Exceptional Service and Attention to Detail!

I cannot recommend Creative Affairs Inc. enough! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure our daughter’s party was a success. Their attention to detail was outstanding—they answered every question I had (and trust me, there were many!) and, when they didn’t have an immediate answer, they quickly got the information I needed. It was such a relief to have a vendor who was proactive and communicative throughout the entire process.

They also provided invaluable guidance on the best ways to plan the event, offering suggestions that made everything run smoothly. On top of that, they gave me a list of other recommended vendors for food, rentals, decor, and more, which saved me so much time and stress.

What truly stood out was the personal touch they added. On their own time, they even made my daughter a beautiful gift box, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Additionally, they took the time to help me fully understand the contracts I had with other vendors, making sure I was comfortable with all the details and avoiding any surprises.

The list of things they helped with goes on and on—honestly, they exceeded all expectations and truly made the planning process a breeze. Best Overall Experience

The vendor recommendations were spot-on! Creative Affairs has established relationships with some amazing photographers, caterers, florists, and rental companies. They truly understood our budget and provided us with options that fit both our style and finances. Seamless, Stress Free Wedding!

We had a seamless and stress-free wedding day, thanks to Amanda and her Creative Affairs wedding coordination team. From start to finish, they go above and beyond to ensure every detail is perfectly managed. We didn't have a lot of time to plan, as we pushed up our wedding due to an unexpected out of state move. Best decision for our wedding!

The best decision we made for our wedding was hiring a planner through Creative Affairs. We initially met with Amanda, and we knew almost instantly we wanted to hire her company for full service wedding planning. Caitlyn was our planner, and she literally helped give us the wedding of our dreams. Neither my husband or myself had super clear visions for what we wanted our wedding to be, and trusted Caitlyn wholeheartedly...and boy, did she not disappoint. She connected us with all of our vendors, all of whom were truly perfect, and was there day of to make sure each detail was executed with perfection. With our busy jobs, planning a wedding was truly not something| had the time or energy to do, and l am truly so grateful we had Caitlyn to keep our wedding organized and on track. Best wedding planner ever.

Miranda Snow, our wedding planner, was the absolute best and we feel so lucky to have gotten to work with her. Thank you to Amanda for pairing us with her! She was always available to talk/text, very organized, able to answer all of our questions regarding vendors, budgets, etc. Miranda even helped us with getting our dog picked up from the venue from Rover, and helping us transfer ALL of our items to our hotel after our wedding concluded so we can continue the party with our friends. She was also incredibly kind and genuine and we truly adored getting to work with her. We trusted her with the day and we had the best time (: We did not know of any problems that may have arised and we were able to just enjoy our big day! She is the best of the best!

All the help i needed from planning to the big day!!

We loved working with Creative Affairs. Amanda made us feel comfortable from the start and we knew it would be a good fit. Dana was our planner and she really helped make my vision come to life. Gave a ton of recommendations on vendors, decor, and all around how to plan a wedding! She made us feel so comfortable in the process leading up to the big day. Going back and forth with the vendors, making sure contracts and invoices were set, making diagrams...everything! She was so accommodating on all of my last-minute changes and relaying everything to the vendors. On our wedding day Dana was on top of it all and kept us at ease during our wedding making sure we were taken care of and anything we asked of her. Everyone said it was the best wedding they had ever been to!!

Creative Affairs is an expert in the wedding and event industry in San Diego. I spoke directly with Amanda regarding the several properties they work with, and she quickly got right to the heart and spirit of each venue, making it easy to parse out what would fit best. Amazing experience from start to finish

We used Creative Affairs for our wedding coordination in April. We had previously hired a different company that wasn't a good fit and then met with Amanda and loved her and her team. We booked with Amanda and Caitlyn was our coordinator for the months leading up to it. Talk about a night and day experience of working with Creative Affairs vs. the previous vendor. Both Amanda and Caitlyn were organized, took notes, listened to our wants and concerns and guided us with great recommendations through the process. 2 other women showed up to help the day of our wedding and every one was equally as nice and on top of it. I am very particular and an interior designer by trade so attention to detail was important and each of the women on Amanda's team exceeded our expectations. I was able to enjoy the evening and not sweat the details. When we walked in to the reception tent reveal, everything was perfectly executed. Caitlyn was extremely professional and proactive when it came to getting all the other vendors for our wedding on the same page, and there were several! We cannot express what a positive experience this was. They deserve 10 stars!

