Intimate gathering

I've hired Chef Winston numerous times for various events, and he consistently impresses my guests. His culinary skills make me look great as a host. It’s as simple as making a phone call, and just like that—magic unfolds! I would hire for a large scale event down to an intimate home gathering… you won’t be sorry!!!

Best wedding caterer

We hired Catering CC for our wedding this past weekend, and could not be happier with our decision! The food was incredible for both the cocktail hour and the reception. We have had guests calling us and telling us how impressed they were with not only the quality of the meal, but the exceptional quality of the service. The waitstaff was constantly checking on us and catering to our needs, and even hand fed our two year old son meatballs during cocktail hour. Chef Winston was so patient with us with all the questions and phone calls, and was so gracious and accommodating.

Not only was the food and service amazing, but the pricing was very fair. We know we made the right choice!

We highly recommend hiring Catering CC for your next event, you will not be disappointed!

Thank you for catering our small wedding

We had a Covid-wedding with only our parents and siblings at an Airbnb. Many caterers we reached out to either wouldn’t cater an event so small or quoted us outrageous prices. Chef Winston’s prices were very fair and the food was incredible!! We chose the drop-off catering option and Chef Winston himself delivered and set up the food. It was delicious! We’re very happy we booked Catering CC.

Everything was great! We really appreciate you getting this together for us.

My family was extremely complimentary of all of the food and they have lots of opinions! It was delivered on time and hot. The beef, collards, and mac and cheese were FAVS! Thank you again for answering so quickly about the collards being veggie! That was important.

We had enough food for everyone and we were able to have a second round, which was nice. It was easy to just relax.

We will absolutely appreciate your service and kindness!!!!!! As soon as we have a reason, we will be calling again, LOL.

Catering CC was the most delicious food I’ve ever had at a wedding! Every single one of my guests were raving about the food and asking who catered! So I was a destination bride from california. I had my wedding in Delray Beach, FL on July 7, 2018. Originally I was planning to order catering from a local italian restaurant when I made the decision to hire a catering company instead. I truly believe food is a huge factor in making a wedding amazing and making guests happy and I realized I didn’t want to skimp on this part of my wedding. With the change of heart I immediately started researching caterers near Delray Beach. Because it was so last minute I wasn’t going to get to do a tasting so I had to make my decision based on reviews and phone consultation. I immediately called Catering CC and provided them with my wedding date and they were willing to provide catering for my wedding even with such a short notice. About a week before the wedding I had contacted the chef regarding making a change to the menu due to my mother being gluten free as well as a few other guests and Chef Winston was more than willing to accompany my request. Come the day of the wedding everything was delivered on time. I had ordered the Mediterranean buffet with salad, spanakopita, baked Quattro penne formaggio, roasted vegetables, garlic smashed potatoes, braised short ribs, and pine nut crusted chicken. Every single item on our menu was absolutely Devine and fresh tasting! My mouth is literally watering imaging the food now even a month later! I had ordered catering for 35 guests and there was so much food! Even with most people eating 2 plates we still had leftovers. Catering CC was absolutely delicious food and I would definitely hire them again. Thank you Catering CC for delivering truly yummy food!

We had a High School Graduation Party for our son.
The communication between Kia & Chef Winston was outstanding.
They really worked hard to accommodate our budget & menu.
Everything was fantastic and everyone loved the food.
We tried working with other caterers but no-one came close to the professionalism & quality of CC Catering!!!
Thank you again for helping make our evening so special.

I found Catering CC on Google and based on the 5 star reviews decided to give them a call. We were planning a party at our home for friends and family to celebrate our marriage. From the beginning, the communication between myself was the chef was phenomenal. He was easy to reach and speak with and gave me a some sample menus to choose from but was very willing to customize my menu and do whatever we wanted. With chefs help and guidance, we decided on a bbg/grill menu. On the day of the party chef and his amazing staff arrived and took over. They set everything up from tables to chairs to candles and decor.
So now let’s talk about the food.....well I must say that the food will be talked about for weeks. We had about 50 people and each and every person was blown away by how delicious the food was!!! The passed appetizers were not only the most delicious appetizers I have ever had, but they were creative and beautifully served. The bbq/grilled food was amazing. I have received so many texts from our guests about how great the food was. The staff and service was extremely professional and they did a great job.
I would use Catering CC anytime I was having a party at my home or any other venue. They are amazing, phenomenal, and all the other glowing and flattering adjectives you can find!!!!!

