    The Best Team!

    Hiring Clover Events was the best decision we made for our wedding! From start to finish, they were organized, attentive, and truly understood our vision. Megan Walsh handled every aspect with professionalism and ease, allowing us to relax and enjoy the process - she managed every detail, from vendor coordination to ensuring the timeline flowed perfectly. She also let us ask 1 million questions as we were clueless when it came to wedding planning. On the day of the wedding, Megan and the Clover team made sure everything ran smoothly so we could simply enjoy the moment. We can’t thank them enough for making our dream day a reality!

    Amazing! Our planner Jessica and her team made the wedding process so much smoother!

    10/10 recommend Clover Events! We had Jessica as our wedding planner. Jessica and her team were amazing throughout the whole wedding process. They were on top of everything, completed any task needed (big or small), scheduled and attended meetings with vendors (food, decor, photographer, videographer, DJ, etc.), created and provided timelines for all vendors, and more. Jessica was available for us at any time and always willing to help. She always made sure we were feeling comfortable throughout the wedding process. She made planning our wedding and the wedding day feel so smooth and truly cared about us. There is nothing but great things to say about her the Clover Events team.

    Highly Recommend! Best Team!

    I worked with Jess Levi at Clover as my wedding coordinator and had a phenomenal experience! Jess is an absolute delight and made the entire process run smoothly. Planning our wedding from out of state, Jess was so helpful and thorough in identify vendors, organizing our timelines, and was so supportive and responsive throughout the whole wedding planning experience.     Jess at Clover is hands down the BEST in Chicago!

    After a very rough start to wedding planning with a different company (not Clover!) Jess with Clover, and I'm not exaggerating, saved our wedding! Her innate ability to anticipate and execute vision, needs, hopes and dreams was nothing short of remarkable, and we were not the easiest to work with. For the busy brides and grooms out there, you WANT Jess planning your wedding; she is professional, diligent, organized, and keeps the trains running on time all while maintaining a style and grace that you want in a wedding planner. She also plays a pretty amazing armchair therapist on the day of with her calming presence that assures you everything will be perfect :) (and it was). If there were any hiccups, neither we nor our guests knew about them! Jess is the BEST and we would recommend she and Clover to anyone in the market.

    A Must Hire!

    I can not say enough good things about Clover Events. To be honest, I don't know how we would have gotten through the wedding planning process and day of without them! Jessica is beyond incredible. I knew from speaking to her over the phone on our first call she would be my 'go to girl' for all things planning. As our day of coordinator, she helped so much even starting almost a year in advanced. Clover's communication, portal tools, and entire team made the planning process seamless. They make what is supposed to be a 'stressful time' feel relaxed and fun. They offer so much guidance and support, that you never find yourself asking 'what next?'. On the day of our wedding Jessica and her team absolutely killed it. I did not have to think about one thing! I was able to relax and enjoy the day with the team guiding us in every step. Many guests and family members also commented on how efficient and helpful they were too! If you're questioning whether or not to hire the extra assistance, take this as your sign to do so. Worth.every.penny!

    I recently had the pleasure of working with Jessica and her team from Clover for my wedding, and I cannot express enough how delighted I am with their exceptional services. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our special day was flawlessly executed.

    First and foremost, their professionalism and communication were outstanding. They were attentive, responsive, and genuinely interested in understanding our vision for the wedding. They took the time to listen to our ideas, offer valuable suggestions, and address any concerns we had promptly. Their dedication to client satisfaction was truly impressive.

    The level of organization and attention to detail displayed by Jessica was remarkable. She meticulously coordinated every aspect of the wedding, from the ceremony to the reception. From managing vendor contracts and timelines to coordinating logistics, she had everything under control. I was able to relax and enjoy the entire planning process, knowing that they had it all handled with expertise.

    On the day of the wedding, Jessica and her team truly shined! She ensured that everything ran smoothly and seamlessly.     Dream Wedding Planned, 10/10 Recommend

    My husband and I used Clover Events for planning our Oct 2022 wedding and it was the best decision we made! I cannot recommend them enough, specifically Katherine, who we worked with as our main planner through the process. Katherine planned the wedding of my dreams in only 8 months. She has an incredible network of vendor connections and partners in the industry and was able to secure the venue I wanted, my incredible photographer, my band that guests still talk about and my officiant. Every recommendation she gave was top notch and the vendors clearly enjoyed working with her. I trusted her implicitly throughout the process and she delivered ten fold, not just with the logistics of the wedding but with the design and ambiance of everything from the stationary to the flowers. In addition to all the planning, she was a positive, calming presence to have during a lot of high stress decisions and days! She was always available for questions, was able to get my husband on track with some decisions/timelines on his end :) and problem solved behind the scenes consistently throughout. I can't imagine having had the wedding I had without Katherine and Clover Events and would recommend them to any couple thinking about hiring a wedding planner.

    Absolutely Incredible!

    Working with Clover Events was hands down one of the best decisions I made in my planning process for my wedding day. I worked with the infamous Jess, and she went above and beyond my expectations. She made me feel completely at ease, was extremely organized, personable, and warm. We signed up to work with Jess 3-months out from our wedding but she was honestly there WAY before that. If I had any questions about anything such as needing recommendations for special details, photobooth, etc. she had the answer. She even set up multiple in person meetings to get to know me and to go over timeline details before she was contracted to begin. During my day, she was there by my side to support me the entire way. Obviously as a bride you feel the stress and all the nerves, but Jess’ calm, yet determined demeanor made me feel at ease. Working with Clover Events was seamless and I honestly can not recommend them enough!!!