Best decision we made for our wedding!

Miranda and the whole Creative Affairs team were so wonderful in helping coordinate our wedding. Leading up to the big day Miranda was always available for a call and super responsive to texts. She recommended many of the wonderful vendors we ended up hiring as well! She even helped us find décor rentals and went above and beyond to pick them up for us before the wedding and drop them off after the wedding since we don't live in the area. The day of the wedding felt so effortless and my now husband Shawn and I really got to focus on being present and enjoy our big day! Our guests even commented on how lovely Miranda and her team were. Hiring Creative Affairs was honestly the best decision we made for our wedding and we cannot recommend Miranda and the Creative Affairs team enough!

Dream Come True Wedding Coordinator

Choosing to move forward with Creative Affairs for our wedding was the best decision we could have made for our wedding. We were paired with Sonya for everything A-Z and she was an absolute DREAM. When you think of the perfect wedding planner, it's Sonya. She checks off all the boxes -- years of experience, professional, organized, communicative, always two steps ahead, full of ideas, and most importantly, calm. Her calm presence is contagious, in the best way possible. She's someone you want to keep close throughout this entire process and day of. This is an important quality to have, especially considering your wedding coordinator is by your side basically the entire time. It's crucial for someone to keep you calm and on schedule. Excellent wedding coodinator service

I am so grateful that we chose Creative Affairs as our wedding coodinator. We first met Amanda while touring several potential wedding venues. Even though we did not choose the wedding venue that Amanda was showcasing, she was very helpful and informative. When it came time to search for a wedding coodinator, Creative Affairs was on top of our list based on our prior encounter with Amanda.

I can not thank you enough for assigning Stefanie Muse as our wedding coodinator. We selected the day of wedding services, but Stefanie went above and beyond her contracted obligations. She was always a phone call away and immediately responded to any questions or concerns. She took it upon herself to initiate services, professional advice and personal opinions to create the perfect wedding. She was with us every step of the way leading up to the wedding. She made several phone calls to vendors and the venue that were not a part of her obligations. Her calm demeanor, attention to detail, and confidence helped us negotiate various wedding requests.

The day of the wedding, Stefanie helped calm our nerves and inspired confidence that the wedding would happen without a hitch. She identified a problem with the electrical source prior to our reception and took it upon herself to get the needed equipment for the show to go on as planned without adding extra stress to Andrea and I. During the wedding process and reception, we continually received praise on Stefanie's professionalism and hard work ethic. We had several people inquire about getting her company information so they could use her for their events. Again, I cannot thank you enough for bringing Stefanie into our lives. The Perfect Wedding

We met Amanda from Creative Affairs when looking for a Wedding Venue. We knew immediately that we wanted to work with her and her team not only to secure a venue but to be our Wedding Coordinator. Amanda quickly assigned Caitlyn and we were able to throw a perfect wedding. Their recommendations from caterer to florists to whatever you might dream up are so helpful. Hiring them was the best decision we made! By far. Beyond impressed. Let's start with what our friends said the day after our wedding:

Stephanie and her team were completely on top of EVERY thing. And who knew there were so many details to consider and decisons to be made? During the planning process they were extremely efficient - managing all of the vendors, providing recommendations when we couldn’t decide, being proactive with upcoming deadlines, etc. Every communication was responded to super quickly. On the day of the wedding, they were ON TOP OF IT. And with all of the hubbub, they remained completely calm and made sure you knew that everything was under control. And it was. If anything did go wrong, we were not aware because they took care of it. If nothing went wrong, it was 100% due to their planning, knowledge and expertise.

We had our wedding at our house so we had to figure out how to manage 150 people throughout the day – ceremony, reception, food stations, bars, band - and they designed the perfect wedding (layout, flow, etc).

This is likely the first time you are getting married but they have done this hundreds, if not thousands, of times. And it was very evident because they planned for every detail (details you would never consider) and made all of the right decisions. Do yourself a favor and trust them with your big day – you will be SO GLAD YOU DID!

Perfection + Professionalism

I learned of Amanda and Creative Affairs from a close friend and I am so glad I reached out! From the beginning I have experienced nothing but the best from the team of ladies I worked with.

