We absolutely loved having our wedding at Coco Palm.

The view, the architecture, and the layout of the building all provided an elegant, unique backdrop for our theme. In fact, it wasn't until I toured the property that I was inspired to create our dreamy aesthetic.

We loved working with the staff at Coco Palm because they KNOW weddings, it's what they do so they already pretty much know what people are going to ask, what they are going to want.

The service of the waitstaff at our wedding was exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we could ask for and treated us like royalty. All of our guests had great feedback about the service as well.

Last but not least, the food is obviously delicious and something special for a wedding. It was a priority for us to have a great dinner for our guests and Coco Palm was perfect.

The packages they offer for events are a really great value compared to every other venue we looked at. So much is included, and it helped alleviate some of our planning stress.

Can't wait to go back and celebrate more events here!

We loved everything about our wedding

I spent endless hours and days and weeks researching every venue in a 40 mile radius from us, and even at a point considered a destination wedding. The pictures I saw of Coco Palms didn't do them justice so I put off checking out the venue until I had already seen quite a few. As soon as I did the walk through at Coco Palms with Raeanna I knew they were perfect for what I was looking for. The venue and grounds are so beautiful I knew I would need hardly any decorations, Raeanna answered all my questions and gave me good confident vibes, and the food was amazing, the price was surprisingly one of the most reasonable I looked into, I was so excited to book them and start planning stuff after seeing the site, my vision finally started coming together. The whole planning process was professional and easy, anytime I had a question I could email Raeanna or Brandyn and get a reply quickly. The complimentary food tasting was so good we wanted to pick everything. The day of the rehearsal they pretty much just checked in and then gave us space to have fun and practice. The day of the wedding, we also rented the bridal suite, and the suite was another thing I fell in love with during the original site walk through. It's beautiful and a perfect place for pictures of getting ready with my girls. Sure enough getting ready there that day was perfect and memorable. My wedding party thought it was super nice as well. When we booked, Raeanna looked up when the sun was setting the day of our wedding and recommended we do our ceremony and pictures around the sunset, and I am so thankful she thought of that because it was absolutely stunning. All my guests raved about how beautiful it was and people who weren't there thought we were in santa barbara or somewhere fancy. During the reception the servers and bartender were awesome and worked hard and were very courteous. I wish I had a ton of money so I could tip everyone a ton because every person who worked at Coco Palm was so amazing at their job and the whole team helped make our wedding day better than I could have even imagined.

The price was very affordable and everyone loved the food. Managment went above and beyond to make my vision a reality. I wanted to have the ceremony in the same room as the reception. My husband and I chose Coco Palms for our wedding because we fell in love with the amazing views that the location had as well as delicious food which was above and beyond our expectations. The event manager was like my personal coordinator reminding me to eat, when to greet, etc. The dinner service was amazing and everyone who attended was amazed and fell in love with our event. The DJ was a preferred vendor and he was amazing as well. Anytime I had a question I'd email over the venue and have an answer by the end of the day(usually). What made wedding planning easy was having a vendor who was strong and able to follow through on their contract.

Me and my husband got married at the Coco Palms on November 10, 2018. This venue was just perfect for us. My husband took me to Coco Palms to celebrate our year anniversary and I knew this was the place I wanted to get married. On the day of our wedding we celebrated 5 yrs together and the starting our marriage. Coco Palms hold a special place in our hearts and we wouldn’t imagine getting married anywhere else. The service was excellent and everything was just perfect.

We had our wedding at Coco Palm January 2018. This was the best venue for us, location wise. We were happy with the overall experience we had. They were very flexible with the vendors, allowing us to bring in our own rather than have us use their preferred vendors. The view was great, overlooking the city. The staff was friendly and responds very quickly. The price reasonable for 150 guests. The food was delicious! I would highly recommend this place for any wedding/party. I will be having dinner there again soon!

We booked this venue for our wedding. We had the pleasure of working with Tony. I had my rehearsal, ceremony and reception here. I also used the onsite bridal suite they have. The food was great. The view is AMAZING. Pricing is good. My guest raved about the food and view all night long! Along with the florist and rentals from the DJ, it turned out beautiful! The outside has 4 terraces, the only bummer is 1 terrace is a "common area". Which means anyone can be there. Otherwise it was perfect! Tony was easy and great to work with and extremely professional. Thank you Tony!

