Our wedding day went beautifully, down to the littlest of details. It was a dream come true and executed with ease and grace. I know it wouldn’t have been possible without you helping me through every question, recommendation and detail. We cannot say enough amazing things about Christine and her tam! From the very first consultation, she made my husband and me feel completely supported and confident in the entire planning process. Over the 12 months leading up to our wedding, she kept everything organized, on track, and moving seamlessly.
She thought of things we never would have, even the smallest details, making sure nothing was overlooked. On the wedding day, she was incredible at coordinating all the vendors, guiding guests, and keeping the day running smoothly, so we could fully enjoy every moment without stress. Her calm, professional, and proactive approach made everything feel effortless.

Christine & her team are wonderful to work with. From start to finish they were on top of everything. Robin was our day of coordinator and she was so helpful and had the best can do attitude and was such a comfort to us as things never go 100% perfect, everything still felt that way because of Christine and her team.-

Christine and Co was amazing to work with! We hired Christine and Co to start helping with my wedding a month out and she was on it! We can’t say enough great things about Christine and her team! From the very first meeting, they were organized, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our wedding day perfect. Every detail was thoughtfully handled — from vendor coordination and timeline management to last-minute adjustments that kept everything running smoothly.

Best Indy wedding planner
Christine and her team were the absolutely best! We had them for the last three months of our planning process. She handled all communication with our vendors, rehearsal, and setup and tear down of our ceremony and reception plus so much more! My family and I didn’t have a worry in the world! Working with Christine and Co. for my daughter's wedding was such a pleasure. From the first meeting to the end of the big day, I didn't have to worry about anything. At the first meeting she had things in control. She offered suggestions when needed or asked, but listened to what we wanted, and respected our wishes too. Amazing team!
I strongly recommend and encourage other engaged couples to hire Christine and her team for their wedding. They had a calm, cool, and collected attitude from beginning to end which made the couple and family feel more relaxed. The day flowed so smoothly that nobody even knew about all the last minute changes. Christine and her team made sure the right people were in the right place at the right time, the excellence with the handeling of the vendors and how they worked tirelessly in the background to ensure everything ran perfectly. The Best Wedding Coordinator There Is.
Hiring Christine was one of the very best decisions we made for our wedding. She answered every single message right away (truly 24/7, even while on vacation), stayed on top of every detail, and thought of countless things I never would have. She is honest, gives great advice, and goes above and beyond in every way.
A perfect example: it rained on our wedding day, and we had planned a rooftop ceremony. She stayed calm, came up with the perfect Plan B, and moved everything downstairs to the covered area. Then, when the rain stopped right at ceremony time, she and her team moved it all back upstairs—seamlessly. I was so disappointed about not being able to have the rooftop ceremony, but when the sun came out she ran into my dressing room crying happy tears and said, “THE SUN IS OUT!” Who cares so much about someone else’s wedding that they cry tears of joy? She did. That's just how much heart she puts into her work.
Not only is she wonderful at her job, but she’s also just a wonderful person—warm, genuine, and someone you immediately trust. Truly beautiful inside and out! Because of her, I was able to truly enjoy every moment without worry.
If you are on the fence about hiring a planner, she's your girl. She knows her stuff, cares deeply about her couples, and will make your wedding everything you hoped for and more. -

2 Days of Events & Beyond Expectations
Wow, I don’t even know where to begin!! Christine is an absolute dream. We came to her with a pretty untraditional ask for our wedding; 2 days of events. The first being an intimate affair with just immediate family and the second being a day with lots of cocktails and food with our extended family & friends at a rooftop bar in Carmel, IN. Christine immediately embraced the vision we had in mind and gave us 2 days of lifetime memories. Christine was incredibly responsive, professional, organized, and beyond detail oriented. Her and her assistant Robin executed everything to precision. We were able to relax and enjoy our 2 days knowing we had an incredible team behind the scenes. I am so thrilled I found Christine and she helped make our wedding everything we had hoped and dreamed for. You’re the BEST Christine!! -

Best Day Ever!
Christine and her team were fabulous and played a significant part in making my daughter's wedding the best day ever! We purchased the partial package, and Christine led us through the 6 months leading up to wedding day, keeping us on track with the "must-dos." She used her network to send vendor recommendations for our out-of-town wedding. She attended our venue details meeting with us and gave us such peace of mind as all the pieces began to fall into place.
On wedding day, Christine was a calm and steady presence, taking care of all the little details and managing the timeline so that we could just be present and enjoy the day. She and her assistant Maggie kept control of the flow of the day behind the scenes, allowing the spotlight to shine on the bride and groom.
When the heavy rain made it evident that our sparkler exit wasn't going to work, Maggie came up with a super fun Plan B that resulted in some of our favorite photos! Everything was organized and packed for us at evening's end. No detail left untouched.

