  Wonderful!

  The Crystal Ballroom was better than my dream wedding and half of that was due to Sondra and her team. The venue is absolutely gorgeous! They have decorations and table cloths available to use, there's a space for the bride and groom to get ready in (there is a lot of room in each) and there is two separate rooms, one for the ceremony and one for the reception. The chandeliers sparkle so much and they can be dimmed and make for the perfect lighting at any moment all throughout the venue. I seriously can't picture a better venue for my wedding! Everything is indoors so no need to worry about the weather... or wind and no need to worry about flipping the ceremony to the reception area because there are two spaces. There is even an extra room connected to the main reception area which we set up for the kids and they loved it! Sondra and her team were more than perfect! They were so flexible and incredibly sweet, they put my husband and I first and helped create our perfect day! If you love sparkles, or elegant locations you cannot find a better venue than the Crystal Ballroom!

  Absolutely fabulous!

  This venue was absolutely gorgeous, but it wouldn't have been the same without the diligence of Sondra Borth. She showed us the venue, she kept in contact throughout the process, she answered questions, and she made sure we stayed on track. She made the entire day more special!

  A Fantastic Venue!

  We were really planning to have our wedding in Wichita. We visited this venue after finding it online, because why not? We instantly fell in love! Not only is this venue absolutely beautiful, but they are so easy to work with! Sondra went above and beyond. She was very helpful leading up to the wedding and the day of. Our wedding day went just as we had hoped! The get ready rooms are very nice. The bridal room is beautiful! And so clean! The huge kitchen area was perfect. We loved how we didn’t need a room flip as the ceremony and reception were in separate rooms. We weren’t limited to only using certain vendors for food or bar. We loved the flexibility! Honestly, I cannot recommend this place enough! It is definitely one you should add to your list to visit!

  Happy Groom

  Crystal ballroom was a gorgeous venue. Everything was clean and well maintained. Sondra and staff were very easy to work with and we would recommend the venue to anyone looking. We are out of town and the venue was well worth the drive.

  The amenities and personal service were outstanding! Our guests and vendors felt very welcomed and were very complimentary of the venue and service. Sondra was wonderful to work with throughout the planning leading up to the event, and she gave excellent recommendations for additional services. The event was perfect from start to finish! Our family would like to express our gratitude to the staff at The Crystal Ballroom for creating such a beautiful and stress-free environment. We left Hutchinson feeling like we made many new friends, and we would highly recommend this venue!

She answered every question I had (and believe me, I had a bunch), she walked me through the expectations and was even there on my wedding day making sure the air was set on the perfect temp and that we had everything we needed! The setup and tear down was the least stressful part of my perfect day. Tables were all setup where I wanted them and they even clean up and tear down for you after your event! I cannot say enough amazing things about this venue. Definitely some of the best money we spent for our wedding!

  Amazing. Helpful. Easy to Work with.

  The owner is very friendly and willing to help you with what ever you are needing for your event. I had a wedding there and it was beautiful and perfect. Nothing went wrong and at the end they had helped us clean up the room and everything we brought in was accounted for. Amazing service, beautiful place. Would recommend.

  Amazing, Beautiful Venue

  We had an amazing experience with our wedding and the planning process. Sondra is so organized and knowledgeable and helped with details that I wouldn't have even thought about! Not to mention the entire venue is absolutely gorgeous! We would highly recommend the Burt for anyone planning a wedding in the Hutchinson area.

  Beautiful, extravagant, everything worked as smoothly as it could have with the help of Crystal ballroom staff!

  The Crystal ballroom was the perfect place to celebrate our wedding for my husband and I. Sondra was easy and fun to work with and took care to do everything she could to make the evening perfect (adjusting the lighting the way we wanted, setting up and tearing down, cleaning dishes, helping us coordinate walking down the aisle, keeping us updated on COVID rules, etc). The place is extravagant and artistic—Our pictures came out amazing! It was easy to decorate with the place already so beautiful. Also the ceremony/reception transition was made easy with the two rooms and lobby area. 10/10 recommend the Crystal ballroom!

  Beautiful venue for a decent price

  Such a beautiful venue with a state of the art sound system, massive chandeliers, and stunning bridal/gentleman’s sweet. Sandra and her staff were extremely helpful (even more so while dealing with the pandemic). I would suggest this place 100000%.

  Wedding Reception at the Crystal Ballroom

  We were lucky enough to celebrate our sons wedding reception at the beautiful Crystal Ballroom in Hutchinson. I can not emphasize enough how breathtaking this venue is. The pictures are gorgeous but to really understand the beauty of this venue, you need to see it in person. The staff is equally amazing!! They were on site to answer and handled any questions or concerns we had IMMEDIATELY. They were there to see to it that this evening was perfect in every way. The tables, linens and chairs (provided by the venue) were elegant and gave the perfect touch to the ballroom. The separate bridal suite and grooms room is the perfect space for the bridal party to get ready and just be together to talk and laugh and make those once in a lifetime memories. I just can’t say enough about this venue and staff. So, if you want a magical, breathtaking venue for your dream wedding/reception ( or any special event) the Crystal Ballroom at the Burt in Hutchinson is where you need to go!!

  We were lucky enough to celebrate our sons wedding reception at the beautiful Crystal Ballroom in Hutchinson. I can not emphasize enough how breathtaking this venue is. The pictures are gorgeous but to really understand the beauty of this venue, you need to see it in person. The staff is equally amazing!! They were on site to answer and handled any questions or concerns we had IMMEDIATELY. They were there to see to it that this evening was perfect in every way. The tables, linens and chairs (provided by the venue) were elegant and gave the perfect touch to the ballroom.   My overall experience with the CBR was GREAT!

  Sondra was extremely great to work with and very accommodating, especially with having to reschedule due to Covid. The venue itself is so gorgeous and my guests were in awe with its beauty. Highly recommend.

  The crystal ballroom is absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect place for our new years eve wedding. The staff was super helpful the day of as well! Everything turned out absolutely perfect.
