    The Perfect Naples Wedding

    Courtney Armen was an absolute joy to work with. She is incredibly well-connected with local vendors, impeccably organized, proactive, and always brimming with thoughtful ideas and creative suggestions. About three months before the wedding, I realized I wasn’t connecting with the original design direction—and Courtney was my biggest advocate in making a change. She encouraged me to focus on what I genuinely loved, and we ended up completely reimagining the aesthetic. She presented a stunning new concept and executed every single detail with grace and precision.

    Courtney also managed to navigate working with my family—who can be very difficult at times—with endless patience, tact, and professionalism. Even when our calls went off-topic (which happened more than once!), she kept us focused and moving forward with calm and confidence.

    As amazing as she was in the lead-up, it was her day-before and day-of coordination that truly blew me away. My wedding was flawlessly executed, I can truly say it was the best day of my life. However, that’s not to say there weren’t disasters, which there were! Including a makeup disaster and timeline shift, and the cake being delivered in the wrong color (pink!), which she had sent back and somehow arranged to be corrected and redelivered just in time for dinner. The morning of the wedding, my mom requested a complete cocktail hour location change, and Courtney made it happen—beautifully and without hesitation. She spent the day calmly working with the venue staff and wrangling my (wonderfully chaotic) family to make sure every moment—from the ceremony to the reception to the post-party—flowed perfectly.

    Courtney goes far beyond what you’d expect from a wedding planner. She’s not only fantastic at her job—she’s also kind, grounded, and an incredible person to have by your side during such an emotional and important time. I truly can’t imagine my wedding without her.

    Just Hire Her!!

    I knew from our first phone call that Courtney was the planner for me. I booked Courtney a solid two years before my wedding date, so we got to know each other well during out monthly calls! She is so organized, so sweet and an absolutely genius designer.

    Every other vendor I hired gave an audible sigh of relief when they found out I had booked Courtney as my planner as they knew that the day would go smoothly and the timeline would be perfect!

    Our original venue was destroyed in hurricane Ian. Courntey continued to support me and help me pivot to a new venues despite being without power or running water herself for weeks! She is so dedicated and so kind during the entire process.

    Everyone told me I was such a chill bride during the planning process and actual wedding weekend. I can only attribute that to having Courtney in my corner! I trusted her to take care of everything and she definitely did.

    As for as her design skills, I will let the photos speak for themselves. I was blown away! My design was better than I could have ever dreamed. All of my guests told me it was the prettiest wedding they have ever been to.

    7 Star Wedding Planner & Person - HIGHLY RECOMMEND

    Courtney is an exceptional wedding planner. We planned a wedding for 150 people at South Seas Island Resort in Captiva Island, Florida for Dec. 10, 2022 and we interviewed 10 wedding planners. We chose Courtney because she 1) was the most responsive, 2) was so genuine and kind, 3) had a sense of humor, 4) had planned many weddings at our venue, 5) has a separate event company w her husband that rents lighting, bars, and other event things, and 6) we just clicked with her right off the bat. Courtney was a good listener -- she asked us a lot about our vision for the wedding, including really helpful questions that showed she knew what she was talking about, and she really listened and digested everything that we said.

    We hired Courtney for design and day of planning for our welcome party and wedding day-- but she treated us like a full service wedding planner for the entire year leading up to our wedding. She was happy to text, call, or Zoom whenever we wanted to. She was incredibly proactive in giving us to-do lists with ample time for us to work through them. She brings a calming and positive energy that was really necessary during our sometimes stressful conversations. Courtney also respected our budget and was not even a little bit pushy in trying to convince us to spend beyond it, even though it would have obviously benefited her for us to spend more money.

    After we had a design meeting and sent Courtney our inspo photos, she got to work and her design proposal exceeded our expectations and showed that she really listened to every single detail we'd mentioned. I am super picky and particular and loved everything. We'd finalized our design plans for the welcome party and wedding in June, 6 months before the wedding!

    In July, we heard unfortunate news about a major construction project that was happening at our venue and would impact the locations of our welcome party and ceremony. Courtney sprung into action, drove to meet us at the resort a few days later, and was an advocate for us to the venue staff in making sure that the venue did everything in their power to make it right for us. This was NOT an easy process as the venue was difficult, but we ultimately came to a resolution that we were all happy about and Courtney went above and beyond to make it happen and to make us comfortable with the changes.

