I am so glad we chose to work with Francesca and her team! Francesca has wealth of knowledge and made our day run smoothly. When Francesca arrived on the morning of our wedding she was ready to help us with anything we needed! She created a timeline that allowed us to relax and take in each moment of our special day. She was ready to tackle anything and to my knowledge everything went according to plan. Francesca works with our venue often so had great suggestions for anything we needed. The vendor you don't think you need but do…

I’m going to get right to it. I was extremely skeptical at first when my now wife informed me that she wanted to hire Dazzling Affairs as a “day of” wedding coordinator. I didn’t understand the services that would be provided or how it would benefit us. I ultimately succumbed and we retained Dazzling Affairs (you know the saying – ‘happy wife, happy life’).

Fast forward to our wedding day and Francesca and her team were beyond impressive. They were attentive, flexible, helpful, and, due to their experience, were aware of all the little things that helped make our day go as smoothly as possible, whether it be holding cellphones for the bridal party while taking photos, providing fabric tape for last minute wardrobe fixes, or continuously monitoring the weather to make sure that our outdoor ceremony could proceed as planned.

Even the maître d’ at our venue mentioned to us that Francesca was the best coordinator he had ever worked with. Francesca was also involved prior to the wedding day and helped coordinate our vendors. She also prepared a proposed timeline for the day. Dazzling affairs is the vendor I didn’t think we needed but am so glad we had. They far exceeded expectations. 11/10, would recommend.

Best decision we ever made!

I hired Francesca as my month of coordinator for my wedding in June 2019. From or first meeting it was obvious that Francesca was an absolute professional and very experienced. Our first meeting captured a complete run down of how we wanted our big day to go and Francesca even helped us with things that we had not yet thought of but were very important. Following that meeting, I sent Francesca all vendor information and she took the lead on everything with them. It was such a relief to not have to worry about any of this stuff leading up to the wedding day. On the day of, Francesca and her colleague were with me, my bridesmaids, my husband, his groomsmen, all day coordinating all activities including offsite wedding party pictures, transportation to the venue, and another photo session prior to the ceremony. Leading up to the ceremony she was there making sure my husband and I had everything we needed and making sure everything at the venue was perfect, down to our attire. Not surprisingly. During the reception Francesca was the for everything we needed and executed the schedule down the minute. I would recommend Francesca to anyone. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her and it made our day that much better and very stress free!

Francesca Leonardini of Dazzling Affairs is the best wedding planner there is. My wedding was the most amazing most beautiful wedding I have ever seen, if I say so myself, and it was all because of Francesca. With her vision, her creativity, her professionalism and attention to every detail Francesca transformed my wedding day into a truly unforgettable dream come true. Perfection in a Day!

It's been almost two weeks since Mike and I said I do, and we are still in awe of how wonderful our wedding day was. It was magical beyond what we had imagine perfection to have been. You orchestrated every detailed and I cannot even imagine how we could have ever pulled off anything this close to fabulous without your expertise.

I've never seen someone be so good at what they do and handle it with such grace. Many times guests are never granted a backstage pass to see an amazing wedding planner in action, from helping the bride into her dresses to tailoring the second dress when it fell apart or assisting the groom when a guest knock over a candle getting wax all over his pants and shoes. Mike and I don't even know how to express our gratitude. By far this was Mike's best decision he's made during our wedding planning was hiring you. You kept us relaxed and shielded us from becoming stressed. You are so amazingly talented thanks for turning our dreams into a reality . Thank you for being brilliant of mind and your gracious in heart. Everything you did for Mike and I was perfect. Mike and I would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Wonderful!

As my husband says " Francesca and Erin are the best money we spend on our wedding!" He is so right they made us feel so calm and prepared for our big day. From my makeup artist putting us behind schedule to our bus being 15 minutes late they were able to handle all our problems and make us not even think twice about it. When Francesca walked into my house I felt a sense of all is going to be fine I didn't have to think about anything besides having a wonderful day. We are so grateful to have had them be part of our special day!

We ordered wedding invitations/envelopes and RSVP cards with Dazzling Affairs and was really pleased with the products and service. To say that Francesca and the Dazzling Affairs team are amazing just is not enough! I met with Francesca 10 months before my wedding and we didn’t even pick a date yet, so we were at the very very beginning of planning. She walked thru everything with us, went over budget information, guest count, vendors and went over timeline of when we needed to book vendors...starting with venue and date.

She took care of every appointment from start to finish, if I had questions she did the heavy lifting and called vendors to confirm everything. She answered emails and calls quickly thru out the entire process and would chat with me when I was getting overwhelmed and would calm me down.

