Nicole & the entire team at Sawyer Family Farmstead are absolutely INCREDIBLE! I seriously can not recommend them highly enough. I planned my wedding from across the country (which I assumed would be really stressful) and Nicole made it a piece of cake. We had regularly scheduled calls throughout the entire process, and she was always able to answer my questions right away which put me at ease. We ended up loving every local vendor that she recommended we use, and she was always professional and efficient when working with them. Nicole took the time to meet with us for multiple site walks whenever we were in town visiting, and always listened to any feedback I had. The day of the wedding could not have gone more perfect and that was all thanks to Nicole's planning skills! All of the staff at Sawyer Family Farmstead are so accommodating and friendly & it was such a wonderful experience working with them!!

There are not enough stars for Chimney Pond Farm.

Our daughter recently got married here during a literal snowstorm — and the venue team was nothing short of extraordinary.

From the very beginning, Brooke led us with calm confidence. All week long, she helped us think through contingency plans… and then contingency plans for those contingency plans. She kept us informed, steady, and focused as the weather forecast kept shifting.

Marsha was proactive and steady. She kept me informed every step of the way, but never once made me feel responsible for managing the stress. I felt aware — and completely taken care of.

Donavon was the quiet workhorse of the weekend. Impeccable manners, steady presence, and constantly in motion making things happen behind the scenes.

Jarod, Hannah, and Jaden worked all day in the cold and snow — moving snow in the early morning hours, pivoting when vendors canceled, picking up food, resetting plans, and serving guests with genuine smiles.

When our caterer canceled the morning of the wedding, this team didn’t blink. They rolled up their sleeves and helped create a beautiful reception for the 95 guests who were able to make it safely through the storm.

Not once did they make us feel like we were in crisis. Instead, we felt supported, cared for, and genuinely celebrated.

It’s one thing to host a beautiful wedding when everything goes as planned. It’s another to deliver excellence when the unexpected happens — and they did exactly that.

If you are planning a wedding in Cashiers — especially a winter mountain wedding — you will be in exceptional hands.

Exceeded all expectations and we couldn't be happier!

We chose Chimney Pond for our wedding venue and couldn't have been happier! There are so many positive things to say about this venue outside of it's beautiful views. We initially spoke with Lauren and Raquel, but then worked primarily with Brooke and her team throughout the planning process, and she was incredible! We didn't want family to be stressed with setting up or breaking down for the event, so to have the venue do all of that was well worth the price. They provided a preferred vendor list who were all incredible and so friendly and professional. Their portal makes it so easy to organize the event, and being someone who tracks on spreadsheets, I loved being able to see all of the details in one location. It really helped make the planning process less stressful. Brooke was always available for messaging or a phone call and would give her thoughts and recommendations when we were unsure or wanted her help. It unfortunately started to rain the morning of our wedding and some throughout the day, which of course had me nervous and emotional. Brooke and her team were on it, from watching the radar to having umbrellas available, wiping down the chairs, and even pushing the ceremony time back so we could have it outside. It truly meant so much that they were doing everything possible for us to have the ceremony outdoors with the beautiful views. We didn't have a "dream wedding" in mind coming into wedding planning and felt like we were making a lot of decisions quickly (less than 1 year engagement), but after seeing it all come together, it came to be our dream wedding, and they made it all happen! Thank you for making our big day so special and so memorable! We can't thank you enough!

A Dream Wedding Venue

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Chimney Pond Farm in Glenville, NC! From the moment we first inquired, their communication was clear, professional, and incredibly responsive. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but their team made everything feel smooth, official, and stress-free.

We selected Chimney Pond as our wedding venue in 2023 and got married May of 2024.

The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking — nestled in the heart of the mountains with panoramic views that look like they belong in a magazine. It's the perfect blend of rustic charm and natural elegance, making it ideal for both intimate and larger celebrations.

What really stood out to us, beyond the stunning scenery, was the level of care and service we received. The team at Chimney Pond Farm truly goes above and beyond for couples. They were supportive every step of the way — offering helpful suggestions, coordinating logistics, and making sure every detail was in place. We never felt alone in the process; they genuinely cared about making our day perfect.

Let me first say that Raquel (venue coordinator) was one of the reasons we selected this venue. She was an amazing wedding coordinator and a blessing for working through barriers on our wedding day. She was able to adapt our dance floor into our wedding ceremony site due to continuous rain. I appreciated her supportive nature and willing to make my dreams come true.

They offer a variety of services and packages that made planning easier, and their experience shows in how seamlessly everything was executed. From vendor coordination to on-the-day support, they handled it all with grace and professionalism.

If you're looking for a magical, memorable, and stress-free wedding experience, we wholeheartedly recommend Chimney Pond Farm. It was the best decision we made, and we will cherish those memories forever!

Venue review

Brooke Robinson supported my entire time planning my wedding. She never made me feel discouraged when my own life took precedence over planning. I went through several major life events in the five months leading up to my wedding, and I was… pretty far off course from any “checklist” Pinterest decided to spit at me. I came to her several times in near tears from the anxiety of the upcoming day and each and every time she encouraged me with where I was and gave me feasible steps to take. Her compassion, humor and competency was a godsend. She balanced utmost professionalism with form of empathy that I would only wish everyone else planning a major event gets to experience. She never showed an ounce of stress to me, planning and on the day of, to the point that I was basically uninvolved on my wedding day up until I walked down the aisle. She coordinated the band (Emerald Empire shout out), catering (Sage and spice— nothing but raves), cake (Gateaux cake. First time I’ve seen all desserts gone at a function until mine!), and so much more. I may have been the bride, but she was the star of the show in my eyes.

She clearly was working with a team I didn’t get to spend time with personally, but suffice to say they all knew exactly what they were doing. I especially want to take time to thank Jared who helps run the farm but also was our bartender!! Our guests loved him and his team as well and he was exceedingly kind to work with.

Giving CPF a 5/5 doesn’t feel like enough justice, but it’s all I’m eligible to give.