Chef Winston is AMAZING!! Our wedding was a month ago and I am still getting phone calls about how amazing the food was. Wedding food is always hit or miss. It either isn't very tasty or it is served cold. Catering CC's food was so flavorful and hot! Chef Winston worked with our needs and knocked it out of the park! We served chicken and beef on the same plate and all our guest were so pleased! Catering CC's staff was just as amazing as his food! Thank you Chef Winston for making the whole process so easy! I have already provided 3 other potential customers your contact information and will continue to recommend you!

First and foremost let me say this..Chef Winston and his staff are beyond phenomenal. This goes back from when I first spoke with him regarding catering for our wedding. He was very patient with me and would consistently say it is an Experience. He was absolutely correct. From the time we had our food tasting all the way up to our wedding. Our tasting was so personalized that we felt like we were at a 5 star restaurant. Omg all his food was very delicious and the taste was like no other. Some of items on our menu consisted of the key lime grouper and pot roast, green beans, garlic mashed potatoes and tropical red beans and rice. We had several guest come to us and tell us that the food was exceptional..even the picky eaters loved his food. The seasoning for everything was a perfect balance. The grouper was so flavorful and the pot roast melted in your mouth. In additional our cocktail hour was great. The assorted fruit he provided was very fresh and sweet. The servers were very attentive as well. Last but not least he was able to work within our budget and has just about anything you can imagine. Chef Winston and his staff will definitely have our support for anything we have catered going forward. Thank you thank you thank you.

We are so glad that we hired Catering CC for our wedding. Chef Winston was responsive throughout the whole planning process and his food is to die for. Everything was melt in your mouth delicious!! Chef Winston & his team catered my wedding on 9.30.17, & they did an amazing job! From the beginning to the end, the service was fantastic! The food was delicious & it was the talk of the night & even after the wedding it is still talked about. My husband & I also had our bartender services through Catering CC; Winston made a custom logo with our names on the front of the bar, along with a tasty signature cocktail. I knew from the first day I spoke to Chef about my wedding that he was great! Just by his energy, you can tell he truly loves what he does! Our food was a biggie for my husband and I, and I promise you, you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend Catering CC!

The caterer for our wedding cancelled on us a week before the wedding. A friend gave me Catering CC information and told me to contact them and see if they can help. They were a big help. They stepped in at the last minute and offered Professional and flexible service. And even though it was the last minute they still was willing to work with our budget I am grateful and I definitely will be using them for my next event.

Chef Winston and his team are outstanding.
They are available and supportive throughout the planning process and punctual and detail oriented throughout the event. I had my jan 28th wedding catered by Chef W and the food was outstanding. We had 1 hour of hors d'oeuvres, dinner (for about 45 people), kids meal, and then late night snack...everything was outstanding. The wedding was at a private residence so the Chef came out the day before to scope out the kitchen, service space and the bar. He made professional notes and the next day it was perfect and the event execution was seamless!
Highly highly recommend Chef Winston and his crew!
I (as the Type A bride) felt very comfortable and did not have to worry about a thing with this team ;)

Chef Winston was wonderful to work with and the food was very delicious! We had several people in our party with food allergies (gluten free, dairy free etc.) and he was very flexible and accommodating about our requests and restrictions. Since none of his regular entrees would work for us, he suggested I tell him what I want and he'd make it for us. He did just that and provided a delicious chicken dish with kalamata olives, tomatoes, capers and other wonderful things. We also had his roasted veggies and sweet potatoes -both very yummy. Several people commented about how good the food was. I'd definitely hire Country CC again. We had the 'drop-off' service where he dropped the food off, and we provided our own dishes, serving utensils etc. He was right on time with the food.

I chose Chef Winston of Catering CC to cater a Baby Shower for my granddaughter. The food was exceptional and Chef Winston and his team made every guest feel special. The attention to detail and presentation was beyond what anyone could have expected. Guest are still commenting on the Superior service and delicious food that was had by all at the Baby Shower. I cant speak more highly of Chef winston and his staff. They accommodated a large last minute increase in guest at the wedding un-expectantly, and handled it with grace. The food was second to none and we are still getting compliments about the food at the wedding. All the guests raved that that food was not the usual wedding food. it has flare and great seasoning. i am excited to use him and staff for future events that i host in the city.

