Such gorgeous, clean linens

I found Connie Duglin on wedding wire and decided to use them for my wedding on 12/11. The rental process was simple and easy to go through and my order was exactly what I asked for. They have a great selection of linens and Mr. Linen was kind enough to set up a showing with us when we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted. Highly recommend using them!

Beautiful linens

I rented regular poly linens and sequin linens from Connie Duglin. They are had beautiful rich colors. The company was very good with communication as well.

Even though Connie Duglin Linens are located in a different state than I am, they were fantastic to work with for my wedding! They were very prompt to my emails or calls when I had questions and were flexible when I had change my drop off place and pick up day because of my reception halls rules. The linens came fast, were clean and exactly the color I ordered. Plus sending them back is a breeze! Just pop them in the duffel bags they provide and they have fed-ex pick them up. Even if you aren't located in OH, I would highly suggest Connie Duglin to anyone who wanted to use them for any special event.

We were able to receive samples in the mail ahead of time to get an idea of what we wanted and then we went into the showroom to get a visual of what our tables would look like. Smooth process, would highly recommend!

Great linen service! I was in contact with Jessica Nieves for my linen needs. She is so professional, and communicating with her was not an issue. I came in knowing what I wanted and she delivered. She also helped with a few suggestions here and there. It was indeed a pleasure working with her. My reception looked fantastic! Would definitely recommend this company! I also love that I got to see a sample setup of what my ideas were before hand. Thanks a lot Jessica!

Connie Duglin is a great company to work with. I've used them for other events in addition to my wedding and have always had a great experience. Additionally, their pricing usually comes below other local linen rental companies.

My expectations were beyond exceeded. I was blessed by having Jessica Nieves help me with my selections for my wedding. She elevated my ceremony and my reception. Without her I know my dream wedding would not of been the same. I am so thankful you!! With the help of the Retail Account Representative, we turned a regular room into a "work of art" that our guests raved about. She really understood our vision and helped to make my daughter's day glow with a timeless elegance. She couldn't have been more supportive and went out of her way to make sure we were totally satisfied with our selections. It was worth every dime spent and we couldn't have been happier. We couldn't be happier that we chose Connie Duglin. I was very indecisive when it came to my linens and Jessica was beyond helpful! She was very patient with me and was determined to make me happy with my final decision. A week before the wedding I decided to change all of my linens and she helped to put together a last minute consult with me and helped to make all the changes I needed. I can't say enough good things about Jessica and Connie Duglin Linen!

Definitely use Connie Duglin. The prices are the best in Jacksonville and the selection is huge. Erica was wonderful to work with. I gave her my color scheme and when I arrived for my appointment, she had several samples for me to choose from.

We had a lovely experience with dale at Connie Duglin in Naples! With the help of our wedding planner CocoLuna Events, we were able to choose linens that fit great with our wedding theme very easily. Connie Duglin has an amazing selection of linens, and when we had a request for a new swatch of linen, we were mailed one right away! I was even given a tour of their Naples location to feel the linens for myself. I had a great experience renting from Connie Duglin and I highly recommend them!

I had a 1940's inspired wedding and finding a linen vendor with lace was so difficult. Well Connie Duglin solved my problem! The linens were beautiful, great quality and good price. They set everything up and took everything down without issue. They were wonderful to work with, even with my bunches of changes before the day. The staff was responsive and helpful.

Connie Duglin's Linens were amazing! We rented silver overlays to put on top of cream colored table clothes, and beautiful silver shiny napkins. They fedex them over the night before our wedding so we had them that saturday to set everything up! I would highly recommend using them for all your linens.

The venue we chose for our wedding reception (Tampa Palms Country Club) uses Connie Douglin Linens as their primary linen rental service. Of course I loved the linens they had to offer, but initially I was thinking of going out on my own and actually purchasing my linens so that I could resell them later. However, when I came to my senses and realized I had already done so much for this wedding, I just didn't need the extra stress of finding a good linen company online and then not being able to see and feel the quality of the fabrics. I'm so glad I decided to use Connie Douglin Linens because the damask and satin linens were just too beautiful to pass up! They made my vintage-themed wedding look absolutely stunning! We had so many compliments on how beautiful the ballroom at Tampa Palms Country Club looked. It was just the elegant and romantic look I was going for....even better than what I had expected actually. My jaw dropped when I first walked into the room and saw everything all set up. Just amazing! Thanks so much.