(P.s. they were even kind to me the day after my wedding, when I had accidentally left my WEDDING DRESS of all things at the house we rented 🫠 type B doesn’t even begin to describe me)

November Wedding (Chantel & Eric)

Chimney Pond Farm is the most beautiful venue I have ever seen! I feel so lucky to have been able to have my wedding there! From beginning to end, Chimney Pond farm was exceptional. When I first reached out to them regarding a venue tour via zoom, I spoke with Lauren, who was so sweet and felt like family by the end of our call. Once I made the easy decision, that this venue was the one for my husband and I, I was connected with their wedding coordinator, Raquel. Raquel and her partner Brooke were a dream, they always answered no matter the time, were always checking in to see what I needed, and helped me through the whole process. Raquel always made me feel at ease in the months leading up to my wedding, she has the best ideas, and is always there when you need her! Once I arrived the week of my wedding, she let me drop off anything and everything the day before my rehearsal and even helped us unload our vehicles, which was so sweet! As a bride, of course I forgot something and didn't know what to do. I forgot to write the table cards, so guests would know which table they were sitting at for the reception, Raquel told me not to worry and did them for me and printed them the night before the wedding, which was a lifesaver because I didn't have a printer at my Airbnb. Raquel goes above and beyond and you can tell she truly cares about her brides! She helped me reapply my fashion tape before I entered the reception and bustled my dress. Without her my wedding would not have gone off without a hitch and I would not have been able to be so care-free. The actual venue itself is very well maintained and looks beautiful all year round. My wedding was in November, so it was still Fall and the pictures are breathtaking! They provided all of my wedding guests with golf cart escort, as well as my bridal party. The overlook barn was perfect and the reception barn was extremely clean and decorated beautifully! My wedding was an absolute dream because of this venue and their wonderful staff. I cannot wait to go back on anniversaries or bring my little ones, once I have some. Highly recommend this venue, pictures don't do its beauty justice and their staff is the cherry on top!

My dream wedding!

We just had our wedding there last weekend and WOW is all I can say. Chimeny Pond is not only the most beautiful venue but the team and level of hospitality is amazing!! Unforgettable Wedding

Chimney Pond Farm is an absolutely breathtaking venue and we had the most amazing wedding there. From the very beginning the staff was so incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. On our big day, Raquel and Brooke were outstanding! They took complete control over the event in the best ways possible; making sure that any issues were handled quickly, that we had everything we needed, and that everyone had the most amazing time. Every person wasn't just friendly, you could tell that they truly connected with us and wanted to make sure our wedding was everything that we had pictured. Chimney Pond Farm was professional and lovely from day one of planning! They were incredibly helpful with sorting out details that we never would have thought of without them. They made sure we were prepared for every step of the day which ensured that we were calm and able to fully enjoy every moment. The venue itself is so beautiful and provided the most breathtaking view for the most special moment of our lives. Every detail of the day was taken care of from getting ready in the bridal cottage to the send off. They coordinated all of our vendors day of and everything went so smoothly. Summer Destination Wedding

Our families traveled from Texas, Maryland, and Wisconsin for our daughter's wedding. This venue offers a beautiful scenery for the wedding ceremony. The AIRBNBs on property are updated, comfortable and provide an opportunity for guest/family to stay on property. Our wedding coordinator, Raquel, is one of the hardest working individuals. She will make sure your wedding is perfect and you don't stress throughout the process. I would highly recommend this venue!

Wedding on 5.18.24

Could not speak more highly of this venue and the people involved here. I was a bride that went through the transition of the sale of the business and transition of a coordinator and it could not have gone more seamless. Raquel is fantastic to work with and Brooke under her wing is learning all the great things. This venue was extreme flexible with what you want and really allows your vision to come to life. The Airbnb's on property for the long weekend provide a unique opportunity to spend quality time with guest before the wedding. I nicknamed it my compound wedding because once you drive into the venue there is really no reason to leave, they have everything and are still expanding. It could not have been a better place for our 100 people destination wedding. Also as a person who was worried about doing décor and centerpieces, Raquel and Brooke really bought it all to life with the items the venue already had plus the pieces we brought. It was a beautiful and hands off experience from that aspect. I felt full confidence to enjoy the weekend and not stress about checking in on the design constantly. They made sure the tiniest details were covered. Truly an amazing venue!

Most Beautiful Wedding

The venue alone is absolutely breathtaking and by itself is worth every penny. The staff makes it truly incredible. Raquel & Brooke did an amazing job making sure my day ran smoothly. They were easy to work with throughout the whole process, responsive, and fun. Raquel went above and beyond to run out and get us more wine when we embarrassingly ran out during cocktail hour. My Wedding Was Perfect!

Words cannot describe how absolutely perfect our wedding day was! More importantly, how Chimney Pond was the heart of it.
With a short engagement my fiance and I were anxious to find the perfect venue, from my first interaction with Lauren I knew those worries could be laid to rest. Our wedding package included décor, day of coordinator ( the lovely Raquel) and two of the air BnB’s on the property. With Raquel as our coordinator there wasn’t a step along the way I felt concern. Raquel is the most organized, thoughtful and attentive coordinator. As a bride that had too many ideas but not enough vision Raquel pulled them all together and created a picture perfect setting. The day of our wedding Raquel had everyone on schedule from preparing guests and wedding party members to venue teams and vendors, all while always checking in if we needed something.
Beyond the amazing team, the stunning beauty of the venue can't be appreciated until you see it for yourself! We have had nonstop compliments from our friends and family who attended! If you’re considering the perfect mountain escape, with the best hosts make Chimney Pond your wedding destination! You won’t regret it- We don’t!

Beautiful venue

Chimney Pond Farms is an absolutely beautiful venue to choose for your ceremony. On the hill, you can see mountains, a lake and Christmas trees. The venue is located on a Christmas tree farm which adds to the beauty of the area. The reception space is a great size no matter if it’s a small guest list or one of a larger size. Everyone we worked with at the venue has been absolutely amazing and helpful. Raquel has helped us every step of the way until we reached our wedding. She answered all of our questions and helped me find a babysitter in the area. Brooke helped us on the day of our wedding and was great help with everything. The venue made my dream come true and could not have asked for a better location to get married at. I would love to do it all over again. That is how amazing everything was. Also I was able to bring home a Christmas tree that we were able to cut. Now our Christmas tree is a reminder of our wedding and I get to think about it every time I look at it as we make our way towards Christmas. Thank you everyone for making my dream wedding come to life and making my day absolutely special!

Stunning venue and amazing coordinating team!

I can't say enough good things about this venue and the the coordinating team! The setting is absolutely stunning. Pictures truly don't do it justice. The farm is quiet and peaceful and contains so many beautiful spots from the breathtaking mountain and lake views, to the hidden paths through the trees, to the whimsical bridge with string lights that crosses the creek. They also provide excellent accommodations. The reception area is beautiful and well laid out. Plus they have a diverse array of decor options.

Raquel and her team were friendly, helpful, prompt, supportive, professional, flexible and quick to accommodate. They helped us pull off our large wedding in just 2 months and did a fantastic job in the process. I loved getting to work with them and appreciated all the effort they put into making our wedding flow smoothly. They were quick to offer help, give suggestions, and bring my vision to life. Definitely a dream team :)

Amazing Venue!

