Everything We Needed

I had a block of rooms at Concordville Inn for our wedding. We worked with Dianna and she was very friendly and helped us a lot when we were having major issues finding hotels in DE near our event. The hotel was clean and our guests staying there all had nothing but nice things to say.

Caldwell/Reynolds Wedding 3-5-2022

From start to finish, the staff of the Concordville guided us through the wedding planning process. We are so pleased by their wonderful professionalism, cost friendly budget wedding packages, the staff of the hotel and their responsiveness to our guests. My guests have not stopped raving to me about how wonderful the venue is, the the overall red carpet treatment from their team! Concordville is your all in one venue

If you are looking at having your wedding here, do not look anywhere else. The cost can't be matched, but more importantly their team is absolutely exceptional. We explored dozens of different venues and the Concordville Inn was hands down unbeatable across across board. I will start with Barbara since she took my vision and far exceeded anything I could imagine. I read reviews about the event manager being awful, but the wedding team is entirely separate. From the start, Barbara was very responsive and very accommodating with me living in another state. She is very knowledgeable and the kindest and most professional woman I've met in the wedding industry. I say this because she is genuine and truly cares about the bride and groom. We had made many changes during the process and Barbara was able to accommodate each and every request up until the day before our rehearsal dinner. We had our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner Thursday and our wedding on a Friday. Barbara and Juan led our rehearsal and wedding and Nick and Esmerelda were our lead people on Thursday and the service was amazing. Their hospitality and service are exceptional. Our bridal party loved the staff and we selected the striped bass, prime rib and chicken roma options for our rehearsal entrees.
Our wedding day started with the bridal party in the conference room in the hotel and ended at Ashley's restaurant and bar for our after party. It was nothing shy of extraordinary and our package was a fraction of the cost of local venues. It is also rare to have an all in one venue - hotel, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and after party all on one property. The staff took my decor and created the most intimate and beautiful ceremony, cocktail and reception setup. Juan, Nick and staff were extremely attentive and checked in with my husband and other guests frequently and quickly accommodated any questions or requests. The guests told us that the cocktail servers were fast and served frequently and complimented the staff all night. To Juan and Barbara, you are simply amazing people professionally and personally it was an honor to meet you both. Thank you for an exceptional experience and I truly hope to cross paths in the future!

December 2021 wedding

I got married at the Concordville Inn, and I have to say that it was the best experience working with them. Diana the sales manager had the greatest personality. She made planning our wedding so much fun. She took a lot off our plate and she has so many ideas to help make your day unique and special. My reception was wonderful. People are still coming to me saying it was the best wedding and reception that they had attended. The staff was so accomodating,professional and fun. Having the Best Western hotel next door was a big plus. Late night partiers really appreciated the overnight option. I have to give them 5/5 stars. They went went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect!

Incredible!

Concordville knows how to throw a wedding! The amount of food and beverages they offer is incredible and everything is always delicious. All of the staff was amazing, especially Barbara who was there for us every step of the way. Had the best time!

Covid bride

I am so happy to make this review! I am a COVID bride who had to reschedule my wedding (also at concordville inn) but still wanted to get married and celebrate with a intimate ceremony. Diana offered the grounds and the patio of the gold ballroom for us to get photos and hold our small ceremony. Which we follows with a wonderful dinner at the restaurant. We are so thankful that Diana and the staff at the concordville inn were so flexible and willing to help make our small ceremony and dinner so perfect! We are so excited to do it all again a lot bigger next year!!

They made our day perfect!

Being a COVID bride has been extremely hard but when we booked our reception and The Mendenhall Inn and had to move last minute to the Concordville Inn, we thought it was all downhill from there. Man were we wrong! The Concordville is so beautiful, recently upgraded ballroom and cocktail area, beautiful & spacious suites and the greatest staff we could have asked for.

The ballroom was stunning and the cocktail area was perfect for mingling and was the perfect spot for our photo booth.

