DWT November Wedding ❤️

DWT was simply amazing when it came to planning and executing our big day. Leading up to the day we had many meetings and a very organized workbook that we could check out anytime we wanted to. The team are so kind and lovely people. We started with Paulina and transitioned to Juliette and both were truly amazing. On the day of the entire DWT was ready to assist and help. I cannot imagine pulling off a destination wedding without a crew like DWT by your side. Very worth any fee, the amount of stress this team relieves from you was priceless. 1000/10 would recommend

Unforgettable

We had an incredible experience with Destination Weddings Tulum. Planning a destination wedding in Tulum while living in Colorado could have been stressful, but Juliette, Paulina, and everyone else on our team made everything feel easy and worry free.

They were highly organized, responsive, and truly understood our vision. We always felt confident and supported throughout the planning process. We trusted our team so much, our wedding day was the first time seeing the venue and everything in person - planning thousands of miles away didn’t leave us with many opportunities to visit often 😅. Thank you Helen for helping us organize transportation from the airports and to the venue! Everything was perfectly coordinated, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our wedding day. Tulum Dream Team

We had an amazing experience with our wedding planning team for our destination wedding in Tulum, Mexico across Namron Hospitality properties (NEST, NU, Radhoo, La Valise). From start to finish, the planners were collaborative, responsible, and extremely reliable. The design team was genuinely creative and captured our vision perfectly—everything felt intentional, elevated, and “us.”

Value for the money: Excellent. We felt like we got real expertise and a ton of support throughout the process, and the end result exceeded expectations.

Budget needs: Yes. They were thoughtful about tradeoffs, helped us prioritize what mattered most, and still delivered a weekend that felt high-end without blowing past our budget.

Professionalism and attitude: Top-notch. They were a delight to work with—organized, calm, proactive, and always coming to us with great ideas. They also coordinated flawlessly with the Namron teams across multiple venues, which made the entire weekend seamless for us and our guests.

A special shoutout to the concierge team: they helped organize the weekend for our guests and removed so much hassle, which gave everyone more freedom to relax and actually enjoy the weekend. Overall, we couldn’t recommend them more.

Highly recommend Destination Weddings Tulum for an unforgettable wedding experience!

I found Destination Weddings Tulum through Instagram and can't express how lucky that was! Planning a destination wedding comes with unique circumstances, and I had great peace of mind working with a team who was so familiar with everything in Tulum. Our planner, Juliette, was amazing. She had such a positive vibe, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. From venue and vendor selection to every detail surrounding our wedding weekend (including a 'night before' event), everything went smoothly. There were a few bumps in the road, but in the grand scheme of things were minuscule in nature. If you are planning a wedding in Tulum, I'd highly recommend Juliette and the Destination Weddings Tulum team!

A must if you're doing a destination wedding!

Working with DWT was the best decision we made during our wedding planning journey. At first, I was convinced I could do it all myself, but having the help and support of Paulina and the team leading up to and during the weekend of wedding events was worth every penny. From the day-of timeline to vendor coordination, décor setup, and all the little behind-the-scenes details, we were able to fully enjoy our day without stress, knowing everything was in her hands.

One of the best things about working with DWT was the concierge/travel coordination support. We had about 60 guests flying into Tulum/Cancun from all over the U.S., and the DWT team coordinated all of the transportation seamlessly and helped guests with questions, activities, etc., which took a lot of pressure off of us throughout the planning process.

Exceeded our every expectation

From our first meeting with DWT we instantly felt at ease with their professionalism & the friendly approach of the team. Planning our wedding in Mexico from Australia was always going to be challenging with the time differences, but the team went out of their way to work later & accommodate the meeting times required.
I have to give a special shout out to our delegated wedding planner Paulina. We feel incredibly lucky to have had Paulina with us every step of the way. We would have a monthly zoom call to catch up on any deliverables, but she also made herself available via WhatsApp to ensure fast communication was available when it was needed.
We hosted a Welcome Dinner for our guests the night before the Wedding & of course the Wedding Day itself. Paulina and the team ensured that every element was perfect. I honestly could not have asked for anything more for our day! We are so incredibly grateful & we are both missing our regular calls with Paulina (even our dog Elvis is missing making his appearances).
Highly recommend working with DWT if you are planning a wedding in Tulum - wherever in the world you might be planning it from!

Hire gwen & her team... Trust me... Do it!

When I say working with Gwen and her team was the best decision we made in the wedding process it was. We could not have done it with out her! Not only did her and her team plan our wedding day... they curated a whole wedding weekend!! Which included 4 events... a welcome party, rehearsal brunch, wedding day, and farewell lunch. All of which were perfection! Gwen's communication and ability to work with us was amazing which took place a lot over zoom since we live in Florida. They brought our dream to life! Her connections with all the vendors made the process seamless!! She took the stress of us and we were right to entrust our once in a life time moment in her! Great Team. Great Experience

Gwen and team helped my wife and me have the most magical weekend of our lives! It started a year in advance with helping us to find and visit several locations until we chose the one for us (Kima). From that point on they helped to build our project plan of required activities and budget to track every need, checking in with us every few weeks to ensure we checked off everything by selecting vendors, making adjustments, or helping guide decisions about what was important vs. nice to have. The team really shined on the days leading up to the wedding, and especially the day itself, where we had to deal with pretty challenging rain right up til the ceremony started that forced changes to some plans and full backup plans to make sure we were covered (quite literally). It all came together beautifully as the most incredible outstanding celebration we could have hoped for! And it is thanks to the professionalism and great vibes of the Destination Weddings team that it felt easy and fun all throughout. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

You guys are the best!

Working with Gwen and her team was truly the most special experience. I got married in the remote town of Akumal, which is outside of Tulum and doesn’t have too many local resources. Gwen was so great about working with the local restaurants there to make all of my plans happen. The wedding itself was STUNNING and more than I could have ever dreamed of– Sofia took my vision and made it the most beautiful wedding I’ve ever seen. My friends are still talking about how much fun the week of festivities were, none of which would’ve been possible with Gwen and the team. Love you so much Gwen!!! Hope to come and see you soon xxx

Tulum destination wedding

I am from the US & always knew I wanted to do a destination wedding. I wasn’t even sure where to start, but knew I wanted it in Mexico. I looked up a couple wedding planners in the surrounding area I knew we would be close to. I had my first facetime meeting with Destination Wedding Tulum and was SOLD. When I tell you they made it the easiest process for my husband & I, I would not be lying. They took care of everything down to copying my Pinterest board dream wedding down to a tee, to finding a resort for us to stay at, to even dealing with shuttles for our guests to & from the airport. I could not be happier with choosing Destination Wedding Tulum. They made our dream wedding come true, it was so beautiful & so well coordinated. There was never a thought in my mind where they didn’t know what was going on. Even planning the wedding, I was in contact with Juliette that helped me the entire time. She got back to me ASAP everytime, even dealing with the time change difference. If you are thinking about using them, let me tell you first hand, DO. I promise you will not regret it.