    Then, Hurricane Ian hit two months before our wedding and destroyed our venue and also hit Courtney's home - she was without power and water for a long time. Even so, Courtney called me 2 days post-Hurricane to present us with venue options for Plan B and did everything she could to put us at ease and let us know she'd do everything in her power to make the wedding happen on December 10 and have it go wonderfully. 1.5 weeks later, she drove several hours to meet us in Palm Beach despite what she had going on at home to tour venues until we found the one.

    Long story short, despite never having been to our Plan B venue before, and having only 2 months to reconfigure everything, Courtney DELIVERED and threw us the wedding of our DREAMS. I seriously cannot express how incredible every single thing was - I was BLOWN AWAY by the design and by Courtney's exceptional service all weekend. She was so attentive, anticipated our needs, and prioritized US having the best weekend of our lives. I am an EXTREME micromanager and no detail was missed. Our wedding was not an easy one to plan for several reasons, but Courtney made it happen. We love her and are leaving this process as friends.

    Amazing wedding planner

    Courtney Armen was the best wedding planner EVER!!! Words cannot describe how much she did for me leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day. Courtney is knowledgeable, professional, smart, funny, helpful, caring, responsive, reliable, patient and great to be around.

    What I really like about Courtney is that she does monthly check-ins with you leading up to the event. Each month she gives you goals and fun homework to complete so the wedding day goes smoother. She is also available 24/7 to help with questions and ideas - an incredible feature!! I would talk her ear off and drill her with questions the weeks leading up to the event, and she didnt mind at all. In fact...she was always excited to hear from me. That's what I was looking for in a wedding planner.

    Courney is creative when it comes to ideas. Planning with her is so fun because she has suggestions that one would never have thought of. I loveee that!!

    Courtney stands out from other planners because she can think on her feet and is helpful with making people feel comfortable. I will really miss spending time with Courtney and will always remember her.

    Worth Her Weight in GOLD!

    I cannot sing Courtney's praises enough!! I knew from the get-go that I wanted to hire a day-of coordinator.....but my mom was less agreeable. With a large Cuban family and 200+ guestlist, I needed all the help I could get corralling everyone where they needed to be. Plus Courtney would save my own sanity by helping me stay on track with monthly check-ins and the annoying little details I would have forgotten as we got closer to the wedding date. Needless to say, I convinced my mom the month before the wedding when I had officially passed the baton to Courtney. Not only did we have the holidays to get through and I was coordinating a cross-country move at the same time, but we also had other hiccups that occurred in that last month. We had a sudden death in the family, a bridesmaid fractured her ankle and needed emergency surgery the week of the wedding, our DJ got switched last minute, she realized we were missing lighting, and she found a replacement hair artist for my mom and bridesmaids...... By the end of it all, I ended up with the most perfect wedding any girl could ask for and I am so incredibly thankful for all her hard work. I would 1000% recommend her to any future bride!!

    A coordinator that made it all happen for us seamlessly

    I can't thank Courtney and her staff enough for such a beautifully orchestrated wedding day.
    We seamlessly coordinated so many details which was a pleasant surprise doing her day of coordinating.
    From the moment we spoke on the phone to see if we were a good match for both parties I knew I wanted her services. She was diplomatic and assertive as needed and also made us feel every decision we made was what we wanted and not what is expected or a norm.
    Even at the rehearsal when we made last minute small detail changes she encouraged us, on whatever it was we wanted.
    I felt so carefree the day of knowing that she was managing it all and the day was so perfect I would repeat it 10000x again without a change.
    I wish I could give her 10 stars. Worth every penny of investment.

    Well worth it!

    We brought Courtney on pretty late in the game and wish we had found her earlier! She definitely has a way of making you feel like you are being taken care of…which doesn’t seem to be the norm in the wedding industry. Courtney was a much needed addition to our wedding weekend because of the amount of details, moving pieces, and odds and ends it had become. She really helped to instill confidence in us that our wedding and wedding related events would go off without a hitch! She is definitely a go-getter. If something needed to be done or changed or arranged, it was wonderful to have the confidence in her that she would execute well. If you spend money on anything at your wedding, it should be on a person that makes it a better overall planning and executing experience for you! Lesson learned late in the game, but right in time to make it happen successfully :)

    EXACTLY what I needed!