Gianna was SO great through everything including almost rebooking for next year, lots of tears, and finally moving to a complexity new property. We could not have been in better hands and we were SO happy to finally be able to celebrate our day with Gianna taking temperatures all night! Lol!

I would highly recommend this venue to any newbie!

Amazing Staff and Food

Concordville Inn did an amazing job. Our wedding had to be rescheduled 3 times due to covid. Our first date was 4 days after everything was ordered to shut down. Diana was constantly in contact with me on trying to reschedule, and booking our final forever day (8/28/2020). I would say that everything went off without a hitch but its 2020 who am I kidding. Our entire wedding (ceremony and reception) had to be moved outside due to government guidelines. Tents were ordered for the patio area outside of the ballroom. Ceremony was planned for the patio outside the hotel ( we were the 1st outside wedding ever at Concordville). The day of our wedding everything was going as planned... then a massive thunderstorm hit around 4:30/5pm. Wedding was at 5:30. Diana came to my room and let me know all would be ok. They were working on making sure everything would still be perfect. The wind and the rain messed up the entire reception area and ceremony chairs. Everything was soaked. Diana let me know we were working on plan B. We would be a little behind schedule but we were a GO. Our ceremony was moved inside to the lobby of the Gold ballroom (where it was originally supposed to be). The staff had to redo everything for the reception. The table clothes, chairs and everything were soaked the way the storm went. I received a call at my room about 6:15pm that everything was ready. We were driven over to the reception area from the hotel. When we walked through the reception area to get to the ceremony you would have never known the damage that was done an hour earlier. Employees were soaking wet running around like crazy setting up the final touches. All I could say to Juan and his crew was THANK YOU. They did an amazing job. It wasn't what I had originally planned for my wedding (I absolutely love the gold ballroom) but it was an amazing day, that couldn't have happened without the amazing staff . The only things i would have changed were out of everyone control (my original date, inside as planned, thunderstorm delaying ceremony and having to rush trough some stuff with the storm delaying us). If I had to plan again I would definitely go back and have it all over again at Concordville, no doubt about it. The food was amazing, and staff were super friendly.

An awesome experience!

We had an awesome experience at the Concordville. Diana was really helpful bringing our vision to life and Joe was amazing the day before and on the wedding day from the little details to the big picture items! It was a stress free and fun party!

Everything I imagined and so much more ...

I have such a difficult work schedule and Diana was extremely flexible with meeting times / phone calls. She was also very understanding as I had many people involved in the planning process . At the busiest time of the year ( I had a Christmas wedding ) the concordville inn was responsive and allowed for ample time for setup and breakdown of our event . The maître d’ was absolutely amazing he did such a great job keeping the kids in our wedding in line and did a great job keeping the night moving! He also always had a smile on his face ! I have no complaints none whatsoever. I was so worried about getting to eat at my own wedding but the staff ensured that we enjoyed from the cocktail hour and dinner, they even packed up food to take back to the hotel room ! You will not be disappointed! I am so sad it is over but I am so happy I chose the Concordville Inn I plan to celebrate my anniversary there each year !!!

The staff were wonderful from start to finish! The venue was recently renovated and is even more beautiful than before! If we could do it all again we’d choose The Concordville Inn 100 times over! Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations! Venue is a must see!

The wedding was beautiful

I can't give enough praise to the staff at the concordville inn. Diana and Juan made the night extra special. Diana was always easy and flexible to work with. She gave honest opinions and great advice. She is very easy to get along with.
The food was excellent as well as the service. The kitchen held our food for us while we were on the dancefloor. They brought it out when we were finally ready for it. The staff were very polite and responsive to our guests needs. It was a great day!

Excellent venue & staff ♡

We could not be happier with our wedding reception at the Concordville Inn. The food was absolutely wonderful & the cake process with master's baker was also phenomenal. Diana (wedding coordinator) & Joe (maitre D) were terrific to work with and made our night perfect! Working with the Concordville Inn was simple, yes brides- I said simple. I would highly recommend the concordville inn to anyone looking for a beautiful venue!

Most amazing wedding experience!