Best Money We Spent on my Wedding!!
I love Christine & Co.!! I hired them about a month and a half before my wedding to help coordinate some last minute things and the wedding day. It was the best money we spent throughout the entire process!! I can’t say enough great things about Christine and Justine! They were amazing!! I planned the entire wedding with the help of my mom, but I am so glad we hired Christine & Co towards the end. They were able to take control of the wedding day, so my mom and I didn’t have to. It was a huge relief to know that things were being taken care of by Justine! -

A flawless wedding day made possible by an amazing team!
I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have had Christine as my wedding planner! She and her truly are truly unmatched. From the very first meeting, her kindness and genuine passion for her work shone through. She truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to ensure that every detail is perfect. Our was at a private residence and it was a large wedding that required a lot of moving pieces and out sourcing several vendors; so it required a lot of work and Christine made the entire process feel a lot simpler. Every time we spoke or had check in meetings, I always felt at ease moving through the process. Which I think is such important quality and invaluable during the wedding process.
What sets Christine apart is her incredible ability to stay on top of everything. She is impeccably organized and made the planning process feel seamless and stress-free. Whenever I had questions or concerns, she was always just a text away, ready to provide support and reassurance.
Her attention to detail and creativity is unmatched. From crafting the perfect timeline to coordinating vendors, she made sure that everything ran smoothly on the big day. She honestly went above and beyond the call of duty, and honestly I felt so calm that things would be perfect because she was there. I know a lot of people say that things may go wrong on the big day and you have to just go with the flow. I look back on my day and can not think of one single thing that went wrong. It was evident that she is not just a planner but a true artist in her craft.
It is incredibly easy to write this review because of how wonderful Christine herself is and how much I loved working with her. The best team a bride could ask for!
Loved! This! Team! Christine started us off a month in advance getting a schedule set and taking over vendor comms. What a treat! Christine was fun to talk with and is incredibly knowledgable in her craft. She was quick to respond and had a stellar system to stay organized. The day of we had Justine and Maggie to take care of us and hot dang did they crush it! Justine got us setup and organized for a smooth day. Maggie hustled to gather our items at the end of the night and got it all stashed in our car. I am SO thankful for these 3. I considered not having any professional coordinator but WOW did they come in clutch throughout the whole day. Thank you ladies so so much. -

Christine was the absolute best! Her experience and professionalism shined through for us! Christine is AMAZING!
Christine is the best day-of coordinator I could have ever asked for. I generally have a hard time trusting other people to handle projects that I started, but I wasn’t worried at all after talking to Christine for the first 2 minutes. She knew exactly what questions to ask, and she always kept us on track. We started working together 3 months before the wedding, and she helped coordinate the timelines and details among all of the different vendors. She was friendly and firm, and I LOVED that. She made sure everything that we wanted happened, and she was clearly able to handle any problems that came up because I didn’t hear about any on the day of! We had one last-minute issue 2 days before the wedding, and she was able to alleviate my stress and handle the details such that it ended up not being a big deal at all! Christine was so detail-oriented, and everything went exactly as I hoped. It truly was the perfect day, and I couldn’t have done it without her. After the wedding, my bridal party friends were saying she was so great that they wished they could fly her out to do their own weddings!
Madison was assisting with our wedding as well, and she was so nice! She was super helpful, and was so kind and helped way more with clean-up than I had originally anticipated. She was around in case anything was needed later in the night, and she made sure everything got set up and taken down perfectly! I am so grateful to have had such a wonderful team on my big day!

I highly recommend Christine and Co. for your next wedding/event! Christine clearly displays a passion for event planning. She is extremely organized with her monthly timelines, communication over the phone and most impressive was her visit to St. Petersburg, Florida to meet with us and visit our venue.
Christine easily managed all our vendors from out of state with her great communication skills.
Every little detail was flawless! Christine and her staff also set up and broke down our wedding event. We had a first time Ordained Minister. Christine stepped in and walked everyone through the service including the Minister.

First off would just say a wedding planner is a must have and Christine was phenomenal. She helped keep us up to date with her timeline/scheduling from the very beginning. We live and got married in FLORIDA, and she absolutely crushed it. Her being in INDIANA wasn't even an issue and she was always quick to respond to emails/phone calls. I could create a list a mile long of all of the wonderful things that Christine is.
My overall vision for our ballroom reception space was intricate and layered. As an Interior Designer, the easy part was creating the vision...the hard part was trusting someone else to execute in the way I would. Upon meeting and corresponding with Christine, I knew I could put my full trust in her to do just that. Her attention to detail is unapparelled. When I walked into the ballroom at our reception (Grand Hall at Union Station), I was brought to tears. Christine not only accomplished the goal, she far succeeded it. I whole-heartedly can say she "nailed it!"
Not only did she and her team exceed expectations for the decor and tablescapes, she made the entire weekend go off without a hitch... or if there was a "hitch", she found a solution and made it appear seamless.
There is truly no one else I would recommend working with more than Christine. She is one-of-a-kind! -

If you are the Mother-of-the-Bride and want nothing more than your daughter's wedding to be "her dream come true", then reach out to Christine & Co. Christine made our daughter's fabulous, once-in-a-lifetime wedding a reality. Her attention to detail, familiarity with our vendors, cathedral and reception venue, organization/timeline skills, and constant communication was flawless. Christine's team is AMAZING!
Christine is always an email away and is full of valuable information. She was able to answer any and all questions I had throughout the year leading up to our wedding.
Our Day of Coordinators were Jenny and Justine.
First of all, Jenny was absolutely INCREDIBLE. She started the morning full of positive energy that radiated throughout the entire evening. She showed up with a Starbucks for the bride! She decorated the entire venue EXACTLY to our vision and it looked BEAUTIFUL! She even cried during our ceremony. She made us feel so comfortable, special, and taken care of all day long.
Secondly, we had Justine for the evening portion and she was just as awesome as Jenny! She packed up all of the decorations at the end of the night and helped us load our cars. Without her help, we would have never made it out on time!
This team is absolutely wonderful when it comes to putting on an event and I would recommend them to anyone! -

