Ciprian did our wedding day photos as well as an engagement photo session. My husband and I are not naturals in front of the camera, but Ciprian made the engagement session very fun and relaxing. He captured our personalities and hobbies in the photos as well as an extremely gorgeous backdrop - and the photos turned out better than expected!
On the wedding day, through all the nerves and emotions, Ciprian guided us through an emotional first look, then a bunch of fun photos with the wedding party and extended family after the ceremony. The REALLY special part, though, was the sunset and dusk photography of just me and my husband that Ciprian did. I'm really glad we trusted and followed his artistic direction, because the photos of just us are STUNNING. He used light and shadow and movement to capture our venue and the night so well.
Overall, we feel very lucky to have chosen a photographer that not only hits all the standard shots (bridal party, family, dancing, etc.) but also has an artistic vision that he uses to elevate our photos together. -

Ciprian was amazing to work with. We had some unexpected changes on the day of the wedding, which were out of our control. He was flexible and accommodating, and was able to go with the flow. He got us so many amazing photos and really captured the special moments. We can’t even pick our top few favorites. He is a wonderful photo director which I appreciated, as that is a skill that not every photographer has. He wanted to make sure we got all the photos that we wanted. We definitely recommend hiring him for your wedding! -

Ciprian was a dream to work with!
Ciprian is creative, flexible, responsive, an amazing artist, and KIND! My fiancee and I have never been very comfortable in front of a camera... until we met Ciprian. We loved that Ciprian takes photos of the moments that are happening, without a lot of staging. He did our engagement shoot, and we LOVE the photos! He made us and our kiddo feel comfortable, and look gorgeous! He was incredibly helpful and responsive when the COVID-19 virus made us change our plans and reschedule the wedding. We can't recommend him highly enough! -

We hired Ciprian for our engagement and wedding photos and they turned out beautiful! Ciprian was very relaxed and professional during the whole planning process and helped us feel at ease in front of the camera. Not only did the photos turn out wonderful, we received them so quickly! Within 2-3 days of our engagement session, we received 600 files! And within 2 days of our wedding, we received 150 as a preview to share and we received the rest of the images within 3 weeks of the wedding! Thank you for capturing our beautiful wedding! -

Ciprian's work is absolutely stunning. We used him for our engagement photos and wedding, and we're in awe of the photos. We could not recommend him more highly. The colors pop but are natural, and the lines are crisp, which is exactly what we were looking for. On top of great photography, he basically set out our entire timeline for us when we had no clue what we were doing. We told him that all we knew was we wanted sunset photos, and in March he pulled out his phone, looked up the sunset in October, and then explained how it would work in Tahoe with the mountains and created our entire timeline, including when we should start hair and makeup for the girls. He has a great personality and was easy to hang out with, gives great direction (what do we do with awkward hands....), and moved everything along quickly so we could get back to the party and focus on guests. We loved his candids, and appreciated that he took our request to do some traditional family photos for the mothers who wanted to hang them up. I would definitely recommend him to anybody, and have already. -

Amazing Photographer!
We hired Ciprian for our wedding at the Hyatt in Incline Village and he was amazing! We had a little bit of rain but he handled everything better than expected and we are obsessed with our photos and have received so many compliments! He's super professional, timely, and knowledgeable... we loved the poses he put us in and that our photos don't look like everyone else's. We also received our photos within weeks of the wedding. Couldn't recommend him more! -

We could not have asked for a more amazing wedding photographer to capture such an important day. Ciprian is professional, personable, and talented. He captured the Lake Tahoe scenery so beautifully in our pictures while somehow still making us the focus of the pictures. You can tell how experienced he is, and he knew of the best location to have our photos taken before the ceremony. I also dont think I’ve seen anyone work harder at a wedding. We were a little concerned at the beginning about not having a second wedding photographer but had the utmost confidence in Ciprian when he assured us that we didn’t need one—well, he was 100% right, and I swear he managed to be in multiple places at one time (he’s a wedding ninja). He also took charge of the wedding party and guests when it came time for the posed group pictures. He has a way of being assertive (which is a must as a wedding photographer) while still being personable—everyone was very impressed with him. He got all of our pictures to us so quickly after the wedding, and they turned out even better than what we expected or imagined. We will cherish these pictures forever and are so incredibly thankful that Ciprian was our photographer. -

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect photographer- from the moment I contacted him, he responded immediately and worked with me on timing and other details. Being that ours was a destination wedding, there was no meeting before the big day but I'm so glad I went with him! The quality of the photos is unmatched and pricing is well within reason for what you receive. I really enjoyed our time working with Ciprian and I feel like from the moment he walked into the room, it was like meeting with an old friend- he made myself, my new husband and my family feel completely at ease and the pictures show genuine smiles and laughter. Ciprian was recommended to us from one of our family member's as he had photographed their wedding. We are so happy that we had Ciprian photograph us for our engagement photos as well as our big day. My husband and I are not the most photogenic nor are we very natural in photos and he helped us feel so comfortable. In addition, he had our photos available for viewing within 24-36 hours... yes, 1.5 days it was ready! He is so quick with responding to all emails and ensured to answer all of our questions.
He is amazing and worked our wedding from 8am to 9pm and caught the best moments of our day. Trust me, go with Ciprian!!! -

