Cherish Events have been the wedding planners for both of my daughters weddings and they are not just a professional acquaintance, but have become family. Their expertise in what they do and who they recommend and work within all other areas of event planning is nothing but the best! My family could sit back and enjoy every part of each wedding day without any worry, because Ashley & Lauren take charge and make sure every part of the day is exactly as your bride has dreamed it should be. Thank you for fulfilling both my daughter's wishes to come true! -

I have to tell you, as the groom in the wedding couple, I was initially a little skeptical of the need for a wedding planner, thinking (short-sightedly, perhaps even stupidly): c'mon, how much is there to it, really? But as the wedding planning progressed and the complexity grew, I quickly realized we were wayyyy out of our depth, and that's where Lauren swooped in and saved the day!
Lauren G of Cherish Events was an absolute delight to work with, full stop. From our initial meeting, my (now) wife and I signed off the Zoom call, looked at each other and instantly knew: yep, she's the one! She was so professional and so organized that she instantly put our minds at ease. She was incredibly communicative and went above and beyond the call of duty, attending to our every need and question promptly, accurately and COMPASSIONATELY!
She made what was quickly beginning to feel like an overwhelming process into something that warranted the joyousness of the occasion. My wife and I found ourselves constantly spontaneously turning and saying to each other how much we loved Lauren, and how taken care of we felt. From start to finish, she guided us through each step of the process, and even though she was technically "only" our day-of-coordinator, she felt more like our full-on wedding planner. We felt cared for throughout the process, and it felt like Lauren had a personal stake in making sure our wedding day was the best it could possibly be. And was it? ABSOLUTELY! Best weekend of our lives, and it all went off without a hitch! No, seriously - with any wedding you would think at least SOME little thing would go wrong, right? But no, not a single thing did. Literally: nothing! Actually, not only did it not go wrong, it went as right as it could possibly go. Once we got to the venue, we really felt like we didn't have to worry about a single thing. Our only job: enjoy the best day of our lives and PARTY!!! Lauren was on the scene early, organizing and coordinating the vendors, cueing everything to begin on time and smoothly, and checking in with us constantly to make sure we felt like the day was living up to our expectations (it was! and then some!!). And I would be remiss if I didn't mention her wonderful colleague Amber, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes as Lauren's right-hand-woman (thanks, Amber!).
And even the next day, after the wedding ended, Lauren checked in with us to follow-up and make sure we still felt great about everything. Again, the phrase I would use is "taken care of" -- that's how we felt the entire time working with Lauren, and we would give her 5 stars in every possible category! I don't say this lightly, but if you're reading this review while trying to choose a wedding planner / day of coordinator, I have to tell you: you would be CRAZY not to choose Lauren G / Cherish Events for your wedding!!! -

It’s hard to put into words how wonderful Cherish Events has been to work with, I don’t think my wedding would’ve come together without Lauren and the team. My husband and I found Cherish early on into planning (thanks Reddit!), and every step of the way was made so much smoother. Lauren’s calm, professional expertise as well as organizational skills and warm personality helped ground us in creating the exact celebration we were hoping for. Anything we needed, she was there! Finding vendors, joining us for meetings and asking all the right questions, decor suggestions, calming us down when needed, I could go on. Lauren’s personal approach helped us feel comfortable, and trust her expertise even more. Everything went off without a hitch, and even Ashley came up for the day of! We hired Lauren for “month of” wedding planning at the Prospect Park Boathouse, and we are so glad we did. Throughout the process, Lauren always made us feel more confident and less stressed. Wherever possible, she took work off of us. Despite it being the busy season for weddings, she was always super responsive to all of our questions. She clearly knows the venue, its rules, and how to manage the smallest details about an event at the Boathouse. Her presence on the day was calming. She was confident and unobtrusive. All of her input was precise and meaningful. Highly recommended! -