Chimney Pond Farms is a beautiful location! More than half of our guests commented that night on how serene the views were and how intimate it felt. With multiple houses for guests to reserve through Airbnb, the wedding weekend feels like you are living in a small town with your family and friends. We stayed with our wedding party in their Farmhouse, which created a fun weekend before our wedding. The wedding itself was excellently run by Raquel, who coordinated everything. We told Raquel what we wanted, and she smoothly moved us through the process, especially on the day of. She was friendly, professional, easy to communicate with, and extremely understanding as we made last minute changes. She also went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and make sure things went cleanly. Raquel and her assistant Brook made our wedding weekend work, and we are extremely grateful to them and Chimney Pond Farms. Our wedding was the best day of our lives.

Perfect wedding on the Western Carolina Plateau

From the moment we stepped on the property of Chimney Pond Farm and met our planner Raquel, we knew we were in professional, experienced and confident hands. The grounds are magnificent, the communication including myself …who is mother of the bride was spot on and inclusive. Couldn’t have asked for a better venue/planner

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with a venue. Working with Raquel (who’s services come with the venue) was fantastic and even our wedding party members remarked on how kind she was as well as how good she seems at her job as a planner. We booked the venue and then it changed ownership about halfway through our engagement. We were a little worried at first, but were quickly put at ease as the planning continued smoothly. Raquel was extremely responsive and was able to answer all of our questions. She helped us come up with ways to incorporate things into our wedding smoothly (s’mores by the fire and lemonade and games during the cocktail hour for example). Our entire wedding weekend was absolutely beautiful at the venue and the houses (which you can book) were well cleaned and ready to go for us. The rehearsal process was also smooth. While the venue may seem pricey, it comes with pretty much any decoration you could need and then some! This also includes many styles/colors of napkins, linens, silverware, plates, chargers, serving platters etc. you could honestly even get away without florals here with all the stuff they have (though florals are obviously nice to have). Anyway, I am so so glad we chose chimney pond farm. It really couldn’t have gone more smoothly and Raquel took so much off of our plates. We felt very taken care of.

Great Venue

Our family and guests could not rave enough about the mountain views and the venue coordinator Raquel and her team. We loved getting to spend the whole weekend at the venue’s on-site housing with our families and wedding party. Although it was more expensive than we were hoping to spend for 100 people (when only 60 showed) we wouldn’t have changed a thing and it was a beautiful day. Many guests said it was one of the most beautiful ceremonies they have ever been to. Thanks again!

Magical Mountain Wedding

If you want a beautiful mountain wedding venue, this is your place. Raquel (the director of events) is amazing and helped my dreams become reality here. I could not recommend them enough. My wedding felt like a dream and I could not be more thankful for this venue and her.

Most Beautiful Venue

Chimney Pond Farms was the most amazing venue for our June wedding. It is absolutely beautiful and we were told by our guests that it was hands down the prettiest venue they have been to. Absolutely beautiful & professional!

First off, this venue is literally breathtaking! The views are of course beautiful and there was such a variety of different spots around the venue with different vibes for us and our guests to hang out at and take pictures at. This was the first venue my husband and I saw online after we got engaged and we already had fallen in love with it but also figured we should still see other venues just in case! (Especially with having time with a 2 year engagement) We looked at this one again when it was getting closer to our desired wedding date and decided on it without even viewing the venue in person! We just knew it was the one!

Second off, Nicole, was awesome! The fact that she can pull off all of the coordination that she does is seriously so impressive! She was always so nice, easy to talk to, and always so helpful and patient.

Their vendor list is awesome and there are places to stay on the property which was super convenient for our family and the rest of our wedding party.

Our wedding was beautiful, memorable, and we always talk about how we could relive the day again! (and so do our guests) We don’t regret picking this venue and getting to plan with Nicole a single second. Thank you Nicole and Sawyer Family Farmstead for giving us the best day ever!

I can not express how wonderful this location is

This location was absolutely amazing and a gift to find. The views were stunning and I can’t wait to get our photos back to see it all again. We also stayed on the property which made it so nice to have the whole wedding party just relax there and not rush to get there for the ceremony. Nicole worked with us every step of the way. I never knew if any issues arose on the day. She was a gem! She provided us some options for vendors that we weren’t required to use. Every vendor we picked from her list were amazing. All our guests were raving about the food, photographers, cake, most of all the view and the location itself. Perfect Mountain Wedding at the Most Beautiful Venue

My June wedding at Sawyer Family Farm was absolutely every thing that I wanted! Nicole and her team took time to get to know what my wishes were and then took care of all the details so that I could relax and enjoy my wedding weekend.

The meadow overlooking Lake Glenville provided a magical backdrop for my wedding day. The reception site at the barn was decorated so beautifully and just the way that I wanted. Nicole listened to all of my wishes for my wedding and helped to make my dream wedding come true!

Mother of the bride

From the minute my daughter and I drove in to Sawyer Family Farmstead and met with Nicole, we knew that it would be the site for the wedding of her dreams. It is incredibly beautiful, and Nicole and her team are so experienced, knowledgeable, and kind. We used Nicole as our florist and she purchased hydrangeas and roses, then made it extra special with added greenery, pine, and dahlias cut from the surrounding area. The food and the wedding cake were just delicious, provided by vendors recommended by Nicole. And an added bonus was that both immediate families and children stayed in three fabulous guest houses on the property! It was all just perfect. ❤️🎄

Beautiful venue with the BEST team

We got married at Sawyer Family Farmstead in July of this year and it truly was the best day. We are from Florida, so I was stressed about planning a destination wedding, but from the very beginning, Nicole made the entire planning process incredibly smooth and easy. She answered my 10 million questions, put my all my concerns at ease, and helped my vision come together perfectly down to every last detail! 3 months later and our guests are still talking about how much they loved the venue and wedding!

Nicole is THE most organized person and best coordinator ever. We cannot say enough good things about her and the entire SFF team. If we could give them 10 stars, we would. Thank you for making our big day so special! Highly, highly recommend!

Amazing and unique venue with incredible team!

Sawyer Family Farmstead was the most amazing place to get married! All of our guests raved about how beautiful the venue was inside and out. Nicole Wade and her team were incredible. It was raining all day but I still wanted to have the ceremony on top of the hill. Nicole's team set up the ceremony underneath the porch overhang and it was absolutely beautiful! All our guests said they felt like they were at a spa. From setting up an gorgeous reception to flawlessly navigating the rain with all of our guests, we were blown away by Sawyer Family Farmstead, Nicole Wade and her team. Nicole took my vision board and made it come to life! If you are considering this location, I strongly encourage you to book it right away.

Excellent Venue and Staff

We absolutely loved getting married here. Our original venue fell through due to covid and Nicole was nothing short of amazing. She helped us plan our entire wedding and secure all of our amazing vendors in just two short months.

