I had such a wonderful experience at Crystal Bridal Boutique! From the moment I walked in, Marina, the owner, and her amazing team made me feel so welcomed and cared for. They are true professionals who combine warmth, patience, and taste. Marina has an incredible eye for detail and knows exactly how to help brides find the dress that truly reflects their personality. Perfect store for the stress-free shopping of a wedding dress

I have checked some many bridal stores, but no other stores could be compared with this one. From the moment I step into and till the last minute I was there, was like a magic. Marina, the owner of the store is so kind and attentive to details!!! The selection of dresses she made based on my inspiration pictures was exactly what I wanted. The gown that I had finally bought was the second one that I tried there. And it's hard for me to imagine myself in a different dress. I highly recommend you Crystal Bridal Boutique if you want to be covered with attention and tenderness while wedding shopping.

Incredible Experience

I recently had an absolutely outstanding experience at Crystal bridal, and I can’t wait to share it! After visiting four other shops and feeling completely lost about what I wanted, I walked into this store, desperate for help and inspiration. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by Crystal, who truly felt like an angel sent to guide me on this journey. Within just five minutes, she expertly eliminated some styles I definitely wouldn't go for, making the whole process feel so much more manageable. Crystal presented me with three gowns, and to my amazement, I loved every single one of them! They were all so different from anything I had tried on before. However, I still felt like there was something missing. That’s when she offered to make changes to one of the gowns and showed me a vision of how it could look. In that moment, I just knew—it was the one! Later on, I discovered that Crystal is actually the designer of that beautiful gown. It was such a pleasure to work with her, and knowing that this gown is a unique piece that no one else will have makes it even more special. I can't recommend this bridal shop enough! If you're feeling overwhelmed, don't hesitate to visit—they’ll make your bridal dreams come true! 💖

Wonderful Experience

I had the most wonderful experience purchasing my wedding dress at Crystal Bridal and I cannot recommend it enough! I found the perfect gown that made me feel like a princess. The alteration process was a breeze, the seamstress did a fantastic job ensuring that the dress fit me like a glove. I felt the store feeling overjoyed and confident. Absolutely amazing service

I do not usually write reviews, but I simply couldn't overlook the outstanding service I received at this wedding dress shop. This was my fourth appointment trying on dresses and I was not sure what to expect since my previous experience was not as great. I also booked my appointment during the week because the weekend proved to be quite a challenging experience due to the shops being overly busy.
The minute I walked in, I was greeted with such a genuine smile, warmth and professionalism from Marina that set the tone for the entire experience. Despite my initial skepticism, she went above and beyond to cater to my needs and preferences, ultimately helping me find the perfect dress that surpasses my expectations. What truly stood up for me her genuine desire to make sure I was happy with my choice. Not only did she offer valuable insight and guidance, but she also made me feel like a priority throughout the entire process. The level of service I received was unmatched, and I was blown away by her dedication to making my wedding dress shopping experience truly unforgettable. Magical Experience

I had the most incredible experience at this bridal boutique! I visited them in Brooklyn as well and really enjoyed it a lot. They truly set the bar high when it comes to exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, I felt like a VIP. Not only did they help me find my dream dress, but I also had the privilege of meeting the talented designer Crystal, who will be creating my gown. I had been to 2 different stores before and let me tell you, my experience at Crystal Bridal Boutique was AMAZING. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a genuine smile on the face and everyone there - is extremely friendly and helpful. The person that was helping me was Marina and she was INCREDIBLE! She made me feel so welcomed and when she helped me try on dresses she made me feel so comfortable. I felt like I’ve known her all my life when I had just met her that day. I definitely recommend this boutique to everyone. Marina thank you again for making me feel like a regular person and not just a plus sized girl trying to find a dress just like all the other dress places make you feel like.

Great Staff and Seamstress!

The staff at Crystal Bridal was amazing! They helped me find my perfect dress. I also HIGHLY recommend their seamstress Julia! She has the hands of gold. She made me a custom build up that looked phenomenal. I couldn't be happier with the dress and alterations! They acceded my expectations!!!

Truly Amazing Dress shopping Experience

My experience at Crystal Bridal Boutique was truly amazing! It was definitely worth two hours drive. From the moment you book your appointment to the day you arrive! Marina make you feel so welcomed and very comfortable to be with. You can definitely tell she loves what she do. She was so amazing, detailed, caring and made sure to assist me with all of the questions I had. She made this process so easy and really helped me figure out where I wanted to be. I SAID YES TO THE DRESS at Crystal Bridal.

Best dress Shopping experience

I had the best dress shopping experience at Crystal Bridal !! It was a more relaxed and fun environment compared to some other shops. What I loved the most that my bridal consultant Gina was not pushy at all knowing my circumstances. She let me try the gowns even though she knew I already purchased a gown. I ended up buying my dream dress anyway at Crystal Bridal since they had helped me so much. Highly recommend going here, brides to be!!

My sister found the perfect dress at Crystal Bridal Boutique and spoke very highly of Marina. That is why I went there for my gown also. The attention I was given was wonderful. My daughter had nothing but praise for the staff at Crystal Bridal Boutique. She chose the dress she wanted and then brought me back for my approval. It was absolutely beautiful and well within her price range. Her ladies are getting their dresses there also.

