Chloe was the very first decision we made in the wedding planning process, even before choosing a venue! After seeing her immaculate coordination and professionalism (not to mention that pristine timeline) at a close family member's wedding, we knew immediately that we needed Chloe and the CJM team for ours.
Chloe was always available to talk through any questions we had or bounce ideas off on. She provided a sense of calm throughout stressful planning moments and made sure that every detail would be taken care of, which it was. The entire wedding day was absolute PERFECTION! It was THE BEST day!
What stands out is how genuine Chloe and her team are. They took the time to truly prioritize us as a couple (& our families) on wedding day, allowing us to take a breath and soak in every moment.
Chloe and CJM is by far the best decision you will make. We not only had the best wedding coordinator, but also gained a great friend! -

Courtney was absolutely amazing. Choosing a wedding planner is not easy as you want to make sure you choose someone that knows the wedding industry really well. Courtney and the whole CJM team knew everything! Any question we had from vendor contracts/recommendations, designs/layouts, timing, color schemes, etc. Courtney had an answer for! We are so thankful for Courtney and her whole team. We would highly recommend.
We did the adoring package which was perfect for us as we wanted to plan a lot ourselves, but knew would need help with final details and making sure everything ran smoothly. Courtney was extremely helpful even to a point of coming up with two different plans for inside or outside. She knew exactly how to change if we needed to last minute. The timeline execuation was flawless, and she kept everything moving. We would recommend Courtney to plan anyone's wedding!! -

Where do I even begin with Courtney and the CJM team? As a Type A bride whose day job involves managing corporate events with 10,000+ attendees, I knew I needed a coordinator who could handle the pressure—and Courtney exceeded every expectation!
From the very start, Courtney was fabulous. She brought calm, organization, and expertise to every step of the process, making me the most relaxed bride during our wedding weekend. Even when there was a hiccup with the venue regarding décor on the big day, Courtney didn’t miss a beat. She understood my vision perfectly, made the best executive decision, and resolved everything seamlessly without me even having to get involved.
Her timeline was impeccable, and the text message alerts to keep everyone on track? Genius! It kept the day flowing beautifully, ensuring everything ran like clockwork.

From our first Zoom call with Chloe, I just knew she was the one I wanted by my side on our big day! Her enthusiasm and kindness made the entire journey so special! Chloe’s attention to detail and organization were incredible—she had spreadsheets and checklists for everything! Even at the rehearsal, she had packets with the timeline down to the minute, so the whole bridal party knew exactly what to expect. She also made sure all of our vendors were ready to go and on the same page before heading into our wedding day, which made everything feel like a true team effort. One of my favorite things about working with Chloe was how she made sure our parents could be fully present on the wedding day. They were so relieved to have someone as confident, kind, and professional as Chloe to help make everything perfect. Trust me, having Chloe and the CJM team by your side on your wedding day is the best decision you’ll make. I’ll always remember how perfect our day was because Chloe was the one making it all happen. 🥹 I could go on forever, but the summary is: hiring CJM was one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding. I started working with Jenna and her CJM team about a year ago and wasn't sure what to expect when planning a wedding. Jenna came along my side and was kind, genuine, warm, supportive, intentional, and encouraging as decisions came my way. When I didn't know what to pick, she would use her talents and expertise to point me in the best direction for our day. During our Zoom meetings, there were times that Jenna made it so comfortable and easy that it felt like I was planning this with one of my good friends. That is what you can expect when working with CJM and Jenna. A team in your corner cheering you on every step of the way. Their vendor team, from photographers to signage recommendations, was fantastic and an honor to know and work with. CJM and Jenna are the definition of a class act and are continuously looking to grow and perfect their craft. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a more incredible team to work with. Our wedding was way more than we could have planned and hoped for. It truly was a season of creating joyful moments from day one with Jenna and her team. I can't say enough about these incredible humans and how they made our wedding a dream come true!

The Dream Team
Working with Chloe and her team was hands down the best decision we made when planning our wedding.
We met Chloe at the Indy Bridal Expo. I hadn't even considered hiring someone as a day-of coordinator, even though our venue required it - we figured we could have a family member or friend take care of the day-of coordination (oh, how naïve we were). I was immediately drawn to her (like I literally started walking toward her before I even knew what her company did). She asked us questions about our wedding plans and I knew instantly that I wanted to work with her.
Chloe & her team only did our day-of coordination, but if I could do it all over again I would have her plan the whole wedding. Our consultation and follow-up meetings were so efficient and thorough - Chloe had questions ready for us about details we hadn't realized needed sorting out. The posts she made on social media about us and the other behind-the-scenes perks (like sending us cookies) made us feel so special. Throughout the whole process, we didn't feel like just another client to her - we truly felt like our wedding was her number one priority.
Our rehearsal day was incredibly hot, but Chloe didn't break a sweat. She kept everyone on task, made sure everyone was where they needed to be, and kept the rehearsal short so people weren't miserable. She gave everyone copies of very detailed, color-coded itineraries for our wedding day and had everything planned down to the minute.
Our Wedding Day was absolutely flawless, aside from the hot, hot temperatures... although, I truly believe if I had asked Chloe would have found a way to change the weather. I've heard horror stories about various things on wedding days going terribly wrong - if anything went wrong at our wedding, I was and still am completely oblivious because Chloe and her team had everything handled. I always knew where I needed to be, knew what was going on, and had a drink in my hand (water or otherwise). CJM handled all of my other vendors to the point where I didn't have to speak to a single one of them except to thank them for being there. I didn't have to give one direction or answer a single question about anything the entire day which was so, so nice looking back on it. I could go on forever about CJM and I hope everyone planning a wedding in Indy gets a chance to work with Chloe and her team.
If you want an easy, stress-free wedding day with a team of professional wedding planners and coordinators who will make you feel like absolute royalty - hire CJM. It will be the best investment you make to ensure your wedding day is everything you ever dreamed of.

