We got married at the Crystal Tea room on 3/29/25. To say this day was an absolute dream does not even reach the level of true admiration I could give in a review of Finely, the CTR staff, and especially our amazing coordinate Brooke. From the moment we walked in the doors at our tour we knew this was the venue we were going to get married in. Brooke made the entire process, from before we even booked the venue, seamless, easy, and made us feel like we were truly able to enjoy the planning process, something that is often very stressful for people to navigate. We had many specific requests and I am a very detail oriented person and Brooke and the Finley team went our of their way to make sure every single detail and idea was curated beautifully and fit the aesthetic and vision I had in mind. She even offered suggestions that I didn’t even know where in my mind, that is the mark of an amazing coordinator and team. The tasting was so much fun and gave us a glimpse of what our day could really look like. We got really great ideas that we incorporate into our own day which was very helpful. We came back a few times to take measurements, look at specific areas, discuss food plans, and every single time we felt more and more excited about our day at the CTR! We felt very well taken care of on the day of our wedding. From the moment we arrived early in the morning, everything was set up and Miguel was very accommodating to the things we needed throughout the day. The staff was so welcoming and kind and helped us through the entire event, they even provided me socks for my shoe change when I forgot mine! The team strategically accommodate for mine (and many other) allergies and special accommodations and if anything went wrong on the day of (which I don’t think I did) I literally would still, 6 months later, not even have the slightest clue! We were fed, never thirsty, well taken care of and still saying we wish we could do it all over again. There is no amount of thanks that we could give to Brooke, Miguel, the Finely family, and the entire CTR team.

We had our wedding at the Crystal Tea Room with Finley Catering, and I truly don’t even have the words to describe how absolutely amazing everything was, it was perfect in every single way.

From start to finish, Michelle, Miguel and the entire Finley team were incredible to work with. The service was impeccable, I never once had to ask for a thing the entire night. The staff was attentive, professional, and made sure every detail was executed flawlessly so that my husband and I could be fully present and enjoy every moment.

And the food… our guests are STILL raving about it! So many people have told us it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. Every dish was beyond delicious and beautifully presented.

I could cry just thinking about how perfect the night was. Thank you, Finley Catering, for making my dream wedding come to life. Everything came together more beautifully than I ever imagined. If you’re considering any of the Finley for venues your wedding, do it. It was the best decision we made!

The Finley team at Crystal Tea Room made sure everything went smoothly leading up to and on the actual day of our wedding. The venue itself is stunning and really provided the wow factor and historical context we were looking for since so many of our guests had never been to Philly before! Our guests were amazed by the venue and the food. They have not stopped talking about how delicious everything was. We are so grateful that we were able to have our special day here.

We had the BEST experience working with Daria throughout the process. Her & Miguel... you truly can't ask for a better duo- they are rockstars! From our first meeting, through the planning process, and there on our big day, they were incredibly easy to work with—professional, responsive, and people who clearly care deeply about what they do. Daria was my hype girl and omg did I need her haha.

The venue itself was stunning. Every detail was taken care of with such thoughtfulness, and the FOOD was phenomenal—our guests are still raving about it!

I can't say enough good things about Finley Catering. We got married at the Crystal Tea Room and it was just perfection from start to finish. We met Brooke a little over a year before the wedding and she was fantastic. Very helpful and responsive with the many questions that I had sporadically throughout the year. This company does SO many events per year, but I never felt like just a number. It truly was the reception of my dreams. We met Miguel the day before the wedding and dropped all of our wedding props off. The meeting was super quick, Miguel knew exactly what to do and I felt so comfortable knowing the next time I walked in the room, it would be set up how I imagined on the wedding day. You will not find a venue like this that includes everything Finley Catering includes AND has multiple, gorgeous venues for you choose from. I asked Brooke a million times... "what's the catch?!" There is no catch - you won't get hit with surprise fees and they really are just the best. You will not regret choosing Finley Catering and I highly recommend the Crystal Tea Room!!

It was a beautiful venue. Delicious food with excellent service. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. Miguel who was our contact person was extremely nice and pleasant. I highly recommend this place. I looked for a venue for three months and fell in love with this one. Can't beat the price and choices of food.

The Finley Catering team went above and beyond for me and my husband's wedding from the very beginning all the way to the end. The level of professionalism, hospitality, and kindness is unmatched. The staff are attentive and show they care which made this experience more than booking a space.

Food had both quality and quantity. Our guests raved about how amazing the food was, especially cocktail hour. In terms of the venue itself, photos can barely begin to capture how you feel when you enter the spaces. There are three distinct areas: the ballroom, the atrium, and the parlor. The ballroom is one floor yet has high ceilings with a vast grand ballroom vibe. The atrium is a beautiful modern space that lets in natural light and perfectly contrasts the ballroom's classic style. The parlor/dessert room has the same classic style as the ballroom, yet features a dimmer intimate atmosphere.

Specifically, I want to shout out Brooke and Miguel for treating me like family instead of just another client. I asked them a MILLION questions leading up to the wedding. They were always so thorough and patient with each answer.

It's clear that they know what they're doing and they enjoy what they do. You would not regret booking your wedding at Crystal Tea Room or any other venue associated with Finley Catering.

Hands down one of the best decisions we made during the entire wedding planning process was choosing Finley Catering and the Crystal Tea Room for our venue. Michelle and her team were amazing and our guests continue to rave about everything from the ambiance to the mountains of delicious food and variety of options. It is very hard to find a venue that is both breathtaking and can accommodate hundreds of guests but the Crystal Tea Room provided just that! Planning a wedding in a city hundreds of miles away from where you live is tough but Michelle, Miguel, and the entire Finley Catering team answered every question along the way and helped bring our vision to life with attention to every detail (dance floor, ice sculpture, signature drinks etc.). We are so thankful for Finley Catering, the Crystal Tea Room and Michelle for their help making our wedding day truly special. They really are simply the best!

We had our wedding at the CTR, and it was absolutely amazing! From the service, responsiveness from Finley, food, drinks, incredible add-ons, vendor recommendations, maitre d, value (I could go on!) everything blew us away. We weren't sure how things were going to look on the actual wedding day since the space is quite large and we only got to see it undecorated, but it really felt opulent and warm once it was all decked out for the wedding.

Our experience at the Crystal Tea Room was nothing short of phenomenal. Celebrating our wedding with over 450 guests turned out to be a perfect affair. The exceptional food, the enchanting venue lighting, and ambiance, as well as the delightful desserts, all contributed to creating a truly magical atmosphere.

Our dedicated event coordinator, Steph, who also happens to be a dear friend, flawlessly managed every detail, ensuring a seamless and hiccup-free celebration. Special thanks to the remarkable Maitre D, Miguel, who orchestrated the various wedding events with precision.