Chef Winston Williams handled all the catering for our entire wedding from the exquisite hors d'oeuvres to the final servings of so many amazing deserts.
Our wedding and reception was on the water at our home in Jupiter Cover Fl. It was a very elegant and private celebration or the 21 people attending.
His staff could not have been more professional and courteous throughout the entire evening. The five course meal was, to date, the best dinner we have experienced which says a lot being we travel extensively. Our biggest concern was that since he was preparing for so many people how was he going to perform this using our family size kitchen. I don't know how he did it, but everything was cooked perfectly and served at the exact temperature required for each individual dish. We had eclectic dishes of shrimp, lobster beat salad, crab in mushrooms, lamb appetizers, Gnocci Pomadora, Sea bass and much more!

Delicious food, customized service, attention to detail, professionalism, and a chef with an outstanding personality. Chef Winston and his staff catered my wedding/birthday party on 9/4 at the Mansion's of Tuckahoe and my guests are still talking about the food a month later. We had island stations and a paella station and it was a great decision to cater the event in this style. Everyone had the opportunity to taste the delicious selection of foods that Chef Winston makes. Without hesitation he is the maestro of fine dining. Not only is he an excellent chef, but he is proud of his work and so he pays extra attention to detail as it pertains to the overall presentation of the meal. He is pleasant, creative, and puts his personal touch on each dish. I also am happy that I chose him as my chef, because 6 weeks prior to my event I lost my venue and Chef Winston convinced me not to cancel my event and found a new venue for me and my finance. Mansions of Tuckahoe is a hidden gem that I was not aware of, and only a professional who has a network of entertainment professionals is able to provide this level of service to their clients. Chef Winston saved the day by not only doing a remarkable job in catering my event, but he found us a beautiful replacement venue and a professional and dedicated Event Planner (Elizabeth Hollman) and this was more than my new husband and I could ever ask for. Also, Catering CC has the most competitive prices for the level of service that is offered. Chef Winston you are an amazing Chef and businessman, H and I love you. Thanks for everything.

I can not say enough great things about Chef Winston and his staff at Catering CC. We found him for our wedding while doing some research online. My husband and I spoke with him in person, and we were hooked from the moment we met him! He is so passionate about what he does and it really shows through his food. We decided to do the all-inclusive wedding package, that included an open bar with top shelf liquor all night, hand crafted hors d'oeuvres created by Chef Winston, chef's signature salad, and a choice of 3 different proteins. His package also provided the linens, silverware, drinking glasses, and the cake!!! It's like a one stop shop, and Chef WInston will guide you the whole way. Even with as busy as chef is, he was always willing to talk on the phone, respond promptly to emails, and meet in person to answer any questions and put us at ease for our big day. We felt really comfortable with him and his team , and we trusted that he was going to do an amazing job. Did I mention that the food was incredible? Our guests still can't stop talking about how delicious everything tasted. Chef Winston even threw in some surprises! He had our name written across the sides of the bar, and he created a delicious signature cocktail for us and our guests. As a late night snack, his staff walked around with mini milkshakes and fries while everyone was on the dance floor. Everything was executed perfectly, and we would have Chef Winston and his staff do it all again if we could. Look no further for your wedding or any other event if you want outstanding service, incredible food, and a passionate, caring chef that's at the head of it all. Thank you Chef Winston! We love you!

Catering CC catered our son and daughter's wedding rehearsal dinner. The event was nearly three months ago and we're still hearing from friends and family about the great food and service. I'm not certain whether we've received more compliments about the presentation, the uniqueness of the menu or the taste of the food itself. In a nutshell, Chef Winston and his professional staff went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations by a long shot. They are the personification of professionalism, experience and innovation and we are looking forward to the next event they will be catering. This was the second time we hired Catering CC for an event and we'll use them again. Chef Winston is a pleasure to work with and his food is amazing. Winston exceeded my high expectations. He executed a lovely feast for my farm style wedding. He was flexible when I had to suddenly change venues three days before the party. From the minute we had our tasting, we knew that Catering CC was the one! Chef Williams and Chelsea are amazing, great to work with and very detailed oriented. The hors d'oeuvres were like no other, from the mini crab cakes to the Virgin Islands Rum & Coke Shrimp cocktail no words can describe them. The dinner presentation and flavors were unbelievable. The combination of the Broiled Key Lime Grouper and "Floribbean Style" Beef Skillet Roast was out of this WORLD!! My guests could not stop raving over the food, service and attention to detail that Catering CC provided. Thank You Chef Williams, Chelsea and staff for making our day UNFORGETTABLE!

