Best experience

I had the pleasure of having my wedding at Crystal Ballroom in Freehold. It was beautiful, unique and truly perfect for my husband and I. WOW is the first thing that came to mind. The staff was so personal and accommodating. In a way it felt like working with friends. Our wedding wouldn’t be as perfect as it was if the team wasn’t so well prepared. I’ve been to May weddings and I saw after the reception the bride or groom are looking for their flower baskets or the ring bearer signs. At the Crystal ballroom things were in the right hand at the right time. The food was great. The decor was OMG. The morning of the wedding was incredible. I absolutely love this place and I feel like the staff are now considered as family.

The Pinkneys Wedding 2025 (Emarld Ballroom)

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue for our wedding day. From the moment we first toured the space, we were blown away by the beauty, attention to detail, and the professionalism of the staff. Every part of the planning process was smooth and stress-free thanks to Megan and Amber. On the day of the wedding, everything was flawless-the setup was better than I imagined, the staff was incredibly attentive and kind, and the entire venue looked stunning. So many of our guest commented on how beautiful the space was and how smoothly everything ran. This venue played such a huge role in making our day feel magical. We are beyond grateful and would absolutely recommend it to any couple looking for a place that's not only gorgeous but also truly dedicated to making your big day unforgettable. Thank you again for everything!!!

Dream come true

I had the most incredible experience at this beautiful venue for my wedding! From the very first contact, Megan and the team were always quick to respond and made me feel at ease throughout the entire planning process. On the big day, everything was perfect and ran smoothly, thanks to the attentive and professional staff.
A special shout-out to my maître d', Amber who went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of. She made sure all my day-of requests were fulfilled and that everything ran smoothly. Thanks to their dedication, my wedding was truly a dream come true. Absolutely amazing

I booked this venue over a year in advanced and they were very communicative throughout that whole time.
They were able to accommodate certain things and were very flexible. Day of wedding went so smooth Amber was amazing! Megan was amazing!

I had the best night, there were literally no issues at all!

The food was great too!!
I would highly recommend this place for weddings or really any party that you wanna have.

I don’t have my pictures back yet otherwise I would post some to show you guys just how amazing that night went.

Beautiful venue with an amazing staff!

We can not say enough about the staff and services provided at the Crystal Ballroom at the Radisson in Freehold, NJ for our wedding! Megan and Amanda were super helpful and supportive during the planning process, always being available to answer ALL of my many questions. Rebecca was great, making it super easy and convenient to set up the room block right on site. Amber, our maitre d, was amazing with day of coordinating and all the setup making sure the day went smoothly. Everyone was super nice, easy to work with, and very accommodating to my requests and vision for the day. My guests are still talking about how amazing all the food was and there was a lot! Everything was so beautiful and the entire went day went perfectly. I loved how convenient it was to have everything all in one location! They also do specials throughout the year and we got an amazing deal!!! I highly recommend The Crystal Ballroom for your wedding!!

emerald ballroom

We were in the Emerald Ballroom for ceremony and reception. I gave my team such little direction and minimal decor and they made the space a dream come true. Amber was so helpful the entire night and Megan was always available to answer all my questions since my first tour til the wedding night. Amber did an amazing job with setting up the reception space. All my guests were so impressed with cocktail hour and all the food! 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing doesn't even begin to explain

Everyone was amazing. We wanted for nothing and as a bride that meant everything to me. Amber made sure that everything was perfect and that my husband and I were taken care of when it came to food and enjoying our night. I recommend this venue to everyone and I thank them for my fairytale wedding

Best of the best!

I couldn’t have asked for a better venue. From the beginning to the big day, the crystal ballroom really just handled everything and made the day amazing. Megan was great during the planning process, she answered every single question pretty much instantly and helped me so much. Rebecca was great when it came to our hotel block and always kept us updated. The hotel was so accommodating to us and our guests. No one had a single complaint! On the day of, Amber handled every single thing. From setting up our decor, to guiding our vendors, to even making sure I always had a drink in my hand. She worked so hard, and it was very impressive. She thought of things that I didn’t even think of myself! I felt so at ease the whole time, and like I was in really good hands. This team really cares about their brides and grooms. They go above and beyond. They were more than I could have ever imagine and helped make my day go better than I could have ever asked for. Get married here!! You won’t regret it. My guests also said the food was amazing, and the space was stunning! Also the bridal suite is awesome- huge space perfect for getting ready. I could go on and on about how many little things they thought of and how there are so many great things about this venue but sadly I am running out of characters!