Had our wedding on July 22 2017. It was dream come true. All the staff is great. Responsible, great service. Everything well put together, nothing done half way. Guest were in shock on how beautiful it was, and great food. There very professional,. Thanks to all staff, Desiree , also Tony. Everyone goes above n beon.

My husband and I just got married here and everything was perfect. The food, the service, the wedding coordinator, the venue was just perfect and delicious. We loved the service and everything about it. All of our guests loved the wedding, the service and this place. I totally recommend having your wedding here. We are so thankful for everything.

CoCo Palm was the first venue we visited in our venue search. We thought it was too good to be true to find a venue that had met all of our needs and our vision at the same time which is hard to come by when planning a wedding. We looked at a few other venues to weigh out our options but the value Coco Palm had kept beating out other venues. We had our Ceremony and Reception here. Our Ceremony was in the outside main terrace and comfortably fit 128 guests. It was a nice evening Ceremony over looking the city as the sun set that made for beautiful pictures with their Spanish inspired landscaping. Reception and cocktail hour was inside the main Bolero room which also nicely fit our guests. The customer service was impeccable couldn't ask for anything better. Desiree was amazing to work with throughout the process and Tony the Manager was excellent to have on the day of the wedding. Staff is very cheerful and happy to work with you. In terms of costs and picturesque scenery you can't go wrong here. It provided the most beautiful and cheerful backdrop to our special day!

The best decision I could've made for my wedding! If I could get married again tomorrow I would, just to have my wedding at Cocopalm again. Every staff member that was involved with our wedding on 2/18/17 went above and beyond to cater to our needs. We had the pleasure of having Patty as our Catering Coordinator and we were also able to work with the General Manager Tony. Both of them were amazing to work with; very compassionate, funny, and knowledgeable. We had so many set backs the morning of our wedding which caused us to start an hour late and Tony was right there reminding me to breathe and they made sure everything still went according to plan and everything was beautiful. I couldn't have found a better venue that was breathtakingly gorgeous with delicious food that was SUPER affordable. The views of the city from this place we phenomenal and looked awesome on our wedding photo's. We've visited PLENTY of venues before deciding on Cocopalm and honestly none of them compared to the service, food, views and overall value of what we received. If you book here you won't regret it.

My husband and I had our wedding reception in the Coppa room on Saturday 12/27/14 and we couldn't be happier. Throughout the entire process, Tony and his staff were easy to work with, and always available to answer any questions. The night of the wedding, Tony and his staff were on point, always making sure our guests were served promptly and that my husband and I always had our drinks filled and plenty to eat. We chose a combo plate of filet mignon and sea bass, which our guests loved and still continue to tell us how much they loved the food. Most importantly our parents who can be quite picky, loved the food and stated it was well prepared. The staff is very friendly and professional, always checking in to see if there was anything else we needed. The following morning Tony called my husband to check in and make sure everything went well, this demonstrates their professionalism and excellent customer service as even after the wedding was over they wanted to make sure their guests were satisfied.

My husband and I have nothing but positive remarks about the Coco Palm, and they exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend anyone to host a wedding or any special event at Coco Palm. Thank you Tony and staff!

We booked our wedding reception at the Coco Palm restaurant about 18 months before our big day. My mother had her wedding reception here almost 20 years ago and highly recommended the Coco Palm, and we are EXTREMELY happy with the way everything turned out. We chose the Coppa Room and couldn't have been happier, the views were fantastic and service from the waiters was unbeatable! The entire time leading up to the event we worked with Dessire (the catering manager) who really stepped up and went above and beyond by providing knowledgeable input throughout. The fact that we booked the venue so far out meant that we had many changes over the 18 months and I will be the first to say we had many difficult requests. Most of all, we were extremely pleased with the perfect balance of professionalism and people skills that we noticed from Dessire, and the manager of the Coco Palm Tony Falcon as well as the entire Coco Palm staff. Tony repeatedly went out of his way to make sure he did everything he could to accommodate to us. As we called many, many times before the event, tony never once had a negative attitude or was unwilling to help. He completely changed the outcome of our reception with his hard work and attention to detail. Even the night of the reception, (while there were 3 other events going on at the Coco Palm) Tony made time on 4 or 5 different occasions to come and talk to us to make sure we were happy and ask us if we needed anything. In a world today where professionalism isn't always common, Tony and the entire staff there really showed that they are not just in it for your money; they really want to help you have a great time. Even the day AFTER our reception, Tony took the time to personally call and ask us how we were doing. The level of professionalism and care you receive from the Coco Palm will be unmatched anywhere else!!