On the day of the wedding she was there every step of the way making sure that everything ran smoothly despite the rainy weather.

The venue was beautiful and all the spaces were stunning from the getting ready cottages, ceremony site, and the reception room. There are no words to describe how perfect this venue was!!

We cannot thank Nicole and the entire SFF staff enough for everything and making our dream wedding come true.

The most beautiful and scenic venue

Sawyer Family Farmstead was an amazing venue for our wedding. It was so naturally beautiful that we didn’t need much decorations. Nicole and the staff were amazing and so helpful. Magical Experience

We had our wedding at Sawyer Family Farmstead in June 2021 and it was an absolutely magical weekend. If you’re looking for a destination mountain wedding in a quaint town, this is your place. Our guests still talk about what a beautiful, fun time our wedding was. Nicole was such an awesome coordinator. I can’t relate to the stress other brides talk about because of how wonderful she was! Everything went absolutely seamlessly. We were even ahead of schedule! Can’t recommend Sawyer Family Farmstead enough. Forever reliving our wedding day!

Amazing & Beautiful Venue with awesome staff!

Nicole was so amazing to work with! The first time I met her I loved how on top of things she was. This assured me that I wouldn't have any issues come wedding day. I am so type A and was nervous that everything would go wrong...I was so wrong the day came and things FLEW by! Nicole made sure everything was perfect and in order throughout the whole planning process and weekend of! The venue is also AMAZING we had so many guest tell us they had never seen a more beautiful place!

A Dream Wedding Venue

We are overwhelmed - our wedding was absolutely beautiful and that wouldn’t have been possible without Nicole and Sawyer Family Farmstead. It is arguably the most beautiful location for a wedding in WNC, but no other venue comes with Nicole. Our day went so smoothly because she was there keeping everything on track, making sure everyone was where they were supposed to be, and seamlessly moving to plan B when the weather took a turn. Not only did the venue come with Nicole, but it also came with an awesome farmhouse that fit our entire wedding party and a honeymoon cabin for my husband and I to escape to after the wedding. Most of our family is from out of state and had never been anywhere like Glenville, NC. It’s been a week and everyone is still raving about it. You will not find a more beautiful and unique setting for your wedding and you won’t find anyone better than Nicole to plan it. Plus, this venue is also a Christmas tree farm, so we will be able to return every year for a Christmas tree!

Best wedding vendor in western North Carolina

Nicole and team at Sawyer Family Farmstead were absolutely amazing! They helped make all of our wedding dreams come true. Unique and amazing place to get married!

We looked at a number of venues in the Smoky Mountains area, but as soon as we saw Sawyer Family Farmstead, we knew it was the perfect place for us. The ceremony site is stunning, and the reception area has such a unique and fun vibe that we were sold on the place instantly. We originally planned to get married in Sept of 2020, but postponed to Aug 2021. Through all of the stress of rescheduling during COVID, Nicole and the SFF team were available and supportive throughout the process. On the day of the wedding, so many of our guests commented on how well organized and seamless everything went. We could not have been happier with our choice of venue and would highly recommend Sawyer to anyone looking for a truly special to get married!

Best Day Ever!

If you want stunning views with rustic charm, this is the perfect place to get married! We accidentally found Sawyer Family Farmstead on after visiting other venues in the area. It was late in the afternoon and we were headed out of town but decided to give them a call and see if we could stop by and tour the venue. From the moment we called Sawyer Family Farmstead and talked to Nicole, everything was perfect! Nicole Wade is the absolute best and the most easy to work with wedding planner out there. She provided us with recommendations for our caterer, photographer/videographer, DJ, transportation, and hotel accommodations. All of her recommendations were wonderful and we were extremely pleased with our entire wedding team. The venue is stunning but Nicole made our wedding experience so enjoyable. We brought our vision to Nicole and she made it come to life. The reception site is so quaint and charming. When it is decorated with candles and florals, it becomes a magical place. I would highly recommend a visit to Sawyer Family Farmstead if you want a dream wedding!

Beyond Amazing!

My (now) husband and I were one of the many couples that had to postpone their wedding due to covid, therefore I worked with Sawyer’s, and specifically Nicole, for over 2 years. Nicole and staff could not have been more helpful and kind during those couple years and we are beyond thankful. On the day of the wedding, there was no rain in the forecast, but somehow it rained for the 20 minutes during the ceremony. That being said, it was BEYOND perfect and Nicole and staff couldn’t have been more on top of things. They had cute umbrellas for everyone, helped us dry off the bridal parties outfits, all while keeping all the other guests super happy. Honestly, the rain just made the pictures, videos and memories that much more memorable and beautiful anyways.

Not only was the staff amazing, but the venue and all my other vendors made the most stunning and fun wedding. Lake Glenville makes for a beautiful backdrop and the Christmas tree farm is the perfect setting for an outdoor wedding. Even the reception hall was spectacular and I was blown away with the set-up of the tables and dance floor. That day is one we will never forget all thanks to Nicole and the Sawyer’s family!

Nicole Sawyer is a wedding planning GURU!

Nicole was born to be a wedding planner! I can't say enough about how wonderful everyone is at Sawyer Family Farmstead. They think of every little detail, Nicole helped me maneuver a few obstacles throughout the planning process. She doesn't give you any fluff and is straightforward with all expectations. The scenery is an absolute dream, so many of my guests and vendors said it was the most beautiful venue they've been to!. If you want a wedding in a beautiful area, you dont want to have to plan much, and be able to trust that everyone has things under control without having to ask you a million questions, Sawyer is going to be your spot! The vendors they reccomended knocked it out of the park as well. Nicole makes sure that the whole process is as enjoyable as possible and takes so much stress off of the bride.

Views for days!

As soon as my fiancé proposed, I knew I wanted to get married at Sawyer. I met with Nicole on Easter weekend 2019 in the pouring rain, covered in mud, and still knew this venue was for us. Nicole with there to help us every step of the way. Even with the uncertainty that COVID-19 brought, Nicole was calm, cool, and collected the entire way. I did end up changing my date to a later date and Nicole made a change seen effortless. She had a list of vendors that had been at the venue before and I honestly do not regret choosing any of her suggestions. Especially a in light of a pandemic, Sawyer was a perfect indoor/outdoor wetting venue to make a small or large crowd feel like you had a backyard wedding without the hassle. Her team made everything perfect, and I cannot imagine my day anywhere else. The level of expertise and skill this venue has is unparalleled!! You will not regret your day here!