Chef Winston provided the food and drinks for our sons rehearsal dinner at our home. We had 65 guests and some very specific requests as far as food choices because we wanted the menu selections to be meaningful, having been inspired by family members. He put together a custom menu that was exactly what we were looking for and came to our house to make sure everything would run smoothly.
He and his staff were the utmost professionals. HIs Rum Punch and White Sangria were served as our guests entered our home. They were both delicious!! The food was incredible - from the Swedish meatballs, crab cakes, and mini Cuban sandwiches appetizers (just to name a few) to main course items such as the key lime grouper, chicken piccata, mac & cheese, and his famous "Floribean beef". For every last menu item, our guests raved about the food. Many of them were from out of town and don't get a chance to have grouper very often. Many said it was the best fish they had every had.....anywhere. I cannot say enough about Chef Winston and his team. They worked hard, had everything under control, and allowed us to enjoy our event and our guests. We would highly recommend him and look forward to working with him again.

Chef Winston and his staff provided food, bar service, and a DJ. All were exceptional. The food was so good many of our guests are still talking about it. So much so that we plan on using their services for corporate events in the future. The bar service and DJ were such a pleasure and a joy to have at our wedding. We're very thankful for Catering CC being a part of our special day. It simply would not have been the same without them.

Chef Winston received rave reviews about the meal he prepared for the retirement party last week Saturday. The food was amazing! I contacted Chef Winston last minute to cater my father's 65th surprise birthday party and he did a wonderful job. I ended up having to do a lot of last minute changes and he was really flexible and pleasant. I live in Maryland and he made the planning process very simple for me. Chef Winston is so incredible to work with. His professionalism, flexibility, attitude, attentiveness and kindness are all above and beyond and the food is even better! My husband and I decided on BBQ for our wedding. We weren't able to do a tasting since we live in NYC so going into the wedding, I was a tad nervous having never tasted the food. However, guests are still talking about delicious everything was, especially the conch fritters from our cocktail hour and the brisket during dinner. And the mac-n-cheese will blow your mind.

If I could give more than a 5 star rating, I would. First, Chef Winston's food is fabulous! His hors d'oeuvres were beyond delicious, especially the conch fritters and jerk chicken. All the guests raved about the meatballs too! His seasonal choices were the best! We had a barbeque theme, and his beef brisket, barbeque chicken and blackened fish were extremely tasty. He modified his menu and services to meet our needs and he gave me great ideas to keep the price within our budget. He gave us the best food and exceptional service-a fantastic value! He was always responsive and always super nice. If you need a caterer, call Chef Winston. I give him and his staff the highest recommendation that I can ☺

My wedding was on 1/17/15 and we chose them as our caterer. Chef Winston is flexible and easy to work with. Prices are also reasonable. Very professional and he catered to our style. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the dishes that were presented and the service was remarkable during the wedding! I would definitely use them again for any type of catering needs that I would need in the future. Definitely worth a shot and you won't be disappointed :-)

Chef Winston and his staff are amazing. My daughters wedding was more than we expected. The professionalism and attention to our guest from his staff was great. The hors d'oeuvres were delicious. The dinner was FANTASTIC, the presentation of the meal was so beautiful I had to stare at it for a minute. The staff at Catering CC made me feel like a princess! Not only on my big day, but on the days leading up to it as well. They were incredibly thorough and paid so much attention to detail that I felt really comfortable working with them. They put me at ease that everything was taken care of, and it was. Their food was outstanding and the presentation was beautiful. Chef Winston is straight forward and tells you exactly what to expect within your budget. The day-of I was flooded with "congrats!" and "can I get you anything else?" It was wonderful service, and wonderful food. I'd work with them again in a heart beat.

