We booked Daylene to photograph our wedding, and I am so happy we did! My husband and I got married in the fall of 2020 during the pandemic. We had to move our wedding date, adjust venue and change our wedding size. Throughout it all, Daylene was unflappable, flexible and easy to communicate with. On our wedding day, she helped me feel calm and comfortable in front of the camera and beautiful. She intuitively knows what shots to capture and she explains exactly what she wants you to do to capture the best shot. She listened to what we wanted and scouted out the best spots for our photos ahead of time to maximize our shots and efficiency. This was incredibly important to us because we only had our venue for four hours and we wanted to soak up as much time as possible with our guests. Our photos are breathtaking and we couldn’t be happier with how the day went. We will cherish the experience and the photos for a lifetime. -

Amelia was an amazing photographer to work with from understanding our vision, planning the outline of the shots we wanted to capture of the wedding day, taking the time to know the names of our family members + friends (and our 2 pups), staying organized to make sure that we could balance taking photos and hang out with our guests. She was easy-going and fun, which helped to capture amazing candid moments for us to review after our wedding. We can't stop looking at our photos! -

She has a keen eye for photography and editing and made our vision come to fruition with vibrant colors, jaw-dropping backdrops, and dynamic communication direction in how we should position our bodies/faces for PERFECT shots! I have never seen better work!!! Your wedding day should be remembered as all that you've envisioned, and she made that dream come true in photography! Daylene is a friendly and generous in how she executes your wedding day picture agenda.
She gives you sneak peek photos for you to see within 48 hours, and then has all of your hundreds/thousands of photos completely edited in less than 4 weeks. Her prices are reasonable and her work is so mind-blowing that flying her down to Denver (where she is a native) from her current Oregon home is ABSOLUTELY worth every cent. All of our wedding guests had their jaws dropped by the final results. Her pictures will be in our family as a proud memory of our perfect day FOREVER! Thank you SO much Daylene!!! P&D LOVE YOU! -

Her personality makes you feel comfortable therefore she is able to capture your true personality and feelings. To me photographs are the most important keepsake from a wedding and I will forever be grateful for the images that we have. -
User1996867 Sent on 01/05/2015Daylene Wilson is truly the most talented photographer I have ever worked with. The photos she took of our wedding are an absolute dream come true! She captured so many little moments that made our day special, it seems like she was everywhere at once. I actually started crying when I received the photos because they helped me relive every moment of our wedding-- the moment my Grandpa joined me on the dance floor, the moment our flower girl started twirling on the lawn, the way the groomsmen joined my husband for an impromptu karaoke session at the reception. As a bride, you spend so much time and money planning a wedding, and the day rushes by in a blur. To receive stunning photos chronicling every tiny detail of hard work—and the amazing time everyone had as a result—made the year of planning worth it!
Throughout the day, Daylene helped us slow down and soak in the experience. One of the best things she did was take my husband and me away for an hour before our ceremony to do offsite photos at a chic downtown location, where we had a drink, stopped into a fudge shop, and danced in a park. These photos are priceless—and the time we got to spend together laughing and kissing before our ceremony are moments I will cherish forever. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing Daylene is to work with: she was cheerful, efficient, energetic, and was somehow able to coral our giant bridal party and many family members into magazine-quality photos. I still don’t know how she managed to direct everyone so well!
I’ve had friends who poured their heart and soul into their wedding and were disappointed to find their photographer had missed key details or moments they wanted to remember. I am so, so glad we hired Daylene to preserve our memories, because she nailed it on every count! I just can’t wait to start framing these and filling up the walls in our house! -

Gennifer Sent on 06/23/2016Daylenes photos are magical. I had her do my professional photos before our wedding and they turned out great, but the wedding photos were magical. She is very professional and sweet. I was blown away by the costs of all the photographers, Daylene gave us a limits package at a value because it was an off day in low season. Still paid good money, but we were SO happy with our wedding photos. There was some confusion about family and wedding party photos that I'd not communicated well to her and I was too overwhelmed as the bride to deal with. I'd reccomend calling or meeting with her before hand. She offered this but I thought it was overkill- it retrospect, it was a good idea