We had our wedding here and all I can say is that coco palms made my wedding dream come true. Impeccable service and the venue was amazing. My guest were wowed in amazement they loved the food and venue. Tony and Dessire helped us from the start and I have no compliants at all they are awesome I would defiantly recommend anyone that has an event to have it at the Coco Palms. Tony and Desiree really worked us and helped us to have a fabulous wedding on a decent budget gave us an awesome room at a great price, all the staff was great and attentive to my husband and I as well as my guest. My guest could not stop talking about how wonderful this event was and again I to thank all the staff who helped me make this happen. THANK YOU

What can I say about this place to truly give it the justice it deserves? Our wedding was INCREDIBLE! The weather was perfect and the venue was beautiful. The ceremony and reception were both in the Coco Room, which is the outside terrace. Every guest at our wedding could not stop raving about the food! "Best wedding food I have ever had," was a common comment throughout our guests. I know the bride and groom usually never eat, but I also made it a point to enjoy our dinner. We had the fish and sirloin steak, which I know steak can be a hit or miss sometimes, but WOW! It was juicy, tender, and amazingly tasty!!

On to the staff... Desirree was very sweet and helpful all throughout the planning! She made me feel at ease and I knew I would be in good hands with her. On to Tony... THANK YOU SO MUCH! Tony is extremely professional and all he wanted to do was make sure I was happy! I knew from the moment he helped coordinate the rehearsal dinner that he had done this a million times! He knew exactly what to do and even SAY to make it run smoothly! I appreciated his professionalism and expertise. He was with me throughout the night, even though their were other events.

I wish I could just do it all over again next year because it was PERFECT!!!!!!!! Maybe an anniversary celebration next year? We will see! Thank you everyone!!!!!!!

The locations for both the ceremony and reception were great! The staff members were extremely helpful and flexible with planning the event. The waiters were very attentive and were constantly asking if anything was needed which made the night go by swiftly and without complaints. In all, the location went above and beyond!

Coco Palms Restaurant was the perfect location for our wedding. Their food, their staff, their professionalism made our wedding perfect. Every guest commented on how beautiful the restaurant looked, the abundance of food they were served, and how wonderful everything tasted. I utilized the bridal suite and it was the perfect place to get ready in. The architecture of the restaurant and the view made our wedding pictures beautiful. I would definitely recommend Coco Palms for an event or simply for dinner.

Hi, me and my husband were recenlty married at CoCo Palm restaurant. All of our guest enjoyed the venue. We were married at 6pm on the patio the view was amazing. The appetizers were great along with the salad and dinner. Everyone from Janet to Tony including the staff and our captin Francisco were on top of everything. I dont have one thing to complain about.. Our wedding couldnt of gone better. Everyhting was amazing.. Love this place..... Our guest had a wonderful time.. Thank you CoCo Palm for everthing you did to make our wedding such a beautiful night to remember...

This place is just AMAZING. Tony the manager was very attentive and helpfull along with his staff. They only thing that was sometimes hard to do was to get ahold of the catering staff members but they are very busy.

I had my reception at the Coco Palms. I had booked my event with so much time out. Tony, Janet, and Desiree were so professional preparing for my event. Although, they weren't the original people I did my contract with they treated me very well. I was very concern days before my event because I was scheduled to had my event in the terrace and weather was not looking good, I contacted Tony and he made me feel very confortable went out of his way to reassure me everything will be ok, even if he had to close club or restaurant down. Although, we went through a rush at the last minute, as to what I heard, all I know when I arrived the place looked lovely.. The Service was beyong our expectations... I have heard that many venues you never get to see the VP or the manager, Tony was there all night making sure we didn't need anything and even got me a few drinks!!!! All I can say he pulled it through and I was completely satisfied. My guest cannot stop complimenting on the food and service...

