STOP! look no further... Cornerstone Photography was AMAZING! We worked with Laura who is extremely diligent, thinks of pictures you may want that you didn't even think of, makes sure she captures EVERY request you have and then some, and is incredibly kind. Our pictures turned out BEAUTIFULLY and truly did emulate the beauty and love from our special day. I have and will continue to recommend Cornerstone Photography to every bride.

Absolutely excellent!!!! Amazing photographers!!

My husband and I got married this last September. Naturally as I was looking photographers, I was a bit nervous. It's the most important day of your life and photography lasts forever. I knew I wanted an excellent photographer. I came across Cornerstone Photography on a venue's website (Huntley Barn). I really liked what I saw and contacted Laura. Unfortunately, she was booked, but one of the other photographers with her team, Charis, was available. Laura sent me over a sample of a wedding she shot and it was gorgeous!

I booked Charis and I sent her images of what I wanted our wedding to look like and Charis did it perfectly!!! She shot it is exactly with the journalistic photography style I wanted and got all the shots I sent her in my inspiration board. Even through the night, she came up to us and asked if there were any additional shots we wanted. She covered everything, showed up on time (even a bit early to set up), was so friendly. When we got the pictures back we were blown away!!! They were prettier than we ever could imagine!! Exactly what I wanted and more!! I can't thank Charis and Cornerstone Photography enough!!

Laura from The Cornerstone Photography was outstanding to work with. When we set up our original meeting she came to our house to chat with us. We originally went with a different photographer, whom had left the company shortly thereafter, so Laura stepped in saying she felt that she knew what we were looking for and would do the photography herself. We were more than happy to have her do it!

We did engagement pictures last fall with her and brought our crazy black lab, she was very professional and dealt with our crazy dog. We got the pictures back and they looked outstanding. When Laura arrived for the wedding day she was professional and upbeat from the get go. She started in with pictures of me getting ready and of my dress and things.

Everything had a nice steady flow and she was very good with time management. She was also aware that we were not doing a first look and my husband had not arrived at the venue yet, so she was conscious of making sure he didn't see me outside.

After the ceremony, the family pictures were so smooth and she was good about getting the pictures done quickly so everyone could enjoy the cocktail hour. When Laura was eating dinner during the reception our flower girls were about to leave, I interrupted her dinner and she was nice enough to come over and take a few pictures of us with them before they left.

My husband and I received many, many compliments in the last three weeks about how professional, quick, and non intrusive Laura was in taking the pictures. We couldn't possibly have asked for a better person to capture our memories!

Cornerstone was so easy to work with, all around. Mark, the owner, was flexible with scheduling our initial meeting, answered all our questions (and even the ones we didn't know we had), and put us in touch with Matt - who was excellent. Matt was a pro, and knew how to get all the shots we wanted, even with gray ugly weather, and had creativity to make the most of a rainy day. Our photographs are beautiful, and we loved gifting them to family for the holidays. Thank you, thank you!

Cornerstone Photography was everything we could have asked for in an engagement and wedding photography company. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Matt in January of this year (and it was freezing!) for engagement photos, and again just about two weeks ago for our wedding, and we couldn't be happier! He was amazing to work with, and knew exactly how to capture those perfect moments - without having us pose for uncomfortable amounts of time in the cold and snow.
From the moment we met with Cornerstone, they provided excellent and honest advice about what kind of services would be most beneficial for us, and still keep us within our budget. We were able to schedule our engagement session directly with Matt, so we didn't have to have a middle man, which was really nice. They were also flexible and full of advice when we were deciding on what hours we wanted to have a photographer present at our wedding. All in all, we knew from the beginning that Cornerstone Photography was a company that we could trust, and rely on. The pricing is straightforward, and there are no hidden costs or surprises.
The communication between all of the people we worked with was wonderful. They were patient and helpful with all of our questions, and we were never left hanging or wondering what was going on because responses were pretty speedy.
We received so many complements about our photographer from our guests - everything from how polite he was to how excellently he worked.
Our wedding was a fairytale, and we were so happy to have Cornerstone Photography there to capture it so perfectly!