Sawyer family farmstead and nicole

The team at Sawyer, led by Nicole were absolutely wonderful to work with in planning our wedding! We were planning from out of state and even before visiting to see how stunning the venue is, I was SOLD on holding our wedding at Sawyer, for one main reason- NOCLE! She was so attentive, easy to work with and came through in so many ways! Planning during covid certainly made things difficult. But because of Nicole we were able to reschedule everything smoothly! She had fantastic vendors to recommend- even at the last minute! Nicole even did our flowers, picking some from the venue! Her team was on point for the day of the wedding and took such great care of our wedding party and our guests! The Sawyer team was sensitive and helpful to our guests with special needs and were able to make suggestions to keep everyone healthy and safe during the pandemic! And with all of that-it looked intentional and elegant at the same time! I couldn't recommend Sawyer enough to make your wedding day dreams come true!

Breathtaking views and location, and an even better planning team

When I look back on my wedding day, the one thing I remember the most is walking down the aisle to my soon to be husband in one of the most gorgeous settings I've ever been. Right in the middle of a Christmas tree farm, surrounded by rolling mountains, and with a sweeping view of misty Lake Glenville in the distance, the setting is something straight out of a fairy tale and gives me chills to even think about now.

However, more important than the beauty of the venue, is the wonderful family who runs it and who are the people that will bring your wedding day vision to life. The folks at SFF, specifically Nicole Wade, are just such good people that will go above and beyond to do the right thing, and ultimately they have the same goal as you - they want your day to be a success. Planning a wedding is stressful but the folks are SFF make it so easy. They are true professions who know how to throw the wedding of your dreams and make it look seamless doing it. My wedding planning process was in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, making it certainly not an easy (or remotely stress-free) task. However, SFF exhibited so much flexibility and willingness to adapt to the hurdles that the pandemic threw at us. I can truly say that I don't know if my wedding would have happened in 2020 if I hadn't chosen a venue that was so willing to quickly adapt and to take the necessary steps to ensure that all my guests felt safe and comfortable.

Choosing Sawyer Family Farmstead was hands down the BEST decision I made throughout the wedding planning process and this special place and people made the wedding of our dreams come true.

the ABSOLUTE best!!!

BEST venue and team you could ask for! Don't be scared off by the initial price, as it seems costly, but is entirely worth it when it comes to your day. We almost didn't even look at the farm because of the pricing, but didn't realize how much was included, comparatively to other venues that charge you for every little thing. Nicole was the absolute best coordinator, especially during COVID season. We had an August wedding and was one the first weddings the farm had, so we hurdled a lot of obstacles, but could not have done it without Nicole. She is very supportive and allows you to do your own thing, but provides feedback from her experiences. On the day of, none of us had to worry about anything at all, as the setup and takedown were also taken care of. The farm is an absolute dream and pictures don't do it any justice! All of our friends and family continuously said that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to, and we felt like we didn't have to do that much due to the natural beauty of the space. It was so fun creating an itinerary for the weekend for all of our guests to enjoy the mountains and take a little vaca away from their homes during this trying time. Could not have asked for a better venue, coordinator, or day. Everything was absolutely perfect!! We plan on going back and picking out our christmas tree in the winter as a tradition, and to say hello to the crew.

Couldn't be a better experience!!

COVID bride here! Our wedding plans were complicated to say the least, but Nicole was our champion through the whole process. She was creative in helping us think through the entire weekend, and so understanding. She really put us at ease. She's a very talented planner! The site is absolutely breathtaking. My wedding at Sawyer was beyond amazing. The venue is absolutely beautiful, nothing tops the mountain views this place has to offer. The wedding planner that works directly for Sawyer, Nicole, made this day run as smooth as possible. Her attention to detail was unbelievable. She made sure we were prepared for our big day and was always making sure we were having a great time, all around an amazing person! Our wedding day was perfect beyond believe. We stayed on property with our family for the weekend at the Farmhouse (which is stunning) and this made our wedding weekend even better! Our guests were amazed with how beautiful our venue was and how well everything was planned/ organized. I got so many “this is the nicest wedding I’ve ever been to” comments. Pure Magic

Nicole, Marina, and the whole SFF team were incredible and took care of absolutely everything. The packages offered are very inclusive which eliminates a ton of stress when it comes to the details, leading up to and on the big day and they were there every step of the way to make sure everything went smoothly. The venue itself is incredible almost as is, so I didn’t do a ton of flowers or other decoration and it was perfect. I can not recommend SFF enough if you’re looking for an adorable spot nestled in the blue ridge mountains.

My Wedding at Sawyer Family Farmstead

Sawyer Family Farmstead was AMAZING!!!! not only is the venue absolutely stunning but Nicole was absolutely fabulous and Marina was as well! I am not much of a planner and my wedding weekend could not have been more perfect as everything went BETTER than planned because of Nicole. As soon as we arrived everything was laid out for us and they adapted to my change in opinions regarding the on-site décor. They accommodated all of our guests and even gave my husband and I a ride to the honeymoon cottage at the end of the night. Staying at the farmhouse with our bridal party the days leading up was something I'll always cherish. Nicole was always quick to respond and exceeded my expectations. Fairytale Wedding

The Sawyer Family Farmstead exceeded all of my expectations! Nicole was so accommodating and made the entire process beyond smooth. It rained all day and they went out of their way to make sure we could have the wedding outside! White glove, first class service all the way through.
From helping me select vendors to helping plan every detail. Nicole was so organized and having her coordinating was worth every penny. If you want a fairytale, stress free wedding.... Sawyer Family Farmstead is the venue!!

My Dream Mountain Wedding Venue

If you are looking for a venue that offers beautiful mountain views, an amazing rustic feel, and memories that will last you a lifetime look no further. Seriously! Sawyer Family Farmstead is a wedding dream come true.
I fell in love with Sawyer Family Farmstead the moment I saw them on Wedding Wire. When we went to visit in person I knew this was the wedding venue I dreamed of. Sawyer Family Farmstead is even more beautiful in person!
Sawyer offers so much more than most venues. You not only have your ceremony at this picturesque location, the reception space is just steps away (through the Christmas trees) as well. We booked the farm house on site so our entire wedding party could stay with us for the weekend! We held our rehearsal dinner at the farmhouse with all our friends and family the night before the wedding.
I think what completely sold us on booking with Sawyer was Nicole, the moment we met with her we both knew she would do everything possible to make our wedding day perfect. Let me tell you, she exceeded our expectations! Sawyer Family Farmstead is definitely a well oiled machine, every employee there knows exactly how to run a wedding from start to finish. Nicole was with us from first thing in the morning until the every end of the night. She was a absolute dream to work with.
Every single one of my guests couldn't stop raving about how beautiful this venue was. Many said it was the best wedding they have ever been too! I will never forget my wedding at Sawyer Family Farmstead and was truly the wedding of my dreams. I can't recommend this venue enough!