Sean is great to work with, very responsive, very flexible, knows what he is doing... handled our wedding perfectly. The food is fantastic.

We had our ceremony and reception at the COCOPALM on the terrace. Sean and Veronica were very helpful and professional. The food was excellent! I thought that we had a verygood price we choose their premium package which had 3 hours of open bar, and our guests loved it. I was worried that the outside looked a little dirty and expressed my concerns to Sean and he reassured me that it would be cleaned for our wedding. Sure enough it was cleaned and looked beautiful. I recommend the Cocopalm, but you will need help they day of the wedding because Sean and Veronica do not stay and help with vendors so it can get a little confusing.

Sean is wonderful. He was willing to negotiate on a couple of things that I wanted but couldn't really afford and that was great. Everything was wonderful during the reception and I have no complaints. All my guests raved about how good the food was and I must agree it was splendid.

When planning our wedding, we wanted a venue that would help us make the planning process as easy as possible since we did not plan to hire a wedding coordinator. The Coco Palm gave us the chance to have all of the catering and bar services included as well as set up and clean up afterwards. They also work with a local DJ and bakery so that those services are included as well, depending on the package you select. In addition there is a spacious bridal suite on site available to add-on that had great natural light and room to spread out while getting ready for the big day. It is a gorgeous venue with a amazing views and delicious food! We were very happy with the planning process from beginning to end. Whenever we had questions, Natalie was always able to help us resolve any problems that came up along the way and put our minds at ease. The day of the wedding, all our guests were raving about how beautiful the venue was and how great the food and DJ were. We had a fantastic time on the day of the party and had full faith in our team at Coco Palm because of their great customer service from the very beginning. We highly recommend the Coco Palm to anyone looking for an easy wedding planning experience for a great value.

I really have to say the CoCo Palm staff really came through for me on my wedding day. They were very flexible and accommodating. I would recommend others to check them out for their big day. Toni, Janet, and Desaree are all very professional and I want to say THANK YOU for all that was done. I got so many compliments on the venue, food, and the staff.

The staff did an excellent job. Food was served quickly and as promised. Presentation was very nice. Veronica was there the whole time to supervise and make sure everything was going fine. She even came up to me and my husband to make sure we didn't need anything. She also brought us some drinks from the bar. My only complaint was that with the amount of money we were spending I would have liked to see every string of lights working in the palm trees. When I asked Veronica if the lights would be fixed, since it is one of the main attractions, she said no. She said they only fix the lights once a year. That was dispointing to me and my parents. This is the only reason I did not give them a 5/5.

Our wedding at the Coco Palm was beautiful!! This location is absolutely breathtaking at night time. We got an excellent deal since our wedding was on a Friday (just over $7,000 for 110 people!). This included the ceremony, bridal room, wedding cake, cocktail hour with 1 hr. hosted bar, appetizers, and champagne and a glass of house wine for all the guests! EXCELLENT value for cost. To say the food was amazing isn't enough... the food was more than we ever expected. Portions are HUGE and the food was to die for. We got half salmon and half top sirloin. Excellent! The service during the reception was also excellent. The servers were on top of everything, picking up plates and filling waters quick. We had the reception outside so they had to turn the ceremony area over for dinner during the cocktail hour. This was my one concern about the place. But, to be honest, I don't think anyone even noticed what was going on because they were so smooth and quick about it. Before we knew it, all the dinner tables were set up and guests were being sat! Veronica (the assistant manager) was so wonderful to work with. She was always very helpful and catered to our every need. Sean (also a manager) was also helpful. In the beginning, my husband and I mostly worked with Sean and, to be honest, I wasn't impressed. He wasn't the most helpful in the beginning... a little unprofessional. I suggest going straight to Veronica for help. The bridal suite was also great. It wasn't the cleanist but it got the job done. It was big enough for me and all my girls to get ready with room to spare. It was a little warm in the room so we asked Sean to turn the temperature of the air down a couple degrees and he did with no problems. They were very accomodating and the staff was wonderful. The bar drinks (once it switched over to a cash bar) were VERY pricey though. The drinks were good I heard but extremely pricey. So, I say if you can afford to do a full hosted bar, go for it for the sake of your guests. All in all, I highly recommend the Coco Palm. We were very happy with the outcome of our wedding and we would do it all over again!