Chef Winston and his team with Catering CC did an AMAZING job making our wedding day all we could have imagined! I found Chef Winston and Catering CC after not really 'meshing' well with our original catering choice. We went for a tasting with Chef and were blown away by the amazing food and entire set-up. We knew this was what we were looking for. During the tasting-Chelsea was helping Chef and we fell in love with her too. She was so sweet and down to earth. We hired her as our day of wedding planner. The whole process was wonderful and the wedding day went off perfectly. We brought in A LOT of items to decorate and Chelsea and her team really pulled together to style the room and make it amazingly, breathtaking. A couple days before the wedding, Chef Winston told me he had some surprises for us-I was so excited to find out what it could be! When we arrived to the event hall for our cocktail hour-I was delivered our "signature cocktail" for the night, but wait! I didn't have a signature cocktail planned?! One of our surprises! Chef devised a "Vintage XoXo" signature cocktail for our night-it was so good and a big hit with our guests! Then we walk into our venue and see our personalized bar! Another surprise that we didn't expect! Chef really went above and beyond to make our day so memorable! The food was amazing-the drinks were flowing-the staff was having a good time too!-not to mention our guests who are still raving about the awesome night. We had a very diverse crowd and ALL were pleased with the food and coordination of the day. Chelsea was my "wedding fairy" and was awesome in planning our day to stay on schedule and be stress-free. She coordinated all of our vendors and made sure we were well taken care of, the day of the wedding. We all worked closely together planning before hand as well. I am so blessed that we made the decision to go with Chef Winston, Chelsea and Catering CC to cater and plan our big day. It really was a day we will remember forever!

I am a wedding planner, I work with Chef Winston and his staff consistently. I always recommend him to my brides, in-fact, he's my favorite...but SHHHHH! don't tell the other Chefs I've worked with! I ALWAYS receive RAVING reviews from brides after a wedding or an event when they've decided to use him. He never serves boring food, everything is always innovative, seasonal and most important - D E L I C I O U S! I frequent his tastings and am always surprised and amazed. AND don't worry if you have a venue on a rooftop, under a bridge or outside...he can pop up a kitchen anywhere...I've seen it done multiple times. Chef Winston's food and team was amazing during our Wedding reception! Since our wedding many of our guest have raved about the high quality tasty food served during our wedding reception. My husband and I were able to customize our menu to our liking for guests and have specialty plates for ourselves. Chef Winston Williams helped to make our house warming cocktail party for 40 guests a huge success. He provided interesting and delicious heavy hors d'oeuvres, a professional butler service and a fabulous bar tender. We received many compliments from our guests on the quality and friendliness of the food and service. Chef Winston is flexible and easy to work with and everything was easy and stress free. Chef, Yvonne and Brian left my kitchen and bar area spotlessly clean, it was as if there had been no party there at all! If you want professional service Cc Catering is the best choice. Chef Winston is courteous, patient and flexible to name a few characteristics. He revised the menu several times to meet our needs. Although my daughter changed her mind, I know his food is delicious from a previous event he catered for my employer. You will not be disappointed with the quality or service.

Chef Winston is such a genuine caring and honest person and I’m so happy that he was a part of a very special day in my life. First, I will start by saying that we went through many different catering vendors which seemed to do a lot of generic dishes. I learned of Chef Winston from my Matron of Honor, I’m not sure how she found him, but I’m so grateful that she did. She forwarded me the information and said just take look at his YouTube videos, I promise you, you'll fall in love. She was right! My husband contacted him almost a month later to see if he was available for a tasting. He doesn't normally do tasting late in the year because of holiday schedules, but he worked something out. My mom and I flew from Washington, DC to Miami, FL on Friday and Friday night, we sat down to pure greatness! The man with the smile walked out and we both knew immediately that this was our caterer. During the tasting he provided so many options from meets, sides, desserts, wines, etc. we walked away in awh! From start to finish, Catering Concepts was incredible and did a remarkable job catering our wedding. From our lemonade walk-in station, cocktail appetizers, open bar, and wedding reception plated dinner, Chef Winston and his CCC staff came with nothing less than quality, creative, and taste-FULL food. Without any doubt everyone knew that the food was freshly prepared that day and that they were not eating something that was frozen or processed. You really will not find better quality & level of service. Every request was handled quickly and professionally. I made a lot of changes to the guests count, etc. and this vendor exceeded all expectations in every way possible. I truly enjoyed working with Chef Winston and his team throughout this process and can’t help but daydream of the special touches he brought to our event. This was truly one of the best choices I made when planning my wedding.

