Amazing Team!
Saying that Sabrina and Tony were amazing just doesn't do them justice. They were so supportive and accommodating from the day we visited until our wedding was over. I can't thank them enough, my wedding was perfect! The value was amazing, food was excellent, and the team at Cedars executed my vision perfectly. I would highly recommend them as a wedding venue! -

Everything was wonderful!
I left the night of my wedding and i couldn’t say thank you enough to Sabrina and her team. Sabrina is more than wonderful to work with. From the very beginning she made sure everything ran smoothly and any additional requests she was very accommodating with. She was always very prompt in her response time during planning. Their team was very friendly. The set up of the hall was beautiful and exactly how we wanted. The food was very good. If I had to do it all over again I would not question going back to the Cedars. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thanks for everything! -

Reception couldn’t have been better
I booked this venue for my wedding reception and I absolutely loved it. Sabrina and Tony were very helpful and prompt in assisting me with any questions I had and made my experience very enjoyable. The food was good and the venue is beautiful. I definitely recommend booking with them for your event! -

Highly recommend!
The staff at The Cedars was extremely helpful when planning our reception. The food was delicious and the venue was spacious enough to hold all 200+ guests without any tight spaces. We highly recommend The Cedars! -

This was a perfect place for our reception. Just 5 min. from the church with ample secure parking, great food and the most accommodating staff. The ambiance is wonderful, received many complements. We had plenty of room and ample dance floor space for our 200 guests. -

The Cedars is a perfect venue and a hidden gem! Tony and Sabrina are the most professional, accommodating and kind people to work with. Sabrina and her crew were the biggest help in the planning process. She answered emails in a timely fashion and always told me things would be ok. She had an answer for every possible question you have. She also was there the day of the wedding to make sure everything ran smoothly. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking to throw a fun stress free party! -

We are SO happy we chose to have our wedding reception was at the Cedars! The venue is beautiful, the space accommodates a large number of guests comfortably, food is delicious, and the staff is great! Sabrina and Tony were wonderful to work with. They could not have been more accommodating. We signed our contract for the wedding date of April 21, 2018, and because of my son-in-law being in the marines we had to move the date up to December 30, 2017. Sabrina and Tony made the new wedding date available, with a simple phone call. Most couples have a year or more to plan a wedding, and we planned a gorgeous wedding in less than two months with the help of Sabrina and Tony. They truly were our saving grace!-

Sabrina and Tony were amazing to work with! They were very responsive and extremely flexible to help make our wedding reception everything we could have dreamed of. The space is wonderful (we had about 150 guests) and it was so nice to have the room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. I can't say enough amazing things about The Cedars and would highly recommend using them as a part of your wedding. -

We have nothing but great things to say about our experience with The Cedars. Our night went perfectly, and everything leading up to the night was smooth, flexible, and professional. Sabrina truly takes care of all of your needs for the big day. She was so easy to get a hold of, and answered any questions right away. Everyone that took part in making our day work was an experienced professional. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Not to mention, the venue is a perfect set up for a FUN wedding. Huge dance floor, two bars, no wait for the restrooms.. your guest won't spend a single second waiting in line. -

We absolutely LOVED The Cedars! They were affordable for our 300+ wedding, and extremely accomadating. We heard so many great things from our guests in terms of food and décor. They were easily available and were involved with us every step of the way. They made the whole process as easy as possible for my husband and I. EVERYTHING about my experience working with the Cedars was EXCEPTIONAL. The ballroom is lovely and spacious and all of my questions, concerns and needs were accommodated in the most prompt, professional and considerate way. Sabrina is amazing. She is well informed and so kind.

Our event was absolutely wonderful--thanks to The Cedars!!! I highly recommend this beautiful banquet hall with gorgeous chandeliers, high ceilings, and a lovely entrance lobby (love the fireplace--it was the perfect place to greet our guests!) Using Cedars Banquet Center was easily the best decision we made when planning our wedding. Sabrina is absolutely wonderful and helped make all of our dreams come true. She was extremely accommodating and helped us with every step of the process. We were planning a wedding from out of town, and she made sure we could set up early, attend food tastings, and go through various decor options. She made us feel comfortable the entire time. The food was delicious and the venue is stunning. I DEFINITELY recommend Cedars Banquet Hall! They are the best! -