Every vendor she recommended to us was awesome to work with, everything she did took a huge weight off of the stress of planning an event in a short amount of time.

The day of her assistants and her showed up all smiles ready to go, prepared beyond belief for ANY issue that any of us had, they were all fun and truly became part of our family during planning. We are positive that the stress level would have been huge had we not had her and her team helling us along the way. I recommend Dazzlingn Affairs every chance I get and will keep doing just that!

Francesca and Erin were simply amazing! A month before the wedding, I met with Francesca and she spent about two hours with us, coming up with a timeline and trying to help us fill in any blanks that we had. She made sure to reach out and confirm with all the vendors and send them the timeline so that we could all be on the same page. On our wedding day, Erin and Francesca came to the hotel at around 8am. From the beginning, Francesca could see that I was super nervous about the weather and she made sure to tell me that everything was going to be great! They made sure that all my items were ready for when the photographer came and then Erin went to my husband’s room. Francesca was able to make sure that everyone stayed on time and she made sure that everything that needed to get to WBM made it there with Erin’s awesome help. I was especially nervous about getting my train on because it was detachable and she was able to do it in no time. Once we got to WBM, Erin did an amazing job making sure I got all the pictures I wanted which I had in a list. They also made sure to keep the families together because I wanted all my family shots out of the way. She worked with my husband and our best man to make sure that everyone received their tips and she worked with WBM to ensure that we left with everything we came with and more. Towards the end of the wedding, Francesca made sure that we got out to our car that was taking us to the hotel right before the rain came crashing down and we were able to get some awesome shots with it. They moved so quickly and with ease that even if there was an issue, I still have no idea. I also did my invitations with Francesca and they came out amazing! She was great at dealing with all my indecisiveness with the colors and fonts and wording and she really helped me buckle down and make some very good decisions. Everything looked wonderful!

Words can not fully describe how much I ENJOYED my experience with Francesca. She is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Her visions, her enthusiasm, her willingness to go above to make you happy... what more can you ask for in a planner!!! Her top priority is to make sure everything will be smooth throughout the whole planning process. One thing I really admired about her is that she will never make you feel she is too busy for you. Anytime of the day if I had a question or needed her to do something, she would immediately be on top of it. That is very important. Her caring and sentimental personality traits makes her more then just a wedding planner. She really gets involved with the couple. I hired Dazzling Affairs as an engagement gift to my son and his fiancee, but it truly turned out to be a gift to us all!
Francesca and her team did an outstanding job. Always accessible and attentive, Francesca was a pleasure to work with.
On the day of the wedding, Francesca and Jamie ensured that all the many moving parts of the event flowed seemlessly. They kept the wedding party on track, making sure everyone was in place, aware of and prepared for the days events.

As someone who is a control freak I knew I would need someone to depend on the day of my wedding and Francesca was it! From the moment she arrived at my house she started with setting up for the photographer and making sure everything was in order especially getting everyone to move. There were many conversations before the wedding and people would as me why would you spend money to have another person help run the day and I can truly say it's the best money I spent for the day. Any issues she's got it... my dress was stepped on bussel immediately destroyed I simply walked off the dance floor she took care of it with the bridal attendant and back to the fun! I do have to add I was nervous that it would be too many people trying to help us but they all work great together to ensure your day is perfect which mine was!

We hired Francesa for day of coordinating for our wedding, I have no regrets. During wedding planning, I read that hiring a DOC is the best thing you can do for yourself...I agree 100%. I must admit, throughout the wedding planning I often wondered if it was really necessary, I'm here to tell you that it is. Between the staff at the venue & Francesca, my husband and I do not have a clue how we would have done it all. My mom, who was trying to convince me to just have my MOH or a close family friend do it, was also amazed at the work of Dazzling Affairs. My only regret was not hiring her sooner I might not have been as crazed as I was leading up to the wedding.

We hired Dazzling Affairs as partial wedding planners for our wedding in June and they were an absolute pleasure to work with! We hired them about 8 months into the planning process and they were a great resource for helping us map out the flow of the event and answering all of our logistical questions. The team was very friendly and professional! Francesca attended a few of our vendor meetings, it was great to have someone who knew the ins and outs of wedding planning there to cross-check our plans and ideas. Meetings with Francesca and Libby were always thorough. A week or two before the wedding, I met with Libby to finalize timing and create a schedule for the big day. It gave us the chance to ensure everything was in a good place (to avoid any last-minute snafus) and it gave me peace of mind, which is so nice for a bride to have right before her wedding! Needless to say, our wedding went off without a hitch. Dazzling Affairs did a fantastic job overseeing our wedding day!!! We would definitely recommend to anyone planning a wedding or needing day of coordination services.