After my initial call with Amanda, I decided to go with the "Month of Coordinator" package, was then assigned a coordinator and she did NOT disappoint! Saying Amber did an outstanding job from the beginning would be an understatement. She is so organized and on top of things, answered all 5,000,000 questions I had quickly and also was so kind. She saved my sanity 2 weeks prior to my wedding due to a slight fiasco and handled everything in such a professional manner.

The day of the wedding Amber had a team of two other ladies, Rachael and Amanda G. Again, these ladies did not disappoint. They all did everything they could to ensure this day was a dream and they absolutely delivered. As mentioned above, I selected the "Month of Coordinator" package and Amber made it seem as if she had been there from Day 1 of planning with me that's how on top of things she was.

Miranda is Amazing!

Jessica was the best!

My husband and I hired Creative Affairs to help us with our wedding planning! We worked directly with Jessica who was beyond incredible! Marissa and Micah's wedding 1/30/2022

I literally have no words to express my gratitude to Stefanie! From the moment we met her, we knew she was the one! She has been with us every step of the way planning a beautiful wedding for our daughter despite the challenges of COVID. This past weekend was absolutely MAGICAL and PERFECT in every way. Stefanie got us in touch with just as impressive vendors who brought the added charm, music, and decor to make our daughter's wedding everything we wanted it to be and so much more. She kept us organized and stayed in touch with the vendors we hired to make sure they had everything they needed and also with the event coordinator at the location site. She was quick to step in if I needed anything and would either take care of the problem or point me in the right direction. She was the glue that kept it all together. I saw her in action on the day off the event and was blown away. She went above and beyond my expectations. I was able to focus on my daughter and enjoy the day while Stefanie took care of everything else. What amazed me most through this process has been her calm demeanor, patience, and she always has a smile on her face. If I had to do it all over again, I would not change a thing. I would start with Stefanie! She deserves every recognition possible for what she does. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your constant support, attention to detail, and for going out of your way in making this event so perfect! I am forever grateful!. To see our daughter's vision for her wedding come to life through Stefanie's hard work is a gift I will treasure for a lifetime. Thank you Creative Affairs!!

Fantastic wedding planning company

I worked with Caitlyn F. through Creative Affairs Inc and could not have been happier with her. She was my wedding planner from the start of services, and made the entire planning process a breeze. Our wedding was in San Diego and while I was living there initially, we ended up moving out of state 6 months before our wedding day. Caitlyn lives in San Diego and was our on-the-grounds point person when things needed to be done. She is so organized and has a wonderful, personable personality, so working with her was pleasant. I would strongly recommend her as a wedding planner.

Everything came together & our vision was beautifully displayed

Planning a wedding can be hard. Planning a wedding during a pandemic when venues keep switching their COVID requirements and procedures is even harder.

It is hard to put into words just how happy we were with our experience with Creative Affairs. With three months until our wedding, we found ourselves without a reception venue. Our planner Jessica and the team at Creative Affairs was able to help us scramble and find an amazing venue for our reception at the last minute, doing the heavy lifting with all of our vendors to coordinate the change in plans. The event went seamlessly & without stress, hugely important for a special day..

Everything came together & our vision was beautifully displayed. We received so many compliments on how classy and well run the event was and 100% of the credit goes to the creative affairs team. Not sure the next time we'll have an event of this size but if and when we do, we'll know who to reach out to.

The perfect wedding at the Hotel del Coronado :)

Stefanie and the entire staff at Creative Affairs are beyond exceptional! From the initial phone call to the final wedding day, I knew I was in good hands. There was never any worry or doubt in my mind that any detail would be forgotten or missed...Stefanie thinks of everything! Sometimes it was like she was reading my mind haha. She was just so in tune with exactly what I wanted and what my preferences/taste were. I could not imagine a better wedding planner and I feel so thankful and lucky that we had her as our wedding planner for our perfect day at the Hotel del Coronado. No need to look any further, Creative Affairs will make your day more incredible than you could ever imagine!!

Simply the Best

I cannot say enough good things about Stefanie, Amanda and the rest of the team at Creative Affairs. Planning a wedding can be stressful, takes a ton of time and can feel isolating because while friends and family all may have gone through the planning process, it doesn't always mean they fully understand. I am beyond thankful I had the Creative Affairs team to help me through! They were support arm we never knew we needed. They answered every question we came up with, came up with reasonable and actionable solutions when problems would arise and most importantly, really made us feel heard and understood. Caitlyn, our day of coordinator, was always extremely professional but at the same time every conversation we had was like talking to an old friend. Wouldn't Change a Thing!!!