We could not have been more pleased with The Cedars. Sabrina and Tony were wonderful to work with. They went out of their way to accommodate our guests who had special dietary needs; plus, they were always friendly and helpful and made sure everything was carried out as we requested. The venue is beautiful, accessible, and spacious with more than enough room for our 240 guests. An onsite fenced-in parking lot is well-lighted and has a security guard on duty. I highly recommend The Cedars to any couple looking for an affordable and lovely venue. -

I can not say enough great things about The Cedars. Sabrina and Tony are the most compassionate people, who go out of their way to help you in any way possible. Sabrina was there every step of the way providing information, promptly returning emails and never made me feel like I was being a bother to her. Sabrina was there the entire night of the wedding and made sure everything went perfect. The Cedars facility is gorgeous and the best part about it is that there is only one event there per night, so we didn't have to share the facility with another party. The food at our wedding was the best I have ever had and my guest are still telling me how wonderful the garlic mashed potatoes were! I highly recommend the Cedars to any bride and groom who are looking for an elegant, hassle free wedding reception venue! -

I don't even know where to begin. I was looking all over downtown St. Louis for venues for our wedding reception for 300 people. I wanted the ballroom feel for a good price, but everywhere I looked was just crazy expensive! I read so many reviews and you never know what ones are too good to be true or which ones to trust. Trust me when I say The Cedars is AMAZING!!! Sabrina and Tony were so great to work with! They also recommended Big Bow to decorate the room and it was a true fairy tale! Everyone at my wedding loved the food and the atmosphere and couldn't believe they had never heard of the Cedars before. A true hidden gem!!! You can not find a better venue in downtown for the price, service and atmosphere!! Sabrina and Tony, I can't thank you guys enough for everything!! -

There are so many wedding reception sites in Saint Louis that claim to be accommodating, family-oriented, and "care about you" as a bride or groom. I am here to tell you that Cedars truly lives those claims day in, and day out. I chose the Cedars first because of my family connection to their Lebanese parish. I was utterly blown away at their service, quality, and outstanding output on my wedding day. From the first day of my wedding planning, Sabrina has been my right hand girl. I only send her 18 emails a week, but her patience and attentiveness to all of my needs truly made my reception the most perfect evening I could have ever imagined. She worked with me continuously on minuscule details, truly caring about every single stupid thought I had along the way. Having a phenomenal reception is one thing, but having the right team to encourage and help you along the entire year along the the way is another. As for that week: my entire venue was set up perfectly for my viewing the day before my wedding. Everything was pristine and in place and I loved that I got to see my event space as I envisioned before it was filled with our loved ones. The service of the waitstaff and bartenders is fun, friendly, and vibrant. The food, is. well, AMAZING. I had dozens of guests tell me they went back for second and third plates. The pricing structure is completely fair, competitive, and a total value for the quality of food and service you get. The quality of drinks at the open bar, the space for dancing, the openness of the room (the fact that the venue is completely your own, not shared with any other events!) plus the gated parking lot in the heart of downtown STL. It seriously doesn't get any better. Sabrina, Tony, and the whole crew at the Cedars are very dear to my heart now and I would recommend their service to any bride looking for a trusting venue. I had a fantastic experience working with each of the Cedars staff members I encountered. Sabrina was extremely responsive and thorough each time we communicated-- which was a ton because I booked the venue a year in advance. Sabrina actually went on maternity leave right before my wedding, so I worked with Tony and Conrado during my wedding weekend. They were both extremely accommodating and easy to work with. This venue itself was affordable yet classy. We received so many compliments on the food, the venue and the staff. I cannot say enough great things about my experience here. The value is exceptional. I recommend this venue without hesitation. I booked the Cedars for my daughter's reception in July 2016. Tony, Sabrina, Conrado and all the staff exceeded our every expectation. I was given great value for the money I spent. The venue is very nice, the food was of extremely good quality. No last minute request was a problem for them, and all of the understandings we had in the run-up to the wedding date were remembered and accommodated. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I have five more daughters and I expect this will not be the last review I write.