Huge choice of linens!!!! They have their own warehouse so you can set up a table and see what it will look like the day of your wedding. They are super flexible. I had to change the final count of linens several times a week before the wedding, and they willingly helped!

I used Connie Duglin for the chair covers & bows for my event! Excellent vendor - I went to their showroom where they did a great job providing many different options. I had contacted another rental company prior to selecting them and also found that their pricing was much more reasonable. Our reception room looked amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was two weeks before the wedding when we realized we wanted a splash of color to fill up the room of the reception hall. We had made a few attempts to contact other companies but our florist gave us a brochure of Connie Duglin and we contacted the main office. We got a quick response and scheduled an appointment for the very next day. Marc was super helpful and patient! He showed us several different fabrics, set a few different looks and patiently waited for us to choose what we wanted, for I could not make up my mind… I was torn between two looks. Marc and Ivan (my now husband) suggested I use both and it turned out great! I was extremely happy when I saw the tables at the reception hall, they looked beautiful! The colors complimented the centerpieces gracefully and I was impressed! I spent more than I expected on linens, but it was SO worth it! It changed the look of the hall and it matched our theme perfectly. Great products and great service!

Very acomidating I had last minute linen changes and they were able to switch it out no problem. Linens we nicely pressed and clean and were given laundry bags to put the dirty linens in afterwards.

We are very pleased with Connie Duglin. We got our chair covers for our wedding from them. They were on time looked great!! Only additional comment I have is my wife paid in cash and she overpaid by like $6 or $7 and they said they did t have any petty cash at the time but would send it to her later am we still haven't seen it.

Very professional, caring and attentive.
They work with you, even though things change last minute in some cases and they get the job done.
We chose to have them set up our linens and chair bows and they did an amazing job!! My wife got her fairy tale wedding and the room was decorated immaculately. Showed up on time and everything looked great!!

My contact person at Connie Duglin was Brit. She supplied me with samples of the sashes and napkins to help me see the quality of the fabric and the colors. We booked with them and decided to pick up our linens and return them to help save on costs. We were able to pick up the linens after 4pm the Thursday before our wedding and returned them the Monday after the wedding. The sashes and napkins were great quality and looked awesome in our venue. I am very happy with the quality of the service. Brit is very responsive in emails and is very professional.

We worked with Britt out of the Oldsmar office. She was so much help! I wasn't sure on my colors and didn't want to drive across town to look at them so they sent me swatches of the colors I was looking at. Britt also sent me a picture of the set up so I could decide out of 2 different colors. I ended up going with the colors I had first chose. Ivory and Wine. We did tables in wine, chairs ivory with wine organza sash. We did the head table in Ivory with chairs ivory and the wine sash. Everything looked amazing. They were on time setting up for the wedding and on time for take down at end of night. Also they were ok with me waiting a week before to get my count right to pay for everything. Connie Duglin is amazing to work with and Britt too!! Thank you for all your help!! =)

We used CD for our linen rentals and loved their selection. They have beautiful lace overlays that really complimented our venue more than anything else I saw - those paired with satin was the perfect soft touch. Heather, the rep that I worked with, was wonderful. She made sure that we had everything we needed for our day. She was willing to work with us no matter what changes we needed to make and even found ways for us to save money. I had a change to make to my order a little more than a week before the wedding and she got everything done for us without a problem. Not to mention that they were cheaper than anyone else in my area!!

Connie Duglin provided all linens for our wedding and did a wonderful job. The linens were lovely (we chose simple white, and they were pristine) and delivered promptly. They worked well with our venue, and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them!

Our linens were beautiful and they came and tied the bows which looked amazing. They also delivered the linens on 3 days prior to the actual event which worked very well with our venue! There website online is awesome because you can design your own table to be able to see different options. They did a great job!

Connie Duglin Linens was my savior! Nora was so helpful! I was about ready to pull my hair out over the prices and difficulty in set up and tear down. This place made all that stress go away. The chair covers, with the satin eggplant bows, and satin table clothes over cake and sweetheart talbes were all perfect! It looked beautiful!!! I loved how the satin shined!!