Amazing Wedding Planner!!
Where do we begin!? When we first got engaged in 2019 and planned on having an out of town wedding, we knew we needed someone who not only knew the industry but also the area. From day one of first meeting with Christine to working through a postponement to finally having our dream day, we couldn’t imagine having anyone else help guide us through the planning process. She is very prompt with her responses to any questions we had and the monthly checklists kept us on track when we didn’t know what to do next.
When the day of our wedding came, she was there from start to finish. She checked in on us while we got ready, helped with venue setup and even steamed all bridesmaid dresses and my wedding gown - which was beyond amazing and helpful. Her assistant, Madison, that was also there the day of was a godsend. She would check in with us throughout the evening, helped me re-bustle my dress multiple times and would take care of anything for us before we even thought to ask.
We could not recommend Christine and her team more! -

Christine and her team, specifically Jenny, who was our day of coordinator, were wonderful from beginning to end. Wonderful!
Christine was wonderful to work with, and we were so thankful that she was willing to travel to Michigan to be our wedding planner! From the months leading up, to rehearsal day, to the actual wedding day, she took so much stress off of us, and we were able to truly enjoy the wedding day. She did a wonderful job of making sure the smallest details were all taken care of, and she did a ton of work behind the scenes to help make the day as special as it was! Amazing and stress free
Christine was amazing. She had the attention to detail that my fiancé did not have at the time. She knew exactly what to ask in our event planning meetings and kept everything fun, leaving us feeling relaxed and excited for the big day. We did not have to worry about a single thing the day of our wedding and she was cool, calm, and relaxed as she coordinated the events. Everything went so smoothly the day of and it is all thanks to Christine. If you’re getting married, do yourself a favor and hire her!!! -

Hiring Christine is a MUST!
Christine was an absolute lifesaver while planning our wedding. I have absolutely no idea what I would have done without her. We booked her for the whole year before our wedding. Each month Christine would make sure I was on track with the planning process and helped me out so much with suggestions, tips, and tricks along the way. Now, the day of is when Christine really became a rockstar. She was on top of everything, down to each minute detail. So much so that my husband and I didn't have to worry about or do one single thing. We could actually relax and enjoy our wedding day fully. She made the day flow seamlessly. We had a rather large wedding party and she took charge of everyone effortlessly. I can't imagine my wedding day if I didn't have Christine there. She absolutely rocked it! -

Hiring CK Events made my daughter’s wedding “the best day ever!”
I have to say, I didn’t think we would need a planner, I’m a doer. My friends are very aware of this trait and highly recommended I hire one for my daughter’s wedding.
After interviewing other planners, I met Christine. Christine’s personality and her love for planning weddings, is contagious! I knew immediately that she would be the perfect fit for my daughter and her fiancé.
We hired CK Events for the day of but was happily surprised to find that our work together, began three months out. Everything was coordinated, I had nothing to worry about. I was never so relaxed at an event in my life, and this was my daughter’s wedding!
Stephanie was part of the team that day, she must have been busy, because I barely saw her. Things were getting done without my help. Great team work!

Helped coordinate a perfect day
Christine is a wonderful wedding coordinator! We found her to be professional, prepared, and personable. During the 3-month contract period before our wedding, she initiated communication on several occasions with checklists and reminders and whenever we had questions, she was quick to respond. She prepared and revised timelines and communicated with all vendors accordingly. She was able to proficiently adjust when circumstances caused some last minute changes. On the wedding day, she and her team had a “let me handle that” approach. Most importantly, however, her caring attitude provided peace. We are so pleased that we got to work with Christine and I highly recommend hiring a coordinator, and specifically Christine!!! -

We booked Christine Kingery Events for our September 2020 wedding and were highly impressed. Christine goes above and beyond for all of her clients. She’s extremely professional and has a keen eye for detail. Thanks to her I didn’t have any worries on my big day! She made sure that everything was perfect! Christine also has the biggest heart! I found out during one of our meetings that she had come up with an idea to create a contest to give a special couple whom had suffered a significant hardship the wedding of their dreams. She worked to find vendors that would donate their services so that the couple wouldn’t have to pay a dime, including donating her full wedding planning coordination to the couple. I promise you, if your choose Christine Kingery Events for your wedding coordination, you will not have to worry about a single thing on you wedding day!

