We had such a great experience at David's Bridal. I shopped for both my wedding dress and my bridesmaids' dresses there, and both times the staff was friendly and helpful. Hope, especially, was very knowledgeable of both the bridal and bridesmaids dresses, and was helpful in the dressing room too. I didn't wind up buying my wedding gown there, but we did buy our bridesmaids and flower girl dresses there, and they all were delivered very quickly and were good quality.
I've learned that with David's Bridal, a lot of your experience can depend on which location you visit, and I'm glad that the Feasterville location is convenient for me. I can't say enough about the friendliness and professionalism of the staff at the Feasterville David's Bridal. There was also a manager who was very helpful when I was trying on wedding gowns, but I didn't catch her name.

Amanda at the trevose location was absolutely amazing, I actually want to see her again for bridesmaids dresses she knows what shes doing!!

I got my wedding dress, my bridal party dressed, my mother's dress, and my grandmother's dress at David's Bridal. All of which needed to be altered. The staff was wonderful and attentive and by the end of planning process I felt like a part of the family at David's Bridal!

I had a very easy time finding a pretty and affordable dress at David's Bridal. We did not feel pressured into buying something beyond our budget and had a very help sales associate. My dress came in the mail one week after I ordered it!

Got my bridal gown here for much less than what people assumed that I spent! Loved my dress, veil, and alterations were perfect!

Davids in feastervile was awesome I came in with a picture of my wedding gown from the Internet and they found it right away also helped me find my shoes they called about 5 different stores and finally tracked them down very great customer service they didnt give up helping me find the exact stuff that I wanted and for my bridal party and mother as well.

I got my bridesmaid dresses here. We went with a vera wang peplum dress. It is so elegant and classy for a great price! The staff was great and friendly. They called me immediately when everything came in.

David's Bridal was great! My dress and veil both came in earlier than they said and the same happened with the bridesmaid dresses. They also would ship the shoes and dresses we ordered for free since my bridesmaids lived all over the country. The bridesmaids dresses can be worn again and were cheap which is great because they did not feel like they were putting out too much money for the wedding.

Davids Bridal was not my first choice of where to shop for my dress. I didn't want anything generic. After looking online and in several boutiques, I found my dress at Davids. It was the first dress I tried on, and I knew it was the one as soon as I put it on.

They were very professional and accommodating. I must say alterations were much more than I was expecting, but the end result was perfect.

I got a beautiful Vera Wang gown with all the accessories, undergarments, plus gifts for my mom and the mother of the groom, and attire to wear the day before the wedding! David's Bridal took care of all my needs and with a smile on their face. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pries were affordable. I would definitely recommend them to a friend! (I used David's Bridal in Plymouth Meeting, PA)

Wonderful service and selection. Beautiful dresses (both bridal gown and bridesmaids dresses). I would have definately bought the same dress if I had to do it again. All dresses came in quickly with no problems.

I got a great dress for under $500. Basically you get what you pay for as far as service but if you are willing to skimp on service for a less expensive dress then it's great.

Searched online for months looking for a dress and found one I loved. Went to Davids Bridal and they had it. Tried it on and loved it even more. They had my size and I went home with it that day.

My bridesmaids and I all had such a wonderful experience at this particular David's Bridal. Vernie Cole was our sales rep. She knew us immediately each time we came into the store and always treated us like we were the most important people there. David's Bridal is a great one-stop shop for all your attire needs. They have such a wide selection of gowns for women of all sizes at very reasonable prices, and when you buy your dress from DB, they give you all sorts of discounts on your other needs. They also partner with Men's Wearhouse making it very easy to match the groom's colors to the bride's colors. I love the fact that most of their bridesmaid dress styles come in almost every color so you can pick your color and let each bridesmaid pick a different style dress that is flattering to them. I assumed all the details were going to be over-priced for the sake of convenience, but when I shopped around, I found they are at least on-par with, if not less expensive than anything I found on-line. The only thing I think I could have saved some money on elsewhere was my veil & tiara, but it was just too convenient to pick them out when I was already wearing the dress. I would also recommend that if you want to be the center of attention, you try to make your appointments during the week as I have heard it gets a little too crowded on the weekends. DB also has a tailor in-store, and the woman at this particular store is very easy to work with and did an excellent job on my alterations. I really had a very pleasant experience doing business with this store and fully intend to return for all my formal party needs. Vernie even sent me a shiny penny for my shoe :-)

