DCFG is the absolute best of the best. Their customer service is genuinely unparalleled. They were the best choice we could have made for our wedding. Not only do they not take advantage of you, but the food is INCREDIBLE. The short rib, truffle mac and cheese, and every single appetizer was a huge hit. They made the process so seamless, took care of us the entire way and made me feel so confident and comfortable-- I never waited longer than 30 minutes to hear back from them. I wish I could give them 100 stars. You wont' regret booking them!! -

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Dade County Food Group (DCFG) for our wedding in May 2025 at Largo Resort, and we could not be happier with our experience! Our wedding planner recommended them, and I am so glad she did. From the very beginning, Brian, Jade, and the entire DCFG team were incredibly communicative, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect.
They worked with our evolving budget, welcomed us for a wonderful menu tasting to guide our food selections, and were always quick to answer any questions along the way. When a last-minute hiccup happened with our liquor order being accidentally cancelled, they went above and beyond to save the day—something we’ll always be grateful for.
On the wedding day, everything was flawless. Our guests raved about the food (many saying it was the best wedding meal they’d ever had!), and the DCFG servers and bartenders were professional, friendly, and made everyone feel taken care of.
If you’re planning an event in Miami or the surrounding area, I cannot recommend Dade County Food Group highly enough. They made our wedding seamless, delicious, and unforgettable. Thank you again, Brian, Jade, and the entire DCFG team—you’re the best! -

We hired Dade County Food Group for our wedding and we couldn't be happier! From the first phone call, they were extremely responsive and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious. We opted for buffet style, which was cost effective and allowed our guests to have seconds. We had enough food, we even took home a ton. We also hired them for the open bar at our wedding, and every drink was amazing. Our guests kept coming to us raving about the food and drinks. I would highly highly recommend them for your wedding or any other event! -

Myself, my husband and ALL of our guests absolutely loved DCFG! They helped us craft a delicious menu for our welcome party and wedding. Our guests said our food was the BEST wedding food they’ve ever had. As a former culinary student and personal chef, it meant a lot to me to have good wedding food! And boy did they deliver. Everyone we worked with from our tasting (Brian, Jade etc) to the wedding day, (Chef Cass even danced with us, LOVE him!) was a dream. I could not speak more highly of DCFG's service, food quality, and communication across their entire portfolio of offerings. We used them for catering services and bartending services across three different events for our wedding weekend and they delivered at each one. Even before the events, they were tremendously helpful going above and beyond with planning and communicating. And on the various event days, each staff member was professional, engaging, and excited to take part in the events. Not to mention that the value is quite high for what you're paying. Truly a stand-out provider for all kinds of bartending and catering services should you need them. -

Look no further!
We used DCFG for our rehearsal dinner and wedding day catering. The food, service and quality were top-notch. They were quick to respond and so easy to work with. Living in Michigan, we did not find the opportunity to make it down for a tasting but all our guests had excellent things to say about the food. My personal favorites were the truffle mac & cheese and green beans. They were extremely accommodating for our guests with dietary restrictions. Chef Cass was SO MUCH FUN! They also packaged all leftover food so we could enjoy the delicious food on the following day. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. -

Every single bite of food they made all weekend was amazing. Our guests told us it was the best food they have ever eaten hands down! They catered 3 days for us and each day was a different theme and vibe and they nailed it!!! I would highly recommend for all your wedding needs. The staff was on top of it all as well. Very professional. We couldn’t have been happier with it and we have plenty of left overs to snack on!!!! Highly recommend. -

If you’re looking for a vendor that just does the bare minimum, DCFG is not for you. If you’re looking for a vendor that goes above and beyond to give you delicious food (and fulfill other needs!), check them out.
From the very beginning, my husband and I were impressed with DCFG. Their team was incredibly responsive via email and were able to quickly schedule a food tasting. The tasting itself was delicious and they were very receptive to feedback (and reflected said feedback on their day of menu notes). They required a small deposit to hold our reservation and allowed us to update our guest numbers up to a week prior to the event. And the costs for five appetizers, three meat options, a late night snack, and food for our vendors were incredibly affordable.
But they didn’t stop there. When we were struggling to find a place for our rehearsal dinner, DCFG offered us multiple food packages. When we needed someone to move furniture after our ceremony for the wedding reception, the DCFG team stepped in. When we wanted to have some coffee for our guests, DCFG had a vendor.
It is clear that DCFG centers customer experience and excellent service in everything they do. We could not have had as successful a wedding as we had if not for them. -