Our wedding was an absolute fairytale, and Chloe deserves all the credit for turning our dreams into reality. We moved out of state during our wedding planning process, and knowing that would be an added challenge, we opted to hire a planner. That was the best decision we made. From day one, she was like our wedding superhero, swooping in with creative ideas and calming demeanor.
One of the things that impressed us the most was their attention to detail. The way they coordinated our vendor team and every detail seamlessly, from our breathtaking floral arrangements to the perfectly timed music during our ceremony, showed a level of expertise that truly made our day extraordinary.
I can't express how grateful we are for Chloe’s support and guidance throughout the entire process. When it came to choosing the venue, they listened to our vision and helped us find the perfect spot that felt like it was made just for us. The personalized touches she added, like incorporating our favorite colors into the decor and working with our photographer to display a sweet photo slideshow during the reception, made our day feel incredibly special.
Chloe and her team's positive energy was infectious and made the entire planning journey enjoyable. Their reassurance and quick problem-solving skills on the big day ensured that we could relax and savor every moment without a worry in the world. My husband and I were able to be fully present in every moment and did not have to worry about a single detail on the day of our wedding.
In short, Chloe isn't just an event coordinator; she is a memory-maker, a dream-weaver, and a true professional. If you want your wedding to be a magical experience, look no further. Future Brides and Grooms: If you read one review as you start the wedding planning process, LET IT BE THIS ONE.
Before I got married, I used to think brides who said their wedding was the “best day of their lives” were full of it. I mean, even if it was an amazing day, don’t weddings always mean at least a little stress and craziness?
Now that I’m married, I still think a lot of brides are full of it. However, when it comes to me and my husband, our wedding day was without a doubt THE BEST day of our lives by a long shot - and that is all because of Chloe and her team at Creating Joyful Moments (CJM).
After we got engaged, we knew we wanted a full service wedding planner. We met with several great planners in the Indy area with great reviews - but from the first 2 minutes of our meeting with Chloe it was clear that she was the obvious choice. I vividly remember (almost 2 years ago from writing this review) her genuine passion and excitement for us and for our wedding. Her energy was palpable.
If you are on the fence about a wedding planner…HIRE THE PLANNER. This will be the one time in your life that all of your favorite people will be in one place to celebrate you and your partner. It is absolutely worth it to have an expert plan and execute such a momentous event.
But why Chloe? Why CJM?
Chloe and her team take the time to get to know you. By wedding day, I’m pretty sure Chloe knew me better than I knew myself! She was able to take my broad ideas and turn them into something far beyond what I could have imagined. For example, my idea of ‘I want a colorful wedding’ became color blocked tables that had an ombre effect throughout the reception space and JAW DROPPING hanging florals above the dance floor.
Chloe and her team are TRUE professionals. Here is just one of many examples: it rained the day of our wedding. It was cloudy, but dry, all day up until about 30 minutes before I was going to walk down the aisle. The aisle that was outside.
Now, I am relaying this story as it has been told to me from guests and family members, because, on our wedding day, my husband and I were calmly ‘waiting out a little bit of rain’ in a private room. Our arriving guests were escorted into an indoor space to stay out of the rain. The ceremony musicians wouldn’t play in the rain, so as they were packing up their things, Chloe was getting our DJ (who was originally only supposed to be at our reception) set up at our ceremony space so that we would still be able to have music at the ceremony. To this day I truly do not understand how Chloe and her team did it, but at 4:30 PM on the dot, I was standing at the end of the aisle with my dad; music playing, chairs dry, guests in their seats, a gentle mist falling. And as guests rose and my dad and I started to walk, the rain stopped.
Thanks to Chloe and her team, we can say it (and mean it): our wedding day was a dream come true. The best day of our lives. Chloe and her team were our sunshine on our rainy wedding day. -

If you are looking for a planner or coordinator at any capacity I HIGHLY recommend Creating Joyful Moments. My husband and I worked with Chloe as our month of coordinator and she went above and beyond what we could have asked for (or known to ask for!!) She eliminated the stress of planning a big event and made me feel at ease knowing every detail was accounted for and everything was going to fall into place on the wedding day.
As far as Chloe's service on our wedding day, we could not have been more pleased. She made sure everything was set up exactly how we wanted, made sure everything was happening on time, and checked in with us as the night went on. Her day of schedule was extremely helpful and in fact, kept our wedding day 30 minutes ahead of schedule.
Chloe is a joy to work with, she is extremely kind, organized, and professional. -

