  Wedding in Greve/Panzano in Chianti with Con Amore (Nicole)

  We got married in Tuscany a week ago, with the wedding planner support from Con Amore (Nicole) for approximately a year. We were quite in doubt about a wedding in Italy instead of a wedding "at home" in The Netherlands. Our first step was our own search of Tuscan wedding locations on the internet and the booking of a visit of a weekend. After this booking we contacted several wedding planner with Italy/Tuscany as work area, the most "hits" came from Netherlands-based wedding planners. Just a week before our visit to Tuscany, we found Con Amore's website and got in touch with them, initially with Jose. She connected us with Nicole, and we agreed that she would help us with the selection/review of available locations for our visit based on our wishes and preferences. And she would accompany us during our visit for a very reasonable fee for a visit per location, after which we could decide whether or not we wanted to work with Con Amore.
  
  Right after our visit, we decided to formally engage Con Amore. It was the second-to-best decision we have around our wedding (right after the decision to get married in Tuscany). Nicole has helped us out so greatly with the preparations of our visit in a very short timeframe and she was great company during the weekend with great advice, insights and views. Right now, after our wedding, we can say that we really feel lucky that we have worked with Nicole and Con Amore. She was really an excellent, excellent wedding planner, very well-organized, always sharp, very responsive and always very friendly, calm and down-to-earth. And Jose, in the background, was also very friendly and helpful in the beginning.
  
  In general, if you are considering a wedding in Italy, we would recommend anyone to engage a wedding planner IN Italy and not (if you are based outside Italy) in your home country. We really think it is of added value to have a wedding planner on the ground, one that speaks Italian, that has the network, knows the area, etc. And secondly, we really, highly recommend Con Amore: years of experience, very well-organized, very friendly, reliable, honest/upright, they speak Italian, a good and strong network, a real solid performance in the preparation of and during the weekend of our wedding, and last but not least a fair wedding planner fee arrangement for which they have in return delivered hard work and real dedication. Con Amore, and in particular you Nicole, thank you very very much for making our wedding such a success and for such a joyful cooperation!!!

  Dear Con Amore, especially Kathrin. You make our day or rather or weekend unforgettable. We will never forget the time before our weeding. It was so nice to spent the time in florence and with you. All the preparation made so much fun. We will never forget :-) You made our wedding perfect. Everything went like clockwork. I don't know what I would have done without you.   If you don't speak italian and if you dont have contacts to italy you need a professional wedding planer for your dream wedding.

  Kathrin (Con Amore) organized our wedding in Tuscany in April 2017 and she did a fantastic job! If you plan to get married in Tuscany let us tell you why Kathrin should organize your wedding.
  
  As we decided to get married in Italy, we got in contact with several wedding planners. From the very first moment Kathrin stood out of all other planers. Kathrin is very organized, detail-oriented and cared very much for our wishes. As we met her in person at the venue she finally convinced as with her very well prepared venue tour, her warm and friendly manner.
  
  In the preparation phase Kathrin took care of all communication with venue, flowers, band and several other wedding service providers. She made sure to meet all the deadlines and everything is on track and updated us regularly. Her commitment made us feel very comfortable regarding the planning timeline without being on-site.
  
  At the weeding weekend Kathrin was always there where she was needed. She made sure the time schedule was kept as we had discussed it before while we could sit back, relax and enjoy the time with our family. All the talks and organization with the providers were made in the background. Our guests and we experienced a very smooth, well-organized and happy wedding ceremony and celebration.
  
  All in all, we could not have been better as with Kathrin as our wedding planner. In every moment we felt our weeding in very good hands. By working together with Kathrin, we didn`t need to worry about any organizational issues and this gave us the great opportunity to enjoy this magic day!

  We had a great time working with Con Amore! José understood directly our general scope and needs of our wedding and presented us with a pallet of options. We came to Italy from Sweden for a small personal ceremony and everything was perfectlyt planned when we came down. We could fully enjoy our stay and the wedding. We had hoped for a warm and sunny wedding but got the direct opposite - José together with the hotel fixed an alternate solution making our special day - SPECIAL!

  We had a great time working with Con Amore! José understood directly our general scope and needs of our wedding and presented us with a pallet of options.   Kathrin (Con Amore) supported us throughout finding the location, guided us through the legal jungle, came with highly qualified suggestions for the event itself and fulfilled our wishes and desires to our outmost satisfaction. Through her local knowledge and network, she was able to arrange our event down to the last detail, and stayed with us for the full day in order to keep this running smoothly.
  
  Even when facing a small weather challenge (incoming thunder and rain clouds), she carefully reorganised our schedule and setup on-the-spot, giving us room and peace of mind to enjoy our special day to the fullest.
  
