My husband and I got married at Margaritaville Palm Springs in October 2022 and used the partial planning and design services of Sara from Champagne Dreams (with her partner, Carly, assisting day of). Let me tell you... this amazing woman and her team are worth their weight in gold! From our first phone conversation I knew that Sara was the planner for me! I was a bride that needed HELP and she was there to help me in every step along the way. Not only does Champagne Dreams have tons of trusted vendor contacts all over SoCal, Sara's vibe and aesthetic was exactly what I was looking for. From day one she was super organized, tremendously creative and into all my non-traditional asks, responsive, pushed vendors to deliver the best products possible, helped me prioritize my budget, pivoted without a hitch when rain changed my ceremony & cocktail hour location DAY OF, and most importantly she totally got our vision and delivered on it flawlessly!!! Not once throughout the process did I feel like I wasn't getting what I needed from her, and while I knew I wasn't their only client (obviously), it sure did feel that way! I always felt like a priority and could tell she cared about our wedding - and that was really special. People are still talking about how beautiful all the details were - which I truly credit to Sara and her amazing design skills. Champagne Dreams made our wedding day the most magical day of our lives. You won't go wrong working with them! -

Their communication throughout the entire process was clear, timely, and reassuring. We always felt in the loop, supported, and genuinely cared for, which made the planning process not only smooth but actually enjoyable.
What truly sets Carly and Sara apart is how they consistently went above and beyond. Whether it was handling last-minute changes, coordinating with vendors, or simply checking in to ease our nerves, they were always one step ahead—calm, professional, and incredibly kind.
Thanks to them, we were able to be fully present and enjoy our wedding weekend without a single worry. It was an stress-free, joy-filled experience from beginning to end, and we know it wouldn’t have been the same without their care and dedication.

Every bride needs a SARA!!
I cannot recommend SARA highly enough! We hired her after we had already chosen the venue and caterer thinking that we could cut down some cost. Big mistake. We encountered a lot of complications with the venue and a few vendors, but luckily Sara handled everything with professionalism, grace, and incredible problem-solving skills. She went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was absolutely perfect. She was always one step ahead, keeping us calm and confident throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail and dedication to making our vision come to life were unmatched. I mean, things always could happen and we were nervous on the big day but thanks to Sara, we were able to stress LESS on our special day. She’s an absolute gem, and anyone would be lucky to have her as their wedding planner!

Carly and the entire team at Champagne Dreams & Co. provided invaluable support during our wedding planning. As the bride, I often found myself losing my sense of calm, but Carly was a constant source of reassurance. Having Champagne Dreams to manage the details and maintain control was immensely beneficial for both my husband and me.
Throughout the planning process, Carly was instrumental in keeping us organized, reminding us of our next steps. Although the experience could be overwhelming at times, she helped me regain my composure and pace myself. While hiring a coordinating team is undoubtedly an investment, it is a decision we do not regret. Ultimately, it was one of the best choices we made, saving us from significant stress and headaches. -

A Perfect Day!!!
Planning a wedding is a yearlong commitment filled with stress and endless decisions, not to mention all the chaos on the big day. But with Carly, she made it a joyful celebration from start to finish. I can't recommend her enough!
Carly was one of two planners recommended by our venue, South Coast Winery in Temecula. We visited over 10 venues before choosing South Coast, which shows how detail-oriented and thorough we are. After looking into both planners, it was an easy decision to go with Carly. She took our vague ideas and brought them to life with a beautiful color palette and cohesive design. When she presented her vision, we barely made any changes—it was exactly what we had in mind, even though we couldn’t articulate it ourselves.
From day one, Carly was on top of everything. Since we decided to forgo a wedding party, all the planning was up to the three of us. She kept us on track, ensuring we always knew what needed to be done and when. Her experience is incredible—she thought of things we would never have considered. Whenever we felt stressed or behind, a quick call with Carly always put us at ease.
She also went above and beyond to make sure everything felt personalized just for us. Want golden hour photos? Done! Not into traditional paper invitations? No problem! Planning an outfit change? Carly made sure we had a golf cart so we wouldn't have to walk. That golf cart was a game-changer—we couldn’t have kept up with our packed timeline without it. Plus, Carly's connections with vendors helped us get great discounts, and she did everything she could to make the day go as smoothly as possible.
On our wedding day, everything was perfect. We were able to truly live in the moment, and that’s all thanks to Carly. In short, Carly is the sweetest, most organized, detail-oriented planner with amazing design skills. She'll bring your dream wedding to life, just like she did for us. -

My husband and I used Champagne Dreams + Co. for our wedding day and we could not have asked for a better experience. Let me start by saying that I spoke with three different wedding coordinators before I spoke with Sara. Immediately from our conversation I knew that she understood my vision for my wedding day. Sara was there for every step of the planning process. She helped me organize my thoughts and all my ideas— even when I had a million running through my head. She helped me find all the right vendors and helped me stay within budget. As the wedding day got closer, Sara helped me organize every little detail for the wedding from the guest list to the decor. She had the best ideas for what details were most important. When our wedding day was arrived I had ZERO stress. This was because Sara had every detail of the day organized for us. My husband and I did not have to stress over anything at all. Our wedding day was absolutely magical and I give Sara all the credit in the world for everything she did for us. Thank you so much for the most perfect day! -

