Chalet Floral is an absolute must! Jaime understood the vision and executed. I met with them at their shop and was able to see options first hand. Combined with their advice/experience, we were able to come up with a plan for my wedding florals on a budget! Jaime respected the budget, performed within it and always gave me options. And beyond florals, anything that would come up that I needed to rent I could email and they were able to get me what I needed. Set up and take down was seamless. My wedding was classic and beautiful, exactly what I wanted and received so many compliments and that's all thanks to the Chalet team.

August 2023 Wedding
We decided on Chalet Floral and Events for our August 2023 wedding in Muskegon after meeting with Jamie. He was so calming and envisioned everything we did. We hired them to do the full setup of the ceremony and reception along with our bouquets and boutonniere's. Very affordable and a pleasure to do business with! I would recommend them for any event!!

Wonderful florist!!
We worked with Jamie to discuss our vision for flowers for our wedding, and he was super helpful! I'm clueless about flowers (I have a cat who likes to eat them, so I never have flowers at home), and had no clue what I wanted for my bouquet. Jamie showed us some ideas and helped us figure out what we liked. He gave us a sample of what the bridesmaids bouquets would look like, and we were able to give our feedback and perfect them. We also rented drapery through them, and they set those up for us on the day of the wedding. WOW, it turned out stunning!! They did a wonderful job setting everything up for us. And my bouquet turned out absolutely beautiful!! Chalet Floral was easy to work with, and their work is incredible.

I showed up and only knew that I wanted to have the colors purple and gold. Jamie was so helpful in designing the whole wedding and it turned out so incredibly beautiful. New Year's Eve Wedding!
Chalet did the flowers and décor for our wedding on New Year’s Eve in Grand Rapids, and everything turned out SO beautiful! The planning process was made so easy, we had one in person meeting about 6 months before our wedding and everything else was done over email and phone. We had no issues with flower selection with our wedding being in the winter! I also loved that we could rent charger plates, table runners, candles, centerpieces, bouquets and boutonnieres from one vendor – and for a VERY reasonable price! I think my most favorite part of working with Chalet was how they offered to put the flower arrangements in gold plastic vases, within the glass vases, so that guests could take home centerpieces without the mess and they looked gorgeous! Our guests loved being able to take them home. When it came to tear down and returning the rented items, Chalet was very flexible and coordinated with my MOH to pick the items up while I was on my honeymoon. Overall our experience with Chalet was absolutely flawless!

We used Chalet Floral to do some simple decorations to our outdoor wedding venue on July 3, 2019. Jamie Stoner, the wedding coordinator, completely understood that we didn't want to blow our wedding budget doing flowers for an outdoor setting. He came up with simple, affordable ideas that we loved. He was totally conscious of our budget concerns and didn't try to upsell us a bunch of decorations that we weren't looking for. Can't Recommend Enough!
When my husband and I were planning our wedding, we're were on a tight budget, but still wanted a few flowers for centerpieces on the reception tables.
We also needed to decorate a difficult space. (Tape or tacks on the walls, and balloons were not allowed. We had paper lanterns.) I was told by the venue we had chosen, that Jamie at Chalet was a genius when it came to that sort of thing and he did not disappoint!
For the centerpieces, Jamie suggested a single hydrangea bloom. It had a lot of impact without a lot of cost. It worked beautifully!
They even provided the table coverings and an arbor behind the head table, all for less than another popular rental business in town!
To hang our paper lanterns, Jamie had come up with a solution to hang them, while still following the rules of our venue. Again, it worked beautifully! Guests still talk about our wedding!
Then sadly, this past Spring, my husband was in a motorcycle accident and did not sustain his injuries.
When the funeral home asked me which florist I would like to use, the only one that came to mind was Chalet.
My husband's funeral had a fishing theme, and the crew at Chalet created an awesome spray with fishing equipment worked into it for the casket.
If ever I need flowers or decorations for an event, I know I can trust Chalet Floral to come through and do a fabulous job!

Jamie was AMAZING!!! I came in with very general ideas of what I wanted for flowers and centerpieces and they absolutely knocked it out of the park! We used Chalet for everything- table linens, napkins, table runners, all centerpieces, all bouquets and bridal party flowers, everything and the prices were great! They were so fast and professional in both the setup and removal process at the end of the night! It literally could not have been any smoother!!! Jamie even made sure to incorporate two special brooches (they belonged to both of my late grandmothers) into my bridal bouquet and everything just turned out amazingly! We planned our wedding from across the state and I never once felt worried about any little detail. They're very responsive to any questions that did arise and always accommodated meeting with me when I was available to be in town. You will not at all regret working with them!!

