Christy did a great job on my makeup. She listened to everything I wanted and gave me a facial before the wedding to clear up my breakouts. She is a perfectionist too! Thank you Christy!

Christy did a make-up application for my wedding day on myself, my sister and my mother. I am so happy that I found her. From the first time I spoke with her through my wedding day she was amazing. Christy was very professional, but so personable that she felt like a friend and not just another vendor. She took the time to ask me questions and had an amazing grasp of what I wanted for my wedding day make-up.

She offered suggestions that I did not think of all of which turned out to be beautiful. She also offered skin care advice during my trial so that I would get the best result on my actual wedding day. I wanted to have airbrush make-up, but was afraid after seeing some brides who had done airbrush for their wedding only to have it look caked on and heavy. This was not the case with Christy's application. Her talent with airbrush make-up application is flawless. She made me look natural and beautiful. She uses high quality products, was very versatile and knowledgeable. She did not try to up sell us on anything as so many others do. My make-up, my sister and mother's make-up was so beautiful.

I also had her apply lash extensions and had her wax and shape my eyebrows. Both of these services were perfect and her prices for both were very low. With all of the expenses for a wedding I was so thankful for her pricing, but I think she could charge more and still have very happy customers. She gives discounts on some services to brides and that allowed me to get services that I otherwise would not have been able to afford. I am so grateful to have found her and I will use her for skin care services in the future. I highly recommend her for wedding day make-up and for any other esthetic services.

Christy is the greatest makeup artist!! Not only did she block out her busy schedule to do makeup for my brother wedding, she drove a lot of miles out of her way to do so. She made the bridesmaids and bride look GORGEOUS!! She even did a little makeup for the mom's and made them just glow!! Christy has also helped me with some facial issues and I still follow her tips everday! If you are looking for a great makeup artist for your special day, Christy is the BEST!! Christy did my permanent eyeliner and I LOVE it. She picked the right color and did exactly the line I wanted. My daughter took her skincare class, learned alot and had a great time. Her class is a great way to help your teenager learn skincare and proper makeup application. Christy is so patient and full of energy. She listens to what the customer wants instead of pushing her agenda on you. She has great offers for brides. Her new studio is beautiful and very comfortable.

Christy was great to work with! She was very meticulous and took her time doing my makeup for my wedding.
We had a pre wedding make up trial and she suggested a facial
before the wedding. I have extremely sensitive skin and was concerned I would breakout out before the wedding. But I did not break out and Christy recommended some great skin care products to help with my rosecea. I would recommend Christy to any bride to be!

I looked all over for a makeup artist and talked to a good number before I settled on Christy. We did a run-through and I loved my makeup, I truly looked flawless, just like I imagined myself looking. She listened to me throughout the process and also gave me good suggestions.

I got 2 facials from her leading up to the wedding. First of all, they were soooooo relaxing and de-stressing! Second, I felt like my skin was glowing for the wedding. I will continue to get facials and peels from her because I feel they have improved the quality of my skin.

I would definitely recommend Christy, you can't go wrong!

When I contracted with Christy to do my wedding makeup I could not have been happier. During the trial we tried airbrush and when it didn't work there was no problem. She came onsite for the wedding and she was so professional and kind. She has become my skincare specialist now.

Christy is without a doubt the best. She got me on a skin care program with Rhonda Allyson products which are the best I've ever used. She did a mini peel two weeks prior to the wedding andi had no reaction which is amazintg given I have sensative skin. She is very professional and I looked radiant on my wedding day!! To all up coming brides, take advantage of Christy's great prices and services. The facials were relaxing and prepared my skin for my big day. She did an amazing job on my makeup trial and on the wedding day. My skin looked flawless with the airbrush and it lasted all day and night!

Christy did such an amazing job on my makeup for the wedding, as well as all of the bridesmaids. Everyone looked absolutely beautiful. Christy was easy to get a hold of, reliable, and the price was very reasonable. She took her time with all of us and made sure we looked perfect. Christy was so awesome! She knew exactly what I wanted just by talking to her over the phone! She is so down to earth and friendly. She lets you speak your mind and will fix or redo anything if needed. She knows what she is doing and I would recommend her to anyone and/or all brides that need makeup done for their big day! I was unbelievably pleased with my makeup for my wedding! It was flawless, classic, and glamorous! Christy was professional, personable, and had an impeccable eye for what colors looked best on me and for my photography pictures. I have known Christy since gradeschool. We lost touch for years but when my wedding came around I knew without question that she would be my makeup artist. When I walked into my makeup trial Christy made me feel like to time had passed between us. She was as sweet, funny and caring as I had remembered. She is a perfectionist in her work. My makeup was so beautiful for my wedding - I got comments left and right and most important - It lasted all night - eventhrough sweating - kissing - dancing - pictures - all of it! I plan to keep seeing Christy regularly for facials. She is awesome, you cant go wrong!