Cornerstone Photography was fantastic to work with. We hired them to do our engagement photos and wedding day photography. Matt was fantastic! We needed a photographer that was great at communicating and instructing on how to get the best shot. We knew we hired the right photographer after our engagement photos. Our day was so cold and Matt not only captured great shots, but made it fun! During our wedding photos Matt was so great with the larger group and did everything possible to get some awesome pictures. Loved working with Matt and Cornerstone Photography. Would recommend them to anyone getting married!

Our photographer from Cornerstone was amazing! He was very professional and yet still fun and easy to work with at the same time. He made sure that he had a clear understanding of what we were looking for, but kept the mood light and added some creative flare of his own as well. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Cornerstone Photography. The owner, Mark, was quick to respond and helpful with any questions we had. We were a little worried after the photographer we booked had left the company weeks before our wedding, but Mark stepped in her place and his work was amazing! It was comfortable working with him and his very positive attitude. We had another photographer from Cornerstone, Rob, join us to overlap Mark's time during the ceremony. The two of them captured different parts of the ceremony and were able to get every shot we could want. Rob photographed the reception then and was able to get some awesome candid photos, as well as a picture of each table of guests. We received our photos a few week ago and they are stunning! Photography was one of the parts of my wedding I was most concerned about and we are so happy with the entire experience!

I can't say enough great things about Cornerstone. From our first meeting with Mark, to working with both Laura and Matt, we were in great hands the entire time. Mark gave a very professional presentation about all they have to offer and we knew from the moment we walked out of the meeting that we were going with Cornerstone. Laura and Matt were both wonderful! Our pictures look amazing and we received them within 2 weeks of our wedding. They each brought something unique to the pictures and it is clear how much they love their jobs. You would be missing out if you don't consider using Cornerstone for your wedding.

We were recommended to Cornerstone Photography from friends who had used them for their wedding and could not have been more pleased with the results. Every interaction with both Mark and Laura were informative, organized, and professional. Laura was our photographer and she was absolutely amazing to work with. Our photos were ready in less than a week and they give you a flash drive with your images on it. And our photos were SPECTACULAR!!!!! No pressure to buy albums, although they do offer this service if you are interested. From start to finish, Cornerstone Photography was amazing. Please, please book them for your wedding. You will be so happy you did!!!!

Cornerstone Photography was excellent!! We couldn't have asked for better people to work with. Our photographers Laura and Nicole were amazing on the day of our wedding. For a few months, my husband and I searched and met with some photography companies. I searched through one of the wedding forums asking if anyone knew of a good photography company. I had a few responds that said go check out cornerstone photography. I looked at their website which had awesome & beautiful photos from other weddings. I'm so happy I found them. I met with Mark the owner. He was very flexible in regards to the meeting time and location. He explained & showed me every photo package they had. I was very excited and impressed but kind of hesitate as far as the price. Mark worked with my budget with a package deal that included photo & video. Few months later, we met Laura to go over details of the wedding. She's awesome! Very nice, funny and friendly. The day of wedding she arrived on time, followed our wedding schedule which was kind of hectic due to a storm we experienced an hour before our ceremony. She had tons of ideas on how me & my bridal party would pose for photos before and after ceremony. She was very flexible and coordinated with everyone including my family & friends on what types of poses to shoot. She included some beautiful shoots of me and husband with a sunset background by the lake. All of the photos we received back from cornerstone were beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. We were so happy with the results. We had a good amount back around 900 photos. I'm so happy and grateful for cornerstone. I absolutely recommend them to everyone who is getting married and want awesome awesome shots!!

I could not have been more grateful for the service cornerstone photography provided. Mark was easy to work with as far as being quick to respond to emails and flexible in setting up an appointment to meet. He really listened to what we were looking for in a photographer to give us the best match in his staff. We chose to work with Matt and are incredibly pleased with that choice. My husband and I found out just how uncomfortable we are in front of a camera during our engagement session which was held with a non-professional photographer. However, Matt made posing for a camera easy and natural for us. He was great at giving instruction and moving things along quickly to get as many shots as possible in short time periods. Matt has a vision for great photos; you can see the wheels turning as all times as he plans his next approach. We were able to preview a few images as they were taken, and are very excited to see how all of the pictures turned out.