Jamie was amazing to work with. He had so many questions and ideas that I hadn't really given any thought to. His insight was truly incredible and you can tell he both enjoys what he does and is very talented at it. Debbie was fantastic too! I can't tell you how many times I called Chalet during the final two weeks and each time I was greeted with enthusiasm. I changed things up so many times with the sizes of table linens I needed and how many and it was never an issue. Chalet was my easiest vendor to work with and I only have positive things to say about them.

Extremely happy with the service, quality, and communication with this florist. Everything was ordered by phone and sending emails with pictures of designs. Due to the brides bouquet being designed for sentimental reasons, there was no picture to share. I described what I wanted over the phone and it was created even better than I imagined. Chalet was beautiful, but let me tell you Jamie is a Godsend. He has the most amazing way of helping you live out your dreams and vision. His creativity and knowledge of weddings of all sorts shows in the care, time, and effort he put into our wedding. We hired his as our day of coordinator (highly recommend) and our wedding went off without one single hitch. He was smiling, kind, helpful, and most of all made the night so much fun! I knew we were in good hands. The flower arrangements by Chalet were out of this world! Not only did they have flowers, but so many other touches and accessories which made out day unforgettable! My fiance and I chose to have Chalet prepare all of our floral needs as well as decorations for our wedding ceremony and reception. While we were in Muskegon one day taking care of other wedding needs, we stopped by Chalet to see if we could set a meeting. We ended up walking in 5 minutes before they closed (we didn't pay attention to the close time) but Jamie was still very willing to share insights and tips with us. After chatting for awhile, we learned that we couldn't make our schedules fit together to set a meeting with him so he offered to meet us over coffee in Grand Rapids! He was very accommodating. We ended up meeting with Jamie and I could never thank him enough for how helpful he was. My now husband and I are very simple, laid back people. We gave some ideas to Jamie and he was able to use his experience and knowledge of our venue to draft up beautiful ideas for decorating the venue. Within the next few weeks before our wedding, Jamie and his team were working with our venue staff to ensure everything would be perfect. It was a very hands off experience for us as the bride and groom and I LOVED that. One less thing to worry about while trying to plan your big day is always a blessing. But, whenever we needed a question answered or wanted to verify anything, we just sent a quick email over to Jamie and his team and they got back to us within 24 hours.
The night before our wedding almost everything was set up already at our venue and it looked amazing! The remaining decorations and center pieces with flowers were set up the day of the wedding and everything was there well ahead of time. The bride's bouquet of flowers were stunning and looked as if they had just been picked. Chalet took care of all of the clean up after the wedding too. I could not be more pleased with our experience! Chalet will not disappoint you!

The extra small details he puts into his work gives everything that WOW factor! The ceremony was pretty, our reception space was beautiful, and the flowers were gorgeous!! From the first meeting to the wedding event, Jamie helped create our dream wedding! He paid close attention to detail throughout the entire process and even was present to answer and questions or concerns the morning of the wedding. Our guests are still telling us it was he most beautiful wedding they had ever been to! My husband and I used Chalet Floral for our wedding on September 30th 2017. I have nothing but great things to say about Jamie and his team! We had our wedding reception at Moss Ridge Golf Course in Ravenna MI. The event coordinator at Moss Ridge, Cathy McHalpine, recommended Jamie to me for a florist and someone I could rent decorations from for the wedding. Jamie allowed me to make an appointment with him over a year in advance and allowed me to throw out my crazy ideas and what my thoughts where for decorations. A little background about me, I am an individual that is not good with color combinations, flowers, decorations and I am a very visual person. Needless to say, I am a decorator’s worse nightmare. But Jamie, he saw it as a fun challenge and ability to create.
Jamie was so very patient with me through the whole process and very responsive. He was willing to meet whenever I wanted and also responded to all my e-mails quickly. I was so thankful for him and his amazing skills to piece together what I had in my head and made our day absolutely stunning! I still have no idea how he did it, but the pictures speak for themselves. I highly recommend Chalet Floral for any floral/decorating needs you may have for your wedding. Their prices are very reasonable and you would be very surprised what you can get when renting wedding decorations even with a strict budget!

I came to Chalet Floral with literally one week before my wedding. Like no joke. I met with Jamie and he was fantastic. I had roughly an hour to choose the flowers i wanted and then get back to work. I honestly had no idea what I wanted all I knew is I wanted pretty. Jamie and I talked about white roses and hydrangeas and some green in there for color with light purple and light blue little details to match my girls dresses. Well 2 days after speaking with Jamie I ended up in the hospital with my father and he passed away. I didn't want wedding anymore let alone flowers but we decided to go through with the ceremony anyways, here would be a good time to say we rushed a minister to the hospital and got married at my dads bedside before he passed, and hope for the best. Fast forward to saturday the 7th of October and I made a call to Chalet Floral asking them to make some changes to the already rushed order they were putting together. Now I needed to add a bright blue flower to my bouquet, my sister's bouquet -who was a bridesmaid, and to my brothers boutineer- he gave me away to honor my father and to feel like he was there with me in some way on that day. I was expecting to either have to pay a small fortune for this change or that it wouldn't be able to be done in the 4 days that were left until my wedding. However when I called I was told this wouldn't be a problem nor would there be any upcharge other than paying for the additional boutonniere for my brother. Now you have to realize that I am extremely paranoid and would not let for anyone else to pick up my flowers on the day of the wedding for fear they would never arrive. So the day of the wedding I go in about 10am to pay for the additional request and to my delighted surprise my flowers are ready to go. The wonderful gentleman at the counter took great care in making sure not only would my flowers travel well but that they would not get damaged or even ruffled. I was very happy.