Absolutely amazing!

My now husband and I began looking at venues in 2022. The Crystal Ballroom was the first and only place we looked. As soon as we began speaking to the staff and saw the rooms, we loved it. We got married last Friday and everything went incredibly smoothly due to the amazing staff. Amber, Sammi, Maria, and Megan were so great with all of their help with everything from planning months in advance to everything that day. I highly recommend The Crystal Ballroom. Fantastic Venue

I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with all the staff at The Crystal Ballroom. From the very first meeting to the day of the event, everyone was helpful, kind, caring and attentive. Our wedding had about 125 people and everything went off without an issue. Our Maitre D Amber was beyond amazing the day of the wedding. The food and drinks were insanely good, no one had anything bad to say about any of the food. I would highly recommend booking your wedding or event here. The price, staff and venue are impeccable. If i have another large event in the future, they will be my first call.

Our Perfect Day

Look no further and book your wedding here. The team that is provided to you (Elizabeth and Megan) are legit rock stars. They were so helpful with all the thousands of questions I asked them throughout the process and eased any concerns/nerves we had. Amber our Maître D' was like a super hero! She handled everything with such attention to detail and was so fun to work with. It was so nice knowing I had her by my side that day to guide us through. The food and cocktails were amazing and the dance floor is HUGE! The ballroom is so beautiful. We cannot thank the team enough for making our day perfect (we are just so sad it is over!) Fairy Tale come true...

Emerald Ballroom 1.22.22
What an amazing team! They gave us our DREAM wedding. Elizabeth (catering director) settled our fears when we came to her with concerns of past negative reviews, she asked us to trust her & the team that they promised everything would be perfect, and it was! Sam the general manager, we feel like her & Marvin (maître d) waited on us hand & foot. We never waited for a drink or food. The food was delicious. The bartenders Chris, Darryl, & Anthony TOP NOTCH so kind and attentive. (After party & night before wedding) What I can tell you honestly the communication was on point. Up until the wedding our point of contact went through like 5 different people before landing on Elizabeth with the change in staff. I laid it all out to Elizabeth and she listened and helped make everything perfect. I came to her that I was worried my overnight guests would be turned away or not enough room, she had Tyler work with me to calm my fears and everything was smooth NO ISSUES! I told Sam & Marvin some issues I thought may arise the day of and they made sure any changes day of came to us as a couple first. We checked in the night before and had zero problems, our guests checked in with no problems. Breakfast the morning after was amazing! French toast sticks are bomb. My ceremony & reception was gorgeous we used Radisson’s centerpieces, most décor, backdrop, linens, and pedestals. We supplied signs for tables and card box, but they have if you need I believe. My advice for couples is bring extension cords, lol we felt there was not enough outlets personally, and no usb ports in rooms. STAY OFF SOCIAL MEDIA! If you have a problem or concern, go to Radisson right away lay it out there. I was horrified at first, but my day turned out perfect! Be open & honest with them and they will be honest with you.

Employees: Super sweet, caring, attentive, helpful, courteous & receptive.
Food: All of the food for our wedding was delicious no complaints
Hotel: Zero issues with check in check out, rooms were clean, no issues.
Communication: no issues, I felt we were responded to in a timely manner

Words cannot describe the venue enough Joe & I are so happy! The feeling we got when we first booked is what we ended our wedding with.
Elizabeth, Sam, Tyler, Marvin, Chris, Darryl, Anthony, & the front desk staff you have all made our wedding a dream come true thank you so much for everything we appreciate you all so much.

Dream Come True

My daughter's wedding at the Crystal Ballroom was a dream come true! They answered a million questions for us before the big day, and they were always helpful and cheerful. The room and lighting and garden were perfect. On the day of, the staff was so helpful and happy to give us any special requests. The food was delicious and beautifully served. Most importantly we had a wonderful time celebrating as a family and my daughter will always be proud of this wedding! Thank you!

Amazing!

I had my wedding at the Crystal Ballroom on 7/16/2021. Everything was perfect from start to finish!!