I couldn't find a dress at all. Then I saw the perfect one on David's Bridal online...Nobody in the Pittsburgh area had the dress, because it was a clearance item. The woman at the Robinson Twp store called and checked the computer, and found the store in Feasterville had only one left. I called them, and it was shipped within 3 days to my home!! The woman was extremely helpful when I placed the order, and I was absolutely floored with the quality of the dress!! I would definately recommend them for any bride to be!!

I was extremely pleased with the patience of the staff there and the suggestions. They really did tell me the truth if something looked good or not and were very helpful in my final selection. I couldn't believe I was able to get the gown of my dreams with the veil,headpiece,slip and undergarment for so little!

Katie at David's Bridal in Allentown was AWESOME! I am a bigger person and she made me feel beautiful in the dress I picked. She came up with great accessories to accent my waist and was very honest and truthful which is what you need in buying a dress even if you dont want to hear it. I found the perfect dress! Style: WG3734 Off The Shoulder Lace Wedding Dress with Sleeves! It is flattering and comfortable. For me, it hides any areas I am insecure about and makes me feel elegant and beautiful at the same time. This gorgeous Jewel Collection trumpet gown with modern style and feminine accents is perfect for my special day! I can't wait to wear it.

I went to David's Bridal for my wedding gown, my bridesmaid's dresses, and my mother's dress.

Latrice was our consultant. Every time we went back we asked for her! She was amazing. She found my dream dress. She really knew what she was doing and she knew exactly what fit my body type. She even had my mother coming out of her "box"! She was totally there for me. When a b*tch bride came out to steal my spot on the stand, Latrice had my back and asked her to move because that was my spot at the moment! I love her!

Also, when the bridesmaid's dresses came in David's Bridal called me to let me know they needed to be picked up.

Feasterville store pulled me through when I had to urgently purchase a new dress for my bridesmaid. My flower girl has phobia to fabric & her mom waited to last minute to buy dress & changed to another on me. To coordinate at least my niece to my sister, had to buy my niece a new gown to coordinate with her mother. The dress I purchased to match the Flower girl couldn't be used, since they went off & bought something that didn't match my niece's 1st dress! Thanks David's bridal & helping a person w/MS get through what should have been an easy bridal party of 3!!!

OMG my dress was BEAUTIFUL and not too expensive!! I fell in love right away with Vernie, my sales lady, and I'm sorry I won't be able to do business with her again. I told her what I was looking for and she found me the PERFECT dress. I had a smaller ceremony the wee before so I got a real cute little tea length dress for that too which she found for me as well. My ONLY qualm was that the alterations for the tea length dress turned out to be MORE than the dress itself!! But I didn't have to have my gown altered so I guess I saved in the long run.

As with any vendor that receives commission, the salespeople push the most expensive dresses on you and tell you how amazing you look. We knew dresses I wanted to look at, and after asking the saleslady to get the dress 2x she finally brought it, and i loved it!!! I tried on another dress but still came back to my dress. I was sad when I found out that they offered the dress with different color sashes shortly after I bought. I took the dress how that day, it was the one from the store. I wanted it brand new, but the saleslady said that they couldn't promise it would be brand new and may just be another store's sample dress. http://www.davidsbridal.com/bridal_gowns_detail.jsp?stid=2839&prodgroup=10. i loved my dress the day of the wedding, and don't wish I had chosen another dress, just maybe the chose of color of the sash. The champagne sash still looked amazing with the dress, and with the wedding party.