    By the time I found Courtney, I was halfway through the planning process. I had chosen my venue and most of my vendors and was starting to feel nervous about bringing it all together the day of. After having an initial meeting with Courtney, I knew I was going to hire her for her day-of services. After our first consultation, my husband and I decided really needed her help and added in the design element as well.

    Courtney did exactly what I needed. She allowed me to be involved and still feel like I was planning my wedding, but did all of the heavy lifting, communications, and so many of the "little" things that are really big things. She was super professional, organized, and always honest with me! I felt at ease knowing Courtney would not let me forget anything and covered all of the details. She is truly an expert in the industry and the best decision I made along the way :)

    My wedding day could not have been more perfect, and I truly owe it to Courtney. From organization, to decor, coordination, time-tracking, and even some wrinkled groomsmen shirts, Courtney did it all. She had everything under control and put my mind at ease. I knew that I could truly enjoy myself and not worry!

    Couldn't of done it without Courtney!

    Coming highly recommended, Courtney was EVERYTHING and more. She is the sweetest, most organized person I have ever met. She has a way of being super patient and understanding, and most importantly, knows how to calm you down when you feel like time is flying by way too fast. From day one, she was on top of everything and ensured we had everything to make the day absolutely perfect. She is not afraid to tell you what can and will not work, and we trusted her with every little detail. Whenever I hear someone is or will be soon engaged, I cannot stop going on and on about Courtney. She made me feel so calm and collected during the entire day and made sure everything ran perfectly smooth. I could go on and on, and will most certainly use her for future celebrations!!

    The Best Decision You'll Make For Your Wedding Day

    I got married in Fort Myers in February 2019, but my husband and I live out of state. Hiring CocoLuna Events for day of design was by far the best decision we made during the whole planning process. I have never really "dreamed" of my wedding day, but that didn't stop Courtney at CocoLuna Events from planning the wedding of my dreams, which takes some serious skill and talent.

    Working with Courtney is a wonderful experience. She's upbeat and personable, but she's also very good at coming up with design ideas based on the couple's personalities and budgets. She recommended top notch vendors to us based on our general style and taste, and every single one of them knocked it out of the park. She's also super organized and detail oriented, thinking of things that I'd have missed entirely. As far as I know, the day went off without a hitch. I'm sure there were some snafus but my husband and I never heard about them. Our wedding was way beyond our expectations. She's just phenomenal. I can't recommend her enough.

    The best of the best!

    I don't even know where to begin when it comes to how great Courtney is. She is so professional, organized, fun, and comforting. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and is an absolute expert. There were so many things I never even considered when it came to the wedding day and her guidance was invaluable. I never once felt anxious about the details for the day because I knew Courtney was on top of everything! She also recommended the best vendors (photographers, videographer, desserts, florists) and there is no way I could have planned this wedding without her. I feel so lucky to have had Courtney as our planner and would do it all over again just so I could work with Courtney!

    Part Wedding Planner, Part Design Wizard :)

    Courtney is a bride’s total dream when it comes to any and everything wedding. She is knowledgeable, energetic, and endlessly excited about design and organizing. Having picked up our final things from her today, I’m actually going to go through Courtney withdrawals not having this amazing human to manage a huge part of my life moving forward. Future brides - she and her team are well worth the time, money, and trust. We worked with a modest budget, with a Bohemian vision, and despite the day being rained out, it went flawlessly thanks to Courtney’s innovation, foresight, and inner design genius. Note! She also has forged amazing relationships with vendors in the area whom she partners with really well to help make dreams come true. She will forever be a hero and a wizard of our wedding story. She literally thought of everything you guys.

    Ashley Schultz at Cocoluna is an absolute rock star! We got married at Sundial Resort in Sanibel Island. We were planning our wedding remotely from Chicago and would not have been able to do it without the help of Ashley. She went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was exceptionally special.

    She was always available and answered every question we had along the way. She allowed us to FedEx and UPS so many of our wedding favors to her home so that we wouldn't have to travel on the airplane with them. She also helped put together welcome bags for our guests with the items we had shipped to her house.

    45 days out, she took over all the contracts with our vendors and made sure everything was confirmed and went off without a hitch on our wedding day! She provided peace of mind to my fiance, which in turn gave me peace of mind.