If we could do it all over again, we wouldn't change a thing. Julia and the rest of the team were amazing to work with!!! They are extremely professional yet comforting and friendly. Julia had a very calming demeanor that only comes with experience. She was very well organized and on top of absolutely everything. Best wedding coordinator and venue a bride could ask for!

We had a wedding size of 160 people at the Skybox and Julia Bagunu was our amazing coordinator. Creative Affairs made our wedding day the best day of our lives. The entire process of meeting Stephanie multiple times to see the Skybox, contracts with Amanda, and being paired with Julia - everything was super easy. They helped the entire process of A-Z with wedding planning seamless and stress free. We had a moving style reception at the Skybox for 160 and our ceremony at the Omni Hotel (although having a ceremony at the Skybox would have been super beautiful as well). Julia and team were there to help us from one venue to the next. Our day was absolutley perfect, the moving style was perfect (our own wedding was the first time we did/seen this and wouldnt have it any other way). The guests loved the views of the city. The dance floor was hopping all night long and our night couldnt have been more fun! Thanks Julia and team for being the best wedding coordinators, planners, organizers, and venue a bride could want! (*Side note my friend had a wedding 10x more expensive in a 5 star hotel in another city and she said the service I received from Julias team was exceptional and over the top and better than what she received. I had multiple people tell me the service was incredible!)

This was a 200 person destination wedding for us and we needed 100% help with everything! Their vendor list was amazing and their attention to detail phenomenal. Our planner, Stef, was hands on with both MOB and MOG for 1 year. Not one detail fell through the cracks and all her suggestions were spot on. They are the BEST!

Stefanie was our coordinator and we were lucky enough to work with her for approximately 1 year leading up to our wedding. She was nothing short of amazing. She was organized, responsive, creative, and kind. She did a great job keeping us on track at our meetings. She would frequently update us, especially once the wedding date got closer. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. We couldn't have done it without Stefanie. Fabulous! Perfect! Lifesavers!

Wow, wow, wow!! Creative Affairs is totally awesome! We hired them for my daughter's wedding last month and it was beyond perfect, in large part due to their planning assistance and day of coordination. The owner, Amanda, was so responsive from my very first phone call and throughout the entire process. We were blessed to have the amazing Jessica Neibauer assigned to my daughter's wedding and she was a gift - organized, great tips, ideas, vendor guidance, etc., so pleasant and calm - during all the planning and especially on the day of the wedding. I am a very organized person but the best decision we made about the wedding was hiring Creative Affairs and Jessica - it has been 3 weeks since the wedding and we are still getting phone calls from guests raving that it was the best wedding they have ever attended :) You will be SO happy if you select Creative Affairs to help with your event!

If you are thinking about hiring a wedding planner - DO IT, and hire Creative Affairs! Hands down, the smartest and most worthwhile decision we made throughout the entire wedding planning process. Jessica Neibauer, my wedding coordinator, is an angel sent from above. Creative Affairs is Amazing!

Our wedding was perfect….and Stefanie from Creative Affairs was perfect. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better wedding/event coordinator. I would go back to Creative Affairs for any other event we may do in the future (and it wouldn’t hurt to host another event at the Ultimate Skybox). They eliminate so many unknowns, have a GREAT list of vendors/suggestions, and are on top of everything. It's hard to trust people, especially when it comes to a milestone event in your life, but Stefanie just made everything so easy...and she was so trustworthy. We couldn't even imagine working with anyone else.

Jessica was awesome!!!

Jessica did a great job helping us with our wedding. She recreated a google docs and shared it with us immediately. We stayed connected filling in our the details and ensuring everything went as planned. She came through for us and made some good recommendations vendors.

She brought us hors d'oeuvres from our cocktail hour to make sure we had a chance to try them. She also made sure we stayed hydrated with water and got us some champagne throughout the event. She did a great job ensuring we were adhering to the timeline for our ceremony and reception.

We strongly recommend Jessica from Creative Affairs if you want quality service and assistance planning your wedding.

Best day ever

If you are looking for a wedding planner to minimize your stress, I highly recommend, without reservation, Julia Bagunu at Creative. Being parents 400 miles away from my daughter’s venue, we needed help & guidance in every aspect of wedding planning with a local touch. Julie's professional manner, reliability, competence, thoroughness, attention to detail, expertise, business acumen and more importantly, her kind, thoughtful & likable personality were a blessing. We thoroughly enjoyed our daughter’s wedding - care-free. We were receiving all of the complements how beautiful and well run the day was, but knew exactly who the real "professional" was behind the scenes making it all happen, seamlessly. Julia truly is a ROCK STAR!