I am so glad that we chose Cornerstone Photography! Mark was wonderful to work with on the business end of things. He was always quick to respond to any questions that we had and was always so helpful. Our photographer, Nicole, did such a great job! Not only was she an amazing photographer but she was so friendly and personable, and a joy to have around on the day of the wedding. She was very accommodating to any of our requests and made sure to get all the photos that we wanted. Our bridal party even commented on how great she was. Our photos were just posted online today and we could not be happier with them. Nicole was very creative and got a nice mixture of photos that were posed, candid, fun, etc. She was also so attentive to all the details. We would highly recommend Cornerstone and Nicole to anyone!

Mark and Laura are AMAZING!!! They were incredibly accommodating and helpful with our budget. Laura is an exceptional photographer! She did our engagement portraits, my bridal portraits and our wedding day and every session was unique and exactly what we wanted! She was early, stayed late and it was like we had 5 photographers there with the amount and variety of pictures she got on our wedding day. She caught every laugh, was so kind at the ridiculous amount of traditional line up pictures we asked her to take, and captured plenty of creative shots that are just gorgeous! i have NO IDEA how on earth we will decide on what's going to go in our book! Cornerstone Photography was fantastic! My husband and I are so happy we booked them to photograph our big day! Laura,our photographer, was AMAZING!! Cornerstone Photography was a great photography choice for us! They have many photographers to choose from so that you get someone who matches your personal style. They also offer so many different packages and the writes to your prints so I think it is very reasonably priced and a good bang for your buck! I would definitely use them again! All of my guests made comments about how great my photographer was and one of my friends who is getting married liked his work she asked for his number and is going to use him too.

We had Nicole and Milli for our wedding - a great decision! We had previously met Milli at our engagement session and she was great! Friendly, creative, and fun! We met Nicole for the first time at our wedding. She was great! She was outgoing, friendly, creative, and so bubbly throughout the day! We can really see that both of these photographers love their job - they risked their lives (more so cameras) on the slippery, slimy lake floor to get unique pictures, too! Thank you so much ladies!! We cannot wait to see our pictures!

I chose Cornerstone Photography for my June 2012 wedding, and could not be happier with my choice. My husband and I met with Mark Humpa months before the wedding to choose our photographer. After looking at all the beautiful albums we went with Millicent Wong. Milli was the perfect choice for us. She met with us at her home prior to the wedding to set up her schedule for the day. She showed up on time the day of the wedding and worked all 12 hours without taking a break. She was very professional, while also being fun and cheerful. Throughout the day she was continually checking in with us to make sure we were getting the photographs we wanted and also was very kind to all the guests and willing to take any pictures they requested. Our photographs turned out amazing. Milli has a great eye for lighting and was able to capture our bridal party in unique ways. We took photos in a bar and on a golf course before the reception, as well as many at the church. I love all of them! Milli was able to take pictures that do not look staged or boring. I could not be happier, and would strongly recommend anyone looking for modern and fun photographs to chose Millicent Wong.

Mark & Laura were amazing! Laura was our photographer and she did provided artistic and professional photos for a reasonable price. Mark was great working with on the business end. All of our guests at the wedding were surprised that they didn't feel like their was a photographer in the room which made the candids even more fun to look at---real people at a real wedding having a fantastic time. We met with the owner (Mark) to discuss what was important to us with our photographs and to see what kind of style my wife and I had as a couple. Cornerstone has a variety of photographers. Mark narrowed our photographer down to two and we chose Ben. Ben was absolutely amazing. He did the photographs for our engagement session as well as our wedding. My wife and I could not be happier with the photographs. I've worked with other photographers before and the things that Ben sees and then photographs are light years ahead of his colleagues with whom I've worked. Whenever we had questions someone from Cornerstone was very quick to respond in order to keep us updated. We had a photo book done for our guests to sign at the wedding and the photo book was fantastic as well. Overall, a terrific experience. Thank you so very much for all of your hard work and expertise. Ben was absolutely fantastic and extremely laid back which was extremely helpful on our wedding day.

Cornerstone Photography was great to work with. We ended up having two photographers for the entire day, which was really nice because they both had such different styles. We got married in IN and took a bus to take pictures in downtown Chicago since we now live in Chicago, they turned out amazing! I would recommend the Wrigley building and the planatarium.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. The owner Mark, was great to work with. He was willing to drive to our side of town to meet with us. The services they provide were exactly what we were looking for. We had been frustrating with photographers offering packages that provided more than what we needed and more than what we wanted to pay. With Cornerstone, they offer everything you could want, but you get to pick and choose so you don't end up paying for things you really don't want. The best part is that your pictures are ready within 3 to 4 weeks from your wedding and you get a CD of all your pictures so you can print your pictures and make your own wedding album. You aren't forced to buy prints or albums through them. You can order these things from them and their prices are reasonable, but its nice that you get to keep your pictures. Its a small enough company (I think they have 5 photographers) so you get to meet with and work directly with the photographer you select.