Amazing experience, amazing team!!!!

We had our wedding reception over the course of 3 days in Tulum - we are BEYOND grateful for our amazing team at DWT!!! Juliette/Montse, Helen, Sofía, Anna and the whole team were amazing to work with!!!!! From the very beginning, this team fully supported us and made this entire process so seamless and enjoyable for us. They were completely dedicated to us, always in communication with us, so kind, so helpful, such a pleasure to work with. We spent almost a year in communication with this team and they were always so patient and kind with us - gave us recommendations, guided us through the process, helped us at every step. Our wedding weekend turned out AMAZING and everything came together so beautifully!!!! We really didn’t have any issues at all, everything went to plan, our guests had an amazing weekend and we had truly an amazing experience. We are so happy with how everything turned out and we will miss working with DWT!!!

An experience for a lifetime!

Thanks to the entire team, especially our super and top wedding planner Agnesh Toth. From the first day the connection with her was great, she understood from the first moment what we had dreamed of for our big day and she was always more willing to help us balance our wishes with our budget. When I met her for the first time in Tulum three months before our wedding I realized that we were on an excellent path by having her and DWT leading and preparing all what needed for our wonderful days. We wanted two different ceremonies, one traditional symbolic and another type of Mayan ritual and although I decided to take charge of the mayan day, Agnes' s good disposition was never lacking, always attentive and ready for whatever was needed during our Mayan day, what a charm! We always had her presence and support 100%. Our second day, the big symbolic ceremony in front of the ocean, there are definitely no words that can describe how wonderful everything was! Me and Monika felt calm from start to finish and that absolutely everything was going to turn out well, since from very early on, we saw how Agnes and her team did their best to make everything go perfect. Every detail, every space, every moment was filled with a lot of magic. Thank you Agnes and DWT for this unforgettable experience.

The best in the business!

Well worth the cost to hire this team!! Amandine helped us from day one with negotiating the venue until the very last event of our wedding weekend. She was super knowledgeable, gave great advice, was super responsive even on her days off and was just all around enjoyable to talk to! Leading up to the wedding she gave advice on things I would of never thought of on my own like adding a disco ball with lighting to liven up the dance floor, suggestions on timeline and all the fine details like helping me pick a color or font choice that made sense. Wedding weekend she helped with the timeline and made it so that we could fully enjoy the wedding without a worry!

I would spend a lot more on Amandine than I did! She was a star and truly became a great friend by the end to me and my husband! You won’t regret working with her and the entire team!!

Amazing experience, start to finish!

We could not have had a better experience with DWT. We had a 3 day event for around 100 guests traveling in from 3 continents and they handled a huge amount of coordination to make it happen.

The entire team, Gwen and Helen specifically, were so organized and thoughtful and did a huge amount of research for us (extremely helpful given the language barrier). Our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without their attention to detail and we can’t thank them enough!

Also worth mentioning, they were amazing on our wedding day itself. It was incredible to see the level of organization taking place behind the scenes which really allowed us to enjoy the day to the max.

Exceeded all expectations

Amandine from DESTINATION WEDDINGS TULUM is the absolute best! Our wedding began as a long weekend getaway with a small elopement but grew to become a "micro wedding"/intimate affair with our immediate family and closest friends. As a "Type A" corporate event planner by trade, I assumed I could do it all on my own but as the elopement grew from 4-6 people to 38 guests, I knew I needed a bit more help. I met with a few different planners but instantly felt comfortable with Amandine and her team. As soon as the contract was signed, Amandine jumped right in to support all of my needs in preparation for the long weekend in Tulum. The added benefit of having Helen support transportation and restaurant reservation needs for our guests was an added bonus as it alleviated me from having to do so! DESTINATION WEDDINGS TULUM was always available to me and only a text away at any given moment. Amandine and her team made our vision a reality–jewel toned, jungle vibes, dark & moody. Exactly what we needed

We ended up hiring Agnes and her team pretty late in our wedding planning process when we felt like we needed support with the smaller details and day-off. I wish I had hired them sooner! From the first day we met, Agnes provided valuable support and insights into the Tulum wedding market we would’ve never been able to figure out ourselves. She carefully reviewed all the details we had already confirmed and suggested ways to enhance and evolve our day. She also connected us with her contacts for pre-wedding events and went above and beyond to make sure every moment of our wedding weekend was managed.

On the day of our wedding I had absolutely no concerns because I knew it was handled by Agnes and team. She knew exactly when to check in with us and when to just handle something with the various vendors. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone planning a destination wedding.

Wedding day was perfect!

Our wedding day was everything we imagined and more! Intimate, elevated, and magical are a few words to describe how we felt. Everything went better than expected and it wouldn't have happened without the support of Amandine and her team. Destination Weddings Tulum were recommended by our wedding venue, Nü, as they've worked together many times. We planned nearly everything remotely from Los Angeles and felt supported every step of the way. Agnesh & team are the best

It's been one week since our wedding and both my husband and I are still on cloud 9. Our entire experience working with Agnesh was amazing from start to finish. We shared our vision with her and she made it come to life. I was impressed in the beginning with the detailed spreadsheet of cost estimates, mood board, and excellent vendors she recommended. Our wedding was at Zorba and Nu, both breathtaking locations. They also helped us plan our all white rehearsal party at Loco which was sooo much fun! The wedding itself was a dream: the flower arrangements were jaw dropping, the food was incredible, and all the small details were taken care of. Our wedding day was completely stress free. We had the absolute BEST experience with DWT!!! My husband and I are honestly still overcome with joy and gratitude thinking about our wonderful wedding weekend and all thanks to the superstar team at DWT. The day of our wedding was total bliss - everything was so gorgeous and magical. Agnesh, our main planner and all around Wonder Woman, was a joy to work with and provided so many excellent recommendations for all aspects of the wedding weekend - the most amazing vendors (florals, decor, photographers, hair & makeup, musical performances and DJ - all FANTASTIC), accommodations, stylistic details, catering options, local restaurants, special advice, you name it - she is a wealth of knowledge and her artistry and expertise are very evident. We can't sing her praises enough and it was also such a pleasure to work with her awesome team. Sofía worked wonders with the design and helped us to execute our vision so gorgeously. Montse and Luna were also extremely helpful with coordination and extra little details on the day of the wedding and Helen was phenomenal at arranging transportation, accommodations, local tours and special requests for all of our guests. The concierge service on top of the planning and coordination for our three fun and fabulous events (welcome fiesta at Casa Carolina, wedding ceremony and reception at Akiin, and sailboat party!) allowed the weekend to run seamlessly. Truly, DWT is the WHOLE PACKAGE. Agnesh and her team were instrumental in helping us to create and really enjoy the wedding of our dreams. No words other than beyond grateful

I don’t even know where to begin…
I’m so thankful I stumbled upon DWT on my search for a wedding planner in Tulum. From the moment I met with Agnes via Zoom, I knew she was the right planner for us. We had a specific vision in mind (and specific budget) and Agnes and team delivered PERFECTION. This was the wedding of our dreams and it was all thanks to Agnes, Sofia, Helen and team 🙏🏻

Even our guests were impressed on Agnes’s work the day of the wedding and the events we have following the day of the wedding.