I dont know where to begin! Francesca was an absolute necessity on my wedding day, and I couldnt have done it without her. We had alot of logistics to cover with getting ready an hour from the church, which was another 40 minutes from the venue, and she helped make it a seamless process.

The morning of, she came to my house, and immediately sprang into action. Assisting the photographer with what he needed to set up some shots, helping my bridesmaids get dressed, helping me get dressed, but most of all she literally dressed my father and helped him to get ready while me and my mother were busy with the photographer. With 10 bridesmaids, my parents, a photographer, the 15 family members who insisted on sneaking inside to see me, and even the neighbors who walked right in, she kept them organized, and out of my way!

At the church, she got us all lined up, made sure everyone started walking at the right time, and even managed to get my 3 flower girls and ring bearer down that aisle! We didnt think it was possible! While the ceremony was happening her and her assistant even stuffed all our cones with flower petals (to throw as we exit the church).

At the reception, she was everywhere I needed her to be. From handing out a few tip envelopes to vendors, to setting our huge family and bridal party up for entrances, she was on it.

I really dont think i could have done that whole day without her. She took so much pressure off of my mom to help get things ready, and even us! We knew we had talked about how we wanted everything to go many many times before the big day, and she knew exactly how it needed to be done. Not to mention she also designed our invitations, which were beyond beautiful.

I am forever indebted to Francesca and Dazzling Affairs. My husband Tim and I were married on Long Island, NY in January of 2016. About a month out from our wedding (December) we reached out to Francesca for help with coordinating the very last details and vendors for our wedding day. THANK GOD WE DID! To anybody thinking to themselves - "self, do I need a day-of wedding coordinator?" - let me confirm to you that yes, yes you do no matter how much you think you have it organized and figured out. The fact is that it's one of the most incredible days of your life, but it's also a complete logistical bear - and you want to be spending time with your friends and family, not dealing with caterers, venue staff, PA systems, etc. So now that we agree on that:

Francesca and her team were absolutely essential for making our wedding one of the best days of my life. Francesca was everything we were looking for - detail oriented, kind, specific, and determined. When we initially met with Francesca, she was able to identify so many gaps in our planning, particularly with the timeline of events. In the month before our wedding, she figured it all out and took a huge burden off of our shoulders [despite the fact that it was 1) her own daughters wedding 2) holidays 3) short timeline].

All the money, time, and energy we spent planning our wedding could have and likely would have been a waste if it wasn't for the Francesca and the Dazzling Events team. They made sure everything was confirmed a week before the wedding and showed up on our wedding day to make sure everything went seamlessly and that we stayed on our timeline. She and her wonderful staff made our day what it was and we cannot thank them enough!

Francesca and Erin was extremely helpful the day of my wedding. Erin was with my husband at his house to make sure everyone was on time and francesca was with me to make sure everything was on time. Both ladies helped me get in and out of my dress when I had to use the restroom. My wedding day ran smoothly and I was stress free that day. The florist arrived on time thanks to francesca and so did the limos. I recommend dazzling affairs because of their loyalty and honest opinion. When I wasn't sure about something I would call francesca and she would help me decide. I appreciate both ladies what they have done for me and my husband on our wedding day. Francesca was a godsend! She really takes care of all the details from about a month before the wedding right up to the wedding day. She coordinates with all your vendors so you don't have to and shepherds you right through your wedding day calmly and in an organized manner. She also did a good job coordinating with the on-site coordinator at my venue. She's very responsive on email. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Francesca!

Francesca was the absolutely best. My wedding day would not have been the same without her. She kept everything on time and she was there to handle all of the little stuff you don't want to think of on the day of your wedding. She truly made us able to fully enjoy our day. Best money we spent!

Francesca and Erin are amazing!!!! With out them I don't know how my day would have made it. My father is disabled and we had an issue with his travel arrangements to get him from his nursing home to our venue the day of my wedding. We were at Old Westbury Gardens taking pictures when everything happened and I lost it. Francesca was incredible and really was my hero! She found a way to get my father to my wedding and wheel me down the aisle. She helped my dreams come true! They also were able to handle my crazy wedding party! They both really helped my day go smoothly and I could not have done it without them!!! Love you both!!!!