Our event was absolutely perfect thanks to the Finley team! Incredibly easy to work with, from their existing packages (knocking out venue plus food plus afterparty in one go) to their responsiveness throughout the planning process. We did not have a planner but did not miss a beat given how on top of everything Michelle was! We had an incredible experience working with Michelle Finley, Miguel, and all of the staff at Crystal Tea room. From start to finish, our wedding was fabulous and impressed all of our guests. The cocktail hour is so extensive and the food was a huge hit with all of our guests. One of our guests had an allergy that they did not disclose to me but after the wedding, they told me how impressed they were that the weight staff was so helpful and really assisted her with curating a meal that she enjoyed and felt comfortable eating.

Michelle and Miguel met with me multiple times to ensure my wedding vision was well-executed and the venue was in perfect shape for our special day. They honored my Jewish and Ukrainian cultural traditions and were flexible with requests and challenges. We will absolutely be recommending Finley catering in the future to our friends. Not that they really need the recommendation, because I think the wedding spoke for itself in beauty and professionalism.

There are not enough words to explain how amazing, professional, caring, and attentive the Finley team is!!! After meeting with Brooke during our walkthroughs, it was such a no-brainer that we were going to book one of their venues. We went with The Crystal Tea Room and it was the best decision! My husband and I got married on December 10th and we talk about how our wedding was a DREAM almost every single day! From the venue visits to the months of planning every single detail to dropping off SOOO many things throughout the week of, and then of course to our wedding day - Brooke, Michelle, Miguel, and the entire Finley family puts so much love and thought into everything!!! They make your dreams come true and we cannot wait to go back to another Finley event hopefully VERY soon!!! The best EVER! You will not regret booking Finley for your wedding!

This venue was so above and beyond our expectations. Michelle was so communicative and helpful throughout the planning process and meeting with her for a tour made this an easy pick after seeing many venues. The venue itself is beautiful, the food was incredible, and the service was exceptional. Miguel is the perfect person for the day of- energetic, seamless transitions, and so enjoyable to work with. He made sure that there was nothing that we had to worry about the day of, which allowed us to just truly experience and be present for our special day.

We had our wedding at the Crystal Tea Room on 11/5/2022 and our experience was nothing short of incredible. Michelle, our main point of contact, was always quick to respond, kept us updated on next steps and what to expect, and treated us like family. She was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Miguel, our maître d, was on top of everything. He made sure our day went smooth so we could enjoy every second and not have to worry about a thing. He was extremely organized, great to work with, and made sure the bridal party new where to go/what to do.

The rest of the Finley team and especially our bridal suite attendant, Angela, were absolutely AMAZING. You can tell that they truly love what they do and put their all into each event they work. We received so many compliments about how well the bartender’s made drinks. The food is something people are still raving about to this day. My fiancé and I never had to go looking for anything because Angela was right there when we needed her to make sure our drinks were full and we were having a great time.

To the entire Finley family, thank you so much for making this truly the most amazing experience for us. From the bottom of our hearts thank you. We hope to be back as guests for another amazing event at your beautiful venue.

"I have been a lot of weddings and I am not just saying this, but this was the best wedding that I have ever been to!" Get used to hearing that if you decide to go with Finley Catering and the Crystal Tea room for your wedding. I lost count with the number of guests that told me and my wife that exact comment during and after the wedding. Finley Catering's stellar reputation is what had us come down to visit the Crystal Tea Room in the first place. Once we signed up with Finley Catering and we told people that our daughter was getting married at the Crystal Tea Room, we didn’t encounter a single person that had anything negative to say about Finley Catering and the Crystal Tea Room. It got to the point where we were excited to tell people that our daughter was getting married and having the reception at the Crystal Tea Room. I can honestly say that they all lived up to your reputation and actually in my opinion far exceeded our already lofty expectations. The atmosphere, the extremely friendly service, the attention to detail by Finley Catering and their staff, as well as the quality of the food were all major reasons why this was a wedding of a lifetime. The food both at the cocktail hour and the reception was second to none, it was simply amazing!!! I have not heard a single person and I mean that not one person had any complaints about the food. More times than not they were amazed at the amount of food there was available, the selection of food that was available and more importantly the quality of the food and how it all came out hot and cooked perfectly. The cocktail hour had people thinking that there was not going to be a dinner afterwards because there were so many food stations and other Hors d’oeuvres being serviced around during the cocktail hour. I will also say that I've never been to a wedding reception before where the bar service seemed to go so seamlessly, it's usually at a cocktail hour that people are waiting in line to get a drink for maybe 10 minutes in the beginning because everybody's rushing to get their first drink but not at the Crystal Tea Room, there were no long lines during our cocktail hour because the bartenders were on top of everything and they were getting people their drinks as quickly as possible and we're extremely friendly while doing so. The maître d was Miguel and he deserves all the praise I can give him. He made everyone in the wedding party as well as the parents of the bride and groom feel extremely confident that things were all going to go smoothly. He was excellent at the rehearsal and even more impressive on the day of the wedding and throughout the wedding. He checked in with us so often during the event and he made sure that my daughter, the bride and her now husband were taken care of and he was always extremely upbeat and personable. Angela was fantastic throughout the wedding day making sure the bridal suite was fully stocked and everyone in the bridal party had whatever they needed. I can’t end this without mentioning the Dessert Room and the After Party. How the dessert room was laid out and the number dessert choices that were provided for our guest was incredible, it was another aspect of the wedding that totally blew people's minds away. All the desserts tasted excellent and again no complaints from anyone only compliments. The after party was also amazing I probably should think of other words to describe how the day went but the DJ that the Crystal Tea Room supplied for the after party he was awesome, he played for the entire two hours as I'm sure he was supposed to but the song selections that he made were fantastic! People were dancing all the way up until the very last song. You would think that by the time you would get to the after party people would be more hanging out in the bar area taking it easy and taking it down a notch, but no that DJ and the food that you had brought in the cheesesteaks and chicken cheesesteak bar with the fries and the soft pretzels were a huge hit. I have a friend that her daughter is getting married there on Friday, November 18th. I actually reached out to her today to tell her how impressed I was with our wedding and I couldn't wait for her to get there to experience the same thing. I told her to be prepared to be blown away and to be prepared to have her guests come up to her and thank her and tell her that it was the greatest wedding they have ever attended. All I can say is that you now have and will forever have an advocate for Finley Catering and the Crystal Tea Room. My wife and I will continue to spread the word about Michelle Finley and her staff and to let people know that if they really want to have the dream wedding for their daughter then they need to contact Michelle Finley at Finley Catering. On a scale of 1-10 on how pleased I am with Finley Catering and the Crystal Tea Room, I give it a 15!

Words can't describe how happy we were how everything turned out!! It was the best day/night of our lives and it would not have been the same without Finley Catering. Crystal Tea Room is the best venue in the city and all the Finley staff were amazing. The entire planning process was seamless and all of our questions were answered so quickly. Planning was so much fun and so easy because of Finley. Their recommended vendors are also what made things so easy because they are incredible and are the best in the Philly area. I just have post wedding/honeymoon depression that it is all over. It went by so quickly and wouldn't have changed anything. Your guests will be absolutely blown away with how stunning the venue is, they will be on the dance floor all night, and they will be very full with how incredible the food is. Whatever your vision is for your wedding, Finley will help make that become a reality and surpass your dreams. I just keep wishing we could just live the day/night over and over. Choose this venue and I promise it will be the best decision you ever made. The Finley staff are incredible and are what made a huge part of our experience so magical, easy, fun and incredible. Finley Catering went above and beyond to make my day perfect. Michelle was super helpful and responsive to all of my questions throughout the year. The food was unbelievable, and the service was exceptional!