Most unbelievable wedding ever! Diana was wonderful from the start of our planning till the end. Our Maitre D, Juan was the most caring, accommodating, wonderful person. He was AMAZING in every way. Amazing Experience

An amazing day! Diana helped with all of our wedding needs prior to our event and was very responsive and accommodating to all of our requests. She made the planning process extremely easy and fun and We enjoyed our meetings working with her.
Juan took care of us the day of the wedding and he and his staff were incredibly accommodating, helpful and professional through our event. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect and that we did not have anything to worry about from start to finish. They went so far as to pack up our extra food and have it delivered to our hotel room at the end of the night so that we could go enjoy our after-party. We dropped off our decorations and belongings a week prior to the wedding and Diana was incredibly accommodating in meeting our crazy schedules so as we would not have to miss work for wedding meetings. All of our personal belongings were displayed perfectly and packed up for us at the end of the night. The tables looked amazing with our items placed out exactly like we wanted. We used their flower centerpieces and they were the most beautiful perfect touch. All of the guests raved about the food- particularly the amazing cocktail hour and portion sizes! We used the grounds for pictures and they were absolutely beautiful. The king suite for our wedding night was a very special touch as well! I truly could not have asked for a better experience or better people to be part of our special day. Thank you Concordville Inn for going above and beyond for your brides and grooms!

Wonderful venue!

The Concordville Inn was the perfect place for our wedding! Throughout the entire process, Diana was very quick with her responses and thoroughly answered every question I had (there were many!) The actual venue is beautiful. We had our reception in the Gold Ballroom, which fit all of our 250 guests and the band perfectly. Juan was our "Captain" and saw to it that our every need was met during the entire night. I especially loved the lofted bridal suite, which they stocked with food and drinks for us and our bridal parties. This gave us a little bit of time to regroup after pictures before we joined cocktail hour. It is extremely affordable compared to other venues in the area, and I couldn't be happier with the way that things turned out. I would highly recommend having a wedding at the Concordville!

My husband and I had our reception at the Concordville Inn and had many people, including ourselves, stay at the Best Western right next to the Concordville Inn and our experience with both the Concordville and the Best Western was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. Diana, the wedding coordinator at the Concordville made the experience so enjoyable. When there was a mistake before the wedding Diana fixed it. At the wedding Juan and Diana did everything to fix any problems we had at the wedding. I would highly recommend Concordville Inn to anybody getting married.

Diana and Juan were AMAZING! I was kept in the loop and guided through the planning with the perfect amount of assistance and any small hiccup or issue on my wedding day was taken care of quickly and with such professionalism. I can't say enough great things about the Concordville Inn as a reception venue for my wedding! Diana helped us through the process from day 1 and was very responsive to all of our emails. She was great at explaining every step of the planning and answered all of our questions. The staff on the day of our reception was spot-on, especially our maître d, Juan. This is one of the best deals in the area and I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for the perfect place for their special day!

Diana and the rest of the staff at the Concordville Inn/Best Western were amazing during the planning of our wedding. Although there were a few hiccups on our wedding day, (what's a wedding without a little drama) these issues were fixed promptly and with smiling faces the entire time. The all-inclusive wedding packages are not only helpful from a budget standpoint, but also great for busy couples who would rather not worry about every single detail, such as the cake, decorations, etc. Thank you to Diana and the rest of the staff for helping my husband, daughter, and I officially become a family!

The Concordville Inn is a wedding factory. The staff was practiced and superb. Diana conducted them like a meaestro. She was fantastic in helping us get our head around the details in the planning stages and when it came time to execute she delivered. I cannot recommend the venue or her personally highly enough. The Concordville ticked our boxes of on site hotel, great food, gorgeous room (we used the Gold Ballroom) and onsite after party. It was a day unmarred by any headaches or complications and we will cherish the memory.