Intimate wedding
Christine helped us safely pull off our intimate wedding in a matter of weeks! She coordinated covid testing for all of our guests and vendors so we could all enjoy the day without the added anxiety of the pandemic. Christine helped us navigate the changes from a larger destination wedding to a small at-home wedding, relieving much of the stress and helping us maintain our excitement. Our wedding day was filled with joy and ease. Christine instinctively knew when to step in and help with any logistics, dress adjustments, Champagne refills etc., all with a big excited smile on her face. She is professional, organized and on top of it all. Her warm personality makes it feel as if she is a friend you've known all along helping guide you through your day. Unmatched, top of the line
The first thing my mom told me after my wedding was, "When people ask me how to plan a wedding, I will tell him the one thing they cannot do without is hiring Christine and her team." And I couldn't agree more. From the very first day I met Christine, I could tell that her energy, expertise, and personality were going to be unmatched by anyone else. Christine sent me monthly emails with checklists to complete in order to keep me on task (and from also getting too ahead of myself causing unnecessary stress), she made herself available 24/7 by email, phone call, and text, and let me vent when I was feeling overwhelmed. Christine has been in the industry for over 10 years now and helped me find my other vendors who are the best of the best. My favorite thing about Christine is how she always took the time to get to know me as a person! A couple of weeks before the wedding, she took me out for a final planning meeting and had me laughing the entire time. Everything I thought I was worried about was always figured out with her help. On the wedding day itself, Christine and her team picked up Jimmy Johns for me and my girls, took our dresses to the venue and steamed them, and kept everyone on task throughout the entire day. To sum things up, when you hire CKE, you will not have to worry about a single thing on your wedding day. Her assistant, Robin, was also amazing and went out and brought back Taco Bell as a late night snack for my wedding guests! It was a hit. You have to hire Christine & her team - you will not regret it. I wish I could do it all over again with her. -

Hire a Wedding Planner and Hire Christine!
I'm so thankful I hired Christine Kingery Events to help with my wedding day. I decided to do the 3 months out and the day of package. All I can say is WOW! Christine and her team truly wanted to make our day special and take the stress out of the day.
Her team is extremely professional and know/are prepared for wedding day craziness. All my vendors were contacted and coordinated and I never had to worry about when food was suppose to be delivered or if the florist would be there on time.
I even had to switch my ceremony to inside the day before because of weather and she handled all of that my contacting vendors and letting people know that the plan had changed.
Christine Kingery Events made my day special and amazing. I would recommend them to anyone. If you're on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, trust me, do it and make sure you hire Christine and her team. -

If you're thinking about hiring Christine and her team, just do it! It will be by far the best money spent for your wedding. Christine saw my vision and helped it come to life. She helped me with vendors, time of wedding, questions due to Covid, anything and everything. The most helpful and very important thing she did for me was contact each and every single vendor. She made sure they all new the location and time for arrival. She made a timeline and kept us on it all day which was very important! Christine and her team made my wedding day so stress-free, which isn't easy when planning during COVID. I only hired Christine's day-of services, but wished I would have done more! For day-of planning alone, she met with me in person several times and responded to countless phone calls and emails. She helped me reschedule EVERYTHING once I decided to postpone my May wedding to August do to COVID and was a calming force through such a hectic time. My day-of coordination was led by Robin, who was just as wonderful as Christine! I did not have a specific plan for table or general decor, just gave Robin a few boxes the day of the wedding and she made the venue look better than I could have ever imagined. I can't recommend Christine and her team enough! -

Thank goodness for Christine! Without her, I don't think I could have handled rescheduling, completely replanning, and dealing with a wedding through COVID. Best Decision Ever
We hired Christine to help us plan our wedding from out of state about a year in advance and it was definitely one of the best decisions we made throughout the whole wedding planning process! I am not always the most organized so her monthly "to-do" lists were amazing and kept me on track! She was ALWAYS available for a phone call when I had a panic moment! About 2 weeks before the wedding we decided to postpone our reception and scale back our ceremony and she did not miss a beat. She started immediately communicating with vendors to find out our options and let them know the plans. She organized the rehearsal, and took care of everything day of from steaming dresses, picking up food, and keeping us on schedule. I literally did not need to think about anything other than getting ready with my girls! As if COVID cancellation/postponing wasn't enough...it rained all day for our outdoor ceremony!! But Christine was there coordinating with family and making to plans to make sure people could stay dry and have a good time. All together the day was absolutely perfect and shockingly stress free and a lot of that has to do with Christine being there making decisions and getting things done!!! I am beyond grateful for EVERYTHING you have already done for Luke and I and can't wait to see what we can pull off next year at our reception. If you are debating if you need a wedding planner...the answer is you do...and Christine is the best! -