I booked my wedding back in 2019 with Heidi. I fell in love with the venue and a few days after my tour, I booked! When COVID came, I was very nervous about how the venue was going to proceed with postponements. They were so accommodating and allowed me to postpone with zero hassle. From the booking, to the postponement, to the menu detailing, Heidi was quick to answer all of my questions and provided guidance and clarity during so much uncertainty.

Prior to the wedding, I dropped off all of my personalized items for the wedding to Sam. She went over every detail with me to ensure that everything was planned as I had wanted. On the day of the wedding, Sam checked in with me multiple times while I was getting ready with my bridal party to assist us with anything we needed. Her eagerness to help was truly appreciated and made me feel at ease while I was nervous about my big day! Her generous and caring attitude made me realize that my event was in good hands and that I had nothing to worry about!

Sam and Eric executed my event and perfectly implemented every detail I asked of them. The Ceremony space was gorgeous and better than I could have ever imagined! Sam made sure my entire bridal party was lined up perfectly for the procession which was such a big help! Immediately after the ceremony, Sam and Eric greeted my fiancé and I with champagne and led us to our reserved table for cocktail hour. They brought us food from each station so that we could spend time greeting our family and friends. My husband missed the round of pizza bagels that were passed so Eric brought him his own tray of them! All of our family and friends raved about how amazing the Cocktail Hour food and service was and I agree! Prior to the reception, they brought my fiancé and I into the ballroom so that we could see it all set up and it was absolutely beautiful. We brought our own personalized Neon Sign and they were able to hang it right over our gift table. It looked beautiful and it was such a great touch!

During the reception, Sam and Eric made sure my fiancé had a drink at all times and they personally served us our meals. The food was delicious. Eric also made a point to bring us over to the dessert stations before it was open to our guests. They both checked in with us throughout the duration of the reception to ensure that we were satisfied with everything. The servers were phenomenal and made sure that all of our guests were taken care of. One server in particular took extra care of my grandmother who was chilly during the ceremony. This server brought a blanket over to my grandmother to accommodate her..I was so thankful!

At the end of the reception, Eric packed up all of our items and delivered them to our suite for us. This was a HUGE help and certainly did not go unnoticed. The entire event was perfect. We even hosted a breakfast in the atrium the following morning and Eric made sure everything was to our satisfaction! Sam and Eric were so accommodating the entire time and ensured that my big day went off without a hitch! It truly was the best day ever!!

Such an Amazing Experience !

Had an amazing site tour experiences with Diana ! Her personality was a huge plus ! She was extremely welcoming to my family and answered all questions we had fantastically. The best place for your wedding

The staff at The Radisson of Freehold were absolutely amazing! They made sure that everything was how it should be. Throughout the day and night they made sure I was taken care of and if I needed anything they were always there to help. Sam you are the absolute best Maitre D there is. July 20th 2019 Wedding Dreams Came True

We are Without Words!!!! We cannot truly express how AWESOME our July 20th, 2019 Crystal Ballroom reception was on the "hottest" day of the year!!! ;-) Family and Friends till this day...say how amazing it truly was. The venue was gorgeous, the cocktail hour knocked it out of the park, the entrees were delish!!! Coffee Bar was a magnificent finish. Guest were so happy. A wonderful thank you to Heidi, Melissa & Kelly from Catering, just THANK YOU!!!! Our Maître D’s Samantha for your thoroughness, and patience and was a huge help throughout the entire evening whether big or small. And to all the people behind the scene a thank you to you all as well. It made our wedding day perfect!!!!

Excellent, as promised

There’s an old and sadly too-true consumer-related joke that all pre-contract prospects are treated like they’re in heaven while most post-contract customers find out they’re actually in hell. This did not apply in any way to the wedding my wife and I made for our daughter and her now-husband this past weekend at the Freehold Radisson Crystal Ballroom. The entire team, across every aspect of the process, including Lauren, Heidi, Kelly, and Samantha couldn’t have been more pleasant, caring and responsive to the bride and groom as well as us from beginning to end. Professional, Thorough, Patient and Caring!