I would strongly encourage anyone needing beautiful linens to contact Connie Duglin! After visiting their facility and speaking on the phone with them multiple times, I finally felt ready to place the order. They were very patient with me, even when I made several changes. When I walked into the ballroom at our daughter's wedding reception I was blown away. The tables and chairs looked gorgeous -- even better than I had envisioned. Connie Duglin did a wonderful job and I would definitely use them again!

We used the pewter pintuck table linens, white poly chair covers, and silver organza chair sashes for our wedding. I was able to view a variety of linens in different fabrics in our colors, but what made the difference is seeing the real thing in our reception venue before selecting exactly what I wanted. I changed my mind a few weeks before the wedding, but they were flexible and it wasn't an issue. I also used an end-of-year special when I placed the order, and received the promotional pricing even though my wedding was 6 months after placing the order. The linens looked beautiful the day of the wedding, and we received a ton of compliments on the look and quality of the linens!

Our wedding planner actually dealt with Connie Duglin, so I can't give a review of service, only of the quality of the linens we received. Since we were having a casual beach wedding, we used white tablecloths with burlap overlays and all of the linens were great! No stains, no tears, and they looked so good on the tables!

Since I live in a small town, our local chair cover rental place wanted $4.00 to rent 1 chair cover. Since we were already way over budget, I checked into Connie Duglin's chair covers and they were only $2.00/chair cover and they looked awesome! They were easy to deal with, very professional, very helpful, and accessible despite being 2 hours away!

Great prices, quality and variety. They were very patient with us while we explored the different color options. They even ordered samples for us so we could test them out at our venue, and allowed us to change our order even as soon as a week before the wedding.

Beautiful linens and a fair price! I met with a consultant and picked out what I liked and never had to worry about it again. They worked directly with the reception venue to make sure they had the right amounts and took care of everything! I didnt have to lift a finger! Highly recommend!

We really didn't expect to find such great linens from a rental company.Connie Duglin was the real deal they had one of the finest selection my wife and I had ever seen.They had the perfect chair covers that would go great with my parents set.They gave us a great price and we managed to cover all the chair in tables with their finest.I would highly recommend you stop by and check out what they have in stock.

We rented chair covers and linens for our event. I am so glad we did, the colors of our linens just made our venue just pop. It was beautiful. They can do anything you want, they deliver the linens and pick up the next day. They are great.

I used the black imperial stripe table clothes and the regular black matte chair covers with lilac organza bows. When I went into the store the first time I was so surprised and delighted to see all the colorful options and patterns that they offered. Randy one of the main people we spoke with and he was also there the day of set up. The set up was seamless and looked perfect! I received so many compliments on how elegant the linens made the reception site look. And best of all my mother (who was originally against linens, said they made the room look beautiful). They were great and I would highly suggest using them for your event!

They sent samples swatches to my home for free. I was even able to order a sample order of different linens for free. They delivered it to my wedding venue and I was able to see how it would look at my venue. This really was helpful in making my decision :)

Bright, Beautiful Linens

We rented our wedding linens from Connie Duglin and were so happy we did! We used yellow and coral linens, and the colors popped against the greenery of our outdoor venue. They made number adjustments the week of the wedding without an issue, and delivery and pickup were seamless. Highly recommend!

Jessica was fantastic to work with. I let her know what color scheme I was looking at and the swatches I wanted and she sent me extra! I actually ended up choosing one of the extra swaches she had picked out. I loved the convenience! The box arrived in the mail. All of the linens were nicely folded and compact in the box. There is a duffle bag with FedEx label attached. After the event I popped the linens in the bag. I was getting ready to head out to a Fed Ex store, but they came to me for pickup. Loved it! Will definitely use again.

We ordered tablecloths and napkins from the Tampa location. The celedon colored tablecloths were beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. Their prices are great too. I would absolutely recommend this vendor.

