I highly recommend Dairing Events for wedding planning. We had Bethany as our wedding planner and she was excellent. Dairing Events pricing is very reasonable and they do a great job. Bethany has amazing ideas, and brought my vision to life better than I ever could have imagined. Bethany is so nice, helpful, organized, and creative. She made the process so much easier for us. She has great recommendations for vendors, designs, etc. Everything went smoothly and was picture perfect on our wedding and Bethany played a huge part in that. I truly enjoyed working with her and totally recommend her!

Wedding of our dreams

From the moment we got engaged we knew that we wanted to get married at Walker's Landing on Amelia Island. Being from out of town the idea of planning a wedding at such a beautiful but blank slate space was a little intimidating. That's where Dairing Events came in and took all the worry out the planning process. They really have thought of it all with their planning tools and verified vendors. From the moment we met Hilary we knew we were in good hands and that our day would go off without a hitch! She was a wonderful sounding board when we needed to make decisions, she was the best cheerleader, and she understood the vision better than I ever articulated. She took our blank space and turned it into something magical. If you want to be a part of the planning but not have a thing to worry about/not lift a finger on the day of your wedding hire Dairing...you will not be disappointed!

Simply put, Adair is the best!

Simply put, Adair is the best! Shortly after getting engaged we contacted her to get started. We got married at a private residence, therefore, we had to select every single vendor by hand. Adair has a team of vendors that she suggested we used, but she never forced us to use one if we preferred someone else. I will say, all of the vendors she recommended were phenomenal!!! I kept worrying over small details, but Adair already had those taken care of! Adair took my vision and ran with it, while making helpful suggestions throughout. She handled everything from making and sending out invites to being the liaison between us and our vendors. She seriously is superwoman and such a pleasure to work with. She made my day run so smoothly-literally nothing went wrong because she is so prepared. Adair turned into a lifelong friend throughout the process and she truly is worth every single penny! My wedding day was the most perfect fairytale, all thanks to Adair!

Took away all the stress of planning a wedding!

Oh, where to begin?! Adair Currie created the day of my DREAMS! I did not give her much to work with, but somehow, she was able to pull the vision of my wedding day out of my head and make it even better than I ever expected! I am not a details person, so having her and Mandy Bramer execute the perfect day for me was more than I could have asked for. They recommended fabulous vendors, coordinated and communicated with them, created a timeline for the wedding, and kept me on track with all of the to-dos. Adair made my life SO much easier in this regard. She took ALL of the stress out of the planning process for me so that I could actually enjoy this special time in my life. She helped design invitations, stuffed and mailed them for me, created mood boards to home in on my vision, took whatever crazy idea I had and ran with it, put together welcome bags for my guests, and came up with so many other little creative details that made it a wedding to never forget. If you want a stand out, stress free wedding, you need Adair on your team!!

Every Bride Needs an Adair

I cant even begin to describe that absolutely incredible experience we had with Adair. We were planning for a Florida wedding from Boston, in the middle of a Pandemic. So one of the very first things I did was call Adair. Adair and I never even met in-person until the day of our rehearsal but you would've never known. She is meticulous, takes note of everything you say, and works her finger to the bone sourcing incredible touches for her couples. She was able to take everything in my brain, some how form it into a cohesive plan and then blow it absolutely out of the water. The day I saw the space I couldn't even stand, I had no words for the absolute magic she had created. And have I mentioned she's one of the kindest souls on earth?! She genuinely loves her couples and nothing will make you want to cry more than right before you're about to walk down the aisle and she winks and whispers to you "we made it!" Thank you Adair, for everything!

The Best in the Biz!

Hiring Adair was absolutely the best and easiest decision I made when planning my wedding. I had a destination wedding in Amelia Island and the first thing I started looking for when I started planning was a wedding planner. At the time, I was a nightshift nurse so my schedule was opposite from the rest of the world which made it difficult to plan a wedding. After reading tons of reviews and researching the best wedding planners in the area, I knew I wanted to work with Adair. I hired her before I even knew what date or venue we would be getting married at. Adair was my greatest blessing! She helped me with absolutely everything including recommending the absolute best vendors, helping me create and stay within my budget, and making sure every little detail was taken care of. My wedding day ran so smooth and everything was absolutely perfect. She went above and beyond what I expected. She would reach out to vendors for me when I was not able to and even had a contractor help create a incredibly unique ceremony install. If you do not know where to start with wedding planning, please hire a wedding planner AND please pick Adair. I cannot recommend her enough. My wedding was in the beginning of 2021 and I miss working with her!