DCFG is the BEST!!!
Their customer service is top notch. They have the quickest email responses I’ve ever seen and as a recent bride that was super important during the planning process.
Everyone at our wedding loved the food: vacio steak, herb chicken breast, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, Greek salad, seasonal veggies, mini mousse cups, key lime cake squares, and every single appetizer was phenomenal.
The staff at my wedding was extremely kind and professional.
If you are looking for a caterer who is reliable and will provide high quality food and service, you need DCFG. -

If I could only recommend one vendor from our amazing wedding, it would 100% be Brian's team at DCFG. They truly *made* the reception experience for us and our guests. They have an excellent selection of menu options for appetizers, entrees and salads. We had a wonderful time trying everything at our tasting experience. The best part was meeting the team, who were all super fun to work with. You can tell how much they truly care and put in the effort so that their clients can have the best possible experience for their big day.
The entire staff was extremely kind, professional and accommodating! Everything on our wedding day went smoothly, and we definitely appreciate the team circling back to my husband and I to make sure we got enough apps to eat at the cocktail hour. The entrees were delicious, and the drinks were even better. DCFG is definitely worth the consideration for any event and is an amazing value for the services they offer. -

Brian and the DCFG team are so awesome. They totally executed for us, answered all 800 of my emails and took notes on every single idea we had. From our beautiful pink and purple welcome drinks (still not sure how this was even pulled off!!!), to the delicious and beautiful food (the short rib is still being talk about) and awesome staff - everything top notch. He even threw some extra top shelf liquor bottles onto our bar, which was so extremely generous and amazing. Guests went on and on about how great the bartenders were, too! Brian has a really laid back energy too - very cool and approachable. Working with this company is not like working with some of the other stuffy wedding caterers. DCFG is a good time!! -

Brian & Chelsea were very easy to work with throughout the process for our daughter's wedding. This was the first time we planned and put together an event of this scale and their patience and understanding was remarkable. Brian quoted us a very fair price from the very beginning, and proactively found ways to save us even more money. Their payment terms were way beyond reasonable, and we never once felt that it was about money for them. The day of the event they were ready to rock! Chelsea was our assigned manager, and she orchestrated a challenging event, which was interrupted by rain at a crucial juncture, with relative ease. The appetizers and plated dinner dishes were superb. The bar ran smoothly all night, despite the logistical issues posed by the rain, and having to shuffle staff, liquor, and accessories to a second bar location. The late night bites were outstanding!! We had several guests approach us (the bride's parents) throughout the night telling us that the food was delicious! We would not hesitate to recommend DCFG or use them again. They absolutely crushed it! -

My husband and I hired Dade County Food Group for our wedding in Key Largo and were not disappointed! Brian was knowledgable, had good suggestions, and was overall fun to work with. We enjoyed the complimentary tasting to narrow down our menu-which was really hard because everything tasted so good! The fact they provide such high end service as well as a full bar/bartenders made choosing them a no brainer. Afterward, everyone raved about the amazing food and cocktails served! Brian and his team are the real MVPs! They are WEDDING FOOD GODS!
We knew from day one they would be catering our wedding. I love food and HATE wedding food. I wanted wedding food that told a story and Brian and his team were up for every challenge including letting me create my own menu with them. Our tasting food was Bomb and we were hoping our wedding nights food would be similar but it was EVEN better and they executed for 175 guests perfectly.
Brian and his team were super flexible and calming and up for doing whatever type of food we wanted and went above and beyond from shipping in special peppers from Chicago. My whole family is big foodies and everyone is still telling us how awesome our food was. We also had a TON of food for the cost. His pricing is great for amazing quality food and top notch meats.
Additionally, his Bar packages are unbeat. We had a killer open bar and Brian and his staff went all over town to make sure our dogs Margareta bar was stocked with many flavors and a ton of signature drinks. Their staff/service was awesome and they handled the rush of cocktails hours and stations flawlessly keeping the bar line short and food going throughout the night. They really worked their buts off even helping move furniture and chairs and going above and beyond.
Our guests and us were blown away and we are so thankful to Brian and his team for making my difficult wedding requests come true -