Chloe was AMAZING as our wedding coordinator. She is so organized, helpful, detail-oriented and made everything run so smoothly! From the time that we hired her, through our planning process, to the rehearsal and through every part of our wedding day Chloe was there to help any way she could! It was so great having someone as a day-of contact so everyone could just enjoy themselves with no extra stress. Chloe also has great advice for any issues or changes that may happen prior to the big day! I honestly could not have imagined how our day would have been without her! I met Chloe at a local bridal show, and from that moment, working with Creating Joyful Moments was an absolute dream. I used full service wedding planning, and the wedding went off without a hitch! The team was highly detailed, quick to jump into action, and acted as advocates for us throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, the team put in a great amount of care for us and paid attention to details that I would have missed! As a couple, we felt like we were listened to, being taken care of, and supported at every step. As an anxious bride, I couldn't have done it without their knowledge, professionalism, and support. I honestly don't know where to start. Chloe and her team helped me plan the wedding of my dreams and when it came to my wedding day I can 100% honestly say that every single wish/want/desire of my husband and I's were fully met! I know with the pricing of a wedding it makes it hard to budget in a planner but after using Chloe I make sure to tell everyone it's a MUST!
Starting from the beginning Chloe helped us appropriately address and send all our save the dates. Her timeline to stay on track was my wedding bible!! I always felt prepared and the areas where I might have lacked Chloe was always there. She might have been my wedding fairy godmother (or Sister?). Either way, she double checked every contract before they were signed always making sure to highlight any red flags. She then completely helped us book and then fully managed our hotel room block. At our final walk through she brought her laptop and made sure every request for our big day was written down. ALSO, she completely set up EVERY "table" at our wedding, I'm talking cake table, guest book, welcome signs, dessert bar, cigar bar. She even helped me pick the perfect location for my statement décor and can I say I would have NEVER thought of that by myself.
Now for the wedding day - She and her team made sure that my husband and I (as well as our parents) drinks were never empty. I can say I never went to the bar once!! It was amazing. She contacted and organized every vendor of ours for the day of. Allowing my Mom and I as well as my entire wedding crew and family to not have to worry about a single wedding day detail #StressFree. She also kept my Husband and I informed of the time throughout the night. Never did she once tell us what we needed to do, but reminded us of the important things we wanted to accomplish on our wedding night, OH and she made sure we ate 😉 - extra thank you for that!! She also managed to already have one of her assistants at the hotel as soon as I mentioned forgetting my Husbands gift. By the time I arrived at the venue the gift was already delivered to him ... again, might I say #WeddingFairyGodmother.
When we landed on our honeymoon, we were notified of a vendor mishap where a fee was charged to my husband and I. To say the least, it was not our fault and Chloe (even AFTER our wedding) made sure to stick up for us and communicate between the vendors to allow us to have a stress-free honeymoon. We checked in mid week and the fee was waived; the vendors were all appreciate for her communication. (She's a Rockstar, incase you haven't connected those dots yet!!).
Chloe is outstanding, her attention to detail is unmatched. When thinking of how to write a review I hesitated because I knew I would not be able to cover all the things she did to help my husband and I have the wedding of our dreams. If your hesitating, don't. Because of Chloe, when people ask me or tell me the "one thing will always go wrong at your wedding, what was yours?" I honestly answer "Nothing" because I cannot honestly think of one thing that went wrong - and if something did... I never knew about it!!
Chloe is phenomenal - and her team shares the same values. Like I said, a wedding planner is a must - but if Chloe is available on your big day.. Don't think twice, you'll want her apart of your bride tribe!

Chloe and her team are the reason my wedding was as memorable as it was. As someone that planned my wedding for two years and then passed off to Chloe and her team for the final month of coordinating, I put a lot of trust in CJM to execute the day I had so meticulously planned. What I expected of their services and what I received was so much more! CJM’s team are true professionals and took care of every. Single. Detail. To the point where I had absolutely zero stress (unheard of if you know me!) and didn’t look at my phone once for 12 hours on the wedding day.
Our venue required us to coordinate every single vendor, and just included the venue itself. We had to bring everything else in, and it equated to over 14 vendors. Chloe and her team handled all vendor communications flawlessly, and created the most detail-oriented, specific and smooth-running timeline. Her operations are nailed down to a science!
CJM also offered many suggestions throughout the planning process that I would not have even considered, ran our rehearsal, coordinated last-minute requests and changes, all cool as a cucumber!
When our late night snack had a bump in the road, Chloe sent her team to pick up the food and had a solution figured out before even presenting it to us. I’m sure there were other bumps in the road that I wasn’t even made aware of, and trusted that CJM would take care of it.
I truly don’t believe our wedding would have been possible without Chloe and her team. I am so grateful that she afforded me the ability to live in the moment and enjoy the day that we had been waiting for for so long. The investment in CJM is worth the money tenfold (100-fold?!) to have such peace of mind on my wedding day.