    On the day of the wedding, she was helpful with the bride, bridesmaids, groom and groomsmen. She helped with our pocket squares and bouttonieres. She was everywhere around the resort making sure things ran smoothly. She checked in with both the bride and groom on numerous occasions to make sure we had everything we need. She even made sure we had drinks in hand when we were taking photographs while everyone else was at cocktail hour.

    Ashley was an absolute godsend and a complete professional at her job. If you are getting married in SW Florida, you need to use Ashley at Cocoluna Events!

    Courtney and the CocoLuna team are so wonderful that I cannot find the words to tell other Brides how much they mean to me! If you want a no-nonsense, super creative, incredibly kind, spectacularly talented, and absolutely AMAZING wedding planner (and, let's be honest, wedding planning therapist and miracle worker) look no further. Courtney saved my wedding day. She was the person who I text messaged when I freaked out about my flowers. She was the person who guided me through finding a new caterer when our venue would not allow our original caterer on property. She was the person who talked me off the ledge and supported me through every creative decision. She wrangled my family and in-laws throughout the wedding planning process, and on my wedding day. She was the person who tackled the rogue pizza guy who crashed our reception (that I didn't find out about until weeks later - props, sister!). She is the person who I consider my friend now that I am a married woman. Courtney will make your dreams come true!!

    I can't say enough wonderful things about Ashley Schultz, Colby, & Courtney Armen of Cocoluna Events. They made this destination wedding a breeze and something I would do without a doubt every time. They made wedding planning WAY more enjoyable and easier then I ever expected.     When my fiance and I were planning an out-of-state wedding, we started looking for a wedding planner at the venue's location in Bonita Springs, FL. After meeting with several experienced wedding planners in the area, Courtney Armen with Cocoluna Events clearly stood out as the elite option. She is very personable, likable, organized and fun. My fiance was so impressed by her, he called her the "quarterback" of our wedding. From day one that's what she was, a true leader. We knew exactly what to expect because she made it clear to us what was required of us and what she would manage. She connected us with wonderful vendors, took care of organizational questions--- just ran the whole show flawlessly. Courtney is not only a great planner, but she is also very artsy and often provided advice on many of our design options. She is also extremely accessible---phone, email, text--- just always available and helpful throughout the entire planning process.

    Overall, it was a bliss working with her! Her passion for her business translates into a fantastic experience for any bride and groom. We highly recommend Courtney and Cocoluna Events!

    I had the most wonderful experience working with Ashley of Coco Luna events for my wedding this past March. I live in NY and Ashley seamlessly helped me organize my wedding long distance. She is incredibly professional and was always available when needed. The week leading up to the wedding I felt very comfortable in her hands and our wedding day was better than we could have ever hoped for. She ran everything smoothly and left my parents, myself and my husband at ease with her wonderful planning. I highly recommend her.

    I remember exactly where I was, what I was doing, what the weather was like, & what I was feeling the first time I spoke with Courtney on the phone.

    All it took was 3 minutes on the phone & ONE simple question…
    My response became the premise that created & ultimately became my wedding were 2 simple statements: romantically simplistic & simplistically romantic.

    Courtney understands that the ability to perceive a person’s insight is through tone, word usage/choice, & overall expression that facilitates her to fully see vision, inspiration, & ultimately hopes & wishes.

    Courtney was a complete lifesaver for planning our destination wedding!! We had the most perfect day and there's no way we could've done it without her! She guided us to all of our vendors (flowers, band, photography, etc.) which totally made the wedding!! She was so organized and asked all the questions that we didn't even know to ask. She set up a timeline for us and made sure we stayed on track throughout the planning process. She perfectly executed our vision for our wedding day. We didn't have to stress and on the day of she was there making sure everything went smoothly and ensured everyone was where they needed to be at the appropriate times. She was so fun and had a great team. I'm going to miss our emails and meetings now that the wedding is over. We highly recommend Courtney and Cocoluna events!! Thank you so much!!

    When we first started planning our daughters wedding we had no idea the details that needed to be attended to. At first having a wedding planner seemed a luxery but as the wedding came closer it became a total necessary. Just before the wedding our heads were spinning and having a professional handle the vendors and location was a life saver.