Now that the dust has settled from my wedding, I'm able to write this review.

My wife and I instantly fell in love with Union Trust. As soon as we walked into the venue, we knew instantly that we were in the right place.

Our coordinator, Brooke, did an amazing job answering ALL of my questions (there were a ton) and Thomas and Lisa did an amazing job coordinating on the day of. The bridal party were absolutely amazed by how knowledgeable our Maître d, Thomas, was how how he kept everything running like a well oiled machine. While Lisa made sure everyone was having a good time and that we, the bride and groom, had some private time for ourselves and to enjoy the moment.

After the what everyone went through with the pandemic, all our guests came ready to celebrate. All of our guests were raving about the food (there was PLENTY to go around during cocktail hour). We really could not have asked for a better caterer. Everything was perfect!

It really is bittersweet that our wedding is over but hopefully we can come back as wedding guests one day.

At the outset of planning we were deciding between a few different venues in Philly and now with our wedding behind us, I can’t imagine working with anyone other than the Finley team / Crystal Tea Room. The “inclusive” nature of the packages offered by Finley were initially a draw along with our positive interactions with Emily H, who was amazing to work with throughout the process. The right information was provided at the right times and Emily was always responsive to our questions. Then came the weekend of the wedding - Miguel was full of positive energy and committed to making our day amazing. Our guests were blown away by the abundance and quality of the food as well as the outstanding service. I can only hope I get invited to a wedding at a Finley venue in the future!

Not only is the Crystal Tea Room the most beautiful venue in the City of Philadelphia, it has the best staff!! I can honestly say that I got to know Michelle Finley extremely well while planning a wedding during a pandemic. She was always extremely responsive, accommodating, and willing to do whatever it took to give us our dream wedding. She exceeded all of our expectations!

My husband and I had the MOST magical wedding on June 12, 2021. The entire evening was flawless. Miguel, the day of coordinator and the entire staff were perfect. You would never guess that they were forced to shut their doors for 60 plus weeks based on the level of service they provided. All of the staff were extremely attentive to both my husband and I, as well as the rest of our families.

We received compliments on the food, strong drinks, ambiance, and high level of service from our guests. I heard countless times throughout the weekend and the days to come that it was the best wedding our friends and family have ever attended. We could not be happier and attribute this to Michelle and the entire Finley Team!

Finley Catering was absolutely amazing to work with while planning our wedding!! We didn't have it easy as we had planned everything before the pandemic hit and then of course, plans had to change due to restrictions. But they worked with us the entire time to have the wedding of our dreams. And we had exactly that! A huge shoutout to our coordinator, Emily, for being available at any time to answer all questions we had which helped ease our anxiety during these uncertain times. And of course, to Finley Catering overall who were completely flexible with all our changes and even held our originally agreed upon pricing without holding us to our minimum that we promised pre-pandemic. We really couldn't have asked for better service and overall quality. Our wedding turned out exactly how we imagined it even through all these obstacles and it's all because of the Finley's and their amazing crew!!!!

I researched extensively into different Philadelphia venues for our wedding, taking into consideration all of the things we wanted (AMAZING food, beautiful space, ability to customize, what your money gets you, etc.) and choosing CTR and the Finley Group gave us all of that and MORE. Those are things that every one searches for, no doubt, but what Finley gave us that wasn't on any list was feeling like family...thanks to a team (especially our coordinator Emily and Tom Finley!) that made sure we felt well taken care of, staff that made our entire wedding guest list feel comfortable (Miguel the Maitre'd and Mike who took care of us and our parents), and an event we'll never forget. Every detail was taken care of, even down to making sure we had help getting our things at the end of the night. It's been almost a year and our guests continue to rave about the food, venue, and service, and how it was the best wedding they've ever been to. I'll never be able to thank the entire Finley Group for such a wonderful experience!

I can only say good things about the Finley Staff and the CTR event space. The Tea Room holds special meaning to my family, as my Grandfather used to work as an engineer for John Wanamakers and was very involved in events held in the space. The Finley's have taken care of the space, my father who knows it well, was very impressed.

Emily our event coordinator was friendly, knowledgeable and very available for questions/communication, throughout our months of planning. We loved their schedule/timeline; it was very helpful to have our 3 month out meeting, and week of meeting to hand off items and finalize details.

Miguel & Mike for the day of were outstanding; they took care of everything and made everyone feel welcome. Our immediate family, wedding party and bride and groom were treated like VIPs.

Our guests raved about the food - both quality and quantity!! Our only regret is being too busy or overjoyed to truly eat the food. My husband and I can only hope to go back to an event as guests so we can enjoy all Finley offers to their guests.

The Crystal Tea Room and Finley Catering went far beyond our expectations. We knew the venue was beautiful but had no idea how incredible the food would be. Raves from all of our guests. Michelle and Miguel worked tirelessly to make my daughter’s vision come true. They were flexible and responsive and made us all feel
special and important through the entire process and especially the night of the wedding. I recommend them 100%!!

Last Saturday evening was our children’s wedding at the Crystal Tea Room and we were thrilled with the reception! Everything about the evening was amazing, magical, memorable, delicious, fun and exciting! Amy and Josh did a superb job in organizing their special celebration and we were confident that all of their dreams, efforts and hopes would come true. They kept telling us how great the Crystal Tea Room was as a venue and all of the details for the ceremony, cocktail reception, dinner and after-party. However, nothing could have prepared us for what we actually experienced last Saturday evening. The venue was beyond beautiful; the food was plentiful and varied; the drinks flowed all evening and all of our guests had a wonderful time feting Amy and Josh on their wedding evening in grand celebratory style! We’ve been to dozens of weddings and other receptions all over the country. The Crystal Tea Room and Finley Catering is by far the best we have ever experienced! The quality and value of your services are unparalleled.

As important as the venue, food and drink are to a wedding reception...it is the staff who really make the wedding “rock.” Once again and simply stated...the Finley Catering staff were remarkable! They were easy to work with; caring and attentive to every detail; helpful and courteous. Miguel was exceptional and made sure that the entire evening was everything Amy and Josh wanted it to be. He was always present with a smile, asking if we needed anything and if we were having a great time! His wait, service and bar staff exemplary, too! We were so very fortunate to have Miguel as our Banquet Manager for the wedding!

