    Loved working with Doreen! She used our basic ideas and expanded on them, and I trusted her judgement completely. She was a joy to work with and you can tell she is excited about her job and loves what she does. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to a friend.

    I loved working with Doreen!!! She was so happy and upbeat. She was easy to get a hold of and she helped me figure out what I wanted even when I wasn't sure what exactly I wanted. She made wonderful suggestions that turned out beautiful in the end. I absolutely loved my bouquets, they matched perfectly with my girls dresses and shoes, and I got so many compliments on them. I would definitely suggest Doreen to any future brides :D

    Beautiful decor and great services! Highly recommend! Our reception decor blew us and everyone away! Just perfect all around!

    Doreen was absolutely fabulous to work with! She is high energy, yet easy going, and wants to make sure that her clients are happy. Doreen understood the look I was going for, and was extremely flexible when I made a last minute change. She asked for feedback as she was decorating and was open to her work being "edited." I love the way everything worked out- would hire her again in a heartbeat!

    My wedding was amazing, and Doreen had a big part in it! She listened to my every want, and went above and beyond! My husband and I gave her some ideas, and she took them and ran with them! My reception room looked amazing, and I heard compliments all night from my guests. All the bouquets were beautiful! The day before the wedding, she brought my bouquet to the venue where we were getting married to have me look at it. There was a couple things I didn't like on it, and she went home and fixed it. When she brought it back the next day, it blew me away! My bouquet and my bridesmaids were just gorgeous! What I liked most about her is that she is so down to earth, such an amazing personality, and is great at her job.She also made me a hanger that said "bride" on it and my bridesmaids hangers with their names on them out of wire. They were so pretty, and looked pretty cool the day of our wedding with the dresses hanging on them for pictures! I would highly recommend her to anyone in this area!!!

    Doreen is an amazing designer, her flowers are stunning, she is a professional by far, She has an amazing studio filled with her ideas and photos. She is by far the best in the area. You wont go wrong if you book with her. I will sing her praises wherever I go.

    Doreen was wonderful to work with! She's truly gifted at what she does! She helped make my wedding unforgettable from her talents of the flower arrangements to how she decorated the hall. I definitely recommend her!

    Doreen helped us put together our dream wedding! She met with us several times, answered any questions we had and helped us generate ideas along with helping us put together our vision.

    The flowers were amazing--we had people arguing over centerpieces to take home!

    Doreen went the extra mile to make sure our day wasn't only special but very stress free.

    Doreen was amazing to work with, We were able to give her ideas of what we were thinking of and she went with them and made everything look beautiful, our wedding day was exactly what we wanted and couldn't of had a better day! We couldn't of asked for a better lady to work with, she has such an amazing personality and is great at her job and you can tell she loves doing what she does. I would highly recommend using her!

    We absolutely loved working with Doreen for our wedding she was excellent at making our visions come to life. She has so many creative ideas that we didn't even think of. We highly recommend her to anyone!!

    Doreen made my life 100% easier from start to finish for our wedding. I was an out-of-state bride with limited availability to meet, but Doreen was more than accommodating. She listened to my requests/ideas and executed without missing a beat. I showed up to our venue and she had everything set up and looking beautiful! There was no way my wedding would have been as beautiful without her magic touch. I recommend her highly.

    Doreen came to my aide 3 weeks before our wedding. She put everything In perspective the first hour we met with her. She made us relax, took control and made us laugh. She even met on her lunch breaks with us to finalize the venue setting. Awesome woman and fun to have assist with your wedding dreams. Love you Doreen!)

    I can't say enough good things about Doreen! Very personable and professional. She wowed us with her ideas and creativity all the time. She really goes above and beyond for her customers and it's obvious she loves her job. I highly recommend working with her. She will make your special day all that much better!

    Doreen was a doll to work with and she understood what we needed and wanted with our budget and ideas. She got there early and came the next day to clean up on time. She coordinated with our reception venue so we didn't have to worry about anything! Her decorations and lighting were gorgeous! I loved the chair backs, the pink hanging lanterns, the table runners in our exact shades and colors we wanted! She did an amazing job and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a classy person for a classy event!

    Doreen did a great on our wedding! She is flexible and easy to work with. All we had her do is lighting and a few things with decor and it all looked great. She is willing to do whatever you ask her to do!

    Doreen was such a HUGE help for our wedding. I can't imagine the extra stress I would have had if Doreen hadn't been there to decorate. She listened to my vision for both the ceremony and reception and she brought it all together beautifully. She not only set up but she also was there when the wedding was over to take down. We didn't have to do a thing! It was such a huge weight off my already busy and stressed shoulders. I highly recommend Doreen!

    DO NOT CHOOSE DOREEN! She left me stranded on my big day. She did not complete many of the details she was supposed to do and I was highly disappointed. She talked a big talk and did NOT do her complete job the day of my wedding. Please take my advice and go anywhere else! I was warned about her and didn't listen, I really wish I would have. She almost ruined my wedding day!

    I hope no one else has to go through what I did on my wedding day because of Doreen Thomas. I had five bridesmaids and only four bouquets despite specific written instructions to her for five (she told me it was my fault and I never told her - I showed her the email that she replied to in which I advised her there were five girls). She charged my two bridesmaids who helped put together the bouquet less than an hour before my ceremony on the spot in cash for the bouquet she forgot to do. I specifically said NO carnations in any of my arrangements and every single centerpiece had many. The vases I picked out were not at the reception and she said they had been broken and she didn't tell me because there was nothing she could do about it. That resulted in many of my flowers looking like they were being drowned and cheap. Doreen charges a premium in Alpena for her services and I trusted her because of her blindly. I paid her 90% of my bill (which was large!) up front a month before my wedding and on the day of my wedding as soon as I arrived at the church she was standing there waiting to collect the other 10% in cash. I paid again, even though I expressed concern about how the reception area looked. I have tried to speak with her reasonably and she refuses to talk to me or my mom in order to sort things out because she claims her "lawyer advised her not to." I haven't seen one dime back for all of the things that she did not do that she said she would and the things she did just horrifically. I cannot express the extra stress this caused throughout my wedding day and I hope that no one else has to go through that. These are just a FEW of the things that went wrong with Doreen. Please find someone else to help you on your special day...no one deserves to have it ruined.

    Also, if you notice, she won't even let anyone comment or post on her Facebook page - I doubt I'm the only unhappy client out there.