    I typically don't write reviews but Courtney and her team are outstanding! I just got married January '17 and had the pleasure to work with Courtney. If you are planning on getting married in south Florida I highly recommend Cocoluna events!
    Courtney is extremely detailed oriented and one of the most organized professionals I have worked with: She suggested and assisted the best vendors in SW Florida, created detailed timelines for tasks up to the day of the wedding and created detailed itenary for the day of the wedding for all of our vendors, maids, and grooms to follow. I got married at a country club that has their own events person but I knew Courtney would make sure everything was more then perfect! She came to the house a few days prior to the wedding to pick up all the items and decorations (7-8 boxes) so she could be responsible for all the items and setting up the space exactly how we dicussed. Then after the wedding she broke everything down and dropped off all the items to my parents house so no one in my family had to bother with it at the end of the night and everyone could just enjoy the evening. I live in California so Courtney and I had to have our meetings remotely and she still managed to execute exactly what we wanted and more! The best part was on the day of the wedding we (me, my husband and family/friends) were able to actually relax and enjoy because Courtney had everything taken care of behind the scenes.     Upon meeting Courtney, I immediately knew that she was right for us. We instantly connected and I felt very comfortable with her. Once we met and reviewed all of the information, I felt confident in trusting my wedding with her. I haven't regretted that decision once since then. She is incredibly organized, easy-going, and hilarious! Many wedding decisions can feel overwhelming so I recommend going with your gut/instinct. If you're still on the fence, she clearly has the experience and happy responses from brides. This bride and groom were thrilled with Courtney and Ashley and we are so grateful to have had them on our team.     Courtney is absolutely amazing! From the first consultation we had with her, we knew we were in good hands. As an out of town bride, I was really worried about how I was going to plan a wedding 1500 miles away but she made it so easy! Every vendor she had recommended for us turned out to be amazing. She was so awesome at executing any crazy ideas my husband and I had and turning them into something so beautiful. From the ceremony, to the tent, to the set up and décor, everything was perfect. The day of went by without a hitch! She goes above and beyond! We love her!

    We hosted our daughters wedding in Naples, Fl for 200---my husband who was totally not involved with the process looked at me near the end of the evening and said, "they are worth their weight in gold". From details to direction, vendors to vision and timing to logistics--Courtney and Ashely were a joy to work with!!

    I can't begin to say how amazing Courtney and her team did in helping us plan, design and execute our wedding. Courtney was absolutely amazing to work with and very easy to talk to. She was very accommodating and did everything we asked. She designed us a beautiful wedding that we definitely wouldn't of been able to come up with on our own. She is very thorough and makes sure everything is done down to the final detail. She made sure that we had the best day of our lives and the wedding of our dreams. There is so much that she does for you that we can't list it all here. We would highly recommend her for a day of planner or what we did as a full wedding planner.     From the moment we booked with Courtney she was ALWAYS available to answer the zillion questions we had. Courtney took care of everything from beginning to end. She was always open to our ideas and made everything we wanted possible. She took care of contacting our vendors, helped us keep to our budget, designed our ceremony & reception spaces and was with us all day of our wedding. We had some weather related issues on the day of the wedding but I was blissfully unaware because Courtney and her team had everything under control. My wedding day was perfect because of Courtney. Thank you for making the planning process so fun and so easy!

    Courtney goes above and beyond and isn't afraid to stand up for her customer. It's difficult to find a planner that doesn't let their alliances with the industry trump their customer. After all, as a customer you are just a one hit wonder and the planner has to deal with vendors in their industries everyday. The entire time I felt that the customer (my wife and I) was Courtney's priority. The entire process was seem less, easy and fun. My wife, our friends, and our family can't stop talking about how amazing the day was And it was all because of Courtney's hard work. We highly recommend her.