I rented linens from Connie Duglin Linens for my wedding ceremony. They have a LOT to choose from so that is good. You can schedule an appointment for a mock table setting so see a small table set up with the linens you are thinking of choosing. My only criticism was that when I showed up for my mock setting, they were not prepared for me....they should have had an empty table waiting for me and they should have had my linens up front and ready for me (that's what I think anyway), but when I arrived, one of the staff had gone to lunch so they only had one person to help me AND answer the phone AND help anyone else that came in the store, and then she had to go find my linens in the back, then she had to remove their display linens from the display table in order to put MY linens on. I guess I just wished they were more prepared for me.
I only order about 10 table cloths, 10 overlays, and a few runners so it was not a big order. So I opted to go and pick them up myself instead of having them delivered (delivery is around $150 I think, but that includes delivery, set up, and break down after) so that saved me some money. Just make sure you specifically tell them WHEN you want to pick them up AND make sure you specify when you want to drop them off so you don't get any extra fees.
But the linens were beautiful. I was very happy.

Beth was extremely helpful with picking out the perfect chair covers and sashes for the wedding. They took care of all the setup and the value was reasonable. Guest commented on how the chair covers transformed the space. Beth was easy to work with and professional. My sister used this company when she got married and was very pleased so I decided to use them as well. They have the largest selection and variety of linens that I found and prices are great! Professionals through and through...very patient, knowledgeable and creative. If possible, ask your wedding venue to work with the Connie Duglin folks directly (this makes sure you receive the right size linens and could possibly help cut costs).

Great Linen Rentals- Beautiful & Unique, But One Bump in the Road

We used Connie Duglin for our linens for our wedding because they had beautiful selections and Kara in Charleston was such a pleasure to work with!! She was so sweet and met with us multiple times- first so that we could look at the linens in person and see how it would look at the venue, and a second time with her and our florist to pick out our vases, compotes, lanterns, and more to make sure everything looked great together. She was always very responsive and patient- she is the best! We got the most beautiful combination of linens for our cocktail tables and cake table- a peach linen with a sheer and rose gold gardenia overlay that went with our wedding colors perfectly and looked so unique! I also loved how the blue damask linen we had on our other cocktail tables complimented the historic plantation house we were getting married at and gave a pop of color! I took off some stars because four days before my wedding the company informed me the ivory damask linens I selected for my reception tables were not available because they had been "returned damaged". I was really disappointed, and I would understand if it was a specialty linen that is rare that they don't have very many of, but Kara told me these are one of the company's most popular linens- they had to inform 4 other brides just in Charleston of the bad news (side note- how the heck did SO many of this linen get returned "damaged" they interfered with 5 weddings just in Charleston??). I'm sorry but this company should know better and should have 3x the amount of these linens if they are so popular, especially if they have a lot of back-to-back orders, so that brides don't have to scramble days before their wedding to find something else! Kara was so sweet and worked extra hard to help me find a substitute, so I still really appreciate everything she did and am so glad we worked with her, but the company headquarters should really do better in that aspect. I still recommend using Connie Duglin if your in Charleston because Kara is so amazing, but hopefully the company headquarters gets better prepared in the future.

We heard about Connie Duglin though our Caterer and went in to choose colors. It took us 20-30 min to get everything we needed for our tables with Jessica's help. She was experienced and wonderful and knew exactly what she was talking about. Thank goodness because I had no clue about linens. They even let our caterers pick up our linens for us for the day of the event.

Everything was fine until the day off the event. I spend countless hours contacting different linen companies and getting fabric swatches because I wanted a certain 'champagne' color which wasnt too light like Ivory or too dark like Gold. I finally fond the color I wanted with Connie Duglin, however, on the day of the event they sent me the wrong color! Apparently my family members realized it and called and were told there was nothing they could do since linens would no get there on time. My family decided not to tell me anything so I didnt worry, instead they asked the venue to dim the lights and I didnt even notice until the end of the event! But still it bothered me that they sent the wrong linens....

these linens were subperb! loved the colors (apple and ivory) made the room look absolutely gorgeous, so glad I decided to cover the chairs as well and not just the tables. prices are fair and didn't have to worry about a thing with set-up and tear down

Very easy team to work with - they were very flexible and helpful in making sure we receive the best value for what we want and we were able to go in and see samples and set ups to get ideas and see the true color of the material. It was an easy part of the wedding planning. Happy planning!

I didn't really have any interaction with the vendor directly as my wedding planner dealt directly with them. The table linens came out beautiful though! I loved the color. They are a little pricey though.

Rented linens for our rehearsal dinner and our wedding reception. Great color options, friendly sales people and they poducts we ordered were correct the first time! Very easy.
