  An excellent wedding planner in wine country

  Chaz was an excellent wedding planner. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and his experience and vendor relationships were all outstanding. He helped bring our vision to life, and it was an amazing experience. Flawless experience.

  Best in class

  We booked our venue in Sonoma on October 7, 2022 and hired Chaz only a few weeks later. We live in Philadelphia and wanted someone who knew the area and venue and that we could trust and rely on. Chaz delivered over and over! He is responsive, knowledgeable and super organized. He is generous with his time, ensuring we were on the same page throughout the whole year of planning. I was dreading finding and buying the small details like a cake display and chalkboard/signage, so the fact that we could borrow from Chaz’s collection provided huge relief! It was 91 degrees the day we got married, so the parasols we were able to borrow were clutch! They look awesome in our friends’ photos too!
  
  Chaz made the wedding planning process a breeze, we can’t recommend him enough! He knows his stuff and knows amazing vendors, so once you hire CCEvents, trust him and trust the process. Our wedding was truly amazing!

  Chaz was the BEST!!!

  Chaz was our wedding planner for our beautiful wine country wedding at Kunde Family Winery in July. He was a true class act! From day 1, Chaz was attentive, detail-oriented and truly a gem. He was a tremendous help in communicating with our vendors, and kept us in the loop about EVERYTHING along the planning months. He allowed us to ship wedding items to him since we were not local. The day of the wedding, he made sure everything was PERFECT. Our family and friends raved about him! We would hire him again in a heartbeat and we would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a planner. Chaz is the BEST and knows the business better than anyone!!

  Run, don’t walk, to hire Chaz!!!

  Chaz gives you peace of mind, wonderful attention to detail, great creative input, and he is extremely professional and approachable, resourceful and someone who became a part of our family. Our wedding was a true dream, and without Chaz we could have never pulled it off. He is best in class!

  Amazing experience

  I don’t know how we would have done it without Chaz. He was so amazing every step of the way and was a tremendous help with planning. Chaz excels at listening, communicating directly, design, and negotiation / vendor selection. Partnering with Chaz was financially worth it just in how much money he saved us negotiating with vendors.

  So glad to have worked with Chaz!

  Chaz was a great partner in helping bring our wedding vision to fruition. We first connected with him because of his humor, his straightforward approach, and his love of dogs. :) The food was a huge priority for us, and Chaz’s deep experience in the Sonoma catering industry helped us land the last spot that Elaine Bell Catering had available on our date, before we’d even signed our contract with him. He walked us through the process from there - joining us for the menu tasting, our appointment with the rental company, many meetings at the venue, and more. He knew we were on a budget and helped us identify a few key places to save. He also introduced us to a few of our other favorite vendors, including the Golden Bell musicians, and an attendant for our pup on the big day (Harleys Dog Sitting). When we ran into some challenges with the shuttle company, he also went to bat for us and took the lead on the communications.
  
  On wedding day, everything went smoothly and ran on time, thanks to Chaz. We had a unique vision we wanted to bring to life - a cocktail party vibe vs a formal sit down dinner, and a wedding party vs bridesmaids/groomsmen, and he has lots of ideas and tips for how we could manage both logistically and visually.
  
  We felt very supported by Chaz and deeply appreciated having a partner in the planning process. He truly cares about his couples and we felt it!

  The best wedding planner

  We worked with Chaz throughout our planning process (about a year and a half). He was so attentive and responsive throughout. Answered all out questions and was there literally every second and step of the way. We could not have pulled off such an amazing day without him. We planned a destination wedding at a winery in Napa (although none of my family lives there). Not only did we work with him for the wedding, but also the Friday night dinner and Sunday brunch. So we really needed someone who would know the ins and outs of Napa and be our boots on the ground. He has a recommendation for every single vendor and set us up for a magical day.
  He is such a patient, kind, and wamr hearted person that has everyones best interest at heart. He made me feel like I was the only bride of his busy 2022 season, which was remarkable. I can't recommend him enough. (and when shit hit the fan, which is inevitable, he was there to calm all of us down and really be the mama bear energy to take care of everything seamlessly).
  If you want someone to really truly care about the most important day of your life (and never leave your side no matter how complicated wedding planning can be), then Chaz is your guy. Hands down.

  Responsive and flexible planner - great for out of town couples

  Chaz was wonderful to work with on our wedding. He's super responsive and very flexible, assisting us during our long planning journey as we had to change venues and dates twice due to COVID. Chaz went above and beyond to ensure we had the wedding of our dreams. His network of vendors is amazing. Everyone we worked with who he recommended did a great job at our wedding and were very professional. Since we weren't local and this was a destination wedding for all guests, Chaz made all the logistics work seamlessly and took care of all the last minute things that came up. Any couple will be in great hands working with Chaz!

  Everything we hoped for and more - Chaz is the absolute best!

  If you are getting married in wine country, the best decision you could make is having Chaz as your wedding planner!! He has so much experience and knowledge, from places and vendors to actual people and relationships, that we knew we were getting everything we paid for and way more. Chaz genuinely loves what he does, it is apparent in every email, conversation, and detail of and surrounding the wedding. His communication was articulate, detailed, and he was always spot on with delivery. We worked with Chaz for all three of our wedding weekend events and on day three at the wedding when we thanked him during our speech, the entire crowd starting chanting his name - I don't think it gets better than that. It was so clear that he not only added that touch of magic for us, but for everyone there. A million times over - thank you, thank you thank you! We love you Chaz!