Christine was utterly amazing and a joy to work with from the moment we met for our first meeting. Her love for planning your special day is so genuine and a breath of fresh air to be around! 12 months out Christine kept me on schedule, sending me timelines and to-do lists which is something I desperately needed! She reached out to all my vendors to let them know she would be the day of contact and what time everything needed to be set up. She dealt with my occasional bridezilla moments better than anyone could. She was always available to help whether that was meeting with me any time before the big day to give me recommendations or picking up lunch and getting makeup out of my dress on wedding day! I knew if anything went wrong on my wedding day (because it probably would) Christine had it taken care of before I even knew about it and that in itself made my day so much more enjoyable! Hiring Christine Kingery Events was the best decision I made, hands down! I planned my wedding from out-of-state and Christine made the process soooo much easier. From the moment I spoke to her on the phone for our first meeting, I knew I was in good hands! She started working with me a few months out- sending timelines and “to-do” lists that helped keep me on track. She also handled and coordinated all of our vendors, which was such a relief. We had been having a hard time with our venue coordinator, and Christine stepped in and handled the situation like a champ! Our wedding day went on without a hitch, all thanks to Christine and Krissy. They had everything organized and ready to go, making sure that I didn’t freak or stress out once. Christine and her team are AMAZING
Christine and her team are AMAZING!!! She is such a pleasure to work with, and will make planning your wedding sooooo much easier. One of the best decisions I made with regards to wedding planning was hiring Christine to be my day of coordinator. From the minute I decided to work with her, she made things super easy for me. I work full time and I have a chaotic schedule so the thought of planning a wedding sounded daunting. Christine gave me a “to-do” list of things we needed to get done with a recommended time frame for each item (ie- get this done 6 months before wedding, 2 months before wedding, week of wedding, etc). She asked me great questions on things I had never even considered before, and was so thoughtful to plan out things even to the smallest detail. She was able to provide me with great recommendations for vendors.
She was super flexible in terms of being able to meet with me or have phone calls when needed. Also responds almost immediately to emails which is super helpful.
The day of the wedding, she handled EVERYTHING. She worked with all my vendors so they knew what time to arrive, knew all important details, etc. All of the last minute items that you forget about, she took care of, so that I was able to enjoy the day, COMPLETELY RELAXED. Hiring her for the day of coordinator is the best money you will ever spend! Highly recommend :) -

The best wedding planner ever!
I don’t think there are enough words to describe how incredible Christine is!
From the minute we hired her, she made us feel completely comfortable and at ease. She sent us monthly checklists, checked in with us, and answered any questions we had throughout the entire wedding planning process. I’m honestly not sure how people plan weddings without her!!
The week of the wedding, she created such a detailed timeline and reached out to all of our vendors to make sure everything went as planned. This was such a huge help!! (The week of the wedding it was hard enough for me to remember what day it was haha)
Our wedding day was absolutely amazing and I am 100% sure it would not have been that way without her and her team. She took care of every single detail so that we could enjoy the moment and spend time with our family & friends.
Not only is Christine an amazing wedding planner, but she is an amazing person and the thoughtful and personal touches she puts into her events does not go unnoticed. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!! -

Would recommend over and over!
I booked Christine and her team for "day of" services- but she did so much more than that! She was there for me with any question or concern in the year leading up to my wedding, and stepped in about 3 months before my wedding day to make sure I was on task, completing everything I needed to. She became the main contact for the vendors, which lifted a huge weight of my shoulders. She was persistent and professional in ensuring that all of our vendors were on the same page. I can honestly say that my wedding would not have been as amazing as it was without Christine and her team. She allowed me to truly enjoy my day knowing that she would be able to take care of anything, big or small. If you're questioning whether or not you need a wedding planner, YOU DO! The support and peace of mind is definitely worth it and I would make the same decision if I had to do it all again. THANK YOU THANK YOU Christine and team for making my day magical and for everything you did before, during, and after the wedding for my husband and I. -

Christine stepped in with our venue halfway through and helped us tremendously with venue policy changes! She definitely had our best interest in mind and offered multiple options to make our event perfect. Her associate Robin coordinated our event day of seamlessly and helped to coordinate all of our vendors so we didn't have anything to worry about =) Highly recommend -

Fabulous coordinator!
Planning a wedding can be a daunting task and an even more daunting task when doing it from a different city. I planned my Indianapolis wedding from Atlanta, GA. The moment Christine and I began working together, I began to feel at ease about the whole process. Christine always responded to questions in a timely manner. She also was a significant help communicating with vendors a few weeks before the wedding and coordinating their delivery times, so I did not have to worry about it. The day of the wedding ran extremely smoothly, as we were ahead of schedule all day. She was able to gracefully organize my 20 person wedding party while simultaneously greeting guests. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator that will make your wedding experience low stress, so you can soak in every moment of the day, Christine is the one for you! -

AMAZING!!! Best day of my life!!
AMAZING!!! I hired Christine with just about a year out from my wedding date. It was the best decision ever!! Although I had done a lot of my planning prior to hiring CKE, Christine kept me on track. She sent me emails with a checklist and reminder emails. Let's face it life gets busy and having someone hold you accountable for the biggest DAY of your life is worth your sanity. Every meeting I had with Christine (more than normal brides) she was always positive and helpful.
I would first describe Christine with one word PERSONABLE. She is the definition. When I first inquired the business of CKE I was discouraged that all the research of event coordinators were the cost of nearly my whole wedding. When I called CKE, they were more than willing to work with my budget, which helped because I knew I needed a coordinator. I just didn't want to spend my savings to hire a coordinator when we were paying for our wedding. I knew from the first call, then meeting this was going to be the BEST expense of my wedding. Christine does everything she can to make sure she understands your needs and vision. She is very organized, which is crucial for the big day. She is always available via text, email, and phone.
DAY OF: Christine and her team are amazing!!! They came to my hotel in the morning and steamed dresses. Christine kept myself and the wedding party of schedule (to the minute)I even had a wedding day emergency that resulted in Christine having to go to the local post office. This was not apart of the schedule! She made sure I received my wedding day must-have. She and her team set up my venue and met vendors as I got ready. Everything was seamless.
The dynamic of my wedding was a bicultural (African & American) wedding. Christine kept everyone on time, which I thought was going to be close to impossible. My day ran smoothly with the exception of a few minor hiccups. Christine and her team were very professional, nice, and accommodating to our guest. I have had many guests reach out to me about CKE. Some giving compliments of the team and some wanting to hire CKE. If you want an exceptional coordinating company while being on a budget HIRE CKE!!! Remember, it doesn't have to break your bank to have a coordinator. You will not regret it!!!
PERSONAL: Christine is the best friend you need throughout the process. She is very bubbly and fun. She is very professional and accommodating. She is always smiling and she always greets with a hug.
My husband didn't care about who I hired for the wedding, but till this day he says that was the best decision I made. Together we say HIRE CKE!!! -