From the moment we booked, we were happy with the Concordville. Joe, our coordinator was incredibly attentive to our questions, needs, and concerns. Leading up to the day was easy. Our tastings for food and cake (the Concordville works with the Masters Bakers) were incredible, and Joe was always available (responded to email or call immediately or within a half hour). The Wednesday before our Saturday wedding, I dropped off decorations with my girlfriend who was helping to setup and Joe walked us through everything. The day of, Joe was there when we arrived at the venue and once he left, Juan, the Maitre D’, took over. We were constantly being addressed by the kind staff asking what we needed or wanted. Juan walked us through our cake cutting, and we had absolutely zero issues with anything throughout the night. There is ample space for a photo booth and any other special features you may want to bring in. Oh, and the food is INCREDIBLE! We chose a filet mignon and a fillet of salmon, but all of the choices at the tasting were spectacular. The hors d’oeuvres are so good- there is too much food! You can choose from two stations plus 16 passed items including meat and vegetarian options.

We looked at a few venues but knew that Concordville Inn was exactly what we were looking for as soon as we walked through the gate. The venue is gorgeous! I fell in love with the grounds. We met with Joe Farrell who did an amazing job at explaining the different packages that they offered. He was very responsive and constantly followed up with us to see if we needed anything or to remind us of things that were still pending. I cannot thank Joe Farrell enough for going above and beyond. He is such a kind person. Our wedding was absolutely the most perfect day, from the weather, the outdoor ceremony, the exquisite food and the great music. The room looked absolutely stunning. It was exactly how I had pictured it. They did such an amazing job with the décor. We had our private cocktail party for the bridal party. This was such a great idea. It gave us time to mingle with our family. I cannot express enough the positive feedback we have received. We have had so many comments on how beautiful the grounds were. Others have commented on the quality and quantity of the food as well as the excellent waiting and bar staff. They were all so very approachable, smiley, proactive and very efficient. The speed in which they got the food out was impressive. Joe (Maitre D) was with us until the very end of our night. He even checked up on us while we were at the roof top bar for our after party. I thought this was very thoughtful of him to do that. Our Maitre D Joe did an AMAZING job I am very impressed with the service we received at the Concordville Inn. The Concordville Inn made our dreams come true! Steven and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this venue!

My wedding was held at this venue on August 5th, 2017. Never planning a wedding before is obviously overwhelming. The sales manager, Joe Farrell, was great to work with. He has a lot of experience, and lots of ideas to make the day go smoothly. the Maitre D was awesome organizing the ceremony and reception, brought us beers out while we were taking pictures. They were very detailed oriented, making sure everything was perfect the day of, and making sure everything was how I wanted it. The food was AMAZING and delicious. They gave us our own room after pictures to be able to have a breather, and enjoy the food before the reception started. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Chris and I worked with Diana during the planning of our wedding and we're lucky enough to have Joe as our maître de on the day of. Both Diana and Joe were professional and listened to all of our requests. Chris and I wouldn't have changed a thing about our wedding! Best. Day. Ever!

My wedding reception was perfect! I could not have had a better group of people helping us make our wedding the unforgettable day it was. Diana was such a great help from day one. The staff catered to us the entire time. I never had to get myself a drink; they were right there asking if me or my husband needed anything. To top it off, the food is amazing! We were married at Concordville Inn on July 15, 2017. From start to finish Diana was very helpful, accommodating, and polite. The food was amazing and so much of it! Our Maitre D was Juan. He was fantastic. Anything we wanted/needed he got it and most of the time he had it before we even asked for it. We had a wonderful experience and our guests agree. Our wedding on 11/11/16 was magical!! Diana was our coordinator and she was extremely helpful throughout the entire wedding process- and I ask a lot of questions! :) she was gracious and informative with each question!
The staff the night of our wedding were polite and helpful as well!! The venue was perfect for our guest list of 250 and fit everyone perfectly. The newly designed bridal sweet and outside patio area were welcome added touches!
Our wedding was amazing thanks to the concordville inn and it's pleasant and warm staff!!