We are Jewish, and Agnes made sure to have meetings with our Rabbi prior to the wedding to make sure she understood everything needed for the ceremony, the ketubah signing, and the Shabbat dinner. She was able to work directly with Chabad Tulum to order kosher food for the kosher people we had at our wedding.

I literally cannot thank DWT enough for the patience, effort and perfect execution they had on our wedding week. I’m still on cloud 9 and just thinking about our wedding makes my eyes watery.

My guests felt like “royalty” (literal words from some friends) as the venue, decorations, tables, table assignments, food, literally everything was well planned and BEAUTIFUL 😍

Amazing Tulum Wedding ! DWT are the best in the business

Agnesh and the rest of the DWT team (Sofia, Helen, Luna and others) brought our long awaited wedding dreams to life in the most amazing, and beautiful Tulum wedding weekend we could have hoped for! We had been working with Agnesh and her team since 2018/ 2019, and had our wedding delayed by the global pandemic, which Agnesh was instrumental in helping us seamlessly navigate multiple reschedules with grace (including for what turned out to be 4 days of wedding festivities!) . A Dream Wedding!

Where to begin! I found Destination Weddings Tulum on Instagram, and Amandine was so helpful and responsive from the very beginning. We had no idea how we'd mange a wedding in Tulum when we lived in the UK, and had absolutely no idea around the typical budget. Amandine helped us from start to finish and the final product was a magical week with all our friends and family. Better than we could’ve dreamed🤍

To this day, my husband and I say we could not have dreamed of a better wedding day. Agnes, Monste, and their team were simply incredible. If you’re considering having a wedding in Tulum, this team is the one to go with if you need help with anything or everything!! We were so grateful for all of their help, with great communication for how far we were located, attention to detail and organizing, creating the perfect mood board, to sourcing out vendors and bringing the mood board to life! The floral arrangements were SO DREAMY AND GORGEOUS through grisel serrano florist. They took care of EVERYTHING on the day of the wedding, and even helped us plan a day after wedding excursion with our friends and family through their concierge service. My wife and I had Agnesh and her team to plan our wedding in Tulum in May of 2022.

I had attended a wedding that was planned by Agnesh in 2016 and it was one of the best weddings I had ever attended - I was very excited to work with her.

Agnesh was upfront about the timeline and costs. She shared a sample expense sheet with us and listed out all the expenses that we should be expecting. She understood our budget and worked within it.

Agnesh was very good with communicating with us and held our hand along the way. She answered our many many questions and was always patient with us. We visited Tulum 7 months prior to our wedding date to visit the venue, do a food tasting to select our dishes, and to taste test the cake options. Agnesh also gave us a list of vendors that she prefers and recommended her favorites to us.

Agnesh was a one stop shop - she helped us with our wedding photographer, videographer, musicians, DJ, transport to and from the airport, and all the other vendors. She kept everyone to the timeline and made sure we did not have to worry about anything except our vows, speeches, and the first dance choreography.

Our excursion to Chichen Itza, the welcome party, ceremony, and reception were all amazing and we couldn't have asked for anything more. She planned the wedding of our dreams and I would recommend her to anyone looking to have a wedding in Tulum.

Where to start with DWT?! Our wedding was made an absolute dream come true thanks to Amandine and the team at DWT! Everything from start to finish was essentially seamless. We Couldn't Have Done This Without DWT

From the moment we met with DWT to getting married and follow up afterwards, I cannot imagine any other company doing as much as they did to make our wedding perfect! Our wedding was delayed 2 years because of COVID-19 and they were with us all the way. Any questions or uncertainty we had, they were able to provide the care to give us the answers we sought. Line and her team made the entire experience fun, detailed, and easy. Even I let my wife do most of the planning and coordinating, I found myself enjoying being more and more involved with the event. Gwen is the Best Decision I made for my Wedding

My wedding planner was Gwen and she was fabulous! She is the best decision I made for my wedding and anyone who has the opportunity to work with Gwen and her team are lucky. I worked with Gwen and her team for 1.5yrs and they made the most beautiful wedding I have ever seen. All my guests said it was the best wedding they have ever been too. She was so easy to work with and quick to respond. All of her vendors she recommended were excellent quality! She organized EVERYTHING in Tulum while I was in Denver, including transportation for all my guests from the airport to the hotel. There were some last minute things I needed 2 days before my wedding for my older parents and Gwen was able to get everything done in just a few hours. Amazing Planners - Perfect Wedding

My wife and I worked with Agnesh Toth and her team at DWT and we simply could not think more highly of her, her team, and DWT. The wedding was 2-weeks ago and it was perfect - there is nothing we would change. It was completely seamless and we owe that to Agnesh. The wedding consisted of multiple events over multiple days including a welcome cocktail party, an afternoon pool party, the ceremony, and a reception. Agnesh worked closely with us to formulate a budget, select venues, and coordinate the smallest details of every event, including transportation. She did all of the heavy lifting, so that we could focus on the high level decisions. She saved us countless hours and immeasurable amounts of stress.

Agnesh was extremely responsive, she was organized (tracking the budget, vendors, payment dates, etc.), and she was also creative in helping us find ways to maximize value. For instance - coordinating alcohol from an outside vendor rather than purchasing from the venue, which saved meaningful money. She always had good ideas and helpful advice, but was never pushy with her opinions. She would make suggestions to ensure things were perfect, but would listen to and adapt around our specific vision.

I could keep going, but I'll summarize by saying we had an outstanding experience and we would highly recommend Agnesh and the DWT team. We would choose here 1000x over. Best wedding planner!

DWT is the way to go, so if you are contemplating which wedding planner to go with, Stop now and just pick them. My wife and I personally worked with Line and she was the absolute best! We decided to get married in Tulum and they planned everything from the wedding venue, officiant, hotel suggestions, photographer, make up artist, DJ, transportation, welcome bags, activities …EVERYTHING!