Our photographer was Nicole and she was phenomenal. She has a great personality and is really fun to work with! She also takes great pictures. She knows what she is doing so she doesn't waist your time. She is also very creative and talented. We couldn't have been happier, and highly recommend Cornerstone to anyone looking for a photographer.

Can I give them higher than a 5.0?? Mark was fantastic to work with and discuss everything before we booked. We chose Laura as our photographer and the pictures we got were out of this world. She was there for everything but didn't seem demanding in getting those special moments either. It didn't feel like we were taking pictures all the time. We got to enjoy our wedding and reception. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a great photographer for any occasion (and have already!!!). Thanks Mark & Laura for making the day so special and the memories!

Cornerstone was great to work with. Our photographer, David, was awesome. We really enjoyed having David as apart of your day. One of the main reasons we decided on Cornerstone was because we would receive a high resolution disc of all the images. It is nice to have the disc to print out our own images and to download them to a LCD picture frame.

Mark was great - he met me on my schedule and answered all of my questions. He was always available and responded to phone calls and emails promptly. My photographer, Lukas, did a FANTASTIC job. He listened to what we wanted and provided the services we were looking for. Our pictures are GREAT!! I met with Mark to review their services and he was very approachable, easy to discuss with and nice. I liked how his company was set up and how flexible they seemed to be. After signing our contract, we selected our photographer John LaVere. Our selection was based on our review of portfolios and input from Mark based on information that we had given him. John was great! Everyone at our wedding and in our wedding party were really impressed by the efficiency of John. He set up a slideshow for us during the reception of some of the photos taken of the wedding party earlier in the day...it was a big hit!

They also passed out information cards to the guests at the reception letting them know how to access the photos online. One thing to note is that it takes about 3-4 weeks to get the photos online...our guests were so eager to see the photos, we had to email John and Mark to see when they would be up. But the nice thing about the cards is that it saves you from having to answer the same question about the photos a bizillion times...*8)

We were really happy with our experience and would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone!

Our entire experience with Cornerstone was very pleasant. After meeting with the owner, Mark, I felt such relief because he was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Initially we chose a different Cornerstone photographer based on his great portfolio but we didn't really hit it off when we actually met him. Mark allowed us to change photographers without a second thought! We ended up working with Lukas- who was amazing. He took so many pictures! We have a lot to choose from. And we have the rights to all the photos... So, Costco, here we come! We also got lucky enough to book a free engagement session because of a special that was running. We would have booked the engagement session whether it was free or not, but still cool. We got Lukas in downtown Chicago to ourselves for two hours!! We would recommend Cornerstone to anyone!

Both Mark, the owner, and Don, the photographer for our wedding, were great. From the initial meeting to the follow-up after the wedding we were very impressed. The photos turned out fantastic and on the wedding day Don did a great job of suggesting impromptu locations for pictures as we rode around Chicago. He also did a great job handling our sometimes-unruly wedding party. Overall, we could not have been more pleased with the photos that were taken and the service we were given. We would (and will!) recommend Cornerstone, and specifically Don to anyone planning their wedding.

I absolutely loved working with Cornerstone Photography. I would happily use them for any event where I would need a photographer in the future. They came with lots of ideas for photos, and were more than willing to work with our ideas as well. In addition, our photographer traveled around all day with us- at no extra cost. Best Part * The best part about this photography company is that they include a cd with all of your photos on it- so you do not have to pay a lot of money per photo- you can even take your wedding photos to a regular retail store to have them printed at a low cost.* The photos were beautiful- I loved them all! I highly recommend this company to work with to have a great wedding day!