Ashley and her team were the absolute best. My wife and I are both super busy with our careers so planning our wedding reception was a huge challenge for us. On top of that, we did an Italian destination wedding a month before the reception, so in the weeks leading up to the event, we were entirely immersed in our travels. Ashley took so much off of our shoulders and did all of the heavy lifting for us so that we could enjoy our time overseas. When we came back, we just had a couple of meetings to finalize details and the reception turned out PERFECT. Our guests cannot stop telling us how much they enjoyed it and how perfect every detail was, and we have Ashley to thank for all of it. She was a joy to work with and the quality was top notch. Best wedding decision!
When there’s so much to rave about with Cherish Events, where do we even begin?! From the moment we connected with Lauren, we knew she’d be the perfect partner in wedding planning, and she proved that to be right a million times over. Lauren was thoughtful, professional, and exceedingly kind in every single step of the process. It was clear she’d managed weddings at the Prospect Park Boathouse so so so many times, and she clarified so many details for us and brought up questions we wouldn’t have even thought to ask. She navigated the contracts/permits/complicated wedding minutiae with ease, and she took any scariness out of the wedding-planning process. We also really appreciate how she never once tried to push a decision on us, but she always gave her honest opinion when we asked.
In terms of our vendors, Lauren listened to our vision for our wedding and brought the near-infinite list of NYC wedding vendors down to just a few excellent selections, then let us pick from there. Every single person she recommended was kind, calm, and incredibly talented, and we’re so glad she helped us form the best team for our big day.
At the wedding itself, we and our guests were amazed by Lauren’s ability to take charge & be direct while maintaining a sweet demeanor & a warm smile. With Natalie there to deftly assist, Lauren solved any snags we encountered, as well as many we didn’t even know about! We couldn’t imagine our wedding day being as beautiful, memorable, and peaceful as it was under the guidance of anyone else.

Take it from a bride who thought she could handle it all - you NEED a Lauren in your life! As a Type A bride, I thought I had it together, and getting a day-of coordinator was more of a formality. Boy was I wrong. Lauren from the Cherish team gave us more than just basic wedding day of services; she has and shares a wealth of wedding knowledge, thoughtful recommendations, a listening ear, a can-do, 10-steps ahead approach, and endless organizational tools to help you stay on track – just to name a few. My husband and I would sigh with gratitude after getting off of calls with Lauren, knowing we made the best decision for our wedding by hiring her and having someone else in our court who just “got it” and could help bring our vision to life. Any question we had, Lauren handled with care and positivity. She gave "above and beyond" new meaning, and truly became like family by the time we got to the actual wedding. "I got you girl" were the golden words she kept telling me when she would sense my anxieties heighten. And I knew she did. Not a detail was missed; the vibes stayed calm, joyful and celebratory, and having her allowed me to actually enjoy our day to the fullest. There were countless things she thought (and probably more I didn’t even know about) that I wouldn’t have known to do or think about myself. Working with Lauren & Cherish is the best thing I did for my wedding outside of marrying my husband. Lauren went above and beyond from start to finish. Lauren helped me lock in my vision, prioritize my budget, and achieve the looks & feel for the NYC wedding that I had dreamed of. She was the greatest partner not just providing guidance and honest recommendations, but also making sure that I felt good and relaxed throughout the process. My wedding day was PERFECT. Truly not one moment or thing that I can look back on and critique. Lauren and Natalie made me and my husband feel extremely supported. We were able to completely focus on each other & our day while they effortlessly handed everything else. Ensured our families had front row seats to our biggest moments, everything was set out and timed perfectly, and that every request big and small was taken care of. We truly had the best night ever, and it was all thanks to Lauren and the team at cherish events.
Everything went so perfectly, from the weather to the florals to the music and the overall flow of the evening. It honestly felt like magic.
We cannot Lauren enough for her care, creativity, and thoughtfulness throughout this entire process. Even when I was anxious or a little neurotic (LOL), she always brought such calm, positive energy, which we desperately needed and appreciated so much.
Lauren’s presence was felt in the best way: both of our families couldn’t stop pointing out how kind, attentive, and warm she was on the wedding day.