Christy was great to work with and I felt beautiful on the day of my wedding!! I had a trial beforehand and we determined the look that I wanted and she got exactly what I wanted...which was I wanted to look like the best most natural me possible. Christy was absolutely amazing to work with. She was completely flexible and worked with my to fit my trial in on a day that she would not normally work. She also switched her work schedule around to fit both my mother and I in on the wedding day with no questions asked. I got so many compliments from everyone on the day of and was made to feel like a princess. She gave me skin care tips prior to the wedding to help me look my best on the day of. She has one of the best attitudes and relates herself to each on of her clients. I felt completely at ease and appreciated each time I met with Christy. I highly recommend Christy to any bride looking for quality makeup that lasts and looks beautiful throughout the day. Christy is reasonably priced compared to other makeup artists I researched. And believe me, I did a lot of research. She offered a makeup trial to discuss and finalize a look that was right for me. She really listened to what I wanted, but also guided me in the right direction to select a look that would highlight my specific facial features. I wanted something very natural, but still dramatic enough for my wedding. She hit the nail on the head. I brought her photos of my dress and explained the overall garden theme of my wedding and she conceptualized a look that would work best for my special day. She also offers waxing and other services at a discounted price for her brides, which was a plus. On the day of my wedding, she conveniently came to my hotel room and did all my makeup there. It was affordable enough for me to decide to have her come to me. It was completely worth it because it really saved me a lot of time and stress. When Christy arrived at my hotel to do my makeup, my hair stylist had already done my hair. I had grown out my hair over the past year so it was very long. I wore my hair down with a few strands gathered up in the back with little crystals inserted here and there and soft romantic curls cascading down my back. As soon as Christy saw my hair and how whimsical and romantic it looked she made my makeup match my hair perfectly. My eye makeup was smokey and gorgeous. And for a small extra fee she put a full set of eye lashes on me. They really made my eyes pop. She can make them look as natural or as bold as you want. I also decided to have her use the airbrush makeup on my face. The airbrushing erases any flaws and lasts the entire day. I knew it was worth it when I saw the look on my future husband's face as I walked down the aisle. I have never felt so beautiful. I would hire Christy again to do my makeup for any special events I might have in the future.

I would recommend Christy to anyone, and to all my fellow Indian brides out there (and all you future beautiful brides too).. she's THE ONE!! :) In addition to being a pleasure to work with, her attention to detail blew me away. The final product: her makeup made me look and feel like a model. All of my pictures turned out perfectly. Starting from our run through, she wanted to know when our wedding pictures would be taken so she could recreate the light in which my makeup would be captured on film. I had an Indian wedding and was worried that she wouldn't have the right colors for my skin tone and for my tradition red and gold wedding dress. She created the colors to blend my skin PERFECTLY (it was as though I had naturally flawless, glowing skin) and created a shade of lipstick tailored to my dress. Despite the difficulty, she was at my hotel room fifteen minutes early to start on my makeup on the big day. Trust me, she's worth every penny.. she'll make you look and feel like a queen on your big day, and will make sure you look like one in every picture you have taken as well! Oh yeah, and her makeup stayed on alllll day.. and I definitely shed a lot of happy tears. Good look to you on your special day! I hope this review helps :)

Christy did the makeup for my wedding for my mother & I. She was wonderful to work with, right on time, and we loved the finished product! It was natural and gorgeous and just the right colors. It turned out better than I could have ever imagined and she is such a sweetheart!! She even had enough time that she was able to do somethings for my bridesmaids as well, and stayed longer than planned to do their makeup for them as well. She went above and beyond and I would greatly recommend her!

I had the opportunity to work with Christy from Colours Makeup and Skincare for my wedding in March of 2009! Looking back at the pictures and all the great memories I would use her one hundred times over again for the very special day! Not only was she very flexible but she was on time (a very important trait for the timing of the actual day), she was fun and professional!

Some of the vendors I picked for my wedding day seemed more stressed out than I was which was not very professional or pleasant to work with but with Christy I was amazed on how she came to the site of the wedding and did my makeup exactly how we did it on our run through. She remembered delicate details that we had spoken about with the makeup and really completed my wedding day look with the colors and type of makeup. I felt so confident in front of a huge crowd of people with how I looked!

I have sensitive skin and I wore that makeup all day and all night and didn’t even break out! I also did the spray tan with Christy a few days before the wedding and that was great to. I was super nervous because it was only a few days before my wedding and I have heard horror stories about orange Jersey Shore looking spray tans… However, it turned out great!