We used Cornerstone at the recommendation of a friend and were very pleased with every aspect of service. They were always warm and put us at ease. We chose Laura for our photographer, and she did a wonderful job capturing shots -- even outside in the freezing weather! She was great at keeping pictures moving efficiently while also letting us enjoy the day. The value for the cost is outstanding -- it was much less expensive than many photographers but just as good. We were very pleased with the proofs (we received them in slightly less than a month, which was great) and are looking forward to sharing them with our family. We loved working with Cornerstone Photography. We live far away from their studio, so Mark made arrangements to come and meet with us closer to our home. Cornerstone Photography did a great job with our wedding this summer. We had Millie, and we couldn't have chosen a better fit. Now that we've received our digital proofs, it's obvious that she was EVERYWHERE! She really had an eye to catch the impromptu moments that you just can't pose. She was also very flexible in the months leading up to the wedding, offering us tips on how to make the most of her time with us, after a bit of a slow start in terms of responding to emails. Overall, we would certainly recommend her services. She even seemed to be having a good time herself on the big day!

I loved working with Cornerstone. Laura was my photographer and she was great! She was very nice and was interested in what we wanted as opposed to just posing us as she thought. We talked before the wedding day so we were clear on everything. We got the photos back recently and they look great. She was very flexible given that the air show was scheduled on our wedding day, so she had to work around a few things. We chose to use Cornerstone Photography for our wedding. Laura Humpa was our photographer and she was amazing! She did an engagement shoot for us and the pictures turned out amazing. The photographs from our wedding are absolutely beautiful! We worked with Christina who did a fabulous job. The reason i gave them 4.5 rather than 5 in a few categories is because I filled out a questionnaire for the head office which apparently did not get communicated with her, or she did not read because she asked me all the questions again. I searched high and low for a photographer with a certain look that wouldn't break my budget. I had our proofs in 3 weeks! Looking at all of our photos really brought the day back and I there were some many quality photos, unlike some wedding photographers that can just be random. We heard of this company through friends and had a wonderful experience! This is a smaller photography company that stands out from the other companies. The owner, Mark, was incredibly responsive to our all of our questions. Unlike other companies, he worked around our schedule and location to meet us to go over the initial meeting. He showed us portfolios and negatives from all the photographers, and we were able to pick out our photographer. We then received the negatives and rights to all our photos, and can order an album anytime. We received extremely personalized service, and he was incredibly patient with all of our questions. He also was able to work with us in our price range. I would definately recommend this company! Our photographer was John LaVere, he has a blog where you can check him out. He was wonderful!

A very nice and professional business. The pictures were beautiful. My husband and I aren't very good with photographs and David was fun to have a round and got us to relax a bit. He was great with the wedding party and guests. There was a mix up with photographers in the very beginning and I probably won't get the whole story, but the owner was sympathetic and gave us some money off our package, which was very nice. We greatly enjoyed working with Cornerstone Photography. Not only did the owner meet with us personally when we first reviewed their services, but the photographer that we worked with was very talented, professional, and helpful. We actually had an engagement photo session with our photographer ahead of our big day to see a bit more of his work, as well as give him an opportunity to know what it's like to work with us (and vice versa). On our wedding day John made sure we got all the shots we wanted, helped the guys put on their boutonnieres, and even lent me his vest to sit on during our photo shoot after the ceremony. The pictures from our engagement session and our big day were awesome. We've gotten so many compliments on them! Cornerstone is the first and only photography company we looked and we have no regrets! We highly recommend Cornerstone, as well as our specific photographer, John LaVere. One of the best things, after the fact, is that we have equal copyright to the photos and the freedom to make our own album.

Mark, the owner, was great to work with. We had a very short deadline (basically a week) that we would be in town. He made it possible for us to talk with the photographers as well as do our engagement photos within a short period of time! Him, along with the photographer, were all very nice to work with - they responded quickly and were willing to answer any questions or concerns we had.

Our photographer was great - we got all the shots that we asked for and some great candid shots. It was really easy to work with our photographer - the photographer had some great suggestions and was also willing to listen to our ideas. I was slightly disappointed that in numerous pictures, the heads of some of the people were cut off a little but we did have a lot of shots to choose from so I'm not too sad.

Overall, the pictures turned out lovely and we got many compliments on the lovely photos.

We used Cornerstone Photography for our October wedding in Milwaukee and it was wonderful. We love how many pictures we have and the variety. We also love that we were able to just purchase the package now and can order our actual album later. The only two cons was that the day of our wedding our photographer was sick (not her fault!), and she asked to leave early so we didn't get pictures at the end of the night. Also we didn't have as many candid shots as we would have liked, but I guess we could have told our photographer that we wanted more candid shots before the actual wedding.