I had a lovely sales associate help me with all of the gowns. First she let me go throught the book and the gowns and pull some of my own, then she pulled some herself. I admit I had heard a lot of horror stories about David's Bridal and was a little skeptical and I also had some not so great experiences myself, but this time it was really different. I had a dress in mind and I had tried it on before and fell in love, but I wanted to see if I still loved it. She put it on the rack last and also suggested I try on other dresses that I normally would not like. I had been to other David's Bridals before and the sales associates were not very helpful and didn't make me feel comfortable or special during this process. At this David's Bridal, I felt really special and as if they had all of the time in the world for me. I tried on dresses that I didn't think I would like, but was really surprised. Eventually I did end up with the previous one that I fell in love with, but the important thing is that I did not feel pressured into making the sale for them. I was able to feel my own emotions toward the dress, instead of having the sales associates and manager coming over every 5 minutes and telling me "Oh that is the perfect dress. Oh you should get it, it's perfect for you. Oh you look the best in that dress than any other bride i've seen." Etc (no matter what the dress was or what I looked like in it).
I was very happy at this David's bridal.

They have a very friendly staff that is eager to help. I was able to find a dress easily, I only had to try on 4! All of my alterations were perfect and done on time! Also, I found very helpful that they have a layaway plan, so you dont have to charge the dress.

Latrice was fabulous, she picked out my dream dress the DB T9612 in champagne ivory. Latrice is knowledgeable and good at picking dresses that match what you want. I was called for an alterations appointment and when I opened my dress bag there was a stain on my dress. I returned to the store and was told the stain is my fault and there was no way the store did anything wrong. I want to thank Christine at the corporate office for investigating the situation and sending me a new dress. I also want to thank Nicole and Hope for handling this situation as well. David's Bridal should thank Latrice, Christine, Nicole and Hope. I am able to give the Feasterville store a positive review because of how responsive and professional they were despite the other things that happened.

The customer service at this site was wonderful. The staff was very helpful with me finding my wedding dress and also my bridesmaid dresses. ALlterations staff was excellent and the time frame of getting my dress altered.

Overall a good experience. Some of the people who work there are less than desirable customer service reps, but Adrian who waited on us the first time was very patient and friendly. My dress was beautiful!! I was so happy with it. They were even great when they let me trade the dress in for a smaller size after I lost weight. The alterations department was great to work with and did an excellent job with my gown. The manager of the store was WONDERFUL picking out my accessories. I was struggling picking things out and was there after my first fitting in my dress looking at jewelry when the manager walked over and picked all of my accessories out. They were a bit overpriced, but hey, they looked great! Overall it was a good experience

I was out for one thing: elegant, but reasonably priced bridesmaids dresses. I know how expensive they can get so I wanted to keep costs down for my ladies. They were great. None of my girls got their alterations done there so they saved even more. The only issue that I had with them was that they waited really long to order 3 of my girls' dresses. Long story short, I was supposed to have 7 bridesmaids and only ended up having 6 because the 7th ended up getting pregnant and was due 5 days after the wedding. I had originally told them to place each girl's order as they placed it and not wait for all of them to come in at once. Well they waited and if I hadn't called, the dresses might not have gotten ordered. All worked out in the end though.

Bridesmaids dresses from here. Everyone had a good experience ordering and picking up dresses. I didn't hear anything negative from my bridal party. Also shopped for a bridal dress and found dresses that were contenders, but "the one" elsewhere. My consultation with them was great though

My wedding gown was beautiful, and my consultant, Latrice, took her time when helping me into seven different gowns and giving her own opinion along with my mother's and maid of honor's. After I chose the dresses for my girls, however, I began to have some problems. First, my maid of honor's shoes had to be dyed. After receiving them, she called me and told me the dye job was messed up. I looked at them and realized it looked like someone sneezed on them while they were still wet or something. (Seriously, though. How do you mess up a dye job? They're all one color). DB immediately fixed them after I complained.

