  Sophia is such an incredible vendor to work with on weddings! She is very knowledgeable, extremely organized and so passionate about her couples. She will go the extra mile to make sure everyone is happy and comfortable going into the wedding which is something that is so important to every single person involved.   Absolutely amazing!

  Sophia and her team were amazing! I hired them for day of coordination, and I never once regretted the decision - literally all the stress of executing our wedding was lifted! From the first meeting Sophia understood our vision and was able to answer any questions we threw at her. As the date drew closer she was always available for questions, usually replying within a few hours of emails. She managed rehearsal beautifully (it’s not easy to wrangle so many people) and the day of her team literally went beyond expectations. It was like magic, I never once felt I needed to worry about other vendors and If any problems came up, I honestly had no idea because they were solved before I ever knew about it. The first time I walked downstairs the venue had magically transformed and was exactly how I imagined.
  
  Seriously, hire Celebrations. Especially if you’re an over-anxious person like me, they will take all the worry from you!

  Best Wedding Planner!!

  Sophia is amazing!! I don’t know what I would have done without her. From the very first meeting, she made the planning process so fun and easy! Even my other vendors commented on her professionalism and expertise. It was extremely windy on my wedding day (we had an outdoor venue) and Sophia handled all the setbacks the weather brought with poise, so that I didn’t have to stress or worry about a thing! I would recommend Sophia to any and everyone who is getting married!

  I don't even know where to begin. Sophia is incredible! all weddings I have been able to work with her have been fantastic. the communication is always smooth. seeing her on site is always such a pleasure, and she always cracks me up which is never a bad thing.   Hiring Sophia as our full service wedding planner is without a doubt the best investment we made for our wedding. Throughout the entire process we could always count on her positive attitude and professional advice. She was direct with our vendors and ensured we had all the right information to make the best decisions. With her help, not one task fell through the cracks. She was well prepared for everything and got us to a completely stress-free wedding day. And when I say stress-free, I mean I was asking if there’s something I should be doing. Her hard work did not go unnoticed by our guests who all appreciated her time management and organization. She truly planned the wedding of our dreams.

  We have to take a moment to brag about Sophia. Ever since my now husband and I met her, she went above and beyond for us and our families. If weddings aren't stressful enough, throw in a hurricane the week of. Last-minute changes and stress were nothing for her and she was there to guide us every step of the way. Our day wouldn't have been what it was without her. We are forever grateful. Sophia is the gold standard when it comes to wedding planning, but with her, you also have a forever friend. She is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and talented. Sophia will always have a special place in our hearts.

From the moment we met Sophia it was an instant connection and felt like a friendship we’ve had for years which made the planning process so much more fun and enjoyable. She listened to everything we hoped for on our special day & made it 100x better than what we could have imagined. If you on the fence about hiring a coordinator/planner for your wedding or event, hire her!! Not only did we feel stress free leading up to the wedding day but the entire weekend was so seamless all thanks to her (even with a weather and ceremony change!!)   Sophia was absolutely amazing! Hiring her was our BEST decision for our big day. I am normally a big planner myself but having her to keep me on track and *shield* me from wedding day chaos was so needed! She partnered with my husband, in laws and bridal parties to keep surprises secret and coordinate everything from arrival times to packing all of our items at the end of the night. Sophia was the one vendor I never had ANY concerns about, and even before leaving for our honeymoon I had guests asking me who our planner was. We love love love Sophia and with our first anniversary coming up we still cannot thank her enough 💕

  There is just so many amazing things I could say about Sophia! First of all she made my dream wedding come to life. She was extremely professional and organized with every single detail from the beginning of the planning process till wedding day. Sophia made sure to be there for me whenever I needed her, she was only a phone call or text away and was super responsive. She tackled any issues wedding day so effortlessly that I didn't even find out about till days after. I am so glad we crossed paths and I wish I could hire her to plan every event in my life. Hiring Sophia was the best decision I could have ever made and I hope whoever is thinking about hiring her does not hesitate for one second to do the same.

  There is just so many amazing things I could say about Sophia! First of all she made my dream wedding come to life. She was extremely professional and organized with every single detail from the beginning of the planning process till wedding day.   Hire Sophia!

  Sophia was my wedding planner in 2021, where we had our wedding at the Howey Mansion. If I had one piece of advice for any future bride it would be…HIRE THE WEDDING PLANNER! and my second piece of advice would be…HIRE SOPHIA!
  
  Sophia encompasses all of the qualities you’d want your wedding planner to have. Other than the fact that she is kind and so easy to get along with (so much so that she’s basically part of my family now)…She’s also organized, prompt, detail-oriented, thoughtful, creative, communicative, a great multi-tasker, and supportive. I would recommend her to ALL of my friends and anyone getting married in the central Florida area. You won’t regret it and you’ll make a life-long friend out of her.   One of the best decisions my husband and I made during the wedding planning process was going with Sophia as our day of coordinator. We can’t recommend her enough! She was an absolute dream to work with. Her organization, communication, and care were more than we could have ever asked for. She made the process so fun for us and took so much pressure off of us during planning. From our first meeting, I knew I could put my complete trust in her by the way she demonstrated her organizational skills with such ease. She has a genuine care for her couples and works with you as a close friend. She has a natural skill in wedding planning and completely put my mind at ease during what could otherwise be a pretty stressful process. She had everything covered at all times and made sure every little detail was in place. She was beyond thorough and made sure everything was taken care of and accounted for. She helped keep us on track with everything we had to do. She was a major line of communication between us and our vendors to ensure everything was as it should be. She provided us and our vendors with clear schedules on the day of, to make sure everything played out perfectly, but without feeling so structured and stressful.   Great way with people

  Sophia has a great way with people. I've worked as a musician on events with her and knew she would be able to coordinate both my vendors and guests with grace. If we didn't have her, we wouldn't have known our wedding cake company had closed and disappeared! I was very happy to have her help us.