Wedding Coordinator

Hiring Adair was by far the best decision! Through the entire wedding planning, Adair was extremely professional, helpful, prompt, and creative. She's a "go getter" and will make your dreams come to life. The weekend of the wedding, I was able to soak in every special moment because I knew that everything was in the best of hands. The day before the wedding, Adair was able to move the entire wedding inside because of rain and switch up all of our plans; because she was in charge, everything went so smoothly and you would have never known that it wasn't our first plan to start with!

Couldn't go without!

I worked with Ashlyn from Dairing Day Of to handle the day of coordinating for my wedding on September 26. Seriously, I am so thankful for everything she did. I started the wedding planning process pre-Covid and then had to deal with all the uncertainty once the pandemic hit. Ashlyn helped recommend vendors and talk me down from some serious anxiety.
On the day of, she was an absolute necessity. From setting up items and checking on vendors to getting us drinks at the reception. All night she made sure we had what we needed and more. I know it is cliche to say the day goes by fast, but it seriously does and there are so many background things I wasn't even aware was happening, thanks to Ashlyn. I could not recommend her enough!

Brides, if you are about to plan a wedding or in the planning process, you NEED Adair Currie as your wedding planner. It has officially been two months since our wedding, and we cannot get over how PERFECT of a weekend it was. Adair went above and beyond to ensure that every single one of my dreams for the big day came true. Each vendor she connected me with perfectly brought together our vision. Adair did not miss a detail -- from the Magnolia leaves to represent my husband and I's college campus to the black and white dance floor that brought the party alive! When I walked into the Reception I was so overwhelmingly excited and thankful. Adair had hit every single one of my husband and I's wish list. Having Adair meant that throughout the entire weekend we were able to solely focus on our family and our love for each other. Adair was honestly the best decision I made throughout my wedding planning process. I appreciated her attention to detail and her ability to take my ideas and execute them perfectly! She really listens to what you want and takes the time to connect with you on a personal level. When people ask me about my wedding planning process I can honestly tell them I was not stressed AT ALL. Adair made everything so seamless. One thing that I truly appreciated about Adair was her respect for your budget. I have a lot of friends tell me that they ended up spending 2x the amount they wanted (and they had a planner!). Adair is so organized and conscious of everything that you never had to worry about a thing! If you're contemplating getting a planner you 100% should hire Adair! It will be well worth it.

Adair with Dairing Events was so wonderful to work with and captured our vision for our wedding Perfectly! Months of planning and she had an answer to all my crazy wedding questions! If I could give Adair and her team 100 out of 5, I totally would. I simply can't say enough amazing things about them and how wonderful it was to work with Adair for a little over a year as we planned our wedding. She is worth every single penny and more. From the very beginning, we totally clicked and she not only understood our vision for the wedding, but made it THAT MUCH BETTER. Adair's creativity, talent, passion, ideas, energy, and overall vibes are everything you want in a planner. If you are contemplating getting a wedding planner, my advice is DO IT! If you get a planner, call Adair! My husband and I live in Chicago and were planning to get married in St. Augustine, FL. The first thing I knew I had to do was to get a planner as I wasn't going to be able to plan long distance. I had been eyeing Dairing Events on Facebook and asked Adair to be my planner. I had a vision of how I imagined my wedding, and Adair really took time to get an understanding of what my fiance and I wanted and made it come to life. Due to planning from afar, I was unable to make a floral appointment which Adair went in my absence. She ran all design ideas past me and made sure to ask me what I wanted along the way. Adair is extremely organized and detail oriented. I came into town only 3 days before my wedding where I could finally put all of my focus into the wedding. There were a few things that I thought of last minute that I thought I had forgotten to do. I texted/called Adair, and she assured me it was taken care of (I actually had forgotten to do something but she did it for me). This made me completely calm leading up to the wedding, knowing she had everything under control. The day of the wedding was absolutely perfect. I didn't have to think about if the wedding was going to be set up correctly or if it would run on time because Adair was there making sure it was perfect, and it was!

A lot of brides I talk to say they don't want to get a planner because it is expensive and they or their mom/mother in law/etc can help out. I promise you, it is absolutely worth the money! Adair is an amazing planner, and I would highly recommend having a consultation with her for your wedding.