Excellent Wedding Planner
Christine partnered with Tinker House Events in the middle of my wedding planning process. We were nervous to have a new planner, months before our wedding, after working with someone else for over 6 months; however, we shouldn't have been. From the very first meeting, Christine put use at ease. She learned about our vision for our day and details that we wanted to showcase. She answered every question we had and asked us ones that we hadn't even thought of. We ended up using her services for day of coordination and could not have been more please. Her assistant, Robin, did a fantastic job making sure that everything ran smoothly. Our day was beautiful and everything that we would have hoped it could be. I'm so grateful that Christine stepped in and was a part of our day. I'd highly recommend her and her team to anyone planning a wedding. She's incredibly sweet too! -

Hiring Christine Kingery Events was the best decision I made in my entire wedding planning process. Christine was there for us months in advanced and was ready to answer any of my million silly questions at the drop of the hat. She made my planning so much easier! There are so many little decisions that someone like me who hasn’t planned a wedding before doesn’t know how to make, and having them there to help make these decisions was so helpful. Krissy and Robin ran the show the day of, and I honestly don’t know how I could’ve survived without them. I was able to enjoy my day without any worries. An issue came up with my caterer the morning of and when I told Krissy, she handled it no questions asked. The whole day, I didn’t have to think at all! They made sure everything went perfectly. (Plus, Krissy took some great behind the scene photos that I cherished the next day!) I would hire this team a million times over and would recommend them to anyone I know getting married!-

A Wedding Life Saver
My wedding was everything I have ever dreamed of since I was a little girl and Christine played a HUGE part in making it a flawless and epic day! She helped my mom and I through the logistics of everything leading up to the big day, and then the day of she steamed everyone's dresses, picked up breakfast and lunch for the bridal party, kept all vendors on time/track and made sure that we didn't have to worry about a thing! Christine Kingery Events was the best decision I could have made right from the start of my wedding planning. Christine was was very personable and detail oriented. I got the the year long package she offered and wow was it helpful. She emailed me every month with a to do list to get done during that time. When it came to the day of, she had the ultimate dream team! Christine and Krissy felt like my new best friends, they were so friendly, organized, informed and attentive. They took care of everything I needed, even the things I didn't know I needed. I have no idea if something went wrong last minute because they would have taken care of it if it had. No matter what it was, they always said yes and always got it done. I can't imagine Austin and I's big day without these girls. More Than Just Coordinating
I didn’t really know what having a wedding coordinator would entail. You instantly think of all the mundane timelines and tiny details of wedding planning. But honestly, Christine did more than that. I was more impressed with the moral support that was there for me. I honestly had no idea I’d need that type of support on the wedding day, being that I had eight bridesmaids. But Christine thought of everything, and always said yes to my requests. It was so nice having a third party there that was strictly wedding business. Christine Kingery Events is a MUST HAVE
A day of coordinator was something we were on the fence about. We were trying to save where we could and figured that doing the day of coordinating ourselves would be a great way to do that. I have never been so happy about changing my mind and hiring Christine and her assistant Krissy to coordinate for us.
I had an initial meeting with Christine to talk about her services. There was so much I didn’t realize a day of coordinators does. Initially I was under the impression they brought food for the wedding party and helped things flow together that day. Christine quickly filled me in on that her and her assistant do. And told us she would provide monthly check ins to make sure we stay on schedule through our planning process, and that she was always available to meet in person if we needed. Ultimately we made the call to hire her. We figured if nothing else it would be a great gift to my mother and ourselves to just let us enjoy the day once it arrived.
Monthly check ins were detailed and very helpful throughout the planning process. About a month out from the wedding date Christine took a trip with me, my mom, and mother in law to our wedding venue. We talked decoration set up, we talked flow of the day, we talked day of timeline, and she took great notes. From that day Christine created a day of timeline that addressed when each vendor would arrive, when I would get in my dress, when the guys would show up, what time each event of the night took place and so on. Literally down to 15 minute time increments if needed.
The week before the wedding our venue’s owners had a tragic accident happen within the family. They let us know that we would be taken care of on our wedding day but it may not be them at the venue, it may be family friends there to help. Christine did not bat an eye, she took the reigns and touched base with all the vendors to make sure they knew the circumstances and would all be in their places.
The day of Christine and Krissy showed up at 8:30am with breakfast and big smiles. They were just as excited as I was to get things rolling. I showed them a few pictures for set up and they decorated every last inch of the venue. I didn’t leave the area I was getting ready from once, nor did I have to lift a finger to help. To give an idea of the help they provided... breakfast was brought to us, our dresses were steamed, flowers, drapery, candles, signs, centerpieces, favors, memory table, guestbook was all set up by Christine and Krissy. They made sure the guys were to the venue on time and in their attire. Christine kept my rowdy wedding party in line. They both made sure we stuck to our timeline. And they kept in touch with our shuttle bus and made her phone available to any guests that had day of questions so I wouldn’t have to stress.
Christine and Krissy provide an absolutely outstanding service that price wise cannot be matched. These ladies truly love what they do and are in it to have fun and witness love first hand. I 10x10 recommend Christine Kingery Events to any brides planning now who may be on the fence about hiring a coordinator. It is the best money you will spend (trust me)! Jonathan and I couldn’t be happier with our decision to hire you! When it is my sisters turn you ladies can count on a couple of happy returning clients. Thank you for the best day ever, and I look forward to watching your business flourish!-