My daughter is stationed in Japan in the Air Force. Ashley helped me create a perfect wedding for her without any instructions from the bride or groom. Lauren truly made our wedding planning journey an absolute breeze! From the moment we enlisted her services, she took charge with such grace and professionalism that we knew we were in good hands. Planning a wedding can often be overwhelming, but Lauren's expertise and attention to detail relieved SO much stress from the equation.
She helped me find the most important vendors, such as the florist, hairstylist, DJ. Helped pick out all the decor. And consistently coordinated with all the vendors, ensuring that every detail was taken care of without bombarding us with endless emails and questions. This allowed us to focus on the excitement of our wedding rather than getting bogged down in logistics!
On the day of the wedding, Lauren and Natalie were absolute superstars as they ensured that the timeline flowed smoothly, that the bridal party knew what they were doing, and that we always had food and our preferred drinks in hand. Working with Lauren from Cherish Events was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. She was incredibly responsive and quickly answered tons of questions via email to help us make important decisions during the planning process. She pulled from years of experience and had worked at our venue before so she had wonderful insight on how to set things up and organize the day. Their portal, AislePlanner, was easy to use and allowed us to have all of our information in one place. As a bride who had a specific vision and knew what I wanted, I really appreciated the attention to detail and nitty gritty info that Lauren got into with her questions and requests. She made sure she had info on where every piece of decor would be and how we wanted the timeline of the day to run. She was even open to helping us set up florals, which was a huge help for our budget. Lauren was also hugely helpful and flexible when we had to move our wedding inside to our rain plan due to massive flooding in NYC. She ran our rehearsal quickly and made us feel relieved that things would still work out well. Day-of, she was on the ball and made sure things ran smoothly throughout the entirety of the event. Our guests were impressed by how Lauren operated behind the scenes to keep everything moving, while still letting the wedding naturally progress and letting me and my partner shine. Booking a coordinator was a last minute decision on our end and looking back at our process, has I known just how incredible Lauren was I would have booked her services from the beginning of our process. The moment we met in our zoom consult, I was sold. Her planning tools, her organizational skills, her finesse is unmatched. Lauren was a God-sent and our wedding day was nothing short of perfection. We began on time, ran on time and finished with ease. Lauren gave us such peace of mind knowing that we did not have to do anything but enjoy ourselves. We are a month post wedding and my parents STILL sing her praises. She made everyone feel so taken care of and truly cared about. The best decision we made!
We can not possibly say enough amazing things about Lauren and the entire Cherish team! We worked with Lauren for more than a year leading up to our wedding and she made everything so easy. From start to finish, Lauren was so organized, responsive, and collaborative. No question or concern was too small. She also had so many great recommendations for vendors she had worked with before which was invaluable, and everyone she recommended was amazing. And this doesn’t even begin to cover how indispensable Lauren, Sophia and Ashley were on the day of our wedding! Look no further! The best wedding planners for NYC
I knew Lauren and Cherish Events were the right vendor right from our first zoom call. We were not even in contract yet and she was willing to stay on the phone with me and answer all of my questions... we just clicked! Lauren and Ashley make you feel like they've known you forever and can fill in your thoughts on what you want for your wedding when you don't even have the words to articulate your dreams! They ran our day very smoothly and were flexible with accommodating the planning we also brought to the table. Our venue messed up our floor plan and therefore the table name placements, and Ashley jumped on it, without even a blink and quickly corrected the issue without anyone even noticing. Not to mention, our wedding had two ceremonies (interfaith) and two venues - a church and the boathouse. It all went so smoothly despite us doubling our wedding endeavors! I appreciate their dedication to their craft and found them incredibly pleasant people to work with. My husband and I got married in October 2022 at the Boathouse in Prospect Park, Brooklyn, NY. Simply the best
It is hard to find enough praising words for Lauren and Cherish Events. Our wedding day couldn’t be more perfect and credits for this goes to her. Lauren is not only extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient, the best communicator. She’s also the most kind and gracious person, so pleasant to work with. After all, the wedding planner is the first person who congratulates you after the I do s - I’m so happy we have her to do that with the sweetest genuine smile on her face. I feel like she was able to read our minds with so many things - we trusted her wholeheartedly, and she really executed everything in the best possible way. I could not ask for anything more from a planner!! Lauren was so attentive, professional, friendly, and thorough. She was always just a phone call away with any question or concern. Lauren and Ashley with Cherish Events are the dream team you want when planning your wedding. As a couple who postponed their first wedding date and were planning from out of state, Cherish Events made the wedding planning process easy. We talked with a few planners at the beginning of the wedding planning process and my husband and I knew instantly that they were the perfect fit for us. They have the experience and know the best vendors to work with. Everything we threw at them they handled it like the pros they are. I would call, text, or email them something I was stressing about and they were always there to take that stress away. I am a scattered brained person and can have a hard time picturing the final product. Ashley and Lauren were able to understand what I was looking to create and were a big help with the design aspect. Their planning site helped my family and I stay organized.
I give them all the credit for helping me plan my dream wedding. They did so much behind the scenes and I’ll forever be grateful for them keeping organized our most important day. I have to add, on top of being the best in the business, they are the funnest people to work with. Honestly during the planning process you feel like you are the third best friend to the group. Our officiant said if he was ever to plan another wedding, he’d come to me. He doesn’t need me, he needs Cherish Events!! I would recommend these women to everyone. -