    Clover events

    Clover Events and especially Jess Levi and her team, made our daughter's wedding a dream come true for our entire family. Jess and her team were so gracious and ensured the day was a success from start to finish. The preparation led by Jess with all our vendors prior to the wedding was so helpful as well.     Jessica ( Jess) is the BEST

    This review is welllll over due! My husband and I got married 9/2/2022 and we were BEYOND lucky to work with Jessica. Not only is she amazingly organized, and quite frankly insane at her job ( in the best way of course) she made every step of this wedding planning/ coordinating process SO FUN! Even the stressful stuff, she somehow made it fun and not stressful? Some would call that a gift. I wouldn't change one thing about our day, and we have Jess to thank for that. She thought of things that would have never crossed our mind and had things done without us even asking. She truly advocated for our needs and everything we wanted to all of our vendors and people involved in our day. We love her!!

    Hire clover events!

    Hiring Clover Events to help us with our wedding planning was absolutely the best thing we did. We worked with Jess, and just had the BEST experience.

    First, if you are on the fence about hiring a planner, you might think they are a "luxury" expenditure for your big day but they are an absolute necessity! There are so many minute wedding planning details that I did not think of, such as organizing vendor contracts and the requirements within them to other administrative things that are not necessarily the "fun" part of planning, that Jess took care of!

    Pre-wedding coordination:
    I was looking for more "day of" coordinator services, but Jess was involved months before. This is so helpful which Clover includes in their services that I did not see other planners offering. Jess got to know us as a couple and what we were picturing for our big day months in advance. She attended venue visits, décor meetings, and catering meetings and relayed all of our decisions to our vendors. I cannot stress enough how absolutely great it is to have someone looking out for you during the wedding planning process because it is such a crazy and more complex experience than I anticipated! Another daunting task that I was worried about that Jess made SO easy was the day of schedule timeline. I underestimated how many vendors and family members would rely on this through the process, but again Jess made it super easy to understand and worked with us to organize it that best fit what we wanted our day to look like.

    Day of Wedding:
    I relied on Jess so so much from small silly details such as "Jess what do I do with my hands during the ceremony??" to bigger things such as "Oh gosh we are getting ready for the procession for the ceremony where the heck did my Dad wander off too??" Jess answered all my questions instantly and she corralled all of our family members to get them where they needed to be!
    Our wedding day would have been infinitely more stressful if we did not have Jess's laid back and calm energy during the day to guide us every step of the way. I cannot stress enough how much of a weight she took off of our shoulders, and that she was vital in making our day as enjoyable for us as it was!

    There are not enough words I can put into writing to express just how much we enjoyed working with Jess & the Clover Events team and everything they did for us! Our wedding was absolutely perfect and they were a HUGE part in that!

    Above and beyond!

    Where to begin?! We hired Jessica as our "3 month out" planner, and it was the best investment we made for our wedding. Though technically service ramps up at the 3 month out mark, Jessica really was there every step of the way if we had any questions or needed input. We had a backyard wedding, so details that would typically be taken care of by a venue needed extra supervision, and Jess was our go-to! While no wedding day goes perfectly, we had a major hiccup when the videographer didn't show up. Before I even brought it to her attention, Jess was scouring local Facebook pages for a replacement, and even secured a full refund for us from the videographers before we walked down the aisle. From contacting vendors, to an immaculate timeline, to fluffing your dress right before you walk down the aisle, Jessica is the woman you want by your side! She is so friendly, but firm with vendors when need be, and she gets it done!

    Wedding Planning Perfection

    Katherine and her team were SO fabulous to work with throughout our 3-year wedding planning time frame. They seamlessly helped us re-plan our wedding 3 times due to COVID delays and even planned our micro wedding in Sonoma as a free bonus.

    Katherine is always so lovely, thorough, and thoughtful. Her vast wedding planning experience was evident as she carefully considered every detail for both our big wedding celebration and micro wedding. Both events were perfect and unforgettable.

    Clover Events is Perfection!

    Hiring Clover Events for our wedding was the best decision we made (outside of getting married, of course). Jess was our day-of-coordinator, alongside her assistants Mary and Meg, and we could go on about how wonderful they were!

    Leading up to our wedding, Jess was highly communicative, ultra organized, and an amazing asset to help guide us thru the process with vendors, timeline, and every small detail.

    Day of, we were supported in every way imaginable, and Jess + her team had an excellent command of run-of-show, timeline, herding bridal party and family, and so much more.

    Clover Event's vendor recommendations are absolutely incredible, and if you form a wedding team with their recs, your special day will surpass all of your expectations!

    Absolutely Incredible!

    Jessica and her team were absolutely incredible! Leading up to the event, Jessica helped us think through every detail and really listened to all of our thoughts and questions. She really cared and wanted to make the day exactly what we wanted.

    On the day of the wedding, she kept the vendors and our wedding party on schedule without ever making us feel rushed. She didn't make us feel like we were following a schedule - she just guided us through the day and left time for all the little, special things that made the day our own.

    Highly recommend!

    We got married in February 2022 and could not recommend Clover Events and Jessica more highly! Jess was a very supportive partner leading up to the wedding, has great judgment and taste, and is someone you want to hang out with on the day of. Jess made herself available for consultation on times that worked with our schedule and guided us through the small decisions that can really add up as you get closer to the wedding, like shuttle timing, dance floor decor, napkin folds. She asked vendors for things we never considered to ask for, like asking for a sleeve for each late-night snack, which was no extra charge for us but made it easier for guests to grab on the dance floor. We feel very lucky to have worked with her and the Clover team!

    BEST Bridal Shower & Rehearsal Dinner

    Clover Events helped us plan and execute not one but TWO extremely special events leading up to our wedding day, my bridal shower and our rehearsal dinner! We were lucky enough to work on both of these events with their absolutely fabulous planner, Jessica.

