  Dana is a wonderful wedding planner! She has been beyond helpful and has been there for whatever I need! When I got into planning I had no idea what I was getting my self into... I felt so lost and did not know where to begin. I'm so happy I found dana, she goes above and beyond for her brides! Dana also has a great list of vendors who are great to work with and very flexible. She's wonderful and very on top of things! I recommend her to everyone!

  I did not hire Dana until later in the wedding planning process and regret that I did not have her expertise every step of the way. She contacted all the vendors and arranged to be the contact point for all communication. Throughout the months leading up to the wedding she maintained contact and gave us list of action items needed and a timeframe. As the wedding date approached and the bride became more anxious, Dana was the calming influence because we knew all the details were handled. The wedding party was all impressed with her organization of the transportation, rehearsal and wedding day festivities . I felt so confident with her abilities to handle the reception details that I was able to relax and enjoy the day with my daughter! I had a wonderful experience with my daughter's wedding. Dana took the dream and made it reality. She is a true professional and I would recommend her to anyone in need of a wedding planner.

  Dana was great! My husband and I lived in NM and chose to have our wedding in his home town in AL. Planning from another state is very stressful, so we chose to hire Dana for the month of the wedding, but she answered plenty of questions before that time. She would always return my phone calls and emails promptly.
  Our first day working together we accomplished half of my to-do list, and all that took place over the phone. She impressed me by remembering all my ideas and tiny details from our interview almost a year prior.
  I arrived in AL two week before the wedding, I had driven a large SUV filled to the top with wedding decor. Dana invited me to her house and offered to keep all my thing with her and personally deliver everything to the venue. To me that was above and beyond her duties.
  She is a consultant for a certain brand of wedding invitations. I did not choose to purchase any from Dana because I had found others that matched the wedding theme perfectly elsewhere. Despite selling another brand of invitations, Dana again went above and beyond. She helped me write, print, and assemble the wedding programs, all on her personal computer and printer.
  Every bride is bound to freak out about something. Throughout my experience, Dana remained calm, collected, professional, and respectful. Our wedding day was a success! She is great at what she does and brought a little more magic into an amazing day!

  I have to admit, I was not the 'typical' bride. I did not go into planning wanting the big white dress, and the march down the aisle. I wanted a party. A fun celebration with my friends and family. Dana was able to help me create an event that was totally me, but, that also made my guests feel like they were part of this special day. I had a very detailed vision of what I wanted everything to look like and environment I wanted to create. Without Dana this would not have happened. She found the most incredible venue and suggested some of the best vendors to work with. With her guidance my vision became the most elegant, memorable, and most of all fun day of my life. I cannot say enough great things about this lady. She met every obstacle and challenge that comes along with planning an outdoor reception in August in Alabama (and trust me, there are many) with professionalism and enthusiasm. She was instrumental in making everything the day of the wedding flow seamlessly. I don't know how to thank her for all her help, patience, and kindness. My husband, family, and friends, and myself would not have the memories we have without her.

  Dana was absolutely amazing from the beginning. She was always there to answer my questions and help me in making decisions. She was a fantastic mediator between my father and vendors when we were trying to finalize plans.
  
  I only met her once before my wedding, as she is in Alabama (where I was getting married) and I am living in Texas. She helped connect me with the right vendors for me, always guiding me and giving me choices but knowing what would be best. She really listened to what my husband and I wanted and made it happen.
  
  I could not have asked for anything more!

  Dana went above and beyond with helping plan my wedding! Her attention to detail made the reception so beautiful and unique. She really gets an idea of what you want and takes it to the next level. Our reception turned out absolutely beautiful with the decor ideas she thought of. I had no worries on my wedding day because she had everything under control...all my family had to do was sit back and enjoy the beautiful day! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to hire a wedding planner!

  We 'hired' Dana to coordinate our wedding at the Dorgan's Inn in Fairhope, AL. I feel funny saying we 'hired' her, because I felt like she was my friend and personal cheerleader, but also kept us 'on track' and organized. We live clear across the country from Alabama and chose this spot because it was very special, so much of the wedding planning was done from far away, except for two weekends when we came in town to decide on the catering, flowers, cake, etc... I really felt like Dana understood my taste and set me up with vendors that would create the ideal wedding experience.
  We planned out entire wedding outside (350+ guests), rehearsal dinner and reception included, and it POURED all week prior to the wedding. Dana help me set up last minute tent arrangements and to be honest, if I'd been able to do it all over again, I STILL would have done the festivities outside. It was so special, Dana 'shielded' me from much of the stress, and we had a blast with family and friends. I really wish I could do it all over again because she made the experience so stress-free. I would recommend her to anyone and certainly think she can handle a wedding or event of any size. She was honest and friendly, and just made me and my husband feel so special. If you're looking to enjoy your wedding, spend the days ahead of time not worrying and, instead, visiting with family and friends, enjoying the special time, she will be absolutely worth every penny.

  Planning a wedding from out of town we relied heavily on Dana and all of her recommendations on vendors which were all excellent. She arrived early on the wedding day and worked nonstop. Dana made my daughter's wedding day stress free and enabled me to spend the day with family and friends. I would highly recommend Dana.

  Dana Goodman did an excellent job with planning our wedding. We live in Illinois, but was getting married in Gulf Shores. She made all the necessary arrangements to make our wedding possible as well as sticking to our tight budget. We were fortunate enough to enjoy that wonderful day worry free, because Of Dana's hard work:)

  Bottom Line....The wedding for our daughter was PERFECT from start to finish thanks to Dana! When it was all over, my husband said , "Dana was worth EVERY dime....thank goodness we had her"