With Covid going on we made a lot of changes from wedding guests to changing the venue and it did not even seem to phase Line. She was thorough all the way through to the wedding day and answered all questions and concerns we had. She was very responsive, organized, detailed and put our minds to ease! She is a great person and we are happy that she were able to work with her!

We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding day and she even helped calm my wife’s nerves that morning. It is a day we and our guests will never forget and that is all due to DWT!

Absolute perfection

Words cannot even describe the gratitude I have for the DWT team. When having a wedding in Tulum, a wedding planner is a must. We got engaged in Tulum, and decided we needed to get married there. I really thought I would be able to plan it myself but quickly realized it would be near impossible without someone who lives there to help (we live in Boston). After lots of research, I contacted DWT. We were paired up with Line, my angel of a wedding planner. She is detail oriented, calming, organized and just an overall incredible human being! She met us on our first trip back to Tulum, drove us around to multiple venues until we found the perfect one. Line booked a food tasting for us at the venue and even organized the table trial for us with their amazing designer Sofía (who literally brought my vision to life and I was in total awe when I walked into my venue). They recommended the most incredible vendors that I am so thankful we were able to get. I never would’ve found these vendors if it weren’t for the DWT team. We also worked with their concierge, Helen, who coordinated transportation on shuttles for all of our guests from the airport into Tulum. She was so flexible and helpful as my guests flights were constantly changing. The entire team so far exceeded my expectations in every way. Line and her team coordinated our welcome party, rehearsal dinner, and of course the entire wedding day. Line was there every single day making sure each event went seamlessly, which they did. From the big things - like booking the venue, DJ, florist, rentals, signing contracts and speaking with vendors - to the small things - like sending a medic to my room when one of my bridesmaids had a severe reaction to a bug bite, making sure my valuables got to and from the wedding and back to me by the next morning, and being there for me every day when I had questions or ideas leading up to the wedding - Line and the DWT team were there for all of it. Because of them, I can honestly say my wedding weekend was so fun, stress free and just perfect. It has been a few weeks since the wedding and we are still on cloud 9. Guests cannot stop raving about the wedding and are still talking about “how amazing my wedding planner was”. Outstanding Wedding Planner

If you are looking for a brilliant, flexible, and easy to work with team to plan your dream wedding in Tulum then Destination Weddings Tulum are the planners for you. We started planning our wedding in 2019 for a date in Novemeber 2020. When the pandemic hit and all of my other COVID brides were worried about pushing back their date, losing deposits, and finding new vendors, Destination Weddings Tulum made sure we remained stress free. They found us a new date in 2021, retained all of our vendors, and we did not lose a single deposit. This team is clearly skilled in their craft and Amandine always left us feeling like we were in good hands.
The concierge service coordinator, Helen, organized roundtrip transportation for our guests from Cancun in addition to excursions that our friends are still talking about.
Sofia, the designer, made our mood board come to life. My jaw literally dropped when I saw our dinner tables. Our guests commented "this is real life Pinterest," "if you told me this was a movie set I would absolutely believe you," and the most common comment was "this is by far the most beautiful wedding I have ever attended" (we are in our 30s, they have attended A LOT of weddings).
The majority of my friends are married and I have witnessed and heard many wedding planning issues, but I did not experience any of these with our team. The quality of what your pay for is top notch and I am grateful that we found such a group to help us focus on celebrating our love while they worried about ensuring our wedding day was perfect.

Absolute perfection!

To say our big day was anything less than perfect would be an understatement. Agnes and her incredible team pulled off not only the wedding of our dreams, but an entire weekend of carefully curated events that provided the most magical experience we could have ever imagined. I asked for a sophisticated, intimate, jungle glam, disco wedding (a lot, I know:) ... and boy did I get exactly that!!! From the design and flowers, to the unparalleled food and drink, EPIC music (both DJ and live), logistics, and most importantly, the service each and every vendor provided ... it was perfect. Agnes and her team are not only wildly creative and provide next level professionalism, but they are so fun, have very strong relationships with their vendors (very important!), and are genuinely excited to plan each and every experience, just as you imagined it. I must also add ... Covid bride here, so after three date changes and a location change to our beloved Tulum ... Agnes and her team made it all happen in less than 6 months. And the best part, I consider them all to be friends now!! Worth every penny:)

Our Dream Wedding

We had the most magical wedding we could have asked for.
Agnesh and her team were so amazing to work with from day one, always very responsive and providing us with everything we needed! We had to postpone our wedding from 2020 to 2021 and they made this negotiation with the hotel and vendors seamless and so easy.
During the wedding day & weekends activities, Agnesh was there thinking about every single little detail so that we could enjoy our time with our guests, each other and so that we could be present in the moment to take in every special second as it happened, without having to worry about the organisation of it all.

The ultimate Tulum wedding experience

It’s been approximately 2 weeks since our wedding and I’m still on cloud 9. My husband & I combined our dream vision of a beach/bohemian vibe wedding and Agnesh truly brought it to life. I was skeptical of working with a wedding planner at first as I’m that type to want to get things done on my own, but working with Agnesh and her team was easily the best decision. I met with Agnesh on countless virtual meetings, we chatted thru WhatsApp all the time, and during a visit to our venue in May, she took the time to meet with my fiancé and I for a quick meet and greet with a drink. Agnesh made me feel at ease and excited at the same time, every month leading up to the wedding. On the big day, before I walked out into the ceremony, Agnesh gave me warm hug and told me I looked so beautiful. The sweetest thing about that moment was that it felt 100% genuine. It’s one thing for my husband Levy & I to walk away and say “Wow… Agnesh and her team killed it”; but when you have all your wedding guests complimenting her her service…. now that speaks volumes. What a dream team!

If you are thinking of getting married in Tulum, there is only one team you should trust with your special day... Destination Weddings Tulum!

Our wedding planner was Agnesh. From start to finish, she was there to support us in our wedding planning. She guided us through each step and made the planning almost effortless. The whole team was there to support us on our journey to our special day and we will be forever grateful. There is no limit to what this team can do. They assisted us in finding a location for our venue, a location for our welcome dinner, accommodations for our visit prior to wedding, tastings, local hot spots to visit, setting up transportation for our guests... you name it and they were there to help.

When we arrived in Tulum, we felt as though Agnesh was family! Her and her team were organized and went above and beyond to make sure our day was special. On the day of our wedding, it started to rain in the morning (to be expected). Agnesh, was on the beach praying for the clouds to part and the weather to pass. Even the gods know how special she is because the clouds did part and the weather ended up being AMAZING for our wedding day!

There are no words that can truly express the professionalism of this group but more than that how much we truly care for each of their parts in our day and mostly to Agnesh. She holds a special place in our heart and we would like to believe we left Tulum with a lifelong friend.

