Lauren has been my hair dresser for 10 years, so when I got engaged there was no one else I would consider to do my wedding hair. From start to finish, Lauren was professional, prompt in her communication, and on top of EVERYTHING. After my trial, I wanted to make a few tweaks to my hair, and on the wedding day Lauren executed every change I wanted to make to create a flawless look for the big day. I couldn't recommend Lauren enough! -

The most indecisive bride
Lauren is amazing, I changed my hairstyle so many times from glam waves to just a down curly do that I actually did for my trial to them jumping in blind with a beautiful updo that complimented my dress perfectly. Even after taking my hair out the curls it looked beautiful. My only regret is not having my photographer take more photos of the back of it so you can see it in all its glory. Absolutely stunning. -

Halloween wedding
Lauren and her team were amazing! They made not only myself but my family and friends feel comfortable and beautiful! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lauren! She was with me every step of the way leading up to my wedding—helping me prepare, answering every question, and making sure I felt completely at ease. On the morning of my wedding, she made me feel so loved, cared for, and truly beautiful. My hair turned out even better than I imagined.
What touched me most was the personal bride kit she put together for me—it was thoughtful, customized, and showed just how much she truly cares about her brides. It made my day feel even more special.

I truly don't have enough words to express how incredible Lauren was. From the very first consultation to the final touch-up before I walked down the aisle, they were pure magic.
Not only did she bring my vision to life—she elevated it beyond anything I could have imagined. My hair looked stunning, stayed flawless all day (and night), and somehow felt completely weightless and natural. I’ve never felt more beautiful.

Lauren has been coloring my hair for over 10 years and has become a true friend. For my wedding, she made my hair dreams come true—without extensions, even though I have fine hair. She arrived early, styled all of my bridesmaids, my mom, and then me with such care and precision. She even colored my hair two weeks before to perfectly suit the style I wanted and showed my maid of honor how to place the veil. Lauren’s talent, attention to detail, and thoughtfulness made me feel so confident and beautiful. I’m beyond grateful! -

I knew the moment I got engaged I wanted Lauren to do my wedding hair as her work is always beautiful. As expected she did an amazing job on my hair for my wedding! My updo stayed in place all night and was super comfortable. She was on time and finished mine and my bridesmaids' hair with plenty of time to spare. Highly recommend! -

Hurricane Proof Wedding Hair!
Lauren traveled three hours during a hurricane to style my hair for my wedding. I can’t say enough good things about her. I wanted soft, loose curls and she completely captured my vision and put my mind at ease. Despite the wind and rain, my hair stayed all night long! She also did my mom and bridesmaids, all by herself, and everyone loved their hair. She is a true artist and I couldn’t recommend her more! -

Lauren and her team are AMAZING. I had 11 women to have hair done by 11:30am - Lauren brought two team members with her and everyone was done in plenty of time. Not only that, everyone's hair was stunning. It was over 90 degrees on our wedding day and everyone's hair styles lasted ALL day in the heat and humidity. I can't recommend Lauren enough. She is wonderful in every way.

Lauren is the best!
I can not say enough great things about Lauren! Throughout my entire process she was caring, patient and willing to answer any and all of my questions and provide insight as to what may or may not look good with my wedding dress and veil. Lauren was also empathic and supportive to my Mom when she found out she was facing hair loss ahead of my wedding. I really appreciated the fact that she took to the time to get to know my Mom and walk her through all her options with regards to extensions etc. I appreciated Lauren’s honesty and transparency with this processes and her willingness to help my Mom buy clip in extensions for the day of as extension can be an incredibly expensive and time consuming process. Lauren made my Mom feel confident and supported, which really helped alleviate a lot of my stress! I loved my hair the day of the wedding as did my mom! My hair stayed in all night long through, rain, heavy winds and lots of dancing! I also thought it was so kind and generous that she gave me a little wedding day card and gift! I would highly recommend Color Theory, and I wish I lived closer so that I could make Lauren my regular hair dresser. Thank you so much for making my mom and I feel special, beautiful and confident on my big day! -

Stop looking and book now
You will have zero regrets! Lauren was amazing. We had 10 in our bridal party, ages 3-mid 60s and she handled each girl with patience and perfection. She listened to the girls request and gave them great recommendations and our hair barely needed touch up by the end of the night…even dancing for hours!! I was so worried about the large party and being on time but Lauren came prepared and was ready to go (she even was set up before the bridal party arrived). It’s no wonder why she books out months, even years in advance. She is the best!! You wont find better. -

The absolute best stylist
Lauren is incredible, from the trial to the day of the wedding. Lauren is attentive to your wants, swift in response, professional and communicative. Not only did we change the hairstyle completely the morning of my wedding, Lauren assured me it was the best route for me & I would still love the changed style we chose. She talked me through the look and made me feel confident enough to give her creative lead. Lauren is a master of her craft and she was not only on time the morning of the wedding, she also finished all of my bridesmaids with time to spare. My hair looked PERFECT once it was finished, more importantly, my hair lasted all day in the 92 degree weather!