During my wedding planning, we ordered the Mambo package. I dealt with Desiree, she was kind, flexible and answered all our questions and replied to all our emails quickly. She was attentive and professional. Ceremony - Was on the Tropicana Terrace. On our wedding day, it was absolutely beautiful. The waiters did a great job with our guest during the cocktail hour and our guest loved the hors d'oeuvres that were passed out. My guest said it was a lot of food, so when they came into the reception, they were kind of full at dinner time. I personally appreciate a lot of food instead of not having enough. I've been to plenty weddings were I leave hungry. Only issue is my wedding was during one of the coldest months and it was really cold this day and I had guest request to the waiters if they can turn on the outside heater during the cocktail hour. They were told that they will soon be moved inside and the heater was not turned on. If you book during a cold season, please discuss the heating ahead of time. Reception - Was in the Coco Room. Again everything was beautifully set up with the help of the florist. The food was amazing. All the guest were raving about how delicious their food was. Our main entree was Steak & Shrimp, Mashed potato, veggies, and plantains. It was amazingly good and the plate serving was huge. Even the kids menu was a really big serving.During set up, my table numbers were placed on the wrong tables so my guest were seated in the wrong table/area. Tables were set up by the florist. However no one caught the issue, not even the day of coordinator. Who was at fault? I don't know, but they quickly corrected the problem. After the wedding I spoke to Tony and he genuinely apologized for the hickup. He handled the matter in a very professional business like manner. With his help, I was able to rectify the issue with all parties involved. I recommend this venue. Its beautiful and food & service is great.

I had my wedding at the Coco Palm Restaurant on a Sunday Night and I couldn't of wished for a better place to have my wedding! When I first started to look for a venue to have my Wedding I heard good and bad things about the restaurant, BUT they offered me the deal of a life time!! NO CHARGE FOR THE CEREMONY!!!! (That ment I got the extra hour for FREE!!) The LUNCH PRICE FOR DINNER!!! And the BRIDAL ROOM FOR FREE!!!! The service was EXCELLENT and the food was DELICIOUS!! They really went out of their way to accomidate our every need. I want to thank them for making my dream day come true. I will recommend any one to this facility!

Loved having my wedding here! The waiters were very professional and polite to my guests. Jeannete the weding coordinator I worked with and Tony as well, were great to work with!

We held our ceremony and reception here on the outside terrace (Tropicana terrace). how BEAUTIFUL the view is from up there! i couldn't believe how dreamy and romantic everything was when it was all set up. Lights and candles were lit up, it was just grand. I felt like it was straight out of a Great Gatsby scene (fitting, since our theme was Old Hollywood). We used 3 levels of the terrace, which fit our 185 guest list. only down fall about the 3rd level, it was a bit far from everyone else, but the guests did not complain since it was like their own little celebration.

The choice of food=excellent. We chose combo plates that came with Steak and Fish (you can also choose from Chicken), plantains, spanish rice, and steamed vegetables. My guests loved it because it was a huge plate, not your average & boring plate like other venues. The appetizer was a Carribbean salad, dessert was Flan and our wedding cake. We brought our own champagne/cider, which the servers helped pour and serve. Most of the servers were very polite & always asked if my groom and I were okay and if we needed a drink.

There were a few misses here though. no one told us we had to order propane for the heaters. They set up heaters, but they weren't heating up. We were behind schedule, i wish someone from Coco Palm was able to help with the flow of events and check in with us every now and then. Some guests were going through the front of the restaurant rather than straight to the terrace. There should've been signs outside, at the valet, to point the guests directly to the terrace. B/c of this, some guests didnt sign my guest book or know about our photo booth.