I searched for my dress for weeks in every bridal shop in the area. When I finally got to Crystal Bridal Boutique in Brooklyn I found my dress immediately. Marina knew exactly what I was looking for and as soon as I tried it on I knew it was the one. I wish I had come here first.

Crystal Bridal Boutique has the best selection of wedding gowns anywhere in the New York area. I had been to several others before I went here and there was no comparison. I love the gown that they found for me and my bridesmaids are very happy with their choice of dresses too. They will all be future customers I am sure.

I worked with Crystal Bridal to find my dress for my upcoming wedding. This was the third bridal salon that I visited and I feel in love after seeing a dress on the mannequin through their window. The sales associate has been extremely helpful throughout this process as I have made quite a bit of alterations. They have been a pleasure to work with and I hope to work with them again for other special occasions.

I would recommend Crystal Bridal Boutique to any bride who is looking for the perfect wedding dress. I found mine with their help and I love it. When I put my dress on it brought me to tears and I knew it was the one. They also were excellent in helping my bridal party and my mother is selecting their dresses. I can’t wait to see them on my wedding day and I can’t wait for my future husband to see me in my beautiful gown.

My daughter came here to select her dress and find the dresses for her ladies. She had nothing but good things to say about the service and selection. When my bridal party went with me to Crystal Bridal they were all very impressed with the attention given to them by Maryna and her staff. I had already selected my dress the week before and left it to her to offer some selections. They all agreed on the second dress they were shown in the pale yellow color that I had chosen. I never thought that I could get all these girls to agree that quickly. Maryna really helped make it happen.

The staff at Crystal Bridal was wonderful when I selected my gown. The consultant was very intuitive when it came to understanding when it came to the look that I wanted. Crystal Bridal has a beautiful selection of quality wedding dresses. Maryna was great and made my dress shopping experience very pleasant. I got stuck at work past the store hours, but Maryna waited for me! I'm so happy my friend recommended Crystal bridal, because I was starting to lose hope.

I just got my dress at Crystal Bridal and I love it. The staff was very attentive and pleasant, they helped me pick my dress, my bridesmaid dresses, accessories, flower girls... ! I particularly appreciated the fact that it stays open late even during the week ends. I would recommend it to everyone.

What a pleasure! I had a great experience shopping for myself & my bridal party at Crystal Bridal, and what I loved most was that they made me feel special every step of the way. I originally came in with my mom, without an appointment, just to see if there was any availability, to my surprise, they were able to do my consultation right then and there. The sales consultant was very professional and good at picking dresses that catered to my taste and like. I came in with a particular idea in my head, but unfortunately still had a budget to stick to, but found many options that were within my price range. the consultant gave me plenty of opportunities to explain my vision, and she chimed in where needed and made my mom & I feel very comfortable (it wasn’t pushy at all like a lot of the other places I had visited in the past).
There were so many dresses to choose from that I thought to myself - how do you just choose one? That’s why I choose 2 dresses, I wore one for the ceremony and one to the reception. I also ended up coming back with my bridesmaids, and we ordered beautiful dresses for the girls, and my mom’s dress as well as my headpiece, earrings, and bracelet. My dresses were lovely, and I loved every single detail about them. The alterations were done without a problem, I came in for an initial alteration, and then a final one a few days before I picked everything up. The treatment from the staff was great. Overall, my experience at Crystal Bridal was fantastic. The staff looks like they’re happy to be there, and they’re very helpful & patient, and definitely know what they’re doing.

The Crystal bridal boutique is a great place to get a PERFECT bridal gown. I had an amazing experience shopping there not only for myself but for my 4 bridesmaids. In one stop I found what I exactly was looking for: the dress, jewelry, and bridesmaids dress. Marina took her time to help me with my choice, and she was right. I have got thousands of compliments on my dress on my wedding. Also, there are so many gorgeous dresses, it was even hard to pick the best among the four dresses I fell in love with, all of them were amazing. I definitely recommend everybody to go there, it worth it 100%

The Crystal Bridal Boutique on Ave U in Brooklyn is the best wedding dress and accessories store I have visited in the last six month. As a bride to be I was desperate to find the dress of my dream, and not only for me. My mother was able to find the dress for her as well, and that was easy. So, let me tell you why I am so grateful and appreciate the help of the owner Marina. First, I was referred there by my friend who also bought a wedding dress at Crystal Bridal, who told me that there is a great choice of dresses from Europe and the waiting time for the dress was about one and half month. I decided to check it out. The variety of dresses was amazing, I picked six dresses to try on, and Marina took her time to help me with my decision, she was very gentle, wise and skillful in the bridal fashion . Marina has a great personality, and I am happy I stopped there. I can't not to mention that there is a great choice of bridal accessories, including hair bands, earrings, bracelets, champagne glasses, garters and ring pillows. In other words, the Crystal Bridal Boutique is a one stop for everything a bride need, and I highly recommend it.

They called me to pick up my gown and I told them I would be in on 2/16/22 the girl says well hurry because the gown is taking up to much space oh really then the veil had to be ordered so I paid for half at the time I was told that when it came in they would call me they never did so today 3/16/22 I called the store the girls says it’s been here we have been calling you I didn’t get no calls I told her she oh well I told the other girls to call you well they didn’t unreal not nice and I spent over 2500 never again well I even suggest this shop DONE