Catering Concepts and Concessions was a real pleasure to work with and Chef Winston is amazing. He knew exactly what we wanted after a short meeting. We have a social group of 35 couples and we do 4 theme parties a year. We gave a party this past Saturday and we hired Catering Concepts & Concessions, Inc to furnish the food. The quality and quanity were superb and we received many compliments.

We had some last minute problems and had to change the location and then the time of delivery and they were very accomodating. They showed up right on time.

We would definitely use them in the future.

The team at Catering Concepts and Concessions were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. We had a small reception (less than 70 guests) but they made me feel like my event was a huge gala with the extraordinary amount of attention and care put into every aspect of the evening. And in spite of me changing my mind a million times and being very hard to get a hold of, Chef Winston remained a perfect professional, never complaining always finding a way to meet my most recent demands. While my other vendors tried to tell me what my wedding should look like he actually listened to what I wanted and then made it a reality. Our guests have said nothing but wonderful things about both the food and the service. The mini crab cakes and the "Floribean" style roast beef were a huge hit with my family and I felt like I could eat the fried plantains until I popped. I only wish I could give them 6 stars because my husband and I simply couldn't be happier. If you are thinking about using Catering Concepts and Concessions for your event DO IT!

I love working with Winston! Our event was very non-traditional and he had some amazing ideas, was not thrown off by thinking outside of the box and delivered amazing service! I can't wait to work with him again on our next corporate event!

Specifics: Non-profit 'gala' thrown in a warehouse for 300 guests in downtown Fort Lauderdale. Winston and his team worked with our volunteers to serve the food and 'made do' with a make shift catering space with very limited amenities (without a single complaint or expressing frustration).

Picking our caterer was one of the most stressful decisions we encountered during the wedding process, but we were highly impressed by Chef Winston and his company from day one. He called me within minutes of filling out his contact form on his website and answered all of my emails along the way just as quickly, including a few very late at night. My husband and I attended a tasting with him very early on and Chef and his staff were extremely professional. The food was awesome and we were sold! His catering package offered more than any other company we researched (which was a lot!) and fit easily into our budget. He worked diligently to make sure our day would be perfect. He even surprised us with an added extra at our reception which was super cool. The day of the wedding went flawlessly with his attentive staff who made sure that my groom and I had everything we could possibly need. The appetizers (Chef's choice) were amazing and many people commented on how delicious they were. They all matched our beach wedding theme perfectly with his "Floribbean" cooking style! We had a buffet, but his awesome staff made plates for my groom and I and served us at our table. They checked on us numerous times to make sure our drinks were full. Chef himself came up to us several times to make sure we were happy. They made us feel like a king and queen! We had soooo many compliments about how good the food tasted. Chef Winston and his team did an amazing job for my daughter's wedding. The food was spectacular, the service was excellent, the planning and coordination were unparalleled. Chef and Cherise made this an affair to remember. Also Chef's network of vendors such as photographer, baker, flowers etc, were second to none. Thanks Chef for a beautiful lifetime memory!

Catering Concepts was extremely accommodating and affordable despite the fact that I engaged them LESS THAN 1week before my event! I am and will always be forever grateful! The quality of the service was not compromised despite the limited preparation time given to Catering Concepts. Moreover, the food was delectable and left the attendees wanting more.

Chef Winston & his team at Catering Concepts & Concessions are top notch! Everyone was so friendly and very easy to work with during the stresses of wedding planning. Everything they provided for the wedding - food, linens, tableware, etc - was amazing! Great people and services & I definitely recommend them for any event!

Best caterer ever!! Chef Winston and his team did an excellent job at our wedding. I got many, many compliments from my guests and not one bad feedback. Several asked for his contact information, so they could plan their next event through him. Throughout the whole process him and his team were very professional and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure our wedding reception would be perfect. And it was. The food was out of this world. The servers were very pleasant and professional.
I can only recommend Catering Concepts and Concessions. They are the best!!

Chef Winston was in charge of the catering for our son's rehearsal dinner. We wanted a to do a Bar B Que, but wanted him to use kosher meat and no dairy. Everything came together beautifully...The food was delicious and we were all thrilled.
I wouldn't hesitate to refer Chef Winston to anyone who is in need of a professional, talented and committed caterer.

Winston was wonderful to work with for our wedding. He was very accommadating and supplied us with everything that we requested. The food was great and the service was top notch. If you ever have the opportunity, you must visit his booth during Delray Beach's Annual Garlic Fest....it is the BEST, MOST delicious food! That is how my husband and I found him!

