Aimee joined our wedding planning process with only about a month remaining after we made the difficult decision to part ways with our previous wedding planner. Despite stepping into a challenging situation, she quickly assessed what needed to be done, coordinated with our vendors, and ensured that every remaining detail was completed on time.
On the day of our wedding, Aimee managed every aspect of the event with exceptional professionalism and attention to detail. Her calm demeanor, organization, and proactive approach allowed us and our families to be fully present and enjoy the celebration without worrying about logistics.

Aimee was great to work with. I live in Minnesota and planning a wedding in a place I had never been was intimidating. I met with a few different planners and the day I met Aimee, I signed. She was very responsive and helpful reminders along the way. It’s been a few weeks since our wedding and my family is still talking about it. We could not have had this destination wedding without Aimee! She was able to come up with last minute changes to our outdoor wedding set up due to strong winds that prevented the NYE celebration by the water as planned. I was nervous about how it would all turn out and it was so beautiful!! From the flowers, the centrepieces, the food … oh the food … it was hot and so delicious! Everyone raved about the food. Aimee had the best recommendations including breakfast the following morning. Thank you Aimee for making our wedding all that we hoped it would be!💖

I am soo glad I found Aimee ,she was so detailed in every little thing , she even called to remind us to apply for our wedding licenses and walked us through the application and even made the appointment for us all we had to do was show up! She was up on everything and kept in touch right up untill the Big day! She is a great communicator and knew what our vision was and set up all the tables and decore exactly what I wanted!
Because it was a Sunset wedding , the timeline was something I never would have been able to accomplish, because evething was timed to a T to be able to catch the sunset !

The Perfect Day
We couldn't have ask for more! Aimee worked with us for 4 months on every detail of our ceremony and reception. We live 5 hours from our venue and did not know where to start. She gave us options for the best photographer, caterer, musician, florist and even found a local pastor that made our ceremony special for us. Everything came together with no effort from us! Auld Wedding at Barefoot Key, Key Largo, FL
When we decided on having a destination wedding in Key Largo (we live in Ohio), we knew we would need help. We spoke to several local planners in the keys and then we spoke with Aimee. Right from the start we knew we found our planner. She came into our initial meeting with such enthusiasm and energy we could tell she loved what she did. Aimee gave us space to choose our own vendors and color schemes but wasn’t pushy and always there to keep us on track. The day of the wedding was amazing. Everything we both envisioned became a reality. Aimee and her crew took care of all the details during that day. We were essentially as worry free as you can be on your wedding day…lol. Did I mention she officiated as well? Great job Aimee we would recommend you to anyone planning a wedding in the Keys.

She was also very adaptable in terms of creating a ceremony that complimented both mine and my husband’s religious values. Aimee went out of her way to make sure every little detail was perfect. We have been her largest wedding with 90 people and she and her helper, Princess did any outstanding job. We found ‘Ceremonies by the Sea’ through an internet search. We reserved our hotel room at the resort, Isla Bella, on Marathon Key which is gorgeous. I reached out to the resort wedding Coordinator at Isla Bella, and found out it would cost $10,000 just to reserve the elopement space, not counting ANYTHING else. So we turned to the internet and found Aimee, who owns ‘Ceremonies by the Sea’. She was extremely friendly, a great communicator, professional, and affordable. We eloped and had a gorgeous Fairy Tale wedding for about $2,200.
Aimee provided everything, the wedding arch and gorgeous decor, she reserved what seemed like a private beach, the music, our flowers, a professional photographer, and of course her excellent Officiant skills. She is a skilled writer, and the ceremony was very emotionally touching. Aimee is very flexible and agreeable to anything we wanted. She was open to our ideas and even helped us execute our ideas and got excited about them. My husband and I keep saying we found this company through Divine Providence, meaning God wanted us to find Aimee, and make our Union together as a couple possible in that heavenly place. It was the most magical and romantic day of our lives. Aimee of ‘Ceremonies by the Sea’, is the most approachable person you could imagine. We prepaid our wedding in advance, and she let us do that in installments, which made our dream come true very easily. I highly recommend her company. 5 stars!

Christmas Eve Marathon Wedding
Aimee was a wonderful officiant for our Christmas Eve wedding! She helped us pick a ceremony location and had everything set up beautifully on the wedding day. Due to a cold front coming through we were unsure if weather would hold out for an outdoor location. Aimee kept in constant communication and always stayed positive, but also helped plan for alternatives (just in case). Lucky for us the weather held out!!!