My mother also purchased her dress here and it took them a solid month to get it in. She ended up not liking it anyway and we had to order another, which needed to be placed on rush order so we were positive we'd get it before the wedding.

Beautiful gowns and dresses, but the service needs a little work.

I forget the name of the woman that helped us way back but she was wonderful (she had short dark hair and probably middle aged and black - only say that to help narrow it down as a lot of associates are there all the time). Sent a thank you note to me with a penny for the six pence in my shoe after the bridesmaids picked out their dresses. We got great dresses in wisteria for a great price and they had pockets. We also got the flower girl dress there. Don't spend more than $130 on bridesmaids dresses - definitely do-able at David's. The MOH had one style and the rest were in another style.

I never planned to get my dress from David's Bridal but while I was looking for bridesmaid dresses my dress found me. I had a good experience with the David's Bridal store in Feasterville. I went on a week night and it was very quite. I worked with Vernie and she was very helpful. I found my dream dress on the clearance rack, tried it on along with a few others for comparison and was in love. I got a gorgous all-over lace $2000 Oleg Cassini dress for $400. All 5 of my bridsmaids got their dresses from David's as well.
I was less than impressed with the alterations department at David's. The workers don't speak very much English and it is difficult to communicate with them. When I picked my dress up there were 2 holes that were not there when I dropped it off as well as a broken stitch in a very noticeable spot on the chest. One of my bridesmaids picked her dress up and discovered it was only half hemmed.

Overall I've had a decent experience with David's Bridal. Some consultants are MUCH better than others. I've had some who assist me getting into/out of the dresses, suggest good accessories as well as provide genuine feedback. Then I've had consultants who only showed me dresses out of my price range and besides putting the over budget dresses on the hanger was no help whatsoever. It's easy to coordinate Bridesmaid dresses through David's Bridal especially when everyone is all over the country. Everyone can try on their dress and get sized and then order the same dress no need to all have to meet at one place or guess a size since you are unable to travel. Overall I did enjoy my experience

I got my dress as well as my bridesmaids dresses from david's bridal. I went to this feasterville one multiple times and I ended up getting my dress here. Overall, I was very happy with my DB experience. I was afraid the sales people would be super pushy (just from things I read online in general about DB) so I went in there prepared for that and they were not at all! All the dresses I was looking at were under $500 and not once was anyone rude about it. In fact one consultant I had even recommended cheaper dresses and that I should get the alterations done elsewhere. I will say though that I didn't think the consultants really "knew" the dresses and styles. I went in there with dresses I had found online and pretty much just tried those on, those that were recommended to me - if any were - were very random. But they certainly do have a big selection of dresses. And they didn't mind us staying a while and making no decisions, which I liked. She did come over often and help us out. Overall I found them friendly here and was happy with the service.

I ended up buying my dress here and I simply love it. It was an amazing price and looked gorgeous. I thought the quality was right for the price (I'm not going to kid myself, of course it could of been better, but for the price, it was perfectly good). However, the alterations I am not happy about. I paid a small fortune for them!!!! And the quality was not worth what I paid. There was something off in the bustle and we didn't originally notice it when we picked the dress up but you can see it in all the pictures :( And I think they barely hemmed the dress if at all. And their hours were very limited so I had to take time off work to go in also and they only gave a choice of like 2 days to do so. I would definitely not recommend their alterations. Dress yes, alterations no.

I also bought shoes there - I don't recommend. They were $50 or so (not that cheap) and made my feet hurt so bad. Thankfully I wore them beforehand a bit to test them out. It wasn't just the shoe, the quality again, was not good. They were pretty though. My clutch was a great price and gorgeous. Matched the bridesmaids dresses perfectly.

So for DB in general - I am happy with my dress and happy with my service at this location. Just not happy with the alterations too much.

Vernie was my consultant the day I picked out the dress and she was very nice and helpful. They do not have enough days for fitting and dress pick up in my opinion. The dress did fit perfectly when I picked it up from alterations.