The concordville inn was great! They worked with me with everything I needed and helped me and answered all my questions !! We got married at the Concordville Inn this past weekend (10/29/16) and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. The whole day ran so smoothly from ceremony through the reception. All of our guests raved about the food, which was excellent. The venue/ballroom looked great and the grounds of the hotel on site were amazing for pictures. We had such a great time at our wedding! The staff was so helpful on our wedding day and all the days leading up to the event. It really was stress free for us. They took care of everything for us. The ballroom looked amazing and our guests had a great time! We had multiple people tell us that our wedding was the best they had ever been too and had the best food they had experienced at a wedding. I am so unbelievably glad that I met Joe Farrell at a bridal show back in 2015. Because of this chance meeting (we already had a venue picked, but hadn't signed a contract yet!) we ended up visiting Concordville Inn on Valentine's Day, 2015, in the snow, spent an hour and a half with Joe touring the entire facility, including the pool and exercise room, and as we drove home, my now husband and I agreed that Concordville Inn was the place for us. Joe was such a pleasure to work with, and was instrumental in our ultimate booking of other key vendors, including our Photographer. Whenever I had a question, all I had to do was call or email and if we didn't connect right away, Joe got back to me within 24 hours, often times, in much shorter time frames. He sent helpful reminders when we had things due to the venue, and during the week of the wedding, was there to answer any and all questions we still had. He was there for every step of the way on Wedding Day, including during our pictures before the ceremony.

As for the venue, the Gold Ballroom and it's surrounding spaces are more than beautiful. The outside patio was a stunning location for the ceremony. The loft outside the ballroom was a perfect space for our Bridal Party to have a private cocktail hour while overlooking the main cocktail space in the Foyer. The Gold Ballroom was a stunning space for our dinner and dancing. And the Food was phenomenal.

Overall, I would absolutely recommend the Concordville Inn to all brides planning their dream day!

I've just held my second wedding at the Concordville Inn for my daughter on May 6, 2016 and I have to say they outdid themselves again. The service is exceptional. The people are phenomenal. Not sure where to start. From the beginning of the planning stage to the night of the reception they were amazing. Our event coordinator (Diana McLimans) was fantastic. She listened to all our ideas and offered some of her own (based on her experience's). Diana was very accommodating and work with us every step of the way. My husband and I were treated like royalty the whole night and they made our day about us and made the day very special. The management (Juan Bustos) and wait staff the day of the wedding were amazing, professional and very attentive to our needs a will as our guests. They always made sure we were taken care of. We had things brought in to have set up on tables and they followed our instructions to the "T". They had everything set up just the way we wanted. We were very pleased. We had nothing but compliments from our guests about the food (mainly the crab cakes) and the service they provided. We also had rooms held for us with the Best Western Plus Hotel on the site. the staff was very professional and accommodating as well to all our guests that stayed. The rooms were very nice, our guests were very pleased. We would recommend the Concordville Inn as well as the Best Western Hotel.

Overall the staff and wedding coordinator did an excellent job. If having a wedding around a holiday, especially Christmas or early January, I would not have the huge Christmas tree in the pre-reception area for the Gold ballroom . It takes up too much space if you have over 175 guests.

My husband and I had an easy time finding our venue for our wedding. Concordville Inn was the 2nd place we looked at and the last. We went in to check it out and that's when we met Joe Farrell. Joe is the wedding planner at Concordville and is absolutely AMAZING at his job. We cannot say enough great things about Joe and the entire staff. From start to finish, we never felt overwhelmed - mainly because Joe helped us through everything. Also, Juan who worked with us the night of the wedding, made us feel like royalty. He literally made sure we always had a drink, enough food, and directed to us where we needed to be.

The venue is just as impressive and amazing as the staff. The ballroom has a huge dance floor which we needed for our friends and family. It offers a wonderful private upstairs area for the wedding party so you can mingle and relax before you greet your quests. The outside is a gorgeous hang out area decorated with flowers and a fireplace. The food was so delicious! We received so many compliments on how amazing the food tasted.

When you get married, you want your guests to have the time of their lives. It feels good to have people tell us, "This was the best wedding I have ever been to." It was beyond what we expected and I HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone.