    One of Jessica's biggest strengths is that she is extremely organized, and this is coming from a healthcare worker with a job that requires me to be Type-A! She had multiple meetings with me prior to both events, including planning meetings, decor run-throughs, and timeline run-throughs, and I loved every minute of our virtual chats!! I was so impressed in the initial planning of my September bridal shower that after only a couple of our meetings, I asked if she would be willing to help with our November rehearsal dinner as well since I knew that I would be in the best possible hands with her! It meant the world to me that she put so much time and effort into planning/executing our shower and rehearsal dinner, as I had been dating my now-husband for 11 years and we were just so excited for these special events leading up to our wedding day. She created thorough plans and timelines for each event which she provided to all vendors involved to ensure everyone was on the same page prior to our events.

    I should also mention that I had to plan both of these events from states away. I was trying to plan events in Downers Grove and downtown Chicago while physically located in North Carolina! However, I didn't have to worry for one minute, because with Jessica I had eyes and ears exactly where I needed them. I trusted Jessica like a friend I have known for years, even after only just meeting her virtually! She even took time out of her busy wedding planning schedule to do a tasting and walkthrough at the restaurant where my bridal shower was held to help better plan the day, and took pictures along the way for me!

    Jessica is not only an amazing person who is professional in every way, but she also has an incredible eye for event styling. She was able to take a variety of inspiration pictures I sent her and brought them to life in an even better way by curating a dream team of vendors for both of our events. I told Jessica that it was important to me to have vendors that were just as kind as they were talented, and she delivered on that 110%! You can see in the photos I have attached that she brought such talented vendors together and used her creative vision to ensure every last detail was perfect. Our events looked absolutely stunning and also went off without a hitch with Jessica there! She kept everything running smoothly and made sure we stayed on time with both events, neither us nor our family had to worry about anything during our events.

    Not only did Jessica take the ideas, key descriptors, and photos of ideas to bring my event visions to life, but she took as much possible off of my plate in the process. Since I was going to have to travel from NC to these events, Jessica was kind enough to have individual items for our events (paper products, decor, signage) delivered right to her place so that she could bring everything to the events for us. Jessica even offered to put together my shower favors and bridesmaids gift bags for me and bring them to our events. She did an INCREDIBLE job with both and I learned in the process that she is your go-to girl if you need gifts to be perfectly packaged!

    As you can tell, I have nothing but positive things to say about Jessica and the incredible team at Clover Events, and my family loves them too. We cannot wait until the next special event we host so that we can hire this amazing team all over again!

    She made our day perfect!

    While planning our wedding, I knew I wanted help from a coordinator in the lead-up to our big day. I had no idea when I got engaged on 12/31/19 that hiring Jessica from Clover Events was one of the best decisions we made. With COVID, postponing, vaccination, and handling new protocols by the literal day in the weeks before our wedding, I would have been lost without her guidance and help. Jessica made sure that our families knew where to go, she handled a bus driver that went to the wrong Royal Sonesta (there are two downtown!), she made sure everything went perfectly, and she was a joy to be around. She kept us highly organized, made sure our vendors were on track, and her organization made my Type-A self so happy. I would highly recommend hiring a day-of (which was really more like month-of) coordinator if you can, and Jessica/Clover is the best of the best.

    We are so grateful to Katherine and her team at Clover Events for making our wedding day the most perfect we could have imagined. And that is saying something, because with multiple pandemic postponements, we had a long time to set high expectations. Katherine was the perfect combination of friendly, fun, and empathetic while also being super professional which was everything we needed as we navigated a very unusual wedding planning process.     Best Decision we made!

    Choosing to work with Clover Events for day-of coordination for our wedding was the best decision we made during the planning process. Mary was professional, organized, honest, helpful, and made stressful things so much easier and more fun! I don't know what we would have done without Mary's help in communicating with our other wedding vendors and wedding party to make sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day. My now husband and I were able to relax and truly enjoy the day! We can't say enough good things about Clover-they made us feel special and attended to and I would 100% recommend them for wedding and special event coordination!

    Everyone needs a Katherine in their lives!

    My husband and I started working with Katherine in February 2019 to plan our wedding. From the outset we knew that Katherine would be a great fit for us – she is a wonderful blend of professionalism, warmth, and authenticity. Everyone needs a Katherine in their lives. She made recommendations for locations and vendors that matched our style, budget, and vision for our wedding. Frankly, we had a vendor A-team because of Katherine. She kept us sane and organized in our wedding planning while my husband and I balanced two full-time jobs with grad school, buying a house, moving, oh, and a pandemic + wedding postponement. Her communication and organizational skills are top-notch.

    I know it may be cliché to say that your wedding day is the “best/happiest day of your life,” but our wedding day met and exceeded all hopes we had. It was seamless perfection. We wanted a true party for our loved ones and Katherine made it happen. Katherine is a true master wedding planner and there are no words to express our gratitude and praises enough.

    Clover Events Goes Above and Beyond for their Couples!

    We hired Clover Events and worked with Jessica for what we thought was going to be a September 2020 wedding, but turned into a July 2021 wedding due to Covid. We delayed two separate times, each with a venue change, and Jessica was there for us through it all. She was so proactive keeping us informed on Covid protocol changes and what other couples were doing, and was always open to getting on a video call to talk through options. She was calm and confident through everything which is what we needed when we were the exact opposite. We ended up getting married in a family member's backyard with 87 guests, and could not have done it without Jessica's help. There was so much that went into essentially creating your own venue that we would have never thought of without her. She organized our vendors for a meeting at the house to review the space and confirm all the details. The month leading up to the wedding she did almost all the communication with our vendors and took care of the little things that would make any bride/groom stressed or annoyed to deal with (parking, vendor meals, etc.) The day of the wedding, Jessica and her assistant, Mary, were phenomenal. Because we were at a residence, we really had to rely on them to set up a lot of the decor and with minimal instruction, and they did such an amazing job. They took care of everything so that my husband and I could just enjoy the day. I could not recommend Clover and Jessica more highly!