My husband and I were married at this stunning venue on June 30th 2018, and everything was flawless start to finish. We booked the Crystal Tea Room after our engagement 1.5 years before the actual wedding because we knew that this was our venue and wanted to secure the date we had dreamed of. When we toured venues we fell in love with the classic feel of the ballroom with its stunning chandeliers, oak paneling, pristine bridal suite, and pub room. This in contrast with the atrium (where the cocktail hour is held) with its outdoor feel and views of the starry night sky gave us the perfect combination of and outdoor feel with a classic ballroom wedding. To make it even better the already perfect venue did a full furniture update in the pub room and bridal suite making the venue absolutely breathtaking. All of this coupled with the outstanding service we received from start to finish from Michelle, of Finley Catering; Miguel, the manager of the ballroom; and Devin, our personal –day-of- server; made this night truly our perfect wedding night. We STILL a month later have friends and family raving about how amazing and abundant the food from Finley Catering was. This was our perfect night and it would not have been if not for everyone with Finley and the Crystal Tea Room. I wish there was a 6 star rating to give because this team deserves nothing less than a 6 star review!

I can’t put into words how wonderful the Crystal Tea Room was from the day we toured the venue through the day of our wedding! Absolutely amazing! Emily was the BEST to work with while planning and Miguel could not have been more amazing the week of/day of. The best caterer in Philadelphia!!!!! Every single person with Finley catering was an absolute pleasure to work with from day one to the day after the wedding. We chose the crystal tea room for our wedding (which was amazingly perfect for us and our style). Finley has many other locations all of which are breathtakingly beautiful. Michelle Finley and her team are simply the best! We were truly speechless by the beautiful ballroom, amazing cocktail hour, delicious food, and attentive services throughout the entire night. We couldn't have pictured a more perfect day, and the Finley team brought our day to life for us. They were pleasure to work with from beginning to end, and we couldn't have been happier! If you want to have a 100% stress-free wedding, from the very beginning of planning until you crash at your hotel room the night of the wedding, then go with Finley Catering. My wedding was at the Crystal Tea Room in April and people will not shut up about it! I worked with Michelle throughout the planning process and she made EVERY SINGLE THING so easy. Miguel was our Maitre D and he truly is a professional. All night all I heard from him was "no problem" and he would get whatever you needed DONE. Marco was our head waiter and he was so incredibly attentive. My in-laws were in love with the special treatment they were getting being the parents of the groom that night!

I won't go on and on, although I could. All I will say is that the Finley group knows what they are doing. It is worth every penny!

Our daughter was married 7/15/17 and the reception was held in the Crystal Tea Room. We allocated 2 days for venue shopping in April 2016 and visited over 10 center city spots. We did not anticipate CTR as a choice and in fact my husband and I did not initially accompany our daughter and her fiance, choosing instead to stay with the car. Soon we received a call to join them. They liked the size yet warmth of the room and the elegance was exactly what they were looking for, but the menu sold them as did the connection they immediately felt with Michelle. I had my doubts about food quality given the abundance and thought the later food tasting was okay. However, I had no reason for concern.
When the day came the cocktail hour was absolutely exceptional. The food not only plentiful but excellently prepared. Guests were raving and I only wished I had more of an appetite and opportunity to eat given the responsibilities of mother of the bride. I am still thinking about how delicious the lobster tails and the butler-ed ahi tuna was! The dinner filet was cooked perfectly and the service equaled any fine restaurant where we have dined. My napkin was folded every time I left the table. We were served drinks and well attended to. The maitre d" Miguel was absolutely fantastic. He even supplyed me with flip flops when I facetiously said that was what I needed! He arranged for someone from his staff to take most of the things we had there (mirrors, baskets, photos) to our hotel at the end of the night (4 blocks away). Our children selected a marvelous band and the large dance floor at the CTR made for very comfortable dancing. The after party on premises was another benefit. All in all a wonderful evening that went by too soon. Only recommendation for improvement is some additional lighting in the dessert room. Thank you to all the Finley staff for making an evening that we will all long remember as perfect!

What a venue!!! Simply amazing!!! We got married on 4-29-17 at the Crystal Team Room and words can not even explain our satisfaction with not only the venue, but all of the staff who works there as well.
We worked with Michele from day one and she made wedding planning a breeze. When we first met for our initial consult, we were nervous and wasn't sure even what to look for, ask about, etc. Meeting Michele was the best decision of our lives that day! She put our minds at ease, broke down things in detail and listened to our vision and what we were looking to accomplish with our wedding theme! A baseball eloquent theme is not something to easily pull off and Michele was very helpful in helping us achieve that goal.
Miguel was a blessing in disguise and we couldn't be more thankful for him. He has such an infectious personality that it's not hard at all to feel like you have known him for over 20 years! He is superb at what he does and keeps your whole night organized and running smoothly. I did not have anything to worry about the entire night of my wedding! My husband and I still talk about how much we didn't have to stress about things and how much we were able to just really enjoy the most important day of our lives.
The food was amazing and our guests still have been raving about all of it from cocktail hour to the after party. The drinks were excellent too! All of our guests were surprised by the large selection and the quality of the drinks!
All of the staff was very friendly and helpful to all of our family and friends. All of you were more than accommodating and we could never thank you for that!!!! We love all of you and thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!! We hope many more people have wedding dreams like ours come true at all of your Finley locations!!! <3

The Crystal Tea Room is the quintessential classic Philadelphia wedding, and Finley Catering exceeds expectations in every way possible. After looking at all the downtown Philly venues, I know nothing compared to CTR and Finley. I had been to weddings there before and had so much peace of mind and confidence that my own reception would be perfect. Guests raved about the food as the best they have ever had at a wedding. The ambiance is incredible and all of our vendors were pleasantly surprised to hear we were having a CTR wedding because they love working with Finley. Michelle made the entire planning process a breeze and her and Miguel were awesome the night of the reception -- thank you Finley for making it the best evening of our life!

Finley Catering is the best of the best. Michelle and her team take good care of you the moment you go on your first venue tour and throughout the entire planning process. My wedding was absolutely perfect because of the great staff they have here and the attention to detail that they put into every wedding (food, decor, service= all perfect). Michelle was my main point of contact, and I had Miguel and Carlos as my day of coordinators to help the day run smoothly.

When I arrived at the venue, the party was going and the guests were amazed with the cocktail hour and all of the delicious food. Miguel was right there to make sure we were staying on track with time and knew when it was time to get me to the bridal suite to eat and get my bustle up before the reception started. Michelle jumped right in and took care of my bustle for me- seriously AMAZING!!! You cannot get better people than that!

When I had a chance to step back and look at the venue with the tables set, the lighting dimmed, the chandelier lit nice and bright, the draping hung and the centerpieces set I was overwhelmed with how beautiful the venue was... it was everything I could have dreamt of and more. Finley catering does it right- you are in good hands with this family ran business.

Our guests are still raving about this wedding because it was one hell of a party! Every detail from the lighting and decor, to the cocktail hour, drinks, bar service, dinner, the desert room, dancing, and the after party ran so smoothly and was absolutely perfect. I am still amazed how you had 150 filets cooked perfectly!! I cannot thank Michelle and her team enough for making my wedding day better than I could have ever imagined.