The BEST day ever

Nicole and her team made the whole planning process and wedding day an absolute breeze. Nicole was on top of everything and helped me with each step of the planning process. The day of the wedding was incredible and couldn’t have gone any better. Nicole and the team made us feel completely relaxed and took care of everything. Also, the places on the property that are available for rent are incredible. It made it so easy for my wedding party and family, as well as the honeymoon cottage which was perfect for the night of our wedding. Could not recommend more!

The Best Venue in North Carloina

I can't express how much our daughters wedding at Sawyer Family Farmstead meant to us. Nicole is wonderful from the minute you say hello. the venue has it all. We did her Brides maid Luncheon, rehearsal dinner and the whole wedding on property. The farmhouse was so much fun having the family there for everything. We just walked to all events.
They do it all. Very professional and yet personal. The price is the best!!!!! Well worth your money.
Our daughters pictures are going to be beautiful. I never had to worry about anything.

Beautiful Venue for a Perfect Day!

Sawyer FF was the most beautiful venue for our perfect day! The ceremony gave a perfect view of the surrounding mountains, towering trees, and the spectacular lake Glenville. The rustic ceremony site was exactly what we were looking for as we shared the special day with all of our closest family and friends. Absolutely Amazing!

Everything about our day was absolutely amazing! Nicole is so helpful and had everything ready to go for from the moment we showed up in the morning to the moment we left in our getaway car. She has done this for years and it sure shows - we were able to sit back and enjoy our special day. We have been told by so many people that this is the most amazing wedding they've ever been to - how beautiful it was and how amazing the ceremony and reception was. Beautiful!

First of all, as someone who works in the wedding industry, I have to say that for the price/investment, Sawyer Family Farm is an incredible value. Also, the staff there (particularly Marina) are all so lovely to work with. Marina went above and beyond to make our day perfect and she has a heart of gold. Beyond that...the place is completely gorgeous, picture perfect!! We did the elopement package and had a cocktail hour with light food. The food was fantastic!! This is truly a special place. You will not regret having your wedding or event at Sawyer Family Farmstead.

An absolute blast!

Our wedding at the Sawyer Family Farmstead was spectacular! The venue itself is beautiful and there are so many different options for wedding packages. All of our guests could not stop talking about how gorgeous the place was and how much fun they had there. As a bride though, the thing that sets this place apart from other places are the people that work here. There are not even words for how amazing Nicole and her team are. Not only are they incredibly professional and super organized, they are so personable and friendly that they make you seem like you're friends from town. They were able to set everything up in the most perfect way and I didn't have to worry about anything. It was pouring the morning of our wedding and they came up with an even better rain plan than the original. The team worked together to bring everyone up to the ceremony site in the rain and the guests had a BLAST! My maid of honor is now looking for a wedding venue in another state and we're realizing just how special and unique of a place Sawyer truly is.

Get married here!

Our wedding day was not the typical. 16 inches of snow tends to complicate things. However, Nicole and all of Sawyer Family Farmstead did an outstanding job making our day a dream come true. Nicole was amazing from the very beginning. She made wedding planning a breeze. I never had to worry about anything. All of SFF welcomed me with open arms the minute I arrived. Nicole and her family took my bridesmaids, photographer, and I night sledding the night before the wedding and Myra rocked my niece during the reception. I had the coolest most unique ride to the ceremony, thanks Tom. These little moments are what makes this place truly special. You will not be just another wedding to them, they genuinely care. Nicole went to great lengths to make our day go on as planned. Everything was perfect. You would have thought we had been planning for 16 inches of snow the whole time. The best advice I can give any brides is, get married here!!! It is the most beautiful venue I've ever seen. There are multiple ceremony sites and all of them are perfect. And there aren't enough words to describe the reception hall. I promise you won't find better people than the people who make up Sawyer Family Farmstead. They will take care of everything so that you can relax and enjoy every moment of your special day. I can't wait to go back every year to get our Christmas tree.

The place to have your wedding

I can't say enough good things about SFF as a venue itself, and their staff. This was the first wedding venue i looked at, and i probably looked at 8 others and none even compared. The venue is so beautiful overlooking lake granville, and all the Christmas trees around. From the start, Nicole, the wedding coordinator was absolutely amazing. She constantly made sure everything was in place and all the little details that i never would've thought about were in place. They were outstanding with communication and provide many recommended vendors that make it easy to find trustworthy and known vendors to provide services at your wedding. Overall I couldn't be happier that I chose to have my wedding at this beautiful place.

Overall, a dream come true

Everyone at Sawyer Family Farmstead were truthfully so amazing. We planned our wedding from FL and all of our guests repeatedly said "I have no idea how you guys did it." Nicole (Sawyers wedding coordinator / badass superwoman) was AWESOME. Thanks to her, my HUSBAND and I were able to check off all the little details that we would have never remembered to do. Nicole's personal contact list of vendors to choose from were so helpful! If she didn't have her trusty list, it would have added WAY more work for us; we are super grateful. Our guests were non stop raving about the amazing food and gorgeous flowers (shout out to Food Experience and The Blossom Jar!). The farm itself is stunning but honestly if it weren't for Nicole, Sherry and Terry, our wedding wouldn't have been as perfect as it was. THANK YOU LADIES!!!