Both are very professional, answers emails and phone calls promptly, very organized, were upfront with pricing, kept me calm when it got close to the wedding, and overall they felt like close family friends. We got a deal because the wedding was before Easter, otherwise we won't be able to afford it. The banquet room is gorgeous, huge, has built-in uplighting for free, easy access to front entrance and bathrooms, and isn't connected to another room so you don't have to worry about noise from another party. Only two downsides that ended up being perfectly fine: gated parking lot and not being able to taste test the food before booking. The nearby neighborhood is a little run down; however they always have a police officer on duty for parties and it is a very well known location so there are never any problems. Second, we were a little concerened at first because we couldn't tast the food before we put down a deposit. They said trust us, we did, it was delicious! They also have a lunch during the week if you wanted to try their food beforehand. After we booked with them, we went to another wedding there and the food was mouth-watering! We got so many compliments on the food and overall venue experience!!! When we were looking online for venues, we randomly happened upon this place. There's a reason they don't heavily advertise: they don't need to because it's just that great and books by mostly word of mouth. I can't say enough about this place!!! -

When our daughter told us she wanted to have her reception at the Cedar's, we were very excited, because my husband and I had our reception at the Cedar's in 1988. I cannot tell you how stress-free it was working with Tony and Sabrina at the Hall. They were so professional and accommodating. By our second meeting, we felt we wanted them to have a table and join the celebration with us. Seriously. They worked extremely well coordinating with our other vendors, from the florist to the band. I cannot think of a glitch the whole evening. I have attended many, many events at the Cedars such as Black Tie events and Man of the Year tributes - and I have to tell you, when we walked into the reception on December 12 - the room was magical. Just gorgeous. Tony and his staff grilled beef tenderloin to perfection to be served with Cedars renowned chicken. And everyone raved that the food was served hot. That is quite an accomplishment when serving over 300 guests. We had two bars stocked with premium liquor and rarely was their a line - the service was outstanding. Of course, Sabrina and Tony ensured that my husband and me did not have to be concerned about anything the entire evening. They emphasized that prior to our evening. We have three more children, and we are hopeful that they will all want to celebrate their marriage with family and friends at the Cedars. It was truly a blessing. -

It was a pleasure to host my daughter's wedding reception at the Cedar's. Tony, Sabrina and the staff did a fabulous job. Sabrina was very good about answering all of my email in a prompt fashion, and was very patient will all of my questions. The Cedar's did a great job making sure all our guests with food allergies were taken care of. The food was delicious, the service was speedy, and the staff gave us plenty of attention. The head table was served first by all service staff, so the wedding party was able to eat, toast and stay on the timeline. Tony and Sabrina also were open to a table floor plan that we had envisioned but was not the norm for them. The Cedar's has a nice size dance floor, a ladies room with plenty of stalls, and a nice sized coat room for cooler weather. A big bonus is that we were the only event in the space. The price point was very reasonable, as we had done site visits on numerous venues. A fair amount of the wedding guest that were in attendance work in the catering/hospitality industry and gave very positive feedback post event. I would definitely booked an event there again if the need arises. -

This place is amazing. I found it by chance and booking them was the best choice I made for my wedding. It's also pretty affordable. The venue is gorgeous & only a couple of blocks away from Lafayette park, where we took pictures. Sabrina (Event manager) is super easy to work with. Everything I asked for, she gave. Since I live in Kansas City, this was very crucial. She even invited us back for a second tasting since the 1st tasting was during a plated event & I couldn't try multiple entrees that night. On wedding day, Sabrina greeted me at the door and then I didn't see her the rest of the night. Which is great for a bride because I know she took care of everything without having to ask me anything & I got to enjoy my day. Her staff was very attentive to my guests. THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS!!!...Really...I really could not believe how good the food was. Take my word for it & book this place if you can. -

Everything was absolutely wonderful and beautiful. We are so happy we chose The Cedars for our wedding reception. Sabrina was so nice and easy to work with and everything went just as planned. She was so helpful with set up and clean up and getting extra chairs shuffled around at the beginning of the reception. Sabrina and the Cedar's team were excellent to work with. I planned my wedding with a 1,600 mile gap between me and the wedding location. Sabrina was very flexible with the difficulties that come with long distance planning. The Cedars team provided great advice for helping the reception to run as smoothly as possible. The day of the reception Sabrina had everything under control so I didn't have to worry about a thing. She was easy to work with when it came to set up prior to the event. The food was excellent, especially the mashed potatoes! I definitely recommend the Cedars to anyone planning a wedding in the St. Louis area. -

We loved everything about the Cedar's. From our first phone call to the big day we were so very happy with our experience at the Cedar's. Sabrina was wonderful and so helpful with every decision that had to be made. We all had a fabulous time and are so grateful that our reception was so perfect!