The best wedding team in tulum hands down

We had our wedding in Tulum on 5/15/21. It was beautiful and perfect in every way. Hiring DWT was the first and best decision we made for our wedding. We worked with Agnesh as our planner and she was just so amazing from the beginning. She listened to all of our wants and ideas, and always made them happen with a huge smile. She will remember every single detail, even small details we mentioned in passing...she would remember. She always gave us vendor options with descriptions making the process so organized and easy for us. And every vendor she recommended was just incredibly talented and professional. Agnesh helped us design and build a custom dance floor that was perfect for our space... it was so epic. Whatever you want, this person will make it happen for you with a great attitude along the way. We can't say enough good things about how amazing Agnesh is at what she does. Anytime we had a new idea or even would just show a random photo of what we wanted this team would make it happen for us. It was pretty amazing.

When you work with DWT not only get a planner like Agnesh, but an entire team of designers, staff, concierge, etc. All of them were on point. The travel concierge Helen was amazing as well. She helped us book a wedding wide trip to a cenote the day before our ceremony. She helped us plan and book transportation for our guests. When there were some obstacles along the way, like some road closures, she was incredeibly kind, professional, and responsive to help any issues get resolved. The designer sofia was also super amazing. There even more amazing team members that pitched in help during our wedding week. Trust us, These are the ladies you want in your corner.

Please take our advice, if you are planning a wedding in this area, hire this team. You're going to get every thing we mentioned above as well as their incredible relationships with vendors and locations. Its just the best of the best all around. Everything from the food, music, photographers, video team..incredible. Every single one of our guests told us it was the best wedding they have ever attended. Thank you DWT!

Professional and Detail Oriented

I worked with Destination Wedding Tulum for my April 2021 wedding. I worked mostly with Sofia and Amandine. I wanted a simple wedding that let the venue shine but wasn't exactly sure what that would look like. I gave them some descriptor words and a few inspiration pictures and WOW, the design they created was beautiful!! They also kept my budget in mind and made sure I was comfortable with everything. It made wedding planning just about as stress free as it can be. On the day of, they took care of every little detail the entire night and I didn't have to worry about a thing. It was such a magical day thanks to them. I would highly recommend their services!

Amazing Tulum Wedding planner

We can only say great things about Line and the wedding planning team at Destination Weddings Tulum. They helped us plan our Tulum elopement from California, and were incredibly responsive the entire time. We didn’t have a venue, photographer, makeup artist, hairstylist, or anything, but Line and her team helped with every detail, and every vendor. Magical Day Couldn't Have Happened without DWT!

When my wife Jessica and I decided to get married in our favorite place on Earth, Tulum, I was pretty sure that we could plan and organize a pretty sweet party on our own. Man, was I ever naive. Not only was I wrong, but (aside from proposing to my wife) hiring Mildred and the Destinations Wedding Tulum team was probably the smartest decision I've ever made! Planning such a monumental event has more moving parts than I could ever imagine, and trying to fit together all the puzzle pieces from another country is close to impossible. Mildred made the entire process manageable, seamless and dare I say, enjoyable. She was happy to hop on nearly weekly What'sApp calls with us, was quick to answer our non-stop emails jam packed with questions and always managed to reply with a warm and cheerful disposition, even when the pressure was on.
When planning our epic party and working with a planner we had countless decisions to make but Mildred had the ability to narrow down the best choices that fit within our vision of the wedding and also within our budget.
Further, they assembled a top notch team to help with table design, introduced us to an incredible chef, found our magical venue and achieved the overall look and feel of the property that we had dreamt of in a space that had never even hosted a wedding. She and the team also helped organize travel for our guests, a group trip to a cenote, an incredible welcome party, rehearsal dinner and even a morning after brunch.
The day of the wedding was an absolute dream. The weather was perfect. The DWT team was on point. Things always come up during an event of this scale but Mildred was poised under pressure and smoothed out any issues that came up. My wife and I had very little to worry about other than making sure that the mezcal was flowing freely and that our guests had the best night ever haha. It was truly incredible what Mildred and her team accomplished.
When you're spending as much as you are on a wedding in Tulum you may think it's wise to cut back on something like having a wedding planner. Let me reinforce to you - Mildred and DWT are worth every peso, er, dollar (everyone charges in USD$ for weddings in Tulum!) it costs to hire them. I can honestly say that our magical day couldn't have happened without Destination Weddings Tulum and highly recommend them for your upcoming destination wedding.

THE most MAGICAL wedding weekend in Tulum - all thanks to the DWT team.

My now husband and I live in Dallas and we blindly booked our venue at Casa Malca in Tulum without ever seeing or visiting the hotel. After combing through online reviews extensively, we decided DWT was who we wanted to work with to make our dream day come true. We worked with Line, who is not only kind, personable, reliable and responsive, she is on top of EVERYTHING. When planning, we couldn't have imaged a global pandemic, like COVID-19, would happen and some of our guests would cancel just days before our big day. Line and her team quickly jumped into action, working to cancel rentals like our dance floor and adjust our headcount for rentals and with our vendors, etc. Throughout all this, Line checked on me often to see how i was doing - which i truly appreciated. We two events before our wedding day. We hosted a dinner at Gitano - we had a small party, and Lined helped us reserve a table. The next night, we had dinner at la Popular at Nomade. Marianna and Line took my vision to the next level for what i wanted the tables to look like. Strangers were walking by and taking photos of the tables before we sat down. After dinner, we had a bonfire. Nomade was already having a bonfire and allowed us to make it our own. The DWT team set up the most beautiful smores bar and and cigar bar. When it came to our wedding day, i couldn't have imagined a more perfect experience. From all the vendors Line recommended, to the work Marianna and the other girls put in to planning and design, everything was magical. I couldn't imagine this day without Line. She went above and beyond and was a big part of our wedding weekend. My family and friends adored her, too. Line and DWT, Dustin and I can't thank you enough. The sweet memories of our perfect weekend are what's getting us through being quarantined during this COVID-19 crisis. THANK YOU!!

DWT did an amazing job for us

Everything was beautiful and the detail was incredible. We had to rely on her suggestions for most of our vendors because we were traveling from Dallas to Tulum for the wedding and didn't have an opportunity to meet with them in person prior. All of the vendors she suggested were great. Our coordinator was very responsive and was available every night of our wedding weekend to make sure everything went off without a hitch. None of it would have been possible without DWT.

A unique magical wedding, and beyond.