The highest compliment I can give Julia is that she treated my daughter’s wedding as if it were her own. As a father I could not ask for more. I told my wife, should we get divorced, we will both use Julia again! :-)

My wife and I just got married last weekend, and we honestly couldn't have done it without Creative Affairs. We chose the month-of option, and our coordinator, Julia, was awesome to work with. We had the most amazing experience with the Creative Events Team.

I don't write a lot of reviews, but I felt strongly about this one. My now husband and I were lucky enough to work with Stefanie Muse for our wedding. She was absolutely phenomenal. I don't have any experience planning events so I was really hoping for someone who knew what they were doing and boy does she ever. Even before our big day, she made it clear that she was available and provided really helpful guidance. She showed up to our menu tasting even after getting temporarily stranded due to car trouble, then kept everything flowing smoothly during our rehearsal even though she was sick (you would never know it from her energy and professionalism). We got soooo many compliments from our guests and both sets of parents who were blown away by her. One of my bridesmaids got married last year and after seeing Stefanie in action told me "Wedding planners aren't usually this good." She was sweet, encouraging, and provided helpful feedback for a lot of things that I just didn't know. With all of the other stressful things going on around the time of a wedding, you need someone like Stefanie on your team to put your mind at ease so you can enjoy the big moment! It was like magic - she just took care of things with such elegance and grace. And it's not just the amazing work that she does - being in her presence is just reassuring because you can feel that you're in good hands. She manages to walk the perfect line between being sweet and supportive but not overbearing at all. I remember her giving us a timeline when visiting tables at the wedding and she would walk by with a quick wink which helped us stay on track without feeling interrupted. I would never have expected to say this, but our wedding pretty much went perfectly which doesn't even seem possible with all of the things that are out of your control. However, Stefanie helps handle it. We have memories that we will cherish for a lifetime and we are so thankful for Stefanie for making it possible.

I cannot rave enough about Creative Affairs. From the moment Amanda promptly returned my message to walking down the aisle with my dad at my wedding and meeting my husband at the alter, Creative Affairs and Julia B. and her team made my wedding day magical. Brides will tell you that on the day of the wedding you just let it go and don't worry. And that is exactly what I did. I didn't have to worry about this, worry about that, make sure this, make sure that. It was flawless and perfect.
CA worked with me on my on my budget which was awesome! They provide a recommended vendor list (but not required, which is great!) that was super helpful and affordable. This isn't a wedding planning team that works outside your budget, they are budget friendly with an extreme amount of class and attention to detail. Julia was responsive, helpful and attentive without being pushy or making you feel like you don't know what you are doing.
I got married at the Admiral Kidd, which is a military base and can be challenging for security reasons, but it went flawlessly. Julia took care of my vendors vetting forms which was a huge task. Seriously, on the night of my wedding, I did not beckon her to take care of anything, she did it all without a worry in the world.
I felt like I wanted to hang out with Julia every time we met and I still do!

What can I say. They far exceeded my expectations and even their day of coordination alone is absolutely worth it if not more. My wedding was in Sept 2018 at The Ultimate Skybox. Rachael knocked it out of the Petco Park. She is so efficient, organized and such a great personality to work with. I made a friend. She will take care of everything. They were so accommodating with my vision and provided guidance a few months prior to the wedding to check in and make sure we know what to do and to come in with all of your details. All of the vendors they recommended were excellent. They have a recommendation list but you are not required to use them: Just one of their catering partners. My partner and I are from Los Angeles and we were married on 9/16/18 in La Jolla. From the beginning it was clear we needed a team familiar with the San Diego area who could serve as our local eyes and ears. Little did we realize we were in for the most incredible experience. Partnering with Creative Affairs was stress-free and fun, not something I anticipated given the million little things required to turn a wedding vision into reality.