    Lots of love and zero stress

    The Clover Events team was a pivotal part of our wedding experience and I am so grateful to have had them by our side. From helping us choose a venue, to walking us through postponement details, the Clover Events team was responsive, supportive, and so valuable. Katherine did an excellent job of bringing our vision to life. She was always available for a phone call, always responded to emails, and would always offer solutions to any challenge we came up against. As the wedding date approached, Katherine made sure we had all the details covered. The wedding timeline was a life saver and she made sure our wedding party was prepped and ready to help the day move seamlessly. On the day of the wedding Katherine and Jessica were unbelievably efficient and present. They made sure we were comfortable, happy, and stress free. We loved working with them!!

    Best team ever!

    We worked with Clover Events for our wedding on 6/5/2021 at River Roast in downtown Chicago. I couldn't recommend a better planner to work with. We worked primarily with Mary who is incredible to work with. There was a lot of uncertainty with COVID and how to plan for our wedding and Clover Events did an amazing job of staying on top of restrictions, keeping us informed, and providing options for how to approach our wedding safely. They took exactly how we wanted the day to be and made it come to life! I can't recommend their services enough.

    Jessica: wedding coordinator extraordinaire

    After initial uncertainty about the need for a wedding coordinator I am now convinced that working with Clover Events was the best vendor hire we made. Jessica was a pleasure to work with. She is great at what she does which became apparent during the month of the wedding and then she absolutely shined on our wedding day.

    It always felt like she was on our team in our dealings with other vendors. The wedding planning process is a windy, treacherous road and she guided us smoothly through it.

    Leading up to our wedding she took over communication with all of our vendors which lifted a huge burden for us. She made us a detailed wedding day timeline and kept us to it which I imagine was difficult with so many rowdy guests and needy vendors. Everything was perfect on our wedding day.

    I did make a poor choice with my limo bus hire as the driver was rude and unprofessional and tried to extort money from us for running 15 minutes over. Jessica stepped in and handled the situation with grace and I walked away without paying anything additional.

    Overall she was organized, elegant, smooth, professional, but still lots of fun! We would fully recommend her without hesitation!

    Clover Events is the best in the business!

    We couldn't be happier with our decision to hire Clover Events for our wedding! Jessica is not only phenomenal at what she does, but she helped us navigate through COVID-19 from rescheduling our initial date only one week out to finally settling on our intimate backyard micro-wedding. She was our trusted adviser through a challenging time that no one could have predicted. Not only did Jessica go above and beyond to make our special day happen smoothly (and safely) regardless of a pandemic, rain, or anything else - her focus was always on us and making sure we were happy. Jessica is absolutely wonderful and we were lucky to have her by our side through our 2020 roller coaster!

    We love the Clover Events team and would recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding planner. Do yourself a favor and make sure to have them on your team!

    Incredible Planner in Chicago

    Katherine and her team are truly top notch --- we threw a big wedding, with a lot of specific and last minute requests in order to accommodate a lot of family opinions.

    I don't think we even saw the team flustered --- they just focused on getting the job done and making it a perfect day.

    The best decision we made in our wedding planning process!

    We are SO glad we hired Clover Events as our wedding planner for our 9/14/19 wedding at the Chicago History Museum. We started working with Katherine a little less than a year before our wedding and had so much fun getting to know her and her rockstar team. She created a totally custom service for us based on our budget, timeline, and vision for the wedding.

    We planned our wedding from afar (Austin, TX) and Katherine was so accommodating with our travel restraints and schedules. She was so creative with maximizing our time in Chicago when we were in town - seamlessly lining up back-to-back meetings, even if it meant meeting with us on days she usually takes off.

    From day one, Katherine was incredibly organized and proactive. She was our compass and coach in the whole wedding planning process. We never had to worry that we were supposed to be working on something, because Katherine laid out a whole calendar of tasks for us, totally customized to our wedding.

    We could email her any question big or small, and she’d come back to us within a day with helpful resources. It felt like once we started working with Katherine, we could stop Googling wedding advice/vendors/timelines, because she had all the answers! We never felt overwhelmed or worried that we were behind schedule because Katherine kept us so on track.

    She has curated an ecosystem of amazing vendors in her network. This means that she personally knows and trusts every vendor she recommends, and almost all of them have worked together in the past. Katherine’s recommendations are like having a filter for only high quality vendors who will show up on time and work collaboratively with the other vendors day of - it saves the couple so much time and stress! She served as the central point of contact and intermediary with the vendors and venue which really simplified things for us.

    During our wedding weekend, Billy and Jessica joined Katherine to help orchestrate all of the events. The three of them executed every aspect of the big day so perfectly. Katherine’s team made sure we were so prepared for every step which allowed us to enjoy our wedding to the fullest! We always knew they had everything handled. Everyone on the Clover team is so great to work with - fun, friendly, understanding, patient, thoughtful and detail oriented.

    A number of times during the process, my now husband and I turned to each other and said, “wow, this is the best money we have spent on the wedding”. Now that we’re married, we miss having a reason to work with Katherine and the Clover team! Let’s do it again?! :)

    Jessica is a Rockstar!

    Working with Jessica was by far one of the best decisions my husband and I made. Jessica worked diligently to ensure a smooth process from day one. She helped alleviate a significant amount of stress and made sure to be available for even the smallest questions. She was incredibly organized in creating a timeline to ensure the smallest touches of our wedding were executed well. She was extremely helpful in contacting all of our vendors to coordinate schedules. Even our guests and vendors were impressed with her abilities! Her efforts did not go unnoticed. Jessica's calm demeanor provided me with a peace of mind so that I could be fully present on our wedding day.