Christine and Robin have been amazing! My now husband and I were attempting to organize our own wedding, until it was clear we were in over our heads. Christine went over everything we had completed with us, and consistently coordinated with us to to make sure everything that needed to be done as completed. Robin is so considerate and on the day of, was essential in coordination with our additional vendors! She even thought of the little details like where we would put our flowers during the reception and what to do with extra decorations we had!I highly recommend their services! -

Christine was awesome!!! We were married a few weeks ago on 9-8-18. Christine was perfect during the whole wedding process. We hired her I believe about 9 months out from the wedding. My wife and I didnt know what to expect and didnt know where to begin when planning the wedding. After our first meeting she starting mapping out the rest of the year for us. She kept us in line month to month with updates on what we should be doing and what we should be looking into. She also had great advise on ways to save money and good tips on vendors to hire. She was most helpful once it was time for the wedding. Christine contacted all of our vendors and made sure they were up to speed on out timeline for the day of. Christine also brought her assistant Krissy along day of at not extra charge. Having that 2nd person there absolutely helped. They brought coffee and bagels the morning of the wedding. And most importantly kept the bride and all of her bride's maids calm and happy. Christine & Krissy kept all of the vendors and wedding party on schedule all day during the wedding. We very much enjoyed our experience with Christine and would highly recommend her to anyone in the future! -

Christine and her colleague Krissy were terrific wedding coordinators and we would recommend them for any of your special events.
We were planning our event from out-of-state, so having someone on the ground in Indy to help us stay organized with local vendors was critical. Christine spent plenty of time with us on the phone in the months prior to our wedding to discuss details of our weekend. She was always very responsive via email and sent us regular reminders on action items so we wouldn’t forget any important pieces of the wedding puzzle.
Christine made a spectacularly detailed timeline for our events. Both she and Krissy showed up early to all of our venues to make sure things were set up properly, including our Friday rehearsal and Sunday brunch. Together they ensured that everything ran as smoothly as possible so we wouldn’t have to worry.
Aside from her superb project management skills, Christine was a really enthusiastic and positive person to work with – she was willing to jump in and help with anything we needed. I don’t think we would have enjoyed our special weekend as much as we did without her help. These are two skilled and engaged coordinators who will listen to you and help make your wedding vision into a wonderful and well-run experience for everyone. -

My favorite part about Christine was that she always greeted me with a hug!!! Seriously, every single time. She is the sweetest, most lovable person ever. I actually decided to reach out to Christine about 3 months prior to our wedding when I entered into that panic mode that I am sure all brides can relate to...that point when planning becomes less fun and a lot more terrifying. Let me just say that booking Christine was the best decision I made. Not only did Christine alleviate a great deal of stress for me throughout the planning process, but she also gave me the best gift ever....peace of mind on our wedding day. From bringing us waters while we took photos in the heat of July to passing out programs when I realized 10 minutes before the ceremony that I didn't assign this job to anyone haha...Christine does it all! :) And that just skims the surface. Christine & her assistant Krissy greeted us the day of our wedding with coffee in hand. They steamed our dresses & robes and even picked us up the Jimmy Johns we ordered for lunch. They helped with SO many other things too like setting up, making sure everything looked perfect at the reception, organizing the best bubble exit ever and bustling my dress. They were also both present at our rehearsal the night before and I loved how they took initiative to introduce themselves to all of our wedding party so that they could become familiar with them. By the end of the ceremony it felt like they had became a part of our wedding party because they fit in so well with all of our family & friends! They were so fun to be around & kept us all on our toes. All in all, Christine was the best wedding investment I made and I would recommend her to any of my family & friends. I was beyond grateful to have her and Krissy by my side throughout the planning process and ESPECIALLY on our wedding day. Christine truly doesn't even feel like one of our wedding vendors, instead she feels like a friend. I can't recommend her enough! -

Christine and her assistant for the day, Krissy, were both very professional and responsive to our needs the day of my daughter, Amy's, wedding. We were so glad to have them both to help make the day go smoothly -- help us with any last minute issues (we didn't have too many due to the help we had in pre-planning from Christine) and be our day of vendor contact because I was the Mother of the Bride and I had other fun-filled things to be doing! We were very pleased with the quality of the service Christine and Krissy provided. They picked up and did the running around on the wedding day so I could be helping Amy get ready and enjoying that time with her and her bridesmaids. Christine and Krissy picked up the cake, the late night snack, breakfast for the bridal party and in general were very available to do whatever we needed help with during the BIG DAY! It was well worth the money we spent for the help and peace of mind that day. They both stayed late and helped us clean up at the end of the reception, as well. I was thankful for that additional help at the end of the night. We had a fun reception and I was tired, so having them there to help was AWESOME. I'm glad we hired Christine to help coordinate our wedding event! -

