    Monica was amazing to deal with. I had her do all the bouquets, the boutonnieres and I also ordered the flowers for the centerpieces from her to put together myself. She knew what flowers to add or take out to give me the look I wanted. When I went to pick up the DIY flowers, she even showed me how she would put them together! She was really accommodating in terms of budget and payment flexibility. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a florist for their wedding.

    I selected Dahlia Floral Design for my bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets and boutonnieres. Monica was wonderful to work with! Very responsive to e-mails and conscious of budget, she offered several options to fit my price range. She did such an amazing job - they were so beautiful and exactly what I wanted!

    I hired Monica to design the bouquets and boutonnieres for my Halloween wedding for myself and the rest of the bridal party. She did such an amazing job words can't even express the quality of the flowers she presented me with. I didn't have any reference photos in the beginning and just gave her the words 'elegant gothic' to work with and she nailed it! She was so friendly and accommodating throughout the entire planning process. I decided to make my own centerpieces but she was nice enough to order the flowers for me and give me a rough idea of how they should be arranged. I'm so happy I went with Dahlia Floral Designs.

    Monica was absolutely on the ball. I had no idea on flowers types and she was so helpful in seeing my vision. The flowers were absolutely magical, it was all I expected and more. I would recommend her to everybody I know. She made it seamless and very helpful. Tha k you again.

    I got married at the beginning of August and chose Monica to provide the flowers. Monica from Dahlia Floral Design was absolutely amazing! My sister had Monica provide the flowers for her wedding last year and after going with my sister to meet Monica and seeing the flowers she did for my sister's wedding, I knew instantly that I wanted her to do the flowers for my wedding as well!

    Monica is very easy to talk to, she was always available to answer any questions via in person, over the phone, through email etc. When I first thought about the type of flowers I wanted for my wedding I felt overwhelmed with all of the options, but after meeting with Monica and discussing different flower types she was able to help me choose the perfect flowers that matched my decor, venue, budget and style. From delivery to setup everything went perfectly. My bouquet, the bridesmaids bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, ceremony pieces, and centrepieces were all absolutely stunning. Monica is very reliable, professional, and friendly. We got so many compliments on our flowers! I would without a doubt recommend Dahlia Floral Design!

    Monica was a great help with our bouquets for our wedding. We weren't fussed with details and had a relatively small budget. Monica happily offered us guidance based on our colours and our budget. The flowers were lovely and delivered to us in great shape and right on time. We really appreciate her assistance and definitely recommend Dahlia!

    Monica was a pleasure to work with. She is extremely knowledge about seasonal flowers and arrangements. From start to finish the process was an absolute breeze. I don't think any bride would be disappointed with the flowers from Monica's home studio.

    Monica was awesome! She was organized, professional, and informative! She obviously knows what she is doing and the result proved that. The flowers at my wedding were amazing! I have recommended her and will continue to do so. I was very impressed with her service and how beautiful my flowers looked. She made the entire process stress free!

    Monica at Dahlia Floral Design was so great to work with and created the most beautiful purple/red floral arrangements and bouquets that were the perfect pop of colour we needed! She was incredibly flexible and respectful of the fact that I was working on a budget, she offered me many great options and answered so many questions!

    Monica is fabulous to work with! She can work within your budget and her floral design ideas and attention to detail are incredible. She is very knowledgeable, creative and provides incredible customer service every step of the way! She was able to take all my ideas for a bridal bouquet and bring it to life. When the flowers arrived on our wedding day, they were absolutely stunning and more beautiful than I could have imagined. We received continuous compliments on the arraignments through out the day and night. l would recommend Dahlia Floral to anyone, she did a fantastic job!!

    I found Monica through her online reviews. I am so glad I used her for my special day. We went for a vintage look, and brought her a few pictures. I was so shocked when my flowers arrived on the day of my wedding. They were EXACTLY what I wanted. She is so great at capturing exactly what you're looking for, and gives great suggestions if you are looking to cut costs.

    We loved the flowers/arrangements that Monica from Dahlia Floral Design provided! She was very professional, helpful, flexible, and the flowers were beautiful! We would definitely contact Monica again should we need flowers for any other event and we would highly recommend her to anyone else who needs flowers for their event!

    After meeting with two other florists in Calgary for inital quotes my fiance and I met with Monica and knew that although not the BUDGET option, she was the most qualified and professional we had met with that day and that she would be able to give me exactly what I wanted.

    And deliver she did. On the inital visit Monica was able to provide me with the information I needed to make the best decisions possible - she helped give me visuals to the size of boquets, different shades of the same flowers, etc. She was also to make modifications and tweaks to her inital quote to work with my budget and was able to work with personal touches I wanted to incorporate into the bouquets to make the flowers my own.

    When the flowers arrived the morning of my wedding I was overwhelmed with appreciation. They were exactly as I pictured and they photographed beautifully from every angle. Working with Monica was a no brainer!

    Monica, the owner of Dahlia Floral Design, designed and prepared the flowers for our wedding last September. She did and outstanding job and was so easy to work with and so professional. She put me at ease with the decisions to be made and the process was seamless. The flowers were very very fresh and top quality and perfect for our wedding. She delivered the flowers to two separate locations on time and with a smile. Her prices were more than fair and I recommend anyone planning a wedding or any kind of event that needs flowers to contact her. She was terrific !!

    I honestly don't have anything to complain about here! Monica was wonderful from day one. Always responsive to any questions we had and was quick to answer her e-mails. She did such a beautiful job on our flowers and they truly were one of the highlights of my wedding. Great person to work with!!

    Monica at Modern Petals was very helpful and full of great ideas. While the cost for the flowers was more than at a Grower Direct or Safeway, they were worth it!! The bouquets were gorgeous, the boutonnieres were funky and the centerpieces were modern and simple. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.

    Monica was very helpful in helping me choose my flowers and those for my bridesmaids. She was very professional and knowledgeable.

    Just a note: Lilies do not hold up outside in the winter! Take caution ladies if you want outdoor winter pics and lilies in your bouquet!