    Courtney was an amazing person to work with. My husband and I live in California and we were planning our wedding from afar. We weren't sure where we wanted our venue initially so that is when we contacted Courtney. She put our minds at ease when she offered to take us on venue visits when we came to town. We realized from the venue visits that her expertise was required for every detail. She made the process extremely easy by giving us many options for wedding vendors. Her design of our vision was spot-on. There was no point in the process where we were concerned because Courtney was very organized. During our wedding she was very professional and directed us through every moment. We didn't have to worry about anything. It was great for us because we were able to enjoy every moment.     I almost made the grave mistake of not hiring a wedding planner/decorator for my destination wedding at Marco Island. I thought that I would save on cost and have my friends and family assist me. I am so glad that I reconsidered. Courtney from CocoLuna Events was godsend. She is such a joy to work with and very detailed oriented. She and her crew took a vision that I had in my mind and brought it to life. Everything looked and went beautifully. Her attention to details was so appreciated. She took care of so many things, including things that I did not even think of. As a result my family and I were able to fully enjoy our wedding day worry free.     We had the most amazing wedding experience! Courtney is everything you want in a wedding planner. Detailed, organized, creative, flexible, and reliable. She was so easy to work with in the planning process and helped me bring my ideas to life. I am a very detail oriented person that usually has to take control of things to ensure they are done correctly, but with Courtney I felt so confident in her, I was able to let go and trust that she would take care of everything. And it worked out perfectly! I would highly recommend Courtney if you are planning a destination wedding and want to make sure everything goes smoothly.     Where to start? Courtney planned the day of my dreams & left my all smiles. From the moment we did a phone consultation, I knew Courtney was going to be my planner. High energy, super responsive, so organized, creative & thoughtful. C

    Courtney handled every detail of our wedding. I asked her advice on everything from nails to ceremony to design and how to handle my family. She did it all. She responded to all of my emails & texts in record time. She had every detail planned, even the ones I hadn't thought of. She had an amazing array of vendors, would bring me a few and recommend the one she thought I would like. She was always on point.

    Courtney was able to do some "value engineering" and cut out some items that I didn't really care about in order to stay within my budget. I actually think the event was better without some of the extras.

    Courtney has a great design style. She pulled off my vision better than I could have imagined. Our day went off without a hitch and really was the most perfect day. Well worth every penny, and more! I even had many guests say what an amazing job she did. Even handling a few behind the scenes things without me knowing.

    The only downside is that I don't get to talk to her every day now! You will love Courtney & your event!

    If you are even slightly overwhelmed - hire Courtney. If you are even thinking of hiring a wedding planner - hire Courtney. This woman saved my wedding day - literally - multiple times, on many different occasions. I got engaged 20 months ago and thought that I "could do it all, how hard could it be" - little did I think that I would be forced to change venues - 3 times, cancel and fire vendors and hire new ones, and that I would become so stressed out by the planning process I wanted to call off the wedding on many occasions. In comes Courtney, I hired her 4 months after our engagement and she literally came in, helped me find and secure our second venue, canceled all our existing contracts with the other vendors, MOVED our wedding to another city and designed and planned the bulk of it in 6 weeks. She's magic, she even helped us save thousands of dollars in finding us vendors who fit our budget and provided us amazing customer service. 2 weeks leading up to our wedding last Friday and the severe weather was making us super nervous. Our venue was completely outdoors and there was no way we can put up a tent or salvage the venue if it rained or a tornado touched down. She went straight to work and found us another AMAZING and better venue than the first (with the help of our caterer, Artichoke and Company) and contacted all our vendors and moved us seamlessly to another venue without even a hiccup. Throughout the entire planning experience, Courtney checked in all the time to see how I was doing, to remind me of items I still needed to complete that she couldn't do for me, and to generally keep me updated on the progress of the wedding planning. I was actually able to relax and enjoy being engaged and making fun decisions about our wedding with my husband without us trying to kill each other over the stress my other friends who didn't hire planners were experiencing.

    I could not have done half the things for my wedding without Courtney's help, she is a dream!