Ciprian photographed our engagement photos & our wedding, and was a total dream. He was super responsive, well-priced, and took great photos! He even learned everyone's name in the wedding party to put everyone at ease and get them in position. And best of all, he turned around several dozen photos less than 24 hours after our wedding wrapped so that we could share the pro shots right away :) Would highly recommend working with Ciprian! -

Please do not waste your time going with anyone else but Ciprian to capture your wedding day! He is absolutely phenomenal. He came at the random recommendation of a distant friend and thank goodness! Just like most people getting married in Tahoe, our wedding was a destination wedding and that adds another level of stress on top of everything else. No stress with Ciprian at all. Every interaction with him, from start to finish, was easy and professional. He doesn't jerk you around, he follows through with everything he says he will do, and he pays attention to the most minute details. Our engagement and wedding pictures are flawless. He captured every detail we could have ever hoped for and more. He was great with us, our wedding guests, and our dog! :) We hope to work with him again. Go with Ciprian. You will be so thankful you did. -

My husband and I love every single picture he took. I know picking your photographer is such an important step when planning your wedding and that’s why I made sure I had the best around! His skills with lighting and use of black and white photography could not be more perfect. He exceeded our every expectation and gave my husband and I a gift of amazing wedding photos that we cannot stop looking at. These pictures will be something we cherish forever. He was able to accommodate us on very short notice and made everything very easy from signing the agreement, to updating us about the status of the photos, to delivering all 600 images in less than a week. Ciprian was professional and immediately responsive with communications, and I want to emphasize what a quick turnaround he had with 600 images. If that wasn't enough, most importantly, the images themselves were out of this world. Our ceremony was on Lake Tahoe at sunset and Ciprian captured all of it beautifully and perfectly. -

User702051 Sent on 12/14/2011If you and your significant other will be getting married soon, before choosing your wedding photographer, take your time and do your homework. Having the right wedding photographer can be such a blessing but on the flip side, having the wrong photographer can truly be a curse. I know that you too have heard those wedding photographer horror stories. When planning a wedding, you will find that everyone becomes an expert but always remember these simple truths; this is your life, your time, your money, your wedding and you deserve to be happy with your wedding choices. By the time you reach the alter, you will have invested months of dreaming, planning, scheduling, negotiating, coordinating and meeting with vendors to insure that they fulfill your wedding vision. And after praying that everything goes as planned, when that life changing day arrives, you will realize that there are no do overs, no replays and no second chances to get it right. You absolutely can't afford to leave the choice of your wedding photographer to chance and you need to have the upmost trust that your wedding photographer will capture all the beautiful moments of your wedding.
Of course, there are many wedding photographers to choose from but remember you want the very best because you deserve the very best. Although we live 500 miles from Lake Tahoe, after viewing Ciprian's gorgeous work on his websight and blog, we set up an appointment to interview him. Upon our initial meeting, rather than trying to impress us with with what he could do, he presented himself as down to earth, listened to what we wanted, asked a lot of pertinent questions and made some very good suggestions. There was no pressure, no sales pitch but instead he was professional and he encouraged us to take our time to compare and contrast his work with that of his peers. After reviewing the work of dozens of wedding photographers, the choice was clear and we could not be more blessed with having chosen Cirprian as our photographer.
On our wedding day, family, friends and even vendors had excellent feed back regarding how well Cirprian interacted with them. To this date, everyone in my wedding party continues to ask about Cirprian and how he is doing. He was charming, engaging, conversant, encouraging, patient, good natured, great with children and seamlessly blended in with everyone. I am still impressed that he had taken the time to memorize everyone's name and treated everyone with the upmost respect yet maintained a gentle assertiveness to steer people into the right shots at the right time.
As in his other beautiful work, he did not disappoint us as our gorgeous wedding photos were balanced, focused, detailed, lush and rich in color. He also complimented his color photographs with stunning black and white pictures. In reviewing Cirpian's work, it is quite clear that he is a master in the use of frame, timing, lighting, contrast, exposure, and focus. We are so pleased that he beautifully captured the essence of those special tender moments of our wedding. The reader should know that by nature, I am not photogenic and forewarned Ciprian that I have the smile of a dead cat. Yet, I have nothing but the highest praise for the quality and the style of the work that he produced for us. Prior to our wedding, we spent a considerable amount of time in effort to find the very best photographer for our wedding and I am happy to say that our research was well rewarded. I too can attest that-as his recently recognized accolades have noted-Ciprian is the very best at what he does. We placed our all of our trust in Ciprian and without a doubt, he delivered. The tough part now will be to cull through the 812 gorgeous wedding photos he took because they are all so beautiful.

Amazing Photographer
If Ciprian is available for your date I 100% recommend him as your photographer. His photo's are not normal wedding photos, they are extraordinary and he has the ability to capture the love and fun that was happening at my son's wedding. He is fluid and goes with the flow. We got behind schedule and he still managed to get all the important photo's. You won't be disappointed using Ciprian if you are lucky enough to book him. -
