Erica was absolutley amazing to work with. Her team went above and beyond on our wedding day. There were a few things that didn't go as expected weather wise, but they were on it to make sure the day ran smoothly. Thanks to them, we had an amazing day! I was looking for a day-of-coordinator, however Erica offers month of coordinating which helped us a ton. Trust me, she's one of a kind. We 10000% recommend! -

Erica is phenomenal at what she does. I hired her as a wedding coordinator as a gift to my son and his future wife. They gave her their ideas of their vision for their wedding, and she knew just what to do. Erica has handled all of their needs to date and has calmed my all my stress and anxiety about their wedding. In addition to her amazing style, she has so much creativity and wonderful ideas. Erica has an amazing network of vendor recommendations. Her communication skills are off the chart! Thank you in advance for a stress free beautiful day I will cherish forever.

Me and my Husband were feeling overwhelmed having so many details to hash out and on top of that having so many family members flying in from out of state, but
Erica came in the picture and really helped us get through everything. She really took the time to go over so many things we didn't think about and made our special day so much easier for us. l really appreciate having her take care our day of tasks so we could just enjoy our reception. I can't stress this enough that if there's one thing you should have for your wedding, it should be Erica for the day of coordinator. Trust me, she was an absolute life saver. Erica is the best!!
We originally felt like we could do the wedding without a coordinator, but with 3 months to go before the wedding we definitely started to panic because we weren't sure if we could do it by ourselves. We decided to meet with Erica, and after speaking with her we immediately felt the weight lifted off our shoulders. She helped us getting things checked off our checklist, she helped us with little details, she helped us with decorations, and she helped us plan the day-of schedule (which wasn't easy since our ceremony was taking place at a different location than our reception). Weeks before our wedding she was already behind the scenes working with all the vendors to make sure that everyone was on the same page and they all knew what needed to be done and by what time. When the day of our wedding came, all we had to worry about was saying "I do" and enjoy our special day with our friends and family. We highly recommend Erica and her team, she's a big part of your special day. -

Myra Sent on 02/09/2018Planning my wedding to the man of my dreams was one of the happiest moments of my life, but also one of the most stressful. Only because I wanted it to be perfect for us. Even though we dreamed of a simple wedding, there were so many different elements that go into planning a wedding. That is why I am EXTREMELY happy that I was introduced to Erica Valdez @ Chic Event Designs. She sat down and listened to our vision. She was always on the same page as us, but also shared some valuable advice that we accepted and only made our wedding day even better. Erica is a dream to work with, she is professional and friendly at the same time. She knows what she is doing and works extremely well under pressure. They also provided a photo booth that was a hit! Her team made our day run so smoothly and thankfully I did not have to worry about a single thing that day.