It really is nice to be able to reflect back on everything the team from Cherish Events (Lauren, Lindsey & Ashley) did for us and feel an overwhelming sense of appreciation for their execution, attention to detail, inexhaustible patience and commitment to our " moment in the sun!"
Things that stood out were their omnipresent presence, experience in handling the situation and flow, their imperviousness to any drama and ability to survive the intensity of the entire event without wavering.
We cannot thank you guys enough and will forever be in your debt. You promised that we would be able to just sit back and enjoy her wedding without a care in the world and you delivered 100%!!

Lauren, Ashley & the entire cherish team made my wedding weekend go off without a hitch! They were efficient, helpful, PATIENT, loving and caring on the MOST important day of our lives.
It was so comforting to know this group of highly talented and professional ladies had my back and knew my *vision* and took care of our every want & need. They even learned code hand signals LOL. Talk about being in tune with your clients!
The most pleasant surprise and greatest gifts were the behind the scene photos and videos they took of the weekend!! Imagine waking up the morning after your wedding to the most special moments captured beautifully in an instagram reel. We were all blown away and couldn't be more grateful.

Lauren’s services were the engagement gift we didn’t know we needed. Head over heels with just a few weeks to plan a long distance party, she hit every mark and then some. She was always available in person and via text, never letting anything slip through the cracks. She also managed to have a stunning smile and style, too. My husband and I are beyond grateful to have worked with Lauren and Ashley - they are the absolute BEST. Lauren and Ashley helped us with day-of coordination and design ideas / partial planning for our October 1st wedding at Tribeca Rooftop. I can confidently say that our wedding day was absolutely perfect and so seamless and stress-free because of the help of Cherish Events. From our first intro call in Spring 2021, I clicked immediately with Lauren and Ashley and felt that they understood my vision of what I wanted the day to look like. They are also just the sweetest and nicest individuals! Our families LOVED them as well and were raving about them post-wedding weekend! Lauren and Ashley were incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process and always accessible via email and text (with very timely responses!). Not only did they help with day-of logistics, but also offered advice and opinions on design details ranging from ceremony set-up, reception tablescape, etc. Lauren attended our tasting and various meetings at Tribeca which was so helpful - she is a total expert in all things wedding-related and asked questions I would not have thought of! Lauren also dealt with my total Type A personality in the days leading up to wedding day, fielding my many emails and texts regarding wedding details (thank you, Lauren!!). We truly miss working with Lauren and Ashley and are happy and grateful to call them friends after this process. Words will never express how grateful my husband & I are to Cherish Events.. from the first inital phone call we just clicked, there was no denying i had to work with them, i felt like wow finally im talking with someone who not only gets it, but i KNOW will make good on their promises & sure enough, they did.. ABOVE & BEYOND. we had to postpone our wedding due to covid & Lauren didnt miss a beat, she was there in every way even emotionally; thats when i knew its more than a business to them, they are just caring, compassionate people who want the couple to have the best day of their lives. All my vendors told me how amazing Cherish was, there was no waiting around for them and there was no stepping on toes, everyone did their part & they made sure it meshed well. Our timeline meeting was so informative & Ashley & Lauren were just as warm & helpful as they had been for the past year & a half; they helped with anything i wasnt sure about & gave the best advice. All the emails, tasks were so organized, table seating was so easy because of the website they use & they were always sooo responsive. Im getting emotional just writing this because our wedding day was flawless, Lauren was so on top of things & big shout out to Tara for being so amazing as well. Best decision i made during this whole wedding was having Cherish Events be a part of it, Lauren truly became a good friend, my family LOVED HER & Tara. We chose Cherish Events to help plan our wedding the month of. They did provide us with a helpful tool to keep track of all of our wedding planning. They were also there to help us answer any questions we had prior to our wedding month. Cherish Events was so personable and sweet that they made my wedding planning feel a lot less stressful than it was. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, we could no longer afford to have a wedding planner :( Although we were able to have a small and beautiful celebration, changing EVERYTHING was very stressful. The one thing I regretted was not continuing my services with Cherish Events. I have so much respect for what these two do and they even took the time to congratulate us on the day of our wedding. So please don't do what I did and not have this amazing team help you plan your big day!!! -

