  Stop looking and reach out to wendee

  Trying to plan a wedding that is 700+ miles away and having no idea where to start was daunting.
  
  If you are researching how to plan your outdoor, Colorado wedding, stop what you're doing and reach out to Wendee. If I could give 500 stars I would. Wendee and her team made the entire wedding process not only easy and relatively stress-free BUT the 'day of' exceeded my expectations. The onsite coordinator, Celine, handled anything and everything throughout the day and made sure that every detail was perfect. She helped fluff out my dress, made sure small details were shown for pictures, corralled my family, helped the photographer with different shots, and was just the most accommodating, professional person when it came to making our day perfect.
  
  Wendee managed to get our version of a perfect wedding done in 6 months. Throughout the process, she stayed in constant communication and gave recommendations for anything we needed. For each step, she provided a list of vendors she works with and we were able to pick the ones that we thought would be best for our wedding. I loved that we still had input and were able to customize things to match our personalities. I will post this review on every wedding site in hopes that it finds the person who needs to see this and helps them relax because they will be in good hands!
  
  Going through Custom Weddings of Colorado was probably the second-best decision behind deciding to get married!

  Soo helpful and worth every penny

  I found Wendee early on when I was starting to look into a small destination wedding in Colorado. I was nervous at first to trust someone I hadn't met in person, but I'm so grateful I found her! From choosing the site for the venue to being our coordinator for the day of the wedding, Wendee and her team were so incredibly helpful. She walked us through each step and gave the perfect amount of help without being overbearing. The service she provides for the cost she charges is truly amazing. I've been to so many wedding but I've never had a day go so smoothly! Her thoughtful touches were truly amazing. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

  Beautiful Microwedding in the Colorado Mountains

  My husband and I are so glad that we decided to use Custom Weddings of Colorado to help us plan and coordinate our recent wedding! We knew we wanted a small and intimate wedding in the Colorado mountains and Wendee and her team seemed like it would be a great fit! We loved that they offered a package deal including a photographer, officiant (both of which you choose from a list to fit your vibe), a bouquet and boutonniere (from a local florist), wedding cake (from a local bakery), and a day-of wedding coordinator. This helped to streamline everything and made decision-making easier. Our photographer, Kathryn Kim, was so sweet and easy to work with, and the preview-photos that she recently sent us are beyond gorgeous! Our officiant, Leslie Ross, did a phenomenal job personalizing our ceremony and making it so unique. We received so many compliments from our guests about what an amazing job Leslie did! Celine, our on-site/day-of coordinator, did an amazing job on our wedding day, making sure everything ran smoothly. And Wendee was able to help us add on some greenery and florals from the florist, coordinate our unique wedding cake with the baker, and customize our wedding day to how we envisioned it!   Responsive, Helpful, Organized, Positive

  Wendee and Celine were both wonderful to work with. Shortly after we started working together, Wendee put together an amazing timeline/itinerary that made all the planning from there feel so much easier. She was beyond patient and provided helpful feedback on all sorts of random questions I asked. Celine was a wonderful day-of coordinator. She was super warm and energetic. She took care of all of the logistics and made run smoothly. Thank y'all so much!

  Wendee and her team are absolutely wonderful. She is worth every penny and more. Everything from the initial call, the emails (lots of HELPFUL and informative emails), the call a few days before my wedding, and the same day coordinator helped more than words can express. Stefanie was my on-site coordinator and she was amazing. So helpful and on top of her game. The bouquet she put together for me...so BEAUTIFUL. 💕💕 If you’re looking to have a small wedding in Colorado, contact Wendee. It’s worth it. It really is. The planning of my wedding and wedding day would not have been stress free without Wendee or Stefanie. Thank y’all so much for everything. 💙

  Amazing ceremony. Amazing views.

  Wendee was amazing. She is organized and attentive. Reasonable pricing and I felt it was a bargain for what we got. The wedding day was amazing. Emily our coordinator for the day was so sweet and attentive.

  Perfect intimate wedding

  Wendee is amazing. From the gorgeous lodging recommendations to the perfect chef to the spectacular venue...she made planning our little destination celebration so simple and eliminated so much stress from this entire process! She's incredibly kind and really just killed it on the logistics so that we didn't have to worry about a thing. It may sound odd, but she made planning a destination wedding much easier than planning a local one. If you're looking to have an intimate celebration in Colorado don't hesitate to reach out to her!

  Book Wendee today!! From start to finish, my entire wedding planning seemed too easy. We brought 10 friends from Texas for our wedding in Estes Park and the experience was one we will never forget. The value is beyond amazing with her knowledge, amazing photographer, cake, flowers, and location!! Really, give her a call!

