I am so glad I decided to go with Chaz as our wedding coordinator. After reaching out to several potential coordinators, he was the only one who responded within 24 hours — which was a huge green flag and exactly the kind of person you want handling your wedding.
Chaz is extremely knowledgeable, transparent, and incredibly responsive. From the very beginning, after the first call before I decided to go with Chaz, you can tell he’s been in the wedding planning industry for a long time — his experience and expertise truly show in the way he communicates, plans, and anticipates details before you even think to ask. He made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. Being someone from the East Coast, I needed good referrals and Chaz delivered. He has an incredible network of connections, whether it’s rentals, florists, photographers/videographers, transportation, DJs, live bands — you name it. Our vision to came life with his recs!
I also appreciate that he respected the budget my husband and I decided on and never pushed us beyond our comfort zone. Even from across the country, communication with Chaz was an absolute breeze from start to finish.
If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator in the Napa or Sonoma County, Chaz is THE ONE — truly the GOAT. You will not regret working with him! -

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chaz and CC Events. He was incredible to work with, there every step of the way, able to navigate issues out of his control that were stressful at times for me as a first time bride, and really made me feel comfortable that I was in good hands and did not have to worry about a thing! We do not live in Napa so this was a destination wedding. I really relied heavily on his recommendations for music, hair/makeup, flowers, etc. Every vendor knocked it out the park and exceeded my expectations. It really was the best day ever and Chaz really made all the difference in coordination, setting up personal details, and just making sure everything ran smoothly so we didn’t have to worry about a thing other than having the time of our lives at the wedding! If you are getting married in Napa, he is a must for wedding planning. We really don’t know how we would have done this without him, nor would we want to! He became more than a wedding planner to us, he became part of our family and now he is stuck getting our Christmas cards for years to come, as well as getting calls from us whenever we are back in Napa :) He is the Wedding whisperer! He even had a bunch of wedding stuff that we could use so we saved money on having to purchase things like card boxes, signs, cake cutting utensils, bride/groom champagne flutes, and table numbers. It was a big help and he is hands down the best ever. -

If you're reading this.. the biggest advice we can give for your wedding day is #1 Book Chaz as your wedding planner... and #2 work with Chaz on everything else.
We had the best experience with Chaz! We had a very small wedding and originally didn't think we needed a wedding planner.. but our venue required one. We are beyond happy that we were required to contract a planner and that we found Chaz.. because he made the planning so easy and on the day of the wedding we had NOTHING to worry about, he took such great care of us.
He knows all the vendors, will make recommendations and intros. He is great on the fly, we forgot the flower girl rose pedals and he immediately went into solution mode and found us pedals for the flower girl. We brought our own cake, and he went above and beyond and added decorations to it (without us even asking). He has the most comprehensive checklists for planning and will run through every detail with you. The list goes on and on... but long story short, he is friendly, fun, generous, organized and above all takes all the stress of planning away so you can enjoy your big day.CC Events's reply:

I found Chaz and his company after searching for wedding planners in Napa. He had great reviews and they were all true! We were working on a relatively short timeline (first contact to wedding in about 6 months), and Chaz was invaluable in the process. He is a wealth of knowledge and seems to know just about every single vendor in the area. He was very helpful with suggestions, but at no point did I feel he was pushy. He was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions and a very positive attitude. I am 100% sure that having Chaz as our planner was one of the best decisions we made! -

Chaz was an excellent wedding planner. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and his experience and vendor relationships were all outstanding. He helped bring our vision to life, and it was an amazing experience. Flawless experience.

Best in class
We booked our venue in Sonoma on October 7, 2022 and hired Chaz only a few weeks later. We live in Philadelphia and wanted someone who knew the area and venue and that we could trust and rely on. Chaz delivered over and over! He is responsive, knowledgeable and super organized. He is generous with his time, ensuring we were on the same page throughout the whole year of planning. I was dreading finding and buying the small details like a cake display and chalkboard/signage, so the fact that we could borrow from Chaz’s collection provided huge relief! It was 91 degrees the day we got married, so the parasols we were able to borrow were clutch! They look awesome in our friends’ photos too!
Chaz made the wedding planning process a breeze, we can’t recommend him enough! He knows his stuff and knows amazing vendors, so once you hire CCEvents, trust him and trust the process. Our wedding was truly amazing!CC Events's reply:

Chaz was our wedding planner for our beautiful wine country wedding at Kunde Family Winery in July. He was a true class act! From day 1, Chaz was attentive, detail-oriented and truly a gem. He was a tremendous help in communicating with our vendors, and kept us in the loop about EVERYTHING along the planning months. He allowed us to ship wedding items to him since we were not local. The day of the wedding, he made sure everything was PERFECT. Our family and friends raved about him! We would hire him again in a heartbeat and we would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a planner. Chaz is the BEST and knows the business better than anyone!! -

Chaz was a great partner in helping bring our wedding vision to fruition. We first connected with him because of his humor, his straightforward approach, and his love of dogs. :) The food was a huge priority for us, and Chaz’s deep experience in the Sonoma catering industry helped us land the last spot that Elaine Bell Catering had available on our date, before we’d even signed our contract with him. He walked us through the process from there - joining us for the menu tasting, our appointment with the rental company, many meetings at the venue, and more. He knew we were on a budget and helped us identify a few key places to save. He also introduced us to a few of our other favorite vendors, including the Golden Bell musicians, and an attendant for our pup on the big day (Harleys Dog Sitting). When we ran into some challenges with the shuttle company, he also went to bat for us and took the lead on the communications.
On wedding day, everything went smoothly and ran on time, thanks to Chaz. We had a unique vision we wanted to bring to life - a cocktail party vibe vs a formal sit down dinner, and a wedding party vs bridesmaids/groomsmen, and he has lots of ideas and tips for how we could manage both logistically and visually.
We felt very supported by Chaz and deeply appreciated having a partner in the planning process. He truly cares about his couples and we felt it!CC Events's reply:

If you are looking for a wedding planner for your Napa Valley wedding, look no further than Chaz. Our friends and family members are still raving about how amazing he was. He truly was the lynchpin to our big day. He was organized, detailed, and really advocated for us as his clients. As an added bonus to his planning/coordination, he also brought a lot of design expertise and insight to our wedding that I would not have otherwise considered or thought of. Ed Sent on 05/31/2018My husband and I found Chaz at the last minute - with such short notice, we reached out to over 15 wedding planners and were fortunate enough to find him and be able to contract his services for this once in a lifetime event. Chaz did a fantastic job in coordinating all the details of our wedding - with so many moving pieces at a destination event, he organized all the minute details including working with all the vendors at our venue to create a beautiful, memorable, and enjoyable event for all our family and friends.