Without these wonderful ladies, my wedding day would not have been the beautiful success that it was. Lauren, Lindsey, and Savannah all helped make my wedding dream come true.
Meeting with Lauren for the first time, I knew right away that I wanted to work with Cherish. She was so sweet and informative that I had immediate confidence that my event was in the best hands. Originally, I was so nervous because I had sought them out late in the game, with only 2 months left to go until my wedding, and quickly realized I needed a coordinator’s help. Lauren was quick to reassure me that I still had plenty of time and that together they would be able to pull off my event without a hitch!
And certainly, that was the case! Lauren, was my main contact through the planning process and she helped me navigate Aisle Planner (which was a godsend in terms of planning) and helped me iron out the toughest parts, like my time-line and floor plans. She even helped me by reaching out to each of my vendors to make sure everyone on the team was on the same page. We were also planning our event from afar, so all their knowledge of the venue and previous contact with our vendors was invaluable. She made this process so seamless and stress free that during the last few weeks I was able to truly enjoy the events leading up to the wedding day.
Lindsey and Savannah were life savers and the lifeblood of success on the day of the wedding. Our wedding day was the best day ever and so stress free and relaxed for us. Mainly due to their detailed timeline and their coordinating magic our day ran smoothly and uninterrupted. We honestly were in a bride and groom/husband and wife bubble all day that was full of love and celebration. And we know that is fully due to the amazing job these ladies did. From bustling my dress in split seconds before being introduced to the reception, to packing up some extra bakery treats and making sure our glasses were never empty, to last minute decisions of who was taking our decorations from the reception and everything in between…Lindsey and Savannah went ABOVE and BEYOND and were complete ROCKSTARS of the day.
I cannot recommend Cherish Events enough! Their dedication to their brides and grooms shines so brightly through all the work they do. If you are looking for a stress/worry free day and beautifully coordinated event look to Cherish Events. You will be in the very best of hands.