  Made the Planning Too Easy!

  We were more than happy with our choice to go with Custom Weddings of Colorado. Wendee was with us every step of the way, helping us choose everything from location to catering. We really aren't great planners and Wendee made it almost too easy, giving us lots of options to choose from and bringing it all together into a BEAUTIFUL ceremony! As for the coordinator that was on site from beginning to end, we couldn't have been more grateful. She was had a very positive energy and attitude the entire time and really made sure the whole thing went smoothly. They took care of the details so that we could focus on family and enjoying the day!

  Wendee at Custom Weddings of Colorado is incredible! She coordinated our intimate destination wedding in Rocky Mountain National Park and made the entire process seem so effortless. Every detail is thought of, and the entire day was customized to what we wanted. If we wanted to add something (like a stop for a picture at the park entrance, or fresh flowers for my hair), she was quick to accommodate. We were able to choose our officiant and photographer from a list of options, and it was great to know that she had personally vetted everyone and we didn't have to worry about picking a lousy vendor. Plus we didn't have to juggle multiple vendor relationships - I talked to Wendee, and Wendee managed everything else. The only thing she didn't plan was our trip logistics (flights, hotels, rental car) and our post-ceremony dinner - but she was happy to give recommendations on everything. From the wedding day timeline to where and when to get our marriage license, Wendee addressed every detail and made sure we didn't miss anything. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and we loved not having to worry about all the little details. Thank you Wendee!

From the officiant, photographer, florist, and cake bakery selection it turned out to be an amazing day. We had Emily as our onsite coordinator the day of the wedding and she did a great job at keeping all of us on task, but not making anyone feel rushed. We seriously could not have asked for a better day! We did the small elopement package, and it included pretty much everything besides me setting up the dinner per Wendee's recommendation at the Briarhurst Manor. Which I might also add was delicious and had beautiful grounds for pictures. If you're looking for easy, low stress planning for a small elopement style wedding, then Custom Weddings of Colorado is definitely the planner for you. Thank you again for putting it all together!

All our guests commented on how everything from ceremony to the cocktail hour to the reception was 'simply elegant'. Wendee and Gweyn were so professional and handled every little detail the day of the wedding- from set up to clean up. The wedding turned out beautifully and having her there for some pre-wedding planning assistance and mostly to help with day-of coordinating was the best decision we made! She is very professional and ensured that the day ran smoothly and that nothing was out of place! Within a week she provided us with analysis of 18 potential places: her number 1 recommendation was the one we chose and we could not have been more pleased with the location! On our wedding day it was a great relief to know there was someone to keep the event moving, and she made all the "moving parts" hum along.

  Wendee is an absolute MUST for any bride getting married in Colorado! Well worth the money. Wendee does a wonderful, wonderful job. Myself, my husband, and our families were able to fully enjoy our wedding day without any stress. Wendee made sure every detail was taken care of that day and allowed me the flexibility in making every decision. She did things that I would have never expected from her - stopping by at the hair and nail salon to make sure the getting ready part of my day was going smoothly to making a special trip to Boulder the day of our rehearsal to drop off the AV equipment - i paid for a day of coordinator and I got a lot more then that! If there were any problems on my wedding day - I was unaware of them. Wendee made everything run smoothly and made my wedding day more memorable then I had ever imagined.

  Wendee is an absolute MUST for any bride getting married in Colorado! Well worth the money. Wendee does a wonderful, wonderful job.   Wendee provided day-of coordinating for our wedding. She was a great resource during the planning. Plus, we were able to relax, have fun and focus on the ceremony - we never had to worry about a thing. It was the best thing we did.

  June elopment

  We had an absolutely incredible day!
  The coordinator Celine was a sweetheart and setup for our cake cutting was beautiful. We live in Canada so the overall time difference did cause some delay in communication with custom weddings but eventually that was not an issue when we got on the same page. When we did communicate it was with plenty of ease and time to complete any type of important decision making. Wendee sent us detailed and thorough timelines and a wonderful list of vendors to go through. We can't thank them enough for making our day stress free, making the trip unforgettable and seeing our vision of our special day come true.

  Working with Custom Weddings of CO was amazing. We had some family relationships that needed a bit of managing to make sure everyone had a good time. We didn't want to worry about any of that on our wedding day, and we didn't. With Wendee handling day of coordination. We found her great to work with and she helped ensure that our special day went off with out a hitch.
  
  We especially found it helpful to have her help handle the rehearsal, having someone to make sure we got in and new what to do while everyone was trying to have a good time and greeting old friends we haven't seen in years was extremely valuable. It was great to have fun but still be kept on task and keep everything moving.