Desiree helped us throughout the whole planning process, and was very helpful and professional in meeting our wedding needs. Unfortunately, she was on vacation during our event. She's awesome and I'm sure if she was there, it would have ran smoother. but regardless of the set backs, our wedding was beautiful and we all enjoyed it!

The food was amazing and the view was breathtaking. There set up time and decor was fabulous! There service on my wedding was great! My wedding coordinator Desiree was professional and helpful .

The reason I didn't put 5 starts is because the vendor that coco palms restaurant that hires for cake is " some crust bakery" that comes with the wedding package slipped up on our wedding cake . My cake flowers were blue when they were suppose to be lavender and lilac . It was yummy so that kinda make up for it . Desreee or the cake designer still haven't called us to make up for the mistake .

We had a great wedding here. Only complaint is that we had booked to have our cocktail hour outside but they double booked. They did compensate us for the inconvenience but initially it was difficult to get them to respond. Their events people seem to be new and the day of everything went perfect.

The venue is gorgeous, the food was delicious, and the wait staff was great the day of the wedding. Based on that, the venue is worth every penny and we would give them 5 stars. Raeana was very accommodating and professional the day of our final appointment and put our minds at ease with all of the questions we had. We rated the venue 4 stars because it was very hard to get a hold of the catering dept staff prior to the event, often having to email 2 or 3 times over the course of a few days to follow up (I waited up to 4 days), and/or leaving voicemails to get a response. When we did, one of 2 or 3 questions were answered, and I'd have to re-ask and wait again a couple of days for a response (via email). When you are busy with work, life, planning a wedding + honeymoon, not being able to get a hold of someone can be disappointing. Also, we added bottle service after our final appointment and it was not added to the captain’s instructions for the day. We were almost done with meal service when I noticed our guests weren’t being served the wine and sangria we ordered, and by the time the Captain confirmed with catering and started serving we were well past the food service and into the final half of our event. Aaron, our captain was very gracious and was great in handling the situation and we appreciate all he and Guadalupe did to make our day great. Their service made up for the mis-hap. Coco Palms is a wonderful venue and despite the issues encountered I would recommend it to friends and family.

We had our wedding reception here. We booked 8 months in advance. We selected the basic package and with that we got a delicious dinner with more than enough food, our cake, table and chair linens, plus servers. What I didn't like was how strict their policies are for vendors. Be prepared to contract INSURED vendors (not a buddy for your dj or photo booth). And also your guests will be forced to pay for Valet parking, there isn't an option for them to park as they please. I didn't appreciate not having my signs directing my guests to our event room and the missing table set up for our guestbook. The servers the day of were great, prompt and professional.

We just recently had our wedding at Coco Palm Restaurant in September 2011. The location caught our eye the first day that we visited. We knew that is where we wanted to get married. We spoke with Sean at the time we booked (he no longer works there) and he gave us a great deal, because we had our wedding on a Sunday. I suggest to anyone that wants to get married there, you should definitely do it on a Sunday, because there are not that many events going on that day, also if you want to do your ceremony there you can negotiate to get it for free if you do it on Sunday. The catering coordinators and wedding coordinators were very friendly when we would talk to them, however, just like any busy location they are busy most days of the week, so it is best to make an appointment to go speak with them. We mostly spoke with Tony, who was very helpful when we needed him. I suggest to get married outside for the ceremony and have your reception in the Coppa Room if you have more than 120 people. Our wedding day was the only event at Coco Palm that day, which was nice. There were a couple of minor issues that happened that day, however, it did not affect our special day in a negative way at all. They always say some things will not happen just as planned on your wedding day, but usually most people will not notice them. Also, make sure you do have your own personal day of wedding coordinator, because you will need one. Overall Coco Palm Restaurant was a beautiful location for our wedding and we had a blast!!

I loved this venue, and it was the perfect place to have the ceremony and reception venue. Having gone to several weddings this past year and last year alone, I knew my expectations were higher since it was my wedding. I was disappointed in the quality of service that occured on my wedding day. Prior to the day, everything went smoothly..the food tasting, the cake tasting, the reception, picking out the linens...but some parts fell short on our wedding day. Lots of things were said to management and event planner on what was miscommunicated on, or what they were lacking. Despite the issues that occured, wrong linens & sashes on our chairs, dirty bridal suite, lack of attentiveness by the event planner, they did make it to us up in the end. I highly recommend this place, luckily because I love Cuban food. The food was great, everyone loved the venue, and really no one knew of the small nuisiances that happened. If anything, it worked out to our advantage.