Brian with dade county food group was very helpful to my husband and I from the beginning. The food is amazing and they set aside appetizers for us at our sweetheart table which was amazing since our pictures took up the cocktail hour. The chef on staff at our wedding was very attentive, preparing more food for my father in law who was performing during the buffet. Excellent service and delicious food, I recommend them wholeheartedly. -

Brian and the DCFG team are absolute rockstars. Food? 11/10. The krab rangoon, churrasco, and truffle mac n cheese literally changed my life. Guests were going back for 2nds and 3rds. The servers and bartenders were incredible, friendly and efficient, and they all made sure me and my husband actually ate dinner. They even saved cocktail hour apps for us!. Brian worked with us for months (through an 8 month covid postponement) and got us exactly what we needed at a price we could afford. Book DCFG and don't look back!! -

To start off according to Brian (the main man at DCFG) I am not your average Bride and therefore I spent a lot more time with Brian than most people writing reviews. I am the type of bride that wants to make each payment in person even if electronic, finalize details in person, and sometimes just ask questions in person. I planned my entire wedding by myself and wanted a lot of confirmation on details. Therefore I made the drive to see Brian and his crew on many occasions and as a result I feel that I really got to know them. Brian and DCFG are the BEST all around! They do NOT nickel and dime you and lead you down a broken road once the contract has been signed... unlike a lot of vendors. The food tasting was amazing and personalized just for us. On one occasion I just so happened to stop by after he made himself and the crew breakfast and I was welcomed to eat as well. Even down to the unplanned breakfast tasting was it amazing. Each visit he was professional and made accommodations to meet with me. He understood we had a budget and helped us to make selections that would allow us to have a beautiful and delicious wedding (and it was!) all while staying reasonably priced. During meetings I would also express other issues occurring with my wedding, outside of catering, and he would offer advice and helpful ways to go about situations not even involved in catering. He is the BEST! Did I already mention that?!? And to top it all off, Brian helped to save my wedding day during the madness of the coronavirus and for that I cannot thank him and the DCFG enough. Thank YOU sooo much! I will never hire a different catering company thanks to your wonderful service.

They were also super transparent about the pricing and how we could save money (very rare for a wedding caterer). It’s been a month since our wedding and people keep telling us how good the food was. Guests keep calling to tell me about the food!
Just wow. Our wedding was two weeks ago and guests are STILL calling/texting to tell me about the delicious food. Do not be afraid to get creative with Brian and his chef José. They are a dream team and will cook up whatever you need and then blow your expectations out of the water. I changed the menu kinda last minute and wanted it to be more Italian themed. I asked for a carving station featuring porchetta, something I haven’t had since I was in Italy, and it was so so so good. Brian was so accommodating and easy to work with. Food came out quickly and no one complained about there not being enough appetizers. My only regret is not eating more! So many people tell you that you won’t eat on your wedding day and they’re right. I had tiny bites and I wish I could have savored everything. Thank you thank you thank you!! -

We met Brian when we came to Miami to meet with our wedding planner, and after that first meeting knew we couldn't have our wedding without him. DCFG was extremely flexible with our menu and brainstormed some amazing and creative ideas for our out of the box wedding. Brian hosted us for a tasting where he had my Grandma licking her plate. During the week of the wedding, Brian met us at Costco to help buy the alcohol for the wedding and took it off our hands by storing and transporting it to the various venues. Our guests were blown away by the food. Presentation, creativeness, and flavor were amazing, and we still hear compliments on DCFG's work months later.

I can’t begin to tell you how great the DCFG is!