The Best Around!
If you’re looking for the best of the best, look no further! Lauren and her team are the absolute best! I was extremely worried about having such a large bridal party of 16+ girls but Lauren and her team immediately put me at ease. Not only did all the girls love their hair but when I decided to not only do two different looks throughout my wedding day but also changed my first/main look up last minute Lauren did not hesitate! Not only did everyone compliment me on how beautiful my hair was but Lauren kept me cool, calm, relaxed and right on time. Not only was my first look stunning but my second look may have been even better! Needless to say they went above and beyond. Also if you’re not only looking for amazing hair, a great friend, and someone to ease your nerves look no further! I was referred to Lauren by a family friend of mine who has been going to her for quite some time. Even from when Lauren did my hair trial, I knew she was going to make my day even more special. She is so professional but is also extremely welcoming and friendly. It felt like I had known her for years! We were all in such great hands. Lauren, and her other stylist Nicole, gave myself and my entire bridal party exactly what we were looking for with hairstyles! They nailed it! And Lauren was so kind when we were getting ready- asking if she could get me any water, snacks, champagne, etc!

Most amazing style I’ve ever had!
I was a bridesmaid in a wedding recently and I really wanted a boho braid. Lauren went above and beyond in bringing my ideas to life. I gave her creative control and the results literally made my jaw drop. It was so beautiful and it stayed in completely perfect for the whole wedding, dancing and all, and 4 days after before I finally took it out. It probably would’ve stayed 2 weeks if I let it haha. -

There are so many amazing things to say about Lauren. I have to start by saying that Lauren is my colorist, and she is the reason I LOVE my hair. Before seeing Lauren, I was so unhappy with my hair, and tired of spending hundreds of dollars to not like the result. Lauren is a true artist, and understood exactly what I wanted. She took care of me, knowing my wedding was a year and a half away, and made sure that she did whatever possible for my hair to be perfect for my wedding day. For that, I am so grateful, and hiring her for my wedding was a no brainer.
Lauren brought my boho-bridal dreams to life - a soft updo that was gorgeously messy with structure. She suggested I get hair extensions (picked out the PERFECT color), and those hair extensions are my new best friends! She is so reasonably priced, easy to work with, and so CALM. Having her there while we were getting ready was like having another friend there to hang out. My girls loved their hair, as did my mom. Thank you, thank you, thank you! -

Bridal Beauty
Lauren truly delivered! From the bridal trial to actual wedding day it was such a pleasant experience. All of my bridesmaids received the best service from Lauren & Nicole. As for my bridal hair, I could not be happier! My updo with a hair piece and veil stayed secured until I took it out. Everything was comfortable and looked absolutely stunning.
Lauren was a pleasure to work with and she gave great advise to my bridesmaids on their certain style ideas.
I would 100% recommended Lauren for your Bridal hairstyle needs!

Hidden Gem
I met Lauren through my cousin, who has been a client for some time. Lauren was super helpful, professional, and talented. I booked her services for my wedding a year in advance as she books up fast. She was super helpful with explaining the contract and very responsive when I had questions. We had a hair trial the month before the wedding and she had some really great tips for the day of. Working with her was easy and she is very down to earth to talk to. Lauren was also super organized and kept me on my toes. Wedding planning is stressful enough as it is, so I was grateful she was super organized. All of my bridesmaids were very pleased with their hair and I loved my wedding hair!! Lauren was also pretty reasonable with pricing. If you have a large wedding party, Lauren still comes equipped and ready to go, even bright and early, with another staff member to help out. Both of them did a phenomenal job and we were very pleased! -

Lauren is the hair goddess with hands of gold! I cannot say enough great things about her and the quality of her work. She is a true perfectionist with such a talent for creating beautiful yet unique hair styles. My wedding hair was absolutely perfect and far exceeded my vision, it did not move and stayed in place through summer heat and dancing the night away. Perfection
Lauren and her team were prompt and kept to our wedding schedule which was appreciated and extremely helpful. Every single person in my bridal party hearty absolutely loved their hair and it looked the same the entire day. Lauren and her team started everyone’s hair at 8:30 AM and including our after party the wedding ended at midnight. My hair typically doesn’t hold curls well and Lauren worked her magic because even at midnight after I literally did not leave the dance floor all reception it looks amazing !!! Look no further because color theory is your team !! -