I'll start from the beginning, I began researching wedding planners by doing a quick Google search. No matter which keywords I typed in Dairing Events appeared first. From a digital marketing professional's perspective this was a great sign - to me it showed she was detailed in her website design/marketing and she cared about her business. Then I met Adair and knew she was the one! She understood our vision for our big day unlike any other wedding planner we met with. Her follow-up was professional and timely. Then came the planning! Adair was extremely detailed yet relaxed and easy going. She has great contacts in the industry - we selected almost all of the vendors she recommended and they did not disappoint. When we got stressed, she knew exactly how to calm us down and worked behind the scenes to fix things we didn't even know were a problem. Our day was more beautiful and perfect than we ever imagined it would be and we have Adair from Dairing Events to thank for that!

Our day would not have been as special or stress free without Adair! She was one of the most important parts of our planning process and made the day go flawlessly. She was with me every step of the way as I made decisions about who to use for our vendors, the design plan for the space, and our timeline. Adair is very good at taking your ideas and helping you to figure out what you can and can’t afford and how to take your big ideas and making them doable at an actual event so that your guests are happy and comfortable too. She helped me so much in communicating with other vendors too. Adair is truly the best at what she does and the best part is that at the end of your planning process she is so much more than just your wedding planner…she is a trusted friend!
Our ceremony was outdoors at a beautiful park on the river and as I was waiting in the car with my father, when it was time to go Adair came and opened the door for me and we had really special moment. Then she was tearing up throughout the night because she really truly cared about us and our special day! She is truly the best!

Adair was an absolute dream to work with. I called her a week after our engagement with very high hopes that she would be available for our date, and she was which was a true blessing. I could hear her excitement over the phone and knew it was going to be the perfect fit. She asks all the right questions as far as what you want and your expectations for your wedding day. She executes all of your ideas perfectly and beautifully and is SO good at what she does. The planning process with the help of Adair was a breeze. Recently, my family and I were privileged to have Adair serve as the coordinator of our granddaughter’s wedding celebration. From the beginning, it was clear that her experience in wedding planning made the process so much easier. This was particularly critical since the plans were developed long distance. Our granddaughter lives in New York, and the wedding celebration was to be an outdoor event in Fernandina Beach, FL. Needless to say, there were plenty of phone calls, emails, and text messages between the two locations.

Adair’s experience in planning was equaled by her faultless execution in handling everything from coordinating with the staff of the host facility to decorating the outdoor facilities, arranging for the caterer, finding musicians, and even scheduling bus service for guests to be transported from the hotel to the wedding celebration site.

This event was particularly important to us since our granddaughter lives in New York making it difficult to travel such a distance for the wedding. So we looked forward to celebrating the marriage surrounded by family and friends. Adair definitely planned it and carried it out in such a way as to make it a wonderful and memorable celebration indeed.

I do not think I could ever say enough good things about Adair with Dairing Events. She was my rock throughout the whole planning process. I lived two hours away from any vendor or service I used and she was able to keep me sane and calm through the whole thing. Adair was THE best decision on my wedding day. As a day-of coordinator, she was the primary reason every aspect our wedding ran perfectly. You must must must have Adair as a part of your big day. If you don't think you have room in the budget for a planner, make it. She paid for herself and then some. She is worth her weight in gold and then add on 1000 pounds. Not only did my groom and I enjoy our day, stress free, our families did as well. We did not have to worry about one single detail. We hired her for day of coordination and Adair went above and beyond what our expectations were. Without her I would have been a nutcase. Adair is absolutely wonderful and I am so glad I had her as a part of my wedding day. The feeling of not having to worry about anything on your wedding day is priceless. Adair and Caroline did everything from setting up all the décor to directing everyone where to go and when. I never felt stressed, panicked or concerned the entire day. I spent a lot of time prepping all my details and without me having to tell her she saw my vision and made the ceremony and reception spaces look amazing and flawless. Having Adair of Dairing Events with me throughout the wedding planning process was the best decision I've ever made! Adair is brilliant, creative, detailed, and the hands down the best!! I came to Adair with most of my vendors set but needed help with putting everything together, especially since I am not crafty and had too much ideas. She guided me with answering questions, offering suggestions, and being there as a support system.

Our day of the wedding, Adair was quick to fix the random hiccups we had. I was amazed at how she can fix any situation and as a bride, not have to worry about a thing.