    Last weekend my sister got married in Florida and I cannot say enough positive things about Courtney and her staff at Cocoluna events. As my sister's maid of honor, I was nervous about trying to work full time and help her plan a wedding from thousands of miles away- but fortunately, thanks to Cocoluna events, the wedding planning process could not have gone better. Courtney kept our family well informed, managed to stick to the budget, and pulled off a beautiful and very fun wedding! She handled everything that came her way and allowed the bride and all of the guests to enjoy the wedding day. Hiring Courtney and her staff was the BEST decision we made throughout this entire wedding planning process!     Courtney was really on top of things. She is very prompt and will listen to any requests you might have. She gave us so many ideas and recommendations. She does timelines of the whole event to make sure everyone and everything has its place and time, which made the whole event run smoothly without any confusion.     I hesitated to spend money on a service I felt I could "do myself", but CocoLuna's fees are reasonable. This was the BEST money we spent! As an out of town bride, I was glad to find someone who could be "on the ground" in Ft. Myers while still allowing me to be in charge of the creative aspects of planning. We chose the guidance + month of planning package, which included a check-in every 2 weeks leading up to the month before the wedding, when Courtney took over. We did some work leading up to the wedding (DIY details, following up with vendors Courtney referred us to). Courtney was there at every step to help answer tricky contract questions, track down hard-to-contact vendors, suggest what to accomplish next, etc. Courtney made great suggestions but never pushed particular vendors. I worried a planner would increase the cost of the wedding. Courtney did the opposite by helping us decide about unnecessary expenses vs. things that were worth a splurge. I am in awe of the small details from offhand conversations that Courtney incorporated when executing my "vision" for our day, e.g. reminding the officiant to ask folks to put cameras away & making a box full of Pinterest crafts look exactly the way I envisioned. It rained on our wedding day, but I didn't miss a beat because I knew Courtney would still make everything look beautiful indoors (she did!). Courtney seamlessly coordinated multiple vendors on the our wedding day despite changes in timeline, placement of materials, etc. and handled everything with utmost professionalism. She and her team were right around the corner when needed (providing iced towels to an overheated bride? check. packing us a plate of leftovers at the rehearsal dinner? check.). At the same time, Courtney and her team never intruded on us as a couple or our guests. My friends dubbed them "stealth ninja wedding coordinators"! I'm incredibly glad to have gotten in on Courtney's talent while CocoLuna Events is relatively new. Well worth it!

    CocoLuna Events was amazing for my wedding day! We did the 30 Day sweep and Day of Coordination, it was the best thing ever :) We did not have to worry about anything going wrong all coordination happened between Courtney and the vendors, which took a huge load of stress of the bride and mother off the bride. During the wedding everything was on time and whenever we had a question or request it was taken care of without any problem!
    As mother of the Bride, I can say, I do not know what I would have done without Courtney! Her enthusiasm for her job makes you enjoy the days preceding the wedding and the wedding day. I have never met anyone as organized and flexible all at the same time. Courtney made the Wedding Day fun and stress free. We were all able to enjoy every moment of the day. I cant highly recommend Courtney to work any event, she is Fantastic!

    Courtney is the up and coming "it" girl of Naples wedding planners. She is competent, composed, and confident. Every detail was planned and every unforeseen event was covered by her. I didn't have to worry about a thing with Courtney at the helm and her consistent timely communication. She listened to who I was and what I wanted.     A month or so out from my wedding (that I was trying to plan myself), I realized that I needed help. Being a Type A bride, I wasn't too comfortable handing over all my work, but I knew I had to do it.
    I couldn't have picked a better person to take over. She is amazingly organized, professional and efficient. And it's amazing how she just remembers everything. I gave her a 2 hour download of everything that I had put together and that needed to get executed (some things were not the 'normal way'). She picked it right up and was able to run with it AND make it better.
    She allowed me to forget the planning and just have fun. My wedding day couldn't have been as enjoyable as it was if it wasn't for her.

    I had issues finding a wedding planner but came across CocoLuna Events and had a feeling she was perfect. I needed to fully trust someone to help me plan a wedding 3000 miles from my home and she fit the bill. She is so unbelievably organized and on top of things and knows just what needs to be done. Any questions I had, she had an answer very fast. Her suggestions, for a indecisive bride, were amazing as well. All of the vendors we used with her recommendation were right on point. She is friendly and considerate and fun to talk to. I'm pretty sure no one else would have done a better job.

    I am beyond happy with Courtney. At first I didn't think I needed a planner because I had most of my planning done. My photographer, Anna with Zee Anna Photograuy, suggested I at least use Courtney as a day of planning. After talking with Courtney a few times I felt at ease with my decision and using her. She came up with a wonderful time when I worked with all my venders so I didn't even have to worry about anything. The day of the wedding went so smooth I don't think we had any problems. If we did have any problems Courtney took care of them! I am so happy she was suggested to us and she made our wedding absolutely amazing!!!!

    Four months before our wedding, our venue informed us that they would no longer provide a day-of coordinator. Luckily, our photographer introduced us to Courtney. From the get-go, we knew she would be great, but we didn’t realize how great until the wedding grew closer. Courtney was on top of every detail, incredibly responsive, and knew how to manage any personality that came her way. This was particularly important because we didn’t have the best relationship with our wedding venue, but Courtney was able to manage that. She was a diplomatic intermediary and she made sure every detail was covered.