If you dont think you need a wedding planner you are wrong!! Francesca was worth every penny. She is professional and reliable and completely took our stress away during the wedding planning process. My wedding was this past June 4th, and I hired Dazzling Affairs for Day-of-Coordinator services, where communication begins 1 month before the wedding. Even before the 1 month mark Francesca was in contact with me to get things in order. She was highly professional and patient in the weeks leading up to the wedding, I have a very stressful job so needless to say I was very much on edge before the wedding. On the day of - Francesca and her assistant were on point with every detail. Francesca had small details covered that I hadn't even thought about like making sure to keep my lipstick and powder with her so that I could do make-up touch-ups before pictures/entrances. She even helped me get in and out of my dress several times throughout the day (including to use the restroom!) There was an issue with the A/C on our party bus rental and Francesca took charge of the situation and even provided her own personal vehicle for my husband and I so that we remained cool. I told Francesca that I was worried about crying babies during the ceremony and my bridesmaids being on time getting ready at my house, she assured me not to worry - and she delivered! I had priced out other vendors prior to finding Dazzling Affairs and I can honeslty say that Dazzling Affairs provided the best value for their services. Hiring Francesca was a life savor on my wedding day! Thank you Francesca!

Our wedding was 1 year ago, and I just got a reminder from Wedding Wire to review our vendors. Sorry that this is coming to you so late Francesca, but thank you to your team for working so hard, especially at the last minute, to get our gigantic wedding in order. Now for my review:

BOOK FRANCESCA!!!!!! I wish I could scream this from the rooftops. You must use Dazzling Affairs for your wedding! They are incredibly professional and there is no competition that these ladies are the best at what they do. We had actually booked some other planners originally, but once we met Francesca we knew we had to fire everyone else and go with her!! I really felt like they cared about the success of my wedding more than I did, which is saying something! I thought I was organized until I met them....they are SO. ORGANIZED!! Plus they were with us up late working on small details, and back to work in the early morning coordinating all of our guests. I am honestly in awe of how hard these ladies worked. The only reason we could enjoy the wedding was because of Dazzling Affairs. They were our most critical vendor. Especially if you an Indian Bride....book them! It will be the best money you spend on your wedding. Trust me!

When I initially began planning my wedding with my now husband and family, I found it to be an overwhelming experience. So many details and just so much to take into account, I wasn't sure I could manage things on my own. Recognizing I needed the help and experience of a seasoned professional, I searched weddingwire for a day-of-coordinator. Having read about Dazzling Affairs and Francesca, I knew she would be a perfect fit for my wedding planning needs. From the save the date's, bridal shower and wedding invitations/favors we ordered, to her speaking fluent Italian to my primarily Italian speaking mother, her upbeat, fun, yet ambitious personality made it such a pleasure to work with her... we are eternally grateful to have found Dazzling Affairs and Francesca. She delivered everything we could have wanted and then some. I worked with Francesca and her amazing assistant, Amanda, for about a year and I honestly miss them. They're great people and do such great work. I think anyone planning any kind of event will be extremely satisfied with their services.
It's no easy task planning a wedding, but my wedding day and every event in between went smoothly because of them. Everything was perfect . Thank you both Francesca and Amanda for everything! The second I booked Dazzling Affairs I knew it was the best decision we could have made. When it comes to weddings, she knows it all! You'll be in great hands! She is a must!

Francesca was absolutely amazing!!! I will never have another event without her!!! She is amazing and tended to my every need. She handled every single issue I had, some before I even knew there was an issue. Most importantly she calmed me down when I had my crazy moments! She made sure that I was always happy and relaxed! The day of my wedding she was there for my every need and stood there with me from beginning to end! I am actually sad that I don't have an excuse to speak to her every week. What can I even say about Francesca and her staff beyond AMAZING. I was recommended to Francesca through a client who used her services for "day of coordination". Originally I went there for only that service. I booked her for "day of coordination" but then she offers a discount for invitations. I hadn't yet had anyone in mind so I figured, why not. I am SO glad I did! I was so picky about my invitations. I wanted letter press and a very specific look. After looking through all the books I found exactly what I was looking for. They were so patient with me. My invitations were GORGEOUS. Honestly the nicest and best quality invitations I have EVER SEEN. The cardstock was thick and great quality. I received a compliment from almost everyone who received an invitation. I also used her services for: menus (rehearsal dinner and wedding) Welcome letters for the ppl staying overnight, Name Cards & Church Programs. The only thing I didn't use her for was my shower invitations and I regretted it! When it came time to create my wedding timeline she was on top of it! She gave me great suggestions to make the day run smoothly. She confirmed all my vendors and made sure everything was perfect. They day of my wedding she was with me and Erin was with the men. Erin was AMAZING, she even retied all the mens bowties because she thought they didn't look perfect! Francesca was with me and set up and assisted the photographers with all the detail shots. She helped me in my dress and unfortunately I had a huge wardrobe malfunction. The boning in my dress had bent and my breasts were literally falling out. I had a full blown nervous breakdown. She sent my friend out and bought me a strapless bra and when it came she literally sewed me into the dress with the bra. She saved the day. I don't know what I would have done if she wasn't there. OH, and to top it off, my 86 yr old Grandmother lost her footing and fell and Francesca CAUGHT HER. Worth every penny.

