We had the best experience with Cruise-A-Palooza for our wedding! They were so flexible and accommodating, and our driver went above and beyond - he arrived early, was extremely professional, and made the whole experience memorable for us and our guests. The staff at Cruise-A-Palooza made the planning process easy and hassle-free. We are so grateful for Cruise-A-Palooza for making everything so perfect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone looking for a party bus, and also anyone on the fence... DO IT! You won't regret it! -

We got married on 05/29/26 and had an absolutely amazing experience with Cruise-A-Palooza. Our driver was Tom and he was awesome! All of our guests said the shuttle was on time for both pickups and they were able to get to the ceremony before it started safely and efficiently. My husband and I took the shuttle back to the hotel at the end of our wedding night and were so happy we got to experience the shuttle ourselves! Tom was so nice and played the best music! The seats were comfortable, there were different colored lights, and AC (honestly this was so great after dancing all night). We kept saying how we wanted him to just keep driving so we could enjoy the music and the ride! We spoke with Derek and Brittany throughout the process leading up to the wedding and they were very prompt and so kind to communicate with. Derek reassured us about our timeline and Tom really was the perfect driver. I would recommend Cruise-A-Palooza 100 times over! They were truly an amazing vendor and one of the best to work with!Cruise-A-Palooza Party Bus's reply:

The pictures say it all. The driver added to what was already a special day. Driving safe, very accommodating, special added extra mile service. We got married in October 2025 - our ceremony was in Fontana, WI, and our reception was in Delavan, WI. Cruise-A-Palooza was so fantastic on so many levels because they: 1) were on time; 2) were very good at communication leading up to the wedding day and on the actual day; 3) the bus was INCREDIBLY clean; and 4) booking was very easy. We booked the Paragon bus, and it was perfect for our very large, 21-person bridal party and parents. I should also note that the speakers on the bus are fantastic - we had a great time on the ride to and from the ceremony location! The bus was also roomy, and it was at a comfortable temperature. The company's knowledge of the area was also very helpful for us. For example, there was unexpected construction that we were worried was going to mess up our timeline because it would necessitate taking a detour between the ceremony location and the reception location. When we called the company to talk about it, they were already fully up to speed about the construction, and they offered to come earlier to give us an extra cushion on our timeline. We obviously had to pay for that, but the modification of the original booking was so easy. The bus driver was also incredibly nice and super helpful. We had a very positive experience with this company!! -

We had a great experience!
We had a great experience with cruise-a- palooza! Our driver was so kind, the bus was clean and we had a safe ride. Our driver was also very understanding that photos at the ceremony took longer than expected so we would not have time for our second destination. Our driver double checked with me (the bride) and we were on our way! He also was very courteous in getting off the bus and greeting us at the door upon entry and leaving as well! -

Thank you for helping make our wedding day complete! I am a vendor IN the wedding industry (Floral business owner), and this experience was the icing on the cake for the end of our night. Derek, our driver, was a gentleman helping myself and my giant dress get in and out of the bus. We were able to create the environment WE wanted without having a safety care in the world! In fact, we should've just stayed on the bus and skipped the bars lol!
I'll be recommending Cruise-a-Palooza to anyone and everyone I know. -

Cruise A Palooza is an AMAZING company! We hired them for our wedding in Lake Geneva, WI in June. The manager contacted me prior to and after our wedding to go over details or answer questions. On the day of, the driver arrived on time and was SO kind. Our ceremony ran later than expected and he was so helpful to adapt to any changes we needed. The bus was very clean and the stereo system worked perfectly. Being on the party bus with my wedding party was one of my favorite memories from the entire day! THANK YOU so much Cruise-A-Palooza! -

5***** Bright Stars. Great folks to work with. Laura and Barbara deserve big bonuses and raises. Definitely 2 of the nicest folks I have worked with via phone and emails. Cruise-A-Palooza helped us transport wedding guest over a three day period, including to and from the airport, wedding party for church rehearsal, and then dinner.
170 wedding guest to and from church on that special day.
Very professional, responsive, and accommodating for last minute schedule changes. Numerous wedding guest appreciated the services provided by the professional and charismatic drivers.

Wedding Transportation
The service we received for our wedding was absolutely fantastic! As we had a last minute decision to provide transportation to our guests as well as for our wedding party we were thrilled to find a transportation service last minute. They were extremely helpful during the process of deciding how many hours as well as what size bus was needed. They contacted us in the days leading up to the wedding to ensure we had no last minute changes they needed to account for. The driver was professional, friendly, and a very good driver making it a comfortable and safe ride. We utilized them for transportation for our guests and then transitioned it to our wedding party at 11pm. We were able to have them take us from the venue to a bar and back to the hotel. The bus was clean, comfortable, and accommodated Bluetooth music we were able to connect to and play our own music. We could not have asked for a better transportation service or driver at a reasonable cost. -

Many of our friends said the bus ride between our wedding venue and reception venue was the best part of the day (we definitely blasted music and made it a party!). Derek and his team were great from the first enail i sent to the last. Very helpful and accommodating staff. We had a wonderful experience and everyone loved it. We all had a great time! Our driver (i don't remember her name) was so nice and helped us connect our phone to the Bluetooth so we could jam out to music and she was very accommodating to our requests of where to drive etc. Overall, this was an amazing experience for everyone and we would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking for something like this! Derek and Team were great! Quick to respond whenever we had questions which was such a big thing for us! Great buses that are clean and spacious as well as reasonably priced! We used their services for 5 hours and our driver Tom was great! The only thing was dancing wasn’t too much of an option for us as we were driving on some bumpy roads in Tosa and Milwaukee but Tom was a great driver and safe!

Cruise-a-Palooza provided excellent transportation for our wedding. They were easy to work with on the phone and made planning stress free during a pandemic. Our driver was excellent! Derek, the owner, was our driver for our wedding day. He is really nice and he took us to all the spot we wanted to for photos. The shuttle bus is really nice. All the furniture seems new and clean. They even had TV. We didn't get to use it though. Overall, fun time at the bus! -

We had an excellent time with Cruisapalooza. Unfortunately, we could not book one of their larger buses, but were able to reserve a 14 passenger bus for our wedding day! We reserved about a month or so out, so I recommend calling them a little earlier. The week of, we got a second confirmation and spoke about the final details and itinerary. The bus was prompt and accommodating to our photography schedule. We highly recommend them! -

My previous party bus I booked for 25 people in advance fell through so I was very glad cruise a palooza was available with their 27 passenger only 2 weeks before my wedding! The bus was clean & exactly as advertised. Driver was friendly & fun.
I did receive a very uncomfortable phone call about a week & a half after the fact that my driver wasn’t satisfied with his tip & asking me to explain the situation. I had nothing to do with cash tips the day of. We gave cash to our bridal party & they were giving it out. I felt pressured to explain a situation I didn’t have an answer for because there wasn’t an issue with the bus or the driver. The customer service rep who called me felt very unprofessional. -