We could be considered a true wedding planner nightmare. Our several wedding events spread out over 4 days and included 5 different locations, so many activities and surprises planned, for over 80 souls from all over the world who have “seen it all”... We changed our minds, made decisions last minute (even had a very rare issue with our bank!) and at the end of the day: it was for both of us and all our guest (unanimously): THE BEST WEDDING EVER EXPERIENCED! Mildred and her team really went above and beyond to help us make this dream and vision come true, we couldn’t have done without them. They stayed focused and available and professional throughout, always friendly and smiling, keeping us calm, helping us with easy or difficult vendors, taking care of our guests...you name it: they delivered. Great Experience with DWT!

We worked with Agnesh and she did a fantastic job planning our wedding! We were not able to make the trip to Tulum prior to our wedding for trials so we defaulted on Agnesh's recommendations for everything from vendors to hire (photo/makeup/music/etc.) to food selection to decor and everything turned out perfectly! She was very helpful in guiding us through the entire process and was intuitive in knowing exactly what we wanted. We also had a lot of help from Mildred, who attended our welcome party + wedding and made sure all events ran smoothly. The DTW afforded us the most perfect, stress-free experience - we couldn't have pulled it off without their help! I honestly think at least half of our guests told us this was the most fun wedding they've ever been to. We even had venue staff come up to tell us this was the best party they've ever been apart of. I highly recommend hiring DTW and getting married in Tulum, I'm so sad it's over and wish I could do it over again!

Our dream wedding in Tulum!!

It's tough to put into words how incredible our wedding was!! We got married in Nov 2019 at the Akiin Beach Club in Tulum Mexico with the amazing team at DWT. Agnes Toth was our wedding planner and she made all of our dreams come true. We had the chance to visit Tulum twice in the year leading up to our wedding. Each visit, Agnes would take time to meet with us, take us to meet vendors, set up floral table trials, food tastings, and cocktail tastings! The whole wedding process was made simple and enjoyable by Agnes and the team at DWT. Agnes went above and beyond what I expected and I would absolutely recommend DWT to any Tulum brides!! She also coordinated our rehearsal dinner, met with the restaurant and ensured we had enough tables for all 50 guests. There were also cabs waiting at the end of the night for us to depart. All of this, I would have had to worry about, but Agnes made it a breeze!

On the day of our wedding, everything was flawless!! It was such a magical day filled with extra special touches. I was especially grateful that Agnes and the DWT team were able to stay within our budget, while still keeping everything that was important to us.

We are eternally grateful to DWT for making our wedding the best day of our lives!!!

Dream team for my dream wedding

Raquel and the DWT team made my wedding dreams come true! Working with Raquel was super easy and decreased our stress immensely as soon as we hired her. We definitely would not have been able to pull off our destination wedding in Riviera Maya without Raquel and the team. Raquel is knowledgeable about the best vendors in the area and recommended most of the vendors we hired and helped to coordinate communications and payment with them. Raquel made me and my husband feel at ease with everything leading up to the big day by being super responsive, listening to our wants and needs, and making sure that we had everything we needed before leaving for Mexico. We did have one major hiccup which was outside of DWTs hands but they handled it like pros and the day ended up being the most perfect day. I wish I could do it all over again. Agnesh and DWT gave us the wedding of our dreams! Planning a destination wedding can be stressful and requires a lot of trust, but we had no reason to worry with Agnesh! She really understood our vision and helped take our inspiration and make it unique to us. Agnesh could not have been more patient with our concerns and even communicated with both sides of the family leading up to the wedding day. We were so impressed with every vendor that she recommended and we wholeheartedly trust her opinion. We did encounter one problem with our venue (completely unrelated to Agnesh/DWT) and don’t think we could have resolved it without her. The wedding day itself was seamless and Agnesh went above and beyond to help keep me and the entire wedding party stress free. Perfect Experience

I don't even know where to begin on how much we loved working with this team!
We started the planning process with Gwen as our planner, who guided us to our venues and all of the first big decisions we had to make. Closer to our wedding date Mildred took over (Gwen was on leave) and she worked endlessly to make our final dream come true!
They were both absolute perfection from beginning to end!

When you get married in a destination that you are not local to, you really rely on your planners and it was such a delight working with these girls that just understood every part of our vision. Any request we had- they made a reality. Mildred worked so hard to make sure that every single detail we requested was present, while also paying close attention to our budget. We appreciated that SO much. Every single email, odd request, random question. was answered quickly and fully- Mildred you are so special and we are so thankful for all the time you spent on those final details!

They are truly full service and will organize anything you need during your wedding weekend. From the most perfect welcome party, to the wedding of our dreams, to my birthday party the day after the wedding- the team planned 3 full events seamlessly! There was not a single thing that was missing or went wrong the entire weekend, something I hear is very rare when it comes to weddings and we are so grateful for the team's hard work to make that happen.

DWT helped us design and plan our beautiful wedding in Tulum. Gwen and Raquel were very professional and helpful. It was a pleasure working with them for almost a year. Great experience

We got married in Tulum in Nov of 2018 with the help of Agnesh from DWT. Her professionalism and guidance was outstanding. She knows a lot about organizing weddings, relationship with all the best vendors and to help she is very tasteful and speaks a dozen of languages, which helps with communication! A Pleasure to Work With

Why we chose DWT...

We interviewed no fewer than 5 planners before deciding to work with DWT. All of the other planners we had spoken with were making the same recommendations in terms of locations and options. We had spent some time in Túlum previously getting a sense of what we wanted to do and where, and we just weren't feeling what the other planners were recommending. Their suggestions felt too turn-key. It's Túlum after all, so we wanted our wedding to be as unique as the place that 100 of our nearest and dearest would be traveling to.

When we finally spoke with DWT it became abundantly clear that they had more on the ground knowledge of the area than the other planners we had spoken to. Sofía made venue recommendations for both the ceremony and the reception that weren't even on our radar. After a week or so, DWT found exactly what we were looking for on the essentials (ceremony and reception venues), and we signed up with them.

The experience...

I'm not sure if DWT has multiple planners but we were fortunate enough to work with Sofía. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, just a solid human being frankly. We had done a ton of research before we started working with her, and if there was a vendor she was skeptical about she was honest. She saved us money where she could, and overall she was respectful of our budget and responsive to our needs and concerns. She really empowered us to facilitate what our guests continue to tell us was the best wedding they'd ever been to.

Ultimately, weddings are about the people: The couple sets the tone and your guests play a big role in facilitating a lifetime of memories. But a planner is a part of those people too.
We highly recommend DWT (and Sofía specifically) as she was great to work with and had all the answers to our questions. Sofía gets 6 out of 5 stars!