  Con Amore guided us as well on all financial points, and was able to give a clear and transparent overview. All discussed budget limits were kept and we were spared of any "bad" surprises. Our agreed price with the wedding planner was kept the same, despite our actual wedding weekend turned out much more extensive than what was originally discussed.

  What makes a wedding in Tuscany perfect? A professional wedding planner with an eye for details. Thanks to José our wedding was very well planned and orchestrated, and everything within budget.
  
  Location, food and wine were key for us and our guests. We thought we knew Tuscany by heard already. But in our seven-month-in-advance investigation, José arranged several site visits and tasting lunches throughout the best spots in Tuscany. It was a very nice mini-holiday in November and we found our perfect spot. A small Agriturismo, with beautifully renovated hotel and apartments, surrounded by their own wine-yards and with a very, very good cook who prepared beautiful, delicious typical Tuscan dishes, not only for our wedding dinner, but also during the evenings in advance.
  
  Another important aspect was the focus on the details. Everything was discussed in advance, which made our wedding day very relaxed. Thanks to her multilingualism (fluent Italian, English, Dutch and German), she is capable of translating your wishes to the different service providers and arranging meetings with them beforehand to discuss the last details. Moreover, she gave us many ideas and tips to even make our wedding day more special.
  
  Dear Jose, thank you very much for all your help and advice in creating the best wedding we could ever imagine. We wish you all the best for your future business and hope you can make many more couples very happy on their wedding day.

  José van Asperen completely took all of the stress out of arranging our wedding at Volterra's town hall. She regularly kept in contact with us in the months leading up to the wedding, which gave us peace of mind and helped us feel like we got to know her before we met her. A truly lovely person, who genuinely loves her work and goes above and beyond to ensure a stress-free, beautiful day!

  Our wedding day on May 4, 2012 was an unforgettable event. This was largely due to the enormously professional organization by Tuscany Weddings in general and José van Asperen in specific. Everything was just perfectly organized: the stunning location, the food, the atmosphere during the whole period and - most importantly - our wedding day itself. José listened carefully, made suggestions, arranged all that needed to be arranged and made sure that we could entirely focus on this special day. Her way of working comprised both guidance and flexibility
  It is a pity that we will never marry again. But if we would, we would again do it in beautiful Tuscany and we would definitely ask José to arrange for it.

  If we had to do it all over again, we would choose Kathrin and Con Amore - Weddings in Tuscany right away! She handled everything in a calm and discreet manner, and at the same time we always felt we could rely on her to "troubleshoot". She works with a very fine group of service suppliers (thanks again for the band, they were awesome!). For us, that's as close to an ideal wedding planner as it gets.

  If we had to do it all over again, we would choose Kathrin and Con Amore - Weddings in Tuscany right away!   Kathrin and her team at Con Amore helped us organize and execute our wedding in Tuscany in September 2018. If we had to choose a wedding planner again, we would not hesitate to pick ConAmore again. During the almost 18 months coming up to the wedding Kathrin was very responsive to our questions and inquiries, and being in a different country and time zone, this was really what mattered most to us.
  
  During the weekend of the wedding Kathrin and her team gave us a very good feeling of being taken care of. Kathrin showed up at the venue almost every day the week before to make sure that everything was going well. She made sure that the schedule was followed through as planned and took care of all correspondence with the local service providers.
  
  We liked that she really blended in with the wedding guests - in fact some of our friends thought she was a guest and dragged her onto the dance floor :)
  
  Long story short, we wanted to say thanks one more time and hope this review will make it easier for future wedding couples making an informed decision.

  2017 was a very special year for us; it was the year that our dream came true! The dream of getting married in Italy!! Our dream came true because of José, at Con Amore. When we failed to arrange our wedding on our own, we came in contact with José. She offered us great advise, so we were confidend that she could arrange our wedding in Tuscany. In every aspect she gave us a variety in choices; in the venue, the photographer, the diner settings and the overal schedule of our day. She was our Dutch bridge with the Italian mentality and she made our wedding day a dream come true.
  When we arrived in Italy on our venue we couldn`t believe our eyes.. The views over the Tuscan hills where amazing, the buildings where our guests would stay where beautiful and there was not one, but two pools! Our DJ was there as well, so we could make all the final arrangements for our wedding day.
  Our wedding weekend started with a casual dinner, which was already a great prospect for the day to come! It feld like a holiday with our family and friends and we couldn`t have started more relaxed on our wedding day. Relaxed, because everything was arranged in perfection by José and her husband Waldemar! The scenery was enchanting, the food was excuised and the music was fantastic!! Our photogropher managed to capture every single emotion of our wedding day, a priceles memory! Together with us our family and friends like to look back on a wedding weekend to remember, on a unforgettable experience.
  In 2017 our dream came true, because of José!!

We had unfortunately little time to plan everything so we didn't visit the location, didn't try the food, didn't meet Con Amore face to face on forehand and so on.