Our experience with Finley and the CTR team was amazing. We worked closely with Michelle who made sure the day was perfect. She was flexible and fun during the planning process. On the night of, Miguel, Carlos and the waitstaff made sure my husband and I never had an empty drink and also took great care of our parents and bridal party. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about the food, service, drinks and venue. This venue knows how to throw a wedding! I wish I could redo the night!!!!! Thanks to Finley and CTR!

We had our wedding reception at the Crystal Tea Room on July 15, 2016. To say that the venue and service was impeccable doesn’t even do it justice! We had the most magical night of our lives thanks to the team at the Crystal Tea Room, and are even RECEIVING many thank you cards from guests thanking us for inviting them! People are still raving about how gorgeous the venue was, and how much they enjoyed the delicious food.
Michelle Finley was on top of every single question and request we had throughout the entire planning process. For as much as she deals with on a daily basis, I always felt like I was top priority to her.
Miguel and his staff were hands down the warmest, most accommodating group I have ever experienced at a wedding! He was right there all night making sure my husband and I were comfortable and had everything we needed. I had a request at one point and I asked the nearest busser to help me out. He dropped what he was doing and literally ran to Miguel to let him know. I’ll never forget that! 

Elegant, Beautiful, Delicious, Fancy, Perfect!

Best day of our lives! And that is mostly because of The Crystal Tea Room's beauty, their staff's accommodations/attention to detail, and Finley's FOOD of course!

We planned our wedding in 7 months. You have to do VERY little when you book with Finley. I realized that early on. The room itself is already gorgeous, they include a Termini Bros cake, any beers/drinks you want, and food that will have your guests talking forever about!!! We decided not to get married in a church and I was nervous about being able to match the beauty of a church for my ceremony; But the room makes for a gorgeous ceremony spot! The atrium, for cocktail hour gives you the outdoor feel with natural lighting from the glass ceiling and a fountain. We couldn't get over the bridal suite there...just absolutely beautiful and a great space to spend time with your bridal party before everything begins!

Michelle Finley is amazing and was easy to communicate with, helpful and just went above and beyond to accommodate us. Miguel is the bomb too! His attention to detail made the day run smooth as can be. I didn't have to worry about a thing that day because of Miguel! It's clear that both Michelle and Miguel have a ton of experience. The staff there understands elegance and value the details of your day. I don't think it's possible NOT to have the most beautiful wedding if you book the Crystal Tea Room!

Absolute best day of our lives! It is hard to know where to begin while writing this review because everything was beyond fantastic! The service, the attention to detail, the food, the beautiful venue, the coordination with my wedding planner and all the other vendors could not have been more perfect. We could not have been more pleased with The Crystal Tea Room and Finley Catering! I would like to especially thank Miguel, Nicole, and Carlos. Nicole made sure that everything was ready and running smoothly up to the day of. She was always available to answer questions that we had and responded very quickly. She also was so accommodating to all requests that we had. Miguel (maitre d) went above and beyond to make sure that myself and my husband as well as our bridal party and parents felt like we were royalty. Every request was handled so well. Carlos (captain for bride and groom) was so amazing and made sure that we ate and drank the entire evening. He was very attentive throughout the night and even went the extra mile to help us take things back to the hotel room at the end of the night! Our guests cannot stop gushing about our wedding. We have heard that it was the “best wedding ever” by so many people and I know that we could not have accomplished such a classy, elegant, and beautiful evening without Finley!

Fantastic people to work with from start to finish!!! We celebrated every meeting with them and they made it totally stress-free. They are total professionals and had every detail covered for us. When they tell you to just enjoy yourself and leave everything to them they mean it. Our guests had a wonderful time and the service was great. Miguel ran the night for us and we now consider him like family. He is the absolute best!!! Under Trish's careful planning, she was able to transform the room into a magical world that we will never, ever forget. I still keep looking at the pictures from that night and feel myself pulled back to that moment and all the fun we had celebrating our wedding. The Finley staff definitely are at the top and we will go back for other events in our family.

It is almost unfair that I can only rate up to a 5.0, In every one of the criteria listed, Finley Catering exceeded our expectations for our daughter's wedding. I cannot possibly more highly recommend Michelle Finley and her team. Every one of our 175 guests raved about the reception, venue, the food and the Finley staff. The only "hitch" was that of our daughter Emily marrying our new son in law Joe!

My husband and I recently had our reception at the Crystal Tea Room in November… Trish was incredible to work with. Her expertise, guidance and communication during the entire process were amazing. Miguel and his team executed everything flawlessly on the day. My guests wanted for nothing!!! The food was incredible and the service was impeccable. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I come from a hospitality background so I always notice service standards and I could not have asked for more. As soon as I seen The Crystal Tea Room I fell in love with the place. It was the perfect spot for my wedding. Trish was helpful with every step of the way. Miguel was right by my side the whole night making sure I had the perfect day. Also, I would recommend their after party package, its a great package to keep the wedding going. Thank you for an amazing wedding on Sunday, September 6th! Thuy and I couldn't have asked for better. There were so many things that just went right for us that day, all thanks to Trish and her staff:

1. The food
Wow! That's all I have to say. It was probably the biggest concern for us because all of our families wanted to make sure that there was enough food and that it was good. They definitely had more than enough and my niece even told me there was too much food at my wedding. The fish was by far the rock star at the wedding. I think many people ended up switching their entrees to get the fish because it was so good! The steak was perfectly cooked and the chicken was not dry one bit. The cocktail hour and dessert spread was insane. The alcohol and drinks flowed all night, so much so that many of my guests had to take two days to fully recover. It still amazes me how consistent everything was for as many guests as there were at my wedding.

2. The staff
Your staff is top notch. Miguel and Efron (I'm sure I butchered the spelling of his name) performed way above our expectations! Miguel took care of so many last minute things for us, including last minute changes to the seating arrangements, setting everything up the way we wanted it, and dealing with last minute requests. He read my mind throughout the night and took care of things without hesitation. Efron was so attentive to us, always asking if he could get us something. I don't think I ever went without a drink in my hand. He even brought our things to the hotel on his own. The rest of the wait staff were extremely attentive to my guests, taking care of their requests and anticipating their needs with a smile. The bartenders were so great and just took care of all of us that night.

As you know, I've worked in many venues and dealt with countless weddings. I've seen the good and the bad and it takes a lot for me to be impressed nowadays. I can't say enough about our experience and we're so happy!

My daughter's reception was held at the Crystal Tea Room in July. We can't say enough about Michelle and the entire staff. Michelle was knowledgeable, flexible and easily accessible throughout our planning. Miguel was fun and available the entire night of the wedding so that we did not need to worry about anything! Words cannot express how amazing our wedding was at the Crystal Tea Room. Our reception was a fairytale. Miguel and Chris made the reception go by smoothly and without any problems at all. The venue is breathtaking and the service was perfection. We have gotten endless compliments about how amazing the reception was! Trish helped us through all the booking/paperwork, which was very smooth. She got back quickly to all emails. Miguel makes you feel like you are part of his family. He eased any worries I had involving the day; he also was present during the whole reception making sure we had everything we needed. Chris was also amazing. He was always there making sure everything was taken care of. The entire staff was very professional; we got many compliments, especially about the bartenders. I cannot say enough about the entire Finley Catering team. From the minute my husband and I arrived to the minute we left we had smiles on our faces. It was truly the wedding of our dreams!