First, hiring Cherish events was and will always be the best decision I ever made! Lauren and her team were so professional, kind and caring. Let me give you a little back story...Our wedding was truly done on a very strict budget. My now-husband and I really tried our best to make our dollar go as far as it possibly could. One of the items on our list that at first was going to be a no go was hiring a wedding planner. I know from previous weddings I've been a part of, having this service can really eat into your budget. After thinking it through and knowing how meticulous I am about things, I just knew I wasn't going to enjoy the day of if I had to be the one coordinating everything. So... after a long discussion with my fiancé, we decided we would reach out and see what kind of day of planning we could afford. After long hours of research, I stumbled upon Cherish Events. Reading other reviews, I knew I wanted more information, so I sent out an email. Within hours I got a response from Lauren and she sent me the packages they had to offer, and my heart sank. None of their packages fit into what we could afford so I wrote back and explained our situation to Lauren. Thinking we were going to have to find something else I received an email back and Lauren was so gracious to help customize a package to fit our needs and budget. After hiring Cherish for Day of Coordination I expected to not really hear much from them until we got closer to the wedding, but I was wrong. Lauren was there to help, from afar, every step of the way. When I finally met her in person it was like we had already known each other. Lauren was so on point and so encouraging every step of the way and really helped put me at ease. Our wedding was the best day ever. Lauren and Savannah helped make it perfect. There really aren’t enough words to express how truly grateful I am for Lauren & Ashley! Going into wedding planning and knowing that I only had 6 months to make the biggest day of our life happen, I was understandably nervous! I read so many good reviews about Lauren and Ashley before hiring them. Right from the start they were willing to help out with whatever I needed and were available pretty much all the time via text, email, etc. I got married in NY and at the time they were based in Florida. A few people were wondering why I hired someone in Florida when I'm getting married in NY, but after the wedding, multiple people came up to me saying that they are AWESOME and honestly the wedding wouldn't have run nearly as smooth without them. Many people who were skeptical about hiring a wedding planner said that they were the best investment of the wedding. Even my photographer said she was so appreciative of having them there because it made the day even easier. There were zero bumps in the road on my wedding day and not only are they both so helpful, but theyre so friendly and cool and I honestly couldn't have asked for anyone else to help me plan my wedding. They read over anything I sent them via email, made suggestions when I needed them, and were just really amazing. Where do I even begin with the amazing girls at Cherish Events, Lauren and Ashley. These girls are lifesavers in the wedding industry. We met with a few day-of coordinators for our wedding and knew Lauren and Ashley were the ones when we met them. They are such down to earth and I feel like I could be best friends with them. I did my research and met with 3 different coordinators, but I felt the best connection to Lauren and Ashley. They had so many resources, vendor knowledge, and had been to our venue at LMEC often, so I knew it was a good fit. They worked with us, and we decided the Champagne package was right for our wedding day. Even though we booked them more than a year out, Lauren was ALWAYS available via email to give me suggestions or answer the millions of questions I threw their way. Their website they used for the planning process helped me share our decoration vision and made the planning process much simpler. Ashley and Lauren are a great team, and I felt so much more reassured after our month-out meeting that everything was going to go smoothly. Like all weddings, there were a couple of hiccups, but I had no idea anything went awry because Lauren and Ashley took care of everything and kept things running on time. They helped set up the majority of our DIY decor, which was a lifesaver. I am so very happy that I went with month-of coordination, but they did so much more than that. The Cherish Events team was absolutely amazing! I spent some time researching various coordinating and planning companies, however, none of them seemed right, either because they were overpriced or because they seemed to treat their brides just like another business transaction. Nevertheless, with Cherish Events, it was different, as soon as I spoke with Lauren over the phone, we automatically hit it off, and I knew they were the one.
We went with the Champagne Package; however, Lauren and her team went above and beyond and answered all our questions leading to the big day. When one of our vendors canceled a week before our wedding, they were quick to find a replacement and everything went on without a hitch. Lindsey and Savannah were wonderful assisting and guiding us during rehearsal. Lauren, Ashley, and Savannah, ensured that everything flowed during our wedding day and made all of our wedding planning dreams come true. My family and friends all raved about how great they were!
My husband and I are and will forever be grateful to the Cherish Events Team for all their help and professionalisms throughout our wedding. I honestly do not know what I would have done without them. They are kind, friendly, and professional. I recommend them to anyone who is planning a wedding or event; you will not regret it!

Last Saturday and Sunday (rehearsal and wedding day) I watched as these lovely ladies of Cherish Events pulled off one of the most beautiful weddings I've ever seen! They were professional, organized and skilled all along the way. But, what I appreciated most about them was their personalities and character. They EACH -- without exception, were consistently kind, gentle, calm, positive, passionate about excellence, well prepared, never frazzled, never nervous, sweet, smiling, neat, attractive, and friendly to all. All of this I observed from the vantage point of the wedding officiant. Each lady on the team exhibited this behavior to everyone all the time -- from servers at the venue, to family and friends of the couple -- both when the bride and groom were present, as well as when they were not. I would highly recommend this team! I hope to see them often and serve alongside them to make excellent, creative, wedding days that launch couples into their "Happily Ever After"! :)