    Also, Katherine, the owner of Clover Events went out of her way to check in with plans the month of our wedding. These two ladies truly went above and beyond.

    We are so grateful for the kindness, compassion and support throughout it all. I honestly don't know how we'd do it without her. If you wish to lessen the stress of wedding planning, I HIGHLY recommend working with Jessica.

    best decision ever

    When I started thinking about planning my wedding I had told my mom and fiancé that I was going to hire a "month of" coordinator and they both had their doubts if it were necessary....well they soon realized that in the 6 weeks leading up to our wedding that it was the best decision EVER!!!! Niki is the greatest! she helped make the wedding of my dreams come true. all my friends at the wedding and rehearsal were surprised how calm I was and how well organized things were and I told them it wouldn't be without the help of Niki! She was amazing at taking all the plans we had made and vendors we had contacted and putting it all together! She was so professional and easy to communicate with and fun to work with!! Everything from the rehearsal to the wedding day went perfect and I couldn't have done it without her and her teams help (Thanks to Lauren too!!) Can't give enough positive feedback about Niki and the Clover Events team! you need them!!!

    The perfect planner!

    Clover events was amazing! Katherine planned everything, we could not have asked for more. My husband and I had a large (250 people) Indian fusion wedding (he's Indian, I am not) and we needed help planning both our Friday night event and our Saturday wedding. In addition to this, neither of us live in Chicago so we were relying heavily on Clover events to attend meetings and make plans on our behalf. Katherine met with all of our vendors and had previously working relationships with many of them which made our lives a lot easier. She came up with our wedding timeline and was very flexible amongst our family's many demands. Our wedding ended up being the best day of either of our lives and we are so thankful to Katherine for making it happen!

    Perfect Wedding Planner

    From our very first meeting there wasn’t a doubt in our minds that Katherine was the perfect fit for our daughter and us. She is the consummate professional every step of the way.     Great coordinators!

    We worked with Jessica for our July wedding for "month of" coordination and she did an amazing job.
    She helped write up a day-of timeline and coordinated with all of our vendors in the month leading up to the wedding day. While we felt pretty organized before she started, Jessica guided us through questions that we wouldn't have thought of in advance. It was so helpful to have her alongside us.
    On the day of the wedding, she and her assistant were a joy to have around and were always there when we needed something, thinking one or two steps ahead of us. She even ninja-crafted a ring bearer boutonniere out of flower petals in mere seconds.
    In hindsight, we are SO glad we hired a coordinator so that we and our families and friends didn't have to run around or stress on our wedding day. And we're even more glad it was Jessica and Clover.

    So worth it!

    If you're considering hiring Clover Events (and specifically Niki Gubernat--I didn't get to work with Katherine, although I'm sure she's lovely), DO IT! My husband and I were totally new to the wedding planning thing, and although we found most of our vendors on our own and/or through our venue, we were especially nervous about pulling everything together. This was where Niki came in. She was so much more than just a day-of coordinator; she met with us initially to provide an overview of her services, checked in with a phone call about six months before the wedding, and then really jumped in about six weeks out.

    Ironically, a few nights before our long timeline meeting with Niki, I had my first real moments of panic about the wedding: How was I possibly going to manage all of these vendors, wedding party members, and other folks?! Following our meeting, I felt SO much better. It was clear that Niki (and her assistant Lauren) had everything covered. They thought of questions and tasks that never would have even crossed my mind, and having Niki take over all communication with the vendors was so helpful! She was also great during our walk-through meeting and provided the perfect mix of kindness and assertiveness, and we were in almost constant communication in the days and weeks leading up to the wedding. Niki was able to handle so much and really just left us to take care of items that only we could do: creating a seating chart, buying bridesmaids gifts, etc.

    On the day of the wedding, I was so relieved to see Niki when things started to get moving, because I knew that I had nothing to worry about. She did a great job of directing the members of the wedding party on all of the little things: When to get dressed, where to meet after our first look, etc., and she also addressed any other questions they had. (She had also put together a fantastic timeline for the wedding party with minute-by-minute plans, and we got a lot of rave reviews on this!) I wasn't around for this, but apparently Niki also did an amazing job of packing up all of our items following the reception. My mom said that she would have been worth the money just for completing this task!

    TL;DR: Hire Clover Events. You won't be disappointed and will enjoy your wedding so much more because your stress level will be so much lower!

    Amazing to work with

    We worked with Niki at Clover Events for our wedding this past weekend. I can not emphasize enough how critical of a role she played in month-of planning. Niki was amazing in guiding us and making our day come together.

    We had a ceremony and reception an hour away with 180 guests so logistics was important. On top of that, Niki was able to provide advice for us to make the day run a lot smoother.

    I can't recommend her for wedding planning enough.

    Chicago Illuminating Company Wedding / Niki

    Niki from Clover did an exceptional job with our wedding. She made our lives so much easier through the whole process. She's extremely personable and knows her stuff. She really got to know me & my now-husband.     Detailed and Professional Month of Wedding Coordination

    We worked with Niki from Clover Events. We received phenomenal "month of" support for our wedding. In particular, Niki supported reviews of our vendor contracts, coordinated a vendor walk-through, and created an extremely detailed itinerary that put me and my now husband at ease. I recall one vendor call the Tuesday before our wedding where we dialed in but didn't have to say a word because Niki had everything covered and responded to questions exactly as we would have! Our bridal party and vendors also commented that this was the most detailed wedding itinerary they've ever seen!

    Even after our wedding, we returned to our venue to find that Niki and her team had efficiently packed all of our belongings such that we could quickly move things back home.

    We'd definitely recommend Clover events to other friends and family :)

    Must have coordinator for your wedding!

    We are very well prepared, organized and controlling individuals. For the most part we tend take care of all planning in our lives on our own and we thought we would tackle the task of putting together our wedding on our own.