I have and will keep recommending her to everyone I know getting married. She took the time with me for a few months prior to do facials and everything to get my skin perfect for the day of and her memory alone is amazing. Trust me when I say she does her job with pride and she is easy to work with. I will use her moving forward for all the special events of life and with the pricing options she gives… she is affordable enough to do that!!!

Christy is so sweet and did an amazing job with my makeup. I also had the faux eyelashes done which I highly recommend. (they don't last that long, but sooo worth it) She airbrushed my makeup and I am SO GLAD I did that because of the heat. Makeup lasted all day and looked natural. It is hard to overstate the amazing job that Christy did on my wedding day makeup. "Gorgeous," "stunning" and "WOW" were some of the compliments that I received from wedding guests. She was worth every penny...and more! Not only did she come to my house and do an amazing job on my makeup before the wedding (I loved the airbrush makeup!), she also gave me a facial, light peel and eyebrow wax beforehand. My skin had never looked better and I positively glowed on my wedding day! Christy is very talented at what she does and, on top of that, she is extremely patient, down to earth and easy to talk to. During my wedding makeup trial, she spent two hours getting my makeup just right and making sure that I was completely comfortable with everything. I was very conscious of not wanting to look too "made-up" (I wanted a more natural look) and Christy achieved a perfect balance. I was so impressed with the results. I can't recommend her enough!

Christy did such an amazing job with my make-up on my wedding day! As a former professional dancer for local athletic teams, I have had my fair share of experience with make-up artists. But none have ever done as good of a job as she did! I am super picky about how my make-up is done and Christy really did a great job of listening to exactly what I was looking for. Christy did a fabulous job for my wedding! My sister, mom ,and i were very happy with our makeup. She took the time before the wedding to listen and was very professional. I would definitely use her again for other skincare needs :)

Christy did my makeup for my wedding this past March. She did an absolutely AMAZING job! I gave her an idea with some pictures and she was able to do exactly what I wanted. She really accentuated my eyes and I love the airbrush makeup. It stays all day. Not only is Christie very sweet and personable but she is professional. I loved working with Christy! We met a few months before the wedding for a trial run where I was very impressed with her attention to detail and skill. I booked her immediately and was thrilled at the results of her efforts on my wedding day. Not only was she there at 7 AM for my 10:30 AM wedding, she was amazing at taking care of me and my two bridesmaids and making us all look gorgeous! Once you meet with Christy you will not even want to consider working with anyone else.

Christy is absolutely amazing! She did a make up for me and my bridal party on February 6, 2010 in Phoenix. I found her by asking my photographer for a recommendation because I thought "Who knows better what looks good in the pictures then a photographer?" Well, I can honestly say that hiring Christy was the best decision. Not only is she very talented but also very responsible. She was always on time and very professional. Her make up looked great both in real life and in the pictures. She made me look and feel very beautiful. I have received so many compliments throughout the day and I can't even count. She used air brush make up that lasted all day and for this one day she made me feel like a movie star! My bridal party also loved Christy’s make up. Christy was able to customize her make up to bring up the best features in everyone! I really believe that if you hire Christy you will feel beautiful on your wedding day. Christy is a wonderful makeup professional. My friend, Joanna, had her wedding in Arizona in February and Christy did the makeup for 5 of us. She used the air brush makeup which I never used before but it was awesome lasted all day!! Oh, and let me tell you how amazing she made all of our eyes look!! Whooo! I wish I had Christy everyday to do my makeup!! :)

Christy is wonderful! she did my make-up for a wedding that i was in. and it was the first time that i had air-brushed make-up done. the make-up look beautiful! hid some flaws and highlighted other areas! she asked how i wanted my eye-make-up, i left it up to her and i had fabulous smokey eyes (but not too smokey) the make-up looked great in pictures (didn't get that "too light face" look) and having her there at the site of the wedding took some pressure off of having to do my own make-up.. even my lips kept the color just had to apply the gloss!

Christy did my permanent makeup (eyebrows) in 09 and they look great! I love them! She is a total perfectionist and must have everything perfect down to the very last detail. I told my mom about her and set her up with an appt to have her eyeliner done! My mom then booked her for makeup her upcoming wedding. Christy did makeup for 3 of us in the wedding, including the bride and I have to admit we all look spectacular! She even airbrushed my daughters back & shoulders for her to cover up a few preteen imperfections which made a huge difference in her self confidence for the evening! Needless to say, Christy is AMAZING! I cant wait to get one of her first class facials next!