Words cannot truly express how fabulous our September 14th, 2019 outdoor wedding ceremony and Crystal Ballroom reception was due in large part to the amazing staff. Every aspect of our special day brought the highest praise from family and friends alike. The venue was stunning, the cocktail hour was out of this world, the entrees were delicious and the cordial station was a magnificent finish. One particular guest stated that she attends many weddings and our wedding was one of the best she ever attended. Amazing Event

We reside in the West Coast and decided to do our wedding in NJ since that’s where the majority of our family and friends live. Coordinating the event remotely was a challenge but the personnel at the Crystal Ballroom made it possible. The event was a success, the staff also coordinated with our 3rd Party vendors before and during the event. The service provided to the guest, the food, and dedication of everyone made the wedding as unforgettable as it can be. I would recommend the Crystal Ballroom to anyone organizing their wedding.

I cannot express how perfect everything about this venue is. Lauren, Kelly, Elina and Reena are the best team to work with. The planning process was smooth and stress free thanks to them. They made every moment from the moment we signed our contract to the last second of our reception, everything we had hoped it would be. Best bang for your buck venue!

I cannot rave enough about this venue! All of our needs were met and the staff went above and beyond to make our day extremely special and without hiccups. Specifically, Lauren, Catering Sales Director was very attentive and answered our questions immediately. Everything you could wish for!

Lauren and the rest of the Radisson Team were absolutely amazing! From day one they were attentive and made the entire process of planning a wedding easy and enjoyable. Any questions or concerns were immediately answered. All guests at our wedding raved about the food and set up - there truly was not one complaint. They Made Our Day!

The venue is gorgeous and my partner and I had a great experience here in February of 2019.

We met with Lauren in April of 2017. This was the third venue we had visited. The first was the right price, but not well-appointed. The second was stunning, but too expensive. The Crystal Ballroom was just right for us: a beautiful venue with good value, so we booked it! Lauren walked us through the whole process from booking to the big day. We knew we were in good hands.

When the big day arrived, the maitre d’ and her team really made my partner and I feel like VIPs. They also were hands on and detail oriented! We had purchased their pipe and drape decor, and had bought our own lights to hang behind it, but we didn’t bring nearly enough. They added in their own lights to supplement and it looked beautiful!

My partner and I had a great experience here! And one of my bridesmaids liked the venue so much that she booked it for her upcoming nuptials!

Excellent Experience

We had our triplets’ christening party here and we are VERY impressed!! The service from the moment we booked the room to the very end of the party and clean up was EXCELLENT!!! We just had our wedding here and it was nothing short of amazing. We booked this venue once we met our wedding coordinator Samantha. She was amazing through the entire process and at times we had some difficult requests. The amount of food and decor you receive for the price is unbeatable. We looked at 2 other venues in the area but the Crystal ballroom checked all our boxes off. From the booking time to a month after our wedding everyone was amazing. It was everything we dreamed of and more. Special thank you to Samantha, she’s the real deal!!!

Stellar Summer Wedding

I had my wedding at the Crystal Ballroom in July! Everything about this place from the delightful staff to the yummy food was beyond perfect!!! My wedding was a year ago and people are still raving how this was the best wedding they have ever been to. The outdoor patio space for cocktail hour was a huge hit. I don't even know where to begin with how amazing this venue was. My husband Carl and I wanted a smaller wedding so we chose the Emerald Ballroom for our reception and I couldn't have been happier. The perfect size, the most amazing colors and ambiance EVER. Our guests were totally blown away by the look of our room. It was intimate and focused on everyone, there was not one point where a guest did not get what they wanted. Our cocktail hour in the outside area and cocktail room was so personal. Our families were able to meet and talk and not feel there was too much hussle and bussle. Every guest came up to us and said the cocktail food was AMAZING and they could not believe dinner was being served afterwards, they were stuffed. We chose the best stations, they were raved about all night. Our ceremony, (I'm getting teary eyed as I write this) was PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT!!!! The weather was amazing the fountain and chairs just made it so great. I loved that the aisle was a perfect walk and that all the guests were able to see us the whole time. They made it look so amazing it was the happiest moment of our lives.

The night before the wedding the bridal suite was perfect my bridesmaids and I made our bouquets and enjoyed every second of the room. It was clean and the shower was to DIE FOR!!!!! The staff was so accommodating and anything we needed they were right there. (Even brought us a microwave when I had to make Mc & chz for my little ones) They were also accommodating with having rooms ready earlier the day of the wedding (our ceremony started at 6p) for our guests and for my Husband and groomsman to get ready. We appreciated that SOOOO much it was a huge help.