I can't begin to say enough about Winston and Andre'. What a spectactular team. I could not have wanted for anything. The food was awsome, my decorations were superb and my flowers were breathless.
Everything went off with out any problems and everything was just as promised.
I would highly recommend CC&C to anyone!!

Every step of the experience with Catering Concepts was professional and organized, from the customized tasting to the wedding day. Awesome staff that were on top of everything. Chef Winston was a delight and most helpful. His support staff was great. Our event was a last minute event but Chef Winston and his team made everything appear that it had long been planned. We were very fortunate to have had him referred to us!!!

We were concerned that Chef Winston would not be able to personaly be at our party but he made sure everything would be perfect even without him being there. We had a Jimmy Buffett theme party that Jimmy himself would have be proud of. The settings, flowers, decorations and service were great and the food was so good our friends are still talking about it.

Chef Winston was absolutely incredible! He worked with me to develop the menu that fit the birthday party theme and my budget. He was patient and flexible throughout the process that he made simple. Chef Winston is by far one of the most responsive individuals I have had the pleasure of working with. His passion for his art and desire to provide something exceptional, enjoyable and unique are unsurpassed! I cannot wait to host another party with the help of Chef Winston!!!

It was a drop off but the food was excellent and the portions were above requested also it was awesome that he supplied all the extras needed like Plates, napkins, Etc.

Chef Winston catered the entrees for a dinner party in my home. He helped me select the best items and he delivered all at the exact specified time - hot and ready to serve! My guests were very impressed with the quality and presentation of the food and all of them asked where I catered from.
My only disappointment was that I couldn't get his hors d'oevres or dessert because the party was small and the minimums would have been way too much for us!
Ultimately I highly recommend him!

Chef Winston ROCKED it at my party!! Food can make a good party great or it can dismantle a fancy occasion. Well, their apps absolutely were a HIT!! Cant speak highly enough of their prep and their ability to be self-sufficient. Would HIGHLY recommend. Everything was prepared perfectly and the presentation was superb

My event was a family reunion picnic. The food was delivered and we served. The food was Hot and Delicious. I would have liked some additional sauce and a different type of container for the extra sauce. I found it difficult to add to our plates and no spoons. Everything else was excellent. My family raved about the food.

Chef Winston did a wonderful job. He was very easy to work with, in planning the menu and at the location. My guests were very happy with the quality of the food. I would definitely consider hiring him for another occasion. But I would lie about the start time of the event to ensure his on-time arrival. :)

Catering Concepts & Concessions did such an amazing job with our wedding. Our guests cannot stop raving constantly about how good the food was! I think that to be a big deal, because not many people usually leave weddings remarking about the food!!! The crab cakes during cocktail hour.....Chef Winston will now have to make them for me when I want crab cakes because I couldn't get ENOUGH. So delicious. Chef also used an amazing baker for the cake....cake was delicious and was absolutely beautiful and everything we asked for! But most of all, Chef Winston's Day- Of Wedding Coordinator takes the cake. Chelsea was AMAZING. She was so easy to work with and really was more than a day of event planner....she hopped in almost 2 months before the date to be our SAVIOR. Chef also had surprises on the day of the wedding that we wanted but really couldn't add into our budget...it was SO sweet after I (the bride) had agonized over what we could and really couldn't afford to have. His crew and staff were SO helpful! They made sure we ate enough dinner as the bride and groom and always attended to our needs as well as our guests. Overall, the experience was phenomenal. HIGHLY recommend Catering concepts & concessions...the food was to die for and honestly gave our Florida wedding a "Floribbean" feel.

Catering provided excellent customer service on a very short notice. Being from out-of-town, I had to depend on Catering to come through for my client lunch, and they excelled at that. Super friendly and super service!

Hello Chef Winston, Thanks again for helping to make our 2013 Obama Inaugural Gala such a success. Our committee was so pleased with the catering services that you provided for the 2009 Obama Inaugural Ball that we asked you to do it again. I have to tell you that we were even more pleased with your services the second time around. Both the food and service was wonderful. When our guests asked for "doggie bags", for second helpings, and raved about the "Floribean Beef ", I knew we'd hit a home run with your catering service. I even had guests to call me the next day wanting the name of the caterer/company. Catering Concepts & Concessions provides first rate service and delicious food.