Hands down the best ever!
There just aren't enough words to describe how unbelievably AMAAAAZING and EXTRAORDINARY these planners are!!!! Lauren & Ashley, from start to finish, were my guardian angels during the wedding planning process. My plans had to change and we pushed the wedding up by over a year. We had less than 2 months to plan and they were with me every step of the way. They pointed me in the right direction for vendors, helped me get my ducks in a row and took SO much stress off of me. I LITERALLY could not have done it without them. I am so indecisive when it comes to decorating and knowing exactly what I want, but they took the lead for me and made the vision that I did have come to life!!! They went above and BEYOND!! I never imagined I would have such a beautiful wedding...they made my wedding dreams come true. It was a day I will never forget and it's all because of them. They were willing to work in my price range, open to answer my questions WHENEVER I needed them, offered advice... I could go on and on. Perfectly Smooth Wedding Day!
We had a wonderful time working with Lauren and Ashley at Cherish Events! Always so cheerful and welcoming whenever we spoke to them. They were available by phone or email any time we had a question or wanted their opinion on something, and always responded promptly. We loved using their online portal for our seating chart, guest list, vendor contacts, and detailed day-of timeline. They're very knowledgeable about Orlando vendors. Because they had worked with almost all of our vendors previously, they were very helpful when it came time for the day-of details and timeline. Look no further than these top-notch planners! We live out of state, yet Lauren and Ashley made us feel at ease from the beginning: Their professionalism shone with the perfect mix of calls, emails and their awesome online portal.
Our day went so smooth and effortless- only because of these ladies! They managed vendors, the venue, the bridal party and guests, the photographer, the caterers and more- all without us having any stress over any of it.
Their demeanor was calm, light-hearted and helpful; they were ready with anything and everything we could've needed, at every moment. They also caught little things here and there, fixing my dress, our hair, holding my dress and bouquet at every turn-- just a massive help that cannot be overstated.

Our wedding last week was complicated and rife with last-minute changes, but it still came off without a hitch. The venue was remarkable, and every detail from the bride’s arrival to the photographer to the cake was perfect, and so many of our guests commented to that effect. At the very end, when we were on our way out, my 11-year-old lamented that she forgot to take a personalized menu. Lauren ran in and found her one. Our wedding was unforgettable, and we could not have done it without Lauren and Ashley. I could not offer a greater recommendation.

They were always available in the months leading up to the wedding and made sure I didn't forget anything along the way. Even with basically 3 different venues and a lot of personal details in my wedding, Lauren and Ashley effortlessly constructed a timeline that incorporated every last detail that was important to my husband and I. The fact that we had other vendors approaching us during the wedding to tell us "this is the smoothest wedding I've ever worked" is a testament to the organization of the planning process! We are still getting compliments on how perfect everything was, including the décor, which was set up perfectly by Lauren and Ashley as they truly understood our vision. I give them so much credit for how professional and attentive they were the day of my wedding. This dream team made the entire planning process so much less stressful with all of the detailed notes, questions and pictures during our meetings leading up to the big day. They were always available to answer any questions/concerns and Aisle Planner was a great tool to effectively communicate information. Unfortunately, I planned a beach ceremony & outside reception and it rained on my parade but that didn't stop these two from executing the most perfect plan B I have ever seen. All of my guests commented that they had no idea the plan was even changed.
I watched Cherish plan my sisters wedding a few years ago and knew as soon as I got engaged I needed to tie them up! As a bride you think you have everything buttoned up and organized but when that big day comes you NEED someone else to pay attention to all the details. Cherish managed the timeline effortlessly and they were great at telling me when I needed to do certain things (cake cutting, speeches, grand exit, etc). Initially, my groom was very hesitant in hiring a planner as he knows how much of a planner I am myself, but he made the comment that hiring Cherish was worth every penny. Even after the wedding ended these two worked well past midnight cleaning up all the decorations and organizing everything back to where we had it stored. The time and energy they put into their business is a direct reflection of their success! I was about to hire another wedding planner when I got an email asking for them to call to share about Cherish Events. I figured a quick call on my way home from work wouldn't hurt anyone. I am so glad I picked up the phone! Having these two ladies by your side on your wedding day is such a blessing! They answered any questions I had via email, text, or phone. They also helped with sharing their opinion on any wedding decisions I was making because I am an indecisive person haha My wedding day was absolutely beautiful! On a side note, my pastor (officiant) kept saying how he has never seen anyone as professional as them handling every detail of the wedding to keep the edge off. I was planning a "small" wedding and thought I really did not need a planner or coordinator. Things got a little hectic and I decided to find a day-of coordinator. I was on a tight budget and Lauren and Ashley were the first ladies I called. They were able to quickly come up with a customized affordable package. These two ladies timely responded to my every call, text and email regardless of the time that I contacted them. They showered me with love and attention. They treated me as if I was the only client on their list and had my interest at heart. They gave me ideas and perfected my every thought. My wedding turned out way better than I had ever imagined it because of these two ladies.