Cannot recommend them enough!!!!
I’m still beaming with happiness as I type this review from my wedding a couple weeks ago that Carly & the Champagne Dreams team planned. So many people have asked me about my experience (and they know I’m quite particular) and my answer continues to be that I cannot recommend them enough. I’d do it ten times over and pay twice as much. Carly & the team knows their stuff, they are friendly & warm yet professional and prepared, their communication is 10/10. I never once felt alone in the process, and never once had to question if we were moving at the appropriate planning place. Carly was always 10 steps ahead. She listens, is easy to work with, is empathetic to the craziness that comes with many so many choices, and never pushes back if you change your mind on things. I wish I could scream it from the mountain tops- I highly recommend Carly & the team!!! They truly made our dream wedding come to life & I can’t thank them enough. -

The best designer and planner
We absolutely love Sara! Sara and her team made our wedding day everything we hoped for. We mainly worked with Sara as our day of planner with design and I knew we would work well together from our first phone call. Our wedding was only six months away and both my husband and I had very busy schedules. They really made sure that nothing fell through the cracks. She helped us make every decision and was available through text/email/call etc. I sent her every question I had and she would get back to me so quickly. We truly felt cared for throughout the planning process. We love you and thank you! -

Bride's & Groom's to-be look no further! If you are in search of a coordinator to help in creating the wedding of your dreams the women of Champagne Dreams & Co. are without a doubt the best and only choice. We had the pleasure of working with Carly for our wedding & she made every single moment a breeze! Whether it be a step-by-step timeline of what was needed next, a quick phone call to ask a random question or a simple text at late hours to make sure everything is on track, Carly was always there.
We could go on & on about how amazing these women are but I recommend you chat with them and see just how awesome they are for yourself! You can thank me later :) -

Sara Flaxman from Champagne Dreams was hired to help coordinate our wedding day and my husband and I couldn't be happier that our venue chose her to take care of our wedding day stresses! Despite our hiccups with our lousy photographers, she made sure everything else was smooth and fun. She took care of everything -- from staying on schedule to making sure we had a drink after we said I do! She even took care of my mother-in-law who wanted a drink before the bar opened, lol. I would definitely want to hire her if I ever need to plan a major event again. -

Initially when I started planning my wedding I thought that I had it under control. I learned very quickly that I had bit off more than I could chew. Even though I had already completed most major "planning" items (hired venue, florist, baker, photographer..) I knew that I needed help for everything else.
Due to Covid our original date got postponed to Oct 2020 - which actually gave me enough time to look for a wedding planner.
I did reach out to several other wonderfully reviewed planners, but after my initial phone meeting with Sara I knew immediately that I wanted to work with her & it truly was the best decision I ever made.
Not only is Sara a fantastic person but she is incredibly professional and completely understood my vision for our wedding. It was almost like I didn't even need to say certain things and she knew what I was thinking or where I was going with my ideas. She was my rock when I needed it most, especially when it came down to every little details with each hired vender and my own personal wedding anxieties.
With her experience comes knowledge of things I would have never even thought to question or think of. It was so wonderful to have someone in your corner who has no other agenda, but to be there for you and to help navigate certain situations with your vendors. Sara loves what she does and it absolutely shows. She takes such pride in her work, as she should and I couldn't be more grateful to have had the pleasure of working with her and her team.
She is worth it.. so if you are on the fence.. I hope this helps make your decision, and I promise you wont regret it .

Brittany was the best!
I didn't know how much having a coordinator would make a difference but if you're on the fence and have the option, I'm telling you - HIRE THEM. We had a meeting with Brittany about a month before our wedding where we went over all the details, and until that meeting I was pretty sure whatever vision I had in my head no one would understand. She made me feel like she had it under control, and she also made me feel like my crazy ideas and requests were normal and fun! Which, even if it was all a lie, calmed me down haha. She contacted all the vendors to make sure everyone's timeline matched up and we went over all the decor and where I wanted it down to the tiniest detail. I had kind of prepared myself for everything to look good but not exactly how I had imagined it, but OMG when I saw the reception area I felt like she read my mind. Even my husband, who hadn't really been paying attention to the decor until then, was stunned. Everything was perfect! She was everywhere we needed her to be when we needed her to be there, and was always one step ahead of us when we had any questions. We underestimated how great it would be to have someone there who was so on top of it that made us feel like we didn't have to be. We were able to let everything sink in and enjoy the day/night. It was the best day/night of our lives and it was due in a very LARGE part to Brittany from Champagne Dreams & Co. -

Our wedding day was nothing short of perfect. I can’t thank Michele enough for all she does in making dream weddings come true. I couldn't have imagined anything better! I have zero complaints except that I wish the night never ended. We got so many compliments during the night about how beautiful the venue was and how smooth everything ran. People were saying that they'd never been to such a smooth running wedding before. Michele is super punctual and professional from beginning to end. She has great attention to detail and made sure that all my decor was exactly how I wanted it to be. I’m so happy I had her services for my wedding! We are still getting compliments from our friends and family about how they had never been to such a well run and on time wedding!