My day of coordinators, Franchesca & Gina were magnificent. From the moment Franchesca arrived to my house she took over and made sure everything ran smoothly. From helping me get dressed to making sure my flower girls and ring bearers walked in to the church with no issues she did it all. Francesca and her team are a wonderful group of people to work with, they know everything about planning a wedding and often answer questions you didn't even know you had. We hired Francesca as our day of coordinator and to make our ceremony programs. She was worth every penny and more. She was the BEST investment we made for our wedding and I cannot say enough praise for her. She went well beyond what we thought and would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone. If you are looking to make sure your wedding day runs smoothly and you get to enjoy the day, than don't hesitate to hire her. Even my mom said to me "I have no idea what you paid her, but she was worth every cent. She is fantastic!" Even if your vendor provides a bridal attendant like ours did and your on the fence, go the extra mile. It will be worth it.

My husband, my parents, and I could not have been happier with the services that Francesca and her team provided before and on my wedding day. From the moment I first walked in to look at invitations up to my wedding I was treated with the up most professionalism and offered help with every aspect. We did not have a wedding planner, but Francesca never hesitated to help when we asked questions or needed recommendations. She also took the time to help us with any concerns we had. I was happy to find out that Libby would be one of our wedding day coordinators along with Amanda. I worked with Libby since day one of choosing my invitations. So I couldn't have been happier. When we decided to have our wedding at my fiance's parents house, we knew we were going to need some help. I did a lot of research and it seemed like the team at Dazzling Affairs were a perfect fit. This was probably the smartest decision we made.
Francesca was absolutely essential to the success of our wedding. She came over to the house twice before the big day. Once to get the lay of the land and again two days before the event to check up on all of our vendor deliveries. In the days before the wedding the weather forecast took a turn for the worse. Francesca worked with our vendors to make sure we were covered (literally making sure we had enough tents and umbrellas). While we were prepared for the rain, we were not prepared for the mud! At this point, our wedding could have gone south fast had Francesca hadn't been there. She moved our entire ceremony location hours before the guests arrived. When our caterer pushed back, since this would mean they would have to set up in an extremely tight timeline, she made it happen. The best part is that I had no idea there were any issues going on downstairs, until I found out the next day. This is because Francesca is incredibly calm, reassuring and professional. I can list a million examples of why you need to hire her. From cleaning the mud off of the dance floor while the guests were eating to writing up a perfectly detailed itinerary for our bridal party and vendors. I have nightmares thinking what I would have had to do if she weren't there!
Francesca brought LoriAnn with her as a bridal attendant. With all of the focus on the details of the ceremony and reception, I really never thought about how much help I was going to need. LoriAnn was awesome! Every time I needed something, from lip gloss to help finding the groom to a glass of water, she was right behind me. Never obtrusive and super sweet, she kept me so calm!
The absolute best, we can't thank them enough!!!

The team at Dazzling Affairs has given us nothing less than stellar service! Though I am not using them for my day of coordination, they have been extremely helpful with decorative and time management ideas for our ceremony and reception.

We bought our invitations from there as well and the process was just as wonderful! There were extremely helpful in helping us select the perfect invitation, which we absolutely adore!

I would recommend them to any bride. Especially if you're the type that has a lot of ideas floating around but have trouble bringing it to fruition. Francesca and the team are definitely up to the challenge!

Francesca and her team did an absolutely fantastic job at our wedding. Upon the first time we spoke with her, it was very apparent that she had her stuff together and she gave us a good amount of things to get ready for her, but it definitely paid off in the end and helped make our event 100x smoother. We believe this was her first time doing a Hindu wedding and from the way her team handled it, you couldn’t tell...not even one bit. They knew exactly what was what, and the first time we met, she got a timeline of events from us and did a great job sticking to it (despite indian events always tend to get super delayed). We went through the timeline step by step (down to the 5 minute mark) and she gave us her honest feedback of what is realistic which really helped in planning our expectations for the day of. She also created a final timeline for us with her suggestions and what we needed, and also communicated this with our vendors which helped keeping the event flowing on time. Throughout the day her team was always by our sides whether it was putting on jewelry, reminding us to drink water, eat food, and even helping us do a wardrobe change in the middle of our event. We had 3 coordinators throughout the day: Francesca, Erin, and Libby. All three were equally professional and helpful to us.