Finley catering was AMAZING! They were so nice to work with, and I had to do NOTHING the day of the wedding. We dropped off all the favors and frames and anything that was needed a few days before the wedding, and Miguel took care of the rest! It was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! Food was amazing, desserts were amazing! Everyone that we have spoken to said that it was the best wedding they have ever been to! So good, that my husband and I, as well as my parents hope to be a guest at a wedding there. Trish made sure all the details were taken care of as well throughout the year and a half of planning the wedding. If I ever had a question, I emailed her and got a response within minutes.

My wedding was everything I had envisioned. Everyone of my guests raved about how wonderful it was. From the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, dessert room, to the after party...It was all perfect! All the staff was professional and friendly. The whole atmosphere was elegant and classy. I couldn't of ask for a better venue!

We had our wedding at CTR on 12/13/14.

We knew well in advance that we wanted to have our wedding on this special date, we met with Trish Finley even before we got engaged and she did not make us feel like it was strange or weird that we were there even before a ring appeared on my finger.

Originally we met with her with our hearts set on the Ballroom at the Ben, after meeting with Trish at CTR we left there knowing that CTR was right and so was our choice in Finley.

All I can say is WOW, Trish and her team blew away our wildest dreams and expectations of such a magical evening. Miguel, Chris, Trish, Tom the entire staff throughout the 18 months were on point and so helpful. We upgraded almost everything, and it was worth every penny that we spent.

Ceremony:
Was absolutely beautiful - Chris arranged everything, was on point and kept everything moving

Cocktail Hour -
Heard it was amazing - The martini/cocktail bar was a hit and the food I heard was amazing

Reception -
We did a dual cocktail hour - with stations and TONS and TONS of food. Trish kept telling me how much food we were having - and that's how much food we had :) The dessert room (yes I said ROOM) - was the biggest hit of the night. The chocolate shots people still talk about it. Yes, I said Chocolate shots. They are chocolate shot glasses filled with the liquor of your choice

We ended the reception with a cheesesteak station and tastykakes -

No request was too big for Trish, we attended a wedding at CTR in September 2014, and then again in March 2015. Each time the wedding felt different and special. Not like another big vendor in Philly where each wedding you go to is EXACTLY the same.

I only wish one thing - that I could of attended our wedding as a guest. I could not recommend Trish and her team more to anyone. Run, don't walk to the CTR, I promise you will not be disappointed. It is YOUR wedding - you can have it any way you want to.

We had our reception at the Crystal Tea Room on 12/27/2014. We were impressed from the first moment we saw the room set up for a wedding. We had some early hiccups but eventually worked with Nicole and Miguel, as well as Chris the day of the wedding. Also, on the day of the wedding, Michelle Finley, couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. Planning was very easy. They made us feel extremely comfortable and that they were seasoned professionals at these events. We had some anxiety, as this was a first for us!

They delivered beyond our expectations. Everything was executed perfectly. Staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Food could not have been tastier. Family and friends keep telling me that "it was the best wedding they have ever been to!" The cocktail hour had a large assortment of food and cocktails. People didn't expect to get such a filling or delicious entree after such a big cocktail hour!

I would enthusiastically recommend Finley Catering, specifically the Crystal Tea Room to anyone. The room looked beyond gorgeous and every chandelier sparkled!

We had our wedding at the Crystal Tea Room on Sunday, February 22, 2015 and it was everything I ever hoped and dreamed of! The staff was amazing, especially my coordinator Tricia, and the maître ds, Miguel and Chris. Food was spectacular and the drinks were flowing all night!

The Crystal Tea Room was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for Trish...she helped us every step of the way. The room is gorgeous on it's own but the food just wowed our guests as well!

Trish Finley and the Crystal Room are simply amazing! From our first initial contact with Trish and Finley Catering, she made us feel like our special day was just as special for them.
We booked our wedding 16 months in advance of October 18, 2014, which afforded us the opportunity to build not just a business relationship, but a friendship.
Throughout the process, Trish continued to fact find and identify what was most important to us. We continued to express that our large party (350) wants to drink and dance, so our concerns were speed of service and quantity of alcohol. Sounds crazy, but we've been to venues where a party has ran out of brands and that could not happen to us. It didn't. There was no wasted time... Salad and then five minutes later a Combo dinner for all (Chilean Sea Bass & Filet). The bars were also open the entire night and with added bartenders, no one waited or had to find a second choice drink.
Our guests are still complimenting the quality of food, drink, and service throughout the entire night.
The venue itself is so beautiful we decided to do our family pictures in there before the start of our reception. Trish made sure that we were able to arrive at 3:30pm before our 5pm cocktail hour. We didn't ask or expect it, but our bridal suite was already set up and waiting for us, complete with food, champagne, drinks, etc.
Miguel, the Maitre D, is second to none. You ask for it, it gets done. He assured us to worry about nothing, he will find us if/when needed and he did. He, along with Trish, orchestrated a memorable night for of course the bride and groom, but also our large guest list.
We visiting other venues before deciding to book the Crystal Tea Room, and we so glad we did. The Tea Room is not a wedding factory. They helped personalize our day and provided us with everything we wanted. Thank you to Trish, Miguel, and all other staff for making this a day we will cherish forever.

Great venue, wonderful staff, and the best food you'll find at a wedding for a very good price compared to other downtown venues. We had a 400 person wedding with two ceremonies, cocktail hour, reception, and after-party with a lot of specific requests, and the Finleys were very accommodating through it all. Miguel was exceptional as the Maitre D' and handled everything with a smile. He really made us feel comfortable that everything would go off without a hitch, and his staff was timely and professional. The food was probably the number one thing our guests raved about. So many choices, and every one of them delicious. We were so thrilled at how it all turned out.

My wedding was a dream come true. The venue is beautiful and everyone I worked with (especially Trish and Miguel) were wonderful.

I cannot express how much I love Finley Catering and the Crystal Tea Room!!! My wedding was the day of my dreams because of the staff of Finley Catering! We had our wedding at the Crystal Tea Room two weeks ago. The evening of the wedding was absolutely perfect - the venue is gorgeous, the food was spectacular, and the staff was so professional. Our friends and family are STILL raving about the food at both the cocktail hour and at the sit down dinner. So many people have also commented about the classic style and the timelessness of the venue, it is truly picture perfect! The Crystal Tea Room was so friendly and so accommodating every step of the planning process. Any time we had a question, it was answered promptly and politely. Our meeting two days prior to the big event was informative and made me feel confident that everything was taken care of. I could not have asked for a better venue, caterer, or hosting staff! Finley Catering at the Crystal Tea Room provided us with such an incredible reception for our daughter's wedding that I am still receiving emails, thank you notes and phone calls. The ambiance was charming, the food was delicious and the service was top notch. We will cherish such beautiful memories for a lifetime thanks to the wonderful people at Finley Catering. Tom & Trish, were both absolutely wonderful coordinating our wedding. They were so helpful with the whole planning process and made everything as stressful as possible for us. Our Maître d, Miguel was awesome w/getting everything in order and making sure everything ran smoothly on our special day. The Crystal Tea Room was in one word, exquisite. Our cocktail hour was held in the Atrium, which was absolutely breath-taking and the dining room was jaw-dropping beautiful! Even a month later, we are still hearing guests raving about not only how stunning the venue was, but how great the food was, service & organization of our wedding! Highly recommended!