We met with Jamie for our consultation and immediately loved him. He understood our vision for the wedding perfectly and kept within our budget. The bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres were stunning. At my request, Jamie and his team even incorporated special items from my parents wedding into my bridal bouquet: my mother's earrings and bracelet she wore on the wedding day and buttons from my father's wedding day suit. I cried when I saw it, it was perfect. We also used Chalet Floral for table runners and parts of our centerpieces. Jamie called me the day before the wedding and told me all of our runners would not make it in on time. However, he offered upgraded linens for no charge. We also rented mirrors, battery powered candles and a card box from Chalet. The team from Chalet Floral set up at our reception site for a small fee and the room looked great! We can't thank them enough for all of their assistance throughout the planning process and for everything they did to contribute to our great day!

I loved working with Jamie! I don't live in the Muskegon area, so we exchanged plenty of emails and he was very accommodating with all of my ideas and changes. When we met in person, he totally understood my vision and made it better. I wanted simple and elegant, and he did better than I could imagine. They have extremely reasonable pricing as well. Because of Jamie's extensive knowledge of flowers and what would work for our November wedding, the flowers were still just as fresh as they were when we took them from the shop! They were a beautiful addition to our wedding, and I know I will use them again for any event!

Jamie and Chalet did an amazing job on our wedding. The reception looked gorgeous and I've never heard so many compliments. Jamie was amazing to work with and helped me even when I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. He took what I was trying to describe and made everything gorgeous. From transforming the reception hall to a beautiful venue to the beautiful flowers, everything was perfect! I would recommend Jamie to my friends and their upcoming weddings.

Chalet and Jamie did a wonderful job with our wedding flowers! The bouquets were fabulous and we heard many compliments throughout our wedding day. We also rented linens through Chalet and they made our reception venue pop. We enjoyed working with Jamie and Chalet, we recommend them to our friends.

Chalet floral surpassed my expectations. I brought them in pictures from pinterest and they made everything I asked for happen. They made me a custom bouquet, and it was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen....my centerpieces were perfect, the whole venue for my wedding AND my reception was set up before we even got there, and we were able to rent everything so we didn't have to take a bunch of stuff home. I absolutely loved working with Jamie. He was very professional and full of ideas and points I never even thought of. I would HIGHLY recommend chalet floral for weddings, or any other event ?

I worked with Jamie, and he was absolutely amazing!! They made my wedding perfect. I gave him a general idea of what I wanted and a budget, and he did the rest. Our experience working with Jamie and Chalet Floral was beyond our expectations. We were hesitant to add additional decoration and drapery to our venue, but SO GLAD we did! It really pulled everything together and "made" our venue! Everyone at Chalet Floral was down to earth, extremely helpful, and super friendly! Jamie has a great vision and is great to work with! Their prices are good and quality is great! You won't be disappointed!

I met Jamie while I was strolling through a bridal show at the little river casino. While I hesitated to stop by this booth, it was the best decision I could have ever made. From our first conversation to the last was wonderful! Jamie's expertise was very helpful and his experience really shows. I worked with Jamie thru email with the whole process of ordering my bridal bouquet. He gave many ideas and they were all wonderful. The end product was amazing! They did an amazing job. They made my colors work all so perfect and best of all they stayed within our budget. I would recommend Chalet Floral time and time again. Jamie definitely made my day so special and I am sure he will do the same for you!! I typically don't do ratings but they definitely deserved it! If you want your venue to look and feel as special as you do that day than you won't go wrong with booking Chalet Floral. :)

We bought all of our wedding flowers through Chalet, rented some of our centers pieces and other decorarions, and had them decorate the barn where we held the reception. It was all so amazing and beautiful. I could not have imagined it turning out any better. I would highly recommend Chalet to anyone. Plus, they were the best priced in town!

I cannot say enough good things about Jamie and Chalet. Their prices are competitive and they did everything I asked of them. My flowers were exactly what I wanted and our centerpieces and ceremony decorations were perfect. Jamie was so great and came up with awesome ideas and was respectful of our budget. I would work with Chalet a thousand more times if I had to! I will be recommending them to all of my friends who are getting married in the future and they will also be my go-to florist for all of my flower needs :)