I just celebrated THE PERFECT wedding reception at the Concordville Inn's Victoria Ballroom for my daughter and my new son-in-law.

I cannot express how easy it was to put this together. First of all, my husband is a food broker- and a trained chef. It goes without saying that the food had to be perfect. He knows every location in this region professionally and was confident in this venue to impress our guests. The food package included pretty much anything you could think of. We did not worry about any relatives wanting something special- it was all thought of for us. I pretty much just had to get a check. That's my kind of reception:)

The staff all acted as if they were personally vested in this wedding. I had everyone milling around asking each guest if they needed anything. I have an old-school Italian family. For them to have nothing but compliments says a lot. Not one point in the evening was the dance floor empty- or even slow. The vendors suggested were perfect!

I know people read these reviews and may skim the first few lines so I won't keep going on too long but I don't even know how to write a "short" review on how perfect this was. We prepared ourselves for months about the things that could have gone wrong but there was nothing wrong. Nothing awkward. Just total perfection!

I want to start out by saying that I have the textbook "Type A" personality, so I was terrified that things would go wrong with our wedding. I planned every single detail meticulously, but of course when you put certain things into someone else's hands, there is always that fear that it will not get done the way you wanted it to. Luckily I had Joe Farrell at the Concordville Inn by my side, and he worked with me throughout the entire wedding process.

My husband and I were engaged for almost three years, so we started planning our wedding at the Concordville Inn two years prior to our wedding on October 17, 2015. We had gone to a few venues before this one, but when we walked into the Concordville Inn and met with Joe, it was an easy decision. The prices were extremely affordable, many things were included that most people have to pay outside vendors for, the ballroom and hotel itself was breathtakingly beautiful, etc. We thought it was too good to be true- that was until our wedding night. When it was all said and done, and we were able to step back and look at all of the effort that was put into this day, we were just amazed at how absolutely perfect everything was. We can actually say that NOTHING went wrong that day. We had our reception in the Victoria Ballroom with about 110 guests. Everyone that attended our wedding had a blast, and we heard from many guests that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. The dance floor was completely packed the entire night, the food was magnificent, the waitstaff (and Joe of course) were extremely attentive, the ballroom looked beautiful...

I am actually struggling to write this review because I have so many wonderful things to say about the Concordville Inn; specifically Joe Farrell. I just cannot put it into words.

I just got married there on October 9, 2015 and it was absolutely beautiful. The service was amazing anything we needed they were right there to give it to us. The sky became really dark and I was supposed to get married outside and at the last minute they were able to move everything inside quickly and set it all back up. Diana McLimans and Juan were spectacular. I don't know how we would have made it through without them. Juan made sure everything ran smoothly and didn't miss a beat. He was always checking on us to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything he got it for us right away I couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue for our wedding we truly thank you from the bottom of hearts! .

My husband and I overall rated the Concordville Inn a 5 out of 5 stars. From the start, working with this vendor was an absolutely outstanding experience. I would like to begin by saying they are very flexible and willing to work with you. My husband was deployed during the time the wedding was being planned and I couldn't of felt more support and patience, truthfully. Beginning with Joseph Ferrell and who I call now as "Uncle Joe", was who I worked with for the planning. Let me just say for a man who has done this many times before, he treated me and my questions, concerns, requests, and comments with the utmost professionalism and sincerity. He treated me very well, like one of his own children. Planning a wedding while your soon to be husband is gone sounds rough, but Joe made it very smooth sailing. Often times weddings serve food that are mediocre or "just okay". The Concordville Inn is a phenomenal restaurant to dine and serves a large reception just like they would at their restaurant -- nothing less. For a wedding serving 185 guests, I received not one complaint about an entree but how good it was. The Surf and Turf was an option for an entree choice and the preparation of the chefs was perfect! The waiters and waitresses were all so accommodating and so great at attending to us and our guests. All in all --- from start to finish I have not one complaint. Anyone planning a wedding, you won't regret this as your choice!