I have relied on Christy at Colours Makeup and Skincare for years and have been more than impressed with her professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly, customized service. Her complete line of Rhonda Allison skin care products are the highest quality and, unlike other products, provide amazing results that do not diminish over time. Christy's customized facials are a must - she uses all natural products and fashions each session to your skin's particular needs. I love the fact that she doesn't rush the session and incorporates little "extras" which make it such a wonderful experience that you can't wait for the next one! I have been going to Christy for my waxing services for some time, so I knew that she was a perfectionist when it came to her work. I had no doubt I'd be getting the same service for my wedding day. My makeup was perfect and so flawless. It was very natural-looking, but really accentuated my features. My husband kept commenting on how beautiful I looked! She surpassed my already high expectations and my pictures came out amazing in large part because of her! I definitely plan on using her makeup services again.

Christy did my makeup for my wedding in early October and I have nothing but good things to say about her. Aside from being excellent at her job and very professional, she is so easy and fun to talk to, which I really appreciated. She REALLY listened to what I wanted and as someone who is always nervous about getting my makeup done, I was incredibly happy the the results. Christy was my makeup artist for both my wedding and engagement photo session. She did an amazing job for both events. She also did makeup for most of my bridal party and they were extremely happy with the way that they looked.
In addition Christy included two facials as a part of my package. Not only were they relaxing during a stressful time but they made such a difference in the way my skin looked.
Christy always takes her time and is extremely careful about her artistry.
She was also very flexible with my challenging schedule.
I can not recommend Colours Makeup and Skincare enough. She has amazing talent!

Christy is an awesome makeup artist! She is a professional with lots of knowledge and is current with the latest colors, styles, and makeup techniques.

Christy gave me several facials before my son's wedding, assuring that my skin would be in the best condition possible when she applied my makeup on the wedding day. I found the facials to be very relaxing and noticed a definite improvement in my skin tone.

On the wedding day, Christy did a terrfic job and my makeup looked as good at the end of the evening as it did when she applied it in the morning. Also, Christy has an upbeat personality which helped relieve much of the tension I felt before the wedding. I would highly recommend Christy to anyone looking to be transformed from the ordinary to the FABULOUS!

I have known Christy for many years and have watched her grow in the business she loves, her passion.
I have had many facials and peels from Christy, I have always been very pleased with the results.
In June Christy did my make up for my sons wedding, Christy made me look so beautiful, and natural. I am not one to wear make up, but the way she does it it is like not wearing make up at all.

I got married in May in Phoenix at the Royal Palms and was so lucky to find Christy. She was professional, punctual and so lovely to work with. I was thrilled with the job that she did. Chrsity is amazing! My wedding was in April of 2006.
I had acne scars and small blemishes on my skin. She helped me by teaching me how to take care of my skin type and helped clear up my acne before the wedding.
She came to me on the wedding day and did a fantastic job! My skin was looked smooth, clear and I felt beautiful. The make up stayed on all day and night with no touch-ups. She was able to do all of this and the make up did NOT look caked on. My wedding pictures turned out great because she made me look naturally glamorous. I recommend her to every bride I talk to and look forward to finding an excuse to use her services again.

christy was so awesome my daughter got married last year 2008 her make-up was amazing she looked so beautiful people the whole evening was wanting to know who did her make-up. Christy has a beautiful talent and an uplifting spirit. I have vitiligo and my wedding dress left little to the imagination thus leaving Christi with a lot of skin to blend. I couldn't beleive the result! And the makeup stayed on in 110 degree weather and didn't get on everyone that i touched. Christi was more than reponsive to my needs and very efficient in her work. I was shocked at how great my makeup turned out. We didn't do a test run since I lived out of town and Christy showed up and I left looking like a Supermodel. The way she did my eyes with the fake lashes was absolutely unbelievable. She also did my spray tan and it turned out amazing. I would highly recommend her for your big day!

When I first began looking for someone to do makeup for myself and my bridal party I didn't know where to begin. I located Christy's business through a search on the knot.com. Christy personally called me in response to my email inquiry within one day of contacting her. She was very friendly and helpful, and sent before and after pictures of previous clients to me the same day I talked to her. I was so impressed by her professionalism and promptness that I knew she was the one to do my wedding.

Christy did an amazing job on my makeup for the wedding. She was willing to listen to all my ideas and concerns to create a look that was perfect for me. Christy's responsible and professional nature was a breathe of fresh air on one of the craziest days for a bride. I loved my makeup and felt every bit the beautiful bride! In addition to my makeup, Christy provided me with advice and skincare tips and products to help get my skin looking the best for my wedding.
I would highly recommend Christy to any bride. In fact, because I loved Christy's personality and workmanship, I still continue to schedule appointments with her for waxings and facials.

I absoutely LOVED Christy. She did my make up for my wedding and I looked like a beatuiful princess thanks to her. She was right on time and came fully prepared.
