Wide selection and great service!

Purchased our wedding bands from here and was helped by a very patient salesperson, fairly close to closing. Was able to find our dream bands at a relatively reasonable price!

Absolutely the BEST

I am from Cincinnati and I was having trouble finding someone to help me and my mother in law had used them in the past and what an absolute DREAM TEAM! Karl was my main contact and I did everything over the phone and sending photos and it turned out better than I could have imagined. I think it's a true testament to their level of quality and service that I am willing to make it work from out of the city to work with these amazing people. Cannot recommend them more and always tell family and friends they should be your first stop!

Gorgeous rings!

My husband had a great experience buying my engagement ring from Diamond Cellar! When we went back to look at wedding bands, they didn’t have exactly what I was looking for, so we had it custom designed. They did an amazing job with my rings! We will be going back for a matching anniversary band at some point!

Beautiful Selection

Now granted, I wasn't really involved with my engagement ring, but my husband stated he had a great time working with them and designing the ring for me. I can say the initial appointment was amazing and we did not feel any pressure to buy now or to buy outside of our budget. I felt like we were listened to and they really helped narrow down the selection to then help my husband with the final ring design. We also purchased our wedding bands through them and had a great experience with that as well. Even though we went during their wedding band sale we still felt taken care of and important. We were listened to and both ended up with bands we love! I highly recommend the Diamond Cellar if you know what you are wanting or if you need help because they will guide you to the ring of your dreams, or help you design it if need be!

I could not ask for anything better

I am THRILLED with my wedding band! I took my grandfather's diamond wedding band and a solitaire diamond necklace from my grandmother, and they transformed them into a unique, different, and amazing wedding band. My grandparents were very special and now that they have passed away, I am so grateful that they will always get to be a part of my wedding, and my life. Diamond Cellar's flexibility in helping me design the band, their reasonable pricing, and their quick work and attention to detail is what makes me a lifelong customer of their's.

Shop / Buy from Diamond Cellar even from across the country

Last year my son, who lives in Denver, was ready to get engaged but had no idea where to shop for a ring. If he was still living in Columbus there would be no question where to go, of course The Diamond Cellar.
I called Gabe, a man I have worked with for many years at the Dublin location. I asked if he would work with Jeff long distance to create a beautiful ring for Melissa. He said "yes"!!
Gabe made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The ring is gorgeous!!!
Thank you Gabe for making a happy though stressful purchase a breeze. Melissa is over the moon with her ring.

Diamond Cellar is truly the best place to buy an engagement ring in the Columbus area. My husband and I shopped around a lot and ultimately were blown away by my custom ring that the Diamond Cellar designed for us. We ended up getting our wedding bands there too. The Diamond Cellar was excellent from start to finish. I had no idea what I wanted in the beginning, but they worked with us to design a custom ring that I adore, and the quality of their diamonds was the best we saw out of all the stores we visited. At the time, no one else had oval diamonds without imperfections except the Diamond Cellar, and they were very attentive throughout the whole process.

Jason was an excellent salesperson. He took the time to explain the different aspects of a diamond and helped us to find something within our budget. Every other jeweler we looked at tried to sell us something we didn't want while Jason helped us to discover what it was that we wanted.

Diamond Cellar is where my fiance bought my engagement ring. Not only did he express having a great experience working with Katie Butler, she was so helpful in helping me get the ring resized (twice, due to my eagerness to get the ring back on my hand). We have already been in for our first round of shopping for our wedding bands with Katie and will certainly be loyal Diamond Cellar customers moving forward. From the engagement ring to the wedding bands, we loved working with Michael at Diamond Cellar. They really try to get to know you and what you're looking for rather than trying to get the most commission. We selected our wedding bands and ordered them about 6mos from our wedding and paid them off over time. Will be going back there for our next jewelry purchase

My fiancé and I worked with Randy at the Easton location. He spent so much time with us making sure we really liked what we were buying. You always hear their commercials about how they beat everyone in town, and after working with them they do. We shopped at 9 other stores before going to the Diamond Cellar. All the other stores pushed warranty plans, their credit cards and generic ring designs. Randy was great at giving options as far as the diamond cut, color and clarity, and was willing to stay in our budget regardless of how big or small our purchase was. Not until we were ready to buy did he mention that they too have a credit card, and there was never any pressure to open an account with them, it was just simply an option, which was great. We ended up going with a Christopher Designs ring and it is beautiful. Thank you to the Diamond Cellar and Randy for helping us find what we were looking for.

The Diamond Cellar has such a unique selection of wedding rings. They were very helpful when I picked out my engagement band at the Dublin store making my husband and I feel like we were the only people there. I had to look at every option, and not one time did the sales person make me feel like I was wasting their time. Again, when we picked out our wedding bands at the Easton store they did not make us feel like we were wasting their time when we kept going back and forth on the wedding band for my husband. They took their time to explain each ring we looked at and the pros and cons of each ring as well as comparing them to the rings we looked at previously. I will be going back to the Diamond Cellar for all my future jewelry needs.