  World's best wedding planner

  Chaz was a life saver for us. Being that we lived in NJ and could only come out one time to Napa, we needed to work with someone who could " feel our feels". Chaz was literally the most amazing and pleasurable human to work with. He is fun, energetic, has a wealth of knowledge and the BEST vendors! Our wedding was seamless, and was my true fairytale. Every little touch , the fine details, was as if I was in Napa everyday planning. I literally left it all up to him and he far exceeded my expectations. He planned all travel and lodging of guests, rehearsal dinner, daily wine tours and of course the wedding! If you want to work with the most quality human out there, look no further. He is it!!! I miss him and miss planning with him. You will not regret your decision to work with Chaz. XOXO

  We can’t say enough about Chaz. We hired him to plan our wedding and he is HIGHLY recommended. He was professional, no-nonsense, knowledgeable, fun, well-connected, and so generous.   My wedding was everything I could’ve dreamed it would be, and it wouldn’t have been possible without Chaz. Living in NYC and planning a destination wedding in Sonoma for 120 people could seem stressful to some, but I felt at ease knowing we were in good hands with Chaz. He connected us with the most amazing vendors and made sure that we were getting the best deal and staying on budget. Every detail that we had discussed (and others that I had not even thought of) was perfectly executed on our wedding weekend (including at our welcome event the night before where Chaz assisted in the set up, brought olive vine branches for decor that I hadn’t even asked for but absolutely loved, was spotted passing hors d’oeuvres to my guests and handled an unexpected and scary medical emergency with ease and class) . Chaz was beyond generous with his time, spending another full weekend with us after we lost our first venue in the fountaingrove fires, months after booking, and he began our venue search process with us again from the start. In the end, everything was spectacular and I only wish I could work with Chaz again! Will have to plan a vow renewal in wine country :) Choosing Chaz to be your wedding planner is the first step you should take if you’re planning your wedding - you wont regret it!

  Chaz was one of the most effective project managers I’ve ever had. Being that I am at director at a top consulting company, I had really high expectations with respect to organization follow through and responsiveness.
  
  He also provided really great recommendations balancing our style with cost. He had really good vendor contacts and I trusted him to organize and coordinate with them throughout the process. I had to do minimal work in this area which was very high value for me. Additionally he brought really creative ideas to the table and we were able to co-create a perfect day for me and my new husband.
  
  I would definitely recommend Chaz as your wedding planner. He was exceptional. I would recommend him for any large event.

  Chaz was fantastic throughout the process but when our wedding had to be relocated due to the Napa/Sonoma fires he really went above and beyond to make sure our day not only happened but was special. I don't know how we would have pulled it off in the end without his going above and beyond when it really counted. Plus, he was just a kind, positive person. I'd absolutely recommend Chaz for your wedding.

The team of vendors he sourced for us were amazing and since everyone was friends and had worked together so many times it was like a big family coming together to celebrate. Everything was seamless. Hiring Chaz was the best thing we did for our wedding and I cannot recommend him enough. He is professional, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and kind. So many of our guests asked where we found him and commented on how amazing he was. Always going above and beyond.   Chaz was so incredible to work with, and was absolutely instrumental in making my wedding feel like a complete fairy tale. My husband and I had a particularly long engagement, so we worked with Chaz for a long time before the big day. He was so responsive, and flexible too, as we live in New York and were getting married in California, so we were limited in the days that we could plan physically on site. Chaz was always one step ahead of me too, reminding me when things needed to be done by, what points were outstanding, and making sure that he and I were always on the same page. Chaz also kept the entire wedding day running smoothly. He was so organized, every item was in its place, everyone knew where to be, all of our vendors were so organized, all thanks to Chaz. Not to mention, the decorations he and I discussed turned out to be even more beautiful than I imagined, and blew me away even on my own wedding day. Let me just say that as soon as you book with Chaz, you are guaranteed a smooth ride with very prompt and professional responses to any questions you could have. He is in touch with the best vendors in the region and will take the time to craft an experience that is perfectly tailored to you. He takes the time to get to know you, and discerns your tastes, inclinations, and dislikes very quickly. He listens and is not pushy, though he provides excellent feedback due to his rich experience in a variety of fields from catering and event planning, to floral design. In the wedding industry, many people give you the impression that you want or need a certain look, flower, playlist, photography style, or decadent dessert but they're often more interested in making as much money off of you as they can. Chaz wants to create an event that is meaningful to you and exactly what you want and need. He's not in it for the money, though I'm sure it's a nice perk. Working with Chaz, it is evident that he simply loves what he gets to do, and he does it all very well.
  
  Another wonderful benefit that comes with Chaz are his many artistic props: signs, baskets, bird cages, and artistic craftsmanship. The day before our wedding he bought an large iron heart, and without us asking, he decorated it with roses while we were getting ready for the ceremony. He hung it up in a tree so it was centered right behind the officiant and it was gorgeous! His eye for design is readily apparent from his feedback on the linens, coordinating decorations, and how lovely he set up our guest book table with pictures, signs, and lights. Chaz goes above and beyond what he offers in his contract to make your day magical. You will absolutely love working with him.