One constructive criticism, NOT related to Sofía. There are other members of the DWT team that assist with items such as excursions for guests, transportation from the airport and the like. We had one activity for our guests where we took 55 people on a cenote excursion followed by a lunch. While the guests ultimately enjoyed the trip, the bride and groom had a tremendous amount of stress created due to how unorganized everything was. The organizer wasn't on the ground to ensure the shuttles didn't leave people behind (they did, twice), and the process for getting into the cenotes wasn't vetted which caused significant delays. All in all the 55 adventurers did a lot of waiting around, and for such a large excursion we felt that the organizer should have been on the ground to facilitate the shuttles and the entrance to the cenotes that she had been the one to setup. This was the first day that most of our guests had arrived, so the ordeal was a bit of an embarrassment for us.

In spite of that singular fiasco, we have no reservations about recommending DWT.

We had a very positive experience with Gwen and the whole team at destination weddings Tulum. Our ceremony was intimate and small and it was lovely to have a personal and bespoke service. We were very happy with the order of the day, the ceremony, organisation and attention to detail. Everything was well thought out and delivered professionally. We enjoyed giving our input but equally happy with all the suggestions and ideas that were given that helped to make our day perfect. I did not ending up booking with Destination Weddings Tulum, however, that was out of their control as we decided to book our wedding in Aruba. Nonetheless, I met with Sofia and spoke extensively with Gwen prior to my scouting trip in June and their professionalism and responsiveness did not falter. They reinstilled my faith in wedding planning professionalism outside of the US and even planned a few visits for me during my time there. I only wish I could hire them for Aruba! If you're looking to get married in Tulum, an idyllic, chill spot for a wedding- make sure you see Gwen and Sofia, you won't regret it!

Destination Weddings Tulum was perfect! They made me feel at ease through the whole process. They went above and beyond to make my wedding everything I imagined. I spoke regularly with them and they made sure to clarify and adjust anything. They gave great advice for Tulum itself and even helped create my rehearsal dinner as well. I was very impressed and pleased with their work. If you plan to have a destination wedding in Tulum I highly recommend using them. They are worth the price! Gwen and her team handled our entire wedding week in Tulum. From airport shuttle pickup, to day trips, to the wedding and to return shuttles to the airport. Everything went off flawlessly. Line was amazing coordinating custom day trips for our guests and for arranging all the shuttles to and from the airport. All our guests stayed at La Zebra (amazing) and the actual wedding was out a private house in Sian Ka'an about 30 minutes away. We could not have dreamed of a more beautiful wedding. Javier at Ginger provided catering and it was delicious. The deserts and cake by Luna Rossa were equally stunning. Fine Art Studio provided photography and video and Fabrizio was fabulous. We had Cocoson play for a few hours during the cocktail hour and they were incredible as well.

If you want a 5-star wedding, Gwen and her team will make it happen. Our wedding was just a few days ago on 11/24 and we will upload photos in month when they are ready.

All in all, we could not have been more happy with Gwen's vision for our wedding. Her entire team came through with flying colors. Do not worry if the months before the wedding you do not receive responses to your emails right away. Be assured that Gwen is on top of everything and she will make sure you have an amazing wedding.

The DWT team was amazing! We worked primarily with Agnesh, who was absolutely wonderful. We are so grateful for all the incredible work they put into making our wedding and welcome party absolutely magical. We couldn’t have had a better time and we’ve heard from so many guests that they felt the same. From the decorations, to the food (Javier from Ginger catered and was phenomenal--honestly the best ceviche we've had), to the music (DJ Fermix kept everyone dancing the entire night), to the day-of execution of events, we didn't have to worry about a single thing because the DWT team took care everything and we were able to simply soak up the experience and bask in the presence of our family and friends.

We’re eternally grateful for everything the team did. They certainly executed our vision but also provided things we didn't even know we wanted but definitely appreciated. It was truly above and beyond our expectations. Our thanks are simply not enough to show how appreciative we are.

Our experience with Destination Weddings Tulum was absolutely wonderful! We could not have had our perfect dream wedding without them. Absolutely the most incredible wedding I have ever seen.... and I couldn't believe it was for us!! We met with Barbara about a year before our wedding to walk through wedding options in Tulum. Immediately she had found a new location, Hacienda Chekul in Sian Ka'an. WOW, was it ever magical from the pictures. We entrusted Barbara and her team to execute all details of our wedding and she was an absolute professional and pleasure to work with. We actually didn't see the location of the wedding until the day of the wedding, so trust was an extremely important factor. Throughout the process Barbara was helpful, insightful and very detail oriented with every step of the way. The day of the wedding came and we were absolutely blown away with everything. The location, food, decor, details, location, villa....everything! If I had to recommend a wedding planner to anyone I would absolutely refer them to Barbara and her team, even if it were in the US! There are not enough words to describe our experience and it was the best day of our lives.

Words cannot express our gratitude for Gwen and her planning team. My friends would tell me how stressful planning is but I can honestly say that working with DWT allowed us to relax and really enjoy the process. The value of the service is remarkable, as every last detail was planned from our guests transportation to hotel arrangements, our rehearsal dinner, welcome bags, and of course the special day. Getting married in Tulum is now one of our fondest memories and we have the team to truly thank for making this experience so memorable. We just got back home from Mexico and I wanted to drop you a note to thank you for the wonderful celebration you helped us organize. Everything was perfect, just the way I envisioned it: from the flowers and candles to the staff, food and music. The officiant was fantastic – what a warm person and great energy. The venue couldn’t not be more perfect and the photographer you recommended was exceptional. My friends are saying the pictures belong in a magazine – but what’s more important, they capture the joy my husband and I and the entire family felt. Barbara’s suggestions about the timing of the segments of the ceremony were spot on and you even made sure the weather cooperated  No wonder you run such a successful business!

We thought this wedding would be about the two of us, and we thought we knew what we wanted. But it was you who really listened and understood us, and knew how make this celebration epic. Your creativity and vision of this event was bigger than anything we could have dreamed of, and you made it all happen. I mean, what wedding planner makes a double rainbow in the sky timed perfectly between cocktails and dinner? You do.

What you do, no one else does, we are sure of this! We appreciated your honest opinions and all the options you gave us to curate this wonderful happening. All the months leading to the wedding, thank you for organizing it all so we didn't have to. We never thought we would feel so calm and relaxed at the altar of our marriage. You were so present with us at all times, seeing us through the budget, the people at Puro Corazon for the welcome party, your staff who decorated Casa Palapa so beautifully and tastefully, Javier who made the incredible food, Fermix the DJ, the Marimba players who kept playing in the rain, the bartenders, the people breaking down tables while we kept dancing - each person had a smile and you could feel that everyone really cared for us all. I felt like you had a whole family who welcomed us into their home.

4 months later, we are still getting messages from our family and friends about how that was not just an amazing wedding, but the best trip ever of their lives. From the moment your staff picked our guests up at the airport, to delivering a paella for my hungry family, to all the great accommodations / activities you organized, to sending us an amazing massage therapist for the wedding morning, to gracefully handling drunk people wanting to make a speech, to carrying a churros cart into a really difficult place - you went above and beyond what any superhuman might do.