My mom and her friends who attended our wedding, this past October, raves about Adair. Mom was blown away with Adair's attention to detail and how smoothly she ran things. How do you explain Adair? Behind the scenes awesomeness! My "now" husband has raved about her since our Wedding Day. I was able to relax and leave the details and stress to Adair - she handled everything. Not once did I "want" or "need" for anything on our big day. Adair is simply the best! When I began wedding planning over a year and a half before our wedding, I had many ideas of what I wanted... too many (thanks Pinterest). From the moment we met with Adair it was clear that she knew what she was doing. How could you not like a charismatic, beautiful blonde who embodies everything you ever desired in a wedding coordinator?! She was stellar!

TOP ATTRIBUTES: Hilarious, detail oriented, reception visionary, talented floral designer, graceful under pressure, mother-of-the-bride reliever, crafter extraordinaire and so much more!

Adair helped execute all of the decor, table settings, and more. I remember the moment we walked into the reception hall post-ceremony and I was blown away. I know everyone says "it was more than I could ever imagine" but it was true! It was a fairytale! She made it look effortless, everything came together and I wasn't the least bit aware of anything... she took care of it all. Adair effortlessly escorted me and my husband around all night keeping us on point and helping to keep the night flowing!

She even got in on some fun, tearing up the dance floor with my mom doing the wobble! :)

So many things can go wrong when planning your wedding! I HIGHLY recommend hiring a wedding coordinator, especially one you can trust like Adair. First my original wedding venue was forced to close. Then a forecasted day of thunderstorms made me have to change our ceremony location 2 days before our wedding. Adair was there for us all the way. She helped us to find a new ceremony site last minute that we loved even more than the original site. With all the stress of what was going on during our wedding week and it being a destination wedding I don’t know what we would have done without her. From the moment we first exchanged emails she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me with my vision for my venue and helped to choose all of my vendors. She was even able to coordinate with another bride that shared my same vision so we could share rentals which saved us $$$. I felt very comfortable knowing that she would be there setting up and coordinating our special day because she was very hands-on throughout the entire wedding planning process. It was very calming knowing that she knew and understood my vision and I knew that she would make everything look beautiful. Aside from helping me with planning and decor for the day of, Adair took so much pressure off myself and others while she coordinated and directed all of the activities on the day itself according to our wants and needs.She attended our rehearsal, was at our venue early to set up, came to our wedding ceremony, and then went back to the reception to help out. My family, myself and my husband were able to relax and enjoy our day because Adair was there to handle all of the details. We felt perfectly comfortable leaving it in her capable hands. She is experienced, has a strong sense of style and will work hard to make sure that your special day is everything you want it to be. We are grateful for all of her efforts that contributed to what was truly our dream wedding. We would've been lost w/o her!

Where do I begin? This has been by far the most incredible experience of our lives. From scrolling through "Your Wedding Weekender" pictures, knowing I had to have you for my day of coordinator, to falling in love with you both while watching Dairing Events grow. I worked with Angie, Associate Coordinator for Dairing Events for my DOC. I cannot thank Angie enough! I must say, it was so much more than day of coordination, she was available during the weeks leading up to our wedding via phone, email, for in person meetings and walkthrough. She handled countless details on my behalf including some special projects like creating a beautiful ribbon board for my escort cards. She contacted and worked with every vendor involved including a lot of details with the band. On the day of, she was there behind the scenes making sure everything was perfect for us, taking care of things we never would have thought of! Anything that I handed off to Angie I knew I did not have to worry about again! What a great feeling during such a busy time! I used Angie from Dairing Events for my day-of wedding coordination and she was fantastic! I had researched a few different vendors and decided on Dairing Events because of their cost, their flexibility in the amount of hours they spent with you on the wedding day and in preparation, great reviews, and Angie's personality.

Angie and I had an initial phone conversation, NUMEROUS emails, one meeting a few weeks prior to the event, AND she was there for the rehearsal, and around 12 hours the day of the wedding - so she was definitely involved. She was always super helpful and informative and dealt with my concerns and worries perfectly. On the day of our meeting, she arrived way ahead of schedule to check out everything on her own, which showed that she was very dedicated to doing a great job.

Angie's personality type is perfect for day-of-coordination because she's very organized but also calm enough to keep a bride relaxed while preparing and enjoying her wedding day. My husband could not stop saying how happy he was to have Angie helping us on the wedding day. Wedding coordination was one service I wasn't dead-set on getting, but now that I'm on the other side of the planning process, I can't imagine doing it without her!