    We settled on our venue, the LondonHouse Chicago late October 2017 and we finally celebrated our big day in 10/13/18. We were partially through the halfway point when we were introduced to this amazingly awesome person, Niki Gubernat.

    On 7/24/18 we had an appointment to meet with Niki at the Starbucks in downtown Naperville. It's an awkward feeling at first because you never know the type of person you are going to meet. Also, I'm not sure if I'm allowed to act like my happy careless self or if I have to act like a mature grown up so that I don't embarrass my now wife, Mari. Well, I was on my best behavior and the meeting went awesome. Niki was super informative and listened rather than trying to pitch us reasons why we should choose her. She was taking thorough notes on her massive iPad and she provided us examples of other itineraries she had for her current clients. It was a very nice meeting and we could not have asked for a nicer person to click with.

    The meeting lasted a little over and hour and then we parted ways with a lot to think about. It took all but about 2 minutes after meeting with Niki for us to decide that we wanted to move forward with having Niki by our side throughout the rest of our wedding journey. The entire car ride home we couldn't find a negative about our meeting and we laughed at how quickly we came to a decision. I emailed Niki the next with the heading, "Let's do it!"

    From that point on, we compiled a list of every vendor we had already hired along with their email address, phone number, website and total balances paid and due. Niki then reached out to all of the vendors and let them know that she was now in charge of our lives for the next few months. A spreadsheet was created and timelines was made to help keep us and the vendors in check.

    On 8/21, we had a kickoff call scheduled just to follow up from everything that had been taken care of over the weeks that just passed. It was quick and simple. We just spoke over speaker and it allowed Mari and myself to ask a few more questions and also hear everything that was accomplished so far. Once again, the phone call meeting was over and we were happy and felt very at ease with the process so far.

    The next meeting was on 9/4 at Basil's Greek restaurant in Aurora. This meeting was definitely where we started to feel like Niki became a friend rather than somebody we hired. We ordered way too much food and as Mari and I stuffed our faces, Niki was diligently putting notes into her iPad. Mari finally made her stop working and practically forced Niki to eat. We laughed, drank, ate and then we accidentally burned the corner of the dessert menu on the candle.

    Our last meeting before the big day was on 9/27 at the LondonHouse. Niki reached out to every vendor and to the hotel's Director of Weddings to coordinate this meeting. During the meeting, we were able to establish a final timeline, meeting points, and button up the final details. Knowing that Niki drove from her home in the Western suburbs to meet us in Chicago meant that she really did care about making our wedding day stress free and perfect.

    The day before our wedding we had our rehearsal and Niki and her assistant was also there to make sure that things went smooth. She got us all lined up, provided her advice, we listened and the rehearsal was a success.

    Finally, our wedding day was here. Niki was with us starting from 5pm. She brought along 2 other team members and they were all by our sides until a little after midnight. This is where we finally realized how crucial it was to have our newfound friend Niki here. She got everybody to every planned location at the times needed. I forgot everything I was supposed to do. I even forgot to bring the rings and Mari's gift down from the room. Niki was a text away and she was on top of it. She kept the entire event in check, all of the vendors on schedule and she also made sure the banquet staff was on top of their game. At one point somebody spilled a drink on the dance floor and she was immediately on top of the issue.

    Hey, I know that there are probably a ton of wedding coordinators to choose from in Chicago, but I am confident that you can't go wrong with picking Niki Gubernat! She is just a down to earth family person like the rest of us. Looking back at everything, I can't think of anything more that we could have asked from Niki. You can make a huge wrong decision in hiring just anybody or you can just be smart like us and simply choose Niki. I'd guarantee that your day will go 100% as planned.

    Katherine and her team are absolutely incredible. I cannot speak highly enough of them. They were so on top of everything involved in my wedding and made the day so special for my husband and I. I really didn't know where to start with my wedding planning and what options I had for vendors. Katherine did an amazing job of connecting us with great vendors in Chicago and always worked within our budget. She was responsive and on top of everything. She listened intently and always delivered exactly what I wanted and expected. She's assertive (my husband and I called her our bulldog) with other vendors and keeps everyone in line. This is EXTREMELY important come the big day because brides (and grooms) do not want to deal with trying to keep everyone on top of what is going on and making sure their vision comes to fruition. That was a godsend and I cannot thank her enough for that.

    Working with Katherine and Niki at Clover Events was such a positive experience! We hired Katherine for month-of coordination and help sourcing vendors. We were planning our wedding from San Francisco, so Katherine’s expertise in Chicago wedding vendors was invaluable (we loved each and every vendor she recommended! Our only problem vendor was the one I selected without her input…). She went out of her way to be accommodating with scheduling appointments (with her and other vendors) when we were in town. Katherine did an excellent job of listening to our vision for the event, but also guiding us and letting us know if and when our initial thoughts might not turn out well. I particularly appreciated Katherine’s calm demeanor during the wedding weekend itself – she was smiling and seemed unphased by issues as they arose. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Our wedding day was a dream, and Katherine and her team played a large part in making it possible.

    There are no words that can convey the value we got out of hiring Clover Events. Everyone thinks of hiring their band, photographer, videographer, caterer, etc., and those are fun vendors and you've probably got them all lined up and picked out for your big day. But the MOST IMPORTANT VENDOR YOU CAN HIRE is your coordinator, because none of the other stuff even matters if you don't have the time and the headspace to enjoy it. Niki from clover events is THE REASON our wedding was the best day of our lives. Being a bit of a control freak and someone who absolutely LOVES to plan, I really didn't see the need at first for this person. We were working with a hotel and I had struck up a great relationship with the on-site manager. But she explained that HER job is the "make sure the venue is on fleak." So when she recommended I hire a coordinator I took her advice and I am so glad I did. No matter how easy you think your wedding day is going to go, it's not. There are so many moving pieces, and last minute changes and updates and contracts and missing vendors and sketchy guests and random stuff you never could imagine (or want to deal with on your wedding day). Niki from Clover made sure every last thing that could ever go wrong either DIDN'T, or at least didn't let me know about it. She was 1 step ahead all day, and took every last bit of stress off me the last couple weeks leading up to the wedding (which is also a totally crazy stressful time). By far the MVP of the day, Niki is the difference between throwing a party for a bunch of other people versus attending your own wedding as the guest of honor. My day was perfect and stress-free because of her. Don't even think twice about this choice.