    The day of the wedding, everything was perfect. Courtney was the first person at the venue and made sure everything was set before the groomsmen arrived. With our bridal party, we had a few hiccups behind-the-scenes, but Courtney made sure the guests didn’t notice. She went far and beyond what a typical wedding planner would do and for that, we are so grateful.

    Our only regret is that we didn’t hire Courtney as soon as we got engaged.

    Courtney was a blessing to us. She is professional and thorough, a seriously dedicated planner. She is also tremendously talented and has a wonderful imagination that takes an event and transforms it into something personal and unique. Besides being there for us every step of the way and helping shape our vision and make it a reality- she made the process more enjoyable and less stressful. Our wedding was outdoors and the weather didnt like us so much but she made sure that it was still beautiful and reflective of us. It was a magical night and we owe most of it to her and Nick. She also introduced us to our Photographer, Anna from ZeeAnna Photography, who was also amazing. The two of them work so well together that they really should offer joint packages! We were truly blessed to have them and would highly recommend them to anyone for anything that they can help with. Their services are truly worth any price and if you have the pleasure of being able to have them be a part of your special events- you will know that they are irreplaceable.

    In addition to being a great planner and designer, I truly feel that we were meant to meet because she is the type of person you just want to stay friends with long after the wedding is over. Well all of them are. They really made our day so much better just by being there. They are hard working, dedicated, talented, and rarity in a field with so many options- in our book they are the only option. We love you guys!

    Courtney from CocoLuna Events did my day of coordinating, so we only started working together a couple months before my wedding. Despite the short time we worked together, we clicked so well and she became like a great girlfriend to me! She was always there to answer even my dumbest questions and made sure I had everything completely ticked and tied leading into the wedding. She was always so easy to get a hold of and would answer my texts, emails or phone calls basically immediately. She even made herself available to my dad when he had any last minute requests or questions, which made his life so much easier. Courtney is truly one of a kind and I was sad when the wedding was over and didn't get to work with her on a daily basis anymore. I don't know what I would have done without her!! I would MORE than recommend her to any bride!!

    I don't know what I would have done without Courtney!! She embraced our vision for our wedding at the Naples Zoo and provided expert knowledge to help guide us on decisions ranging from what vendors to use to when to put Pinterest down and trust in the beautiful wedding that was coming together.
    I can't rave enough about her! She definitely knows her business and is definitely someone a couple should have by their side on their special day. Weddings are hectic and I can honestly say that I feel confident that ours went as smoothly as it did because we had Courtney behind the scenes helping to coordinate all aspects of the event.
    As a bride who had no clue how to plan a wedding or what needed to be done to have a successful one, Courtney was so crucial to helping me. You will be so glad to have her by your side throughout the whole wedding planning process!

    I don't know how to say enough amazing things about Courtney. She made out special day perfect! Getting married at the Naples Zoo is not traditional and very difficult of you don't know what you're doing. Not being the wedding kind of girl, she guiding me through the whole process. Courtney's hours were extremely flexible with me and my husbands crazy work schedules. She provided her cell phone number where I was able to talk to her, day and night. She even texted me back when she was out of the country on vacation! Not knowing where to start, Courtney gave us a list of preferred venders who were all excellent. She collaborated with them to make sure everything went according to plan. She even had our favorite drinks for us immediately leaving the ceremony, which was very important to my husband. I have friends to this day to say how amazing the wedding was, from the food and decor to the party. I couldn't have done it with out her. Courtney is detail oriented, hard working, organized, and willing to do whatever it takes to make the bride happy. When people enjoy their job, they excel at it, and Courtney is the best wedding planner in SW Florida, I promise you!

    Courtney did an amazing job at corrdinating my wedding .. With 100 guest and the event being at the zoo and it being a warm day .. I couldn't have gotten through it without the professionalism and quality of work she did to prep the space. Everyone was so impressed and I still get great comments to this day sbout how great the wedding was .. Thanks Courtney

    CocoLuna Events is the best. I couldn't do it without Courtney, She is amazing. I totally recommend CocoLuna.

    Courtney Armen definitely knows what she is doing. We worked with her until 30 days out, and then we worked with her Associate, Courtney Chance. Both Courtneys were quick to respond to emails. We are so glad we had a day of coordinator. There were a few hiccups that the MOH and myself had to get involved in, some of which were fixed and some were not, but overall those hiccups did not detract from the beautiful day.
