  Friendliest Bar Staff

  I received SO many compliments about the bar staff! People were so impressed by the service, as was I. They had drinks ready for my husband and I and even brought us drinks on the dance floor for last call. I didn’t have to think of anything. They also made amazing cocktails. We had Aperol Spritz and Old Fashioned. Such a great company to work with!

  Winter Wonderland Cocktails

  The seasonal cocktails were a hit! The wonderful woman that we worked with (Jae) was easy going to work with and helped us find the seasonal drinks that we wanted and the guests would love. She also had a lot of insight into where and how much liquor would fit our families' and friends' appetites. We had enough of everything and everyone had a fabulous time. It was nice to not have to worry about what was outsourced where and they took care of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks alike. Cocktail Caravan helped our dream come true wedding be a great time for our guests and us!

  Amazing!!!

  Cocktail Caravan was amazing and made our daughters wedding perfect. They have a personal family touch and they went above and beyond to make our wedding go smoothly and for our guest and bride and groom to have everything they need and more. They took all the stress off of us and handle every detail perfectly!

  Lolita was a hit!

  This was our big splurge for the wedding; We knew we wanted this bar and Crystal and her team went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I never needed a refill nor did my wedding party and multiple people complimented the drinks and the staff.

  Professional and fun!

  Crystal was professional, reliable, responsive, and "on it"! She completely individualized her service to our needs in a way that was effortless. The staff she provided were professional and fun -- they really created a welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests. We highly recommend them and will use them again!!

  Cocktail Caravan is amazing!!

  Crystal and her team made the process almost effortless. Communication and response time on point and everything was explained thoroughly. I highly recommend their services and if there is any other event I need someone to cater for drinks, Cocktail Caravan is it.

  Cocktail caravan was so amazing for our wedding. We used Lolita, their mobile bar, and the caravan was gorgeous. The drinks were delicious and the staff was fantastic. They cost about the same as most beverage services, and Crystal (founder) went above and beyond in her duties. She was so responsive to my emails and questions before the event, she ran around during dinner filling waters and clearing plates (which she did not have to do), and checked on me several times throughout the night to see if I needed anything. We even got a beautiful card from her in the mail after the wedding. I would absolutely recommend Cocktail Caravan for your event, it was a huge hit!

  Lolita is a crowd pleaser!

  Fun, creative, and adorable cocktail choice!

  Cocktail Caravan brought their airstream, Lolita, to our wedding and set up such a cute area for both bars that invited all guests to feel at home. They had great service and delicious signature options!

  Great Day of Service

  The cocktails were great and so were the bartenders! The cups made a cute added addition to our theme! Overall very happy!

  Terrible service and really expensive!

  These guys totally dropped the ball on our wedding reception! They were late and not ready to serve when the cocktail party started. They said they couldn't find the tonic/soda water (even though it was in the fridge with the beer), so they sent one of the bar tenders out to buy more (leaving only 1 bar tender for 130 guests for most of the cocktail hour). During all of this, they never mentioned anything to me or the contact person we had listed (zero communication during the event about what was going on). Additionally, they put out a tip jar, even though I had expressly asked them not to, and some of my guests reported that they weren't friendly or customer service oriented. These guys cost like 3x what some other bar tenders cost, and as Ryan mentioned, all you're paying for is their service, so when you don't get that, it's a HUGE dissapointment. I do NOT recommend them. Save yourself the headache and hire someone else.