Let me just start out by saying AMAZING!!! The day I met Adair I knew she was the perfect person to help my mother and I plan my wedding! Her excitement for what she does caught me at the door! For most people this decision is a hard one because your wedding planner or day of coordinator is such a big part of your day but for me this was the easiest decision I made out of my whole wedding! She knew all the right people and every time I mentioned a Dj, Caterer, Forist, she knew them and gave me her best advice possible! We started working together almost a year before our wedding day. Being relatively new to Jacksonville, I needed a lot of assistance in selecting my wedding vendors. Adair not only supplied me with suggestions on vendors, she also coordinated and attended each meeting. With her vast knowledge of the wedding industry, she was able to offer up priceless advice at each meeting. Adair also helped in pulling together and implementing the décor. When my husband and I got engaged I said, I don't have that much time to plan a wedding being in school and then he told me he knew a family friend that would be able to help. Little did I know it would be one of the best gifts I thought I wouldn't need. Adair was an absolute blessing for me and our families for our wedding day! OMG!!!! Adair is worth every penny! She was a god sent. I met her and wished I had booked her. The next day I realized I was w/out a planner. I called her immediately to see if she could help me out. She is so creative, sweet, innovative, endearing, amazing, hard core, lovely.......what are some other adjectives? lol She kept in great contact through out the whole planning process. Two weeks before we were supposed to get married, my venue was canceled! At that very moment she kicked it into serious high gear. I love Adair! She is amazing. She went above and beyond to save my special day. Our venue closed a few weeks before our wedding. She help make sure it was a smooth transition. She did everything with a small on her face. Adair always kept me laughing and smiling even when I was so stressed.

Adair made sure everything ran smoothly and everyone was happy. Any time I needed something she was right there. Even after my wedding she was there to help tie up the lose ends.

Adair Currie is the absolute best wedding coordinator and planner. I know this because she helped me create, inspire, and just put all her energy into a beautiful nautical wedding. The best part is Tropical Storm and Hurricane Beryl pounded Jacksonville the night of my wedding. Set to have The Ribault Club as our venue, the coast guard shut down the club at 8:00 the night before the wedding. Adair immediately started relocation and reconstruction by scouring Jacksonville for a place to hold our wedding, got all my vendors notified, and shined! Completely need a wedding planner!! Adair will never disappoint!

I met with Adair, about 6 months before the wedding. I told her from the start that i was a bit of a control freak but she assured me she would handle the details and all she wanted from me on the morning of my wedding was for me to be in bed drinking mimosas and watching the nanny. (those were her exact words) my mom and i both loved her immediately. She's so charming, and funny, you can't help but love her. A few days before the wedding i had a mini melt down but she assured me she would handle everything accordingly and be there every step of the way to make sure things were running smoothly. She most definitely endured a long and hectic day of setting up and having to deal with a few crazy family members and some glitches here and there but she didn't miss a beat. From making sure i had a cocktail in hand before i walked down the aisle, and helping me video tape through out the entire day she went above and beyond to help make our day was easy and as care free as possible. Everyone at the wedding loved how sassy she was and she kept everyone on point all night. She's a great girl and she's great at what she does and any bride would be lucky to have her on their team!

Adair is so awesome and was such a great help to me on my wedding day. I called her a few weeks before my wedding because I was so stressed and she made time in her schedule to be there for me that day. That was probably one of the best phone calls I made and because of her, I wasn't stressed at all. Even though I hired her as a day-of-coordinator, she made it feel like we had worked together all year. She was so comfortable and picked up all the details of my wedding with such ease. She was flawless the day of the wedding and I knew I wouldn't have to worry about a thing. I highly recommend hiring Adair!!

I am amazed with Adairs quality of service. My wedding turned out perfect and Adair was one of the biggest reasons for that, she makes sure she understands your vision and makes it happen. Adair becomes a true friend during this time and she doesn't forget about you afterwards, she is always a phone call away. Adair was one of the best decisions I made when it came to vendors for my wedding, including the amazing bakery she helped me decide (and taste test!) on. Adair was there at the perfect times, she did things before I could even think of them, she had great suggestions and is such a wonderful person to interact with. She really is concerned with making your wedding day exactly what it should be, about YOU. She took care of things and reminded me of things that I didn't think of and helped me stay focused when planning. And being 6 months pregnant it was extremely appreciated. She helped me with the details and took charge of some of them for me. She is truly what you need in a wedding planner whether it's the day, weekend, week, or whatever you need. I would certainly recommend her to any bride. You may not think you need a wedding planner/coordinator, but trust me, she makes everything flow seamlessly.