I could not have dreamed up a better location for our wedding. It was straight out of my WILDEST dreams. It was the most beautiful and magical day of our lives. EVERYONE talked about how beautiful sawyer was. The ceremony site view is absolutely breathtaking. We stayed at the farm house for the weekend as well and it was the cutest, coziest farm house in all the land. The best thing about sawyer, however, is the event coordinator- Nicole. My day was perfect because Nicole is, hands down, the greatest coordinator on the planet. She is sweet and kind, helpful and innovative, ready for any and every situation and keeps tabs on EVERYTHING. More importantly, she is there for you. and to take care of you. The DJ, Justin from Sound Extreme, which was also provided in our package, was FANTASTIC!! He kept everyone dancing all night. So many people said this was the best wedding they had ever been to! It was the most perfect day and the absolute best moment of our lives and we owe that to Sawyer Family Farmstead, Nicole and our fantastic wedding team- Ruby Peoples Photography and Jon Warlick Media. I don’t think it’s possible for me to say enough good things about this place! With lots of venues to chose from out there-nothing, and I mean nothing will compare to this beautiful place!! I scrolled online for weeks, when I saw SFF I asked my fiancé if we could go visit-we live 3 1/2 hours away. When arriving we meet Nicole(wedding coordinator),Tom and Myra Sawyer(owners) with open arms.They were so welcoming and have treated us like family ever since. After they showed us around their beathtaking property, I looked at my fiancé with tears in my eyes-he knew I had fell in love and so did he! After we booked a date the planning began.Nicole worked with me throughout the whole process and I am beyond blessed we had her! She was there for us through everything. She also recommended some awesome vendors! Our wedding day turned out just perfect even with Hurricane Florence trying to show up.The rain kept away until after we said “I Do”. They gave our guests cute clear umbrellas and drove them down to the cocktail hour. When we sat down for dinner Keith turned to me and said, “just look at this place-the twinkling lights,candles,greenery and flowers everywhere,our family and friends all together-It’s absolutely beautiful and it’s all because of you!” I smiled at him,agreed and said “it’s all because of Nicole.”Her and all the SSF staff made all our visions come true and more than we could ever imagine! I cannot begin to say enough good things about Sawyer Family Farmstead and their wonderful staff. I first met with Nicole almost two years before our wedding when we began searching for a venue. We only knew we wanted an outdoor venue with beautiful mountains views. We looked at just about every venue that met those requirements and SFF far surpassed them all. Fast forward to the year of the wedding and I began working with Emily, who would be our day of coordinator. Emily did such an amazing job in the months leading up to the wedding and on the actual day. I honestly don't know how people get married without a coordinator. Every little thing that I thought of and so many things that I didn't think of, she was on top of it and far more prepared that I was. I'm so thankful for her and Nicole, who made our entire wedding experience so stress free and wonderful. So many people who came to our wedding said this was one of the most beautiful wedding locations they had ever been to. The view at the ceremony site is just incredible and the reception space makes you feel like you're in a little fairy forest with all the trees and twinkle lights. I just love this place! I had my wedding at Sawyer Family Farmstead on May 26, 2018. From the moment my husband and I went to look at SFF seven months before our wedding we fell in love. The views are absolutely breathtaking. Our guests thought it was the most gorgeous wedding they had ever been to! The ceremony site sits on top of a hill and looks out over Lake Glenville and the mountains. It even rained during my ceremony and we weren't bothered by it at all. Nicole and Emily helped calm my fears about the weather and everything turned out ok. They were absolutely wonderful to work with. They had cute clear umbrellas at the chairs for my guests and they ran more out to them when it did start raining. By the time my ceremony ended, so did the rain. So have no fear, usually when it rains it passes quickly.

My husband and our wedding party stayed in the farmhouse on the property and also rented one other house across from SFF for three nights. I'd highly recommend doing that, as it was so convenient to be on the property to walk around and figure out spots you want to take pictures at, and oversee the set up for your wedding. Nicole and Emily were so organized and they listened to exactly how I wanted everything to look and how it should flow and then executed those ideas flawlessly. They truly made my dream day not only possible, but they made it come true.

If you are looking for a stunning setting for your wedding look no further. SFF is the perfect choice. From the scenery, to the decorations, to the vendors, to the on-site house, to the wedding planners, SFF has it all! Also, Nicole did my wedding flowers and they were absolutely beautiful!!! It was one of my favorite things of the day (and flowers were my least concern out of everything). I can't recommend SFF enough! Thank you for making my dreams come true! I can't wait to come back to visit!

Nicole will literally make all your dreams come true! We got married at Sawyer Family Farmstead almost 2 years ago (clearly this post is a little late), but it is still one of the best days of our lives! I was a pretty indecisive bride, but Nicole turned the barn into something out of a fairy tale and I couldn’t have asked for anything more perfect! She’s so fun to work with and the area is also so great for people to visit for the whole weekend. Lots of hiking and fun things to do around. I can't event begin to describe how incredible it was to work with Sawyer Family Farmstead. We saw the venue two years before our wedding date and immediately cancelled all of our other tours. The venue speaks for itself, but the team there is what truly makes the farmstead the perfect place to get married. We got the package that included the unlimited planning and it was 100% worth the money. We worked with Nicole throughout the two years and I can't say enough good things about her. She was so knowledgeable, caring, and professional all the way up until the wedding. On the day of our wedding her and Emily were so organized and had every detail planned out. We didn't even need to think about anything because she had it all planned out including when to eat. Our day was spectacular and we had a blast. We received so many compliments on how gorgeous the venue was and how wonderful the staff were. To anyone considering booking at the SFF, my husband and I highly recommend them.

I have always wanted a Fall mountain wedding, so when Trey and I started looking for venues around Asheville we were extremely excited. We visited multiple venues and nothing felt "right". Our last stop of our trip was to Sawyer Family Farmstead. On the drive up for our meeting with Myra we both looked at each other and said "No Way". There was no airport nearby; no hotels nearby; no easy road to drive up and we considered calling and cancelling our meeting. Not cancelling that meeting was the best decision we have ever made! Once we arrived at the farmstead we were blown away. It was as if we had been transported in to a fairy tale storybook. Everything had been thought of. It was magical and we were SMITTEN! We took one look at the ceremony site and immediately said "if we have no one come to our wedding that is fine, but this is the place!" On the day of the wedding everything was even more magical that we remembered. Nicole and Myra made us feel like a part of their family and went WELL above the standard protocol for a wedding vendor. Now, a few weeks out looking back I am still in awe of how spectacular our wedding really was. We are still receiving phone calls daily to tell us how magical and perfect the venue was. It is hard to put in to words just how blessed we feel to have stumbled upon such a gem. I believe it was absolute FATE that brought Trey and I to the Sawyer Family Farmstead. I have said this before and I truly mean it -- we could not have spent one million dollars on a wedding and received anything better than what we did on October 6th. I want to thank Nicole, Emily, Tom and Myra for taking all of my stress away and truly giving us the wedding of our dreams!

Nicole and her assistants coordinated everything, making our special bid day very enjoyable and relaxing. From the beginning, Nicole was responsive and excellent to work with. Great vendors list! Our day went so perfectly. Nicole coordinated with all the vendors and made sure our photographer and videographer weren't stepping on each others toes. The DJ they can include in the package, sound extreme, is also very professional and gave us all the specific things we asked for and even had some modern remixes of old classics that we love that really got the dance floor moving. Ive not seen a more gorgeous outdoor venue anywhere and the setting of the pergola overlooking the lake is unbeatable by my estimation. I know its something everyone says, but the amount of guests that said, "no, really, that was the best wedding ive ever been to," was staggering. This venue is not to miss! Thanks, Sawyer Family!

This venue is highly rated for a reason. Not only is the natural setting breath-taking, you can tell the owners and staff put in 1000% effort to make your special day as perfect as humanely possible. They went above and beyond to exceed my expectations and my day was flawless. This family is down to earth and great to work with!

