  Great experience!

  My engagement ring is Tacori and I was having a hard time finding a jeweler close to home with a large Tacori inventory who also seemed to be knowledgeable about the brand. After doing some research I traveled to Diamond's Direct which is about two hours away met with Olga. We weren't ready to purchase so Olga and I stayed in touch over the next few months. She reached out to me when they were having a sale and went out of her way to make sure we got what we wanted at the price point we were looking for. There was no pressure and she is a genuinely kind and warm person. She was fabulous to work with and Diamonds Direct is now our go to for any jewelry needs!

  Diamonds Direct was the ONLY jewelry store we went to. Olga showed me every style that I "thought" I wanted. As she listened to what I liked and disliked, she helped me narrow down my choices.she also gave us a lesson in diamonds. She showed us a huge variety of size and clarity. I didn't want to know what ring and diamond he chose.....but he did great. When we went back for my wedding band, Olga was there, remembered us & asked about our proposal and how the wedding planning is going. I will always go back to Olga. It was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

  Jeff Hawkins was a DREAM to work with!

  Jeff Hawkins was absolutely wonderful to work with! He was so patient and provided what I hear was amazing customer service when working with my husband to design an engagement ring that I absolutely adore. Jeff stepped in when the first representative from the company that designed my ring gave less than desirable service to my husband, and Jeff made sure my husband's vision for the engagement ring were brought to life.
  I also had the pleasure of working with and meeting Jeff when we came back to work on the design for our wedding bands. Jeff undoubtedly has such a friendly personality and never makes you feel rushed or is without great suggestions.
  I HIGHLY recommend Diamonds Direct, if only to work with Jeff Hawkins.

  My fiancé and I went together to look at engagement rings just so he could get an idea. We met with Olga and she was great! Explained the whole process to us, educated us on diamonds and rings, and took a lot of time with us. I left choosing a setting a thought I really liked it, but had a change of heart. Long story short- he proposed and I love the ring! He was so impressed with the costumer service and the value! Diamonds direct does free lifetime cleanings, sizing (so when you get pregnant you can make it bigger and then get it smaller again, or whatever reason!), and they will replace the side diamonds if they ever fall out. Also, he got such a deal! My ring appraised for nearly $4,000 more than what he paid for it. Will definitely go back to get our wedding bands! I highly recommend using them!

We met briefly with Olga, and she showed me a ring I liked much more than any I had seen in the other stores. I thought about it for a few days before we met with her again, and I looked at pretty much everything they had in store just to make sure I felt the same. The first ring Olga showed me was my favorite, but I wanted to make a few adjustments to the design. She called the designer and they assured her they could make the ring just as I wanted. After we chose my ring, Olga helped us pick a diamond. She showed us our options given my fiancé’s budget. We were able to get a better diamond than our family-friend jeweler offered us for the same price.
  Olga helped us with questions about our diamond purchase, she dealt with the designer to make sure my ring looked exactly how I wanted it, and she helped us pick wedding bands, too. After meeting so many jewelers & sales people over the years, it was refreshing to meet someone as professional, knowledgeable, and kind as Olga.
  I couldn’t be happier with my ring, and my fiancé has no second thoughts on its value. My family and friends have looked at my ring and said, “Oh my goodness! It’s beautiful! That’s so you!” On top of its beauty, it’s a quality ring from a reputable place. I can’t thank Olga and Diamonds Direct enough. We’re going back to Diamonds Direct for every future jewelry purchase.

  Diamonds Direct has a new location in VA Beach and I love it! Friendly, attentive and happy service and individualized and hasty attention to each customer. My ring is beautiful and they were accomodating with ring resizing SAME DAY! They are complimentary and genuinely excited for couples' engagements, renewed vows, or even purchase of gift jewelry. Definitely woupd suggrst them over more brand name stores!