Coco Palm Restaurant is a beautiful venue to have a wedding at. The view is spectacular even though it is near the freeway. The food was absoultely fantastic and the portion size was outrageous. The service of the staff could have been better. My guests commented that "It was one of the best weddings I have be to".

I feel it was just dirty and need to be remodeled and lots of rust

Beautiful view but the freeway noise is super loud. The packages are way over priced and the ongoing list of rules aka can-nots are ridiculous. Both wedding consultants were awesome and super helpful. If I had it to do over, I would definitely not chose this venue.

My husband and I were just married here last Friday. Overall, we had an awesome wedding! All of our family and friends could not stop telling us how beautiful everything was, and how much fun they were having! We originally booked Coco Palm for our ceremony and reception last July. Everyone was very attentive and helpful, until the actual days leading up to the wedding. At our rehearsal dinner, we were handed an outline on how to do the rehearsal. And then we were told "good luck." No help at all from anyone at the restaurant. Also, the person we had been working with was nowhere to be found. The day of the wedding, my parents and a few friends went early to help set up. My mom waited an hour before someone came out to help, and half of our things could not be found, which we had just dropped off the day before. The person we had been working with was with clients, and my mom tried numerous time to try to get her to come solve things that were not done. She had to be called a total of 4 times before she even came out, and when she did, she was showing another couple the venue, not even acknowledging my parents at first. Then right before the ceremony, they told me they couldnt find the cake! How many places could it be?? The only person who really helped that day was the assistant manager. The catering and events planner we had been working with since July was nowhere to be found the whole day. I wasnt asking for anyone to hold my hand, but it just felt like we paid them all this money the week before, and then they stopped caring. Overall, I loved my wedding, but it was our vendors, live bands, musicians, family and friends that made it. If I could do it over again, I would have chosen a different venue.

These people were so unprofessional. The wedding coordinator never came out of her office to assist, then left at 6:30 30 minutes before my wedding. Wedding guest had to move equipment and flip the wedding into the reception. They had no refrigerator for my cake so my cake melted and fell. They started construction on the outside of the place so it was an eye sore when you entered the wedding. The food, bartenders, and Dj were big help. Other than that I wouldn't waste my money or time on them.

I had my wedding at the CoCo Palm and highly regret it. The staff 'was' nice; they made the wedding look beautiful and the view from the restaurant is amazing. But once you pay them and your event is over, they care don't care at all about you.

At the end of my wedding we all cleaned up. I left my purse on the table while I cleaned up trash. I grabbed my wedding presents and brought them to the car. I left the restaurant, only to realize I did not have my purse with me so in less than 40 minutes, I went back.

All the linens were cleaned and my purse was NOWHERE in sight. I asked the manager Victor if anyone turned anything in and he said "NO". I went outside to cry because I had everything in there: $600, my camera, my phone, my music player, jewelry, my credit cards, my license and CA ID. The purse itself was a gift. I called my phone hoping maybe someone picked it up and the manager picked up (REMEMBER HOW HE SAID NO ONE TURNED ANYTHING IN?!) I asked him who turned in the phone as it was in the purse and the purse was sealed shut and he said he didn't know and couldn't check the cameras because he needed to speak with the owner. I call the owner Tony the next day and he tells me non of the cameras work and no one admitted to turning in the phone so it MAGICALLY appeared in their office. Then the catering specialist Janet came up to me and tried to tell me that maybe my FAMILY took it even though I told them at least 40 times that my husband and I were the last ones to leave.

Today, it's been 1 month since the event. I called the manager again and he said no one turned anything and I'm free to say whatever I want about the restaurant. He said that he can't deny that his staff did not admit to the crime but that he can't do anything about it. So here I am, letting EVERYONE know: The staff is DISHONEST, COLD, and they DO NOT CARE. Don't go here if you dont want everything to be stolen from you by heartless people on your own wedding day.