Otherwise we loved Cornerstone and have already recommended them to some of our friends!

We went with Cornerstone because we got a proof album AND a dvd of the high-res images with our package. Mark was so friendly at the consultation, and the day of the wedding, David and Nicole were fabulous. Our wedding was in September and we still haven't seen the photos, so that is slightly annoying. We were really pleased with everything else though.We had do to a change of plans for our post-wedding photos because of rain, and they suggested (with the videographer) to go to Union Station--amazing!

Photographer did a nice job. Did not get as many photos of my wife and I alone as I would have liked, but the weather did not cooperate with us to keep with the schedule that was planned. I would recommend Cornerstone due to their professionalism and flexibility to meet and discuss options.

we were so happy with david, our photographer on the wedding day! about one month before, he was having issues with his e-mail though and we panicked a little bit because he had not been responding to our e-mails. everything got squared away though and he did an AMAZING job. we have seen a few of our proofs so far, and they are incredible.

Cornerstone Photography affords you the opportunity to own your photos. They will print the pictures for you (at a cost), but you can also print them yourself and use them as you would like.

The turnaround time is quick and it was a pleasure interacting with both the owner and our photographer.

Cornerstone photography did a great job. Millicent did an amazing job shooting my engagement photos as well as wedding photos. Nicole was my videographer. She was really nice. Haven't seen my video yet but I'm sure it will be great as well.

Like all weddings, we're sure, we have some great shots and some OK. Cornerstone was one of the better values we could find in Chicago in terms of price for amount of time and the package.

The only issue we had was disconnect between the time we contracted and the week before our wedding. We thought we had accurately communicated that we really did not want posed shots, and our photographer essentially insisted on them, citing that we would want them later. I guess we'll have to wait and see years down the road. But we felt that we weren't being listened to in our wishes. On the day, though, our photographer was super energetic and willing to try to make things happen for us.

Cornerstone is very capable, professional, and responsive.

Mark (who is the owner) is laid back and goes with the flow. He is easy to talk to and makes you feel very sure of the choices that you are making. Our photographer (who was not Mark) did a good job. He was personable and made us feel comfortable and kept us moving along and on our schedule. The only downfall was some of our pictures are angled, there was an excessive amount of lighting and a lot of the pictures from our reception when everyone was dancing are blurry. I'm not sure if that was his intention but it's difficult to make out everyone and what was going on.

The customer service that Mark provided was wonderful. We were a little worried about the quantity and variety of photos throughout our day, but the photos that were taken were beautiful.

Great photographers. A little too small a company to offer the responsiveness a bride would like but a great value overall and you get to keep your pictures from the get-go!

Overall I was pretty happy with the results from Cornerstone. We got a lot of good pictures however there were some that I was not too happy about the outdoor lighting.
Communication with my photographer was a little difficult - but she showed up on time the day of the event which is the most important.
Our digital copies of the pictures took about a week longer than we were told.
There was definitely room for improvement in their service but in the end we got a lot of really good pictutres.

Very basic photographs of family were missed; these are pictures which cannot be recreated. My family and I were disappointed with this.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience with Cornerstone Photography...

Our first selection of photographer quit and we were not notified until I contacted them 30 days before our wedding. We were then placed with someone we did not choose. This photographer never called me back or spoke to me about details about the wedding until the wedding day. He showed up almost 2 hours late and left 1 hour early. We were not compensated for the lost hours and did not even receive an apology after contacting them with all of our issues. The photographer was very unprofessional and often rude to family & friends.
We didn't see a single proof until almost 8 weeks after the wedding when they advertise that they are completed within 3-6 weeks.
Many of our pictures were lost and never returned to us.
While you own the rights to your photos, be sure to ask for a letter which states this because it was not provided and I had to ask many weeks later for it in order to get my photos printed.
It would have been nice to get an apology at the very least for all of the problems we encountered with this vendor but we just received excuses and almost felt like we were being accused of lying about our complaints. We may be an isolated case of this type of service as I see many other high reviews about this company on here, but I am hoping this honest review will help another couple think twice about the possibility of it happening again.
This is very unfortunate as we paid a lot of money for our photography selection and what we received was the only regretted decision of our entire wedding experience.