We couldn't of asked for a better venue. Sabrina and Tony took care of everything. We were very happy and wouldn't highly recommend the Cedars to anyone looking for a venue! All of our guest said it was the most beautiful reception they'd ever been to! You also can't beat the price for such a central location! -

The Cedars Banquet Center was a wonderful venue for our daughter's wedding! When we walked into the banquet room it was like walking into a bridal dream. The center was spacious, well lit with the uplighting and chandeliers, and a warm and friendly atmosphere awaited all of our guests! Sabrina and Tony were fantastic to work with in every sense. They truly made sure that the evening would go off without any problems, and they were right. The entire evening was absolutely perfect from the room decor, to the delicious food, to the service (all of the wait staff were polite and professional.) We could not been any more pleased! Our salute to Sabrina, Tony and the staff at The Cedars!!!!! -

We can't THANK Sabrina and Tony enough on the amazing job they did for our daughters wedding reception.
Cedars is a BEAUTIFUL room and the up-lighting added a finishing touch! From the beginning, working with Sabrina was great, she always responded in a timely manor and was very accommodating to any of our request (any last minute details were handled right away) The room is very spacious, that was very important to use to have our guest have room to more around the tables. The bride and groom especially liked the large dance floor (which was full most of the night!) The food was delicious, and all the servers were friendly and kept the tables clear without being in the way, they were all very professional. We had many compliments on Cedars (some wished they would have know about Cedars when their daughter got married) This is definitely very reasonable for all they do. I keep looking at the pictures and how beautiful everything was and how happy we were to chose Cedars!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU -

Working with the cedars was the most enjoyable and easy part of planning our entire wedding. Their team was so flexible and considerate. We can literally not think of anything they could have done better. Sabrina is incredibly prompt and makes it her number 1 priority that you have the best day possible. This place made our wedding a dream come true! Sabrina is so quick to answer a nervous brides email and will offer any advice when needed! The food was spectacular and the venue was gorgeous, especially the chandeliers! The dance floor was huge and everyone had a blast. We had so many compliments on the beautiful place and great food. The wedding reception turned out GORGEOUS! We were able to come in the day before and set up a few things. So prompt with getting back with emails and always willing to help with any questions or concerns (even if they are silly ones!). Totally affordable and the food is wonderful! We did Buffett style and had plenty of food. Everything was wonderful! Best day of my life! -

When I first began searching for a reception venue, I read numerous reviews about The Cedar's praising the service, affordable price, great food and flexibility of staff.
I have to say that my experience mirrored that of others. Sabrina was exceptionally attentive and kind, offering assistance with a smile. The hall itself was beautiful and my guests were quite pleased with the dinner buffet selections and quality. The Cedar's is great about working with outside vendors, which can be a challenge at some other reception locations.
In the future, if planning a large event, I would highly recommend and even consider again choosing The Cedar's. -

We had a great experience at the Cedars. They were very accommodating with our requests. We were granted access to the venue the day before the wedding to set-up place cards, candy buffet, table decorations, etc. This made the wedding day much less stressful. The food was good and was served quickly to our 200 guests. Sabrina made the evening run very smoothly and I (the mother of the bride) didn't have to worry about anything. -

Everything I could have hoped for and imagined for my wedding reception, The Cedars accomplished just that. The dinner service was spot on, food was delicious. The space was perfect for the guest list of 250, and there was still room to chit chat from one side of the hall to the other. The LED lightening was perfect, not too much but just enough to add a little extra pop! The dance floor was so big, perfect where we weren't bumping into each other too much. My most favorite part, that won me over with choosing to go with The Cedars in the first place, was the gorgeous chandeliers!! I couldn't have asked for anything else. So many of my friends and family came up to me during the reception and days after, telling me how beautiful everything was. I couldn't have done it without the help of Sabrina, the coordinater with The Cedars. She was amazing. From start to finish she was at my side when I needed her. Very prompt with returning my emails. On the day of, she knew what we wanted and delivered it. My husband and I strongly recommend that you check out The Cedars if you happen to be looking for a great price per head, seated dinner with real dinnerware and glasses, a large dance floor, LED lightening, and gorgeous chandeliers to pull the whole room together. You won't regret it if you end up choosing them!! -