Her entire team was a Godsend and took a huge burden off our family for the events the day of, and we would most definitely recommend someone to get their services!!!

I was soooo happy to have Erin and her assistants with me the day of my wedding. From start to finish they have marked us in a special way by their presence, commitment and motivation, also by doing their best to make this wedding a success. Everything went smooth and we didn't have to worry about anything. Erin and associates worked at their finest to make our day memorable and one of the kind. Their expertise had definitely made this unique day one of the best moment of my life. My husband and I want to thank you and your team over and over again and we will definitely recommend you guys to anyone who wants the best for a special and unforgettable day/wedding.

Erin, our wedding coordinator, was amazing. She helped us find beautiful wedding programs, place cards, etc and answered all of the questions we had. The day of our wedding, Erin and Stephanie had everything under control allowing us to really enjoy our ceremony and reception. They did a tremendous job and it was a very worthwhile investment.

Francesca and her team were fantastic. I had a large bridal party of 7 girls and 7 guys and a crazy family. She made sure everything went smoothly and on time! For example, Francesca calmed me down when my nervousness was showing in my pictures. She cheered up my flower girl who was scared to walked down the aisle, and she even reminded my dad to remove his sunglasses in the church before he walked me down the aisle (my attempts were useless). The small things could have easily upset my day if I let it, however I did not need to worry because of Francesca and her assistant Lori-Ann. Lori-Ann you were also amazing!!!

I also used Francesca for my invitations and partial planning. I think it help that she knew my personality more so than the maitre'd of my venue. I also loved my invitations and received many compliments on the invitations and Francesca's organization the day of my wedding. I highly recommend a wedding planner, especially for the day of. I recommend Francesca.

Francesca was amazing with her at out wedding all the little things that came up during our wedding she handled it before we even realized something was wrong it was after the wedding when our family told us that something was wrong but they took care of it before we even noticed I highly recommend them they were amazing a must have for all brides and grooms. They will put you mind at ease. A+++++++++

Working with the Dazzling Affairs team was the best choice we made for our wedding. Jamie was our Day of Coordinator. She answered all of my questions, kept the wedding running on time and ensured me that everything was taken care of. It was so nice to enjoy the morning/day of my wedding day and not worry about a thing. When there was a small issue during the day, Jamie approached me with the issue and optional solutions. It made making a quick decision on how to proceed possible. Everything was taken care of and was worth every penny!

Francesca and her team are absolutely amazing. They made my wedding planning process and the day of so much easier. During the planning process, Francesca would meet with us to go through what else needed to be done. She made outlines, checklists and etc... to make sure everything was pre-planned. She also helped us with our invitations which came out stunning!! On the day of the wedding Francesca and Alex had all the vendors on schedule and made sure everyone was coordinated. She contacted everyone for us so that we wouldn't have to be bothered. She monitored the time, pictures and every little detail as I was getting ready and throughout the day. She took all the stress off of us and took care of everything for the day. Francesca also helped me get dressed, fixed my dress when it needed a touch-up and even went as far as carrying my makeup and reminding me when my lip gloss needed to be touched-up. I did not have to worry about a single thing other than getting myself ready. I truly don't know what we would have done without them on our wedding day.

I cannot stress how important it is to have someone to coordinate on a day as important as a wedding. I had two coordinators for the day and without them both it would have been chaotic and confusing for my bridal party and myself to know where to go and what to do next. As a bride you are overwhelmed with making sure you have all you need and look perfect. Erin made sure I had everything I needed! One MUST have someone to create order and delegate the next move. Dazzling Affairs was exceptional and more then a helping hand. The girls were great and Erin was above and beyond with me. Thank you Erin. My wedding day went smooth. I definately recommend them to anyone plannig a wedding.

We hired Francesca for her day-of coordinator services. Leading up to the wedding, they met with us and promptly followed up with all vendors. They scheduled all final details and deliverables for each vendor, and stayed on top of all up to and on the wedding day. Francesca and her team were absolutely amazing on our wedding day, and were the best money that we spent that day! They handled all crises that arose (we didnt even know that any issues were happening!), and kept us calm and happy.