When we first looked at the Concordville Inn we knew right away this was the place we were going to get married, Its so beautiful inside and outside.
We worked with Diana she was amazing!!!!!!! She was there for me every step of the way no matter what I needed she was always there to help me or give me her opinion, There was nothing to worry about at all she kept me at ease the whole time planning. The day of our wedding was the best... It was set up perfectly and looked beautiful my day was awesome everything went as planned and flowed wonderful. I had a maitre D his name was Juan and he was amazing too he made sure that we had everything we needed and more, the professionalism and attention to detail both Diana and Juan gave to us we couldn't have been any happier.. Now that it is all over I am going to miss talking to, emailing and visiting Diana, Everyone is still talking about our wedding. I just want to thank the Concordville, Diana and Juan for helping me and making my day beyond perfect..

From the moment we toured the venue to see if we liked it all the way through the wedding night, we had an absolutely amazing experience. Diana was our wedding coordinator. She was on top of everything throughout the process. She was friendly, funny, hard-working, and dedicated to our wedding. She was full of great ideas whenever I needed advice or clarification during my planning. On the day of the rehearsal we met Juan, our maitre'd who walked us through every detail of our ceremony. On the day of wedding, Juan completely exceeded our expectations. He was there for us and our families THE ENTIRE NIGHT. No matter what we needed he was there. He was absolutely INCREDIBLE. I can't even imagine our wedding night without him! Our guests loved the venue as most of them were from out of state and had booked a room at the Best Western Plus (in walking distance of the ballroom). The venue was ideal in that our ceremony was on the patio and cocktail hour/reception in the Gold Ballroom, following a great after party at the roof-top terrace. I would highly recommend Concordville Inn.

Everyone at the Concordville Inn was amazing. The venue was absolutely beautiful and the staff was great. Diana and Juan were excellent. I never had to worry about anything because they had it covered.

We had our cermony and our wedding reception at the concordville inn! It was everything I dreamed and more! They were on top of everything and catered to our every need. They really did a great job it was so prefect. There was so much food it was amazing! Everyone loved the food! Our Wedding was held in May of 2015 and Concordville Inn was an absolute pleasure to work with. Joe was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process. He is extremely experienced makes the whole process easy. The food was amazing and our guests are still talking about the crab cakes. The entire staff was extremely professional and very attentive making sure everyone but mostly the bride and groom, parents and bridal party had everything they needed throughout the entire night. No detail is overlooked and our wedding was a huge success!

We absolutely loved having our wedding reception at the concordville inn! It was perfect! They were on top of everything and catered to our every need! Our wedding was everything we hoped it would be. Diana was a doll to work with and made everything happen just the way we wanted. Juan was just awesome, his attentiveness that night was amazing. In additional to helping with additional needs during the "trellis" set up. This was a staff that was on the ball from start to finish! Could not have had a more wonderful night. We continue to get complements on such an amazing evening, from the beautiful Ball Room, to the amazing food! Thank you all for your help in making our wedding so very special to us. A wedding to be remembered by all who attended for sure.

My husband and I were extremely satisfied with the Concordville Inn for our wedding reception. Joseph Farrell was our event manager and he was fabulous to work with and so was the entire staff involved with our reception. He gave his attention to every detail to ensure it was the very best experience; and it was!! The flowers the Concordville Inn provided were so fresh, beautiful, and very nicely displayed. The toughest decision we had to make was the food because their selections are outstanding! What we finally decided upon was so delicious. Our family and friends still rave about the food from that night and that was a year ago! I can honestly write many people wrote to us and told us in person that that was one of the best weddings they ever attended. That is the highest compliment and speaks volumes about the Concordville Inn and Joe. We remain forever grateful for all you did to give us the perfect wedding reception! My husband and I had our wedding reception here in December and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. The Sales Manager, Joe, was phenomenal and is a huge reason why we chose the Concordville as our reception venue. From our very first meeting to the day of the wedding, he went out of his way to make sure that everything would be perfect, which it was. Anything we requested, Joe made sure it got done and he was such a pleasure to work with. The food was amazing, the service impeccable and the Christmas decorations at the hotel and the ballroom were absolutely beautiful, which made our pictures turn out great! Our guests are still telling us how much they enjoyed our wedding and how beautiful everything was. Thank you Joe & Concordville for making our wedding a dream come true!