This is by far one of the nicest places to get married in Philadelphia. My wedding was absolutely gorgeous and people were literally shocked at how good the food was and how impressive the space was. I was told by literally all of my guests that this was an exquisite event and there were quite a few rollers there. Most importantly, it was a romantic night for my husband and I and not one thing went wrong. We were literally depressed when it ended!

We served lobster and fillet or the chicken piccante with an intermezzo, Wanamaker salad, and gnocchi app. It is hard for caterers to serve food at such a large capacity, and they did a great job. The service was excellent and everyone felt like VIP's. Planning the event was easy because they were so flexible throughout the entire process.

There are other places of not nearly the same caliber that somehow also received a 5 star rating on this website. I am from the area and can tell you that the Crystal Tea Room is worth every dollar, especially if you are a bride looking for a luxurious old world feel in a grand room with low lighting, a stellar chandelier as the room focus, and a water fountain in the center of your cocktail hour. Not to mention, it is right in center city next to the city hall which creates a great ambiance for the center city feel.

Miguel will make sure your night runs perfectly so you can actually enjoy your wedding. They didn't come up to me one time to ask any questions and worked their butts off to make the night spectacular. I wish I could relive the night!

Working with Finley Catering was such a pleasure for my husband and I. They were extremely flexible and willing to accommodate our every need and request. Chef did an amazing job with the food - all of our guests were raving about it and we (bride and groom) even took the time to eat because it was so delicious! Miguel, banquet captain, was always there to make sure we were happy. Everything was just perfect- thank you for an amazing experience and wonderful wedding!!

It was absolutely INCREDIBLE! From the moment we arrived, my wife and I were taken back - the room was set up perfect, the lighting, the draping, it looked amazing! The food was phenomenal! We are still hearing about appetizers that we didn't even see. So much food and it was delicious. Some people could not believe they were still going to be fed after the cocktail hour. And Miguel was OUTSTANDING! A true professional and so easy to work with! So many of our guests said to us "This is the best wedding I have ever been to in my life" and "this is the wedding all other weddings will be compared". The Best wedding ever!! From beginning to end, perfect. Food, service and charm.

Everything promised was delivered and more!! My husband and I had attended several affairs at the Crystal Tea Room so we knew of the impeccable service and quality as well as abundance of food. But nothing could compare to hosting our own daughter's wedding reception at the Ballroom at the Ben! I really don't know where to begin. It was pure perfection. The atmosphere itself is so inviting during cocktail hour as you gaze below into the ballroom. We have received so many phone calls, text messages and emails complementing the abundance and wide selection of appetizers as well as the incredible atmosphere. The steaks were cooked to perfection. Your recommendation of the pork and broccoli rabe at the carving station was a tremendous hit.

We have also received many comments about the impressive staff. Guests noticed the way their napkins were neatly refolded each time they returned to their seats. The staff politely directed guests to their tables as they descended the staircase to enter the ballroom. The lighting and pin spotting of the floral bouquets added to the atmosphere. The evening magically evolved. My daughter wanted an enchanted storybook atmosphere and that is the way guests have described the wedding to us. Many people have told us they have never attended such a spectacular wedding and probably never will. That is of course unless they return to one of Finley Catering venues!

Ott put us at ease from the moment we met him and we were assured by so many people that things run like clockwork under his supervision. They surely did! He had every moment accounted for and we knew what to expect and when. Kathleen Kelly and Trish Finley were very helpful with all the final details.

Our wedding was here on Friday. Words can't describe how grateful I am to the staff and people I have worked with through my whole wedding process. This venue was amazing not one thing went wrong my whole reception and the staff catered to us and our guests like king and queens. From Miquel, Kathy Kelly, Trish Finley, and Chris they really made my wedding a dream come true I can't thank them enough :)

Dear Kathleen,
A proper note will follow, but now that we are back from our
honeymoon I wanted to at least (for now) drop you a quick note to

INCREDIBLE - everyone, and I do mean everyone, adored him. I am

perfect model for helping make anyone's wedding a dream come true

The staff are absolutely amazing at what they do - you won't have to worry about a thing!

My husband and I were lucky enough to have our wedding at the Crystal Tea Room in Philadelphia. From the moment that we walked into the grand ballroom we just knew it was the venue for us, and our searching was over! The Tea Room provides an amazing menu for cocktail hour, dinner and dessert... oh my the dessert. The best part is your cake is provided by Termini Brother Bakery, which is a Philadelphia staple.

The staff at the Crystal Tea Room payed very close attention to detail and went above and beyond to give us the wedding out our dreams. We found everything we could hope for while wedding planning when working with the staff at The Tea Room.

The event was perfect and Ott was attentive to all the little things that we needed. I can't say enough about the Ott since he took good care of my husband and I. He even went out of his way to recommend some local shops to get a bunch of the other things I needed. The venue itself was sapcious enough for my huge family and I can't describe how nice the interior is. Everyone had a blast and I would highly recommend this venue to anyone.

Ott and the entire team at Finley did such a phenomenal job working with all the vendors for my wedding. They were more than accommodating with everything and made sure my new husband and I were we'll taken care of the day of the wedding. I had the best night of my life and a huge part of that is thanks to this beautiful venue and great staff!!

We couldn't be happier with the absolutely phenomenal job that Finley Catering did for our recent wedding. From Nicole in the sales department, to Ott the matre d....the experience couldn't have been better. Our friends and family kept running up to us throughout the reception saying "THIS IS AMAZING". Many people in the area like to go to Cescaphe, etc for their weddings - - but I have to say, Finley Catering is top knotch....you can't go wrong with them.

one, one stop shopping. the food is delicious and abundant, the service is amazing, and the venue is elegant and inviting together. Miguel is in charge of the wedding party and we never lacked for food or drink or direction. our guests are in agreement that it was "the best wedding reception we have ever been to"

We LOVE LOVE LOVED having our wedding ceremony and reception at Ballroom at the Ben. Literally from the first second we stepped foot into the venue and met our event manager Nicole, we fell in love all over again...and again...and again. Nicole was ABSOLUTELY AMAZZZINNGGG!!!!! We hit it off instantly and through listening to our ideas...she executed everything perfectly to the T with the assistance of the famous Maitre'D Ott of course (otherwise known as Ott the Man). The cocktail hour food was great, and just enough where people didn't fill up and could still eat dinner. The dinner food was incredible! We received so many compliments on how well everything was prepared. We still get compliments to this day! I honestly think our wedding went so perfect and stress-free (and I know not many brides can say that) because we were blessed with caring vendors like Nicole and Ott. I thought I was an OCD organized person....until I met Ott. He had everything from start to finish set up and organized exactly how I imagined. He communicated well with the other vendors and made sure each person's timeline matched. He took every single detail into account as if it were his own wedding and we can't tell him how much we appreciate it. Even at the end, he had my wedding cake wrapped up, all of my dresses/shoes, and belongings on a valet cart ready for my family to take home for me. We didn't have to worry about a thing except to have the time of our lives. You guys made our wedding magical and we can't thank you enough!!!! LOVE!