We were so happy to have them as part of our event! If you are considering hiring them, do it now!

Francesca and her team were amazing from beginning to end. She met with me several times before the wedding and was always available via phone or email if I had a question or needed advice. I honestly don't know what I would have done without them the day of the wedding. Francesca and Libby were helpful, organized, prepared and ready to do anything to make the day run smooth. Dazzling Affairs also did the calligraphy on my invitations and they came out beautiful and they were done quickly. They even worked with me when I wanted to change the font after the first proof! I would highly recommend Francesca and her team to any future bride. They were worth it and more!

When my daughter said we should hire a planner I thought she was a little crazy but I have to say it was one of the best things we did for the wedding. Francesca and her staff are phenomenal.
We opted to have Francesca for the day of the wedding to handle all of the details of the day and take some of the burden of us. Great decision and well worth the money spent! She was fabulous at calming us during the trying times and keeping the day running smoothly.
Throughout all of the planning stages Francesca was a great resource.

Without dazzling affairs, we would have been so lost. From Francesca at our first meeting to Erin and Sophia helping us the day of the wedding, they were great and sooooo helpful. From hearing everything they helped my wife and our family the day of the wedding, we were blessed to have them and so appreciative for all the effort, especially with George (lol thank you Erin and Sophia, I know you guys won't ever forget George). They were on top of EVERYTHING and fixed even the smallest problems (barely any, that's how great everything went). We highly recommend dazzling affair as they are on top of their game. Thanks a million for helping giving us a perfect wedding.

I hired Francesca for the final arrangements and to oversee the "day of." She was fantastic! She met with me the final month before the wedding, organized my contracts, and helped me with final decisions at our meeting, offering suggestions, and was always available to answer any questions I had. She created a time line for the day of the wedding, which helped me coordinate with my vendors and out of town guests and bridal party. Best of all, she confirmed everything for me with my vendors that last week, and took care of paying everyone for me and seeing to it that they received their gratuities. All we had to do was enjoy our day!

Kudos to Libby, who was my personal attendant that day, knowing my every need before I did, and especially having that tube of lipstick ready to freshen my lips for each and every photo! That alone was worth every penny!

The day of I was expected to be pulled in different directions, on a strict timeline and most of all stressed. From the moment Francesca and Erin walked in the door I was so calm. I had complete faith that I need not worry. They ensured minor details that I may have overlooked or my requests went heard and executed. Throughout the event they popped up by my side just as I needed them. I highly recommend Dazzling Affairs as they are family oriented, organized and honest. It is overwhelming planning a wedding - or any event for that matter - but knowing that they were aware of our wants and needs was piece of mind.

Francesca and her staff at Dazzling Affairs were extremely professional, accommodating and fun to work with. My matron of honor who has done makeup and hair for brides at least 20 times a year for the past 25 years stated that she thought Francesca was absolutely fabulous and she has never worked with a wedding coordinator as good as her.

I am a project manager by trade and very organized, but realized that hiring the professionals would be the way to go because they have the experience and know how to handle the wrinkles and ensure the day goes smoothly. Having Francesca and staff there really gave us the peace of mind we needed to sit back and enjoy our once in a lifetime event. I would highly recommend Dazzling Affairs for any event planning services.

Francesca and her team were phenomenal. They made planning a breeze. They were always there to offer advice and tips whenever I called. The day of they had everything under control. Francesca averted so many things that could have messed up my day I was amazed. From fixing a bridesmaids dress that went a wry to redoing an updo that got loose to making sure my makeup was touched up for pictures. They a re amazing and I would use them again and again! 5 stars all the way!

Francesca, Sophia, and Erin were such a pleasure to work with. They patiently answered my many questions and were very friendly and down-to-earth from beginning to end. The three of them helped with invitations, programs, and other items. Though we did not purchase everything through them, they offered balanced opinions on the products we asked them about.

Erin and Sophia were my day-of coordinators and I do not know what I would have done without them! So much in the way of timing and arrangements needed to be coordinated between the vendors, all in the midst of traveling to different locations and keeping the wedding party, family, and friends where they needed to be. But Erin and Sophia were flawless! They acted very professionally and checked in with me and my husband throughout the day. I felt confident having them handle all the details and coordination, which they handled extremely well. Having them around gave me much-needed peace of mind that someone (NOT a crazy family member!) would see to it that everything ran smoothly. It was also fun to have them around--they're really pleasant, fun people who you definitely become comfortable with after working with them throughout the planning process.