Everyone we came into contact was incredibly attentive and polite, helping us think through all the various considerations, advising us on vendors and budgeting, and ensuring we were on track every step of the way. From our initial call with Amanda it was clear we were working with a team of courteous professionals who know this business inside and out. Then when we began working with our planning and day-of-coordinator Jessica, I was in constant awe of the team's planning skills and experience. She helped us with everything from mapping out the venue space, thinking through creative touches we could deploy for our special day, all while remaining on top of vendor selection and payments all in line with a schedule she helped us adhere to. She met up with us in-person numerous times, and everytime I always felt like we were her only client because she was so incredibly attentive and intimately familiar with the details for our wedding plans.

I can't begin to describe how grateful I am for Jessica and the rest of the Creative Affairs Team! From the first phone call with Stefanie, to better understand my needs, to the day of my wedding with Jessica, my amazing coordinator, I was never once disappointed with the interactions that I had with them.
I was planning a destination wedding, all the way from Northern Virginia, which often is difficult. Our wedding was truly a magical day and night and I can say with certainty that Jessica made this happen. A few words to describe her: gracious, confident, knowledgeable, sweet and delightful. I could go on and on about her! Jessica has a calming effect that even my best of friends noticed when they met her at rehearsal! They all thanked her for keeping me sane leading up to and during the wedding! Jessica was always there to answer questions, offer advice or just let me vent about the frustrations that a lot of brides experience during these times...
At the end of the night I was a little sad because I knew I wouldn't be dealing with Jessica anymore and I really look at her as a friend now. Thank you again Jessica and team for making my event one to remember for a lifetime!!!!

Creative Affairs Inc. has blown us away from the beginning. My family is fortunate enough to have collaborated with them for two weddings. After seeing what they could do at my sister's wedding two years prior, I knew with out a doubt, I would be working with them. Stefanie is truly a fairy godmother to us. Creative Affairs were a great choice in our wedding planning process. We knew we wanted to be able to relax and enjoy our wedding day and not be worrying about logistics and little details. More importantly, I didn't want my mom and sister or anyone else worrying- we just wanted everyone to relax and have fun! Jessica was an AMAZING coordinator. She thought of so many details that I hadn't even considered, was extremely quick at responding to any questions or concerns I had, and met with us on multiple occasions to discuss plans. We loved that Creative Affairs was familiar with our venue so they knew exactly what they were doing and they got us a discount on our rental order. Jessica went above and beyond our expectations and did so many little things behind the scenes that we probably still don't even know about. She brought us our signature cocktail while we were taking photos after the ceremony, made sure everyone was in the right place at the right time, reached out to all our vendors and was just an amazing resource. We couldn't recommend any service more highly! If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator, I would say Creative Affairs is a MUST :)

Best wedding coordinator ever! Jessica was AMAZING! From the moment we got in touch with Creative Affairs we immediately felt taken care of. We had black tie wedding with 110 guests in Rancho Santa Fe. We hired Creative Affairs to help us plan our event 3 months out and it was the best money we ever spent. Jessica, was a dream to work with. Always responded to emails right away, gave us great tips and advice we had never thought of. The weekend of she handled all of our day of details the day before which made the day of less stressful. September 3rd was unquestionably the very best day of our lives. From my first inquiry, our experience was so very professional but what happened in the 9-months that followed was truly remarkable. We visited the venue (sometimes announced, other times unannounced) on multiple occasions, always with a warm reception. Sarah Finley (our assigned coordinator) became a very trusted resource and virtually a member of our family since being assigned to our "team". Although throughout the entire process she was available to us, even meeting in-person early on, the final 3-months were incredible. We had no idea what we were doing and she guided us, reassured us, and supported us in each way we needed. On the day of, she made us and our families feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. I came away from my wedding thinking, 'I am SO glad that the Skybox came with a coordinator!' I worked with Rachael and she was incredible both before the day and especially on the day-of. I wasn't going to get a coordinator (and didn't have one at our ceremony location) but I don't know *what* I would have done without Rachael! From coordinating all my vendors, to collecting all my checks/tips for the vendors, to texting me leading up to the reception (making sure I wasn't freaking out too much), to even *tying my shoes* when I changed into sneakers during the reception!!!! We didn’t end up hiring Creative Affairs, Inc to help with our wedding because we were having such a small ceremony (only 9 people). But we were planning a destination wedding so I reached out to Amanda and talked with her a few times about possibly hiring her services. Amanda was more than helpful and genuinely excited to talk to me about different vendors, restaurants, and hotels in the Coronado area. All of her recommendations were spot on! She recommended our photographer: True Photography and they were amazing! She recommended the florist and restaurant where we had our rehearsal dinner: Route 75 and IL Fornaio which did a great job! She recommended the hotel my mother in law stayed at: Hotel Marisol which she loved! And she assured me we couldn’t go wrong with anything at Hotel Del Coronado which was just a magical experience for us! My husband and I got married here on April 22, 2016 and it was the most perfect day and night. Sarah Finley from Creative Affairs was a pleaser to work with and was soo on top of it . Even in my "Bridezilla" moments, she kept her calm and looking back, I could not have asked for a better wedding day and event. We had both the ceremony and wedding at the venue. While logistically this made the most sense for our guests, it did take quite a bit of planning to pull off both events under one roof, but the room transition was handled seamlessly while the guests enjoyed cocktail hour. The Ultimate Skybox is an absolutely stunning venue with amazing views, floor to ceiling windows and a huge patio. I really liked how everyone was close by which made for a very fun and intimate wedding. We definitely were trying to stick to a strict budget and felt like I was not compromising on anything with my wedding at this venue. I was able to pull off the wedding of my dreams all with in my limited budget.