I had a wonderful experience buying my husband's ring at the Diamond Cellar. The staff there was very helpful (we weren't sure what we were looking for originally), and I never felt like they were only interested in making a sale. When it came time to buy the ring, I shopped around and actually got the Diamond Cellar to price match what I had found at another jeweler's. All their jewelry comes with a lifetime guarantee and they do most maintenance services for free. So if you're in Columbus, definitely stop in at the Diamond Cellar if you are looking for engagement or wedding bands!.

This review is for the Dublin location. I worked with Sarah and I went during the bridal event. We were able to get the exact ring we had been looking at in magazines and on line from the Scott Kay line for a great price. The staff there was great to work with. His ring came in and it was the wrong one, they found out it was shipped wrong and they quickly resolved the matter. We had the ring replaced within a week. I had a great experience there and would recommend to anyone.

The employees at the Diamond Cellar (this review is for the Easton location) were always extremely nice and always professional. They happily clean my engagement ring and now my wedding band always with a smile and no pressure to view anything else while I'm waiting. Both mine and my husbands wedding bands needed to be ordered, which has a strict "no returns" policy. When they arrived, my husbands band was clearly too big. They swapped his ring for the display ring which was a size smaller and fit better.

We purchased my engagement setting and our wedding bands from The Diamond Cellar. Compared to other jewelers in Columbus, The Diamond Cellar was able to offer a very personal experience. Our sales associate went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for.

I have a European style engagement setting (flat on the bototm for comfort) with a very high bridge for the 1 carat stone. It made it difficult to find a matching band. Our sales associate knew exactly what we needed and talked to the ring and setting buyer to purchase a selection we might be interested in. Leslie called us the day before the setting went to the floor for sale to let us know she what she had available and when she would be at the store so she could personally take care of us. We found a white gold and diamond band that worked perfectly with engagement ring.

We were extremely pleased with the service and professionalism and how far the store was willing to go to find what we wanted. We had searched other stores and were not able to match the quality and service of the Diamond Cellar

wow. My engagement ring is so beautiful and from what I hear, my hubby had a great time picking it out. We got our bands there as well, also beautiful, and they totally put up with us getting my engagement ring cleaned a zillion times the week of our big day! phenomenal service and great employees!!!

I got my engagement ring from the diamond cellar. They are wonderful about doing everything when I go in including cleaning and dipping it for free. I unfortunately could not get my wedding band from them because they wanted to charge $1000 for a plain (diamond free) white gold band.

Finding my engagement ring was very seamless. The associates at Diamond Cellar were very helpful & informative. They did not push us to look at anything I didn't like & were open to my ideas. They offered us beverages to drink & it was very casual. They gave us our time to talk about our decision before purchasing. We bought our wedding bands as well & we had the same experience.

My fiancé took me in here to look at rings before he bought one. Katie was so helpful, but not pushy. She listened and understood what we were looking for. She wrote down comments she overheard me say, so went my fiancé went back he knew what I liked best. Katie corresponded with him over email and got him the diamond for cheaper than we got it appraised at. They offered us great financing .When I took the ring back to get resized, it only took 2 days. We are very pleased and will be returning for our bands.

While on the pricey side, the quality and service you get at the Diamond Cellar more than makes up for the added cost!
We ended up purchasing a custom made engagement ring and specially designed wedding band, along with my husband's band. They walked us through the entire process of designing and ordering and the final product is phenomenal. Most importantly, they don't make you purchase the service plan and allow you to stop in for sizing, soldering, polishing, etc. at any time, hassle free, and without having to send your ring in.

I couldn't be happier with the quality and service we received - we actually returned my first engagement ring due to poor customer service and quality (different vendor) and are happy with our decision!

The diamond cellar has the best true value for their diamonds and don't raise their prices dramatically higher than what they are really worth compared to other places.

I love my ring! It is very brilliant! My fiancé ended up spending $8,200 alone on my engagement ring! So it has a wonderful sparkle:) you get what you pay for:))

they made my engagement ring and our wedding bands. We went during the bridal even and got a great deal on the bands. They were very helpful and made a white gold band out of the form of one that was meant to be platnum.

Diamond Cellar has an exceptional selection. But, Jared has the same selection for about 30% less. Just make sure to comparision shop before you purchase! You might be able to get the exact same thing for a lot less!

Everything went very smoothly until two weeks before the wedding. I went in to check on my wedding band. They had forgotten to order it. Luckily they were good at fixing problems and it all worked out okay in the end.

We bought my husband's ring from diamond cellar. It was a beautiful designer ring that he loved. However when they sized him they told him he was a size 8, i told the jeweler i didn't think that was correct (because he would always wear my thumb ring, from claire's, which is a size 7) She told me that with "real" jewelery sizing ran different. I believed her. Well When the ring came in i went to go pick it up, it looked fine, i signed and left. The next weekend I say what was then my fiance and sure enough the ring was a full size to big. When i contacted the jeweler they said that all rings are inspect and must be tried on at the time of pick up, (that's funny considering he wasn't there to pick it up i was) I explained this and they asked us to come in, we did and they said well we can't size this ring because it has diamonds all the way around it, it's made to the size it was ordered in, but you can order a new one for full price and keep the one we gave you. I talked to 4 different people in management and went all the way to their head quarters, nothing was done to make this right and we still have a very expensive ring that doesn't fit my husband! This place is terrible!