The result was that my husband and I were able to focus on each other and really relish the happiness of our wedding day. The ladies at Dazzling Affairs know their stuff, and their prices are reasonable for the quality of services they give. Highly recommended!

Dazzling Affairs, Francesca, Erin and Libby is to a wedding what love is to marriage. Everybody has to work on it. The wedding industry Has a lot of shady vendors who are in it only for the money; but Francesca et al are the real deal. She only has the Bride and Grooms
Best interests in mind. You will SAVE MONEY by hiring Dazzaling Affairs. Originally we hired another wedding Planner who literally brought the chaos with him and He was only interested in getting us to spend a lot money in places where he got kickbacks. Best day is when we FIRED him and found Francesca at Dazzaling Affairs.
Here's the best review I can give: three of our wedding guests are getting married soon and after seeing how hard the Dazzaling Affairs crew worked, how stress-free and seamless the day was, how nothing was a problem and how relaxed and happy my hubby and I were

Francesca and her team were simply AMAZING from the day we hired her till the end! I remember my wife specifically saying on the way home from one of our last appointments with Francesca, "wow I feel so much less stressed thanks to her". Thats what her team does people! Don't let other people fool you, they know their stuff, she amazed me on her knowledge of vendors around the area, and ideas that she can help with the wedding. Whats even better is that she knows pretty much all the vendors around the area haha! Which makes it a breeze on the day of the wedding. HA let's not even go there, she made my wife so comfortable on the day of the wedding I'm not even joking! Anything that was needed bam, done! Oh lipgloss got that! Its like she has a Dora the explorer bag on her at all times but for weddings! Even for me Her assistants are second to none as well! from all the kissing from pictures, she goes heres a tissue to wipe it off(I would've never thought of that). Pretty much they're there to help you make your wedding a breeze and the day of your wedding enjoyable and they're damn good at it. Honestly this was the best vendor I spent money on! Go with them, you won't be disappointed!!

Do yourself a favor and hire Dazzling Affairs!
I had hired an amateur wedding planner and decided I needed to seek professionals to handle the most important day of my life. I was a little bummed out that Francesca wouldnt be available for my big day but two days before the wedding I found out that the wedding she was signed up for had been cancelled and she would be doing my wedding with Alex! The weeks before the wedding I didnt have to worry about confirming the vendors she took care of all of it for me. The morning of the wedding I felt so stress free and everyone at the hair salon was amazed at how calm I was.From the minute Francesca walked in everything went according to plan. Even my mom was amazed with her and says she doesnt know what we would have done without her or Alex. It was a huge deal because I was the first wedding in our family. Everything was amazing and we enjoyed every minute of the reception. My biggest fear for the reception was that my Husband and I would not be able to eat our dinner. Not to worry Francesca was right there to make sure we tried everything on our plate and had enough to drink. I was so grateful because I didnt realize how hungry I was till she made me sit and eat. Prior to the wedding everyone kept criticizing my choice to hire a Day of Coordinator even my mom! Francesca is every Brides fairy godmother who is there to save the day. Please I beg you hire Dazzling Affairs and if you have Francesca do your wedding? You have done something right in this world so count your lucky stars. Hiring Dazzling Affairs was one of the best decisions i made. When i was planning I had asked my caterer if i needed a Day of Planner, and he said "No" however, I really can't imagine the day without Francesca and Alex, and i am so glad i did not listen to the caterer!!! Francesca and Alex made everything go so smoothly, and really let me focus on enjoying the day rather than the little details. I knew everything would be taken care of, and they were. Words cannot express how impressed and happy we were with Francesca and her team. I had my menu's made by Dazzling Affairs, my envelopes laser printed, rented my card box and I had Francesca as my day-of coordinator- everything was perfect.

Simply amazing and hands down the BEST vendor we had. Francesca made my day go on without a hitch and paid attention to details that I would have missed otherwise. My husband and I could not stop talking about how happy we were that we hired her and how she really took the stress off of both of us that day. Family and friends were even commenting to us about all the little things that she was doing/fixing throughout the night. I didn't have to think about anything else on my day besides getting married and having fun. If you think twice about hiring her- DON'T. We hired Dazzling Affairs for day of coordination, and decided to get our invitations through them as well. We were so relieved to have Francesca and Libby on the day of the wedding - they were prepared for everything! But what was even more helpful was having Francesca create the timeline and confirm vendors the week of the wedding. That was the most stressful part of the planning process (the timeline), as well as the weeks leading up the wedding, so we were beyond relieved to have DA in our corner :) They also recommended our limosine service which was terrific. We were so happy with our choice and highly recommend Dazzling Affairs for your event!