Best experience ever. the spread of cocktails alone was amazing- guests commented it was the best they had ever seen. Service and accommodations by staff at the crystal tea room was unbelievable. knowing that i was in good hands made my wedding so much easier. no need for a wedding planner. best day ever- crystal tea room helped make it happen

Excellent professional service. Easy to work with and very accomadating. Ott and Nicole were wonderful to work with during the planning process and espically the week of the wedding. They made our Wedding and reception an amazing experience. I would recommend this venue to anyone considering a wedding in Philadelphia. I could not be happier with my choice in Ballroom at the Ben.

We were married March 30 at the CRT and I have nothing but amazing things to say! From start to finish this place was perfect. We got an amazing price and because we booked in March we were given a choice of a paid for honeymoon or a $1000.00 credit to a local travel agent. We already had our honeymoon taken care of so we took the credit and were able to use it towards our rental car and honeymoon excursions. Nicole, the wedding coordinator was great to work with. She was so helpful with the planning that I really didn't have to worry about anything besides picking our food choices. As we got closer to the date she added extra appetizer stations and dessert stations just to ensure everyone would have more than enough choices! We were also able to request any type of alcohol that we wanted on top of all the top shelf liquors that were already included. Any time I emailed her she responded immediately and was very thorough. Miguel the Maitre d' was AMAZING. He did such a good job running everything that I had not a single worry or problem. He made sure everything ran smoothly and that everyone was having a great time. The food was fantastic, I obviously didn't get much of a chance to eat many appetizers, but those that I did have were very good and everyone else was raving about the food! Our dinner choices were filet, chicken, and crab cakes. Miguel and I think his name was Mike (not sure, but he worked closely with Miguel) made sure that my husband and I both had a chance to sit down and enjoy our dinner. They ended up giving us a combination plate which I was so happy about and the filet was cooked perfectly!! The crab cakes were fantastic. Our guests have been raving about how good the food was and what a wonderful time they had. At the end of the night they made sure all our things were clean and ready to go home with us, they packed up the top of our cake along with some that was left over and they also gave us a huge tray of leftover desserts from the dessert room. Mike also walked us back to our hotel which was the Marriott, with all of our stuff on a cart. If you are looking for a venue I seriously suggest going here. Not only is the place beautiful, but everything else is perfect and if you are flexible with your date you can get a really amazing price!! We are hoping someone else we know will get married there just so we can go and be guests at a wedding there. We couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out!!

From beginning to end the experience with them was great, they couldn't have been more professional or more accomodating. I would highly recommend them. Everyone said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Unbelievable!!!!

My daughter's wedding at the Ben was perfect. The food was plentiful & delicious. The service was superb, especially Ott, our Maitre D. The room is so beautiful and a perfect place for a wedding. The entire staff is so helpful in the planning stages & provided everything as promised.

Finley Catering and their staff hosted our wedding at the Crystal Tea Room and it was just amazing. The food and the quality of service was just outstanding and my guests are still talking about it!! I worked with Nicole and Miguel, and they were just so great to work with!! They were very responsive, answered all my questions and were so easy to work with!

Finley Catering was amazing! The food was delicious, the bars were stocked, the staff was friendly and helpful. They could not do enough for us. Ott was the best! I didn't have to worry about a thing the day of! Ott told us where to be and when to be there and everything flowed perfectly! The Ballroom at the Ben is breathtaking. It is the perfect mix between function and elegance. Our wedding was more than we ever dreamed it could be and we owe a great deal of gratitude to Finley Catering and the staff of The Ben for that!

The wedding of my daughter was simply perfect. From the 73 Chevy Nova ice sculpture to the cocktail hour on the surrounding balcony to party on the reception floor, everything was spectacular. Ott and his team made this celebration one that will be hard to forget. Our family and friends are still raving about it a week later.

I was so very pleased with the service that I received from Finely Cathering and the Ballroom at the Ben. Nicole was my contact over there, and she was absolutely amazing!! She always answered all my questions so very promptly and was always available and accomodating whenver I asked her anything about our wedding! She was organized and thorough and just such a pleasure to work with. She took great time out and she made it feel like she was always helping me to the best of her ability. I really appreciated her attention to detail as well, particularly because I was so obsessed with having everything be perfect.

Ott was also an amazing person to work with. He really took the time out to please us and our families and make sure everything with the food and service was perfect for that day!

The venue was just the start to the perfect wedding. Ott was amazing and handled everything. I did not have to lift a finger or worry about anything. If there were any problems, which I do not believe there were, I did not hear about them. I had complete confidence in the staff and especially in Ott. The food was amazing and so was the whole package!

The room is gorgeous! Kathleen and Miguel were great work with. The food was amazing from the cocktail hour to dinner to the Viennese Room. I have never seen a Viennese Room like it before! One of our guests said that they just stood in the room and watched people's expressions as they walked into the room and saw all of the decadent desserts and after dinner cordials. Everything about The Crystal Tea Room was amazing!

Our daughter was married at the Ballroom at the Ben on 8/14/2011. My husband and I were thrilled with every facet of the event. The
ceremony was beautiful and organized perfectly by Ott who later moved our magnificent chupah to a different location with the wedding cake displayed under it. The cocktail hour was perfection with fabulous food and great service. Our band, Janis Nowlan Band, was the best.
Dinner was delicious and the Viennese Room was incredible, with a wonderful array of awesome desserts. All of of our guests were very impressed and raved about everything. Ott and the staff were truly
incredible and met every one of the family's wishes and needs, and
this was all amazing, since the wedding plans began and culminated in this phenomonal event in just 6 weeks. WOW!

My daughter Chelsea married her best friend Jimmy on Sat. June 4,2011. The ceremony was held at St Christopher Church in the northeast. After a fun filled trolly ride the wedding party joined our 240 guests for the most spectacular cocktail hour and reception that I have ever been to! When my husband and I went in to view the venue before our guests arrived I was "Stunned" by the beauty of well...EVERYTHING!!! the tables of food, the servers all in their black tie splendor, the tables settings, EVERYTHING was even more special that I had envisioned! The staff at the Ballroom were more that accommodating they were perfect hosts! Thank you, thank you for making this the most special day for the newly married couple and for our entire family!