I like Davids Bridal because it truly is your one stop wedding shop. I received so many coupons from them for other places like my hair salon and honeymoon vouchers along with discounts on dresses. They work with Men's Wearhouse so the girls and guys can match accordingly. Alterations are a bit pricey but I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dress.

The saleswoman was very helpful in putting together the entire package for me, including veil, tiara, gloves, etc. I also wanted strapless, but she showed me dresses that had straps that could be removed by the seamstress, which I never would have thought of doing!

I made an appointment and got one on one attention. They asked me what I was looking for and showed me where they were. I picked out a few dresses and went into the dressing room. It wasn't long until I found my dress. They helped me find a veil that matched perfectly. That could not have went any better. On the other hand, the dresses for my bridesmaids were a problem. They didn't help us at all with finding sizes and styles. When we did find what we were looking for, we had to order everything. Which took forever to come in. On top of that, one of the bridesmaids dress was ordered wrong, so we had to wait another month for it to come in! Which was cutting close to the wedding. They were very helpful for the brides, but not so much for the bridesmaids. Watch what you want and watch the order numbers when they are ordering the dress!

I loved trying on all the different dresses they have to offer and they were very friendly with helping me choose the perfect dress. I would just choose to get alterations done somewhere else. they seem to over charge for alterations and they were not flexible about payment at all. You had to pay for everything up front even though they don't let you know the price before it's all done and pinned. They charged me $20 to cut my corset string shorter. I love their dresses and front of house staff but not so much alterations.

The representatives at David's Bridal were helpful when I was picking out a dress. And also for my mother's dress and my bridesmaid's dresses. However, when it came to alterations, the representative in that department was not as personable as the others. The cost of the alterations was a lot more than I think was necessary but the original cost of the dresses was reasonable. When calling the store with specific questions, the store was great in getting me timely responses and being courteous on the phone. Their jewelry was a nice gift that I was able to give my bridesmaids and was priced reasonable as well, however two of the necklaces I bought seemed to bunch up once the were put on my girls and I was a little disappointed with the quality of the jewelry.

Well..first things first. If you go there, don't try to buy a dress yourself without anyone with you.. bring your girls, your mom, your grandmom etc. Make sure you look online and have at least 3 dresses you want to look at and try them all on! Don't let anyone push you out the door with a dress your not sure about and off the rack.
My mistake was I was too excited, I just went there to orginally look at dresses and that was it, I ended up walking out maybe an our later with my wedding dress. It took a little bit to realize I got the bums rush and the dress I picked, I liked..but didn't loveee. Half my fault, half the woman's fault for not having my best interests in mind as a customer. So just be very careful and make sure you speak up and don't let yourself get rushed.

I LOVED my bridal consultant. She was great and never made me feel rushed or hurried in deciding which dress I wanted to choose. I also liked how she never tried to "add on" items that I wasn't interested in buying. I was however, VERY unhappy with the professionalism of the seamstress. She was rude and argumentative and rushed me through my fittings. I live about 4 hours away from the shop and they were unwilling to work with me to set up more convenient appointments. Over all, the dress shop gets a 5 and the seamstress shop gets a 3. I also think they have WAY overpriced alteration prices. My dress/veil were both reasonably priced but the alterations were RIDICULOUS! I'd suggest taking your gown somewhere else.

While my dress was beautiful and the price I paid reasonable, the communications at this store are less than desirable. No one called me to tell me my dress was in. Once I got there I was left with the impression that I had to use them to do the alterations. Had I known that I didn't, I would have saved a TON of money taking it to a seamstress I already knew who would have charged me a very fair price. David's Bridal overcharges and nickels and dime you for any and every alteration, even the smallest and simplest ones. The alterations, which didn't even seem extensive cost me half the price I paid for the dress itself and the seamstresses are Russian and don't speak English that well. If you go with David's Bridal, get the alterations done elsewhere.