From the beginning until the end of our wedding, Creative Affairs had made our wedding experience more than what we could have asked for. I contacted their company regarding our wedding and was really impressed with the prompt response we received. I was looking at venues on theknot.com and came across The Ultimate Skybox, which we fell in love with the space instantly. It was a late Friday night, maybe around 10:30 PM, I had filled out the inquiry form and within 30 minutes or less, I received a response from Pili. The first impression I got with the response already made me feel as if the service from here on out would exceed my expectations. She was a delight to speak with and answered any questions I had. We’re not from San Diego and as soon as I wanted to make an appointment to meet with her at the venue, she worked with our schedules since we were traveling from the Bay Area. Pili and Chauncey were AMAZING. We worked with Pili until she left the company for an opportunity to run a music venue but assure us we were in good hands with Chauncey. We have nothing but great things to say about Creative Affairs and their team of people. Everyone I have come across was so friendly, helpful and so easy to speak with. Pili, Chauncey, Amanda, Sara, Stefanie were all so amazing. It was so nice to hear guests raving about how our wedding was the best wedding they have ever attended from the venue, how nice all of our vendors were, the décor, music, photobooth, the VIEW, food, drinks, our coordinator – Chauncey was so friendly to our guests. We feel truly blessed and grateful we chose Creative Affairs to help plan/coordinate our wedding. They did an amazing job and we are beyond thankful they made our big day truly something special we will hold close to our hearts forever.

Creative Affairs, Inc. was incredible to work with! We originally thought we wanted a 'day-of' coordinator but we got the 'month-of' package- and we are so happy that we did! Our coordinator Jessica was involved in our wedding many months before our event even though she was 'month of' coordinator. She was available any time we had questions and was so great about checking in with us periodically. She responded to every email promptly and with all the information we requested. Every detail was addressed in advance and back-up plans were in place. The day of the wedding she arrived early and took care of EVERYTHING! My mom and I didnt worry about what needed to be done because Jessica took care of it all! Throughout the night she checked in with us and made sure my husband and I were taken care of. She stayed long past our reception was over, taking care of so many clean-up details so that no one else had to. My family and I were so impressed with her professionalism and dedicated hard work for our wedding. I cannot recommend her and Creative Affairs, Inc. more highly!

I wanted to give a big special thanks to the Creative Affairs Team. Ever since the very beginning, I received such a warm welcome from the staff that I have met. As a new bride to be, and with my husband overseas serving our country, I felt so overwhelmed having to plan a wedding on my own. However, Chauncey and Rachael helped walk me through every step of the way through the planning process of a wedding. They were comforting, professional and an expert in their trade. As I toured the Ultimate Sky Box, I knew that this was where I wanted my wedding to be. It was perfect and I knew my fiance would love it just the same. On the day of the wedding, I was a frantic bride. I was apprehensive with the thought that something could go wrong. They assured me that everything would be fine and as I entered the venue, it took my breath away. It was absolutely gorgeous! Chauncey did such a great job taking charge as our coordinator. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding and it would not have been possible without the Creative Affairs Team!

Chauncey with Creative Affairs helped us plan our wedding and was our wedding day coordinator. We could not have asked for better service. We were provided with a checklist for the wedding itself, and Chauncey called and emailed us regularly to make sure we were on track. The rehearsal and wedding day went very smoothly thanks to Chauncey and her team. Highly recommended.