I cannot say enough good things about this amazing venue and Nicole at SFF who made the day flow effortlessly. The venue is spectacular, from the outdoor ceremony area to the not so rustic barn where the reception is held. It truly makes your wedding something out of a fairy tale. All you have to do is look at photos from weddings that have taken place here to see how unique and truly spectacularly beautiful it is. As the mother of the bride who lives in California, Nicole could not have made the planning easier or the day of go off so effortlessly. I could just sit back and enjoy the day when my baby girl got married. My entire family (including the bride and groom) could not have been happier. Just look at the photos (jackie and drew) it was amazing.

Sawyer Family Farmstead was an amazing wedding venue that made our event truly magical. Having the day of coordination was a life saver, they look care of everything and allowed me to just relax and enjoy the day. I cannot recommend this venue and staff enough to anyone inquiring. They were so incredibly helpful through the planning process as well, helping us get in touch with vendors, and know what to expect, especially since we were coming from far out of town. Sawyer is an absolutely wonderful wedding venue that I would recommend to anyone who wants breathtaking scenery and a helpful, friendly staff.

I got married and had my reception at Sawyer Family Farmstead and it was incredible. This is a place that we will continue to visit and forever be grateful for. Nicole is amazing to work with. She made sure that everything was going as planned and her attention to detail is incredible. She really killed it with everything for our ceremony and wedding as well as the planning leading up to the big day! It was stress free as she was able to handle all of the day of details and so much of the planning in the months prior to our big day. The venue itself is gorgeous overlooking the lake with the beautiful pergola and reception barn. All of the details throughout the farm are beautiful. We are so grateful to have found Sawyer Family Farmstead and highly, highly recommend them!

If you are thinking about Sawyer Family Farmstead for your wedding or event please just go for it! Nicole, Myra, and Tom are the best hosts for your special day and will go above and beyond to ensure that it is spectacular. My husband and I are from Charleston, SC and Nicole and her support staff were professional, prompt, and so helpful in planning a wedding from another state. The farm itself is breathtaking and has everything you need to choose from to help make your wedding uniquely represent you and your significant other. You do not have to worry about rental companies and surprise fees or a tent if it rains. They have you covered! On top of this, Nicole was the best day of coordinator I could have imagined! So if you are trying to decide on a venue, save your energy and just book Sawyer Family Farmstead, you will be so happy you did.

Whether being proposed to in the pouring down rain after cutting down a Christmas tree to getting married basked in the warm sunshine on the pergola overlooking the sparkling blue Lake Glenville and the mountains, SFF was a dream come true! We could not have picked a more beautiful space to share these special moments at or more wonderful people to work with. Nicole, Myra, Tom and Emily - you are every bride's dream team! Every detail was executed to perfection, and you were so accommodating to our requests and readily available throughout the whole planning process to help answer questions and weigh-in on decisions. Many of our guests said it was the most magical wedding they've ever been to and could not say enough wonderful things about the venue. Chris and I wish we could come back and do it all over again as a guest! It truly was the best day of our lives. SFF is a special place run by special people. We plan to come back to each year to celebrate our anniversary with a SFF Christmas tree.

Words cannot express how wonderful Sawyer Family Farmstead is as a wedding venue! Owned by Tom and Myra Sawyer, a couple so full of love and kindness, our daughter's wedding was planned/choreographed by their daughter, Nicole, with help from Emily. I mention all four because each one of them made sure every detail was perfect in an atmosphere of love, joy, and ease. Nicole is a force not to be believed! Her attention to every single aspect of the wedding day is unparalleled, never appearing to be anything but calm, happy to accommodate, and genuinely joyful about her work. The actual physical venue is so beautiful, again with such attention to the smallest details. We were blessed with incredible weather, so the marriage ceremony on the mountaintop was extraordinary! The rehearsal dinner also took place there and was equally well done by their staff! We are so grateful to everyone there and highly, highly recommend them!!

My daughter's wedding was one of the most wonderful weekends of my life. This was made possible buy a unique combination of many elements. These include the venue and most importantly the staff at the Sawyer Family Farmstead. I must admit that being an overprotective Father of the Bride I was very cautious and concerned as we began the search for a venue. Of course being the of Father of the Bride we know what choice I had in the decision. I can honestly say it was a blessing that the Sawyer Family Farmstead was the host for the wedding.

Their process was very easy and comprehensive. We could plan ahead by selecting which package we preferred and they also had connection too many wonderful vendors and support services. From the photographer, DJ and to the food for the reception and the transportation needs the Sawyer Family Farmstead was at our side helping in all of the planning.

Every detail was properly managed and the day of the wedding went off with out a single hitch. Throughout the night the staff was very attentive as they were through the entire process.

A special thank you to Nicole and all of your staff for helping to create a spectacular event. I could not imagine a more spectacular wedding. You were so helpful in every way and so very responsive. I cannot thank you enough for helping to make this such a very special day. A Memory that will last forever. And the guests have all commented that this was one of the most beautiful and spectacular weddings they have ever attended.

Our day was literally perfect thanks to Nicole and the Sawyer Team. Everything was customized to exactly how we wanted and to fit our budget, and I could not have asked for a single thing to be better. If you're considering Sawyer Family Farmstead for your wedding, you already know that the ceremony space and reception area are beautiful. I don't have to sell you on the fact that SFF has breathtaking views and a distinct charm that sets it apart from other wedding venues. You've probably already checked out SFF's Facebook and seen for yourself photos of the awesome weddings they host (if you haven't, do that right away).

In short, you already know that the venue is amazing. However, the real reason you should consider having your wedding at SFF is the outstanding service they provide. We hired Nicole as our day-of coordinator, and she was an absolute superstar.

Nicole and her staff are prompt, professional, and will do their best to put out the various proverbial fires that WILL happen on your big day. She acknowledges that it is her goal to make the wedding day as stress-free as possible for the happy couple, and she delivers in a big way. She helped us with design elements that made our wedding more beautiful than I could have possibly imagined. She coordinated with our vendors and made sure the wedding ran as smoothly as possible. She even made certain that I got to have a brief, quiet bite with my beautiful wife before we made our entrance in the reception area.

I would highly recommend that you have your wedding at Sawyer Family Farmstead. Our day was perfect, not just because the space is awe-inspiring, but also because Nicole and her crew went the extra mile to ensure that everything was beyond our expectations.

If you are getting married, this is the place to do it. Not only is the venue absolutely stunning, the owners and staff are wonderful. My fiance (at the time) and I lived over an hour away so most of the communication was by phone or email. I was nervous being so far from the venue, but they responded quickly to every question, concern, or idea I had. Our wedding day was PERFECT. Nicole Wade was our day of wedding coordinator and she made our vision come to life and then some. Sawyer Family Farmstead was the perfect choice for our daughter's wedding! Nicole and staff provided excellent support before,during and after the wedding. All our guests commented on the beautiful setting for the ceremony and reception. We booked one year in advance and couldn't be more pleased with how Nicole guided us throughout the planning process.