    Our wedding was absolutely perfect -- exactly how we envisioned it -- and there is literally no way it could have happened without Niki Gubernat of Clover Events (and her assistant Nisa)!

    We reached out to Clover about four months before or wedding, desperate for help in coordinating the overwhelming array of vendors we had secured. Niki jumped right in, and took over as primary contact with the space, the caterer, the photographer, the staffing agency, and everyone else. Our stress level dropped immediately and dramatically, giving us the space and time to focus more on the meaning and excitement of our impending nuptials. Niki met with us on several occasions and set up a variety of very helpful walk-throughs with various vendors. So many times throughout the process my then-fiance and I said to one another “How could we ever have done this without Niki?”

    Niki was so professional, thoughtful, attentive, patient, kind, flexible, fun, and supportive throughout the entire process. She was incredibly organized and detail-focused but not in an excessive, pushy, or overbearing way. It brought us a tremendous amount of peace to know so many very important details were in her very trustworthy hands, and she proved to be a very resourceful, calming presence on the actual day of the wedding. We were tremendously blessed to have her help with our very special day.

    I wasn't looking forward to planning a wedding AT ALL. I can get pretty anxious and I can't make a decision on my own for the life of me. Having Katherine's expertise and the help of her master team turned the process from something I found to be a an inconvenient time suck to an event that I REALLY enjoyed planning.

    Katherine is so well versed in the Chicago wedding scene that she has top notch vendor recommendations of all styles and price points. What else? She's the most organized person I've met, she has your back, she's honest, she'll be stern when necessary but otherwise very sweet and fun to be around. I just loved working with her and could not have been more pleased with the outcome.

    She understood my vision from the beginning and got me in touch with vendors who would also understand my vision. I didn't have to do hours of research for "creative florist in Chicago" or "DJ that won't play YMCA." Katherine would suggest two vendors that she thought would be a match, I'd meet with them (often times with her present), and I'd either choose one or go back to the drawing board if I didn't feel either was right.

    In the end, we had a rockstar team put together made up of the best florist, caterer, photographer, and DJ. It was so fun working with this great mix of extraordinary talent, led by the extraordinary talent herself, Katherine.

    I am so very happy that I worked with Katherine and her team as my day-of planner leading up to our wedding reception. Katherine is amazing. She is warm and calming, and incredibly organized. We worked with a more challenging venue, and she had everything in place. She went above and beyond to be sure my guests were comfortable and that we did not have to worry about anything leading up to and on our big day.     We had a wonderful experience working with Katherine + the Clover Events team. Katherine's warm and engaging personality made the whole wedding planning process such a delight. Her attention to detail and incredible taste allowed us to have the most beautiful wedding day. We worked with Katherine about 8 months leading up to the wedding and when it came time to the actual wedding, we were at total ease. Everything was executed flawlessly. My husband, mother and I were probably difficult at times and she did a wonderful job managing all our different personalities, expectations, priorities etc. She really understood what our vision for the day was and she did everything to help us achieve that. Not only is she an incredible event coordinator, but she was so easy to work with that after 8 months, I could not imagine having anyone else in my bridal suite getting ready with my bridesmaids + mom.     Katherine was an absolute dream to work with. We used her month-of coordinating services and she really made sure that our day was perfect. From taking initiative to reach out to our vendors, helping us negotiate favorable prices given her experience and vast network in the industry, and creating a detailed and informative timeline, we couldn’t have asked for anything more from a coordinator. Even though we only hired her for the “month of” package, Katherine was always very responsive to any and all questions we had from the moment we hired her about 4 months before the big day. She initiated multiple in-person meetings and always gave us her undivided attention. Katherine made us feel like we were at the top of her list, remembered little details that we brought up about our families or random desires for the big day and clearly communicated throughout the entire process.     Hiring Katherine was the single best decision of our wedding! Every recommendation that Katherine provided was top notch. Katherine went to many of the vendor meetings with us, which was great because the meetings went smoothly and she knew all of the right questions to ask. One of the things I appreciated most about Katherine was her sharing her true opinion and recommendations with me. I wanted to have a planner but also someone with good advice, creative ideas and recommendations (from someone who has planned so many amazing Chicago weddings already) so Katherine was our perfect fit!
    Our wedding day went 100% perfectly from my perspective. If it didn't, I still don't know because Katherine made sure everything went exactly as I had imagined! She made the year that we planned our wedding enjoyable instead of stressful and we couldn't have asked for a better planner!

    Katherine is professional and knowledgeable. She was extremely helpful in vendor selection, and attended meetings with vendors. She constructed a detailed timeline for us to use in the time close to the wedding and contacted the other vendors to make sure that everything was in place. I was able to completely enjoy the wedding and reception because I knew Katherine was taking care of the details. Katherine was also very helpful in assisting the bride in executing her vision for the wedding. I feel there was great value in working with Clover Events in the planning process of my daughter's wedding.

    Where do I begin? I can't imagine my wedding without Katherine Healy Brown and her team at Clover Events.

    From beginning to end, she made planning so easy -- which was great because I have no idea what I'm doing! She stuck to my budget, found me fantastic vendors, was unbelievably organized (so organized that even the vendors commented about how much they loved working with her), and kept all the planning on track. She's well connected in the city, knows what she's doing, and is extremely detail-oriented.

