  Just Perfect

  We just got married last night at The Bowery Hotel and Dawn designed and managed the entire wedding weekend. I can’t say enough good things about Dawn - she is highly professional, creative, good humored, and extremely organized. On top of all that, Dawn made sure we stayed on budget and was more careful with our money than I was. Our wedding was perfect in every way and our guests raved. She is a gem.

  Dawn is a 10/10 Planner

  Dawn is the BEST! She was recommended by a friend and we are so lucky for the recommendation. Dawn was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process, there to talk through decisions and make sure we were prepared for all of the logistics. She served as a crucial point of contact between us and all of our vendors, advocating for our preferences throughout. And by the time our wedding rolled around, we were in such good hands. Her experience was essential to helping ensure we have the best experience possible. We would recommend to Dawn to anyone who is looking for a wedding planner.

  Amazing coordinator for your NYC wedding!

  We hired Dawn Mauberret for month-of coordination for our wedding at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, and she was wonderful! She came highly recommended from our photographer and we’re so glad that we hired her. Dawn is extremely organized and so responsive. She is also very savvy and knows how to pull all of your vendors together to create a seamless flow of events. Kyana worked with us on-site on the wedding day, and she was amazing! Our wedding party loved working with her throughout the day she was kind, helpful, and cool under pressure. I would recommend working with Dawn and her team without hesitation!

  Great experience!

  We hired Dawn as our day of coordinator and she did an excellent job. From preplanning to the actual event, she kept us focused and made the process fun! On our wedding day there was a minor issue involving menu items we had discussed with venue. Dawn stepped in and handled the situation with ease, which really took a load off for us. She also helped the dj when he was working out the kinks on his soundsystem. In short, Dawn rules! Hiring her will definitely make your day run smoothly!

  The best decision we made for our wedding was hiring Dawn Mauberret Events!

  Dawn is the absolute best! If you are looking for a wedding/ event planner SHE IS IT! Stop looking and book her NOW! You will not be sorry, she is worth every penny (and then some!). She will make your day/ event unforgettable and incredible. Dawn is a professional in every sense. She’s done so many weddings/ events her tips/ tricks/ recommendations are immensely helpful. She’s also there to be a sounding board and offer opinions. I cannot recommend Dawn Mauberret Events enough, she helped me, a COVID bride, (2x postponed) navigate through all the state guidelines/ restrictions, venue guest count limitations, etc. And let me tell you it wasn’t a fun time to be planning but Dawn kept me and my husband-to-be calm and as stress free as possible! When our day (finally) arrived, Dawn managed EVERYTHING: rehearsal, schedules/ timelines, vendor communication, setup/ takedown and so much more. Leaving myself, the wedding party, friends, and family there to just enjoy being together and to celebrate!   Great Communication, Perfect Wedding

  Dawn was an essential part of our wonderful wedding. She was very responsive to our concerns and had awesome knowledge of our venue.   Dawn was instrumental in helping us throw the wedding of our dreams. She was insightful and understanding of what we were wanting to do. There's a lot going on at weddings and in the buildup, and she was on top of her game the entire time. My wife and I couldn't be happier and would work with her again in a heartbeat.

She had so many creative and unique ideas when I was formulating the plan that ended up making the ceremony and party feel so exactly and authentically “us.” She was always available to bounce ideas and had so many great connections and resources. Then day of? She took the reigns and made it feel as if everything happened magically, when I know for certain magic happens from hard work and the right touch of humor and grace. Dawn Mauberret Events for the win!

  Dawn brings a calm, super organized, and enthusiastic energy to her work. She kept detailed to-do lists and helped us check off every box, without adding any extra stress :) We booked our transportation, photography for the rehearsal dinner, and hair and makeup from her recommendations and were thrilled with each of them. She coordinated with our vendors and families seamlessly and helped me make snap decisions day-of. She even brought all of our gifts back to our hotel at midnight. Dawn is a rockstar!

  Every nervous bride and MOB should have Dawn in their corner! We worked with Dawn from about 6 weeks before through the wedding day. She was so efficient, knowledgeable and competent (not to mention calm and nice!) that the wedding was a breeze for us. My daughter and I had a long rehash of the entire day over the phone the next day and every few minutes one of us would say, "We were so lucky to have Dawn." Her experience showed in all the many details, and the result was a smooth progression of the day. The wedding was relaxed, warm and memorable, exactly what we had hoped for. Thank you Dawn!

  Ahh, where do I begin?! Although we had a fairly short engagement (6 months) and chose to get married in a venue that required us to rent absolutely everything, I thought I didn't need a planner/coordinator and could do everything on my own. Boy, was I wrong! As our wedding date approached and the stress of all the decisions (and there are soo many!) started to get to me, my fiance insisted that we hire a coordinator. I spoke to several Brooklyn based coordinators and immediately knew that Dawn was going to do a fabulous job and be a pleasure to work with. And that she was! Looking back at our wedding day and the planning process leading up to it, I can tell you that hiring Dawn was one of the best decisions we made.
  Despite of what others may tell you, you absolutely DO need a coordinator. Especially if your venue is a raw space without decor or any of the other necessities (tables, chairs, etc). We hired Dawn to help us with the design and also as the month of coordinator and she did an A++ job with both. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful every detail was and we have Dawn to thank for pulling it all together for us. From the first day, Dawn was resourceful, knowledgeable, always responsive, and just a pleasure to work with. She came to every meeting with our other vendors (band, DJ, florist) and made sure that we had a solid timeline for our wedding day. She thought of every detail that we didn't and made sure everyone knew when and where they should be the day of the wedding. And the thing that I appreciated most about Dawn is that she was always honest and to the point in helping us decide how and what to spend our budget on. She told us what things were nice to have but unnecessary because no one pays attention to them, and what things mattered. Naturally, I am an over thinker (and over buyer!) but Dawn kept me on track and away from spending on unnecessary things. Overall, we LOVED working with Dawn and would highly recommend to anyone!

  "Dawn is an absolute pro. She is cool under pressure, thinks on her feet, never gets flustered, and is just so damn good at problem solving. It doesn't hurt that she has partnered with almost everyone who puts on events in NYC. If you need anything done, Dawn knows someone who can help.
  
  My wife and I felt totally, effortlessly prepared for our big day, and somehow it all felt casual and normal and special and awesome. There wasn't a sense of ""over-planning"" but we totally felt like we knew what to expect and how it was going to go down... in broad strokes. Which is exactly what we wanted. Thank you, Dawn!"

She is also completely honest. When I offered to pay extra for supervision of the rehearsal dinner she immediately informed me it was part of her contract. I hadn't looked and never would have known. She was a delight to work with.