Last but not least, our wedding planners!!! THE BEST ON THE PLANET!!! Lauren & Amanda you guys will always be considered the reason we had the best most amazing day of our lives. To me you are both family and always will be. They made this process easy and priceless.

5 stars is not nearly enough to give the proper rating for The Crystal Ballroom and its ENTIRE staff. From the moment we called Lauren to set up a meet and tour to the minute we checked out the night before, it has been nothing but easy, fun and stress free. Every single question we had was answered in less than an hour. Every person we dealt with was pleasant, understanding and personable. On the wedding day, they set up everything exactly how I wanted it. Samantha our MatreD was our very own fairy godmother that day. She made sure we ate, helped with my bustle, made sure everything was in place and even brought everything to my parents car after. She went even above that to bring us champagne and food after the ceremony. Ariana made sure my dress was out and perfect as I walked down the aisle with my dad. NOT A SINGLE THING went wrong that day because of every single person that was involved. From day 1 16 months ago to the day before, Lauren made sure our dreams came true. Each and every one of them, Lauren, Sydney, Ariana, Samantha and even the woman at the buffet breakfast left us both speechless, thankful and satisfied 500%. WOW-where do I begin!? My fiance and I booked our wedding December of 2015 and just got married on June 18, 2017. It was wonderful experience all the way through! Everyone in the office was a pleasure to work with and always answered any questions I had in a timely and efficient manner.

My fiance and I do not reside in New Jersey, but this was no issue as the communication with the Radisson was effective and consistent. They always provide reminders and really help create an event that meets or exceeds expectation!

The property is kept up well and staff is so friendly! I highly recommend selecting this venue for your wedding or banquet gathering. The food is delicious and there are a lot to select from on the menu. The lighting alone in the ballroom can really act as a decoration in and of itself! I promise you will not be disappointed!

We booked our wedding with the Crystal Ballroom after visiting about 7 other Venues. The Crystal Ballroom had so much to offer us from the great menu to the gorgeous Ballroom to the beautiful outside scenery. We met with catering director Sydney Boyd the first time we visited the venue. She was amazing from the first day. Sydney was extremely helpful and very professional!! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how we envisioned it. I would not change a single thing about my wedding and that's an amazing feeling to have ! My husband and I had our wedding on 5/12/17 at the crystal ballroom. From the moment we booked 2 years ago we knew that we made the right choice. Sydney, Lauren, Katie, and Samantha made our whole process stress free and enjoyable. The venue is beautiful as well as the outside patio area. We also had our ceremony outside by the fountain which was so beautiful and looked just like paradise with all the palm trees & plants around the area. Our guests kept raving as to how delicious and plentiful the food was for cocktail hour, so much that some had little appetite for dinner! We had 3 signature stations which were amazing and super delicious and a signature drink which was pretty yummy! The dance floor is HUGE so there's more than enough room for your guests to dance and have a good time. Our wedding was a dream come true all thanks to the Crystal Ballroom. My husband and I were already married by the Justice of the Peace in December of 2016. However, my mother had wanted to throw us a formal reception. I had heard great things about The Crystal Ballroom from some of my clients and they were right! From the moment my husband and I walked into the Radisson of Freehold we knew that that was where we wanted to have our reception. Every single person on the staff there was absolutely amazing and couldn't be more helpful to us in planning our special day, again. Lauren was the best. She was our Cooridantor and she made everything about that day so easy, relaxed, and laid back so that I wasn't turning into a worry wart, but also was able to at the same time make that day what it was meant to be.. our wedding day. Their food was soooo delicious, and everyone was so attentive to our every want and/or need. Not just on our wedding day either.. if I had a question, I always got a response within a few hours, if not immediately. I had a vision for what I wanted our ballroom to look like and they made it look beyond my wildest dreams. And even more, there was no problem with the one thing that is always important to couples when looking around at venues, the budget. I just cannot say enough good things about this venue and the people that run it.

