When I decided to look for a wedding planner for our wedding in Venice I contacted many companies then I found Laura and the team who were by far the most professional of any out of the planners I had requested information from. The package and pricing was clear and concise and Laura and Elvira were constantly at my disposal and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Emails were responded to immediately and often at weekends and evenings my emails were still replied to. Martina our coordinator on the day was amazing and she was truly a big part of our special day.
I would not hesitate to recommend Choco Weddings, the team are professional, friendly and most of all reassuring and I have made 3 new friends along the way.

When we decided to elope to Florence, we had a fairly strong idea of what we wanted for our big day. The legal side of things was what we were most worried about (we had heard some horror stories about Italian bureaucracy!).
We chose to use a planner (we used a company called Chocoweddings), and their guidance in completing the paperwork was so helpful, and having someone to sense-check everything was very reassuring!
Having someone who speaks the language and knows the procedures was invaluable (especially when the town hall requirements changed just before the wedding!).
Everything they arranged for us – photographers, hair and makeup, the car, our witnesses, translation, flowers, etc. was perfect, and everything was exactly where it needed to be, when it needed to be there. We just didn’t need to worry about anything at all, which meant we were able to fully enjoy our day.
Our ceremony (in the Sala Rossa) was wonderful, and the whole day was everything we imagined it to be, and more – and this is all thanks to our planner! We were 100% happy with our catering services in Venice.The serving staff was so helpful and very nice. The food was excellent as well. Everyone said how much they enjoyed it. One server made sure that the bridal party had drinks and food during the night and this was very helpful because of how busy you get during the night. Sabrina was so helpful with the menu planning, and was very patient with my families changes. She also responded very quickly to my emails and this helped me get everything squared away. I appreciated it all!

We cannot thank Laura and Sabrina enough for making our dream wedding in Italy come true! When we first made contact with Laura we were unsure of the area in Italy where we wanted to get married but gave her our thoughts of what we imagined and from there she gave us plenty of choice and options. We made the decision of Perugia, we were a little bit apprehensive as we had never visited before but a year before the wedding we flew out there to visit the venue and meet Laura and Sabrina and fell in love with Perugia! They took us to the castle where which we chose for our wedding reception and arranged for us to try dishes which we then had for our wedding breakfast.
Putting all of your trust into a company to plan your wedding can be a little daunting however I would not hesitate in recommending Choco Weddings to anyone! From day one Laura understood our vision on what we wanted for our wedding and gave us plenty of options and ideas. We could not have got married in Italy without Laura and Sabrina's help; they did everything for us from the beginning. The dealt with all of the suppliers and the venues, made the bookings for us, arranged guests accommodation and did the legal paperwork for us and attended with us before the wedding to sign the papers and act as a translator as our Italian is not very strong!
Laura and Sabrina are so friendly and personable, unlike larger planning companies. You get a personal and tailored service; all of my emails were answered quickly. They made sure that everything was taken care of so we didn't have to worry about a thing.
If you have Choco Weddings to help plan one of the biggest days of your life then I promise you will not be disappointed.