I had a sales lady by the name of "Verne" she was a sweetheart! She joked and said by the time we were done that day trying on dresses, I would be calling her "cousin Verne". Unfortunately I never saw Verne again, if she is still there, I recomend asking for her. She helped me pick out the most gorgeous princess dress ever! I had a hard time because my mom lives in another state and couldn't be with me during that process but I had "cousin Verne", and thank god for that!

The only REAL issue I had with David's Bridal is their "pick-up" policy in the tailoring department. I actually had my first "bridezilla" attack with the ladies in that dept. They told me I could ONLY pick up my dress on a Wed or Fri, well the prob. was that I worked both those days, and they were not flexible AT ALL! So I had to rearrange my schedule at work in order to pick up MY dress that was already paid for, and the other issue was the cost of the tailoring, it is absolutely outrageous. I do not recommend getting anything tailored there. They do an OK job, but not for the money you pay.

I came to Davids Bridal becasue this was the only store that matches colors to Mens Warehouse. The staff was friendly but hard to get a hold of. My mom and i waited for about 45 minutes before someone was available to help us, and that was on the second trip to the store. I finally picked out my derss that came with a colored sash and found out later the color was no longer availible. I had to change all of my wedding colors from the sash to my husbands tux to the napkins on the tables to make everything coordinate. It was a real headache! The dress itself was in the 'clearance' section but the alterations cost more than the dress itself. I understand they are busy but honestly alterations should not cost $500.00. I felt like I HAD to get the alterations done there but I later learned this was not the case. I ended up loving my dress but I just felt the alterations were a bit much.

I got an Oleg Cassini dress for $200 off during a sale so I got my dress at a great price! I went to the store a few times to try on dresses and got a few different people to help me. The day I actually got my dress, the girl who helped me was very helpful and nice. The other times I went, the people that helped me weren't very helpful. Also, they didn't steam my dress for me because I didn't get alterations done there - I didn't like that.

My entire bridal party purchased their dresses from this location. While we all decided on the final dresses, i felt the options were lacking. I understand they were moving stuff around but the whole atmosphere wasn't the best. I felt like we were being rushed. I also purchased jewelry for the big day from David's Bridal and while mine lasted throughout the day, my bridesmaids all ended up with broken necklaces or missing earrings.

The first time I went into DB, the lady who assisted me was very helpful and willing to pull many dresses for me (since I had NO clue what I was looking for.) I didn't chose a dress that time, because I wanted to come back with my mom. The second time we went, my mom came with me, and we requested the same person to help. We unfortunately went on a weekend, and it was extremely busy. We waited 40-50 minutes between dress changes, and when she came to give me another dress, she didn't even stay to help me try it on. I wasn't able to stand in front of one of the big mirrors either, I was basically limited to a dressing room. After we chose my dress that time (only positive to an otherwise negative experience) she said to come back for my bridesmaid dresses because they would receive a discount. Even though I wasn't really feeling like going back there, my girls and I went back there for their dresses. They did not even get a discount because the dresses were no longer being made. Two of my girls had to have the hems on their dresses fixed because they fell and they hadn't even worn them yet!! Overall, I would not recommend David's Bridal. Too expensive and not personal enough.

They were Ok. Very nice people, but felt very rushed on my wedding day. A few details were skipped and our family is not happy about it. Wedding dress on the other hand was amazing. Perfect in every way.

David's Bridal had plenty of selections, just not enough people working, so you could not get that one on one attention that any bride needs. Also, it was just so crowded that it was hard to concentrate

Awful Return Policy

Very disappointed in their return policy which is archaic. First, when I brought a bridesmaid dress, I wasnt even told the return policy. I brought the dress at the store and they had it delivered to the store in 2 weeks. I picked up my dress the day it was delivered and was told by the associate with the green cast on her arm that the return policy was 60 days. I called the store the next day since I changed my mind about the dress and I was told 7 days from purchase date for a refund.

I asked Nicole to double check the policy since I was told different information. The manager gets on the phone and explains the same policy and how it states so on my receipt, not even acknowledging the wrong information I was told by her staff.