My daughters wedding was Dec of 2016. The Venue is AMAZING and so is the SERVICE. Sydney was awesome from the day we booked till the moment the wedding ended. All of our guest were amazed by the over the TOP cocktail hour and of course Dinner and desert. The service was endless and everyone so polite. Sydney and Lauren are two of the sweetest ladies . They made the planning of my daughters day seem like a easy process. I would so recommend the CRYSTAL BALLROOM to everyone. The Crystal Ballroom has beautiful Crystal chandeliers and is elegantly decorated. It was surely a Cinderella Wedding.. Thank You all

Our experience with this venue is beyond words. From the start Sydney, Lauren and Ashley were nothing short of spectacular. They were very attentive, answered all emails promptly (usually within a few hours!) which was extremely important to me. We felt very comfortable asking them questions as their responses were always friendly and professional. Everything was very organized, which made the planning process much easier. Chosing the menu, table settings and any extras was made extremely simple by the catering staff. We met the maitre d (Chris) a few days before the wedding and he put our minds at ease about the day of schedule. Once we met Chris we knew we were in good hands and the day of the wedding he was amazing. One of our guests even complemented how well everything was executed. Not only are the catering staff there to help with emails and planning but after our ceremony Sydney even helped my maid of honor bustle my dress and put my flats away for me. She as well as the other staff were incredible. We couldn't have asked for a better group of people to work with and the wedding was absolutely perfect in every way. We still have guests raving about the food (cocktail hour was incredible) and telling us how excellent the night was. We finished the night with the S'mores bar and milk and cookies bar, which were a huge success, all of our guests loved it - I would highly recommend it. If I could give this venue more than five stars I would. Our wedding was everything we hoped for and more and it is because of all of the sweet, caring people who work at this venue.

I don't even know where to start. From the moment i laid eyes on the venue up until my wedding day these ladies exceeded my expectations. My wedding day was truly amazing and i couldn't have had it any other way. The Crystal Ballroom staff was amazing and they made sure my husband and I was taken care of and happy. Giving the Crystal Ballroom 5 stars is the easiest reviewing decision I have ever made! We weren't exactly the most decisive couple, to put it mildly, and Sydney and the ladies in the catering office always rolled with our changes with a smile and a helpful attitude. No detail was too small, and the special requests related to my daughter's food allergies were treated as a high priority and with an extreme sense of urgency, which was an incredible comfort.

All of this meticulous planning resulted in a WONDERFUL ceremony and reception, with the Radisson staff (led by Maitre D' Christopher) working seamlessly with Mark Klatskin and Team (Ultrax DJs and Encore Entertainment) to create a wonderful event that was greatly enjoyed by all! We received regular updates about what to expect next, and we were truly made to feel like royalty while experiencing all the special touches from a staff that clearly knew how to maximize the bride and groom's experience!

As truly wonderful as everything was, the literal "icing on the cake" was when my daughter informed me that she had left her "allergy safe" dessert in my mom's car. Just when I was feeling resigned to the fact that Abbey would have to go without dessert, Christopher took the initiative to borrow my mom's valet parking ticket, go to her car and retrieve her dessert. Crisis averted and joy restored!!!

In closing, our decision to hold our event at the Crystal Ballroom was an excellent one, and we can't wait to return for an event next February!!! Thanks to all for an absolutely wonderful experience that we will NEVER forget!!!

My husband and I fell in love with the Radisson the second we walked into the lobby, then we met Sydney and knew this was the venue ... even before seeing the Crystal Ballroom in person. She was so warm and welcoming! Wedding planning was not the easiest time for me and I was beyond stressed durning it all, but Sydney and her team really helped me work it all out. I didn't met Sue till the Wednesday before the wedding, saying she's AMAZING is an understatement!! She was so easy to work with and made sure I was happy with everything and didn't needed a thing all night.

We choose the platinum package to use the fountain for our ceremony and the wine garden for our cocktail hour because when does it ever rain the begin of August? Well we made it with sunny skies and no rain till 6pm, the start of our ceremony. My husband came up stairs around 615pm to brake the news everyone was in the process of moving back inside. I didn't know weather to cry or panic knowing the ballroom was already set up; I took a deep breath and said it is what it is. We already had our pictures done and I wasn't going to let a rain ruin my day. Sydney and Sue got everyone to flip the ballroom in MINUTES. When I walked in I couldn't believe how fast everyone worked to make it work as best as they told and move 171 people with no trouble! It was all perfect and they let us run our ceremony a little late!

Our guest can't get over how delicious the food was! The platinum package offers a little of everything for everyone. The sundae bar during the reception was a huge hit!

Thank you to everyone at the Crystal Ballroom for making our day everything and more!