CHRISTINE WAS INCREDIBLE!
In the beginning, I was very hesitant to hire a coordinator because I'm a very "do-it-yourself" kind of person - but I 100% believe Christine was the best investment we made throughout the entire wedding process. She was extraordinarily helpful in terms of planning, day-of set-up as well as facilitating everyone and everything on our wedding day. We hired Christine to coordinate a wedding in Terre Haute, Ind., and she did an AMAZING job. She took the time to meet with us several times leading up to the wedding - even at our "destination" venue. Christine sent monthly reminders and checklists, coordinated all of our vendors, and she completely took care of the wedding day itinerary. Instead of worrying about setting up the reception and figuring out who needed to be where, we were able to relax and focus on the wedding. Because of Christine, the day went smoothly and we had zero issues. I would highly recommend Christine to anyone who is getting married. Her help was invaluable!-

Christine and her team were so professional and helpful, and like so many of these other reviews say - they became friends!! We worked with her for the full year prior to our wedding, as well as day of. She dealt with some vendor struggles so I didn’t have to, and helped us find a last minute venue change. Excellent- worth-it
Having a coordinator is definitely worth it! Christine met with me for monthly meetings, as well as, two final meetings to make sure every last detail was accounted for. Then, on the wedding day, Krissy and Stephanie made everything run smoothly! They steamed all dresses, they delivered breakfast, they passed out programs (when the person who was supposed to showed up late) and so much more. It was definitely amazing to not have to worry about time or the small details, because someone was taking care of it. Extra props to Krissy for being amazing with the kids in the bridal party and helping me when my dress ripped minutes before walking down the aisle. Would recommend. -

Christine was an amazing day-of-coordinator. She took care of all the little details and setting up the venue the day of the wedding. She listened to exactly how we wanted things set up and followed our ideas. We sent her pictures and explained everything during our final walk through, and Christine turned our visions and ideas into reality! We had a lot of materials to set up so we used my dad's truck to help Christine transport everything to the venue, but then she took over from there. It was such a relief not having to worry the day of my wedding since we had Christine! -

There's no other way to say it, Christine was the best decision we made throughout the entire wedding process! We had 18 months to plan our wedding, so feeling confident we could do a lot of it ourselves, opted for her "Weekend Of" package. To say Christine was on top of things would be an understatement. From running an efficient rehearsal on Friday to bringing the girls breakfast first thing Saturday morning & steaming our dresses, she made our wedding weekend stress-free! She was a calming presence and genuinely thrilled to be a part of our wedding. Christine will be my #1 recommendation anytime I hear a newly engaged couple starting their planning process!! -

Wedding coordination
Christine & Co. made our wedding vision come to LIFE. Christine is amazing at what she does and is the best coordinator for any bride or groom. She was organized, professional and encouraging. She ensured all vendors had everything in place for the whole day. Tinker House Events was also the perfect location for our Indianapolis wedding. Our guests loved the staff, vibe of the event space, and the convenience of parking and location to the downtown hotels. We highly recommend the venue and Christine & Co. for any couple. Couldn't recommend the space and staff enough.

Flexible & Hardworking
We were linked up with Christine and her team through our venue, Tinker House Events. They honored a previous price that the venue had offered us through a prior manager that left midway through our engagement. We were very sad to see the prior manager leave, but ultimately things ended up turning out great after the transition to Christine Kingery Events! We met with Christine and our day of coordinator, Robin multiple times in the 6 months leading up to our day. They were very organized and worked very hard despite the deal we were getting from their honored price from the venue. The day of went very well despite some small hiccups (we were late and the decor wasn't available for set up at the time we had planned), which lead to some unexpected chaos, but ultimately everything was exactly how we had wanted it! The venue wasn't flexible with when we could drop off and pick up decor, but Christine and her team were able to help negotiate a solution that worked for us. Overall, we are very happy with Christine and her team! Thank you! -

Good experience with Christine
Christine is very professional and knows exactly what is needed to make a wedding day run smoothly! From our initial meeting, I liked that she was efficient and on top of every detail from decor to processional order. You can tell that she takes a lot of pride in her business.
We were somewhat disappointed with our day of coordinator and assistant. I thought that our rehearsal would be ran mostly by the day of coordinator, since it is included in the cost of services. However, it seemed like the day of coordinator took a step back and most of the responsibility fell onto my officiant, which was stressful. I just wish she was a little more interactive with us. I later found out that our day of coordinator (not including name out of respect) told one of my bridesmaids that she was "hungover".
We also didn't have any forks set out to use when we did the cake cutting, so we had to use our fingers. Not a big deal, but we paid a lot of money to make sure those things were taken care of.
Lastly, my mom asked the day of coordinator assistant if she and the rest of the family was supposed to help clear tables of decor and the assistant responded "Yes". I was upset because we paid to have this service completely done by day of coordination so that my family and friends could enjoy every last minute of the wedding. Things ended up messily thrown into boxes (some of my florals were smashed under heavier objects) and it took me hours to sort through everything.
I'd recommend Christine's company, but just be sure that expectations are clear between all parties involved. -
