made the experience so intimate and personal versus something like David's Bridal where anyone in the store can see you and what you are doing. I was helped by Alysia (who I believe no longer works there) and she was fabulous. She was so patient, knowledgable, and made the experience so fun. I tried on a few of the dresses that I chose and none were doing it for me, but she picked a newer dress by Essence of Australia and I fell in love. It was the easiest YES (next to saying yes to marrying my husband). I was shocked that I found my dress at the first store and first appointment, but Diana's made it possible. Every other time I had to contact or visit the boutique, the girls there were so helpful and very welcoming, makes you want to be a part of their little Diana's family. I even brought my bridesmaids back to the store to shop for their dresses. Rita was a blessing that day because a few of girls can be a bit on the wild side, but she answered everyones questions and was beyond helpful and patient. We didn't end up choosing their dresses from Diana's because they all preferred a dress from a different store, but the experience was amazing for everyone. Alterations went even smoother, and Ali is simply an artist with clothing. My alterations and bustle were perfect and I had a few tiny changes that she was very accommodating about. Without a doubt, go to Diana's for your search, even if you don't find your dress there, the experience they provide is a memorable one. -

I have to say I absolutely LOVED my experience shopping at Diana's Bridal. They are so sweet at this bridal shop. I had tried going to a larger store and I did not have that great of an experience and began to be discouraged about finding my dream wedding dress. At Diana's, I was instantly greeted with a smile from the consultant and the store, O...M....G...So clean and well organized. The consultants there give you that one-on-one experience and really listened to what I was asking for. Within a couple of dresses I had found THE one. The manager is super sweet and everyone made the shopping experience so much fun! We purchased the bridesmaid dresses from Diana's as well and I have to say, I was nervous about having tons of opinions and different styles all in one room coming together, but we had so much FUN! Our consultant, Melissa, made the experience so much fun and even provided great advice and support when it came to ordering the dresses for my awesome friends. I highly recommend going there for any of your bridal needs. My 1st alterations appointment, I was dreading because everyone says that it is usually the worst ever but they made it GREAT! The way that my dress was pinned made me get the best idea of what my dress is going to look like on my wedding day. I cannot wait for my second appointment on Friday! Please stop by and check them out! I have so much love for this store!!! -

I visited Diana's bridal after going to Kleinfelds in NYC and trying a dress on there that I liked. They were having an Allure trunk show and would have this dress. The experience at Diana's was 1000x better than Kleinfelds! Erika (my consultant) was fantastic and they made my guests feel so comfortable. Absolutely loved the experience and would recommend to anyone! -

I was going to wait until after our wedding to leave a review but I don’t want to forget. I knew I wanted an Essence of Australia or Stella York dress so I went to two other bridal salons before arriving at Diana’s. The first had a lot of dresses but the dressing room was a shabby courtain and the whole experience felt cheap. The next - Remington Bridal kept pushing other brands on me because they were phasing out working with Stella York but weren’t open about it. While the dressing room was classier, the dresses were all dirty and the consultant was just not understanding what I was looking for.
Next I arrived at Diana’s and it was EVERYTHING I wanted in a wedding dress shopping experience. First, the salon is so bright and airy with lots of windows and natural light. They have adorable tufted furniture, lots of mirrors and pedestals and are by appointment only so you really feel like an important guest when you’re there with your family.
Second, all the dresses are on display, not in scary plastic bags that make it impossible to see the dress. I never knew I wanted the aspects that my dress has until I saw it on the rack. If I wasn’t able to browse, I would’ve never known to try It on.
Finally, and most importantly, the store manager, Kate, is an actual fairy god mother. Not only was she extremely helpful during the appointment, letting me go back and fort trying on dresses, etc. but she’s been even more helpful ever since. I hired my hair and make up vendor (Fearless and Bella) thanks to her and she’s been single handedly working with my bridesmaids to get their dress orders in, following up tirelessly when needed. Further, she’s more than happy to have Diana’s steam and press my dress since I will be traveling in from out of town.
TLDR: if you’re looking for that personalized “say yes to the dress” experience with cute bridal furniture, helpful and happy consultants, great dress selection, and an amazing atmosphere, Diana’s is no doubt the way to go. I almost wish I didn’t get my dress so soon or was getting another one so I could keep going to Diana’s over and over again! -

This place was amazing. I went to three other salons and this place beats them all. The service was great, the employees actually seemed excited for you and sit you down to discuss everything you would want before you even start shopping. The shop itself is very comfortable and well organized. Plus they get the dresses in 4 months instead of the typical 6-8! -

Anna Sent on 03/08/2017So much love for Diana's! The boutique is beautiful and intimate, and the staff is amazing. Alysia is a sweetheart and made my dress shopping experience so fun and painless. I only had to try on a few gowns, narrowed it down to two that I loved, and ended up saying yes to the perfect dress. Rachel, the store manager, is wonderful; she's responsive and knows a lot about dresses, designers, fabrics, everything! I've ordered my gown (a gorgeous Wtoo), extra lace motifs, and bridesmaids dresses (Sorella Vita) here. My gown took about 4 months and it's absolutely perfect! Everyone has been so helpful and professional. I highly recommend and trust Diana's! -

I felt like I had quite a few dresses to choose from... It was easy to book appointments, they were very accommodating. They tolerated my family and friends who came in with me for fittings. All of the associates were pleasant, helpful and honest!! I ended up purchasing my bridal gown, my daughter's flowergirl dress and my veil from Diana's Bridal. They gave me a delivery date of 4 months but my dress arrived in 2 months!! Everything was affordable, and reasonably priced. Even the seamstress, Apple, who did my alterations did an amazing job.. my dress was perfect after she put her hands to it!! Everyone asks where I got our dresses from and I have no problem pointing them in the direction of the beautiful little shop in Skokie. Thank you ladies for everything, I felt no less than BEAUTIFUL on my wedding day. -

They carry top designers like essence of Australia and Stella York. When it came time to find my dress, I came across Diana’s as an affordable option with beautiful gowns. At my initial appointment I was impressive with the space. They have sooo many dresses. The space is clean and inviting. I really appreciated the process of selecting and trying on dresses. It was very methodical and I felt heard. After I found my dress, I did my alterations as well. My tailor helped me feel confident in my gown. I would recommend everyone go to Diana’s for their dress! -

Dianas was a cute boutique. My guest and I were the first appointment and were greeted and seated in the front of the main entrance. After settling in and waiting for our consultant (Staci) another party arrived and were seated in a different location. While waiting for our consultant I noticed that the greeter/possible consultant had brought out 5 bottles of water … thinking it was for us since we were the first guest to arrive. Shortly after we noted that it was for the other guest in the other room. Throughout the entire appointment we were never offered water. I understand that due to COVID there may be new policies, but having a mask on and trying on many dress can definitely be exhausting. I felt discriminated that we were not provided with the same service that the other party was given. After trying on many dresses, I also noted that many of the bottoms were filthy. I am not sure if it is due to them being dragged, instead of carefully being carried to the fitting rooms or just old/used. After my appointment my consultant stated she would send me pictures of the dress a liked in a different color to my cell number late that evening ... still haven't received anything. I will just say Dianas is not what I expected.