The Crystal Ballroom made our wedding day everything we dreamed of. There were there to help us with all of the planning, and they made sure every last detail was perfect. I had a few special requests and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we wanted. And on our wedding day we were taken care of. They set a table aside for us during the cocktail hour, among our guests, and brought us plates from each station and did the same at dessert. We actually ate our dinner, danced with our guests, and had an amazing time!

There aren't enough wonderful words to say about how perfect our wedding day was on 7/17/16. Sydney and Lauren were beyond amazing throughout the entire wedding planning process. They were there to answer all of our questions with certainty, clarity, and speed! After every phone call, meeting, email exchange, we always felt good about what was happening. Everything that we envisioned, the Sydney and Lauren made sure that it would happen. Leading up to the big day, Sue met with me to go over all of the decorations and ceremony items that I brought. We sat for a super long time going over everything making sure that all of the signs etc are displayed exactly as I wanted. Sue was so helpful giving her opinion when I asked and giving me honest answers. On the wedding day, we were blown away with how beautifully the room was set up. It was truly more gorgeous than we had envisioned and it was because of the amazing ladies who helped bring my ideas to fruition! The overall experience was just perfect and we are so sad that the day is over, but we will always cherish the memories from our picture perfect wedding. My husband and I were so happy with the Crystal Ballroom! Not only is the venue gorgeous, but the service is over the top!!! I had the BEST wedding experience with Crystal Ballroom and the wedding coordinators! From the very beginning, they made sure to meet all of our needs that met our budget. Their hospitality was amazing and all my questions and requests were always met. Their "stress free" wedding motto is TRUE! They made the planning very easy and Sydney and Lauren were always available to answer anything I needed!

We can't begin to thank the Crystal Ballroom staff enough for making our wedding truly magical. There was literally not a single thing that went wrong (excluding my jacket button popping, but they had a sewing kit to fix it!). It was absolutely unbelievable how perfect it was. Sue,the maitre d` was wonderful with supplying us with food and drinks from the cocktail hour to dessert. While we felt she was always there if we needed her, we did not feel that she “hovered,” letting us truly enjoy the night. The entire staff was beyond excellent and the room was beautiful and set up exactly how we planned. We don't only want to thank the staff for the one night, but for the two years that led up it. Every time we went to see anyone at the Radisson, they knew who we were and made this whole process easy and fun. We have been overwhelmed with guests complimenting us on how wonderful a time they had and how delicious the food was. We had our wedding reception at the Crystal Ballroom on June 10th and we can't say enough good things about our experience. Everyone we worked with, from day one, was friendly, informative, supportive and went over and above to make us happy. The food was delicious, the room was gorgeously decorated and our guests were well taken care of. And my husband and I were completely spoiled all evening! We never had an empty glass the whole night. The bridal suite was perfect to get ready in and the beds were very comfortable.

Thank you Sydney, Lauren, Ashley, Deanna and Sue for making our wedding reception everything we wanted it to be! They were all so attentive and easy to work with! I highly recommend this venue!

The Crystal Ballroom at the Freehold Radisson did an amazing job with our wedding. Sydney and her team threw a wonderful party. When we booked they told us it's a stress free wedding with them and they were not kidding. They made sure everything went according to plan and on schedule. Sydney made us feel like we were family and catering to our every need for our big day. Sue, our Maitre D, was wonderful. Setting up the wedding procession and entry into the ballroom after the ceremony and attending to anything we needed throughout the night. The food was delicious and cake was beautiful and delicious (by Chocolate Carousel). Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you to Sydney, Sue and the crew for everything. A memorable evening.

We just recently got married at the Crystal Ballroom and everything was amazing! From the first meeting we had with Andrea we knew this was the place we wanted to get married! We searched several different wedding halls all around NJ, but nothing impressed us as much as the Crystal Ballroom. As we got closer to the date, Melissa was constantly in contact with us and was always there to answer questions! She gave us advice when we needed it and kept me calm from all the planning stresses! If Melissa was not in the office, Sydney and Ashley were quick to help us also. Deanna was the person who helped us with all the hotel room blocks and was amazing also! We had about 60 rooms booked the night of the wedding! She kept us updated constantly sending us lists of rooms booked so we were prepared with enough hotel gift bags. The night of the wedding was absolutely perfect! The hall looked beautiful and we are still receiving compliments! Sydney, Melissa, and Ashley were there to keep me calm before the ceremony and assure me that everything was going to be perfect. They made sure my dress was all set prior to walking down the aisle. Once the ceremony was over they came into the ballroom with me so I could get my dress bustled. My husband found my mom and she showed them how it was bustled and they all got down to bustle my dress! They explained that there was a table set up with all the cocktail hour foods for my husband and I and gave us lots of advice for the night. They were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process and we are so happy we chose the Crystal Ballroom! We couldn't have asked for more! I will recommend this place forever and will be sure to use them again for any party needs!