    The day of was just as good as the planning. Katherine was on top of everything and made sure the day ran smoothly so our families and we could simply enjoy our wedding day.

    If you're planning a wedding, look into hiring Clover Events. Katherine is the utmost professional and made my wedding day stress-free and a truly polished affair!

    Katherine dragged me over the finish line. Physically and emotionally. I hired her about a month before the wedding after I realized I was in big trouble and very behind on details. I had been traveling a lot for work and my job was quite intense during that period, so I had blissfully ignored my wedding during June-August. Come September, I was drowning in panic. She is down-to-earth, organized, funny, kind, and a great sounding board for all the random questions. She helps you prioritize and offers recommendations on other vendors as well. The vendors she recommended were wonderful. When you're choosing a planner, you need to feel comfortable with them and they need to know when to push you and when to take a step back and let you rock whatever thing you're fixated on. Katherine did that deftly and with a delightful sense of humor. Katherine's the best - I should have hired her much earlier in the process. That's my rec for super busy folks getting married - get a planner, if you're lucky, get Katherine. Book her early. Go. NOW!

    We are so happy our friend recommended Katherine and Clover Events to us! From our initial early planning, we knew what key vendors we needed for wedding success (venue, food, photographer, etc.). Yet, we remained undecided on whether we needed a wedding coordinator (we’re organized enough, we thought). Here’s a tip: If you are planning a large wedding, YOU NEED A WEDDING COORDINATOR. And, that person should be Katherine and her team.

    From the beginning, Katherine was on top of so many details, and went above and beyond everything we asked of her. She was accessible and supportive. We met with Katherine at a time when we were still looking for some key vendors, and she helped to connect us with great options. She kept us on track as we approached the wedding weekend, and was upfront about what was realistic given our budget and guest count. When we had a very challenging vendor issues come up, she was the calm during the storm and negotiated the peace. Her opinion at our decor showings and walk-throughs was so important and helpful. Katherine took time to meet with us to make a detailed timeline of our weekend (so key!), and coordinated with vendors, our caterer, and our venues to make both our Friday and Saturday events so seamless and consistent with our vision. And her team’s help on the days of our events with all of the details involved was truly extraordinary. She thought of so many things so we did not have to, and it allowed us to have such a great time with our families and our friends. On top of all the professional assistance, Katherine’s excitement for us and her positive energy made the whole process so much better than it otherwise would have been. We cannot recommend her highly enough!

    We cannot recommend Katherine and the Clover Events team highly enough. I had hoped for her skill executing our ceremony and reception day-of, but I could never have imagined how much more we would come to rely on Katherine as we planned this wedding! She had suggestions and resources for better vendors that I had never heard of, making our day smoother and less expensive. She had creative ideas to add special touches to elements of the cocktail hour I would never have thought about. Her thoughtful questions helped us put together our dream day. Katherine even worked with our family to accommodate a surprise at our reception, without us ever getting a hint that she had so many things going on behind the scenes. Most importantly, she made me feel like I was her only client in the world, and that I was doing a good job along the way.     Our daughter's wedding on April 30,2016 at the University Club of Chicago was a successful, flawless event because of the expertise, planning and insight Clover Events (specifically Katherine H. Brown) provided.
    Every step of the way Clover Events was there to help us plan ahead, so that we could shape and execute a perfect wedding.
    From the beginning Clover Events helped to ensure this wedding was a collaboration between the Bride and Groom. Katherine from Clover Events was meticulous regarding attention to detail and energetic in keeping us on track in our planning. Time and again she offered expert advice, even on the smallest of details.
    Clover Events was willing to go beyond what was required and was always calm and professional when faced with obstacles (wedding date change, wedding dress problems, last minute additions of flower girl attendants, etc).
    Clover Events expertly managed a number of wedding vendors (flowers,lighting, music, supplies, etc.) on the day of the wedding and choreographed a smooth, seamless event.
    Overall, could not have been more pleased with Clover Events. We recommend them HIGHLY!

    Katherine was amazing to work with! She graciously agreed to take use on as last minute clients (3 weeks before our wedding date). In this short time frame, she helped to simplify the overwhelming details of our wedding by creating a comprehensive vendor timeline, and took over vendor communication. Which in turn allowed us to relax a little bit, and enjoy our wedding and the last few weeks of the planning process. Katherine even help to control and minimize day of hiccups such as our missing flower girl and over-served guests. Most importantly, Katherine was kind, funny, and joy to work with.

    I would highly recommend Katherine to all of my friends that are planning a wedding. We hired her as our day-of coordinator and she was so helpful and very responsive- she provided peace of mind throughout the planning process and on our wedding day. We asked Katherine a lot of questions - many times we sought her opinion and other times we asked about proper etiquette and protocol. Katherine was very quick to respond and always professional, both to us and to our vendors. She also asked us quite a few questions that we had not previously thought of but were important to consider for our big day. Katherine helped us put together a very thorough timeline that she coordinated with each of our vendors and distributed the timeline to them before our wedding so that everyone was on the same page. It saved us a lot of time and stress the few weeks before our wedding! On the day of our wedding, we did not worry about a thing.     Jessica went above and beyond!

    Jessica at Clover Events is INCREDIBLE! From the moment we started our relationship with her Jessica put all of our worries at ease. Even before our two month day-of planning was supposed to start she answered questions, gave advice, and even attended our tasting with us. She was always "just an email away" and happily answered all of our questions no matter how big or small. She made sure that our special requests were fulfilled and that we felt ready and confident about everything leading up to the wedding. On the day-of her and her team made our entire day go absolutely flawlessly and allowed me and my husband to focus on celebrating. I can't recommend Clover Events enough!