Adair Currie with Your Wedding Weekender is AMAZING. She is easy to work with, talented, and has an energetic and productive professional persona. She is accessible and accommodating, keeps price points a priority (if you want her to, which I did), and has an amazing ability to multi-task and plan. My husband and I asked her to work with us on decor (an a la carte item) and she entertained all my different ideas, sending me emails with photos and options as we narrowed it down. She also did my "day of" planning, which pretty much entailed organizing everything. Really, she took that stress and worry completely away for me. Highly competent, she knows how to work with vendors, arranges perfect timelines, and even kicks out wedding crashers. I have a lot of respect and admiration for her artistic eye and her incredible ability to coordinate a wedding. I would highly recommend her. I have no doubt that pretty soon she will be booked years in advance based on her unique services and skills. Hire her, hire her, hire her!

Adair is amazing. My fiance wanted someone to help with all of the day of details so that we could just relax and enjoy the moment. This is really the best way to go. She is great to work with and helped in any way she could to make our day flawless. Any questions or concerns you may have she can also assist with those. Wedding planning can be fun and stressful but this service is completely worth it and takes off some of the unneeded stress. I love to party plan and had a great time planning this wedding but the few days before and the day of usually are out of your hands once all the family starts to arrive. : ) Happy Planning!

So making the decision to get a Day Of coordinator was a last minute decision for me. My lovely bride mentioned at various points during our planning that it would be a good idea to have one. Originally, it didn’t appear that our budget was going to allow for this...but Adair was very reasonably priced and definitely worth it. Let me say this Grooms...Choosing Adair was the one of the best decisions we made through the entire process.

I don't have enough kind words to say about Adair. With only a week to go before our wedding, Adair met with us and had her spreadsheet and checklists ready to go. We discussed our timeline and she offered suggestions without imposing her views, allowing us to make decisions and discussing items that we may have missed otherwise.

I would like to think that we were uber-organized, but Adair still had plenty to do and coordinate.

On the day of our wedding, she went above and beyond anything I could have imagined. She was there to check on my bride in the morning...then checked on me shortly thereafter. She picked up some last minute items from me and then set up a BEAUTIFUL reception at the River House for us.

When we arrived after our ceremony, she was quick to greet us with water; an appreciated gesture on such a hot day, 90+ degrees. She then made sure that we had cocktails and appetizers in the room that we were sequestered in before being presented to our guests.

For the remainder of the evening, Adair was in the shadows working here and there. When we needed her, she was there. When the food was made available to our guests, she was quick to have plates of food ready for our enjoyment. I heard that time flies during your wedding and oh how true that is. Adair was there to make sure we stayed on task but did so with her warm and charming personality. Don't let her petite exterior fool you though, when needed, she was direct and took charge - something I personally truly appreciated.

My wife and I had such a great time at our wedding and Adair had lots to do with that. It's great not to have to worry and selecting her was the best money spent/decision made. I wish I could give Adair a rating higher than 5 out of 5, because she is simply awesome!

Adair was incredible throughout our entire wedding day and the weeks leading up to it. We didn't hire her until a couple months before the wedding because we weren't sure we would need a day of coordinator. I'm so glad we decided to hire her, because I don't know how everything would have gotten done without her! She did everything from calming my nerves about logistics in the weeks leading up to the wedding, communicating with vendors on the day of the wedding, setting up the reception, and helping with the clean up afterwards. Throughout the entire day beginning at 10am, Adair seemed to have one eye on the tasks at hand and the other on me. She made sure I ALWAYS had everything I needed and that I wasn't stressed. Her calming presence and goal to make a couple's day perfect is amazing. We are so thankful she was a part of our day :)

We stumbled upon Adair of Your Wedding Weekender at the very end - only about 2 weeks before our wedding date. But thank goodness we did! Our wonderful photographer, Tonya Beaver-Propst of Tonya Beaver Photography, introduced us. Tonya suggested we consider hiring a day of coordinator to help things go smoothly and mentioned she had a friend who had just started her own wedding planning/coordination business and was very reasonably priced. We had discussed hiring one before but hadn't wanted to pay $500+ for someone to just keep things under control that day. Adair happened to stop by to see Tonya and within 5 minutes of meeting her, we hired her and wrote her a check! She was the perfect addition to our vendor team. She pulled everything together, set up decorations at our reception site and made sure everything went smoothly. If you want her on your vendor team, you should probably hire her plenty in advance because at her very reasonable prices and great personality and service, I have a feeling she's going to start booking up pretty quickly!