Selecting Cornerstone to photograph our wedding was the biggest mistake of our entire wedding planning process. We chose them because we were impressed with Mark's Sales Pitch (Bridal Expo) and sample portfolios. Up until the wedding, we were pleased with the customer service. Although only one of the photographers met with us for a consultation, we figured the two would communicate based on our meeting. Unfortunately, it was clear the two (John and Ryan) had not spoken (or even met) before the Wedding Day.
Photos:
Photos were incomplete, not according to our discussion prior to wedding, needed major editing (which we had to do ourselves) as there was too much background showing in several photos, several photos were fuzzy/not in focus at all, there were no photos of our wedding rings. Also, there was a lounge/dessert room that was NOT photographed. Room included a highly decorated dessert table, couches, chocolate fountain, special lighting, monogram gobo, etc. As a result, I still have not seen the Lounge room since by the time I by the time I saw it at the end of the night, everything was gone.
Customer Service:
This was the most disappointing aspect working with Cornerstone. I was completely shocked at how unprofessional Mark and his team's responses were. They were completely defensive and argumentative. In one of Mark's email correspondence to me, he wrote "From your response and Ryan's response it's getting a little bit like a "he said she said" scenario." Not an appropriate response to your customer who just paid thousands of $$ for your services that your team did not fulfill. Due to the horrible experience, I could not imagine going back and working with Mark on our album.
I wrote this detailed review because this was such an upsetting experience linked to one of the most joyous days of our lives. If it can help even one Bride during her planning process, it will have been worth it. If you are considering Cornerstone, go with someone else!

Our experience with Cornerstone Photography was absolutely horrible!!
We had Ingrid as our photographer and even though we met with her and seemed to be on the same page as to the style of pictures we were interested in, the experience was far from what we were hoping for. She called the night before the wedding as we were on our way to the reshearsal dinner to ask where she needed to be and when (which was previously discussed and even put in writing to the people at Cornerstone), and when I didn't have time to talk to her because I was organizing things for the dinner, she became very rude.
The day of the wedding, we started taking pictures early, and roughly 15 minutes before I walked down the aisle her camera broke. Inexplicably, she didn't have a backup camera and didn't have her phone to call anyone. So there I am, in my dress, going through all of my wedding material trying to find Mark (the owner's) phone number, and my bridesmaids were going through their things trying to find a phone for her. She became extremely upset, started swearing and even began to cry at one point. Since she wasn't taking care of the situation and instead throwing a crying fit, a bridesmaid let her use her own personal camera (including the memory card, which wound up having all of the previously taken pictures erased by Ingrid) for the ceremony while my aunt had to rent a camera from a local studio for her to use for the rest of the day. We were shocked that a professional photographer would not bring a backup camera and not even remember to bring a phone to use in case of emergencies. Unfortunately, for the rest of the day she had a very bad attitude and made many unprofessional remarks throughout the day. Very loudly, she made statements such as, "I hate weddings;" "I'm getting bored of taking pictures of your guests;" "I hate people;" and similar statements to us and our guests. We had originally asked for her to take more candid shots than posed shots, and what we recieved were far more posed pictures than cadids, most of which feature us and our freinds looking extremely awkward as a result of the poses she forced everyone into. We also didn't get some pictures with immediate family, despite the fact that we specifically requested them. Needless to say, we can't ever get those moments back. Overall, we were disappointed and when we tried to contact Mark, who we had originally met with, he was impossible to get in touch with. His wife, the co-owner, called me back and basically said that the photographer did her job and took pictures, everything else was essentially our tough luck. Their solution was to offer a small discount on one of their photo albums, which we hadn't planned on buying in the first place. If we were unhappy with the majority of the pictures, why on earth would we order an overpriced (even with a small discount) wedding album from them? Maybe our photographer just had a terrible day but, as they say, "suck it up", it was our wedding day, and we were paying money for her service. I could understand if we had hired an amateur photographer to do the job, but we had not- we hired a professional and we expected that person to act like a professional. The fact that our dissatisfaction carried over into the weeks after the wedding as we dealt with Mark and Laura was almost as bad as dealing with Ingrid. All in all, the group that we initially had very high hopes for fell FAR short of our expectations. Simply put, the job of a wedding photographer is to show up where and when you are told with a camera and take pictures while being somewhat anonymous- this group failed on every account.