Everything was amazing from beginning to end. My only concern was that from the time I booked and the time my event took place, the girls in the office changed 3 times. I felt like I had to double check everything and confirm everything being it was someone different every time. Luckily, every single lady was AMAZING. From answering emails promptly to even helping my girls bustle my dress!

The girls at the Crystal Ballroom were amazing beyond words. Our wedding was more then we could have ever expected it to be. From the food, decoration and service everything was perfect! My now husband and I fell in love when we first saw the Crystal Ballroom and are glad we booked our wedding! Sydney was a doll during the whole planning process and was there to help the whole way through. Definitely couldn't have done it without her! :)

We had our wedding here this past weekend on March 5th, 2016 and it was everything I ever dreamed it would be and more...Deanna Ricioppo, the room sales coordinator, provided us with the best customer service! We had a very large group staying at the hotel (almost 50 rooms) and it was very chaotic at times planning all the details and getting in all our last minute reservations. Deanna was with us every step of the way ensuring that everything with our rooms went flawlessly and I could not be happier!
Sydney, Melissa, and Ashley from the catering office were also outstanding! Every detail was perfect and our guests are still raving about the venue - how beautiful everything was, how well timed and organized the entire event was from beginning to end, the amazing food and beautiful ceremony set up. Sydney made sure that my husband, my parents, and myself had an opportunity to eat at our cocktail hour when things were very overwhelming to me. Without her, I wouldn't have been able to enjoy all the delicious food and drinks that we selected!! These girls all work so hard and it really showed!
Sue, our maitre'd was AMAZING. Every single detail, every decoration, every menu item was PERFECT. My husband and I were so well taken care of, we didn't ever even have to ask for anything.
I cannot even state in words how thankful I am to the staff of this venue - I am so happy we chose to have our wedding here and I would recommend this to any future bride looking for the perfect place to have the wedding of their dreams!!

My daughter had the bridal shower at the Atrium Ballroom. It was the perfect venue for the number of guests we had planned. Melissa, Ashley and Sydney made the preparation so easy. Corliss and Kassie were so kind and courteous at the event. Food was delicious, guests loved it. Made my daughter so special.

The Crystal Ballroom did an AMAZING job with my wedding. I got married in over two feet of snow in one of the biggest blizzards in NJ history and the staff at the Crystal Ballroom pulled off my wedding as perfectly as if there weren't a single flake of snow outside.

We knew from the day we met Andrea that the Crystal Ballroom was going to throw us an amazing wedding. In fact, we were already set on booking our wedding elsewhere and just went to check out the Crystal Ballroom for fun, but the staff were so amazing in that initial meeting that my husband and I instantly both changed our minds and put our deposit down with the Crystal Ballroom. Didn't hurt that they offered a huge value for a winter wedding- we got so much food and upgrades for a great price! (And everyone continues to rave about cocktail hour!) From that day on, the whole wedding planning process was a breeze and the staff were super friendly, professional, and responsive. They were like my personal wedding planners and walked through my hundreds of (probably very annoying) questions with huge smiles on their faces.

The week of the wedding the blizzard forecast got pretty intense. They gave me the option to reschedule the wedding but at the same time guaranteed me that if I wanted to move forward, that they were there to have my wedding and everything would be perfect. I definitely didn't want to deal with rescheduling, and Sydney assured me it would be awesome (and make for great photos!) and calmed my fears of moving forward with the blizzard in the forecast.

The blizzard was insane, but my wedding was a dream come true! It was perfection. Everything looked beautiful, the food was delicious, and our maitre'd Peter was so helpful throughout the whole day. Everyone was so and positive and helpful that I didn't even stress out about the blizzard. A HUGE thank you to the extremely talented staff at the Crystal Ballroom!