Jared & I are so excited for our wedding this year on 12/12/15 in Tulum, MX. We are so happy we were introduced to Gwen and the team at Destination Weddings Tulum. Having them has made the whole wedding planning experience almost stress free! They cover all of the details and really care about what we want. They are not at all a wedding factory! We were married in Tulum at Cabanas La Luna in August this year. As a destination wedding, I was unsure about how to go about planning my wedding and not sure how I would cope with not having complete control, and planning at an arms length. Anne-Sophie ensured that the whole experience was completely stress free and easy. She was responsive, organised, flexible and incredibly perceptive to my ideas. Not only was the planning a breeze, enjoyable and fun, she ensured that the day went without a hitch and in fact ensured that my wedding was more beautiful and magical than I could have ever expected.
We met Anne-Sophie in person only a handful of days prior to the wedding. I immediately felt rapport with her in person as much as I had via our email conversations. This put my mind completely at ease and gave me complete confidence that my day would be incredible.

Nous avons eu un mariage exceptionnel. Bien plus beau que ce que nous aurions pu imaginer. Nous avons émis une idee et ils nous ont organisé un mariage de rêve. Plein de conseils et très flexible quand la mariée change d'avis régulièrement.
Aucun stress le jour du mariage. Tout etait géré. Ils ont fait preuve d'un grand professionnalisme.
De plus notre budget initial a été respecté.
La prestation ne s'est pas arrêté la. Nos famille et amis ont été tres bien pris en charge (vol, transfert, logement, excursion, accompagnement à l'hôpital de blessé,...)
Si on devait le refaire on ne changerai absolument rien. Cela était parfait

Both my husband and I have always dreams of having our wedding on the beautiful pristine beach of Tulum - so we started planning the event of our lives. I've heard horror stories of brides dealing with destination wedding planners - things don't go as planned, miscommunicattion, misunderstanding and so on and so on. Well, contrary to all the rumors we've heard, Destination Weddings Tulum has been nothing but pleasure and ease to work with. Our planner, Anne-Sophie, went out of her way to accommodate us and make sure everything we wanted happened exactly the way we wanted. She did a phenomenal job with decorations and set up; her planning and coordination during the event were seamless; her professionalism and hard work were admirable. She made sure I didn't have a worry in the world - other than my hair, make up and dress :) Thanks to Anne-Sophie and her amazing team our wedding was incredible and better than what we could have ever imagined.
I wish I could relive that day over and over again...
We cannot thank you enough for everything you've done!!!!

We dealt mainly with Anne-Sophie for our wedding, and it was truly the best day ever. The attention to detail, time spent going back and forth making decisions, the suggestions as to what might work best, and the general care taken to make sure the day was what we wanted, were all amazing. Our wedding was very much centred around making sure our friends and family had a great time, from the time the got to Tulum to when they left, and we would not have been able to do everything we wanted to without their help. Anne-Sophie made our wedding happen. No question about it. I'm a type A former event planner who thought I could handle the vicissitudes of planning a wedding in Mexico. HA HA. Anne-Sophie managed everyone with ease, including a super difficult hotel owner who claimed I owed her several thousand dollars I'd already wired her the night before our wedding. Anne-Sophie was always in our corner, and we trusted her completely. We adored her and would be friends if we lived in Mexico. She understood exactly what I wanted and made good design decisions when I couldn't be there. Was thrilled to work with her and would again in a heartbeat.

We just had our wedding in Tulum on 6/24/17, and we cannot possibly express our appreciation enough for our experience with Agnesh and DWT in general. It was such a pleasure to find DWT and get to work with the wonderful team, especially Agnesh. Since the beginning of our consultation, Agnesh really spent time listening to us and understanding what we wanted for our wedding. She arranged a trip for us to visit the venues in person, do a trial with the markup artist and the chef, and have a talk with the DJ, which was a really productive trip and made us realize that we were in good hands. Throughout the planning, she made sure that we were 100% comfortable with every detail of the wedding, while she also gave really valuable and tasteful advices. Based on our discussion with Agnesh, we knew that she has great tastes and we trusted her recommendations for various local vendors, including the florist (my bouquets and flower crown were simply amazing), the photographer, the live band, the makeup artist, the pastry and chef, the venue, the DJ, the pillow and tent rental place and so on. It turned out they were all extremely competent and exceeded our expectations! We received so many compliments from the guests about how incredible every detail was. We could not thank Agnesh enough for working with us to make this dream wedding come true. She was also very accommodating throughout the planning and took every suggestion from us seriously. For instance, she recreated the photo booth and the ceremony canopy we wanted from Pinterest, and created a casual feeling of the ceremony by having the guests sit on straw mats and colorful moroccan style pillows which was exactly what we wanted. The flower centerpieces, the lighting, the name cards, the polaroid photo book, the succulents name card holders, and the lunch order on the wedding day...everything was just perfect :)

We also really appreciate Laura's help for guests logistics and group activities. Everyone had fun!

Gwen's team provided the support and creativity to exceed our daughter's "dream wedding" expectations. Comments of those in attendance were a testimony to the thoroughness of DTW's planning and use of the appropriate resources. From the start DTW quickly grasp the look and feel of what our daughter wanted and gave us the confidence it could be created. This company was recommended to us by our wedding venue, Cabanas La Luna (CLL) in Tulum. We were connected with our wedding planner (Anne-Sophie) 12 months before the wedding to begin discussing details. Anne-Sophie was very friendly, gracious and accommodated all of our requests (we had a lot of them). She told us, "We know how difficult it can be to plan a destination wedding, so we will be your eyes and ears here in Tulum!" This was completely true for us! Anne-Sophie emailed with us regarding all of the details up until the day we traveled to Tulum and helped us develop a Program for the entire rehearsal and wedding day. She even traveled to great lengths to find us 30 special Mexican blankets for our guests! Once we arrived, Anne-Sophie met with us at CLL and we went over the entire program, which completely calmed our pre-wedding anxiety. My wife and I were completely relaxed for the rehearsal and wedding because Anne-Sophie was on top of everything. Her timing was perfect. We felt like she knew our style and went over the top to make this our perfect day.

We can't imagine planning our wedding without the inspiring work of Anne-Sophie and Destination Weddings Tulum. She quickly understood our concept and executed every detail with creativity and calm. A destination wedding can have many questions and Anne-Sophie was always there to give us reassurance and answers. There were many moments when she literally saved the day... like when our welcome baskets were stuck in customs. We can not recommend her enough to anyone planning a wedding in Tulum! Even after the wedding I feel like I now have a friend in Tulum and hope to catch up next time I am there!!