It makes zero sense that a dress ordered in the store can only be returned for a refund within 7 days of payment NOT delivery date, a dress that someone does not have in hand.

Davids Bridal, revise your return policy for those who don't buy their dress in store and you order it. Its archaic and unfair when someone is waiting for their dress to come in the mail. Explain your policy properly to customers who order their dress as that policy should only if you walk out the store with the dress in hand the same day as the purchase date!

I wouldn't recommend this company.

My consultant at DB was rude to me on my first visit, but I still ordered a dress from her, because I fell in love with it. The dress came in and no one called me to tell me. I found out because I stopped in to pick up something else and asked about it. It then had to be re-ordered because it was the wrong size, at which point I asked to please be called instead of emailed about it coming in. They never called me the second time. I also complained to the manager about my consultant and was told that she "just has a dry sense of humor." I elected not to have my alterations done there and would not recommend this D location to anyone. The only positive here was the selection and the value.

Beautiful dress, I added a hoop skirt to make it unique, but was talked into buying the dress too big a size, would have preferred buying my size, I think they do this so that you spend $$$ in alterations. Dress was great though, perfect princess dress! Head piece was over-prices, so was veil and slip, didn't purchase bra. Dress was worth price, but nothing else.

I loved my wedding dress from them and it was not too expensive. But not having my flower girl dresses in until the day before my wedding because of a mix-up with the ordering on there part. And they were so not nice about it at all. I will not go there or send anyone else there.

They ordered my dress 2 sizes bigger, my under skirt 3 sizes bigger, the alterations would have been beyond expensive (if I used Davids bridal.) And the bra they sold me made me look "boxy" according to my new alteration lady, I got a new bra and the dress had to be taken in another dress size!

If I didn't have such a low budget there is no way I would have gone here. Although I made an appointment and they had someone help me, I felt rushed and pressured in to buying. They messed up the dye on the flower girl's headpiece and they mailed one of my bridesmaid's shoes to a different bridesmaid who lives in Montana! They often didn't inform us when something arrived (we didn't even receive the automated emails for everything). Although my dress arrived on time and fit ok, I have heard many horror stories of this not happening. All of my bridesmaids also had trouble dealing with them. I would not recommend them to anyone unless there is nothing else that you can afford.

i was at davids bridal in harrisburg, pa for my bridesmaids and the every time i went back i had a problem! 1st visit - showed the color i wanted the dresses in and after almost 2 hr appt went and was going to check out where i was told i could not get the dress she picked for the moh and realized we had to come back..eventhough she had the color on her clipboard..ended up w/ only 1 jr bridesmaids dress and drove 45 mins home disappointed!

2nd visit- finally got the moh dress ordered in a differ color shade was the end result. and went to order the 2nd bridesmaid dress only to find out after insisting i did not have to write down size that it would be in the system...she never did and had to get the bridesmaid to come back and try on dresses another day to get the dress ordered.

3rd visit got dress ordered in right size

It took 3 visits of 2 hrs round trips each to get 3 dresses ordered because of the lack of experience and knowledge these sales reps have!

I was very unhappy with the customer service. They called me a month before my wedding to say that 2 bridesmaids hadn't bought their dresses yet and they wouldn't be in by our wedding date. First off, this was completely false as all of my bridesmaids had their dresses months beforehand. Second off, if this was actually true, maybe you should have called when there was still enough time to order them.

I shoped online looking at their selections and picking out gowns that i thought i liked. Once I arrived at the store and signed in the greeter intrduced me to Gail. Gail pointed to where the gowns were and informed me to pick a few and then pointed to the dressing cubicle. THe next time that I saw her was after i tried on my 3rd gown - an hour later. She didnt help at all - she helped put my hair up and then disappeared. She was too concerned with what the other representatives were doing. I ended up purchasing the gown that i fell in love with that was on their site... and as soon as another lady was ringing me up at the register, she came over and took commission for it. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I cried so much and refuse to go there EVER again.