I was married at Concordville Inn during October 2014. When my now husband and I looked at the venue less than a year ago we knew right away it was where we wanted to get married at. Everything the day of the wedding went so smoothly. The wait staff for the rehearsal dinner/reception were amazing. The Matrie D, Juan, was so attentive to my husband and I the night of the wedding and put both of us at ease that it would all run smooth. He always made sure when we sat down we had food/drink at our table. The food was amazing!!! All of our guests still keep talking about how much food they received and how tasty it was. The nice treat was when we got back into our room some left over food/cake was left in our fridge! Was a nice late night snack. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a location that has it all!!

Best Western @ Concordville did an awesome job with our wedding on 12/13/14. Not a thing went wrong. The room, the food, the support and all the personal were absolutely the best in the world. Everyone was very accommodating to our every wish and need no matter how large or small. I have daughters and plan to push them to choose the Concordville for our next wedding... Wow, I don't even know where to begin. From the first time we met Diana at the Concordville Inn, I knew this was the place for our wedding! The Concordville was so accomodating to all of our needs. Having grown up in New York, I wanted a place where our families could travel in from out of town, park it for the weekend and not have to worry about traveling from location to location for our wedding. Not to mention that fact that given everything that was included in the Gold package, it was one of the more reasonable venues that we looked at. Diana, our event coordinator at the Concordville, was always available if I had any questions or concerns and made us feel at ease through every step of the planning process. Joe, our maitre d' and all of the staff at the Concordville worked so hard organizing the wedding party and our families as well as setting up the venue to make our wedding day a memorable one.

We had our reception at Concordville Inn and it was the best day of our lives!! We couldn't have asked for a better location! The sales manager, Joe and the maitre d, Juan were so amazing! The staff was so helpful during the entire day, we didn't have to worry about one thing. We also loved that we were able to drop our items off the Monday before. We had a stress-free week and enjoyed our time together. A common trend in feedback from our guests was that the food was amazing and it was the most fun wedding they had been to! We felt that Inn kept everything safe and worked to help our family transport our gifts. We couldn't have asked for a better night or a better venue!

Highly recommend for a wedding. Everything was perfect. Very accomodating in keeping the bar open for our overnight guests. Lodging was excellent as was the breakfast.

We scheduled our wedding in August 2013 and everything was so easy with Concordville Inn. Joe was wonderful to work with and we ended up having our dream day. Our rehearsal dinner was amazing as well. Joe went above and beyond to endure that everything was incredible.

AMAZING STAFF - everything was great! Our coordinator Diana was great, very responsive, flexible and attentive to all of my high maintenace requests. Our food was cooked perfectly, the setup was amazing (they even let me customize my ceremony setup), the staff was friendly & attentive... they made our wedding day PERFECT! My husband and I wouldn't change a single thing. I could go on for hours! A special thanks to Alex, owner, for his attention to every detail of my wedding and to Juan, our maitre'd, for amazing and flawless execution. The Concordville Inn was everything we needed for our wedding reception. The amount of guests that came up to me or contacted me after the wedding about how great or how much fun they had at the wedding was overwhelming. I also got a lot of "that was the best wedding I've ever been at", some of those people were even saying it was better than their own Wedding. Food was phenomenal, the two bars were always packed but very speedy and the space was amazing. Family members are having a wedding on the weekend of July 4th and I cannot wait to go back and experience it all over again as a guest. The hotel was also great! Our suite was exactly what we needed after a 6 hour reception followed by a few hours at the bar. I was so happy with the breakfast the next morning, it was exactly what I needed after such a great party. Do yourself a favor and give this place a shot or at least a look, you'll fall in love with it.
