    Dana is absolutely wonderful at what she does! Not only did she help with a boudoir shoot for grooms gift but she captured hundreds of beautiful pictures on our wedding day. she is very talented at what she does. would definitely use her services again!

    Dana is truly the best photographer ever! She did our engagement photos and our wedding photos and I look at them every day because I love them so much! The photos speak for themselves because she takes such beautiful pictures but she also makes you feel super comfortable while you're being photographed. During our engagement session she was able to capture both of our personalities as well as the love we share for eachother, even though my husband really doesnt like to take pictures. Our wedding pictures are unbelievable! She was so organized and took the time to find out and make a list of everything we wanted for our wedding day. Not only did the picture taking go SO smoothly and quick but she literally got everything we wanted and more! We could not be more pleased with our pictures and we are SO glad that we chose Dana to capture the most important time in our lives! She is the BEST!

    Talented, professional and amazing best describes Dana Laymon. She uses her gift to plan, capture and create beautiful memories. During my daughters wedding, Dana intuitively seized the moments and delivered the most heartfelt images of the day . The photos are absolutely breathtaking – every last one of them. As a marketing executive, I have worked with many photographers over the years and Dana Laymon has proven herself to be one of the best I have worked with. Dana’s professionalism and talent clearly shines through in her actions, final photos, and the final print offering. Cheers to you Dana!

    Dana was absolutely wonderful! She was very laid back, and understood that I wasn't so excited about posed photos as much as I was candid, and captured some amazing images! Not only were the pictures beautiful, she had them back to us within 2 or 3 weeks! She made me, as well as all of our wedding party feel super at ease, which allowed her to catch the photos of us being ourselves and having fun, which was really important to me! The more formal shots in the church were also perfect, and because she was so organized, it went quickly and smoothly so we could get to the reception! I would highly recommend Dana to anyone!

    Dana is a wonderful wedding photographer, our pictures are beautiful. We are not the most photogenic people in the world and to top it off we are super awkward when it comes to posing for pictures. She made us feel comfortable and eased us through those not-so-natural poses. I couldn't have asked for anything more out of Dana. We had a destination wedding, she even helped to give advice and recommendations for other aspects of our wedding. She was absolutely awesome!

    I really can't say enough about Dana. She is a joy to work with and a true visionary when it comes to photography! I am not usually one to enjoy having photos taken of me, but Dana made me feel beautiful and her photos portrayed that confidence and beauty. She was everywhere at our wedding and never got in the way. We had a family friend who is a photographer as well and wanted to capture his own photos. He is great, but used a flash... which Dana did not. Dana was a true professional and worked around our friend without missing a beat. I could not recommend her enough! Dana, you were so amazing and I can't WAIT to work with you in the future!!

    Because Dana is getting her business under way only here in the last few years she is someone you have to search through all the others to find. I was anxious to find a photographer who captured the details and emotions and feel of the event without all of the editing of lighting/coloring that just doesn't look real. I wanted our photos to look natural and as the event actually was. Dana is attentive, works to capture the pictures you want, and doesn't miss a beat. She even drove to Raleigh, to get pictures of us in our hometown...which you absolutely cannot find without an outrageous cost anywhere else. She has a smile on her face the whole time!! She is also very quick about producing your photos. Would highly recommend for engagement and wedding!!

    Dana was a critical part of the overall success of my wedding! She is a fantastic photographer, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her. Before the wedding, she had me create a Pinterest board of some wedding photos and poses I liked. Pinterest was my go-to source of inspiration, and it was tremendously helpful for me to communicate my style and vision through this type of media. Dana was able to recreate many of my favorite shots with impeccable style. She got our photos completed and ready to share with the world quite quickly, and my husband and I were so impressed with the website Dana made for us as well as the phone app that allowed us to share every single photo on the go. I swell with joy every time I share my wedding photos! Dana is amazing.

    Dana Is extremely talented, easy to work with, and reasonably priced. She was very creative with the staging of our wedding photographs. Each time we look at them, it's like reliving our wedding day all over again. I would highly recommend Dana to all of my friends and for any event.

    Dana is the most excellent photographer. She is organized, professional, flexible, and has a truly unique talent. We initially started with our engagement pictures and Dana did such a fantastic job of listening to us and what we wanted while also providing new ideas for beautiful pictures that we will always treasure. The wedding pictures turned out better than we could have imagined and Dana did such a fantastic job of capturing our favorite moments from the event. I would recommend Dana to anyone getting married in NC!

    Dana did my bridal portraits and photography for my wedding day. I cannot say enough good things about her. She makes you feel so comfortable and like you have know her your whole life. She is so professional and always emailed me right back and answered any questions I had. If you are looking for a really genuine thoughtful photographer who will give you beautiful pictures to last a lifetime she is your girl!! Kristen B.

    Dana photographed our engagement session and our wedding and was great. Since we are both journalists, we were looking for a more documentary style than posed family photos - and Dana totally delivered. She caught the little moments that when we look back at the photos, we remember how we felt at that time. There were so many moments of just pure joy that I'm glad we have saved forever that Dana was able to capture.

    One of the most amazing things, as well, was her surprise for us during the wedding. While we were eating, she took the time to put up the early photos from getting ready on a laptop to play a slideshow at the reception. Since I hadn't seen my husband get ready, it was great to have that.
